- 0:00Okay, for this podcast we're gonna do something very special. [upbeat music] This is Auto Collide. Because Michael Cirullo's- Let's play a game... Zoom... Let's, let's play, play a game podcast.
- 0:15His Zoom keeps cutting in and out, so if he disappears, Kyle and I are going to attempt to finish his sentence. [laughs] Actually, what we should start with is rapid fire questions. Cirullo, what color is your hair?
- 0:30See, he dropped out already. Orange. [laughs] Orange. [laughs] Oh, it's funny. We're having a lot of fun, which is so appropriate for today's guest, Nathaniel Grechlik of Mohawk Honda Chevrolet.
- 0:42This is a young man who has transformed the marketing department of this dealership from a paid ad strategy to a full organic strategy, and it may or may not involve him with a large team now.
- 0:54I may or may not have seen TikTok videos of him dancing to Michael Jackson music in a pink bunny suit. And, uh, you know, for all that- Recording stopped. [laughs] Do we just- Dang it.
- 1:05We could have done the whole Cirullo thing a second ago, but it's okay. I know. Well, sp- [laughs]
- 1:12The, the thing is is that we, what we do know is that Nathaniel Grechlik probably has Zoom and podcast down maybe better than us today. For sure.
- 1:21Uh, so we really hope that you enjoy, uh, this conversation with Nathaniel Grechlik, and let's roll the tape now that Cirullo's back. [laughs] Well, we hope you enjoy this conversation with Nathaniel Grechlik.
- 1:33[laughs] Did you make it through? Did you finish? We did. [upbeat music] Well, this is an episode we've been waiting for a while, Nath.
- 1:50Thank you so much for joining us today. Oh, yeah, absolutely. Anytime I can hang out with you guys is a good time. Oh, likewise, likewise. I love the, I love the background.
- 2:00Why don't you tell us, I mean, we know, but why don't you tell the, the podcast people where you are sitting right now? Describe the room you're sitting in. I'm currently sitting in the Mohawk Auto Group, uh,
- 2:11green screen studio. Well, explain- At Mohawk... explain the studio. But, but, but that doesn't- It's not... That could be- Da, da, ya, ya, ya... that could be a pull-up banner- Come on... and an iPhone.
- 2:21He's like, "I got an iPhone- But explain it... and a pull-up banner." Give us details. Okay. All right. Fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine, fine.
- 2:25No, you gotta give us the feeling, the whole feeling of what's inside there. All right. So they got one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, seven lights. I have a Blackmagic ATM Mini Pro, a MacBook.
- 2:39I have some Shure MV7s. Got your SB, SMB, whatever you guys got over there. I don't know what that MV7 is. I got a RODECaster Pro.
- 2:48I got a TV in front of me, and I got my teammates over here, uh, making content like animals, so, you know. So how big is the room? How big is the room, roughly? The room is probably, let's see, 20 feet by...
- 3:02No, it's gotta be more than that. 20 by... I'm not good. Uh, don't, don't ask me. I don't know measurement. [laughs] He said it's big. 20. It's somewhere between big and square.
- 3:09It's big enough where I can fit enough people in here. Well, uh, hold on. I, I thought you said you were at a dealership. I am. All right. I don't know. This is, this is the que- And, and that was the loaded...
- 3:20[laughs] This is, this is, this is the, the point.
- 3:22The point is that the Mohawk Group has spent a lot of time, energy, money, and put a lot of trust in you to build and lead a social media team, to do things differently than the majority of other dealers out here.
- 3:36And, like, we wanna drill into that story for a minute. Yeah. Well, we definitely do things a lot differently in terms of social media and, and culture creation, so that's, that's always good. Right.
- 3:45It's just normal to you now. Was it- It... Like, he's got that whole normalized thing. Yeah. "Yeah, I just went into my dealership." Yeah.
- 3:50T- "I got a massive studio with a green screen, and pro this and pro that, and a whole team of people making content over there, and it's only Wednesday." [laughs] Yeah. Right?
- 3:58[laughs] Tell me you cracked the code without saying you cracked the code. [laughs] Yeah. Like, what... Was it... Dude, was it this way when you came to the dealership? No.
- 4:08So when I started there, um, they were just posting, like, delivery photos pretty much every single minute because we're... Our Honda store is very high volume. And, uh, I had... I started as a delivery specialist.
- 4:21So for anyone who doesn't know, [laughs] love you Michael Cirullo. Uh- [laughs] Uh, RIP Zoom for Michael Cirullo. Uh- He'll be back. He'll be back. If... The audio people have no idea- So-...
- 4:31that he just dropped out of the call. [laughs] And, yeah, that's right. I forgot.
- 4:35Uh, so, so I started off as a delivery specialist, and then saw that they were doing things on social media, had an idea, and I pitched a new job position, said, "Hey, I really wanna help create social media, build a, build a brand, make sure people understand what they should expect by the time they come in the door.
- 4:53And I'll be at events, I'll be at, you know, wherever you need me to go, and basically just put it all on social." And they were like, "Yeah, let's do it."
- 5:01And since then, we've built a team up where we have five people on the team. And, uh, yeah, we produce over 500 pieces of content a month. Woo. Wow. That's 100 pieces a person.
- 5:14Somebody's w- they- [laughs] Ain't nobody, ain't nobody quiet quitting over there. Let me just tell you that. [laughs] This, this, uh, this month we're actually tracking to post over 700, so. [laughs] Wow. Golly.
- 5:28How long ago- Including, including Instagram stories. And our TikTok isn't actually, uh, attached yet, so we're getting there. Wow. How long ago...
- 5:36Like, so when that story started, and you said, "When I first came in here," how long ago was that? Uh, that's five years. So I've, I've been here for f- actually technically four. I started off- [laughs]...
- 5:47at the Mohawk Honda, at Mohawk Honda five years ago. And then six months in, I pitched that job. They said yes, and then four and a half. Since then, uh, I've been able to do a whole bunch of things.
- 6:00If anyone was in a Honda story, everyone remembers the-This is actually a fun story. So if anyone remembers the Honda Walk Around Challenge, it was a national competition.
- 6:09I remember shooting that on my iPhone 7 that they had bought me, and editing them, and sending them in, getting the green light that one of our guys was going. And, [laughs] and I go there.
- 6:23Before I go there, I see this box in the owner's office, and I'm like, "Hey, what's that box right there?" It's, it's a box with a green screen and a camera. Uh, I'll never forget, a Canon XA7.
- 6:35And he goes, "Yeah, you know, we really wanna do, like, commercials and stuff, so we bought this." I go, "Can I, can I have it?" [laughs] 'Cause, you know, I've al- I was already starting, like, shooting video and stuff.
- 6:46He goes, "Yeah, sure, you can have it." I was like, "Sweet." So I grab that. We had this, we had this thing called a Mevo, so if anyone doesn't know, that's a live camera. Uh, so basically I get to this competition.
- 6:57I'm shooting on my camera, and like, "Hey, can you shoot our competition walk arounds?" They go, "Yeah, sure." They go, "We'll pay you 600 bucks."
- 7:04[laughs] So not only did I get to go to Napa Valley for free on Honda's dime, American Honda, um, they also paid me $600 to film all of the walk arounds that they would later judge, which was pretty awesome.
- 7:16[laughs] Wow. Wow. That's a... There's a whole bunch of stories and if you're at a SoDo Con, you can, uh, you can check in, ask me some questions about all of that. But since then, we're, uh, we're- Well, you know what?
- 7:25That's like a, that's like the early version of what you've begun doing. Because I think it's, it's interesting where, where there is a camera and where there is a person manning said camera, there is rich opportunity.
- 7:39And you're executing that on, you know, the, the ground level of, like, posting and creating content, photo, video, across multiple platforms.
- 7:47But what I find really interesting about what you're doing with your team is not just doing that, you know, like, i- insular inside the store.
- 7:56But you've actually said, "Hey, camera, person manning camera, community, ah." Yeah. And you've, you've opened up some inroads there. Can you tell us a little bit about how some of those things, uh, have, have...
- 8:09Those connections to your community have begun and, and what you're doing now to, to kinda give the community r- the, the resource of your team? I mean, there, there's so much there. I mean, wherever we, wherever we
- 8:24provide money and funds for, you know, we don't just give them a check and say, "Hey, congratulations, here's your money."
- 8:30A lot of times, unless it's like a small baseball game, like, you know, the little leagues, we can't go to all of those, obviously. But, you know, these big community events that we sponsor, we're there.
- 8:41We got our boots on the ground. We got people there volunteering, doing the thing. And, uh, we bring a camera, you know? We provide that opportunity to showcase what this day was all about.
- 8:51We use, uh, we leverage the community. We collaborate with them. We bring, we bring in the, uh, the founders and different people like that. And we also offer, uh, interviews.
- 9:04So right now we're currently in the process of interviewing, uh, a local non-for-profit that helps veterans get dogs, service dogs specifically, that are adopted dogs for PTSD and things like that.
- 9:21So we're currently working on that, creating a video. And for the month of September, we're gonna sell, uh, paws for a cause. So we're gonna sell those in the dealership.
- 9:30But on top of just selling those in the dealership, we're gonna have the backstory.
- 9:34We're gonna be able to bring her in, do Facebook Lives and things like that so people understand more about these charities that you're being a part of as a dealership.
- 9:41So that's, that's a little bit of what we do in terms of community involvement. That's, that's so key to... It's, it's expressing what a dealer does in the community in a non, like, I don't know,
- 10:00snarky way or... I don't even know the word to use it. Like, you think about- It's not saying, "Hey, look, here's our money. Look, we gave money. Ooh" "Here's... Look what we did", right?
- 10:07It's like, no, look at what they're doing. And I love that. Yeah. You're still creating content alongside of the dealership on your accounts. But instead of going, "Look at what we did.
- 10:16Look at all the things that we did," or, "The money we raised," or, "The money we sent to them", and just videoing, like, your people doing that, you're taking them and, and giving them access to share what they've done, right?
- 10:28I think that that's, that's a...
- 10:30It's like a, it's an unlock to the charitable resources that, that dealers are giving a- and, and providing all these communities, that you've been able to execute because you've built this social media team first around the store, and now into the community.
- 10:45And how- I mean, it's always been that, that way. I've always treated it that way. You know, the community. And dealerships treat it that way. Most dealerships give a lot to the community.
- 10:53That's just the fact of the matter, that we are so highly involved in our communities. We're always sponsoring things. But we don't take that one extra step to say, "Hey, take a look at this."
- 11:04I mean, for a prime example, Special Olympics. Uh, Special Olympics of New York. Like, we've...
- 11:09[laughs] One of my favorite videos I've made so far is our, is our torch run that we were able to collaborate with the, uh, s- the police.
- 11:18So they did a ma- a jog from Schenectady all the way to the capital, which is Albany. For anyone who doesn't know, the c- this, the capital of New York is not New York City. True. It's Albany. [laughs] How far is that?
- 11:31And people said they couldn't get education from this podcast. [laughs] So they ju- they ran from Schenectady. They traded off.
- 11:38But I had the opportunity to not only ride in a Mohawk Chevrolet truck, but I also ran with the police officers. The video is up on there. I'm vlogging while I'm running like, "Hey, wh- how do I...
- 11:50How long you been doing this?" We went on Facebook Live- Pulling the old Casey Neistat [laughs] I love it. I love it. Anyway, so yeah, that's, it's just aw- But, but enough of this crap. Let's talk about attribution.
- 12:01No, I'm just kidding. [laughs] How, how m-How many car sales can you distinctly track back to your vlogging with the police officers, per se? I can actually track referral links that I put in there for people.
- 12:14[laughs] See? See? Over 20- Look at that... over 24,000, you know? [laughs] That's... I don't know if that's good. 24,000 good? Ah. [laughs] I- That's- That's just straight from organic... that's unbelievable.
- 12:27Oh, you- Well, but, but no, okay, so maybe you can't go attribution, but let's actually go to that because I think a lot of people do have that question.
- 12:35Okay, so it's, you've got two rooftops now, right, that you're managing- Correct... content for. Uh, three. You got two rooftops or three you said? Yeah. Chevrolet, Honda, and what?
- 12:42Uh, we have Mohawk Honda, Mohawk Chevrolet, and a collision center. Oh, okay. So you got three, three store/rooftops that you're managing content for. You got a team of five people doing that- Mm-hmm...
- 12:51including yourself. Right. And most, most dealerships or dealers go immediately to, "Well, what's the expense of that? That sounds expensive. That's a lot of people resources," right? Yeah.
- 13:02[laughs] And what you've done, and I know because I've talked to you and Scott Risley, I'd like you to explain a little bit, but talk about this transformation from how much paid advertising that you've had to do across multiple channels and how you've been able to scale that back because of the organic influence of all of the content that you've done, and the results of that for the stores.
- 13:23'Cause there is a result to- Yeah... all of this work that you've done. Yeah, I mean, I, I think the biggest thing for people is they always...
- 13:30y- especially us in the automotive, the, the first thing when you think about branding, you think about organic social media. It's not right off the bat, right? It's not gonna...
- 13:39Like, we weren't able to cut our traditional ad spend, m- majority of our traditional ad spend, because I started this four days ago and I produced all this content.
- 13:50[laughs] No, we've been able to build it over four years, and that's what most people have a problem with, is they can't, they don't see the longevity of being able to be in front of almost two million impressions a month, um, you know, and then even 25, 2.5 million over on high months, and then, and then you also have your lows.
- 14:12You know? You're, you always also get that algorithm change.
- 14:15I mean, last month was, like, one of our worst impression months and y- it was just 'cause everything changed, and now you have to switch your content, and that's...
- 14:24y- we have to get away from this traditional ad spend and go more digital. And digital is more cost effective, and that's the, that's the matter, that's the point of the fact that is, should... That's it.
- 14:35Like- What is- Invest in people... can you, can you correlate what has happened to your organic site traffic? Uh, well- Have you ever made that correlation? Definitely. Yeah, I mean, it's definitely increased. We can...
- 14:46I can literally see how many people... So, for instance, we, we put links in our posts pretty much every day, like, just there, you know? Just in case someone's like, "Hey, I'm going to Mohawk Honda.
- 14:59They better have a link that I can get to their webpage", you know? Mm-hmm. Especially for me, like, that's how I think.
- 15:04If I'm going to someone's social media, I gotta be able to get there fast, and if I wanna get something, I better be able to find out how to get it wicked fast.
- 15:12So we put our, we put links to our websites in pretty much all of our posts, regardless if it's in the community or not, but that, that's just because we, that's what we're trying to do. We're trying different things.
- 15:24And we can correlate how many times someone clicks that and goes to the website. We can...
- 15:29And if we hit the paid ad, you can also, you can do that exact attribute from, oh, they saw this, they went to the website, and they bought a car. And we can attribute gross sales and things like that.
- 15:42What would you say to- Yeah. Okay, so, like, kind of, Andy, your, your, your dealer definitely had the vision for it, and definitely had- Oh, yeah... had the willingness to take the risk. Um, he also had you, right?
- 15:58Somebody that- [laughs]... he was willing to, to kinda, like, put the bet on. Yeah.
- 16:03I think where you are now and where a lot of dealers are, they might believe in some of what you're saying or all of what you're saying, but likely some of what you're saying, and saying, "Oh, it'd be...
- 16:12It w- it must be nice," or, "It would be really nice if I could get to that point."
- 16:17What would you say to that dealer that just wants to, like, dip their toe in the water, that maybe is do, you know, using an agency, um, you know, to just do SEO and, like, do paid media, um, that's spending a lot on advertising?
- 16:28What would you say would be the first steps for them to, like, just dip their toe in the water of this content production strategy to, to gain that organic traffic and impressions to drive sales?
- 16:38Uh, the first step I would say is find somebody. Don't, don't- Where are they gonna find that person? Right? You said... I'm just gonna play devil's advocate for a minute. Yeah, yeah. Find somebody. Sure, absolutely.
- 16:48Yeah. Where am I gonna find that person? I mean, pretty much anywhere. Uh, Facebook- Okay, okay... LinkedIn. How am I gonna find someone on Facebook? What am I gonna do?
- 16:58I'm, I'm, I'm literally, right now, I'm a marketing manager, I'm a dealer- Yep... right? And, and you gotta... This is almost a, a game of explain it like I'm five. But hold on. Forget that. Forget that. Forget that.
- 17:07Don't go to Facebook. Don't go to LinkedIn. Go to all the people that you've given money to. Go to your local school.
- 17:14I'm pretty sure there is a college around somewhere by your dealership, and I would contact the marketing, I would ta- contact some local grads that are there that wanna do some work.
- 17:26Be like, "Hey, how would you do this?" You know? L- a lot of people want to... Uh, especially we've had, we've had a few interns here at Mohawk, and they've literally been like, "This is...
- 17:37I've never had a better internship where there's a lot of work to do." You know? [laughs] I mean- Okay, so- We might do a little-... well, that's a good step. What, what's- Find a college intern.
- 17:46What should they be expecting to resource them with? You have a bunch of equipment. You have a room, right? They don't need all that to start. Like, what- An iPhoneAn iPhone and a rig that costs $200. So, about $1,500.
- 18:02Including the iPhone. Incl- Including the iPhone. Yeah, that's including the iPhone. [laughs] That's, that's, that's a microphone- What's the rig? Is it a gimbal?
- 18:09Is that what you're thinking is, like, first shot or just something else? No, it's a... I don't actually have it on me. I was... I should have brought it. It's literally a selfie stick. It's a glorified selfie stick.
- 18:18[laughs] There you go. With a, with a Rode microphone. 'Cause sometimes you gotta get that thing out in front, right? [laughs] That's it.
- 18:23I mean, if anyone checks out our Facebook Lives, our lives are on Mohawk Honda, Mohawk Chevrolet. They're done with that rig, and it's just the... It... More or less, it's the audio. Right. In a video, people will...
- 18:37Don't really care. They care about the quality, and they'll notice the quality. But if they can't hear what you're talking about, they're not gonna pay attention. That's right. And, okay. Yeah. Yeah.
- 18:44So you got, you got... This is where you'd find the person. This is what equipment they need to get started.
- 18:49If you step foot in a dealership, you had that exact equipment, it was only you, you didn't have a full team, what content are you making? So, all right.
- 18:59So the first step I'm gonna do is I'm gonna get every single salesperson in the dealership to send me delivery photos. First step.
- 19:06Absolutely, without a doubt, that is the number one engaging, i- in the years that I've done it, step one. All of your... [laughs] Actually, that's pretty funny, 'cause you could...
- 19:18Technically, you don't even need an iPhone for that. You could use your salespeople and just say, "We need pictures" [laughs] You don't even need the marketing person for... You don't need the content person.
- 19:23[laughs] You're like, "Okay, great" Start with that, right? He just one-upped. He's like, "You can do this with who you have right now with no additional investment. Where's your excuse?"
- 19:30[laughs] Although, you still- Right. Right... you still need a person to, to heckle the people to get that. And the sales manager, you still need someone to post it. So, still get somebody, but- Okay.
- 19:38You still gotta make sure you get it and post it... you don't need to buy them an iPhone. You can get them a computer that you probably have laying around. Yeah, yep. And you create a Messenger group on Facebook,
- 19:47and boom. So, delivery photos, step one. Add to your story. We're finding that a lot of people want to window shop, so add to your story every single day. And, let's do one more.
- 20:00Uh- What do you mean by add to your story? Like, vehicles? What do you mean by add to your story? Yeah. Like, vehicles on your story?
- 20:04Vehicles on your story and your people, the behind the scenes, what it looks like on a day-to-day basis. You know, people like to be a part of what's going down. So, I would do that. So, delivery pictures, story.
- 20:18And then on top of that, if you have time after that, then consider showcasing the employees in different types of... It- anything, you know? Yeah, feature the people. Fun content that shows the culture.
- 20:34Yeah, feature the people that everyone's gonna see when they walk through that door, and that's, that's where I would start. What I love about this is- That's how I did start...
- 20:44this is marketing, but it's about planting a stake in the ground and controlling what you can control. It's not about, like, running your business off of leased property.
- 20:52It's like, no, we're gonna control what we can control and participate that way. And, and building a strong brand. I know everybody here would agree with me that a brand is stronger than i- than your lease special.
- 21:05[laughs] Yeah. Right. Especially these days. You're what? [laughs] Yeah, lease special. You know what that- What's a special, right? And, yeah, so it- Your brand disappeared with the microchips. [laughs] Right.
- 21:16[laughs] I can't wait till things normalize and people- [laughs] Michael just dropped out. [laughs] Ah, he dropped off the Zoom call. He was like, "I can't wait till..." Whoop, gone.
- 21:25[laughs] [laughs] Well, I, you know, I think one question that I would have is maybe for the more, like, m- more mature, uh, uh, groups that are doing some of this, uh- I'm sorry, one second...
- 21:36doing some of this work already. Um- Oh, he's going. Uh- Someone of his team is actually, if you're just listening, came up to him at, with, like, an emergency question. And so he is right now dipping out.
- 21:47And Michael's back with us, though. How was your trip? [laughs] They're asking him if they can fix my Zoom. Yeah. [laughs] [laughs] They, they- They're like, "We know how to fix that"...
- 21:55Nathaniel, he, he's like, "Does anybody know how to fix Cerullo's Zoom?" [laughs] Call Scott Risley. There you go. Oh, my gosh. Um, and so- Sorry. Sorry, yeah...
- 22:04uh, my question is is, like, what is your team looking toward or, or shifting? You said the algorithm has changed and you're shifting content.
- 22:11Like, what's the next step for you for maybe some of those mature, um, groups that do have some content creators that are really trying to go, "Hey, here's the horizon. Here's what we're looking at.
- 22:21Here's what we're trying to shift to"? What are you doing right now? So first off, if there's a team out there like that, I wanna know about you, and I wanna talk to you, and I wanna collaborate with you, step one.
- 22:32Uh, two is we are looking towards, honestly, posting more 30-second shorts and long form. We are posting a lot more to YouTube Shorts and building up our cont- We're, we're making more content.
- 22:50That's really what it is. We're doubling down on building more and making more content and sharing to the story, uh, Instagram, TikTok. Uh, we're pushing more on TikTok now and, and Reels. Yep.
- 23:03So- I, I, I, I think that's huge.
- 23:05Like, for people to know, like, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long form content, TikTok, and Instagram Reels are, like, the things that are right now in the algorithm hitting that you're finding success with and trying to grow content from that perspective.
- 23:20So, um, I, I think that that's a- And then one more. I have one more thing- Yeah... on top of that- One second... is to brand your salespeople. Ah, okay.
- 23:27Yeah, so support branding the salespeople, not just the overall dealership. Uh, more- Yeah... kind of that behind the scene type thing. Awesome. Yeah, I've talked about this with Paul. It's a, it's a new tier.
- 23:36I'm calling it tier four. I don't know if it's actually, um- [laughs]... uh, made up yet, but I'm making it up. I'm c- I'm claiming it's the tier four.
- 23:45And that, that is the, the salesperson inside of the dealership, because when you can get every single salesperson to brand themselves and go after the customer that they wanna walk through that door-Just think about that.
- 23:58So- Mm-hmm. Yeah, yeah... if you have 20 sales, that's 20 different demographics you can hit. Yep. Just, just saying. Yeah. That's perfect. Well, hey, look- Okay. Sorry...
- 24:09Michael was supposed to pay attention to the clock, but I don't think his Zoom knows what time it is anymore.
- 24:13[laughs] Uh, so, uh, N- Nathan, it has been, or Nathaniel or Nate, I'm sorry, there's, like, 18 different ways to say- I know... your name to Sideways.
- 24:21Uh, but your bow tie, uh, speaks wonders for the class that you are, uh, as well as your ability to execute. Love my bow tie, by the way. [laughs] A- as well as your ability to execute.
- 24:31We really thank you for coming on, uh, Auto Collabs today on behalf of, uh, myself, Paul, and Michael Cirillo. It's just been a blast. Absolutely. That was a really interesting conversation with Nathaniel Greklich.
- 24:46What do you guys think? [laughs] Y'all, just so you know, Michael is still attempting to work on his Zoom, uh, but that really was a great conversation.
- 25:00And, and I appreciate the fact that, like, he's still working it out in time. The thing that I caught that was, "Hey, last month was a really down month for us from a, from an engagement perspective."
- 25:10From an impressions. "And we realized we needed..." Yeah, from an impression perspective.
- 25:14And he's like, "We needed to shift our whole content strategy at this point, because now we've gotta look toward different types of content, more content, reaching out in different ways."
- 25:23And, and be- having a work in progress like that, I think is important, especially to any team that is looking to make content on a regular basis.
- 25:31The, the thing about that that I love is the fact that it's always changing, so that even people that get into the game now, right, you are going to have some level of level playing field, even though you're just getting into the game.
- 25:44So I love the practical, the practical wisdom, the practical advice. And I think, I mean, my opinion, he set a pretty low bar, right?
- 25:52Like, it's not this gigantic spend you need to make or a gigantic investment in personnel or equipment. He said, "Hey, you gotta do this, this, and this," and really took out 99% of the excuses from the conversation.
- 26:08Michael, we're gonna let you close us out. I hope you enjoyed that conversation with Nathan. [laughs] I'm just kidding.
- 26:14I don't know what I'm gonna cut out, but man, what I heard, it was an amazing conversation, and you're right, very practical. We hope y'all enjoyed this conversation with Nathaniel Greklich. On behalf of myself, Paul J.
