- 1:32I'm gonna read them the dedication.

- 1:38things like that.

- 1:41And then on May 1st, well, it will
- 1:44start shipping.

- 1:54Really do appreciate that.
- 1:55Over four years we're on the air and
- 1:58in just a few more days we're on
- 1:59the air.
- 2:01Basically four years and three months and just
- 2:05another, well, basically seven or eight days.
- 2:08Alright guys, so again, welcome to everyone.
- 2:10It is so great to have you here
- 2:12on the show.
- 2:14Thank you so much for being here.
- 2:16It means a lot to me that you
- 2:18are here and you've decided to check out
- 2:20the show.
- 2:21Thank you again so very, very, very much.
- 2:25Alright, so thinking about what's going on, let's
- 2:31get right into the show.
- 2:32Okay guys, so it's all about and it's
- 2:34gonna be about thinking with accuracy.
- 2:37The master topic for the week is see
- 2:39it right, live it strong.
- 2:40By the way, I'm your host, ladies and
- 2:42gentlemen, John C.
- 2:43Morley, serial entrepreneur, engineer, marketing specialist, of course,
- 2:49video producer, podcast host, coach, keynote speaker, graduate
- 2:54student, and yes, a passionate lifelong learner.
- 2:58And pretty soon I will be a published
- 3:00author.
- 3:00Yay.
- 3:01So welcome everyone to Inspirations for Your Life.
- 3:05This week we're exploring how seeing clearly transforms
- 3:09everything, your decisions, your focus, and your results
- 3:14into the episode.
- 3:15So I think a lot of people, you
- 3:16know, now that they understand like, you know,
- 3:18what we're doing and why we're doing certain
- 3:19things, I'm hoping it's gonna resonate with a
- 3:21lot of people like, you know, what this
- 3:23is about and, you know, why I'm doing
- 3:25certain things.
- 3:26But the main thing today is to think
- 3:28with accuracy, okay?
- 3:30We see it right, we live it strong,
- 3:32and like I said, we move forward from
- 3:35there.
- 3:35I think that's a very important point.
- 3:38And you can always re-watch the shows,
- 3:40either hear them or watch them or listen
- 3:42to them at BelieveMeAchieve.com.
- 3:44And so, again, what we're talking about is
- 3:47exploring, you know, clearly transforming everything, your decisions,
- 3:52your focus, and your results.
- 3:55And in today's episode, we're talking about think
- 3:57with accuracy.
- 3:58So I'm gonna dive deep into sharpening your
- 4:00mind, eliminating confusion, and making decisions that create
- 4:04unstoppable momentum in your life right now.
- 4:07So let's get started, everyone.
- 4:09Every point that I share here today is
- 4:12actionable.
- 4:13It's designed to improve clarity, resilience, and effectiveness.
- 4:18It is Sunday, guys.
- 4:20It's March 22nd, 2026.
- 4:23And again, a big warm welcome.
- 4:25Think with accuracy.
- 4:27Clear thinking creates strong results.
- 4:29Focused thought leads to outcomes that compound over
- 4:33time.
- 4:34Confusion leads to bad choices.
- 4:37Clarity prevents missteps and wasted effort.
- 4:40Think before reacting.
- 4:42Pausing gives your decisions power and precision.
- 4:45It's like a rest, but it's not really
- 4:47a rest.
- 4:48It's a pause because you're not stopping.
- 4:50You're just kind of like really observing what's
- 4:54going on.
- 4:55Accuracy beats speed.
- 4:57Quick choices without clarity cost more than patience.
- 5:02Organized thinking wins.
- 5:05Structure your thoughts to dominate complex situations.
- 5:09And I think a lot of people, for
- 5:10whatever reason, I don't think they get like,
- 5:12you know, what that's about or why that's
- 5:14about or how people do that.
- 5:16But I think the most important thing is,
- 5:17is that you can do it.
- 5:19I think that's something that a lot of
- 5:20people, I think a lot of people miss,
- 5:22a lot of people miss that.
- 5:23But it's something you need to understand.
- 5:25So emotions, guys, cloud logic.
- 5:28Recognize feelings, but don't let them override your
- 5:32reasoning at any time.
- 5:34Calm thinking, on the other hand, creates a
- 5:37power, a serene mind.
- 5:42And this can allow you to navigate chaos
- 5:44effortlessly.
- 5:46And precision reduces mistakes, guys.
- 5:48Detail-oriented thought prevents unnecessary errors.
- 5:52Focus your thoughts.
- 5:54Targeted attention produces measurable results.
- 5:59Yeah.
- 6:00Simplicity improves clarity, guys.
- 6:03Remove unnecessary complexity to see the core truth.
- 6:07I think a lot of times, whether it's
- 6:10in sales or other things, there's so much
- 6:13clouding something, so much complexity that people lose
- 6:16sight of the truth.
- 6:18Remember that these things just block action.
- 6:20Reflection must lead to decisions, not paralysis.
- 6:25Clear your thoughts, your mind, build confidence.
- 6:28Knowing your mind is in order, and it
- 6:32reinforces the courage that you already have.
- 6:35Structure, guys, creates direction.
- 6:39Plan your mental approach before taking any action,
- 6:43any steps.
- 6:45Think long-term, guys.
- 6:46Immediate gratification rarely produces lasting impact.
- 6:49I know that short-term gratification or immediate
- 6:52gratification is something we cling to, but the
- 6:56thing is, if we can hold out, we'll
- 6:58realize that the long-term gratification is a
- 7:01lot sweeter and a much better reward.
- 7:04Logic, guys, protects your future.
- 7:07Reason choices defend against regret.
- 7:10Clear minds act better.
- 7:13Mental clarity accelerates effective action.
- 7:16Discipline your thinking, guys.
- 7:19Regular mental exercise strengthens decision-making.
- 7:22Thought shapes action.
- 7:25What you consistently think guides your daily outcomes.
- 7:29Accurate thinking saves time.
- 7:32It sure does.
- 7:34Fewer mistakes mean faster results.
- 7:36Focus removes noise, and this ignore the distraction
- 7:40is what it's about, to channel energy differently
- 7:43and efficiently.
- 7:45Think, guys, with every thought and intention, as
- 7:52it should serve a purpose aligned with your
- 7:54true aspirations and goals.
- 7:57Mental clarity builds strength, confidence, and composure, so
- 8:04it can stem from organized thinking.
- 8:07Thoughts create outcomes.
- 8:09What you believe and focus on manifests in
- 8:12your life.
- 8:13Control your mind.
- 8:15Train attention to prevent mental drift and reactive
- 8:20behavior.
- 8:22Clear thinking removes doubt.
- 8:25Certainty emerges when analysis replaces assumption.
- 8:32So analysis is just another way of taking
- 8:36in all the data we get, what we
- 8:38see, what we hear, what we touch, taste,
- 8:40smell, and what we feel and experience, and
- 8:43turn that into something that is valuable so
- 8:46we can make smart decisions.
- 8:49Simplicity, guys, always drives results.
- 8:52The simplest strategies often outperform the complex ones.
- 8:55I know somebody says to me, John, that's
- 8:57not complex enough.
- 8:58We need to make it more advanced.
- 9:02Why?
- 9:03If it's working, why do we need to
- 9:04make it more advanced?
- 9:06Why do we need to make the wheel,
- 9:08which is already invented, more complex than something
- 9:11that spins on a car?
- 9:13Train your thinking daily.
- 9:16Mental discipline compounds just like physical training.
- 9:20Precision builds trust.
- 9:22Clear and logical decisions inspire confidence in others.
- 9:26Think clearly, act boldly, and clarity gives courage
- 9:29to execute effectively.
- 9:32Your thinking defines you.
- 9:34The quality of your decision is the measure
- 9:37of your life.
- 9:39And I think that's something a lot of
- 9:41people don't realize is we're not out for
- 9:43numbers here, guys.
- 9:44We are out for quality.
- 9:46And quality doesn't happen in numbers.
- 9:50You might think numbers is going to do
- 9:52everything, but it's not.
- 9:54You may think it's going to do something
- 9:55for you, but really what it does is
- 9:57it's just going to confuse you.
- 9:59It's going to get you into a place
- 10:01that people just don't understand.
- 10:05And I think that's a very important thing
- 10:09definitely to understand is that people just don't
- 10:15understand why things are a certain way.
- 10:20And the why, I believe, happens because people,
- 10:24for whatever reason, they go down a different
- 10:28pathway.
- 10:29And this pathway they go down is not
- 10:31because they meant to go down.
- 10:33Well, they wind up going down backwards.
- 10:36And it's because they're pushed in.
- 10:38So it's like this is the only way
- 10:39out.
- 10:40When we become proactive, and we think about
- 10:45our choices, when we analyze the data, whether
- 10:49that's the nice day, whether that's a rough
- 10:51environment, whatever it is, in our learning style,
- 10:54we're able to apply things to that to
- 10:57change it to make it better.
- 11:00So some practical tips.
- 11:03Morning mental check-in.
- 11:06Begin each day reviewing top priorities.
- 11:10Ask which decisions today need accuracy over speed.
- 11:14I know sometimes you feel overwhelmed by what
- 11:19you have to do.
- 11:19But when you put it down on paper,
- 11:21and you cross off, you realize that the
- 11:24mind is racing more than what needs to
- 11:27be.
- 11:28So for example, I had some things to
- 11:29do today.
- 11:29And I said, Oh, my gosh, this is
- 11:30going to take like the entire day.
- 11:31It took two hours.
- 11:33So our mind does it.
- 11:35Our mind says, Oh, gee, this is going
- 11:36to take forever.
- 11:36But until the mind's like, Oh, wait a
- 11:38minute, you're right, it really is two hours.
- 11:40It just gets overwhelmed by a false sense
- 11:44of data.
- 11:46Pause guys before when facing uncertainty, pause, or
- 11:53take two deep breaths.
- 11:54And one of the things I like to
- 11:55share is my my deep breath method, which
- 11:57is also my book.
- 11:59And basically what we do is we basically
- 12:02we do a we basically do an inhale.
- 12:05Okay, and then we do an exhale.
- 12:07So I like to do a 426.
- 12:10Inhale for four.
- 12:13Hold it for two.
- 12:15Exhale for six.
- 12:19Do it again.
- 12:19By the way, don't do this if you're
- 12:20driving.
- 12:21You know, for four, hold it for two.
- 12:26Exhale for six.
- 12:30One more time.
- 12:31Inhale for four.
- 12:34Hold it for two.
- 12:36Exhale for six.
- 12:41Feel a little better, right?
- 12:42So pause for that 426.
- 12:45Okay.
- 12:46And you'll find that it's like you've got
- 12:48a new lease on life.
- 12:49Now, let's talk about clarity, shall we?
- 12:52A clarity log.
- 12:53So keep a small notebook to capture confusing
- 12:57situations and solutions.
- 12:59Review it weekly, at least.
- 13:02And this will help sharpen your insight.
- 13:06And now an energy audit for you know
- 13:07what emotions around you cloud your judgment.
- 13:11And adjust your focus to maintain calm thinking
- 13:13because a lot of times you might not
- 13:16be moving fast.
- 13:17And I'll give you an example.
- 13:18If you ever been on the road, no
- 13:20one's probably ever been on the road and
- 13:21there's this impatient driver behind you, right?
- 13:24I don't get upset.
- 13:24I don't get angry.
- 13:25But I also don't go any faster either.
- 13:27So that person's hitting the horn.
- 13:29I just ignore it.
- 13:31And when that person is getting frustrated trying
- 13:33to get you to do it can cause
- 13:35some people to react negatively.
- 13:37I just say okay, that person is exhibiting
- 13:41that kind of behavior.
- 13:42That's fine.
- 13:44I'm not going to associate with it.
- 13:46I'm not going to buy into it.
- 13:47I'm just going to keep doing what I'm
- 13:48doing.
- 13:48And I'm just going to let that behavior
- 13:50roll off my back like it's nothing like
- 13:54it's just a breeze.
- 13:54All right.
- 13:55So simplify your decisions, guys.
- 13:58This is easier said than done.
- 14:00Break the complex choices into smaller steps.
- 14:04Simplicity creates confidence and speed.
- 14:07Again, that four to six I think is
- 14:09very important.
- 14:10Inhaling for four, holding for two and exhaling
- 14:13for six.
- 14:15I think a lot of times we don't
- 14:18stop.
- 14:20I talk about this in my book as
- 14:21well.
- 14:22I'm not going to get into that tonight.
- 14:23But um, we don't stop until we're forced
- 14:27to stop.
- 14:28Somebody else tells us to stop a medical
- 14:31reason.
- 14:32But we should be treating ourself with love
- 14:34and kindness and stopping and being proactive.
- 14:38I think that's an important piece that I
- 14:40want to share here tonight is that we
- 14:43need to love ourselves.
- 14:45Okay.
- 14:45To think accurately, we need to respect our
- 14:48mind and our body.
- 14:50Okay.
- 15:06Looks like just in that little brief breath,
- 15:08sometimes a live stream likes to do some
- 15:11weird stuff, like just end the studio and
- 15:13then come back.
- 15:14So sorry about that, guys.
- 15:15They claim that they're making the software better.
- 15:18I'll be honest with you.
- 15:19I don't know when it is.
- 15:20My team is looking at other solutions right
- 15:22now, more enterprise solutions as you know, we're
- 15:24growing.
- 15:26And we can only be as strong as
- 15:28the platforms that we're on, you know, to
- 15:30broadcast.
- 15:31So I think that's a I think that's
- 15:32a challenge.
- 15:33One of the challenges that basically just happened
- 15:36was, we were broadcasting to basically Instagram, and
- 15:41the platform decided for whatever stupid reason to
- 15:43just stop broadcasting.
- 15:45So I don't know.
- 15:47I've complained about it.
- 15:48They don't seem to do anything about it,
- 15:50which is unfortunate.
- 15:51But it is what it is.
- 15:54And hopefully they will get better.
- 15:56I don't know when they're going to get
- 15:57better.
- 15:57But right now, guys, I have to tell
- 15:59you, I am very disappointed with the way
- 16:03they handle this and the way they tell
- 16:05me they're going to upgrade things.
- 16:07And, and it's a and it's really a
- 16:10problem, guys.
- 16:11Because, you know, when you count on a
- 16:14system like this, right, and things go wrong,
- 16:17you know, we go with the flow.
- 16:18Sure.
- 16:19But the thing is, they don't really realize
- 16:22these companies that create the systems, how content
- 16:26creators like myself, podcast hosts, and TV people
- 16:31and authors that we rely on a system
- 16:33to be, let's see, well, dependable.
- 16:38And unfortunately, things like a glitch, like, you
- 16:41know, not connecting to Instagram, because of some
- 16:46stupid problem they're having.
- 16:48I don't know, guys, that's just unacceptable for
- 16:50me.
- 16:50I don't know about you, but it's unacceptable.
- 16:53So that's why we had that little hiccup
- 16:56before.
- 16:56So thinking a little bit about accuracy, when
- 16:59you think about accuracy, maybe you're talking about,
- 17:03you know, maybe you're shooting a target, right?
- 17:05Could be, could be a dark gun, could
- 17:09be throwing darts.
- 17:11And there have been one of these places,
- 17:13it could be a bar, it could be
- 17:15another social place, or maybe somebody's, you know,
- 17:18man cave.
- 17:19And, you know, when you take the dart
- 17:21back, and you go to throw it, and
- 17:23you try to throw it there, what I
- 17:26found is that the more you try to
- 17:28put accuracy in, the more you try to
- 17:30push accuracy, the more you miss the target,
- 17:33the more you just try to relax, take
- 17:36a deep breath, just look at the target,
- 17:38put your arm back, and just, the easier
- 17:42it is, and the more you seem to
- 17:44be on point.
- 17:46Yeah, on point.
- 17:48So being on point is definitely something that
- 17:53a lot of people don't understand.
- 17:55They don't understand how these things actually work.
- 18:01And they work because of our nervous system.
- 18:04So let's talk about something else when you're
- 18:05accurate.
- 18:06How many of you guys remember coloring?
- 18:08That was not my favorite, my favorite, I'll
- 18:12say pastime.
- 18:13I remember getting a coloring book, and I
- 18:16remember all these lines.
- 18:17And I used to like the ones that
- 18:18had the big lines, so I could stay
- 18:19within them.
- 18:20But they were smaller, it was harder.
- 18:22And I remember this set, which came with
- 18:24like, I think it was eight or 12,
- 18:26like pencils, and you had to stay within
- 18:28them.
- 18:28And it was like, very, very challenging, guys,
- 18:31very challenging.
- 18:33So I think accuracy becomes hard for us
- 18:40when we put a lot of effort to
- 18:43stay accurate.
- 18:43Now, when we have an intention to be
- 18:45accurate, and we're accurate, great.
- 18:47But we can't drive ourselves, right?
- 18:50Oh, my gosh, you're not accurate.
- 18:51We need to show them, we need to
- 18:53step back.
- 18:55So how do we think with accuracy?
- 18:58Well, again, be mindful to the data around
- 19:03you, what you see, what you hear, we
- 19:06can touch, we can taste, we can smell.
- 19:10And just allow that day to come into
- 19:12your body.
- 19:14And just pay attention to those senses that
- 19:17you get.
- 19:18And those senses can give you the understanding
- 19:21of what you should be doing.
- 19:24Sometimes the answer is not a quick yes,
- 19:27a quick no.
- 19:28It's a feeling that we get.
- 19:31It is a feeling.
- 19:33And that feeling is something that a lot
- 19:35of people don't quite understand.
- 19:37They don't know why something is working a
- 19:39certain way.
- 19:41They just don't have a clue.
- 19:43But all they know is that they're trying
- 19:45to do one thing, but for whatever reason
- 19:47can't.
- 19:49And that can't frustrates people.
- 19:52Okay?
- 19:54I'm not saying that you're not able to
- 19:57do it.
- 19:58I was talking to somebody before, and the
- 20:00person kept saying, I can't, I can't, I
- 20:02can't, I can't.
- 20:03And I said to you before, guys, what
- 20:06we think in our mind is one thing,
- 20:07and what we say is another thing, right?
- 20:08But they need to be in alignment.
- 20:10So the person said to me, well, John,
- 20:12you know, I'm saying that my head, but
- 20:14my voice is saying something else.
- 20:16I said, yeah, the two are in conflict.
- 20:18So if the two are in conflict, then
- 20:21one's going to cross out the other.
- 20:23And the result's going to be no.
- 20:28You heard people do this, right?
- 20:29You know, when they say yes, and then
- 20:30they, then they shake their hand and they
- 20:32say, no, I'm definitely not doing that.
- 20:34And then they, then they nod their head
- 20:36up and down, right?
- 20:37That's a conflict.
- 20:38That's a mismatch.
- 20:39And our body says, Hey, um, I'm not
- 20:45doing that.
- 20:46Or that's what I'm going to believe.
- 20:49And I think that's a hard thing for
- 20:51a lot of people thinking with accuracy.
- 20:55It's not meant to give your brain a
- 20:59pain.
- 21:00It's meant to allow you to digest your
- 21:05environment internally, externally, again, that deals with the
- 21:10sounds that deals with the people deals with
- 21:15the animals deals with the weather conditions.
- 21:19It deals with the geography, right?
- 21:23The landscapes, and also deals with the energy
- 21:29that we have around us.
- 21:31You heard me say this before.
- 21:33Energy is all around us.
- 21:35And the energy that we have all around
- 21:36us is what takes us to the very
- 21:39next point.
- 21:41Okay?
- 21:42It takes us to the very next point.
- 21:44And that next point is something that many
- 21:47of us are trying to figure out.
- 21:48But when we allow ourselves to take the
- 21:52data to take, you know, the, let's say
- 21:55what we're hearing, what we're seeing, touching, tasting,
- 21:57smelling, and feeling.
- 22:00When we just absorb that in a very
- 22:04carefree way, our mind and nervous system says,
- 22:09okay, I get where this is coming from.
- 22:12Right?
- 22:12I get it.
- 22:14And then our body kind of gravitates that
- 22:17way.
- 22:19But a lot of people think that thinking
- 22:21with accuracy means we need to pressure our
- 22:24brain.
- 22:24And that's actually what we don't want to
- 22:26do.
- 22:26If we pressure our brain, yeah, we might
- 22:28get some results short term, but then our
- 22:31brain's gonna probably lose less.
- 22:33It's almost like, if you think of a
- 22:34container, right?
- 22:36And let's say you have a bucket, maybe
- 22:39a four or five gallon bucket.
- 22:44And you fill that bucket with things.
- 22:47It could be sand, it could be whatever.
- 22:48And when that bucket gets over the five
- 22:51pound mark, what happens?
- 22:57Everything starts to fall out of the bucket.
- 22:59Now, not only does the stuff that you
- 23:01poured at the top, but other stuff might
- 23:02pour out of it too.
- 23:04Right?
- 23:05Especially when it's maybe it's water, right?
- 23:07Depending on what it is, then the whole
- 23:09bucket loses more than just what the top
- 23:11is.
- 23:12So this is what happens with our brain.
- 23:15So we need to give our brain a
- 23:16rest.
- 23:17And we need to allow things to flow
- 23:19for when things flow in our mind and
- 23:22body, we become the owner of the data.
- 23:26When we don't let things flow, then it's
- 23:32like chaos.
- 23:36Our body works much better when we can
- 23:38be proactive.
- 23:40I used the example a month or so
- 23:41ago about being proactive for a fire drill
- 23:45or a fire, right?
- 23:47We talked about all that.
- 23:47I'm not gonna go into that tonight.
- 23:49But being reactive causes us to stress, causes
- 23:54us to say, oh my gosh, what do
- 23:56I do now?
- 23:57This is happening.
- 23:58How do I handle this?
- 24:00So I think that's the biggest challenge for
- 24:01a lot of people is they don't want
- 24:03to be reactive, but they cause themselves to
- 24:07when they weren't proactive, that you get a
- 24:11choice whether to be proactive or reactive.
- 24:13But once situation has come full center to
- 24:16you, there's no choice to be proactive or
- 24:20reactive, you have to be reactive because the
- 24:23situation is right in front of you.
- 24:25So thinking accurately is just about being in
- 24:31the moment and being in the world.
- 24:35Now I'm not saying you never need to
- 24:36prepare for things.
- 24:37But when you do prepare, you can then
- 24:41live your life in this very unique moment
- 24:45to moment way.
- 24:47Dealing with things in a proactive manner, uses
- 24:52less energy, gets you less stressed.
- 24:57And you know what it does?
- 24:58It gives you better results.
- 25:02Better results.
- 25:02So then the question, John, is okay, if
- 25:04this is all so great and so genius,
- 25:06why don't people do it?
- 25:08I know that's the billion dollar question.
- 25:09I think it's because of people's egos.
- 25:11I think it's because people are impatient.
- 25:13I think it's also because people are looking
- 25:16at the Joneses and what the Joneses or,
- 25:18you know, the other neighbors are doing.
- 25:21And they feel they have to be this
- 25:23way.
- 25:25But they don't.
- 25:27It's a perception.
- 25:29Everything in life is a perception.
- 25:31But that perception, ladies, gentlemen, becomes our reality.
- 25:34Let me say that again.
- 25:36Everything in life is a perception.
- 25:39But our perceptions become our reality.
- 25:42If we think that we're great at something,
- 25:44good.
- 25:45If we think we're bad at something, that's
- 25:47also good.
- 25:47That's what Henry Ford said.
- 25:49If we believe we can, we're right.
- 25:51If we can't, we're also right.
- 25:53So the question comes down to this, John,
- 25:55if we're thinking with accuracy, right?
- 25:59How do we know when we are thinking
- 26:01the most accurate way?
- 26:03It's a good question.
- 26:07We look at the data, we can get
- 26:10a gut feeling, based on what we're looking
- 26:14at, what we're feeling, what we're seeing, hearing,
- 26:16touching, tasting, we can get this gut feeling.
- 26:19And this gut feeling will allow us to
- 26:22be like, okay, I made the right choice.
- 26:24But that doesn't happen when we have to
- 26:27do something reactively.
- 26:31It just it does not happen.
- 26:33And I think a lot of people get
- 26:34frustrated.
- 26:36Because they want it to happen.
- 26:40But yet, it doesn't.
- 26:43So they just go crazy, right?
- 26:48They figure out that what they're doing needs
- 26:50to be hyped up a few notches.
- 26:52So they tighten the belt and they and
- 26:55they make it more stressful.
- 26:56And what does it do?
- 26:57It gets them stressful, it gets other people
- 26:59stressful.
- 26:59At the end of the day, they're either
- 27:04no better than when they started or they
- 27:06are steps behind.
- 27:09Because they've regressed.
- 27:11All right.
- 27:12So I think the important thing for us
- 27:16to understand today is that everyone can think
- 27:19with accuracy.
- 27:21But it is a little bit of a
- 27:23skill that you have to develop.
- 27:24It does not happen overnight.
- 27:27We talked about these different audits you can
- 27:28do.
- 27:30And this basically wraps up today's episode of
- 27:33inspirations for your life.
