- 1:19Speaker 2: Every question I have, do you have any more reviews?
- 1:23Speaker 3: We don't. We don't. We are stuck right now. What
- 1:28Speaker 3: although someone it's weird. We have the same number of ratings,
- 1:31Speaker 3: but there is a new review on February fourteenth. Okay,
- 1:34Speaker 3: so maybe they This is from the fourth Meg and
- 1:39Speaker 3: it uh, oh man, it's I'm gonna have to look
- 1:42Speaker 3: it up on here. This is the title of this
- 1:44Speaker 3: I want to be able to see. Oh, okay, wow,
- 1:47Speaker 3: it's it's a new so we do I'm wrong.
- 1:49Speaker 2: We have a new review. So we have the same
- 1:50Speaker 2: number of ratings. We have a new review.
- 1:53Speaker 3: It's uh from the fourth Meg and it says ri
- 1:55Speaker 3: Ip Senior read a boomshack and O G big ram.
- 1:58Speaker 2: Yeah turtles.
- 2:00Speaker 3: By the way, this is the highlight of my Thursdays
- 2:04Speaker 3: and I don't usually like courtroom shows.
- 2:05Speaker 2: That's all she says. So good for you the fourth Meg.
- 2:08Speaker 1: Look that's pretty Yeah. Let me go first because it's
- 2:12Speaker 1: a short one.
- 2:12Speaker 2: How about that. Get out of the way.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Let me introduce you to Dave just just cow, just cow,
- 2:19Speaker 1: just cow. Yeah, he's a comedian, and he isssuing his
- 2:23Speaker 1: friend or he used to be friend, Mike Bushetti.
- 2:27Speaker 3: Mike Bushetti. Yes, Dave just cow and Mike Bushetti. Yes,
- 2:33Speaker 3: we're sure on those two names. I'm definitely showing Mike Bushetti.
- 2:37Speaker 3: I'm not positive about Dave. Okay, Dave, Okay, you can google. No, yes,
- 2:41Speaker 3: you can google. You can google Dave. They're both, they're
- 2:43Speaker 3: both comedians.
- 2:45Speaker 2: Whatnot.
- 2:46Speaker 1: Dave starts off strong by saying Mike is an incompetent boob.
- 2:51Speaker 2: Strong start, long start.
- 2:53Speaker 1: He hired Mike many times over the years to do
- 2:55Speaker 1: different comedy gigs, movie gigs, comedy sketches, cetera. Mike says that, uh,
- 3:03Speaker 1: I don't know what he's talking about. We used to
- 3:06Speaker 1: be friends. Now we're nothing. I don't know what he
- 3:09Speaker 1: expects from me to do. I just, you know, eat
- 3:12Speaker 1: TV dinners with my mom. I don't have anything to
- 3:15Speaker 1: give him. I don't know why he assumed me, and
- 3:17Speaker 1: he knows that. Shout out to his mom, though, shout
- 3:21Speaker 1: to his mom. Dave explains that he made a documentary
- 3:25Speaker 1: called Turbo Charged with It, which is an unauthorized documentary
- 3:30Speaker 1: about the band The Cars.
- 3:32Speaker 2: Okay, we see it.
- 3:35Speaker 1: So we see a clip of it, and what it
- 3:37Speaker 1: seems to be is that Dave and his buddies re
- 3:42Speaker 1: enacted what they think the Cars were like in the studio.
- 3:47Speaker 2: Okay, so is this real? This is really? So they're
- 3:50Speaker 2: doing some publicity for this documentary.
- 3:52Speaker 1: I don't know, but it's out and apparently it's very bad.
- 3:58Speaker 1: It's very bad. Dave says, no one likes his movie,
- 4:00Speaker 1: but we did it and it is what it is.
- 4:03Speaker 1: Dave says that Mike basically begged me, begged me to
- 4:06Speaker 1: be a part of this movie, but he didn't memorize
- 4:08Speaker 1: any of his lines, so he had to go overtime
- 4:12Speaker 1: in the studio that we were using, which cost me money, Okay,
- 4:17Speaker 1: namely the n.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Yeah, yeah, you got it.
- 4:21Speaker 1: Jerry asks why he hires him if he's so bad,
- 4:23Speaker 1: and Dave says, we'll just look at him. He's very
- 4:26Speaker 1: funny to look at, and anytime he's around he gets
- 4:28Speaker 1: to laugh. And the problem is is he's so fine
- 4:32Speaker 1: to look at, but he is equally as difficult to
- 4:34Speaker 1: work with.
- 4:35Speaker 2: He just doesn't do anything.
- 4:37Speaker 1: He's just funny to look at so okay, all right, great,
- 4:42Speaker 1: Jerry asks about some sort of Thanksgiving sketch and then
- 4:46Speaker 1: holds up a Pilgrim Halloween costume.
- 4:49Speaker 2: I don't know, this.
- 4:50Speaker 1: Feels like a bit brand It does feel a bit
- 4:52Speaker 1: like a bit, But here we are. Dave says that
- 4:54Speaker 1: he had an amazing gig books at the Comedy Seller
- 4:58Speaker 1: in New York, and he invites Mike to come and
- 5:01Speaker 1: be a part of it, and he ruins it. Basically,
- 5:04Speaker 1: they have a mutual comedian friend who was diagnosed with
- 5:08Speaker 1: cancer and they all agreed as comedians to come together
- 5:12Speaker 1: and do one last comedy sketch together and it would
- 5:16Speaker 1: be a benefits not benefit concert, but a benefit performance
- 5:21Speaker 1: or whatever. Yeah, a benefit show for their buddy who
- 5:23Speaker 1: has has cancer. And Mike did not show up despite
- 5:28Speaker 1: saying that he would be there. Mike claims that he
- 5:30Speaker 1: didn't show up because he has chronic bronchitis. Yeah, and
- 5:33Speaker 1: Dave knows that, and he's holding a meeting with chronic bronchitis.
- 5:38Speaker 1: I don't know, man, That's a tough break. That's a
- 5:40Speaker 1: tough break. They then play a video of the comedian
- 5:47Speaker 1: basically saying that the comedian that had the cancer basically
- 5:52Speaker 1: saying that this is going to be a sketch that
- 5:55Speaker 1: he would be remembered by and he really wanted his
- 5:57Speaker 1: buddy to be there and he didn't show up, and
- 5:59Speaker 1: he was very hurt, and he said. The guy ends
- 6:04Speaker 1: the video by saying he's gonna blame it on his bronchitis,
- 6:06Speaker 1: but we know that he was just meeting with a
- 6:08Speaker 1: domin domin domin natrix, dominatrix.
- 6:12Speaker 2: That's how you say that, and that's how the video winds.
- 6:15Speaker 2: He says, that's not true. I have chronic.
- 6:17Speaker 1: Brois okay, So Mike isn't going out without isn't gonna
- 6:23Speaker 1: go out without a fights despite having the chronic bronchitis
- 6:27Speaker 1: he brings in his own witness. She is another comedian
- 6:30Speaker 1: named Rachel Feinstein who looked familiar and I feel like
- 6:35Speaker 1: she is. She is not very fond, she's well, she
- 6:42Speaker 1: is not very fond of Dave and basically just keeps
- 6:47Speaker 1: bringing up about how awful a person Dave is, and
- 6:50Speaker 1: how Dave's favorite thing to do in the world is
- 6:53Speaker 1: to have you sit on his lap and say, how
- 6:55Speaker 1: can I help you?
- 6:58Speaker 2: How is this relevant to the case he might be wondering?
- 7:00Speaker 2: I don't. I'm not because it's not. I guarantee you it's.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Not, which is why Dave gives a double objection. He says, objection,
- 7:07Speaker 1: double objection, double was the only funny thing that Dave
- 7:10Speaker 1: said this whole time. Despite being a comedian. Dave brought
- 7:13Speaker 1: a prop to the courtroom, a model of the Empire
- 7:17Speaker 1: state building that was in the documentary. You might be
- 7:19Speaker 1: wondering why did he bring this. I'm not sure.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Ridiculous. Judge Jerry's ready to rule. Judge Jerry's ready to rule.
- 7:26Speaker 3: Yes that he's dollars. I don't know what to do
- 7:29Speaker 3: with this. Most of what you talked about had nothing
- 7:31Speaker 3: to do with the case.
- 7:32Speaker 1: You need a quick reminders because Mike didn't know his
- 7:37Speaker 1: lines and he had studio.
- 7:39Speaker 2: Yeah, that's right. I don't.
- 7:41Speaker 3: I think this was a bit and I don't think
- 7:43Speaker 3: it matters. And I think you hired the guy. It's
- 7:46Speaker 3: your job to come in under budget and the time
- 7:48Speaker 3: that you allotted. You shouldn't get any money. If you're
- 7:51Speaker 3: asking me for my honest opinion, I don't think you
- 7:53Speaker 3: should get any money. If you told me there was
- 7:55Speaker 3: no bits involved and it was just a straight case.
- 7:57Speaker 3: He shouldn't get any money.
- 7:59Speaker 1: He asked him, Hey, did you did you give Mike
- 8:02Speaker 1: a contract? Or he was he just doing you a favor,
- 8:05Speaker 1: like come in and do a do a thing. And
- 8:08Speaker 1: he says, no contract, And so Judge Jerry says, you're
- 8:12Speaker 1: lucky he showed up at all. No money for you.
- 8:16Speaker 2: Get out of here. I love it. I didn't. Yeah,
- 8:21Speaker 2: doesn't sound like a great.
- 8:22Speaker 1: Problem with this is its uh comedians trying to be
- 8:27Speaker 1: silly that aren't funny either, Like, I don't really we
- 8:31Speaker 1: see it. I went through, so Feinstein went through. H
- 8:36Speaker 1: I left out so much what finds he said, because
- 8:37Speaker 1: it just didn't matter at all. But fin Stein brings
- 8:39Speaker 1: a tape showcasing h Dave being mean to Mike on
- 8:44Speaker 1: stage and it's just not funny, like and then and
- 8:48Speaker 1: Dave does this thing where it's like an exaggerated laugh.
- 8:50Speaker 1: I don't know, but they they was at the cellar, Like,
- 8:53Speaker 1: clearly they have a courtroom show. Yeah, clear clearly. Though
- 8:57Speaker 1: they're you know, big enough comedians to be able to
- 8:59Speaker 1: to do the seller.
- 9:01Speaker 3: But I've seen there was a time where I was
- 9:04Speaker 3: watching every stand up special that came on Netflix, like
- 9:08Speaker 3: just that was what I was watching, and I watched
- 9:10Speaker 3: Rachel Feinstein' special, and I was I don't think I
- 9:13Speaker 3: laughed out loud one time. So if she's the special guest,
- 9:17Speaker 3: I can only imagine how unfunny these two gentlemen are.
- 9:19Speaker 3: So sorry, man, sorry, because I mean our show it
- 9:22Speaker 3: takes courtroom seriously, it's real people, real cases.
- 9:24Speaker 2: This doesn't sound like it was a real people or
- 9:26Speaker 2: a real case. Situ.
- 9:27Speaker 1: Oh this is him. I don't know if you recognized
- 9:30Speaker 1: him at all. I do recognize he did.
- 9:31Speaker 2: He does look like vaguely familiar, like he would be
- 9:34Speaker 2: at the cellar before somebody else.
- 9:36Speaker 3: That's right, Yeah, all right, my case is hopefully going
- 9:39Speaker 3: to make up for a brain Okay, I have Shedrick
- 9:42Speaker 3: me Shack can have been to go, No, I have
- 9:44Speaker 3: Shdrick Williams, Drick Schedrick, not Cedric sh E, d r
- 9:49Speaker 3: I c K. Schedrick Williams is suing Davida Holt for
- 9:53Speaker 3: nine hundred and fourteen dollars for damage of property living
- 9:57Speaker 3: to Vida Loka, Living to Vida Loka and Shdrick Mishek
- 9:59Speaker 3: and to go We're doing awesome. Davida's counter suing six
- 10:03Speaker 3: hundred bucks for defamation of character. Chedrick says, I met
- 10:06Speaker 3: the defendant. This is exactly wherever what he says. I
- 10:09Speaker 3: met the defendant in September at a bar, had a
- 10:11Speaker 3: couple drinks, and she's typically not the type of person
- 10:14Speaker 3: I would date, but she was nice, and so I
- 10:17Speaker 3: was down to see where it would go.
- 10:18Speaker 2: What do you think that means?
- 10:19Speaker 3: Oh, Math's cuts, he's in like a three piece suit,
- 10:21Speaker 3: and he's very serious. Everyone's case very serious because this
- 10:24Speaker 3: is gonna be kind of looney bins. Everyone's case is
- 10:28Speaker 3: very serious. This matters to them. They are angry at
- 10:30Speaker 3: each other.
- 10:31Speaker 2: Okay, you know that?
- 10:32Speaker 3: Okay? Mas is like, were you feeling charitable? Like that's
- 10:36Speaker 3: what he said, and he goes, what do you mean?
- 10:38Speaker 3: She's like where you're talking? Like you wouldn't date this woman,
- 10:40Speaker 3: Like something's wrong with her? Like what do you mean?
- 10:42Speaker 3: And he's like, no, we had a mutual friend and
- 10:44Speaker 3: I just was willing to give it the benefit of
- 10:46Speaker 3: the depth. Uh. From there, we had dinner once, and
- 10:49Speaker 3: then after that it was clear that we really shouldn't date,
- 10:52Speaker 3: but I could be friends with her, and later in
- 10:54Speaker 3: that week we kind of made tentative plans to go
- 10:58Speaker 3: out again, even though I wasn't really feeling so I
- 11:00Speaker 3: called her and I was like, you know, I don't
- 11:04Speaker 3: know if I really want to go out again to
- 11:05Speaker 3: this nightclub. And she suggested she come over to my
- 11:08Speaker 3: house instead. At this point, Divida, all sirious just goes objection,
- 11:13Speaker 3: you're on her Matthis waves her off.
- 11:15Speaker 2: Okay. Mathis just literally with his hand just waves her off.
- 11:19Speaker 2: That's what he does.
- 11:20Speaker 3: And he's like, so, what were you going to do
- 11:22Speaker 3: at home with this woman you're not interested in? He goes,
- 11:25Speaker 3: we were just in my bedroom watching TV. And Maths
- 11:28Speaker 3: is like, so you're just in your bedroom watching TV
- 11:31Speaker 3: with the woman you had no interest in? Got it
- 11:33Speaker 3: understand completely?
- 11:35Speaker 2: He said, So.
- 11:36Speaker 3: We're watching TV in the bedroom and like we're channel
- 11:39Speaker 3: surfing and can't find anything to watch. And she gets
- 11:42Speaker 3: really mad that I can't pick something to watch and
- 11:47Speaker 3: she starts becoming really argumentative, and he was like, all right,
- 11:51Speaker 3: he said, I just told her, all right, I'll take
- 11:52Speaker 3: you home.
- 11:53Speaker 2: I'll just take you home. It's a big deal.
- 11:54Speaker 3: So he's like, I went downstairs. I thought she was
- 11:56Speaker 3: literally right behind me. I get to the bottom of
- 11:58Speaker 3: the stairs and I hear a big crash stairs. Oh,
- 12:00Speaker 3: I go back upstairs. I see a quarter size dent
- 12:03Speaker 3: in my door where she had hit the door with something.
- 12:06Speaker 3: I don't know what she hit it with. And she
- 12:09Speaker 3: starts cussing me out and yelling and screaming at me.
- 12:11Speaker 3: And I said, never mind, I will not take you home.
- 12:13Speaker 3: You need to call a cab. So I take her
- 12:15Speaker 3: to the door and I let her outside. I excused
- 12:18Speaker 3: her from my house. I closed the door and let
- 12:20Speaker 3: her outside. And then he says, and once she was outside,
- 12:24Speaker 3: that's when all hades broke loose, says, all hades broke loose.
- 12:29Speaker 3: He didn't want to say all hell. She starts ramming
- 12:31Speaker 3: the door with something. She starts screaming and hollering, waking
- 12:35Speaker 3: up my neighbors. She runs to my car. I see
- 12:41Speaker 3: through the windows. She runs to my car. I go
- 12:42Speaker 3: and open the door to stop her. She runs back through,
- 12:45Speaker 3: yelling at me. She scratched She actually assaulted me. She
- 12:47Speaker 3: scratched me on the arm. I let her back out.
- 12:50Speaker 3: I called the police car and uh, And he goes, okay,
- 12:58Speaker 3: got it, Divida, what's your side of the story, your honor.
- 13:01Speaker 3: Prior to the night in question, I met him a
- 13:04Speaker 3: week before we met, talked on the phone, went out
- 13:07Speaker 3: for dinner, local bar, nothing fancy. We went out for
- 13:10Speaker 3: one day at a local bar. While we're at that date,
- 13:13Speaker 3: he becomes belligerent and she said flamboyant.
- 13:15Speaker 2: But I don't think she's using that work greatly.
- 13:17Speaker 3: I don't think it means belligerent and flamboyant with the
- 13:19Speaker 3: waitress over a napkin. He got real angry with the
- 13:22Speaker 3: waitress over a napkin. He was argumentative, he was difficult
- 13:25Speaker 3: during the meal. I opened up a book and started
- 13:28Speaker 3: reading it. That's how disinterested I was in him. And
- 13:33Speaker 3: I tell you all that to tell you I've never
- 13:36Speaker 3: been to his house. Oh, I've never been to his wow.
- 13:40Speaker 3: Three days later, then she goes three days later, on
- 13:42Speaker 3: the night in question, he took me home along with
- 13:46Speaker 3: my witness, Katie Smith. She says Katie Smith, like we
- 13:50Speaker 3: all know who that is, and it's a big reveal.
- 13:51Speaker 3: It's Katy Smith there. Katie Smith is there. We never
- 13:54Speaker 3: hear from Katie Smith. She is there.
- 13:57Speaker 1: We never hear from Katy's Are we positive that he
- 14:00Speaker 1: as the right woman in court?
- 14:02Speaker 2: Like to say I never have been to his play?
- 14:05Speaker 2: This is just just wait. Okay. Uh, She's like, I
- 14:09Speaker 2: have a picture. I have Katie Smith.
- 14:11Speaker 3: She gets an actual photograph to hold up and of
- 14:15Speaker 3: what we'll get there a little bit like kay. Mathis
- 14:17Speaker 3: is like, hold on, respond to what he said. Everything
- 14:20Speaker 3: he said, went up to your room, channel surfing, the
- 14:23Speaker 3: whole thing. And she goes, I've never been to his home.
- 14:26Speaker 3: I didn't even know where he lived until I received
- 14:29Speaker 3: a call from the police that I had to turn
- 14:33Speaker 3: go into the court and turn myself in or what
- 14:39Speaker 3: for whatever she did? Okay, uh, you know, destruction of
- 14:43Speaker 3: property and assault. He goes, So, you'd never been up
- 14:47Speaker 3: to his bedroom surfing TV.
- 14:49Speaker 2: None of that. This is totally made up.
- 14:52Speaker 3: She says, Yes, sir, he has never kicked in the door,
- 14:54Speaker 3: never damaged his car.
- 14:56Speaker 2: No, sir.
- 14:57Speaker 3: They called my phone right the right after a lady
- 15:02Speaker 3: told me there was a warrant out for my arrest.
- 15:04Speaker 3: I went the next day. They gave me a court
- 15:07Speaker 3: date to appear in court with this man. And I've
- 15:10Speaker 3: been dealing with this for six months. Maths is like,
- 15:13Speaker 3: what do you mean? He's like, why do they go
- 15:16Speaker 3: from real court to fake court?
- 15:17Speaker 2: Is what I want to know.
- 15:18Speaker 3: Oh, Math's gonna get there, Okay, Judge Maths is gonna
- 15:21Speaker 3: get there. He says, well, when we went to court,
- 15:23Speaker 3: they did find me guilty. What they did find me guilty?
- 15:29Speaker 3: He's like, excuse me? And she's like, they found me
- 15:31Speaker 3: guilty because they had evidence of a crime I did
- 15:34Speaker 3: commit in two thousand and seven.
- 15:36Speaker 2: That's not how that works.
- 15:38Speaker 3: And she goes, that was literally the grounds for finding
- 15:41Speaker 3: me guilty. You know, so there's no evidence to suggest
- 15:44Speaker 3: you did anything. He's claiming that stuff happened and you
- 15:46Speaker 3: committed a different crime and so that was enough to
- 15:49Speaker 3: convict you in a court of law for a entirely
- 15:53Speaker 3: different crime that she claims that she was not there.
- 15:55Speaker 3: She said that, yeah, correct, the only evidence, the only
- 16:00Speaker 3: evidence he presented was destruction of property basically, and he
- 16:03Speaker 3: and then she says, you're on her. I have pictures
- 16:06Speaker 3: of the night in question, and I was with Katie Smith.
- 16:10Speaker 3: I wasn't there, Matthews, We're not gonna hear from Katy Smith.
- 16:13Speaker 3: We're not well, just it's about to take a turn.
- 16:16Speaker 3: That is hysterical.
- 16:17Speaker 2: Okay.
- 16:18Speaker 3: Mathis goes, let me see the pictures. She hands up
- 16:21Speaker 3: a polaroid pic like not a polar pick a picture,
- 16:24Speaker 3: a photograph. Look at this photograph. You didn't get it,
- 16:27Speaker 3: you get it developed in the store. The picture has
- 16:30Speaker 3: those two in club outfits out at the club. And
- 16:33Speaker 3: he goes this, ma'am, this doesn't have a date on it.
- 16:36Speaker 3: She goes, it's on the back.
- 16:42Speaker 2: Okay.
- 16:43Speaker 3: He flips over the picture and he goes, ma'am, you've
- 16:47Speaker 3: written the date on the picture. Ma'am, you've written You've
- 16:54Speaker 3: written October third on the back of this picture. That
- 17:00Speaker 3: that's what you've done. And she goes, you're right. I
- 17:01Speaker 3: write on all my pictures so I know when it
- 17:03Speaker 3: was and.
- 17:04Speaker 2: When it happened. Okay.
- 17:09Speaker 3: And he's like, that's not proof of anything. You could
- 17:12Speaker 3: have written any date you wanted. She's like, but I didn't.
- 17:19Speaker 3: This is why we do the show. It gets better.
- 17:21Speaker 3: You ready for this. She's like, I have the transcript
- 17:24Speaker 3: of what happened in court, like I would like to
- 17:26Speaker 3: submit that as evidence. He's like, all right, bring it
- 17:28Speaker 3: up here, and he turns back to Schedrick and he
- 17:31Speaker 3: goes She's like, He's like, can you explain this?
- 17:34Speaker 2: And he goes, you're on it.
- 17:35Speaker 3: We were both subpoena to appear in court, my attorney suggested,
- 17:38Speaker 3: I pressed charges.
- 17:39Speaker 2: We went through the hearings like any other trial.
- 17:41Speaker 3: I had a witness there to testify.
- 17:45Speaker 2: Nope, And Mathes goes, there's a witness to all this great.
- 17:49Speaker 3: And Divida goes, and you noticed they're not in court today?
- 17:53Speaker 3: And math is like, why aren't they in court? And
- 17:56Speaker 3: Schedrick was like, the witness was my neighbor. I didn't
- 17:58Speaker 3: know my neighbor. My neighbor tells justified once for me.
- 18:01Speaker 3: They did not want to do it again. And Mathis goes,
- 18:04Speaker 3: so you mean to tell me there's a woman who
- 18:09Speaker 3: was there and saw the whole thing has no connection
- 18:13Speaker 3: to you, And ma'am, you believe that she did that
- 18:17Speaker 3: and perjured herself in court just to get you convicted,
- 18:21Speaker 3: Like why would she do that? And Devita goes, you're
- 18:24Speaker 3: on her. She's not present today, first of all, and
- 18:28Speaker 3: second of all, that witness couldn't pick.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Me out of a lineup, and neither could he in
- 18:35Speaker 2: the court proceeding.
- 18:36Speaker 3: No, and it wasn't sane. The transcript Sedrick couldn't pick
- 18:40Speaker 3: me out of lineup. The neighbor couldn't pick me out
- 18:42Speaker 3: of lineup. And he goes does it say that in here?
- 18:44Speaker 3: She said, yes, it does, No it does not, and
- 18:47Speaker 3: he said, circle it. He hands it back to her.
- 18:49Speaker 2: She gets it.
- 18:50Speaker 3: While she's looking through the document, he goes, I'm just
- 18:56Speaker 3: going to tell this whole courtroom right now. If this
- 18:59Speaker 3: woman could not be identified by a witness or the
- 19:04Speaker 3: man accusing her and she was still convicted, that's what
- 19:09Speaker 3: we call railroading.
- 19:11Speaker 2: That is not like.
- 19:12Speaker 3: He goes in this whole thing about like social justice
- 19:15Speaker 3: and like blah blah blah, and then he gives her
- 19:17Speaker 3: all this time and then he's like, ma'am, can I
- 19:20Speaker 3: see it?
- 19:21Speaker 2: And she goes, it is not in here. You're on oh.
- 19:25Speaker 3: And he goes, so why are you suing in for defamation?
- 19:27Speaker 3: And she says, this has been going on for six months.
- 19:29Speaker 3: I've missed a ton of school. I've been going back
- 19:32Speaker 3: to night school. I've missed all this school. I have
- 19:34Speaker 3: all of these papers that show that I've not been
- 19:36Speaker 3: able to go to school because I've had to do
- 19:38Speaker 3: these court dates and blah blah blah. It's caused me
- 19:39Speaker 3: to fail this class and so I want reimbursement for that.
- 19:43Speaker 3: And my character's at stake because I missed all of
- 19:46Speaker 3: this school. So she wants six hundred, he wants nine
- 19:50Speaker 3: to fourteen in damage of property. Mathis is ready to rule.
- 19:55Speaker 1: I mean, at the end of the day, I think
- 19:57Speaker 1: all this can be solved by Mathis just reading the
- 20:00Speaker 1: court transcript himself, which I get the feeling he's not
- 20:03Speaker 1: going to do, which is an interesting thing to me.
- 20:06Speaker 2: Well, at this point, we have someone who says she
- 20:09Speaker 2: wasn't there because she is a picture, she wrote the
- 20:11Speaker 2: date on the background right right, and then there's a
- 20:13Speaker 2: court transcript where a witness says she did it.
- 20:19Speaker 1: Yeah, I I based off of that, I think that
- 20:23Speaker 1: he's going to get his get his money. I think
- 20:26Speaker 1: the I've never heard of someone coming and not only
- 20:30Speaker 1: saying I didn't do it, but I wasn't there and
- 20:32Speaker 1: he has the wrong person.
- 20:33Speaker 2: That is a bold defense.
- 20:37Speaker 3: To ring in your friends Katie Smith, Katie thinking about
- 20:40Speaker 3: Katie Smith and all this, to also say she wasn't.
- 20:43Speaker 1: There, and then to say that he couldn't pick me
- 20:45Speaker 1: out of a lineup, but neither could she gets in
- 20:47Speaker 1: the transcript and then and not be in the transcript.
- 20:49Speaker 2: I oh, if you say so, it is so crazy
- 20:54Speaker 2: to me that I.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Kind of want a believer, but I can't, and so
- 20:57Speaker 1: I'm going to give him all the money and.
- 20:58Speaker 2: Throw hers the gal.
- 20:59Speaker 3: The pumption of Davida is next level, and I appreciate
- 21:03Speaker 3: the game. Like don't hate the player, hate the game.
- 21:05Speaker 3: I appreciate the player. I appreciate all of it. But yeah,
- 21:08Speaker 3: she owes him the money. She clearly messed up his
- 21:11Speaker 3: car and door.
- 21:13Speaker 2: Uh.
- 21:13Speaker 3: Mathis is like, ma'am, everything you said to me has
- 21:16Speaker 3: been a lie. I'm sorry. I don't believe you. Uh
- 21:19Speaker 3: judgment and favor of the plane. But it was a
- 21:21Speaker 3: fun time.
