Parshah Seasonings - Shemini
This Torah portion contains several unusual features:
It is the only portion whose name is a number.
It contains the middle two words of the Torah.
It contains the middle letter of the Torah. And...
...it is read either before or after Passover.
In addition, we learn about the first three times "the glory of Adonai" appeared to the Israelites, and we discover something fascinating about the deaths of Nadav and Avihu.
