A 30-year-old man, Tsegaab Ademassu Binessu, has been charged with three counts of second-degree murder after allegedly storming an apartment leasing office, gunning down three property managers over a $65 monthly parking dispute. Surveillance footage captured him pulling a gun and firing multiple shots, and he fled in one of the victims’ cars before being found days later in St. Louis County with newly bought camping gear.
