Three UNCW legends—Brett Blizzard, Bruce Cavenaugh, and Michelle Jarman—are set to be inducted into the Greater Wilmington Sports Hall of Fame in 2027, marking a historic milestone for the Seahawks and the Hall’s 20th anniversary. Blizzard, a four-time All-Conference basketball star, shattered scoring records and earned Player of the Year twice. Cavenaugh dominated baseball with power and speed, leading the team in homers and steals while earning three NAIA honors.
