- 5:50[SPEAKER_03]: I don't know.

- 6:11[SPEAKER_08]: Get on a comment on my blogger.
- 6:13[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, you do a spread hate on that show.
- 6:17[SPEAKER_08]: Where's that hate?
- 6:17[SPEAKER_08]: I'm spread.
- 6:19[SPEAKER_08]: Call me and tell me about it.
- 6:20[SPEAKER_08]: Okay?
- 6:22[SPEAKER_08]: We don't spread hate on the show.
- 6:23[SPEAKER_08]: We speak truth to power and sometimes they don't like it.
- 6:29[SPEAKER_08]: You know, they won't deal with this and all of that, but I don't know.
- 6:33[SPEAKER_08]: I was looking at one of these online surveys I happen to see.
- 6:38[SPEAKER_08]: People in St. Lawrence County who are, I just assume they were all weed smokers, but you favor weed sales at Farmers' markets.
- 6:45[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, they've legalized these, so you're going to start seeing it.
- 6:49[SPEAKER_08]: Right in front of City Hall, they're going to be selling dope.
- 6:52[SPEAKER_08]: But 58% of St. Louis, they say no.
- 6:56[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 6:58[SPEAKER_08]: Exactly.
- 6:59[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, college kids you're coming back to school not so much at JCC, but I Guess they're arriving at Clarkson and old schools up north.
- 7:07[SPEAKER_08]: I read where there were 56 Clarkson New students who were able to skip their senior year in high school in the right to college Well senior year in high school is generally a waste of time, but That shows they're pretty smart You got some sharp people there, so
- 7:26[SPEAKER_09]: Hopefully they do.
- 7:28[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know if you saw those stories, they were on different places about dressing up dorm rooms mostly for girls.
- 7:38[SPEAKER_08]: Spending thousands of dollars on having consultants too.
- 7:41[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, it's crazy.
- 7:43[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I did one year in a dorm out in Missouri.
- 7:47[SPEAKER_15]: And there were two of us, which you may ask you with the room, made us from New Jersey.
- 7:53[SPEAKER_08]: never seen him since but you know remember and the bed was just you know a flat thing and there was like a back of a sofa on the wall so when the bed was pushed in it was it was like a culture something and it kind of pulled and that was it and there was a desk area and all that and if you put a couple posters the fairer thoughts it up that's fine too that's fine too or head east
- 8:22[SPEAKER_08]: but you didn't bring in frilly didn't bring in furniture did they do that up in potsdam and Clarkson and all I don't know those are liberal elites up there but um didn't a couple of our council people go there there was a garibrander went there one of them I don't know 755-1240 the phone number if you want to be on the the on the air you can talk about whatever you want we got some
- 8:49[SPEAKER_08]: Topics here.
- 8:51[SPEAKER_08]: You know something that's kind of interesting.
- 8:53[SPEAKER_08]: I know I don't like to get in the national stuff too much But she's kind of fetching There's 35 real Natalie Harp Like the instrument He is getting a lot of play in the media now and Senator John Ossoff of Georgia made a snide remark about the president being more interested in her than doing his job and I looked her up to you quite fetching
- 9:18[SPEAKER_08]: And I look at it sort of as a, you're in the White House, an older guy, you know, you're kind of isolated from the world.
- 9:27[SPEAKER_08]: You can't just go out and say, let's have a drink down the street or something.
- 9:31[SPEAKER_10]: So you gravitate towards people close by, and I'm thinking of back of Monica Lewinsky.
- 9:38[SPEAKER_08]: I think of Ike's driver over in London in World War II, and maybe this Natalie Harp is the same thing.
- 9:45[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know if it's a,
- 9:48[SPEAKER_07]: A physical it is, but you need some kind of, you know, somebody to find over you, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like, like,
- 10:15[SPEAKER_07]: We'd like to invite everyone to come to see what Jefferson County has that could aid people better seniors in their day-to-day life.
- 10:26[SPEAKER_07]: We just have this huge event going on tomorrow from now and do one.
- 10:30[SPEAKER_07]: Mm-hmm.
- 10:32[SPEAKER_07]: If at the Watertown Municipal Arena.
- 10:34[SPEAKER_07]: Okay.
- 10:36[SPEAKER_07]: Don't know if it's a 600-wilium tea field, right?
- 10:40[SPEAKER_07]: Most people know where it is.
- 10:43[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it's right behind the fairgrounds in the big building area.
- 10:47[SPEAKER_07]: Yes, correct.
- 10:49[SPEAKER_07]: And I keep reminding people to call you to tell them what is available.
- 10:55[SPEAKER_07]: We have a lot of people that are going to be there like seniors, help seniors, doil, pivot's going to be there to merit in health.
- 11:05[SPEAKER_07]: There's just a lot of things that are available to seniors and they need to show up.
- 11:13[SPEAKER_08]: and um... we'd like to see people there and i thought obviously it's uh... free admission right it is it's great yeah it sounds like a great thing i know it's been held before and uh... who puts it on is it office for the ageing office for the ageing good for them and uh... sounds like a great deal and my god it if nothing else it gives you something to do in a Saturday morning or a Thursday morning it
- 11:41[SPEAKER_07]: I do these things a couple of times a year and I keep thinking I just need to call you because you reach out to everyone.
- 11:50[SPEAKER_08]: You don't want to thank you for saying you really think so.
- 11:53[SPEAKER_07]: I do.
- 11:54[SPEAKER_07]: We're firmly believe that job.
- 11:56[SPEAKER_07]: I really do.
- 11:57[SPEAKER_07]: It's like right now we do the rest at program at Trinity Church and I'm calling there from there right now.
- 12:05[SPEAKER_07]: We do a lot with mild dementia patients and we have people brought
- 12:10[SPEAKER_07]: prevention block here at Trinity, from 9.30 to 3.30, Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, so the families have a break.
- 12:18[SPEAKER_08]: The baby likes to charge.
- 12:20[SPEAKER_08]: The baby likes to do the hotline, too.
- 12:23[SPEAKER_07]: Well, we have the computer on.
- 12:26[SPEAKER_07]: And when you talk about things that are important, but that's nothing really serious, serious, put things on.
- 12:35[SPEAKER_07]: You know, we have to be very cautious, and then we have
- 12:39[SPEAKER_07]: mild music.
- 12:42[SPEAKER_07]: We do volleyball with balloons and chairs.
- 12:47[SPEAKER_07]: We play games, you know, it's very, very all right.
- 12:52[SPEAKER_08]: That's tomorrow morning, 9 to 1 at the arena.
- 12:55[SPEAKER_08]: The fairgrounds arena and the health show for seniors, free admission, and you can learn a lot.
- 13:05[SPEAKER_07]: And yes, it's just to improve
- 13:08[SPEAKER_07]: your day-to-day lunch.
- 13:10[SPEAKER_07]: And that's what we're here for.
- 13:12[SPEAKER_07]: So I thank you so much for letting me No problem, Sheila.
- 13:16[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, you have a good day.
- 13:17[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 13:18[SPEAKER_08]: Bye now.
- 13:19[UNKNOWN]: Bye.
- 13:20[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, haven't heard from Sheila and quite a while, but boy, she gets out and about and does things tomorrow.
- 13:25[SPEAKER_15]: Watertown Fairgrounds Arena 9 a.m. to 1.
- 13:29[SPEAKER_08]: I know it's Thursday morning tomorrow and health fair for seniors.
- 13:35[SPEAKER_10]: I guess
- 13:39[SPEAKER_08]: One thing, you got two ways to go in life if you're younger.
- 13:43[SPEAKER_08]: You can become a senior or whatever.
- 13:47[SPEAKER_08]: So, I don't know.
- 13:48[SPEAKER_08]: Well, what's going on in the world?
- 13:50[SPEAKER_08]: Stock markets are up today.
- 13:51[SPEAKER_08]: That's good.
- 13:54[SPEAKER_08]: You're all getting richer.
- 13:56[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 13:59[SPEAKER_08]: And you'll get your picture on the cover of the Rolling Stone.
- 14:01[SPEAKER_08]: 755, 1240 is the phone number.
- 14:05[SPEAKER_08]: If you'd like to give us a call on any subject,
- 14:09[SPEAKER_08]: and will put you on the air.
- 14:11[SPEAKER_08]: I didn't see a lot on the police plotter that was really tremendously interesting, but you never know, you never know.
- 14:20[SPEAKER_08]: Um, not much going on politically either.
- 14:27[SPEAKER_08]: You know, this is one of my pet peeves about baseball these days.
- 14:30[SPEAKER_08]: I love you still love baseball as a kid.
- 14:32[SPEAKER_08]: He doesn't want you to have a scoreboard and do the scoring and put the little kays and little bees for based on balls and all of that stuff.
- 14:41[SPEAKER_08]: And I don't know, nobody ever looked at it later.
- 14:43[SPEAKER_08]: But you know, I felt like Phil Brzudo or something for a while there.
- 14:49[SPEAKER_08]: But anyway, game yesterday, the Milwaukee Brewer's be sale merit
- 14:57[SPEAKER_08]: Now, that's the biggest margin shot out ever, and, um, but they still used four pictures.
- 15:06[SPEAKER_08]: Back in that day, you think if a, if Warren spawned, it'd been the start of for the brewery back then, or then Milwaukee Braves, they would have had, and if he had 22 runs, he'd have to have four pictures, and yeah, I don't think so.
- 15:27[SPEAKER_08]: They'd finish the damn game, four pictures.
- 15:33[SPEAKER_08]: Can't go past the fifth inning anymore.
- 15:34[SPEAKER_08]: It's the, well, it's a whole air and boon.
- 15:37[SPEAKER_08]: It's a management style.
- 15:39[SPEAKER_08]: I don't like it.
- 15:42[SPEAKER_10]: Well, let's see.
- 15:43[SPEAKER_10]: Are you excited about football starting soon?
- 15:45[SPEAKER_08]: I think it's in, I don't know.
- 15:49[SPEAKER_08]: We still got a way used to go.
- 15:51[SPEAKER_08]: About four weeks, three or four weeks.
- 15:54[SPEAKER_08]: Is it three weeks from this Sunday?
- 15:57[SPEAKER_08]: Jack's open against Tennessee, we'll see how Gino does.
- 16:07[SPEAKER_08]: So that's a pretty good game there.
- 16:09[SPEAKER_08]: We'll expect, I hope.
- 16:12[SPEAKER_08]: And then, of course, I know there's a lot of bills fans out there, and you can listen to the bills right here on Unity Broadcasters over a 94 rock.
- 16:20[SPEAKER_08]: So, you know, we certainly have an affiliation there.
- 16:24[SPEAKER_08]: Although there are some of us in the building who are fans of other teams.
- 16:30[SPEAKER_08]: And that's that, okay?
- 16:34[SPEAKER_08]: I wonder how Penn State will compare it to this year without all that.
- 16:42[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, well, down in Brazil, 23 killed in a mini bus and truck crash, now that's terrible.
- 16:54[SPEAKER_08]: Let's, you know, that crash up in St. Lawrence County involving four motor cycles.
- 16:57[SPEAKER_08]: That sounded pretty bad.
- 17:00[SPEAKER_08]: Uh-huh.
- 17:05[SPEAKER_08]: Well, let's see.
- 17:09[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I don't see too much else here that's, uh,
- 17:13[SPEAKER_08]: of interest at what's going on locally anything any crime yeah i i think that the crime spree that prompted the uh... press release in the mayor and the police chief i think that's over with we're just back to the usual things couple d w i's somebody troke in the role lady uh... that type of stuff
- 17:37[SPEAKER_08]: steel a candy bar at Anthony store all those type of just a routine run of the mill things that the police do but I don't think we're gonna I think the big crime wave is over hmm nobody ever did take a look at that factory street building um i mean the median to see what the heck is it
- 18:02[SPEAKER_08]: And because it was closed and condemned at one time, remember all the people were living in a tent and Scott Grayman over there.
- 18:14[SPEAKER_08]: You know, I miss, you know what I miss was Scott Graybeard, out of the flower business.
- 18:19[SPEAKER_08]: Had a friend who had a broken hip or leg or something, they're down at one of the hospitals in Syracuse, I don't know, Krausser, one of them.
- 18:30[SPEAKER_08]: One to send some flowers and who do you call the sent flowers anymore?
- 18:36[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, you used to be, you know, you just call him and eat know what room the person was in and everything else, but Yeah, we missed our local florist, but after you do you're on the air.
- 18:49[SPEAKER_10]: Hi Jeff, I just wanted to talk about, but I'm not to call yesterday.
- 18:55[SPEAKER_08]: No, yeah.
- 18:59[SPEAKER_10]: the same opinion they're idiots, this guy's an idiot, I mean he's a idiot, just because you don't agree with him, makes everybody else a wrong.
- 19:07[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I know.
- 19:09[SPEAKER_10]: And you got your uh, you don't want to talk international stuff, which you don't want to do, you don't want to talk international stuff and it's about Trump.
- 19:19[SPEAKER_10]: But good night when I'm in I'm just a little biomechanical about the Democrats, never said a word to keep going and going
- 19:31[SPEAKER_08]: No, I think I think you're written something you've caught them off.
- 19:34[SPEAKER_08]: You raise a good point there, I agree with you, and we'll keep an eye on that in the future.
- 19:40[SPEAKER_10]: Hey, I want to say another thing.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 19:42[SPEAKER_10]: My water meter was leaking a couple weeks ago.
- 19:46[SPEAKER_10]: I called DPW.
- 19:48[SPEAKER_10]: It was in two hours.
- 19:49[SPEAKER_10]: They were here to fix that.
- 19:51[SPEAKER_08]: Well, you know, that water department, they're really on the ball, so.
- 19:54[SPEAKER_10]: They are.
- 19:55[SPEAKER_10]: It's just, you know, that's why I live in the city.
- 19:57[SPEAKER_10]: I want police fire in DPW.
- 20:00[SPEAKER_10]: I mean the rest if we can't afford it, we can't afford it like the park, maybe maybe 1% of the city residents use the park.
- 20:09[SPEAKER_10]: And 99% of us pay for it.
- 20:11[SPEAKER_10]: Right.
- 20:12[SPEAKER_10]: That's just, there's gotta be, you know, check into it.
- 20:15[SPEAKER_10]: Another song I have is the police department.
- 20:20[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm.
- 20:21[SPEAKER_10]: If they took every patrol guy and said, look, right down the five worst streets on your area,
- 20:29[UNKNOWN]: you would know the ones that fixed the next year.
- 20:32[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
- 20:34[SPEAKER_10]: That they would know better than them guys.
- 20:36[SPEAKER_10]: They're on all the streets.
- 20:39[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I agree.
- 20:40[SPEAKER_08]: And I'd like to hear, you know.
- 20:42[SPEAKER_08]: And what did the big problem is, you know, some of these buildings produce a disproportionate amount of police calls.
- 20:51[SPEAKER_08]: Remember, 232 West Maine, it's empty now so it doesn't.
- 20:56[SPEAKER_08]: But it'd be interesting to know where the problem properties are.
- 21:01[SPEAKER_08]: And who owns them?
- 21:02[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, well, you can kind of see them.
- 21:03[SPEAKER_10]: You don't want that's been bad forever.
- 21:06[SPEAKER_10]: Right next to that 32-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-3-
- 21:23[SPEAKER_10]: But I wanted to say that like they didn't want her street, there were so many streets of worse.
- 21:28[SPEAKER_11]: I mean, look at what's in the East Main Street, down by you with five streets come together.
- 21:35[SPEAKER_10]: You really should keep going through there, it's terrible, it's terrible, but they do do a good job and I'll give them a credit for that.
- 21:45[SPEAKER_10]: Yeah, there's a lot of good things the city does, yes, there is, well, I just wanted to get that off my chest about the
- 21:52[SPEAKER_08]: about the gun not he just I mean everybody's got an opinion to let other people have their opinion without call of a jerk yeah okay okay just next talk okay thank you all right that's our fireman ad will call him everybody knows him hello I may or how you doing today good hey I want to
- 22:22[SPEAKER_13]: a while ago like over last year, but had a main that had like a leak in it, called them there.
- 22:29[SPEAKER_13]: You know, within an hour, had everything fixed that day, you know, you're credited to do that.
- 22:35[SPEAKER_13]: That's good department.
- 22:37[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, and they really are doing it with so few people, it's amazing, but, you know, it was on a Friday, they just wanted to get it done, so we didn't have to worry about the next week, you know, so they do a good job, so, you know,
- 22:50[SPEAKER_13]: to them.
- 22:51[SPEAKER_13]: Hey, one to say he had your boy Danny called you.
- 22:55[SPEAKER_13]: I didn't want to give him some props that I usually wouldn't do.
- 22:57[SPEAKER_13]: He's all president Trump president and I was very impressed because he started on it but he got it out.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_15]: Right.
- 23:05[SPEAKER_13]: We got to give respect to respect this dude and that's kind of there.
- 23:09[SPEAKER_13]: But he wasn't didn't seem very happy at all with Brian Ashley.
- 23:14[SPEAKER_13]: Did you get that vibe?
- 23:15[SPEAKER_13]: He was not happy with the way Brian Ashley was, you know,
- 23:20[SPEAKER_13]: assessing the situation in the park.
- 23:22[SPEAKER_08]: All the legal extortion comment?
- 23:26[SPEAKER_13]: Yeah, I mean, even more than that, I just put it down.
- 23:29[SPEAKER_13]: Now that's not anyone actually accusing anyone.
- 23:32[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I'm stores will not.
- 23:34[SPEAKER_08]: For those who've had to deal with the legal system, and not this case in particular, a lot of times there is a level of extortion.
- 23:42[SPEAKER_08]: especially if you can leverage a state agency involved or something like that, but it was strong language on the part of the former anchor and you know, I like, I like Brian, but I had he spoke his piece, but it was strong language.
- 23:56[SPEAKER_13]: Well, it just kind of seemed weird, you know, just coming in from Danny being a former interrogator.
- 24:04[SPEAKER_13]: You know, you had just been clicky, we're going to use, we're going to worry about that word when you've interrogated people and you know,
- 24:10[SPEAKER_13]: The Targaryen people is threatening them with bodily harm or mentally abusing them or threatening their family.
- 24:18[SPEAKER_13]: The things like that is such a hard tactics that it's kind of hard for me to put the two and two together that he would be worrying about someone who is thinking that the city is taking the public for a ride.
- 24:31[SPEAKER_13]: Let's try to keep our city fathers in line so to speak.
- 24:37[SPEAKER_13]: to get over that one word and just trying to get himself all upset over it and be an interrogator yeah well what could be said pleasantly about someone who's an interrogator you know what I mean I mean I'm not saying there's anything wrong with interrogators I'd be the first one to cut off somebody's finger if I thought it would stop nine eleven without a doubt but when you're an interrogator I don't know how you just kind of like walk through whimsically and at the upset with other words that are just words
- 25:04[SPEAKER_11]: Well, hey, that's my two cents for the rest of the day.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_13]: Okay.
- 25:06[SPEAKER_13]: So the fans have this.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_03]: All right.
- 25:08[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you.
- 25:09[SPEAKER_08]: By now.
- 25:10[SPEAKER_08]: The other was primary yesterday.
- 25:12[SPEAKER_08]: They were interesting Florida, Alaska.
- 25:14[SPEAKER_08]: And see what the Democrats didn't for in Alaska.
- 25:19[SPEAKER_08]: They put it.
- 25:20[SPEAKER_08]: It was Senator Daniel Sullivan.
- 25:23[SPEAKER_08]: And they put another guy with the same name on the ballad to confuse the voters.
- 25:27[SPEAKER_08]: Is that good politics?
- 25:29[SPEAKER_08]: Good hardball politics?
- 25:31[SPEAKER_08]: Or is that childish?
- 25:32[SPEAKER_08]: Well, it depends on who you are here Republican.
- 25:35[SPEAKER_08]: You say it's dirty pool if you're a Democrat.
- 25:37[SPEAKER_08]: You say politics ain't beanbag, buddy.
- 25:42[SPEAKER_08]: So we'll see what happens in Alaska.
- 25:45[SPEAKER_08]: I think the Republicans may lose that Senate seat.
- 25:49[SPEAKER_08]: And over in I think they're going to lose Ohio and North Carolina.
- 25:55[SPEAKER_08]: And then it comes down to Maine, Texas, and much the other one.
- 26:03[SPEAKER_08]: Iowa.
- 26:05[SPEAKER_08]: They need to pick up four and hold everything they have.
- 26:09[SPEAKER_08]: Now, if they do lose Michigan, which they have now, then they got to pick up another one.
- 26:14[SPEAKER_08]: It'd be tough to do.
- 26:16[SPEAKER_08]: But after dinner on the air.
- 26:18[SPEAKER_06]: Hello, I'm just reminding people about the trick in the biscuit dinner through my obey methodistures today.
- 26:25[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 26:26[SPEAKER_06]: Our dinner today is peach cobbler.
- 26:30[SPEAKER_08]: Peach cobbler.
- 26:34[SPEAKER_08]: How do you pick for the desserts?
- 26:37[SPEAKER_06]: Pretty good.
- 26:38[SPEAKER_08]: No, but how do you decide it's going to be peach cobblers or vote?
- 26:44[SPEAKER_06]: Well, we try and go by what's up, you know, for the time of year, liking the ball, we'll have more pumpkin-y-type things.
- 26:54[SPEAKER_06]: Right.
- 26:56[SPEAKER_06]: And the summer we have things with the fresh vegetables and the vegetables.
- 27:04[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, now the, the peaches they come out of a can or they real.
- 27:10[SPEAKER_06]: I think they're both.
- 27:11[SPEAKER_06]: I think it's a combination of both.
- 27:13[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 27:14[SPEAKER_06]: Yes, but everything is homemade.
- 27:16[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm.
- 27:17[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, sorry.
- 27:19[SPEAKER_06]: And we have, we've switched to just one dessert now so that we can keep the prices down.
- 27:27[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, you know, you don't need two desserts.
- 27:30[SPEAKER_06]: No, we used to have three.
- 27:34[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's too many decisions, yeah.
- 27:37[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, yeah, and it's much easier for our ladies that are handing out the booze out, brought to.
- 27:44[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm.
- 27:45[SPEAKER_08]: Okay.
- 27:46[SPEAKER_06]: It's still a drive through, it's still only 15 dollars, and you don't get a potatoes and chickens and gravy and beans and desserts.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_08]: Mm-hmm.
- 27:55[SPEAKER_06]: They had any place else.
- 27:57[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 27:58[SPEAKER_08]: Sounds good, so it's the staff, or when is it today?
- 28:07[SPEAKER_08]: Now, what would that normally be?
- 28:08[SPEAKER_08]: Five or six?
- 28:10[SPEAKER_06]: Yeah, usually about about five or five thirty.
- 28:14[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, so get there early.
- 28:16[SPEAKER_06]: Oh, yes.
- 28:17[SPEAKER_08]: All right.
- 28:18[SPEAKER_08]: Are you using the right kind of to go containers?
- 28:21[SPEAKER_08]: You're not using Styrofoam, aren't you?
- 28:23[SPEAKER_06]: All we can't use Styrofoam, not New York State.
- 28:26[SPEAKER_06]: They don't want to.
- 28:27[SPEAKER_06]: We've had a terrible time finding the division.
- 28:39[SPEAKER_06]: right.
- 28:41[SPEAKER_08]: Now do you still have the old styrofoam, sir?
- 28:45[SPEAKER_06]: No.
- 28:46[SPEAKER_08]: Got rid of them, okay.
- 28:47[SPEAKER_06]: You can't even get them at New York State anywhere.
- 28:50[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, that's crazy, yeah.
- 28:53[SPEAKER_06]: It is because they were the best type to use.
- 28:56[SPEAKER_06]: They were sturdy, and they didn't leak through and they worked very well.
- 29:02[SPEAKER_06]: That's probably why they stopped using
- 29:08[SPEAKER_08]: Okay, I'll talk with you next time.
- 29:11[SPEAKER_08]: All right, thank you.
- 29:13[SPEAKER_08]: I know.
- 29:14[SPEAKER_08]: Three o'clock, three mile bay.
- 29:16[SPEAKER_08]: Methodist church, you know, that's if you're going out to shamo, you go a little further.
- 29:21[SPEAKER_08]: It's three mile bay.
- 29:23[SPEAKER_08]: If you get to Cape Vincent, you went too far.
- 29:26[SPEAKER_08]: Yep.
- 29:29[SPEAKER_08]: Um, somebody said they should call Cisco the food company.
- 29:34[SPEAKER_08]: I'm sure they have peaches.
- 29:37[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, each is in her, but whatever they have, okay.
- 29:40[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, we're gonna take a break and we'll be right back.

- 31:57[SPEAKER_08]: Some more vessels attacked over in the straight of Horabas there.
- 32:01[SPEAKER_08]: And there we go again.
- 32:05[SPEAKER_08]: Just let it go.
- 32:06[SPEAKER_08]: Let those people just whatever.
- 32:10[SPEAKER_08]: Whatever.
- 32:16[SPEAKER_08]: So, what are we doing next?
- 32:20[SPEAKER_08]: Anything local, local, local news?
- 32:24[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah.
- 32:28[SPEAKER_08]: You think we need more neighborhood watch?
- 32:31[SPEAKER_08]: Would you join something like that?
- 32:33[SPEAKER_08]: I'm not a joiner.
- 32:36[SPEAKER_08]: I think it's important that people be encouraged to be aware of your surroundings.
- 32:43[SPEAKER_08]: That's a good thing for police to do when to talk as much as they can about home safety and all that.
- 32:49[SPEAKER_08]: I can remember back in the 80s when we first opened some leave in a window open at night.
- 32:59[SPEAKER_08]: It was a different configuration and the police called me and said, let me know why I left a window open.
- 33:07[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, those are nice little services.
- 33:09[SPEAKER_15]: I don't know if that's done anymore now.
- 33:13[SPEAKER_08]: Um, I don't even know if they have my number for anybody else's, but, you know, you got to know all the business owners and all of that because they're on the front lines.
- 33:24[SPEAKER_08]: They see things, say things, they got video of things, they're pretty valuable, they're far as fighting up and discouraging crime.
- 33:32[SPEAKER_08]: Now there are businesses that might encourage crime, I don't doubt that.
- 33:36[SPEAKER_08]: But, uh, choose a harmless crime like a,
- 33:41[SPEAKER_08]: illegal slot machine or that type of stuff, that's not, that's not really crime.
- 33:47[SPEAKER_08]: So anyway, I don't know about a neighborhood watch though.
- 33:54[SPEAKER_08]: It was tried before, I don't think it was really enthusiastically supported.
- 34:00[SPEAKER_08]: And you don't want a situation, I mean, I don't want to say these people who want to keep
- 34:11[SPEAKER_08]: get to know your neighbors all of that stuff uh... now i don't know as we need flock can't do we have flock cameras in in watertown made by that company i know that everybody's got the uh... ring doorbell cameras lot of people have animal cameras that's where we got the picture the bobcat a lot of people have various security systems
- 34:40[SPEAKER_08]: But are there flock hammers in the city?
- 34:43[SPEAKER_08]: But after doing it on the air.
- 34:45[SPEAKER_15]: Hey, Mayor Graham.
- 34:47[SPEAKER_08]: What's up?
- 34:48[SPEAKER_15]: It's the dreaded gun, uh.
- 34:50[SPEAKER_15]: Oh my god, two days in a row.
- 34:52[SPEAKER_15]: The dreaded.
- 34:53[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, I'm a little assuming more and more.
- 34:56[SPEAKER_15]: I, you know, I kind of disagree on that neighbor and watch thing because you know, from my experience, people don't talk to each other like they used you.
- 35:09[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, you used to be our moms, we're always drinking coffee together, finding out what we did getting, you know, whatever, but now I mean, you can have like a string of a certain kind of crime, a break-in, or a car break-ins, or something, and next door neighbors aren't even going to know about it.
- 35:28[SPEAKER_15]: So I think in some ways that neighborhood watches has been a good thing, it's lost a lot
- 35:37[SPEAKER_15]: momentum that it had for me.
- 35:39[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I think we used to have neighborhood watch it was called being neighbors, but you're right.
- 35:45[SPEAKER_15]: Exactly.
- 35:46[SPEAKER_15]: Exactly.
- 35:47[SPEAKER_15]: I agree with you.
- 35:48[SPEAKER_15]: It used to be just a normal part of a neighborhood, but now I mean people that even live next to it.
- 35:55[SPEAKER_15]: And I'm not pointing at anybody that's what it is.
- 35:58[SPEAKER_15]: You know, your previous color that kind of single me out, you know, sir with with all due respect, I mean
- 36:07[SPEAKER_15]: about dishonesty politically.
- 36:11[SPEAKER_15]: I know that I know that hurts feelings.
- 36:13[SPEAKER_08]: I know I don't want to get into arguments among the scholars about Trump and not Trump.
- 36:18[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah, but you know, the rhetoric was meaningless.
- 36:23[SPEAKER_15]: I mean, I'm talking about dishonesty.
- 36:26[SPEAKER_15]: And the parties are pretty much delineated themselves as far as dishonesty.
- 36:34[SPEAKER_08]: you know I uh... somebody texted me we we talked about this the other day we think there was a flock cameras over by lows in somebody uh... caught him down and lies about that i heard about that but it hasn't been in uh... you know the main steward media because they don't check the alternative media that much uh... they didn't know about it but yeah there i think they're flock cameras i don't know i don't even know what those things are
- 37:02[SPEAKER_15]: I've heard about him, I've read about him, but in fact, I am seeing more of that on interstates.
- 37:09[SPEAKER_08]: Well, flock is a company that makes a variety of security devices, including plate readers.
- 37:17[SPEAKER_08]: that's a big deal these days so you can see where the criminals have been and you're you know your ex-wife and all that and uh... they also have they have these noise or gunshot detectors suffocality on long island is now spending four million dollars on a flock system and it detects gunshots and where they are so you know we could say gunshot at the corner of ruttland and academy and cops could go there Syracuse has
- 37:46[SPEAKER_15]: system in place it does that you know and it's it's obviously words needed but down here they're more into stabbing which doesn't come up on the on the flock if I see a flock the flock doesn't smell the blades or anything but yeah I don't I don't know but it
- 38:09[SPEAKER_15]: It's going to be a big debate.
- 38:10[SPEAKER_15]: It's going to be a big one.
- 38:12[SPEAKER_08]: Now then, you know, you ever go down factory street and you see in front of the 711, there's this thing.
- 38:18[SPEAKER_08]: It's like a little trailer with solar panels and then a tall mast and it looks like three heads on the top for cameras of some guide.
- 38:27[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know if that belongs to the store or the city or what it is.
- 38:32[SPEAKER_15]: Well, there's so many of us have different varieties out here.
- 38:36[SPEAKER_15]: I look at saying that I'm seeing new things on the interstates 81's got a couple of new ones up.
- 38:42[SPEAKER_15]: I'm going to mark a mightle.
- 38:45[SPEAKER_15]: I haven't seen that many, but now when they're starting to appear, I don't know if they're flock or whatever.
- 38:51[SPEAKER_08]: Well, I would say to local media, if you're listening, the flock cameras that were on the ground are over by loads and Texas roadouts and all of that.
- 39:03[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know too much about him.
- 39:04[SPEAKER_08]: Oh, I saw a picture.
- 39:05[SPEAKER_08]: Somebody sent me a picture of him.
- 39:08[SPEAKER_08]: And then somebody just texted me that there were county devices.
- 39:11[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know if that's true or not.
- 39:14[SPEAKER_08]: But, you know, that the flock of brand is in the news so much.
- 39:18[SPEAKER_08]: I mean, it's being talked about all the time.
- 39:21[SPEAKER_15]: Yeah.
- 39:22[SPEAKER_15]: Where's the money companies?
- 39:24[SPEAKER_15]: You say it's a private company.
- 39:26[SPEAKER_15]: Did they finance this as they're selling the service or what?
- 39:30[SPEAKER_08]: The one on factory street.
- 39:31[SPEAKER_08]: I don't know what that is.
- 39:33[SPEAKER_15]: some kind of camera must because it's a high crime area i assume that caught pictures of the uh... a salence in the juvers and street eating i don't know uh... here you guys talk we talk a lot about uh... uh... electric bites uh... you know there's villages down i think uh... liverpool is one of them uh... that is outlawed electric bites for anyone under sixty
- 40:01[SPEAKER_15]: Is that unusual or is that, uh, ground-breaking move?
- 40:06[SPEAKER_08]: Um, I don't know.
- 40:08[SPEAKER_08]: I think it's probably- It's probably- It's probably not a bad idea, but whether or not how I how can you enforce it.
- 40:16[SPEAKER_08]: You know, the problem with, uh, traffic enforcement is the basic threat against you is it will, we vote your license.
- 40:23[SPEAKER_08]: Well, if you don't have a license, when you care, you ever see all these people driving without licenses.
- 40:28[SPEAKER_08]: They don't care.
- 40:32[SPEAKER_15]: What's going to save us though is the fact that Elon Musk and his boys are going to figure out how to get everything to drive itself.
- 40:41[SPEAKER_15]: Idiots won't be killing us and everybody else will lose the freedom to drive a vehicle of any type because it's going to be a computer.
- 40:50[SPEAKER_15]: It's going to be a proof thing.
- 40:51[SPEAKER_15]: It's like flying an airplane.
- 40:53[SPEAKER_15]: I think that's coming within the next decade.
- 40:59[SPEAKER_15]: you'll push the button, tell them where you're going, and then ship back.
- 41:03[SPEAKER_08]: Now, somebody you like.
- 41:04[SPEAKER_15]: Say for them people, and you know who's going to drive that?
- 41:07[SPEAKER_15]: Insurance companies.
- 41:08[SPEAKER_08]: Right.
- 41:09[SPEAKER_08]: You know, some people have been quite inquisitive.
- 41:12[SPEAKER_08]: They saw a photo on my blog of people at the bar, and they noticed box of Kleenex on the bar and they're very, some people are very upset.
- 41:21[SPEAKER_08]: They want her wires, they're a box of Kleenex on the bar.
- 41:23[SPEAKER_08]: And I said, well, I got a couple of three of them.
- 41:25[SPEAKER_08]: Those cube ones, you know?
- 41:27[SPEAKER_08]: Hey, somebody wants a Kleenex.
- 41:28[SPEAKER_08]: Some people might want to cough into it, or sneeze, or something.
- 41:32[SPEAKER_10]: But it's amazing and waterchown that they were kind of amazed over the fact
- 41:38[SPEAKER_15]: a box of clean acts made available to customers weird isn't it yeah well you've got you just like me just like other people the question anything yeah you know that you're gonna have your little people who go crazy like you're you know that they look for a reason to be snoddy so that
- 42:05[SPEAKER_08]: It is.
- 42:06[SPEAKER_08]: Well, listen, I got to take time out for a break, but, uh, gun nut, we appreciate it.
- 42:11[SPEAKER_15]: Okay, take care, bud.
- 42:12[SPEAKER_08]: Thank you, bye now.

- 54:29[SPEAKER_08]: It's called economy of words being concise to the point.
- 54:33[SPEAKER_08]: Because in those two words, arena tells you
- 54:37[SPEAKER_08]: it's in arena big building and fairground tells you it's at the fairgrounds so i say fairgrounds arena and you know where to go i don't say 600 billion t field drive nobody knows that right behind the uh... like i said the nice lady called right behind the fairgrounds in and coalmans and all of that so pretty big building hard to miss hard to miss fairgrounds arena tomorrow the senior health expo

- 55:55[SPEAKER_08]: He to put up a building up there, a big building.
- 55:59[SPEAKER_08]: But all the cards in them, I hear gas cards are better.
- 56:02[SPEAKER_08]: So if you're going to buy new ones, don't listen to the Green New Deal nonsense, badgers, get the gas ones.
- 56:11[SPEAKER_08]: Apparently, they last longer if you keep maintained.
- 56:15[SPEAKER_08]: So they need a building to put them in.
- 56:20[SPEAKER_14]: In my opinion.
- 56:23[SPEAKER_08]: And that building could have the pro shop in it,
- 56:32[SPEAKER_08]: Good afternoon around the air.

- 57:33[SPEAKER_08]: Yeah, I know there's been different interpretations, but, you know, it used to be if you wanted to go set it, you know, if you got out of work at midnight and you want to go sit and look at the night sky, you could, but now all of a sudden we got more rules and all of that stuff.
- 57:48[SPEAKER_09]: Yeah, to me, bad apples for everybody.
- 57:51[SPEAKER_08]: Exactly.
