- 0:35Speaker 4: so ready for the weekend. Candussible you Oh, I'm so ready.
- 0:38Speaker 5: For the weekend too. Guys. I got so emotional yesterday though,
- 0:41Speaker 5: because you know, I was waiting for Inzo's new teacher
- 0:44Speaker 5: to call, because that's how they tell us, you know
- 0:46Speaker 5: who the teacher is that in our district, they call
- 0:48Speaker 5: every parent and introduce themselves, YadA YadA. Well, his teacher
- 0:51Speaker 5: calls yesterday. It turns out his actual teacher is on
- 0:55Speaker 5: maternity leave and she won't be back until October. So
- 0:59Speaker 5: he as a temporary teacher and then a second teacher
- 1:03Speaker 5: for math and science. So I didn't realize he was
- 1:05Speaker 5: going to have two teachers this year for different subjects
- 1:08Speaker 5: in third grade.
- 1:09Speaker 1: A third grade, two different teachers.
- 1:11Speaker 5: She does. I had no idea. She just told me
- 1:13Speaker 5: this on the phone yesterday. So that made me emotional
- 1:16Speaker 5: because I was like, Wow, he's gonna be like switching
- 1:18Speaker 5: classes and like doing all these things. And then it
- 1:22Speaker 5: hit me also that this is the first year I'm
- 1:24Speaker 5: not going to be there on the first day of
- 1:26Speaker 5: school because I've taken off work like the first couple
- 1:30Speaker 5: of years.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Are you trying to tell us something?
- 1:32Speaker 5: No, but if you guys want to let me work
- 1:33Speaker 5: from home next Wednesday, I will.
- 1:35Speaker 4: Well, I mean, listen, whatever you got to do. You
- 1:36Speaker 4: don't want to miss a special day.
- 1:38Speaker 5: Well, that's what I what I was asked was thinking
- 1:40Speaker 5: to ask you guys, like, am I gonna just regret
- 1:42Speaker 5: this and cry all day Wednesday? Because I'm not there?
- 1:45Speaker 1: You're going to cry all day Wednesday anyway?
- 1:48Speaker 5: So just be prepared.
- 1:49Speaker 4: Oh can't wait? Mark that down next Wednesday. Yeah, Profess,
- 1:54Speaker 4: What's what gets you more emotional? Your son going to
- 1:56Speaker 4: school or when your sourdough bread fails.
- 1:58Speaker 5: My sowardo bread has not fail. Oh, by the way,
- 2:01Speaker 5: how to fail? I mean that first one, But that
- 2:03Speaker 5: was that wasn't my problem. Yeah, that wasn't I wasn't
- 2:07Speaker 5: to blame for that, Okay, But he's excited. His buddies
- 2:11Speaker 5: that he has had class with the last couple of
- 2:14Speaker 5: years are still in his class, except for one that
- 2:17Speaker 5: we've been trying to match up with in class at kindergarten.
- 2:19Speaker 5: That didn't happen again this year. That was a bummer, really,
- 2:22Speaker 5: but overall it was good news.
- 2:24Speaker 4: But I'm just I think it's good for these kids
- 2:26Speaker 4: to have a couple of teachers shift kids around. You're
- 2:29Speaker 4: not near your friends. Yeah, sometimes you got to do that.
- 2:32Speaker 4: It's tough, but that's a part of growing up kid.
- 2:34Speaker 5: Yeah, you know, right. But we're starting third grade next week,
- 2:37Speaker 5: going to.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Different schools every year like I did when I.
- 2:39Speaker 3: Was a kid.
- 2:40Speaker 5: Oh, you guys move.
- 2:41Speaker 4: Yeah, we moved a couple of times. Kicked out, well
- 2:44Speaker 4: both then I got kicked out. No, I didn't get
- 2:46Speaker 4: kicked out. I was a good kid. Changing schools is tough.
- 2:50Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 2:51Speaker 1: So yeah, I mean, you know, he'll be okay, he'll
- 2:53Speaker 1: be get It builds a resilience.
- 2:54Speaker 5: Yeah, he'll be good. I'm sad for myself. Yeah, it'll
- 2:57Speaker 5: be exactly all right.
- 3:00Speaker 1: I can't believe school's starting up already.
- 3:01Speaker 4: Oh my goodness, I have a freshman in high school.
- 3:05Speaker 1: What is my life? Seriously? Producer pro and here, what's up? Pioll?
- 3:08Speaker 6: I'm so glad school's back in session because guess what
- 3:11Speaker 6: I got to experience last night?
- 3:13Speaker 1: Hot teacher? No concession stand, my thirteen year old had.
- 3:20Speaker 6: They had a little scrimmage for eighth grade and I
- 3:23Speaker 6: looked over. I was like, is a concession standing open?
- 3:26Speaker 1: The are in my concession?
- 3:27Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 3:28Speaker 1: Shout up to the booster club.
- 3:29Speaker 5: Yeah, it's your diet.
- 3:31Speaker 1: What did they have over there? Ole?
- 3:32Speaker 6: They had old school nachos, and they had some freedo
- 3:37Speaker 6: pods going on, and I even I dapped her up.
- 3:43Speaker 6: They had fried burritos like when we were a kid. Wow, yeah,
- 3:47Speaker 6: what did you eat?
- 3:48Speaker 1: Well?
- 3:48Speaker 6: Me and my sister split the nacho. I ain't gonna lie.
- 3:51Speaker 6: And then I had a freedom like a nachos.
- 3:55Speaker 1: Yeah. I know when you split some apoo, you ain't
- 3:58Speaker 1: splitting it.
- 4:01Speaker 6: I mean, I ain't gone because my sister's healthy, like
- 4:04Speaker 6: like Candice.
- 4:05Speaker 1: So she was like, I just want a few chips, bro.
- 4:08Speaker 1: I was like, are you sure that's what happens? She
- 4:10Speaker 1: had two chips.
- 4:11Speaker 4: Yes, she had the rest and then he had a
- 4:12Speaker 4: freedom pot' I can't.
- 4:14Speaker 1: I'm trying with Pooh in his diet. I can't. I
- 4:16Speaker 1: give up.
- 4:17Speaker 6: I mean one cheat day is I mean, come on,
- 4:20Speaker 6: I've been eating good and now I have no you haven't.
- 4:24Speaker 1: What do you mean?
- 4:24Speaker 4: I'm in here watching you eat stuff? What are you
- 4:26Speaker 4: talking about?
- 4:27Speaker 3: I mean, what did I eat?
- 4:29Speaker 6: I've been having oatmeal with a bunch of sugar in it.
- 4:34Speaker 1: It's not that hots. I haven't had a lot of cheese.
- 4:38Speaker 1: I haven't had any pop tarts, candy, don't do me
- 4:40Speaker 1: like that. What candy? I haven't had any game. I
- 4:42Speaker 1: haven't seen the candy I'm assuming.
- 4:44Speaker 5: No, I haven't had any.
- 4:46Speaker 1: No candy, no pop tarts.
- 4:48Speaker 6: That's probably why I'm irritable, because I ain't had no sweets,
- 4:51Speaker 6: you know what I'm saying.
- 4:52Speaker 1: And in the in the kind of oatmeal Billy likes
- 4:54Speaker 1: is that light?
- 4:56Speaker 4: I don't even like that baby eat for breakfast yesterday
- 5:00Speaker 4: he had carrot a.
- 5:01Speaker 1: Carrot one carrot bug bunny. I can't just get on it.
- 5:06Speaker 4: By the way that I left him, I left in
- 5:07Speaker 4: my backpack and now it's stinks.
- 5:14Speaker 1: I got my car this morning. Yeah, and I was like, oh,
- 5:18Speaker 1: what smells weird?
- 5:20Speaker 4: And I had this big, massive organic carry in my
- 5:24Speaker 4: backpack and it was just bacon in there.
- 5:26Speaker 5: Oh yeah, think of that. Yeah.
- 5:30Speaker 4: Yeah, it did not taste great. I'm just kidding you, losers.
- 5:35Speaker 5: The New Mixed one O two point.
- 5:37Speaker 8: Nine Top Stories on the Tents with Billy the Kid
- 5:40Speaker 8: in the.
- 5:40Speaker 9: Morning only on the New Mixed one o two point nine.
- 5:44Speaker 4: A chance to go to Disneyland and coming to next
- 5:45Speaker 4: for Summer Ween. A trip on us and make sure
- 5:48Speaker 4: you listen for that. Candice Lopez, what is going on
- 5:50Speaker 4: on a Friday?
- 5:51Speaker 5: Well, we were just talking about back to school season.
- 5:53Speaker 5: This is when it gets really real. Texas tax Free
- 5:55Speaker 5: Weekend is here. So it's going through midnight on Sunday.
- 5:59Speaker 5: It'll work for most clothing, footwear, school supplies, and backpacks
- 6:03Speaker 5: priced under one hundred dollars per item. So here are
- 6:06Speaker 5: the things that will not be tax free this weekend
- 6:09Speaker 5: because people try to throw at accessories and stuff. So purses, wallets, luggage, jewelry, watches, cleats,
- 6:15Speaker 5: specialized athleticware, computers, software, and standard textbooks are not tax free.
- 6:21Speaker 4: I think, honestly, I think cleats should be Yeah they should,
- 6:24Speaker 4: you know what I mean? Like so many people and boys, girls, softball, football, baseball.
- 6:30Speaker 4: You know, it's a part of their athletic schoolastic.
- 6:33Speaker 5: Yeah, like pads, those don't count.
- 6:35Speaker 1: Yeah, those don't count. And I get it, but whatever. Yeah.
- 6:38Speaker 5: You can buy these things in stores, online, by phone,
- 6:41Speaker 5: or mail in order from any seller doing business in Texas,
- 6:44Speaker 5: by the way, but heads up to for online orders,
- 6:47Speaker 5: the transaction must occur within the Friday to Sunday window
- 6:50Speaker 5: based on when the payment is processed. So like shipping
- 6:53Speaker 5: date doesn't matter, Like if you buy it this weekend
- 6:56Speaker 5: and then it's like, well, you're it's not gonna ship
- 6:57Speaker 5: until next week. As you buy it still counts. Process
- 7:01Speaker 5: the payment this weekend and you're good.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Think you're ready. The malls are going to be packed,
- 7:04Speaker 1: Yeah for.
- 7:05Speaker 5: Sure, guys. Just weeks after comedian John Oliver challenged BUCkies
- 7:09Speaker 5: to take on someone its own size and court, they
- 7:12Speaker 5: are suing Beaver's Mini Mart in Beaver Creek, Ohio over
- 7:18Speaker 5: alleged trademark infringement. We've heard this same story a few times.
- 7:22Speaker 5: BUCkies claims the store using a smiling cartoon, beaver logo
- 7:26Speaker 5: and red coloring closely resembles their famous branding. So BUCkies
- 7:31Speaker 5: opened its first location in Ohio earlier this year, but
- 7:34Speaker 5: this mini mart doesn't even have gas pumps. It's miles
- 7:37Speaker 5: from the nearest interstate, and it was also open before
- 7:40Speaker 5: BUCkies expanded into the state.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Okay, so that's a little different.
- 7:45Speaker 4: That's weird, right then if you were there before BUCkies
- 7:48Speaker 4: were even in your area, right, I mean, okay, yeah.
- 7:51Speaker 5: So there's so many of these little mini marks that
- 7:54Speaker 5: are getting sued by BUCkies. But like, it's Beaver Creek.
- 7:57Speaker 5: It's not like a random town where they're like, hey, Beaver,
- 7:59Speaker 5: mar Beaver, You're super Center or whatever it's called.
- 8:04Speaker 4: Yeah, like its actual Beaver town. So that would make
- 8:06Speaker 4: sense that you have a beaver. What are you gonna
- 8:08Speaker 4: start to do in mascots at schools.
- 8:10Speaker 1: If they're the fevers?
- 8:11Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 8:11Speaker 5: I mean that was kind of John Oliver's take if
- 8:13Speaker 5: you missed it a couple of weeks ago. You know,
- 8:15Speaker 5: he launched this merch line kind of making fun of
- 8:17Speaker 5: this whole thing called buck.
- 8:19Speaker 4: Off, and it was like, yeah, it's blatantly a ripoff.
- 8:22Speaker 4: Oh yeah, did they not suit him yet?
- 8:25Speaker 5: I guess he was waiting on it. He challenged them too.
- 8:27Speaker 4: They're going to and you're probably he will lose because
- 8:30Speaker 4: I mean the merch is so similar and he's selling merch.
- 8:32Speaker 1: I wouldn't do that follow him.
- 8:33Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, we'll see how that they're.
- 8:35Speaker 1: Going to take all that money and more, right.
- 8:37Speaker 5: Right, right, right, guys. So, the woman who lives in
- 8:41Speaker 5: Jason Sadeika's old apartment in New York City was personally
- 8:44Speaker 5: invited to come to the red carpet premiere for the
- 8:46Speaker 5: new season of ted Lasso. So I guess she had
- 8:49Speaker 5: been posting on social media showing how many letters and
- 8:52Speaker 5: packages come to her place addressed, you know, to him.
- 8:57Speaker 5: His team saw this online and asked her to person
- 9:00Speaker 5: hand deliver all of that mail to him at the
- 9:02Speaker 5: premiere of ted Lasso, which I started streaming a couple
- 9:06Speaker 5: of days ago. But pretty cool to see her on
- 9:08Speaker 5: the red carpet. She just got like all these packages
- 9:11Speaker 5: in her hands.
- 9:12Speaker 1: His fake address on the show.
- 9:13Speaker 5: No, it was his old apartment where he actually used
- 9:16Speaker 5: to live. So he still gets a bunch of mail
- 9:18Speaker 5: from like sag and you know, they'll send out all
- 9:20Speaker 5: these screeners for movies and things for him to like watch,
- 9:23Speaker 5: and who knows what other fan mail or you know,
- 9:26Speaker 5: any mail would have come to him there, but she's
- 9:28Speaker 5: been collecting it since he moved out and posting it online.
- 9:31Speaker 5: So I thought that was really cute. Yeah, so save
- 9:34Speaker 5: an email you get from your old person in case.
- 9:36Speaker 8: I watched it.
- 9:37Speaker 1: I watched it, By the way, you did know.
- 9:39Speaker 5: I promise you one episode his first episode of season one.
- 9:44Speaker 4: Everyone says that about every show, and when I do it,
- 9:47Speaker 4: I'm like, I don't get season one.
- 9:49Speaker 1: It's like the third episode. Sorry, I'm out like that, but.
- 9:54Speaker 5: It's such like sports and like swarming, and.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Just watch four seasons and after the fourth season you're
- 9:59Speaker 1: gonna get into it.
- 10:00Speaker 5: No, you will.
- 10:02Speaker 1: I hate Chosen. I'm telling you, I want to like Cops.
- 10:05Speaker 5: Has that ever?
- 10:05Speaker 1: Let me down?
- 10:06Speaker 6: Every episode is good, Yeah, because right off the bat,
- 10:09Speaker 6: you know what's doing exactly.
- 10:11Speaker 5: You know, the first episode, the pilot episodes of shows
- 10:14Speaker 5: like they're trying to introduce a bunch of characters and
- 10:16Speaker 5: it's just a whole thing.
- 10:17Speaker 4: But get me hooked, and if not, I just can't
- 10:19Speaker 4: do it. Okay, you just do it, Okay, I'll try.
- 10:21Speaker 5: Okay, all right, I'm Cannaslopez. Those are your Texas Top.
- 10:24Speaker 4: Stories on a couple of Skaters Now Over and a
- 10:27Speaker 4: couple of Skaters Now Over.
- 10:29Speaker 1: Cannaslopez used a couple of skates in that song.
- 10:31Speaker 4: I Wish It's a meek one on two point nine
- 10:36Speaker 4: Good Morning Billy the Kid, Candaslopez is here, producer, Poo,
- 10:40Speaker 4: What do you mean you wish you never a couple
- 10:41Speaker 4: of skates?
- 10:41Speaker 5: No, I was always taking my skates off, but at that point,
- 10:44Speaker 5: waiting for that dance to pick me up.
- 10:46Speaker 1: I'm so sad.
- 10:48Speaker 4: I know you can just at least do like I did,
- 10:51Speaker 4: and I would just sit to the side, you know,
- 10:53Speaker 4: and pretend like, oh, it probably didn't ask me to
- 10:54Speaker 4: a couple of skate because nobody saw me.
- 10:56Speaker 5: Oh okay, yeah, that's what it was.
- 10:58Speaker 1: That's what it was.
- 10:59Speaker 9: You.
- 11:00Speaker 4: I was going a couple of skates, but nobody saw
- 11:02Speaker 4: me over here in the corner. Yeah, you just said
- 11:04Speaker 4: forget it, took off your skates and left.
- 11:06Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 11:07Speaker 1: What did Poo do?
- 11:08Speaker 6: What did you do at the snack bar making suicides?
- 11:12Speaker 1: People don't know what that is. Oh, yeah, that's where
- 11:14Speaker 1: you mix all the drinks kids.
- 11:15Speaker 6: Yeah, bottom at the fountain, at the fountain, at the
- 11:19Speaker 6: soda pop stands.
- 11:21Speaker 1: When Pooh was in the nineteen twenties, did they have
- 11:24Speaker 1: roller skates?
- 11:25Speaker 3: Yes?
- 11:26Speaker 1: Okay, well you're older than us. I'm just asking. Red
- 11:29Speaker 1: Bird skateling went there?
- 11:31Speaker 5: Yeah I skated there?
- 11:31Speaker 4: Yeah different, Yeah, okay, just making sure. All right, let's
- 11:37Speaker 4: do a first call of the day before we do
- 11:39Speaker 4: really fake news. I got you a four pack capacities
- 11:42Speaker 4: to Ringlam Ringlam Ringling Brothers in Barnum Bailey's Circus.
- 11:46Speaker 1: The Greatest, the Greatest shell Owner. All right, let's do it.
- 11:49Speaker 1: Who's this Ashley? How are you? I'm good?
- 11:52Speaker 4: How are you?
- 11:53Speaker 1: I'm good? Guess what you're calling? Number one? Congratulations?
- 12:02Speaker 8: Awesome?
- 12:04Speaker 1: Yeah? Where are you from? Oh sweet? Where are you
- 12:07Speaker 1: going right now? Work? Or what? I'm going to work?
- 12:09Speaker 8: I'm coaching, so we got an early morning?
- 12:12Speaker 1: What are you?
- 12:13Speaker 4: What kind of coach are you? I love volleyball. I
- 12:17Speaker 4: used to I used to be really good. I don't
- 12:18Speaker 4: want to brag, but used to be really good. Here
- 12:20Speaker 4: we go, Yeah, can just don't laugh?
- 12:22Speaker 1: Why are you laughing?
- 12:23Speaker 5: I play volleyball, Tennis? Yeah, basketball?
- 12:26Speaker 1: Yeah, now everyone's laughing. Everyone got jokes. I'm pretty I'm
- 12:30Speaker 1: pretty good at volleyball. Too, and I look really good
- 12:33Speaker 1: in the shorts too. Like the shorts.
- 12:39Speaker 4: Well, thank you so much Ashley for listen. We appreciate
- 12:41Speaker 4: it very much. And I don't be too hard on
- 12:43Speaker 4: those ladies this morning.
- 12:44Speaker 7: Okay try and.
- 12:47Speaker 4: If you need help, just let me know. I can set.
- 12:50Speaker 4: I'm an amazing setter. Oh yeah, oh you don't even
- 12:53Speaker 4: know what that is.
- 12:55Speaker 1: You set the table, that's all you said. Thank you, Ashley.
- 13:01Speaker 1: You stay right there. Okay, okay, thank you.
- 13:04Speaker 9: All right.
- 13:05Speaker 1: Let's do really fake news. Are you reading all right?
- 13:08Speaker 4: We got three stories, three headlines. One of them is fake.
- 13:11Speaker 4: You gotta tell me which one is the fake story.
- 13:12Speaker 4: And sometimes it's hard to tell because the.
- 13:15Speaker 1: News is nuts. Here we go.
- 13:17Speaker 4: Headline number one, A mean neighbor made a get off
- 13:21Speaker 4: my lawn spike strip. A mean neighbor made a get
- 13:26Speaker 4: off my lawn spike strip. Headline number two eighty two
- 13:31Speaker 4: year old woman cited for reckless driving on her motorized scooter.
- 13:37Speaker 4: Eighty two year old woman cited for reckless driving on
- 13:40Speaker 4: her motorized scooter.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Headline at number three.
- 13:45Speaker 4: Man riding his unicycle home from seeing Spider Man Brand
- 13:49Speaker 4: New Day stops an assault man riding his unicycle home

- 13:59Speaker 4: three headline right there. You gotta tell me, which one
- 14:01Speaker 4: do you think is the fake story? Candae Lopez, did
- 14:05Speaker 4: you win?
- 14:06Speaker 1: Yes?
- 14:06Speaker 3: Or you know?
- 14:06Speaker 9: I want?
- 14:06Speaker 4: No?
- 14:06Speaker 5: You want?
- 14:07Speaker 1: Yeah, you've been having a little dry spot right now?
- 14:10Speaker 5: Yeah, it's okay, yeah, a.
- 14:11Speaker 1: Little uh taking the L after L after L a
- 14:14Speaker 1: few l's.
- 14:14Speaker 5: I won this week at some point?
- 14:16Speaker 1: You did once?
- 14:16Speaker 5: You did Wednesday?
- 14:18Speaker 1: Yeah, I think Wednesday for me. You could take it.
- 14:20Speaker 4: Right now and guess the fake story, or you could
- 14:22Speaker 4: pass it to Pooh.
- 14:24Speaker 5: I'm gonna lock in on that second story, the reckless
- 14:27Speaker 5: scooter lady.
- 14:28Speaker 1: Oh yeah, you think that one is fake?
- 14:30Speaker 5: Yeah, lock that in.
- 14:31Speaker 1: You don't think there's an old woman on her scooter
- 14:33Speaker 1: just going crazy?
- 14:34Speaker 5: No, I just don't see that happening.
- 14:36Speaker 1: All right, yes, lock it in?
- 14:39Speaker 4: Candas is locked in Producer Pooh, which one do you
- 14:41Speaker 4: think is the fake story?
- 14:43Speaker 6: I'm gonna go with that last story and riding a
- 14:46Speaker 6: unicycle trying to be a real life superhero.
- 14:48Speaker 1: All right, let's get to it. That's fake. You think
- 14:50Speaker 1: that's fake? You want to lock it in? Lock it in?
- 14:51Speaker 1: Are you sure, yes, all right, it is locked.
- 14:54Speaker 4: In and the winner today is I can't believe it.
- 14:58Speaker 4: She finally won again. Cannas Lovez is the winner today. Yes,
- 15:04Speaker 4: go you the fake story his eighty two year old woman.
- 15:08Speaker 4: It's cited for reckless driving on a motorized scooter. I
- 15:11Speaker 4: made that up, but I actually saw this story Windstar. No, okay, Yeah,
- 15:16Speaker 4: if it's gonna happen anywhere, it's at Windstar. That old
- 15:20Speaker 4: lady out there just hitting the penny slots. Ye, definitely
- 15:23Speaker 4: doesn't care about your toes. No, she will run over
- 15:25Speaker 4: your toes. She'll drive reckless, and she will absolutely smoke
- 15:29Speaker 4: with an oxygen machine right next to her on the
- 15:32Speaker 4: penny slot.
- 15:32Speaker 1: She don't care. Okay, all right, let's get to the
- 15:34Speaker 1: real stories. Real stories.
- 15:36Speaker 4: His man riding his unicycle home from seeing Spider Man
- 15:39Speaker 4: Brand New Day stops an assault.
- 15:41Speaker 1: He's a real life hero. Yeah.
- 15:42Speaker 4: He was leaving an early morning showing of Spider Man
- 15:45Speaker 4: Brand New Day in Washington, DC. He became a hero
- 15:48Speaker 4: because he stopped an assault on his way home. The
- 15:51Speaker 4: good samaritan identified only as Za Million, What a cool name. Yeah,
- 15:56Speaker 4: he just finished watching the movie. He's driving home at
- 15:58Speaker 4: four thirty am on his electric unicycle.
- 16:01Speaker 5: They have those? Have you sitting the stand up things?
- 16:04Speaker 5: H is that a one wheel?
- 16:05Speaker 1: Is that the no?
- 16:06Speaker 4: No, no no, this is like a unicycle you sit
- 16:08Speaker 4: down on, but you it goes like seventy miles an hour.
- 16:13Speaker 1: They are so fast, they're expensive.
- 16:15Speaker 4: Oh I'm obsessed with watching some of these guys on Instagram.
- 16:18Speaker 1: They go so fast on these things. They're going on
- 16:20Speaker 1: the highway.
- 16:21Speaker 5: Oh, but you're standing on it.
- 16:22Speaker 1: Oh you're sitting down, Canda.
- 16:23Speaker 5: Oh, I just google it. None of these have seats.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Well you can sit down or you can stand.
- 16:28Speaker 5: Oh, I see.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Why are you stuck on that?
- 16:31Speaker 7: Well?
- 16:31Speaker 5: I just want to know. I'm trying to get a
- 16:33Speaker 5: vibe all right.
- 16:34Speaker 1: Well the vibe get one are expensive like ten grand.
- 16:38Speaker 1: I ain't get this.
- 16:39Speaker 5: One's like three grand.
- 16:41Speaker 1: Yeah, oh maybe.
- 16:41Speaker 5: I'll get it.
- 16:43Speaker 4: It was a guy ran from the cops on one
- 16:45Speaker 4: the other day in Philadelphia and got away.
- 16:48Speaker 1: I'm not even kidding you. These things are insanely fast,
- 16:50Speaker 1: like fit.
- 16:50Speaker 5: In places where you're like a normal vehicle or motorcycle.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Con And this guy jumped off stairs and rode down stairs.
- 16:57Speaker 1: He went upstairs. I mean, this guy was like it
- 16:59Speaker 1: was insane.
- 17:00Speaker 4: Either way, this guy's on that four point thirty in
- 17:02Speaker 4: the morning, he hears somebody screaming for help. So he
- 17:05Speaker 4: goes over there and there's a guy trying to drag
- 17:07Speaker 4: a woman to like the bushes, no to God knows
- 17:10Speaker 4: do what, And he jumped off his unicycle and saved her.
- 17:14Speaker 5: Wow.
- 17:15Speaker 4: And it seems like a no brainer. But I'll tell
- 17:18Speaker 4: you what, in today's world, not everybody will do that.
- 17:20Speaker 1: Some people just keep going and drive by. And we
- 17:23Speaker 1: got to change that.
- 17:25Speaker 5: If you say that, like, if you.
- 17:26Speaker 4: See something going on, don't just get out your phone
- 17:29Speaker 4: and be like, I can't believe they do something about it,
- 17:33Speaker 4: you know, I mean, call the police, do something. Some
- 17:34Speaker 4: people don't even call the police.
- 17:36Speaker 5: That's insane.
- 17:37Speaker 1: They just keep going.
- 17:38Speaker 4: So either way, the guy that was doing the assault
- 17:41Speaker 4: got arrested. Now he's a hero, good unicycle superhero.
- 17:44Speaker 5: He should be all right.
- 17:46Speaker 4: Another story, mean neighbor made a get off my lawn
- 17:49Speaker 4: spike strip. Thirty nine year old Minnesota man named Kyle
- 17:54Speaker 4: Stephen was arrested after he created a homemade spike strip
- 17:59Speaker 4: for his to keep the neighborhood kids.
- 18:02Speaker 1: Off his lawn.
- 18:03Speaker 8: Wow.
- 18:04Speaker 4: Some mom called in. She's like, this neighbor's yelling at
- 18:07Speaker 4: our kids. He's acting crazy. Yeah, the kids are going
- 18:09Speaker 4: across his lawn. But good lord, this guy's going crazy
- 18:12Speaker 4: and he's got some kind of contraption on his front lawn.
- 18:15Speaker 1: And they're like, let's come check this out. They come
- 18:17Speaker 1: and check it out.
- 18:18Speaker 4: Turns out Kyle admitted to placing this device to keep
- 18:21Speaker 4: kids off his lawn.
- 18:22Speaker 1: It was a plastic strip with nails stuck through it.
- 18:24Speaker 4: Oh, so you cut the corner my lawn flat tire immediately, Wow,
- 18:33Speaker 4: get off my lawn. And there's a lot of debate
- 18:35Speaker 4: about this online. Some people are like, well, it's on
- 18:38Speaker 4: his property, right. They're like, so you can't.
- 18:42Speaker 5: You know it's illegal to do that, to put something
- 18:45Speaker 5: out in your lawns.
- 18:46Speaker 4: People, well, no, it's illegal to make For example, this
- 18:49Speaker 4: is always kind of crazy to me because I'm a nerd.
- 18:51Speaker 1: Yeah, it's illegal to make a booby trap in your
- 18:54Speaker 1: own house.
- 18:55Speaker 4: What for Let's say an intruder, So say when you can't,
- 19:00Speaker 4: you can't. So let's say you have a contraption that
- 19:05Speaker 4: you know will spike down. Let's say if someone opens
- 19:08Speaker 4: the door and it's not you, they break in or whatever,
- 19:11Speaker 4: and then all of a sudden you have a rope
- 19:12Speaker 4: tied up to it, and the rope swings down and
- 19:14Speaker 4: hits the person in the head of the right home
- 19:18Speaker 4: alone exactly, or then and then all of a sudden
- 19:21Speaker 4: you fall in hot tar and then feathers falling.
- 19:25Speaker 1: Illegal.
- 19:28Speaker 4: Why it's illegal because for whatever reason, Basically, you can't
- 19:34Speaker 4: set up a machine to hurt somebody. You have to
- 19:36Speaker 4: have like, if you want to hurt or stop someone
- 19:39Speaker 4: from intruding in your home, you have to be the
- 19:42Speaker 4: decision maker on whether it's rightfully so to inflict punishment
- 19:46Speaker 4: on someone physically. You can't have a machine or some
- 19:49Speaker 4: kind of booby trap do it. It's illegal, I promise.
- 19:51Speaker 5: You what.
- 19:55Speaker 1: I know. I know, but it's I'll look it up.
- 19:58Speaker 5: I'm shocked.
- 20:00Speaker 1: It's illegal, And there's a reason why it's illegal.
- 20:02Speaker 6: Now it's gonna so if you put spikes on the
- 20:04Speaker 6: top of your fance because you don't want like just say,
- 20:06Speaker 6: for instance, you don't want kids climbing their fans, Yeah,
- 20:10Speaker 6: climbing over your fans.
- 20:11Speaker 1: You can't do that. Wow.
- 20:13Speaker 4: Look, it's highly illegal to set up a booby trap
- 20:16Speaker 4: in your own home to stop intruders. If you can
- 20:18Speaker 4: figure it advice that injures or kills someone while you
- 20:20Speaker 4: are not there, you can face several criminal charges such
- 20:23Speaker 4: as aggravated assault or manslaughter. Wo The law treats booby
- 20:28Speaker 4: traps strictly, very strictly, due to fundamental legal principles, lack
- 20:32Speaker 4: of discretion on who it could hurt, and also danger
- 20:36Speaker 4: to first responders. Ah so if you set up a
- 20:39Speaker 4: booby trap.
- 20:39Speaker 1: It something happens and they break in and they get hurt,
- 20:42Speaker 1: you're liable.
- 20:44Speaker 5: Well in that case, Yeah, you're going.
- 20:46Speaker 4: To SMU law school today. Yeah, look what Google can do.
- 20:53Speaker 4: Got another chance to go to Disneyland. That'll happen at
- 20:56Speaker 4: seven to ten. We do it on the Tans all
- 20:57Speaker 4: Day Happy Friday. It's mixed one or two point now
- 21:00Speaker 4: and apparely the kid Candice Slow Pass producer Pood. The
- 21:02Speaker 4: other day we were talking about this because it went viral,
- 21:04Speaker 4: this list of the most nope things that women saw
- 21:08Speaker 4: in a man's apartment or a home or whatever.
- 21:11Speaker 1: They were like, ew, oh my god, I can't believe
- 21:13Speaker 1: that they were all.
- 21:13Speaker 4: Talking about it in this thread. It went viral. We
- 21:15Speaker 4: talked about it now. It's when viral, and I'm so
- 21:18Speaker 4: happy that men are like, wait a minute, we've seen
- 21:22Speaker 4: a lot of nope things in women's apartments too, and
- 21:25Speaker 4: their homes. So they got a list of things that
- 21:28Speaker 4: they've seen, and I picked some of the best ones,
- 21:31Speaker 4: because wow.
- 21:33Speaker 1: Get you ready for the rest.
- 21:35Speaker 4: The most nope things men have seen in women's apartments.
- 21:40Speaker 4: This guy says, met a woman at a bar, we
- 21:42Speaker 4: hit it off, went back to her place, and there
- 21:45Speaker 4: were clowns everywhere. Clown clown yes, clowns everywhere. Clown towels
- 21:51Speaker 4: in the bathroom, a clown toothbrush holder, clown dish soap stock,
- 22:00Speaker 4: a clown clown.
- 22:02Speaker 1: Shower curtain, no clown rugs.
- 22:06Speaker 4: I looked myself in the mirror and I said, she's hot, bro,
- 22:09Speaker 4: you can do this.
- 22:12Speaker 5: I thought he was gonna say, I'm a clown.
- 22:14Speaker 4: No, no, can you believe that? Imagine like some people
- 22:19Speaker 4: are so terrified of clowns. Yeah, most people aren't going
- 22:21Speaker 4: to embrace clowns like that, but yeah.
- 22:23Speaker 1: This guy, he's stuck with it.
- 22:26Speaker 5: Wow.
- 22:27Speaker 1: Not all heroes wear capes. Ye Are you ready for
- 22:30Speaker 1: the next one? Yeah?
- 22:31Speaker 4: Okay, this guy said, well, I took a shower at
- 22:34Speaker 4: this woman's apartment, and her towel was as stiff as.
- 22:39Speaker 1: A board, literally crunchy.
- 22:42Speaker 9: Oh.
- 22:42Speaker 4: I jokingly asked, when was the last time you washed
- 22:45Speaker 4: this thing? And she looked at me completely serious and
- 22:48Speaker 4: said once a week.
- 22:50Speaker 5: Oh, wait a minute, she's using the same toweler hasn't
- 22:57Speaker 5: used it all week.
- 22:58Speaker 4: No, she uses it, but she only washes it once
- 23:02Speaker 4: a week. But we can wait. Hold on now, I wouldn't. Okay,
- 23:08Speaker 4: my towels aren't crunchy. I would never use a towel
- 23:12Speaker 4: more than I don't know, twice, okay, but I would
- 23:16Speaker 4: use a towel twice.
- 23:17Speaker 5: Oh, I'm a weirdo and I use one side and
- 23:19Speaker 5: then I use the other side.
- 23:21Speaker 1: That's not weird. Okay, you're also small?
- 23:24Speaker 3: Yeah?
- 23:26Speaker 1: Is it gross to reuse a towel more than once?
- 23:28Speaker 5: More than once? I would?
- 23:30Speaker 7: No?
- 23:31Speaker 5: I think twice is fine, each side.
- 23:33Speaker 1: Each side, all about each side, But I use it
- 23:35Speaker 1: twice and that's it. I don't like.
- 23:37Speaker 5: I hang my towels up based on which side I've used,
- 23:40Speaker 5: so I know the side down I just use, so
- 23:43Speaker 5: then that way tonight, I just the other side.
- 23:45Speaker 1: What an absolute cereal here? Do you really? Yeah? So
- 23:50Speaker 1: you hang it up and you're like, well, today's Thursday.
- 23:52Speaker 1: I used this side of towel tomorrow, Like.
- 23:54Speaker 5: This morning, when I showered, I got a new towel,
- 23:56Speaker 5: and then I put it back with the side down
- 23:58Speaker 5: that I used.
- 24:00Speaker 4: Oh wow, Yeah, I don't know how I feel about it. Yeah,
- 24:04Speaker 4: I don't mind it, but it's the rationale behind it.
- 24:07Speaker 5: I need to remember which side I used.
- 24:09Speaker 4: And Okay, I'm surprised you don't just draw for the
- 24:13Speaker 4: wash cloth.
- 24:14Speaker 1: I don't what I'm surprised you don't just drive for
- 24:17Speaker 1: the wash cloth.
- 24:17Speaker 5: Oh my gosh, that's not gonna work. You see my
- 24:20Speaker 5: long hair.
- 24:20Speaker 1: Well you're tiny, though, Yeah, you know.
- 24:22Speaker 5: I mean it could work if I was desperate.
- 24:26Speaker 4: Next one, all right, I went to this woman's apartment.
- 24:29Speaker 4: There was no hand soap in her bathroom.
- 24:31Speaker 5: Oh that's the worse.
- 24:32Speaker 4: Then I went into her bathroom and there was no
- 24:35Speaker 4: soap in there. I went to every bathroom, even the kitchen.
- 24:38Speaker 4: There was no soap anywhere anywhere. What does she do
- 24:42Speaker 4: and how does she wash her hands?
- 24:45Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 24:46Speaker 5: I've seen that a guy's bedrooms before.
- 24:49Speaker 1: Yeah, I mean back in the.
- 24:51Speaker 5: Day, no soap, no hand towel.
- 24:53Speaker 4: What are you doing no hand towel, no handtwel, no
- 24:56Speaker 4: hand that's not crazy.
- 24:58Speaker 5: They just expect you to dry your hands on their
- 24:59Speaker 5: sh shower towel that's hanging nearby.
- 25:01Speaker 4: Like I'm not gonna lie as a bachelor. Back in
- 25:04Speaker 4: the day, when I was real young, I mean, there
- 25:06Speaker 4: was times I would draw my hands on a shower curtain.
- 25:12Speaker 4: I didn't care I had soap. Okay, but I will
- 25:16Speaker 4: be honest. There was plenty of times that I went.
- 25:18Speaker 1: At least a week with.
- 25:20Speaker 6: No shower soap and just used dawn. Let me tell
- 25:23Speaker 6: you what I did back in the day. Oh god, Yeah,
- 25:25Speaker 6: apartments they usually had that little shower where you can
- 25:29Speaker 6: hang your hand towels above the toilet.
- 25:32Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 25:32Speaker 6: Well I didn't have one in one of my apartments.
- 25:34Speaker 6: So I got some push pins. What it pinned it
- 25:41Speaker 6: to the wall and that that held up my hand towels.
- 25:44Speaker 6: So when you washed your hands, why didn't you just
- 25:45Speaker 6: lay it over the sink?
- 25:47Speaker 4: No, I just I was just likes over the toilet
- 25:50Speaker 4: grossed me.
- 25:52Speaker 1: No, I just pushed did a push being on the
- 25:54Speaker 1: side right next to the seat. Yeah, but you said
- 25:55Speaker 1: over the toilet.
- 25:56Speaker 6: Yeah, no, I'm saying that's where the towel wreck usually is.
- 25:59Speaker 6: And this apartment wasn't there, and I didn't have one,
- 26:02Speaker 6: so I just pushed me in the ant owl like
- 26:04Speaker 6: about a sink.
- 26:05Speaker 1: So yeah, and I was struggling back in the day.
- 26:09Speaker 5: Yeah, gladud it out of that face.
- 26:11Speaker 4: I mean, honestly, nothing's changed. We've never been to his apartment.
- 26:15Speaker 5: I'm sure he has a towery.
- 26:17Speaker 6: Yeah, I got a towering Okay, all right, here's the
- 26:20Speaker 6: last one.
- 26:20Speaker 3: Yeah.
- 26:21Speaker 1: I don't know about that poo unless we see it.
- 26:23Speaker 5: If you don't, I'm sending you one on Amazon right now.
- 26:26Speaker 4: The most nope things that men have seen in women's apartments,
- 26:29Speaker 4: if you got one, calls men or women eight three
- 26:31Speaker 4: three seven eight seven one o two nine. This one said,
- 26:34Speaker 4: I went back to her place for some Oh, this guy,
- 26:37Speaker 4: I went back to her place.
- 26:38Speaker 1: For some hanky panky.
- 26:40Speaker 4: Okay, she opened her apartment door, we went inside, only
- 26:44Speaker 4: to be greeted by her pet chicken.
- 26:47Speaker 1: Oh. No, that she didn't keep in a cage.
- 26:51Speaker 4: Oh roamed around her place pooping everywhere.
- 26:55Speaker 1: No, Nope, that's a big note.
- 26:57Speaker 4: This guy said, I noped out immediately after, not not immediately,
- 27:02Speaker 4: So immediately he goes in he goes, I can't believe
- 27:04Speaker 4: this crazy lady has a pet chicken.
- 27:07Speaker 1: But here was the one. Here was the thing that
- 27:09Speaker 1: drew the line.
- 27:10Speaker 4: She had a protective blanket over her bed, so she
- 27:14Speaker 4: would remove that.
- 27:16Speaker 1: Because there was poop on it.
- 27:20Speaker 4: And then she'd be like, Okay, now we can lay
- 27:22Speaker 4: down and the pet chickens just roaming around.
- 27:27Speaker 1: I did.
- 27:27Speaker 4: I did go on a date with a girl one
- 27:29Speaker 4: time back in the day, had multiple pet raccoons.
- 27:32Speaker 5: Yeah, I remember you saying that bathing them that didn't
- 27:35Speaker 5: work out.
- 27:38Speaker 4: I would say that was a red flag. And yes,
- 27:40Speaker 4: she would bathe them and be careful because sometimes they bite. Yeah, like,
- 27:47Speaker 4: if this doesn't work out, I'm calling animal controls.
- 27:52Speaker 8: Tough stories on the tents with Billy's Kid in the morning.
- 27:55Speaker 9: Only on the New.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Lopez. What is going on?
- 28:00Speaker 5: Well, Health officials in Michigan say it is safe to
- 28:02Speaker 5: eat lettuce again. There new cases of cyclosporus. Cyclosporiasis are
- 28:08Speaker 5: now slowing, er visits are trending down. And they were
- 28:11Speaker 5: the state, you know, kind of hardest hit with all
- 28:13Speaker 5: of this. They had over twelve thousand cases there. But
- 28:16Speaker 5: this was you know, kind of where the outbreak started
- 28:19Speaker 5: uh spreading, I guess, but they're lifting their broad warning,
- 28:22Speaker 5: so that's good news. The Dallas Mavericks are offering a
- 28:25Speaker 5: huge reward for whoever has Cooper Flag's autographed NBA debut
- 28:30Speaker 5: patch card. So Cooper, I guess signed this card last
- 28:34Speaker 5: month at Fanatics Fest in New York. This is a
- 28:37Speaker 5: one of one autographed card from Tops. He signed it
- 28:40Speaker 5: in a private room. It's actually on video, and he
- 28:43Speaker 5: goes to sign it and says, you know, he's a
- 28:44Speaker 5: little nervous about this, and then tells whoever gets it
- 28:48Speaker 5: to please hang on to it. But here's the deal
- 28:51Speaker 5: the Maps are offering for the card. They will give
- 28:53Speaker 5: you two premium season tickets in the lower level for
- 28:57Speaker 5: thirty two years. That's Cooper's no right. They'll also give
- 29:02Speaker 5: a signed game worn rookie jersey, a postgame photo with Cooper,
- 29:07Speaker 5: and then a bunch of other things, like a private
- 29:09Speaker 5: photo shoot with the trophies that the MAVs have, the
- 29:13Speaker 5: VIP tour of the practice facility, all of this stuff,
- 29:16Speaker 5: even a private basketball experience for up to ten guests,
- 29:20Speaker 5: and a trip to see the MAVs play the Celtics
- 29:22Speaker 5: and Boston.
- 29:23Speaker 4: Okay, I mean, well, at the end of the day,
- 29:26Speaker 4: this card might be worth hundreds of thousands.
- 29:28Speaker 5: Of dollars well based on the last sort of like
- 29:31Speaker 5: a similar rookie card that was auctioned off. It was,
- 29:35Speaker 5: I guess a baseball player for the Pirates. They were
- 29:37Speaker 5: offering season tickets to whoever had that one, and eleven
- 29:40Speaker 5: year old kid actually had it. He said no, put
- 29:43Speaker 5: it up for auction, and ended up selling for one
- 29:45Speaker 5: point one million dollars to Dick Sporting Goods.
- 29:48Speaker 4: And this right, and this is Cooper Flag, Who's gonna
- 29:51Speaker 4: just only get better.
- 29:52Speaker 5: Yeah, so it's definitely going to go for over a
- 29:54Speaker 5: million should it.
- 29:55Speaker 1: Just try to take it while he had it sign it.
- 29:58Speaker 5: Yeah. I don't know what that was about. But whoever
- 30:00Speaker 5: has it, man, good for you?
- 30:01Speaker 1: So much money in that so much, so much?
- 30:04Speaker 5: I had no idea real quick, guys, because I did
- 30:07Speaker 5: promise an update on this Part two. The Michael Jackson
- 30:11Speaker 5: biopick is going to start filming towards the end of
- 30:13Speaker 5: the year or early next year, and they're saying if
- 30:16Speaker 5: filming goes smoothly, the earliest Part two could be in
- 30:20Speaker 5: theaters is Christmas of next year. I think a lot
- 30:22Speaker 5: of people were wondering, are they going to take some
- 30:24Speaker 5: of the stuff that didn't make the first one and
- 30:26Speaker 5: make part two? But I guess they're going to start
- 30:28Speaker 5: filming completely from scratch as far as I know. But
- 30:31Speaker 5: there's a lot of drama with part one, which is
- 30:33Speaker 5: why it took so long to get out.
- 30:35Speaker 4: I guess it takes too long to film this. They
- 30:36Speaker 4: should already been doing it.
- 30:38Speaker 5: Yeah, you would think, but I don't know what kind
- 30:40Speaker 5: of like contract negotiations had to be involved. Yeah, no, definitely.
- 30:44Speaker 5: I mean it was one of the biggest movies this year,
- 30:46Speaker 5: biggest you know, musical biopick.
- 30:48Speaker 4: You know ever you want to see it picked up
- 30:50Speaker 4: where it left off, because it did end like kind.
- 30:52Speaker 5: Of like, uh yeah, abruptly. I don't know what year
- 30:54Speaker 5: it was, early nineties, mid nineties maybe, so I'll keep
- 30:58Speaker 5: you posted on that as well. I'm canna slowpez. Those
- 31:01Speaker 5: are your Texas Top Stories.
- 31:04Speaker 9: Mix one o two point nine about.
- 31:07Speaker 4: To do the banger on Mix one of two point nine,
- 31:09Speaker 4: it's Baiby to Kid Candas low Pans producer Pooh. Plus
- 31:11Speaker 4: we have Dirty Little Secret coming up next. Uh, there's
- 31:14Speaker 4: something's going crazy online. There's so many comments about this,
- 31:17Speaker 4: and I have to bring it up because Candas. It's
- 31:19Speaker 4: really Candas's thing, and I shamed her on it, and
- 31:22Speaker 4: there's so many comments going back and forth on whether
- 31:24Speaker 4: it's rude or not, and it's the stupidest thing ever.
- 31:28Speaker 4: But the thing online we did and we posted on
- 31:30Speaker 4: Instagram was is it rude at the office to cut
- 31:33Speaker 4: a donut in half?
- 31:34Speaker 1: Yeah, and leave in the box and only take half.
- 31:38Speaker 1: And I said it's rude.
- 31:39Speaker 3: Yes.
- 31:40Speaker 5: A lot of people are saying it's rude, but other
- 31:41Speaker 5: people are saying, Hey, I do this too, It's totally normal.
- 31:44Speaker 5: Get over it. I haven't touched the donut.
- 31:46Speaker 4: I feel like I need to explain myself though, because
- 31:48Speaker 4: online I'm catching some heat. A lot of people are
- 31:49Speaker 4: agreeing with me. Some people are just going, I mean,
- 31:51Speaker 4: there's hundreds of comments. Yeah, that mix one of two
- 31:53Speaker 4: nine FM on Instagram. You can go put in your
- 31:55Speaker 4: vote and comment. But the reason I say that is
- 31:58Speaker 4: because I'm assuming. I can't assume that somebody did it
- 32:01Speaker 4: the right way and cut it in half with a
- 32:03Speaker 4: proper knife and didn't touch the other half. I'm assuming
- 32:08Speaker 4: you tore it apart like a neanderthal.
- 32:11Speaker 5: Some people probably do me.
- 32:12Speaker 4: I don't, and your grody hand was all over it.
- 32:15Speaker 4: I shamed you for that, and I thought of you
- 32:17Speaker 4: yesterday because I did something I'm.
- 32:18Speaker 1: Not proud of. What Oh Lord, And.
- 32:21Speaker 4: I feel like you're going to judge me for this,
- 32:23Speaker 4: and a lot of people are. But I'm trying to
- 32:25Speaker 4: eat good. I didn't have a lot of time to eat,
- 32:28Speaker 4: so I had to drive through somewhere, and I have
- 32:31Speaker 4: not been eating fast food. So I'm like, well, let's
- 32:34Speaker 4: go to Chick fil A. At least if I go
- 32:36Speaker 4: to Chick fil A, I can get some nuggets.
- 32:37Speaker 1: Some grilled nuggets or grilled nuggets. That's it. Go well.
- 32:41Speaker 4: For whatever reason, she gave me the combo meal, so
- 32:45Speaker 4: it was grilled nuggets, and she gave me.
- 32:46Speaker 1: The fries, and that is so different.
- 32:50Speaker 4: I love a Chick fil A fry. So they were
- 32:53Speaker 4: in the bag, They're sitting there. I'm with nobody, I'm alone,
- 32:57Speaker 4: so the temptation is real. And I didn't even know
- 33:01Speaker 4: they were there until I reached into the bag to
- 33:03Speaker 4: try to get my nugs.
- 33:04Speaker 1: He said, I didn't. I was living that nug life. Yeah,
- 33:08Speaker 1: you're When I reached past to go to the nuggets.
- 33:11Speaker 1: I felt a little fry. You feel the warmth.
- 33:14Speaker 4: Oh, I felt the warmth, and my fingertips just rubbed
- 33:17Speaker 4: on it.
- 33:18Speaker 5: You just thought it was a bonus fry, and.
- 33:19Speaker 4: I thought, wow, bonus fry. Then I felt again. I
- 33:22Speaker 4: was like, oh my god, it's a whole pack.
- 33:24Speaker 1: Oh. So here's what I did. Medium sized fries.
- 33:27Speaker 4: Pull over, give it to a homeless man. Maybe do that.
- 33:30Speaker 4: I don't know, do something right, Maybe just one fry? Yeah,
- 33:33Speaker 4: what finally gonna do? I mean, so I'm turning on
- 33:36Speaker 4: Hebron and that's important. Okay, I'm turning on Hebron. I'm
- 33:39Speaker 4: driving down Hebron. I'm like, one fry is not gonna
- 33:41Speaker 4: hurt midche. I got really guilty. Okay, I felt really guilty,
- 33:46Speaker 4: and I rolled down my window and spit it out.
- 33:48Speaker 3: What what?
- 33:54Speaker 5: Oh my gosh.
- 33:55Speaker 1: So then I was like, you know what, that was delicious?
- 34:00Speaker 8: What do you mean?
- 34:01Speaker 4: So I ate all my fries? I chewed them up
- 34:03Speaker 4: and I was spitting them out. I'm being honest.
- 34:08Speaker 5: Okay, that's not a problem. I'm not the only one
- 34:10Speaker 5: who's done this. But it is like slightly disordered eating.
- 34:13Speaker 5: But like I said, yeah.
- 34:15Speaker 1: That's exactly, I have an eating disorder.
- 34:17Speaker 5: Well, no, you're just too dangerous territory.
- 34:22Speaker 1: I know I'm going to get this.
- 34:23Speaker 4: I know I'm gonna get shaded, and I know I'm
- 34:25Speaker 4: gonna get shamed.
- 34:26Speaker 1: And that's fine.
- 34:27Speaker 4: I deserve it. Yeah, And I didn't ask for this.
- 34:30Speaker 4: I didn't ask for.
- 34:31Speaker 5: The fries, didn't ask for the temptations.
- 34:33Speaker 1: I didn't ask for you to waste food like that.
- 34:35Speaker 1: You what was I going to do with it? Pooh?
- 34:37Speaker 1: I didn't wait. I enjoyed it and I spit it out.
- 34:39Speaker 5: I've heard of people doing this for like fitness competitions
- 34:42Speaker 5: and stuff. Oh man, because they're trying to.
- 34:44Speaker 1: You know, well, hi, there you go. Now you know
- 34:48Speaker 1: you need a reason to shame me. You got one, okay,
- 34:53Speaker 1: to promise.
- 34:54Speaker 5: You'll feel better.
- 34:55Speaker 8: Welcome to the dirty Little Secret.
- 34:56Speaker 4: Little secret is on it's Mikes one or two point nine.
- 34:59Speaker 4: Thank you for listening. Be ably a kid. Candice Loan,
- 35:01Speaker 4: pas producer who is here hid to a man who
- 35:03Speaker 4: says she does the same thing with donuts.
- 35:06Speaker 5: Thanks girl, she said, no.
- 35:08Speaker 1: Not what you do. What I do you do? She said?
- 35:11Speaker 1: She chooses Okay, a donut in speak.
- 35:13Speaker 5: Yeah, because you have the satisfying part.
- 35:16Speaker 1: I can't man either way.
- 35:18Speaker 4: You did thank you, man. It's not something I'm gonna
- 35:20Speaker 4: do all the time. It's something I did once and
- 35:22Speaker 4: it was a dirty little secret. I don't expect to
- 35:23Speaker 4: get shamed for it anymore.
- 35:25Speaker 5: Okay, just that just a few minutes shames cut off? Yes, okay,
- 35:28Speaker 5: can anymore?
- 35:29Speaker 1: Ye want you shame me? You can't just do it
- 35:31Speaker 1: over and over? Okay, all right, I gave you your moment.
- 35:34Speaker 4: Times expired eight three three seven eight seven one up
- 35:38Speaker 4: two nine. If you have a secret, you want to confess,
- 35:41Speaker 4: and you have one. And from what I understand this
- 35:43Speaker 4: is this is kind of a crazy one.
- 35:45Speaker 10: Well, it's messy and it's not something I'm I'm proud of,
- 35:51Speaker 10: but I have kind of a dilemma now. So I've
- 35:55Speaker 10: been married for a long time and a few years
- 35:58Speaker 10: ago I had an affair. And I need to stay anonymous, obviously,
- 36:07Speaker 10: but I can honestly tell you that it's the biggest
- 36:10Speaker 10: regret of my life. My husband found out and I
- 36:17Speaker 10: came clean. I didn't deny it, I owned what I did,
- 36:21Speaker 10: and I kind of thought at one point that our
- 36:24Speaker 10: marriage was over, but somehow he agreed to try, and
- 36:29Speaker 10: you know, I have no excuses. I was pretty disgusted
- 36:32Speaker 10: with myself, but he agreed to try, and we spent
- 36:35Speaker 10: a long time in counseling and there were many, you know,
- 36:40Speaker 10: teers and hard conversations, and we rebuilt and we both
- 36:45Speaker 10: had things we needed to work on, like he was
- 36:46Speaker 10: not the best husband back then, and I was not
- 36:50Speaker 10: the best wife, Like I wasn't the person that he
- 36:52Speaker 10: deserved either. We both turned to God and worked on
- 36:57Speaker 10: ourselves and we rebuilt something and now it's stronger than ever.
- 37:04Speaker 4: That's great, yeah, because that's not easy to do, and
- 37:08Speaker 4: a lot of people don't make it so good. I
- 37:10Speaker 4: don't judge people who get back together after some like this.
- 37:12Speaker 4: So you worked it out.
- 37:13Speaker 10: We did, Like I never knew if we would make
- 37:17Speaker 10: it here, but we've been doing well for a while now,
- 37:21Speaker 10: and now there's this kind of like fly in the
- 37:26Speaker 10: ointment doesn't really cover it. So I'm a teacher and
- 37:30Speaker 10: I recently found out that the man that I had
- 37:32Speaker 10: the affair with his daughter is going to be at
- 37:36Speaker 10: my school, and I had not spoken to him since
- 37:43Speaker 10: things blew up years ago, and from what I understand,
- 37:48Speaker 10: he and his wife also stayed together and worked things out.
- 37:52Speaker 10: And I've never spoken to his wife. As far as
- 37:56Speaker 10: I know, his daughter has no idea. I hope she
- 37:59Speaker 10: has no, you know, But just knowing they'll be around
- 38:05Speaker 10: is kind of making me feel queasy a lot. Yeah,
- 38:10Speaker 10: Like I'm really scared about parent teacher night and school
- 38:13Speaker 10: events and open house, Like I don't even want to
- 38:15Speaker 10: pass them in the hallway. And so there's a part
- 38:19Speaker 10: of me that has thought like should I tell the
- 38:22Speaker 10: school administration in case things get awkward or weird? But
- 38:27Speaker 10: then like, why would I blow my life up? And
- 38:29Speaker 10: that's not their business and we all moved on and
- 38:34Speaker 10: I don't want anyone to look at me differently. And
- 38:36Speaker 10: I'm going to tell my husband about this, but I
- 38:39Speaker 10: haven't yet that the daughter will be at my school,
- 38:43Speaker 10: Like he needs to hear it from me before he
- 38:45Speaker 10: finds out somewhere else. But I'm just I'm just scared
- 38:48Speaker 10: of blowing our lives up. I'm scared of bringing all
- 38:51Speaker 10: that hurt back. And I know that I made this
- 38:55Speaker 10: mess and I have to live with it, but I
- 38:57Speaker 10: am not sure how to proceed when like I'm going
- 39:00Speaker 10: to have to deal with them being.
- 39:04Speaker 4: Right, and I get how it would make your stomach turn.
- 39:07Speaker 4: I don't know if you have to tell administration. That's
- 39:08Speaker 4: a good point. I mean, I guess you could get
- 39:10Speaker 4: ahead of it. But you're right, that's like it didn't
- 39:13Speaker 4: happen on in school time. You know, it wasn't like
- 39:16Speaker 4: it was with another teacher, right.
- 39:19Speaker 5: Can't you just have family history that makes it, you know,
- 39:22Speaker 5: uncomfortable for you to teach her?
- 39:25Speaker 4: Are you obligated? Oh, you don't have to. She's not
- 39:28Speaker 4: in like a specific class of yours though. She just
- 39:30Speaker 4: goes to the school right now.
- 39:32Speaker 5: There, Okay, oh, okay.
- 39:33Speaker 4: Okay, that would be then I feel like you'd have
- 39:36Speaker 4: to say something. But if it's not that, I don't
- 39:39Speaker 4: know if you have to say anything. I don't want
- 39:40Speaker 4: everybody in the school know my business because you know
- 39:42Speaker 4: they're gonna look at a certain type of way.
- 39:45Speaker 5: Yeah to the talk of the teacher's lounge.
- 39:47Speaker 1: Yes there, Yeah, you know.
- 39:50Speaker 4: I think it's good to talk about this kind of
- 39:52Speaker 4: stuff though, because I'll be honest, I never put any
- 39:54Speaker 4: cheating stuff on the air really because it just gives
- 39:57Speaker 4: me a weird feeling.
- 39:58Speaker 1: This is different, but this is different.
- 40:00Speaker 4: You work through it. You both made your life better
- 40:03Speaker 4: you stuck together. It feels like there's a happy ending.
- 40:06Speaker 4: You shouldn't let this ruin anything or trigger anything. It's
- 40:10Speaker 4: part of you know, if you properly handled it with
- 40:12Speaker 4: counseling and whatnot, then this should be a bump in
- 40:15Speaker 4: the road and you just keep moving.
- 40:17Speaker 5: Okay, sucks, yeah it Thanks for your husband too to
- 40:20Speaker 5: have to hear.
- 40:21Speaker 1: And but you know that's going to be a part
- 40:23Speaker 1: of it.
- 40:23Speaker 4: There's things that are going to come up, whether it's
- 40:26Speaker 4: years later, months later, weeks later, where you have to
- 40:28Speaker 4: deal with it.
- 40:29Speaker 1: And I think you're doing it the right way.
- 40:31Speaker 4: You got to tell them, deal with it and move on,
- 40:33Speaker 4: and then I think it'll be okay.
- 40:35Speaker 1: Thank you, but good luck and let us let us know.
- 40:39Speaker 4: I would check your policy in your school, like your
- 40:42Speaker 4: handbook or whatever to see if there's anything that might
- 40:45Speaker 4: pertain to this in a weird way and see if
- 40:48Speaker 4: you're obligated to. If so, then deal with it then,
- 40:50Speaker 4: but maybe double check. But I think I think you're good.
- 40:52Speaker 4: Good luck though, and let us know what happens.
- 40:54Speaker 7: Please, Okay, thank you so much.
- 40:57Speaker 1: You're welcome. That is wild, wild, that's crazy. See this
- 41:00Speaker 1: is why it's just like think.
- 41:02Speaker 4: About it before you cheat or do something stupid, right, like,
- 41:05Speaker 4: is that is that.
- 41:06Speaker 1: Worth all this? Yeah? Is it worth you.
- 41:09Speaker 4: Know, disappointing your family you're and then running into things
- 41:13Speaker 4: down the road because it's never just like, oh that
- 41:15Speaker 4: happened and it's over right.
- 41:17Speaker 1: Never, No, it is never worth it. Oh totally wheel
- 41:22Speaker 1: a misfortune. Today eight thirty we do trivia.
- 41:26Speaker 4: Whoever loses has to spin the wheel with a bunch
- 41:28Speaker 4: of ridiculous things on it.
- 41:29Speaker 1: Just giving you a heads up.
- 41:32Speaker 8: He's doing for Candace Court. It gets settled here with
- 41:36Speaker 8: Billy the Kid in.
- 41:37Speaker 1: The morning, Get up, stand up, all rights for the
- 41:41Speaker 1: hounible Judge.
- 41:42Speaker 4: Candace Lopez, the Queen, the Queen of Kale, the mesquite, Mamacita,
- 41:46Speaker 4: the sour Dough Princess.
- 41:48Speaker 5: Thanks.
- 41:49Speaker 1: Yeah, that's what she does.
- 41:50Speaker 4: She does it all and she will absolutely help you
- 41:52Speaker 4: with your problems on Mix one or two point nine
- 41:54Speaker 4: at Candace on Air on Instagram, hit her up, even
- 41:57Speaker 4: though she causes a lot of problems online lately.
- 41:59Speaker 1: Yes yeah, just yesterday saying she cuts donuts in halfs
- 42:03Speaker 1: it is what it is.
- 42:04Speaker 5: I admitted it.
- 42:04Speaker 4: At the workplace, and the comments are hysterical. Some are
- 42:08Speaker 4: actually so rude they are.
- 42:10Speaker 5: I love it.
- 42:11Speaker 4: One comment said, just eat the whole donut. Crazy people
- 42:18Speaker 4: are awesome at Mixed one of two nine FM. Check
- 42:21Speaker 4: it out if you want to see that video all
- 42:23Speaker 4: right at Kandice Court. I've been dating my boyfriend for
- 42:27Speaker 4: about three months now, and I recently.
- 42:29Speaker 1: Was hanging out in his apartment while he was in
- 42:30Speaker 1: the other room.
- 42:31Speaker 4: I ended up opening up his medicine cabinet in the
- 42:34Speaker 4: bathroom and looking through it.
- 42:37Speaker 1: Oh, come, are you okay? We'll get into it. Honestly,
- 42:42Speaker 1: I didn't think it was a big deal.
- 42:43Speaker 4: Everyone knows I'm a little nosy, and I've definitely had
- 42:47Speaker 4: friends admit that they've checked out a medicine cabinet or two. Well,
- 42:51Speaker 4: he caught me, and he got really upset. He told
- 42:55Speaker 4: me it was an invasion of my privacy, and he
- 42:59Speaker 4: asked me why I felt the need to go through
- 43:00Speaker 4: his personal things. I tried to explain to it that
- 43:03Speaker 4: I wasn't looking for anything specific and that I was
- 43:05Speaker 4: just curious. I even't told him that a lot of
- 43:07Speaker 4: people do it and that I didn't think it was
- 43:09Speaker 4: a huge deal. But he wasn't buying it. He said,
- 43:14Speaker 4: it doesn't matter what other people do, and that trust
- 43:17Speaker 4: and boundaries.
- 43:18Speaker 1: Are more important.
- 43:19Speaker 9: Is that?
- 43:20Speaker 4: Yeah, exactly how he talks, especially this early in a relationship.
- 43:27Speaker 4: Now things are awkward between us and he's acting like
- 43:29Speaker 4: I crossed a major line. I honestly didn't mean any harm.
- 43:33Speaker 4: But now I'm wondering if I messed up or is
- 43:35Speaker 4: he overreacting. I just looked through his medicine cabinet. Is
- 43:39Speaker 4: it that big of a deal? Question mark? Question mark,
- 43:41Speaker 4: question mark? All right, I can't slopez, I ask you,
- 43:44Speaker 4: is it a big deal?
- 43:45Speaker 5: I mean it is to him, for sure, But I
- 43:47Speaker 5: just want to know how he caught you.
- 43:49Speaker 1: In the bathroom.
- 43:51Speaker 4: In the bathroom, she didn't say maybe she just admitted it,
- 43:57Speaker 4: or maybe things moved around, or maybe the door was
- 43:59Speaker 4: open okay.
- 44:00Speaker 1: And he was like, did you go through my medicine cabinet?
- 44:02Speaker 5: Okay? So maybe she wasn't exactly trying to hide it.
- 44:05Speaker 5: I don't go through people's medicine cabinet because I'm afraid
- 44:08Speaker 5: I'm gonna open the door and it's just gonna be like, yeah,
- 44:11Speaker 5: just everything falls out and then I'm busted.
- 44:13Speaker 1: Like, what kind of weirdo does that? Exactly? You shouldn't
- 44:16Speaker 1: be snooping through my stuff, though, I do.
- 44:19Speaker 4: Why I'm telling you, if I'm coming to your house,
- 44:21Speaker 4: I'm going through your medicine cab. Mind your business, Candae,
- 44:24Speaker 4: yes I am. I've been through yours.
- 44:26Speaker 1: No, yes, so boring nothing really, nothing good. I'm going
- 44:32Speaker 1: through your cabinet.
- 44:33Speaker 4: Everybody does this, I would say genuinely ninety percent of
- 44:36Speaker 4: people do this. If they go to someone's house, you
- 44:38Speaker 4: use the restroom, you're going to open under the sink.
- 44:40Speaker 5: No, no, no. If you know a woman is coming over, hi,
- 44:45Speaker 5: do your embarrassing stuff under the sink.
- 44:47Speaker 7: Now.
- 44:47Speaker 5: If she goes under the sink, she's a weirdo.
- 44:50Speaker 1: Yeah, yep, so I'm a weirdo.
- 44:52Speaker 5: I'm going under the sink. Yeah.
- 44:54Speaker 6: Well, you're gonna be CSI in my apartment like, cause
- 44:57Speaker 6: I gotta know what's going on in your world.
- 44:59Speaker 5: Listen. I do respect though, the fact that you know
- 45:02Speaker 5: they're dating early on. She could learn a lot about
- 45:04Speaker 5: this man by maybe taking a little peaksy.
- 45:07Speaker 1: Yeah.
- 45:08Speaker 5: So maybe if there's something wrong flatty in there, then
- 45:10Speaker 5: she can move on.
- 45:11Speaker 6: Yeah okay, but what if my boy has like a
- 45:13Speaker 6: prescription he don't want her to know about that?
- 45:15Speaker 1: Hide it for what yeah, exactly, And I want to know.
- 45:18Speaker 1: I don't know, maybe for hair like like hair loss
- 45:21Speaker 1: or whatever. Would I don't know, to hide about that.
- 45:24Speaker 1: It's fine being embarrassed or I don't know. He might
- 45:27Speaker 1: be on some man.
- 45:28Speaker 4: Put it in your own bathroom where people don't go,
- 45:30Speaker 4: don't put it in the guest bathroom.
- 45:32Speaker 6: But if it's a one bedroom apartment, why are you
- 45:34Speaker 6: snooping through my stuff?
- 45:35Speaker 1: Because I'm looking investigating. That's so tacky. I don't think
- 45:41Speaker 1: it's tacky. I think it's at least I admit it.
- 45:43Speaker 4: Yeah, well, I believe that he genuinely doesn't because he's
- 45:47Speaker 4: just like Dirk through.
- 45:48Speaker 1: Or No, I'm just not going to do it. No,
- 45:50Speaker 1: what I will look at.
- 45:51Speaker 6: He knows it at your toilet if you've got that
- 45:54Speaker 6: pink ring or I'm.
- 45:56Speaker 1: Guilty of pink I'm guilty of ut talking about the pinking.
- 46:00Speaker 6: No, I'm guilty of peeling back the shower curtain. Look
- 46:03Speaker 6: and see if your shower dirty, I'll do well.
- 46:05Speaker 5: Interesting, I've looked under someone saying is because they have
- 46:11Speaker 5: a really good smelling soap. It wasn't like a generic
- 46:15Speaker 5: glass bottle, and I'm like, oh, what is that? I
- 46:18Speaker 5: wonder what it is. Maybe it's maybe like the actual
- 46:20Speaker 5: you know brand is under the scenk and so.
- 46:22Speaker 1: I've looked under there.
- 46:24Speaker 4: That's a good excuse. So I'll start doing that. I'll
- 46:26Speaker 4: start saying that. But like I've had somebody before, like,
- 46:29Speaker 4: I'm like, I don't know what they're on. They're acting weird.
- 46:32Speaker 4: Oh and I'm looking through everything everything I can.
- 46:34Speaker 5: So if there was an excuse or reason to.
- 46:37Speaker 1: Snoop so weird, I'm like, I'm I'm gonna look and
- 46:40Speaker 1: see what they're on.
- 46:41Speaker 4: Yeah, because they're acting crazy two pet raccoons.
- 46:45Speaker 5: You're looking for what they forgot to take.
- 46:47Speaker 4: They're running around the apartment. I'm gonna see what they're taking.
- 46:50Speaker 1: Okay, I guarantee it's not.
- 46:54Speaker 8: For you to.
- 46:59Speaker 1: Al right, listen, don't be judgy. I look for subbily
- 47:03Speaker 1: whatever I feel. Yeah, I want to know what kind
- 47:06Speaker 1: of yeah you're taking, if.
- 47:10Speaker 4: You got if you're hoarding a bunch of rash cream,
- 47:13Speaker 4: I want to know about I'm gonna act different.
- 47:16Speaker 1: Yeah, Candas, what's the verdict.
- 47:18Speaker 5: I think this guy is guilty of being a first
- 47:20Speaker 5: aid frank what he is because he caught you? How
- 47:24Speaker 5: did he catch you? If you were in his bathroom.
- 47:27Speaker 4: Well, because I don't know, but I can't believe you're
- 47:29Speaker 4: So he's guilty.
- 47:30Speaker 5: Yeah, he is guilty. Oh that's not right with her
- 47:34Speaker 5: because he caught you. And that's weird the fact that
- 47:37Speaker 5: you knew he is guilty of being a first aid Frank.
- 47:41Speaker 9: The New Mixed one or two point nine, it's.
- 47:44Speaker 8: Tough stories on the tents with Billy the Kid in
- 47:46Speaker 8: the morning.
- 47:47Speaker 9: Only on the New Mixed one O two point nine.
- 47:50Speaker 4: Candas long, pas, we got Wheeling misfortune coming up. By
- 47:53Speaker 4: the way, I know, why do we torture ourselves on
- 47:57Speaker 4: a Friday? I know, eight thirty we're gonna do it.
- 47:59Speaker 4: We do trivia and then whoever loses has to spend
- 48:01Speaker 4: the weel of misfortune. There's some new punishments on the
- 48:03Speaker 4: wheel misfortune too, So heads up, canice what's going on?
- 48:06Speaker 5: Well, guys, tax free weekend is here. It's going on
- 48:09Speaker 5: through midnight on Sunday. So this is going to work
- 48:11Speaker 5: for most clothing, footwear, school supplies, and backpacks price under
- 48:15Speaker 5: one hundred dollars per item. So you really need to
- 48:18Speaker 5: know about the things that are not tax free this
- 48:20Speaker 5: weekend because people want to accessorize and buy extra things
- 48:24Speaker 5: to go along with the clothing. Person's wallets, luggage, jewelry, watches, cleats,
- 48:29Speaker 5: specialized athletic wear, things like computers, software, and textbooks also
- 48:34Speaker 5: not tax free this weekend. What about vodka not tax free?
- 48:39Speaker 4: Just throw that out there, because I feel like parents,
- 48:41Speaker 4: This is stressful time for parents and teachers and teachers.
- 48:45Speaker 4: So maybe a little tax free marg or sent tequila.
- 48:48Speaker 5: I mean we could lobby for that, you know, maybe
- 48:50Speaker 5: next year. You can buy these things in stores though
- 48:53Speaker 5: online by phone or mail in order from any seller
- 48:56Speaker 5: doing business in Texas and heads up to For online orders,
- 48:59Speaker 5: the transaction must occur within the Friday to Sunday window
- 49:03Speaker 5: based on when the payment is processed, so shipping date
- 49:06Speaker 5: doesn't matter.
- 49:06Speaker 1: Cool.
- 49:07Speaker 5: Yeah, I just got to buy it this weekend, guys.
- 49:09Speaker 5: Just weeks after comedian John Oliver challenged BUCkies to take
- 49:13Speaker 5: on someone its own size in court, they are suing
- 49:16Speaker 5: Beaver's Mini Mart. This is located in Beaver Creek, Ohio.
- 49:21Speaker 5: They're suing over alleged trademark infringement, which is what they
- 49:24Speaker 5: do to all of these smaller businesses. They say, are
- 49:28Speaker 5: you know, using their their logo for their own.
- 49:30Speaker 4: Yeah. I read an article about this and BUCkies was
- 49:33Speaker 4: basically saying, it's our lawyers, it's not really us, Like, yeah,
- 49:37Speaker 4: it's just them protecting us. But this particular place is
- 49:40Speaker 4: just a little gas station that's been there before BUCkies
- 49:43Speaker 4: was even around there, right.
- 49:44Speaker 5: BUCkies claims the store used their smiling cartoon, beaver logo,
- 49:47Speaker 5: and red coloring. BUCkies opened its first location in Ohio
- 49:52Speaker 5: only earlier this year, and like you said, this mini
- 49:54Speaker 5: mart was open before they expanded. This one has no
- 49:58Speaker 5: gas pumps. It's mile from the nearest interstate, which is
- 50:03Speaker 5: why John Oliver went on this you know, rampage on
- 50:05Speaker 5: his show and launched that merch line with everything that
- 50:08Speaker 5: says buck off. Yeah, and he's just kind of, you know,
- 50:12Speaker 5: challenging them to sue him, basically maybe suing.
- 50:15Speaker 9: Yeah.
- 50:15Speaker 1: I mean the place is called Beaverville or whatever.
- 50:18Speaker 5: Yeah, beaver Creek, oh High Creak.
- 50:19Speaker 4: So yeah, of course they're gonna have stores and stuff
- 50:21Speaker 4: called beavers right whatever.
- 50:23Speaker 5: There are some sketchy ones that are questionable using the
- 50:26Speaker 5: beaver ish logo, but like it's Beaver Creek, you know,
- 50:29Speaker 5: like they were beaver Creek first. I think guys This
- 50:32Speaker 5: woman who lives in Jason Sedeika's old apartment in New
- 50:35Speaker 5: York City, was personally invited to come to the red
- 50:38Speaker 5: carpet premiere for the new season of ted Lasso. So
- 50:41Speaker 5: I guess she had been posting on social media showing
- 50:44Speaker 5: just how many letters and packages come to her place
- 50:48Speaker 5: for him. His team eventually saw it and asked her
- 50:51Speaker 5: to hand deliver all of the mail to him there
- 50:53Speaker 5: on the red carpet. So pretty cool to see her
- 50:56Speaker 5: get invited to that premire. She's got like all the
- 50:58Speaker 5: photos there with like literal packages.
- 51:01Speaker 4: All his mail that he just keeps kidding. I'm surprised
- 51:04Speaker 4: that she didn't open.
- 51:04Speaker 1: Any of it.
- 51:05Speaker 5: Yeah, right, because some of those, they said, are these
- 51:07Speaker 5: screeners that you know, SAgs and sacktors so they can preview,
- 51:10Speaker 5: you know, movies that might you know, go to oscars
- 51:13Speaker 5: or whatever.
- 51:14Speaker 1: Probably some checks, some royalty.
- 51:15Speaker 5: Checks, yeah, probably some residual.
- 51:17Speaker 4: Residual yeah, something. No, you wouldn't have opened it. You
- 51:21Speaker 4: won't go go through medicine cabinets, and you're not gonna
- 51:23Speaker 4: open mail that male is different. It's illegal. It's a
- 51:27Speaker 4: federal crime.
- 51:29Speaker 5: If you lived in a celebrities former place and all
- 51:32Speaker 5: this stuff is coming to you.
- 51:34Speaker 4: Yeah, something I wouldn't know. I'm nosy, but I'm not
- 51:37Speaker 4: doing stuff that's illegal.
- 51:38Speaker 1: Yeah, okay, Yeah.
- 51:39Speaker 5: So like if like some high end electronics shows up
- 51:42Speaker 5: or like kitchen gadget, yeah, i'd.
- 51:44Speaker 1: Have poo open it.
- 51:47Speaker 5: All right. I'm Kanda Slopez. Those are your Texas to stories.
- 51:51Speaker 1: I'm a little bit nervous.
- 51:52Speaker 4: Wherever lose this trivia, will have to spin the wheel
- 51:54Speaker 4: of misfortune.
- 51:55Speaker 11: It's billy they get in the Morning's Misfortune.
- 52:01Speaker 5: One or two point nine.
- 52:03Speaker 1: It's a billy kid.
- 52:04Speaker 4: Canda Slowpez producer, pooh and I messed up? Actually, Canda
- 52:07Speaker 4: Slowpez lost.
- 52:08Speaker 5: Yeah, because you guys took my Instagram over last Friday.
- 52:10Speaker 1: Yeah, I said that, Pooh lost. I'm just so used
- 52:12Speaker 1: to that.
- 52:13Speaker 3: Oh look you did.
- 52:14Speaker 1: I don't know. I have a weird feeling. Maybe you
- 52:15Speaker 1: take back to back else don't say that. Well, I'm
- 52:19Speaker 1: just throwing it out there either way. Are we ready?
- 52:21Speaker 4: Here we go, will Oh Misfortune, Let's do it. Welcome
- 52:28Speaker 4: to our show. The host of WILLI Misfortune, Junior Trebek.
- 52:32Speaker 4: Yeah right, hey, Junior.
- 52:35Speaker 3: How you doing? Guys?
- 52:36Speaker 1: Are you excited?
- 52:37Speaker 3: I am, I've got some good questions. Today.
- 52:38Speaker 1: I get a little bit nervous because he gets squirrely
- 52:41Speaker 1: with these questions.
- 52:41Speaker 3: Sometimes I have a lot of fun finding them.
- 52:44Speaker 4: Okay, good, well, and you know they've been really good.
- 52:46Speaker 4: They've actually been really good questions. I think very fair,
- 52:49Speaker 4: fair to everybody, unless you ask Pooh. He thinks it's
- 52:51Speaker 4: not fair.
- 52:52Speaker 1: Yeah, he's lost the most so far. William's fortune.
- 52:55Speaker 6: It's not fair when I lose, but it's fair when
- 52:57Speaker 6: I don't. Well, okay, says everyone else in life.
- 53:04Speaker 1: All right, okay, are ready? Five questions?
- 53:07Speaker 4: Whoever gets the least amount loses and has suspend the
- 53:10Speaker 4: wheel limits fortune Junior?
- 53:12Speaker 1: When you're ready?
- 53:12Speaker 3: All right, here we go.
- 53:13Speaker 12: Question one in the music category, which band's debut album
- 53:18Speaker 12: was titled Songs About Jane Billy?
- 53:21Speaker 3: That was definitely Billy Maroon five, You are correct.
- 53:25Speaker 1: It's Joe, all right?
- 53:28Speaker 5: Wake up?

- 54:09Speaker 1: on my tongue. But Candice, I'm disappointing you.
- 54:12Speaker 5: I know, I'm disappointed myself.

- 54:17Speaker 5: I mean it's been a while. Yeah, Unfortunately I can't
- 54:21Speaker 5: come up.
- 54:21Speaker 1: You've timed out. Yeah, the triplets? Triplets?
- 54:25Speaker 4: Oh, for whatever reason, I was about to say the trio,
- 54:27Speaker 4: I'm like, that doesn't sound right.
- 54:29Speaker 5: I don't really remember that.
- 54:30Speaker 1: The three of them. They were like the duo that
- 54:32Speaker 1: the triplets. O. Yeah, okay, they are. I'm up too.
- 54:35Speaker 4: That means we only have two questions, so somebody might

- 55:24Speaker 4: Isn't that something you put up your butts.
- 55:27Speaker 1: Called it the suppository? I got it. Suppository. No, not
- 55:34Speaker 1: the suppository building. That means, woo, we'll.
- 55:38Speaker 4: Have to spin the wheel of misfortune. Okay, I was wrong, Candas,
- 55:42Speaker 4: You're you're safe.
- 55:44Speaker 5: Okay.
- 55:44Speaker 1: You know what we're gonna do.
- 55:46Speaker 4: Sometimes we'll say we'll spin it next, let's spin it

- 56:33Speaker 1: is a new one.
- 56:35Speaker 4: It has landed on. Wax a body part. I am
- 56:43Speaker 4: so excited for this wax a body part?
- 56:47Speaker 9: Do we have?
- 56:49Speaker 1: Yes? No, we have everything that's on the wheel.
- 56:50Speaker 4: We have ready on standby, so we do right, we

- 57:19Speaker 4: you pick on the live. I have a question, though,
- 57:24Speaker 4: who's doing this? Like, I know Poo's I mean, but
- 57:27Speaker 4: if I have to wax him, that's almost like more
- 57:29Speaker 4: punishment for me.
- 57:31Speaker 1: That's true, we both have to do it.
- 57:33Speaker 5: Scissors, you put them on, I'll take them off.
- 57:35Speaker 1: Oh fair, Actually that's the fun either way. We'll do it.

- 58:18Speaker 4: of Misfortune and I know I'm gonna I catch so
- 58:20Speaker 4: much drama when he loses.
- 58:21Speaker 1: I know when he loses, I lose. Here's what happens
- 58:25Speaker 1: to people like we are you gonna pick on Pooh?
- 58:28Speaker 4: It's a fair game of trivia. Yeah, and if you
- 58:31Speaker 4: lose the trivia.
- 58:32Speaker 5: I love last week.
- 58:33Speaker 1: Yeah, we've all lost.
- 58:35Speaker 4: So yeah, every everyone's like they feel bad for Pooh.
- 58:38Speaker 1: I do too. Sometimes we all agree to this lifestyle.
- 58:43Speaker 4: I feel the worst he landed on Oh, he landed
- 58:46Speaker 4: on wax up body parts. So a lot of people
- 58:51Speaker 4: in the chat at Mix one of two nine FM,
- 58:54Speaker 4: they're saying different things.
- 58:55Speaker 1: Some people are just ruthless.
- 58:57Speaker 4: Yeah, I think Tanya said eyelashes, so me, Wax's eyelash
- 59:02Speaker 4: to me, I was like, ouch. Somebody else said a
- 59:05Speaker 4: lot of people said chest. I like the idea of
- 59:06Speaker 4: the chest.
- 59:07Speaker 1: That makes sense. Somebody else said armpits.
- 59:11Speaker 4: No, I don't.
- 59:13Speaker 5: That's punishment for us.
- 59:15Speaker 4: I think it was Nathan that said eyebrows. And then
- 59:18Speaker 4: I don't mind an eyebrow.
- 59:19Speaker 6: Now, okay, my eyebrows are they're just now coming back.
- 59:23Speaker 1: What about your goateee? Oh your goatee is very white today. Yeah,
- 59:32Speaker 1: just notice that.
- 59:32Speaker 4: No more just for men. It looks good, you look distinguished.
- 59:39Speaker 4: It looks too good.
- 59:40Speaker 5: Yeah, it needs to be a part that's not normally
- 59:42Speaker 5: you know.
- 59:43Speaker 4: I listen a lot of votes for chess. Do you
- 59:45Speaker 4: want to do chest or do you want to do legs?
- 59:48Speaker 4: Or you know what, maybe maybe we let poot Aside
- 59:51Speaker 4: pick out of the two.
- 59:51Speaker 1: It's his body, his choice.
- 59:53Speaker 5: I'm fine with that.
- 59:54Speaker 1: All right, Let's go.
- 59:55Speaker 3: Ahead and do the chest.
- 59:56Speaker 1: Oh yeah, I'm gonna do it. Yeah, get it on.
- 1:00:00Speaker 1: We're live on Instagram right now. Let me turn this
- 1:00:03Speaker 1: mic on too.
- 1:00:04Speaker 4: Boy, this is you can tell we're here.
- 1:00:06Speaker 1: We go, Hi, good morning, I'm on another mic.
- 1:00:08Speaker 4: Oh this sounds weird, all right, So you gotta make
- 1:00:11Speaker 4: sure you can see it because you can see it
- 1:00:12Speaker 4: on Instagram Live, which it is at mixed one O

- 1:01:19Speaker 1: to rub it. I'm not rubbing it. You rub it.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: That's enough, rub it.
- 1:01:23Speaker 5: I'm not rubbing that.
- 1:01:26Speaker 1: Well, that's it. It's got to heat up. So okay,
- 1:01:29Speaker 1: give me another one. We're wax and Pooh's chest, but
- 1:01:32Speaker 1: that's kind of on his belly. I don't know what

- 1:01:35Speaker 5: That's not his chess at all.
- 1:01:36Speaker 4: Okay, well, we're putting one on his chest, but I
- 1:01:38Speaker 4: don't want to touch it.

- 1:03:37Speaker 1: Are we ready for the last and final?
- 1:03:39Speaker 7: One?

- 1:03:47Speaker 1: This is not this is.
- 1:03:52Speaker 4: Oh my god, oh this is Candice.
- 1:04:00Speaker 1: I would not recommend these strips.
- 1:04:03Speaker 4: She goes to rip it off, and the entire thing
- 1:04:05Speaker 4: rips and it's still on his chest. It ripped only
- 1:04:09Speaker 4: it ripped only half the hair off, and pooh looks
- 1:04:13Speaker 4: like poo, Are you okay?
- 1:04:15Speaker 1: At least some advillas up. We don't have any, but
- 1:04:21Speaker 1: we do have tequila. Grab that go.

- 1:04:49Speaker 1: how's your chest feeling?
- 1:04:50Speaker 6: He just got a wax Now that I use that, wife,
- 1:04:53Speaker 6: it's a it's a little bit better.
- 1:04:54Speaker 4: Well, see the things the strips, the wax strips didn't
- 1:04:57Speaker 4: really work like it ripped.
- 1:04:58Speaker 1: Half the hair off they were breaking. Was not good.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: But I don't know if the coarse hair bro Yeah,
- 1:05:02Speaker 1: I don't know what it was. Something was off, If
- 1:05:04Speaker 1: something was off put.
- 1:05:05Speaker 5: It would not come off. I was trying. It ripped.
- 1:05:08Speaker 4: It almost made it worse for who I felt bad? Yeah,
- 1:05:10Speaker 4: because it ripped. It was only ripping halfway off.
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: Almost took my nip off. Lrip All right, what is
- 1:05:19Speaker 1: going on?
- 1:05:20Speaker 5: Guys? Health officials in Michigan say it is safe to
- 1:05:23Speaker 5: eat lettuce again. There new cases of cyclost bariasis are
- 1:05:28Speaker 5: now slowing and er visits are trending down. So this
- 1:05:30Speaker 5: is good news because they were the state that was
- 1:05:32Speaker 5: kind of hit the hardness by this parasite. They had
- 1:05:34Speaker 5: over twelve thousand cases there, but you know, the outbreak
- 1:05:37Speaker 5: basically you know, got aware of broad awareness there in Michigan.
- 1:05:41Speaker 5: So they're lifting the broad warning. So this is good news, guys.
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: But if you're not eating lettuce, like, if you're just
- 1:05:46Speaker 4: eaten lettuce without it, it's like a salad's different. But what
- 1:05:50Speaker 4: else is lettuce good for?
- 1:05:52Speaker 1: Yeah?
- 1:05:52Speaker 5: I mean if you want to put it on your taco,
- 1:05:54Speaker 5: go for it. Do you want to put it on
- 1:05:56Speaker 5: your burger, go for it.
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: It's usually just cold and like doesn't taste like anything.
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: Lettuce is useless. I don't need to eat lettuce, you know. Yeah,
- 1:06:04Speaker 1: you of course you just ate seaweed soup. I knowad,
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: What do you mean? That's all you had in my bag?
- 1:06:11Speaker 5: That's all I hadde meal prep this week?
- 1:06:15Speaker 1: Okay, well I'll.
- 1:06:16Speaker 5: Bring eggs next week again, thank you. It's fine. Uh, guys,
- 1:06:20Speaker 5: listen to this. The Dallas Mavericks are offering a huge
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: reward for whoever has Cooper Flag's autographed NBA debut patch card.
- 1:06:28Speaker 5: So Cooper signed this card last month at Fanatics Fest
- 1:06:32Speaker 5: in New York. So this was a one of one
- 1:06:35Speaker 5: autographed card from Tops. He signed it in a private room.
- 1:06:38Speaker 5: There's actually a video of him signing it, and he's
- 1:06:40Speaker 5: basically saying how nervous he is to sign it, that
- 1:06:43Speaker 5: whoever gets it, you know, hang on to this thing.
- 1:06:46Speaker 5: So here's the deal. The MAVs are offering for that
- 1:06:49Speaker 5: card two premium season tickets in the lower level for
- 1:06:53Speaker 5: thirty two years. That's Cooper's number. Of course, they're also
- 1:06:57Speaker 5: offering a signed game worn rookie jersey, a postgame photo
- 1:07:01Speaker 5: with Cooper, a private photo shoot with his Rookie of
- 1:07:05Speaker 5: the Year trophy, and the MAVs Championship trophy. Then also
- 1:07:08Speaker 5: on top of that, a VIP tour of the MAVs
- 1:07:10Speaker 5: practice facility, you meet and greet with the team, all
- 1:07:13Speaker 5: sorts of stuff. I mean, up to ten guests can
- 1:07:15Speaker 5: come with you to the Double Ac for some of
- 1:07:17Speaker 5: these experiences, and then they're actually gonna send you to
- 1:07:20Speaker 5: Boston to watch the MAVs play the Celtics.
- 1:07:22Speaker 4: Well, if you had that card, would you do it?
- 1:07:24Speaker 4: Because this is a card that could be worth I
- 1:07:25Speaker 4: mean one day over a million dollars.
- 1:07:27Speaker 5: No, I wouldn't trade it me would No, I hang
- 1:07:30Speaker 5: on to it.
- 1:07:31Speaker 1: I would. Would You wouldn't get.
- 1:07:33Speaker 5: The money, Well, yeah, I'd take the money.
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: You wouldn't do the thirty two seasons? Yeah, I don't
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: think so. I would. I don't think it would.
- 1:07:39Speaker 4: I went I need unless it's gonna pay for my
- 1:07:41Speaker 4: son to go to college and stea Yeah exactly.
- 1:07:43Speaker 5: I mean they're saying, you know, yeah, I could go
- 1:07:45Speaker 5: for well over a million dollars. The last time a
- 1:07:47Speaker 5: card similar to this was sold at auction, it went
- 1:07:50Speaker 5: for one point one and that was because an eleven
- 1:07:52Speaker 5: year old had it and it was, you know, a
- 1:07:54Speaker 5: Pittsburgh pirates player. He didn't offer to give it to
- 1:07:57Speaker 5: them in exchange for what they wanted, so he put
- 1:08:00Speaker 5: over auction. Dix Porting has actually bought it and put
- 1:08:02Speaker 5: it in their store in Pittsburgh.
- 1:08:03Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:08:03Speaker 5: So yeah, we'll see what it goes for guys, real quick,
- 1:08:07Speaker 5: Because I know people were asking for an update on this.
- 1:08:10Speaker 5: Part two of the Michael Jackson biopic will start filming
- 1:08:13Speaker 5: toward the end of the year, maybe early next year,
- 1:08:16Speaker 5: and they're saying, if filming goes smoothie smoothly for this one,
- 1:08:19Speaker 5: the earliest Part two could be in theaters is Christmas
- 1:08:23Speaker 5: of next year. Okay, so I guess with the first
- 1:08:26Speaker 5: one there was a lot of family drama. There were
- 1:08:27Speaker 5: reshoots that happened for a few months, which is why
- 1:08:31Speaker 5: it took so long to come out. So if everything
- 1:08:33Speaker 5: goes to plan, we could have part two of Michael next.
- 1:08:35Speaker 4: Year, and it doesn't matter when it comes out because people
- 1:08:37Speaker 4: are gonna watch it.
- 1:08:38Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I'll watch it.
- 1:08:40Speaker 1: She comes out again, absolutely.
- 1:08:41Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, I'll keep you posted. I'm Canda Lopez.
- 1:08:43Speaker 5: Those are your Texas Top Stories.
- 1:08:45Speaker 13: The New Mixed one O two point nine, Dirty Little Secrets.
- 1:08:52Speaker 4: Mixed one O two point nine, Happy Friday, It's Bairey
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: to keep Candice low pezy, freshly waxed.
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: Producer Pooh is over here, kind of wax.
- 1:09:00Speaker 4: He waxed his chest, but it didn't really work that well,
- 1:09:02Speaker 4: so it's kind of spotty. All kind of blends in.
- 1:09:05Speaker 4: You can't even really tell. So you might have lucked
- 1:09:07Speaker 4: down on that one.
- 1:09:07Speaker 3: Pooh.
- 1:09:08Speaker 4: It still hurts all good. And by the way, half
- 1:09:11Speaker 4: Sea Hannah's added again over here. Candae Lopez went into
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: the breakroom and cut half of a donut off and
- 1:09:17Speaker 4: left the other half in one of my biggest pet.
- 1:09:18Speaker 5: Peeves ever, I went back for it.
- 1:09:21Speaker 1: Oh you ate both?
- 1:09:22Speaker 8: Yeah?
- 1:09:22Speaker 1: Both halves?
- 1:09:23Speaker 5: Yeah, I did good, and a lot of half right
- 1:09:25Speaker 5: here if you want it.
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: No, I don't.
- 1:09:26Speaker 4: A lot of people online are talking about this because
- 1:09:28Speaker 4: we posted a video about it, and there's so so
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: many comments about whether this is rude or not to
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: cut a donut in half and take one half and
- 1:09:36Speaker 4: leave the other in the breakroom, And a lot of
- 1:09:37Speaker 4: people agree with me, that's rude and kind of gross
- 1:09:39Speaker 4: because you just don't know how that person cut it, right,
- 1:09:42Speaker 4: Like I assume that people are.
- 1:09:44Speaker 5: Nasty, Yeah you should, but I'm not, and I'm I
- 1:09:46Speaker 5: didn't cut it in a nasty way, I know, But
- 1:09:48Speaker 5: if I didn't.
- 1:09:49Speaker 4: See you cut it, I don't trust that. You know,
- 1:09:51Speaker 4: somebody just grabbed it with their bare hands, broke it
- 1:09:53Speaker 4: in half, I know, and then left out there. Who
- 1:09:55Speaker 4: will I know? And that's why I don't eat those
- 1:09:58Speaker 4: crusty half don't.
- 1:10:00Speaker 5: Yeah, I hear you.
- 1:10:01Speaker 1: I'll just leave him in.
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: There either way. Yeah, how many donuts have you had
- 1:10:04Speaker 4: over there one and a half.
- 1:10:05Speaker 5: Good for you, Candice Friday, whatever I.
- 1:10:10Speaker 1: Know, I love you made a seaweed soup.
- 1:10:13Speaker 5: I don't know how I'm about to be donuts delivered and.
- 1:10:16Speaker 1: Then just chow down on a couple donuts.
- 1:10:18Speaker 5: Yeah, it's cool.
- 1:10:19Speaker 1: Good for you.
- 1:10:19Speaker 4: You should enjoy yourself every once in a while, right
- 1:10:22Speaker 4: If you have a secret eight three three seven eight
- 1:10:24Speaker 4: seven one o two nine, whatever your secret is. Maybe
- 1:10:26Speaker 4: it's that you cut the donuts in the half in
- 1:10:28Speaker 4: the break room at work. Whatever the case may be,
- 1:10:30Speaker 4: you have one, and it's uh, it's a good one.
- 1:10:32Speaker 10: Well, it's messy and it's not something I'm I'm proud of.
- 1:10:38Speaker 10: But I have kind of a dilemma now. So I've
- 1:10:42Speaker 10: been married for a long time and a few years
- 1:10:45Speaker 10: ago I had an affair. And I need to stay anonymous, obviously,
- 1:10:54Speaker 10: but I can honestly tell you that it's the biggest
- 1:10:57Speaker 10: regret of my life. My husband found out and I
- 1:11:04Speaker 10: came clean. I didn't deny it, I owned what I did,
- 1:11:08Speaker 10: and I kind of thought at one point that our
- 1:11:11Speaker 10: marriage was over, but somehow he agreed to try. And
- 1:11:16Speaker 10: you know, I have no excuses. I was pretty disgusted
- 1:11:19Speaker 10: with myself, but he agreed to try, and we spent
- 1:11:22Speaker 10: a long time in counseling and there were many, you know,
- 1:11:27Speaker 10: teers and hard conversations, and we rebuilt and we both
- 1:11:32Speaker 10: had things we needed to work on, like he was
- 1:11:34Speaker 10: not the best husband back then, and I was not
- 1:11:37Speaker 10: the best wife, Like I wasn't the person that he
- 1:11:40Speaker 10: deserved either. We both turned to God and worked on
- 1:11:44Speaker 10: ourselves and we rebuilt something and now it's stronger than ever.
- 1:11:50Speaker 1: Which is amazing.
- 1:11:52Speaker 4: That's great, Yeah, because that's not easy to do, and
- 1:11:55Speaker 4: a lot of people don't make it. So I don't
- 1:11:57Speaker 4: judge people who get back together after some like this.
- 1:12:00Speaker 4: So you worked it out.
- 1:12:01Speaker 10: We did, Like I never knew if we would make
- 1:12:05Speaker 10: it here, but we've been doing well for a while now,
- 1:12:08Speaker 10: and now there's this kind of like fly in the
- 1:12:13Speaker 10: ointment doesn't really cover it. So I'm a teacher and
- 1:12:17Speaker 10: I recently found out that the man that I had
- 1:12:19Speaker 10: the affair with his daughter is going to be at
- 1:12:24Speaker 10: my school, and I had not spoken to him since
- 1:12:30Speaker 10: things blew up years ago, and from what I understand,
- 1:12:35Speaker 10: he and his wife also stayed together and worked things out,
- 1:12:39Speaker 10: and I've never spoken to his wife as far as
- 1:12:43Speaker 10: I know, his daughter has no idea. I hope she
- 1:12:46Speaker 10: has no help, you know, But just knowing they'll be
- 1:12:51Speaker 10: around is kind of making me feel queasy a lot. Yeah,
- 1:12:57Speaker 10: Like I'm really scared about parent teacher night in school
- 1:13:00Speaker 10: events and open house, Like I don't even want to
- 1:13:02Speaker 10: pass them in the hallway. And so there's a part
- 1:13:06Speaker 10: of me that has thought like should I tell the
- 1:13:09Speaker 10: school administration in case things get awkward or weird? But
- 1:13:14Speaker 10: then like, why would I blow my life up? And
- 1:13:17Speaker 10: that's not their business and we all moved on and
- 1:13:21Speaker 10: I don't want anyone to look at me differently. And
- 1:13:24Speaker 10: I'm going to tell my husband about this, but I
- 1:13:26Speaker 10: haven't yet that the daughter will be at my school,
- 1:13:30Speaker 10: Like he needs to hear it from me before he
- 1:13:33Speaker 10: finds out somewhere else. But I'm just I'm just scared
- 1:13:36Speaker 10: of blowing our lives up. I'm scared of bringing all
- 1:13:39Speaker 10: that hurt back. And I know that I made this
- 1:13:42Speaker 10: mess and I have to live with it, but I
- 1:13:45Speaker 10: am not sure how to proceed when like I'm going
- 1:13:48Speaker 10: to have to deal with them being an autoimity.
- 1:13:51Speaker 4: I mean, right, And I get how it would make
- 1:13:53Speaker 4: your stomach turn. I don't know if you have to
- 1:13:55Speaker 4: tell administration. That's a good point. I mean, I guess
- 1:13:57Speaker 4: you could get ahead of it. But you're right, that's
- 1:13:59Speaker 4: like it didn't happen on in school time. You know,
- 1:14:03Speaker 4: it wasn't like it was with another teacher, right.
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: Can't you just have family history that makes it, you know,
- 1:14:10Speaker 5: uncomfortable for you to teach her?
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: Are you obligated? Oh, you don't have to.
- 1:14:15Speaker 4: She's not in like a specific class of yours though,
- 1:14:17Speaker 4: she just goes to the school.
- 1:14:18Speaker 1: Right, Oh, okay, okay.
- 1:14:21Speaker 4: That would be then I feel like you'd have to
- 1:14:23Speaker 4: say something. But if it's not that, I don't know
- 1:14:26Speaker 4: if you have to say anything. I don't want everybody
- 1:14:28Speaker 4: in the school no my business, because you know they're
- 1:14:30Speaker 4: gonna look at certain type of way.
- 1:14:32Speaker 5: Yeah to the talk of the teacher's lounge, Yes there, Yeah,
- 1:14:37Speaker 5: you know.
- 1:14:37Speaker 4: I think it's good to talk about this kind of
- 1:14:39Speaker 4: stuff though, because I'll be honest, I never put any
- 1:14:41Speaker 4: cheating stuff on the air really because it just gives
- 1:14:44Speaker 4: me a weird feeling.
- 1:14:45Speaker 1: Yeah, this is different, but this is different.
- 1:14:47Speaker 4: You work through it. You both made your life better,
- 1:14:50Speaker 4: you stuck together. It feels like there's a happy ending.
- 1:14:53Speaker 4: You shouldn't let this ruin anything or trigger anything. It's
- 1:14:57Speaker 4: part of you know, if you properly handled it, counseling
- 1:15:00Speaker 4: and whatnot, then this should be a bump in the
- 1:15:03Speaker 4: road and you just keep moving.
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: Sucks.
- 1:15:05Speaker 5: Yeah, it thanks for your husband too to have to
- 1:15:07Speaker 5: hear and.
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: But you know that's going to be a part of it.
- 1:15:10Speaker 4: There's things that are going to come up, whether it's
- 1:15:13Speaker 4: years later, months later, weeks later, where you have to
- 1:15:16Speaker 4: deal with it, and I think you're doing it the
- 1:15:18Speaker 4: right way. You got to tell them, deal with it
- 1:15:19Speaker 4: and move on, and then I think it'll be okay.
- 1:15:22Speaker 1: Thank you, but good luck, and let us let us know.
- 1:15:26Speaker 4: I would check your policy in your school, like your
- 1:15:29Speaker 4: handbook or whatever to see if there's anything that might
- 1:15:32Speaker 4: pertain to this in a weird way and see if
- 1:15:35Speaker 4: you're obligated to. If so, then deal with it then,
- 1:15:37Speaker 4: but maybe double check. But I think I think you're good.
- 1:15:40Speaker 4: Good luck though, and let us know what happens.
- 1:15:41Speaker 7: Please, okay, thank you so much.
- 1:15:44Speaker 4: Yeah, this is why it's just I mean, it's never
- 1:15:46Speaker 4: worth cheating for a million reasons. Here's another reason is
- 1:15:50Speaker 4: it just never goes away if you move on and
- 1:15:52Speaker 4: you work through it. There's things that happen and that
- 1:15:54Speaker 4: come up that make it difficult. And is that like
- 1:15:57Speaker 4: one moment worth it?
- 1:16:00Speaker 5: And the surprise that comes now that she's got to
- 1:16:02Speaker 5: deal with.
- 1:16:03Speaker 4: We're tearing your family apart. Is it worth you know,
- 1:16:06Speaker 4: disappointing your kids? Ye, your partner that you swore it
- 1:16:11Speaker 4: was going to be your only one. It's just not
- 1:16:13Speaker 4: worth it. Think twice before you do something.
- 1:16:15Speaker 1: Stupid in this episode. Hey, we're about to get out
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: of here. It's makes one or two point nine.
- 1:16:20Speaker 4: If you like a kid cannaslow pants producer who we
- 1:16:23Speaker 4: will see you Monday. Have a great weekend whatever you do.
- 1:16:25Speaker 4: Shop get that tax free per tax free weekend.
- 1:16:29Speaker 1: Going on right now.
- 1:16:30Speaker 4: Back to school next week, by the way, next week,
- 1:16:32Speaker 4: we have a lot of secrets coming in that are
- 1:16:35Speaker 4: back to school secrets really, so I'm trying to pick
- 1:16:38Speaker 4: the ones that are like back to school drama. I said,
- 1:16:40Speaker 4: back to school drama, bring it, you know, and there
- 1:16:42Speaker 4: I thought there'd be like one or two.
- 1:16:43Speaker 1: Yeah, No, there's a lot. Really, there is some back
- 1:16:46Speaker 1: to school drama.
- 1:16:47Speaker 5: Hey, I'm excited.
- 1:16:48Speaker 1: Oh your school might get mentioned too.
- 1:16:50Speaker 5: Just no, we shouldn't mention a school.
- 1:16:53Speaker 4: Okay, fine, maybe we won't. Maybe we will, Candas, what
- 1:16:56Speaker 4: do you got going on?
- 1:16:57Speaker 5: Well, I saw a family in town. They leave tomorrow,
- 1:16:59Speaker 5: so we're gonna have some fun today. I don't know
- 1:17:00Speaker 5: what they want to do, but I just told him,
- 1:17:02Speaker 5: y'all tell me we're down. I'm gonna grab a coffee
- 1:17:04Speaker 5: as soon as possible and just keep going. We'll see.
- 1:17:07Speaker 1: Yeah, the family be doing stuff easy.
- 1:17:10Speaker 5: Yesterday we went to Louby's yesterday.
- 1:17:13Speaker 1: You did, yeah, say what?
- 1:17:15Speaker 5: Yeah, we went to Loubies yesterday. Well air gloves Loobies
- 1:17:18Speaker 5: and his brother. It's like nostalgia.
- 1:17:20Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:17:22Speaker 5: Yeah, I definitely had it yesterday.
- 1:17:24Speaker 1: That is good though, No, no, it is. Yeah, it's
- 1:17:27Speaker 1: just something about Loubies.
- 1:17:29Speaker 4: And I don't know if Louby smells like old people
- 1:17:31Speaker 4: or old people smells like Loubies.
- 1:17:34Speaker 1: There's one right around the corner home Midway.
- 1:17:36Speaker 5: Yeah, smell it, Billy.
- 1:17:37Speaker 4: I'm gonna sniff it because it's just like something about it.
- 1:17:40Speaker 4: It's like I don't know what came first, the chicken
- 1:17:42Speaker 4: or the egg.
- 1:17:44Speaker 1: Is it the old.
- 1:17:44Speaker 4: Person that smell cafeteria like blubies or Looby smells like
- 1:17:48Speaker 4: old people.
- 1:17:48Speaker 1: I don't know which one.
- 1:17:49Speaker 5: Yeah, I don't know. It was decent.
- 1:17:51Speaker 1: Yeah, good, Yeah, that's always a good thing. Go to
- 1:17:53Speaker 1: a decent line.
- 1:17:53Speaker 5: We'll pick a different restaurant today.
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: Today, gold, what are you doing? I'm gonna go with
- 1:18:00Speaker 1: my cousin Devin.
- 1:18:01Speaker 6: We so we saw a car in forty like in
- 1:18:04Speaker 6: somebody's yard that they were selling. And so long story short,
- 1:18:07Speaker 6: my dad and his dad, which was my uncle or whatever. Uh,
- 1:18:13Speaker 6: they both had a nineteen seventy four Camaro. So I'm
- 1:18:16Speaker 6: going with him because Devin got money and he's talking
- 1:18:19Speaker 6: about buying up.
- 1:18:21Speaker 1: Okay, cool, Yeah, I'm like, you drive it. Yeah, I
- 1:18:23Speaker 1: told him I got to drive it at least a
- 1:18:24Speaker 1: little bit. Okay, that's fine. It's fun spending other people want.
- 1:18:28Speaker 6: I got to reach out to Eric because I want
- 1:18:30Speaker 6: him to see you know, I know he knows all
- 1:18:32Speaker 6: the ins and out.
- 1:18:33Speaker 4: What plot'll do is if he's gonna go there and
- 1:18:35Speaker 4: just kick the tires. But I have no idea what
- 1:18:37Speaker 4: he's looking for him. Yeah, let me test it, let
- 1:18:42Speaker 4: me see if it has any.
- 1:18:44Speaker 1: Blinker blinker fluid. All right, we'll see you Monday. Have
- 1:18:49Speaker 1: a great weekend. Bye.
- 1:18:52Speaker 8: His top stories on the tens with Billy the Kid
- 1:18:54Speaker 8: in the.
- 1:18:55Speaker 9: Morning only on one or two point.
- 1:18:58Speaker 1: A chance for to Disneyland coming up new Pooh, how's
- 1:19:00Speaker 1: your chest feeling? He just got a waxed And now
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: that I use that wife, it's it's a little bit better.
- 1:19:05Speaker 4: Let's see the things the strips. The wax strips didn't
- 1:19:08Speaker 4: really work like it ripped half the hair off.
- 1:19:10Speaker 1: They were breaking. It was not good.
- 1:19:11Speaker 4: But I don't know it's the coarse hair bro Yeah,
- 1:19:13Speaker 4: I don't know what it was, something off, if something
- 1:19:16Speaker 4: was off.
- 1:19:16Speaker 5: But it would not come off. I was trying. It ripped.
- 1:19:19Speaker 4: It almost made it worse for who I felt bad, Yeah,
- 1:19:21Speaker 4: because it ripped.
- 1:19:22Speaker 1: It was only ripping halfway off. Almost took my nip
- 1:19:25Speaker 1: off alrip. All right, what is going on?
- 1:19:31Speaker 5: Guys? Health officials in Michigan say it is safe to
- 1:19:34Speaker 5: eat lettuce again. There new cases of cyclost bariasis are
- 1:19:39Speaker 5: now slowing and e our visits are trending down. So
- 1:19:41Speaker 5: this is good news because they were the state that
- 1:19:43Speaker 5: was kind of hit the hardness by this parasite. They
- 1:19:45Speaker 5: had over twelve thousand cases there. But you know, the
- 1:19:48Speaker 5: outbreak basically, you know, got aware of broad awareness there
- 1:19:52Speaker 5: in Michigan, so they're lifting the broad warning. So this
- 1:19:54Speaker 5: is good news, guys.
- 1:19:55Speaker 4: But if you're not eating lettuce, if you're just een
- 1:19:58Speaker 4: lettuce without it, it's like salad's different.
- 1:20:01Speaker 1: But what else is lettuce good for?
- 1:20:03Speaker 7: Yeah?
- 1:20:03Speaker 5: I mean, if you want to put it on your taco,
- 1:20:05Speaker 5: go for it. Do you want to put it on
- 1:20:07Speaker 5: your burger, go for it.
- 1:20:08Speaker 4: It's usually just cold and like doesn't taste like anything.
- 1:20:11Speaker 4: Lettuce is useless. I don't need to eat lettuce, you know. Yeah,
- 1:20:15Speaker 4: of course you just ate seaweed soup.
- 1:20:17Speaker 5: He sad.
- 1:20:20Speaker 1: What do you mean that's all you had in my bag?
- 1:20:22Speaker 5: That's all I had?
- 1:20:24Speaker 1: What a Mermaid meal.
- 1:20:25Speaker 5: Prep this week?
- 1:20:26Speaker 1: Okay, well I'll.
- 1:20:27Speaker 5: Bring eggs next week again, thank you. It's fine. Uh, guys,
- 1:20:31Speaker 5: listen to this. The Dallas Mavericks are offering a huge
- 1:20:34Speaker 5: reward for whoever has Cooper Flag's autographed NBA debut patch card.
- 1:20:39Speaker 5: So Cooper signed this card last month at Fanatics Fest
- 1:20:43Speaker 5: in New York. So this was a one of one
- 1:20:46Speaker 5: autographed card from Tops. He signed it in a private room.
- 1:20:49Speaker 5: There's actually a video of him signing it and he's
- 1:20:52Speaker 5: basically saying how nervous he is to sign it that
- 1:20:55Speaker 5: whoever gets it, you know, hang on to this thing.
- 1:20:57Speaker 5: So here's the deal. The MAVs are offering that card
- 1:21:01Speaker 5: two premium season tickets in the lower level for thirty
- 1:21:04Speaker 5: two years. That's Cooper's number. Of course, they're also offering
- 1:21:08Speaker 5: a signed game worn rookie jersey, a postgame photo with Cooper,
- 1:21:14Speaker 5: a private photo shoot with his Rookie of the Year trophy,
- 1:21:16Speaker 5: and the MAVs Championship trophy. Then also on top of that,
- 1:21:20Speaker 5: a VIP tour of the MAVs practice facility, you meet
- 1:21:23Speaker 5: and greet with the team, all sorts of stuff. I mean,
- 1:21:25Speaker 5: up to ten guests can come with you to the
- 1:21:27Speaker 5: Double ac for some of these experiences. And then they're
- 1:21:29Speaker 5: actually gonna send you to Boston to watch the MAVs
- 1:21:32Speaker 5: play the Celtics.
- 1:21:33Speaker 4: Well, if you had that card, would you do it?
- 1:21:35Speaker 4: Because this is a card that could be worth I mean,
- 1:21:37Speaker 4: one day over a million dollars.
- 1:21:39Speaker 5: No, I wouldn't trade it, me would No, I'd hang
- 1:21:41Speaker 5: on to it.
- 1:21:42Speaker 1: I would would you wouldn't get the money?
- 1:21:44Speaker 5: Well, yeah, I'd take the money.
- 1:21:46Speaker 4: But you wouldn't do the thirty two seasons? Yeah, I
- 1:21:49Speaker 4: don't think so I would. I don't would.
- 1:21:50Speaker 1: I went I need unless it's gonna pay for my
- 1:21:52Speaker 1: son to go to college.
- 1:21:53Speaker 5: And yeah, exactly. I mean they're saying, you know, yeah,
- 1:21:55Speaker 5: it could go for well over a million dollars. The
- 1:21:58Speaker 5: last time a card similar to this was sold at auction,
- 1:22:01Speaker 5: it went for one point one and that was because
- 1:22:02Speaker 5: an eleven year old had it and it was, you know,
- 1:22:05Speaker 5: a Pittsburgh Pirates player. He didn't offer to give it
- 1:22:08Speaker 5: to them in exchange for what they wanted, so he
- 1:22:10Speaker 5: put it for auction. Dick Sporting has actually bought it
- 1:22:13Speaker 5: and put it in their store in Pittsburgh.
- 1:22:14Speaker 1: Wow.
- 1:22:15Speaker 5: So yeah, we'll see what it goes for guys, real quick,
- 1:22:18Speaker 5: because I know people were asking for an update on this.
- 1:22:21Speaker 5: Part two of the Michael Jackson biopic will start filming
- 1:22:24Speaker 5: toward the end of the year, maybe early next year,
- 1:22:27Speaker 5: and they're saying, if filming goes smoothie smoothly for this one,
- 1:22:30Speaker 5: the earliest Part two could be in theaters is Christmas
- 1:22:34Speaker 5: of next year.
- 1:22:35Speaker 1: Okay, so I.
- 1:22:36Speaker 5: Guess with the first one, there was a lot of
- 1:22:37Speaker 5: family drama. There were reshoots that happened for a few months,
- 1:22:41Speaker 5: which is why it took so long to come out.
- 1:22:43Speaker 5: So if everything goes to plan, we could have part
- 1:22:45Speaker 5: two of Michael.
- 1:22:46Speaker 4: Next year and it doesn't matter when it comes out
- 1:22:48Speaker 4: because people are gonna watch it.
- 1:22:49Speaker 5: Oh yeah, I'll watch it.
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: She comes out again, absolutely.
- 1:22:52Speaker 5: Yeah, all right, I'll keep you posted. I'm Candae Lopez.
- 1:22:54Speaker 5: Those are your Texas Top Stories.
- 1:22:56Speaker 13: The new Mixed One on two point nine thirty Little Secrets.
- 1:23:03Speaker 1: Mixed one or two point nine Happy Friday. It's Bailey
- 1:23:05Speaker 1: the Kid. Candisloppe is a freshly waxed producer. Pooh, it's
- 1:23:09Speaker 1: over here. It kind of wax.
- 1:23:11Speaker 4: We waxed his chest, but it didn't really work that well,
- 1:23:13Speaker 4: so it's kind of spotty. All kind of blends in.
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: You can't even really tell. So you might have lucked
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: down on that one. Pooh, it still hurts all good
- 1:23:21Speaker 4: by the way, Half Sea Hannah's added again over here.
- 1:23:23Speaker 4: Candaslopez went into the breakroom and cut half of a
- 1:23:27Speaker 4: donut off and left the other half in one of
- 1:23:29Speaker 4: my biggest pet peeves ever.
- 1:23:30Speaker 5: I went back for it.
- 1:23:32Speaker 1: Oh you ate both yeah, both halves?
- 1:23:34Speaker 5: Yeah, I did good. And it's a lot of half
- 1:23:36Speaker 5: right here if you want it.
- 1:23:37Speaker 4: No I don't a lot of people online are talking
- 1:23:39Speaker 4: about this because we posted a video about it, and
- 1:23:40Speaker 4: there's so so many comments about whether this is rude
- 1:23:44Speaker 4: or not to cut a donut in half and take
- 1:23:46Speaker 4: one half and leave the other in the breakroom, And
- 1:23:48Speaker 4: a lot of people agree with me, that's rude and
- 1:23:50Speaker 4: kind of gross because you just don't know how that
- 1:23:52Speaker 4: person cut it, right, Like I assume that people are.
- 1:23:55Speaker 5: Nasty, Yeah you should, but I'm not. And I'm I
- 1:23:58Speaker 5: didn't cut it in a nasty.
- 1:23:59Speaker 4: Way, I know, But if I didn't see you cut it,
- 1:24:01Speaker 4: I don't trust that. You know, somebody just grabbed it
- 1:24:03Speaker 4: with their bare hands, broke it in half.
- 1:24:05Speaker 1: I know, and then left people out there who will
- 1:24:07Speaker 1: I know?
- 1:24:08Speaker 4: And that's why I don't eat those crusty half donuts.
- 1:24:11Speaker 5: Yeah, I hear you.
- 1:24:12Speaker 1: I just leave them in there either way. Yeah. How
- 1:24:14Speaker 1: many donuts have you had over there?
- 1:24:16Speaker 5: One and a half? Good for you, Candice, that's Friday whatever.
- 1:24:21Speaker 8: I know.
- 1:24:22Speaker 1: I love that you made a seaweed soup.
- 1:24:24Speaker 14: I don't know how we're about to be donuts delivered
- 1:24:27Speaker 14: and then just chow down on a couple donuts.
- 1:24:29Speaker 5: Yeah, it's cool.
- 1:24:30Speaker 1: Good for you.
- 1:24:31Speaker 4: You should enjoy yourself every once in a while, all right,
- 1:24:33Speaker 4: If you have a secret eight three three seven eight
- 1:24:35Speaker 4: seven one o two nine, whatever your secret is. Maybe
- 1:24:37Speaker 4: it's that you cut the donuts in the half in
- 1:24:39Speaker 4: the break room at work. Whatever the case may be,
- 1:24:41Speaker 4: you have one. And it's uh, it's a good one.
- 1:24:44Speaker 10: Well it's messy, and it's not something I'm proud of.
- 1:24:49Speaker 10: But I have kind of a dilemma now. So I've
- 1:24:53Speaker 10: been married for a long time and a few years
- 1:24:56Speaker 10: ago I had an affair. And I need to stay anonymous, obviously,
- 1:25:05Speaker 10: but I can honestly tell you that it's the biggest
- 1:25:09Speaker 10: regret of my life. My husband found out and I
- 1:25:16Speaker 10: came clean. I didn't deny it, I owned what I did,
- 1:25:20Speaker 10: and I kind of thought at one point that our
- 1:25:23Speaker 10: marriage was over. But somehow he agreed to try. And
- 1:25:27Speaker 10: you know, I have no excuses. I was pretty disgusted
- 1:25:30Speaker 10: with myself, but he agreed to try, and we spent
- 1:25:34Speaker 10: a long time in counseling and there were many, you know,
- 1:25:38Speaker 10: teers and hard conversations, and we rebuilt and we both
- 1:25:43Speaker 10: had things we needed to work on. Like he was
- 1:25:45Speaker 10: not the best husband back then, and I was not
- 1:25:48Speaker 10: the best wife, Like I wasn't the person that he
- 1:25:51Speaker 10: deserved either. We both turned to God and worked on
- 1:25:55Speaker 10: ourselves and we rebuilt something and now it's stronger than ever.
- 1:26:01Speaker 1: Which is amazing.
- 1:26:03Speaker 4: That's great, Yeah, because that's not easy to do, and
- 1:26:06Speaker 4: a lot of people don't make it.
- 1:26:07Speaker 1: So I don't judge people who get back together after
- 1:26:10Speaker 1: some like this. So you worked it out.
- 1:26:12Speaker 10: We did, Like I never knew if we would make
- 1:26:16Speaker 10: it here, but we've been doing well for a while now,
- 1:26:19Speaker 10: and now there's this kind of like fly in the
- 1:26:24Speaker 10: ointment doesn't really cover it. So I'm a teacher and
- 1:26:28Speaker 10: I recently found out that the man that I had
- 1:26:31Speaker 10: the affair with his daughter is going to be at
- 1:26:35Speaker 10: my school. And I had not spoken to him since
- 1:26:41Speaker 10: things blew up years ago, and from what I understand,
- 1:26:46Speaker 10: he and his wife also stayed together and work things out,
- 1:26:51Speaker 10: And I've never spoken to his wife as far as
- 1:26:55Speaker 10: I know. His daughter has no idea. I hope she
- 1:26:58Speaker 10: has no help, you know, but just knowing they'll be
- 1:27:02Speaker 10: around is kind of making me feel queasy a lot. Yeah,
- 1:27:08Speaker 10: Like I'm really scared about parent teacher night and school
- 1:27:11Speaker 10: events and open house, Like I don't even want to
- 1:27:13Speaker 10: pass them in the hallway. And so there's a part
- 1:27:18Speaker 10: of me that has thought like should I tell the
- 1:27:20Speaker 10: school administration in case things get awkward or weird? But
- 1:27:25Speaker 10: then like, why would I blow my life up? And
- 1:27:28Speaker 10: that's not their business and we all moved on and
- 1:27:32Speaker 10: I don't want anyone to look at me differently. And
- 1:27:35Speaker 10: I'm going to tell my husband about this, but I
- 1:27:38Speaker 10: haven't yet that the daughter will be at my school,
- 1:27:42Speaker 10: Like he needs to hear it from me before he
- 1:27:44Speaker 10: finds out somewhere else. But I'm just I'm just scared
- 1:27:47Speaker 10: of blowing our lives up. I'm scared of bringing all
- 1:27:50Speaker 10: that hurt back. And I know that I made this
- 1:27:53Speaker 10: mess and I have to live with it, but I
- 1:27:56Speaker 10: am not sure how to proceed when like, I'm going
- 1:27:59Speaker 10: to have to deal with.
- 1:28:00Speaker 7: Them being.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: Right, And I get how it would make your stomach turn.
- 1:28:05Speaker 4: I don't know if you have to tell administration. That's
- 1:28:07Speaker 4: a good point. I mean, I guess you could get
- 1:28:08Speaker 4: ahead of it. But you're right, that's like it didn't
- 1:28:11Speaker 4: happen on in school time. You know, it wasn't like
- 1:28:15Speaker 4: it was with another teacher.
- 1:28:16Speaker 5: Right, can't you just have family history that makes it,
- 1:28:21Speaker 5: you know, uncomfortable for you to teach her?
- 1:28:23Speaker 4: Are you obligated in Oh, you don't have to. She's
- 1:28:26Speaker 4: not in like a specific class of yours though. She
- 1:28:28Speaker 4: just goes to the school.
- 1:28:29Speaker 7: Right now, she's out there.
- 1:28:30Speaker 5: Okay, oh, okay.
- 1:28:32Speaker 4: Okay, that would be then I feel like you'd have
- 1:28:34Speaker 4: to say something.
- 1:28:36Speaker 1: But if it's not that, I don't know if you
- 1:28:38Speaker 1: have to say anything.
- 1:28:38Speaker 4: I don't want everybody in the school know my business
- 1:28:40Speaker 4: because you know they're gonna look at a certain type
- 1:28:42Speaker 4: of way.
- 1:28:43Speaker 5: Yeah, the talk of the teacher's lounge.
- 1:28:46Speaker 1: Yes there, Yeah, you know.
- 1:28:49Speaker 4: I think it's good to talk about this kind of
- 1:28:50Speaker 4: stuff though, because I'll be honest, I never put any
- 1:28:52Speaker 4: cheating stuff on the air really because it just gives
- 1:28:55Speaker 4: me a weird feeling.
- 1:28:56Speaker 1: This is different, But this is different.
- 1:28:58Speaker 4: You work through it. You both made your life better.
- 1:29:01Speaker 4: You stuck together. It feels like there's a happy ending.
- 1:29:05Speaker 4: You shouldn't let this ruin anything or trigger anything.
- 1:29:08Speaker 1: It's part of you know.
- 1:29:09Speaker 4: If you properly handle it with counseling and whatnot, then
- 1:29:12Speaker 4: this should be a bump in the road and you
- 1:29:14Speaker 4: just keep moving.
- 1:29:15Speaker 1: Okay, sucks, yeah it.
- 1:29:17Speaker 5: Thanks for your husband too to have to hear and.
- 1:29:20Speaker 1: But you know that's going to be a part of it.
- 1:29:22Speaker 4: There's things that are gonna come up, whether it's years later,
- 1:29:25Speaker 4: months later, weeks later, where you have to deal with it.
- 1:29:27Speaker 4: And I think you're doing it the right way. You
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: got to tell them, deal with it and move on,
- 1:29:32Speaker 4: and then I think it'll be okay, thank you, but
- 1:29:35Speaker 4: good luck and let us let us know. I would
- 1:29:38Speaker 4: check your policy in your school, like your handbook or
- 1:29:41Speaker 4: whatever to see if there's anything that might pertain to
- 1:29:44Speaker 4: this in a weird way and see if you're obligated to.
- 1:29:47Speaker 4: If so, then deal with it then, but maybe double check.
- 1:29:49Speaker 4: But I think I think you're good. Good luck though,
- 1:29:51Speaker 4: and let us know what happens.
- 1:29:53Speaker 7: Please, okay, thank you so much.
- 1:29:55Speaker 4: Yeah, this is why it's just I mean, it's never
- 1:29:57Speaker 4: worth cheating for a million reasons. Here's another reason. Is
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: it just never goes away. Yeah, if you move on
- 1:30:03Speaker 4: and you work through it, there's things that happen and
- 1:30:05Speaker 4: that come up that make it difficult.
- 1:30:07Speaker 1: And is that like one moment worth it?
- 1:30:10Speaker 5: Right?
- 1:30:11Speaker 14: And the surprise that comes now that you's got to
- 1:30:13Speaker 14: deal with we're tearing your family apart, is it worth
- 1:30:17Speaker 14: you know, disappointing your kids, your partner that you swore.
- 1:30:22Speaker 1: It was going to be your only one. It's just
- 1:30:24Speaker 1: not worth it. Think twice before you do something stupid.
- 1:30:27Speaker 1: In this episode, we're about to get out of here.
- 1:30:30Speaker 1: It's makes one or two point nine.
- 1:30:31Speaker 4: If you like a kid, Canni slow Pass producer who

- 1:30:49Speaker 4: the ones that are like back to school drama. I said,
- 1:30:51Speaker 4: back to school drama, bring it, you know, and there
- 1:30:53Speaker 4: I thought there'd be like one or two.

- 1:30:57Speaker 1: to school drama.
