- 0:31Hello and welcome back to another episode of bantul
- 0:34Orencia on the Lauren TV. Thank you for joining us for
- 0:38today's episode. I want to talk about a story
- 0:41that was preview to and the reason why I wanted to talk
- 0:44about this is because in lots of forceful victims to whether man
- 0:49or woman to people who have Different intention coming to us
- 0:56and saying different things that are not even their intention
- 0:59towards us. So a friend of mine called me
- 1:01and said, she has a friend who reached out to her because she
- 1:05knew that she had somebody in the UK that could advise.
- 1:09And I was like, okay, what is the problem?
- 1:12So according to the story? She had a boyfriend in Nigeria
- 1:15who she was talking to. I mean this guy is about, you
- 1:18know, 20 years older than she is.
- 1:21I don't even know why they were talking.
- 1:23But, anyway, she was talking to this person who was responsible
- 1:27for, you know, some of our table keeps and here and there, and
- 1:31all that soul in Te she, the guy came to her and said that he
- 1:36wants to get married. She said she was devastated.
- 1:39She was, like, why are you getting married to somebody
- 1:41else? When, you know, we are in loving
- 1:44relationship. The guy said, he is really
- 1:46getting married to this lady because she lives in the UK and
- 1:49he wants to get his tea because he has been trying to travel to
- 1:53the you Very, very long time, and he has not been successful.
- 1:57So he reconnected with a childhood friend who he decided
- 2:03to propose to her. He proposed to her.
- 2:05She accepted. And meanwhile, she came to
- 2:08Nigeria to, you know, marry him. They did caught wedding church
- 2:14wedding, traditional wedding. The guy's parents, were they?
- 2:18He attended the whole ceremony after the whole marriage
- 2:22ceremony? The UK wife went back to the UK
- 2:26to foul, you know, arrange things done, file for him to
- 2:29join her. While he was in Nigeria.
- 2:32He linked up with the same girl and they continue the
- 2:37relationship. The girl said, the mother
- 2:41convinced the man to marry her as a second wife for the mother
- 2:48without the knowledge of the lady in the UK processing every
- 2:52document for Fall for a whole bunch of join her.
- 2:56So, within the period of the guy joining, his wife Legal Wife, in
- 3:02the UK. He already paid.
- 3:04The bride price of the second Lady and she was pregnant before
- 3:09he left Nigeria. She has a son.
- 3:12Now, the sun is about two years old.
- 3:14The guy is trying to fall for his think they have like two
- 3:19different stages of visa application.
- 3:21So she said she has been Communication, with the husband
- 3:25in the UK. And the wife does not know
- 3:27anything about it. According to her.
- 3:29She said, the wife in the UK is not even aware of anything is
- 3:33going on. But now that the husband wants
- 3:35to extend his powerful visa. She is advising him to put the
- 3:41name of the son on the document and he is refusing to do that.
- 3:47Now, she's thinking, okay, maybe this guy has really continued
- 3:51with his life in the UK and Of married her for his mother.
- 3:56Because now she's living with the mother.
- 3:59She's taking care of the mother and everything.
- 4:01She has a son, which is making the mom happy, but our auntie
- 4:07wants to travel to the UK. Now.
- 4:11I'm just said she's out of Nigeria that she's too young to
- 4:15be taking care of, you know, living with an old woman and
- 4:18taking care of our old one that has sown is entitled.
- 4:23To travel to the UK that she wants the, the husband in the UK
- 4:30to file, in his documents and putting the name of our son as a
- 4:35dependent, and the Man in the UK is refusing.
- 4:39So, they came to me to ask me if they can go to the Embassy to
- 4:45the British Embassy to report that they have, the father of
- 4:51our child is. I think they just thought he's
- 4:55not a British citizen or something like that.
- 4:58So they are trying to say the father of my child is in the UK.
- 5:02He's British and all that. And now they want to file for
- 5:07the child. You know, how I was, I didn't, I
- 5:15was dumbfounded, like, how could people sit down and create
- 5:23problem for themselves? Like, why would you, why would
- 5:26you put another woman in that kind of situation?
- 5:31Regardless of what that man has told you?
- 5:33Yes, he is over 20, like 20 years older than you are and for
- 5:38him to have manipulated you. I am not even blaming the girl.
- 5:42But for her to even continue in that part is what's got me
- 5:47thinking I sympathize with her because you know, she's in a
- 5:51situation whereby she was like to.
- 5:54She was deceived. She was told something and the
- 5:58money is now doing something else.
- 5:59She said she wants to contact the wife in the UK to tell her
- 6:04everything that was that is going on physically and the wife
- 6:08in the UK, she is doing yet to have a child.
- 6:11And so she's thinking okay, if she tell the wife, the wife,
- 6:15who'll agree. Because now they will have its
- 6:17own or they will have a child. Do you want a seat sink?
- 6:25Do you owe the city? I was so confused.
- 6:29I was looking at my friend and I was thinking, how could you even
- 6:33think that this is? Okay.
- 6:35She said, well, that she came to her and she didn't know what to
- 6:40do. She didn't know how to even
- 6:41advise her. She just told her that she has
- 6:44someone in the UK that could Enlighten, the bullets of them
- 6:47on how to go about it. I said, listen.
- 6:51I don't even know how to this is, ethically morally, and it is
- 6:56wrong. I am not saying it is bad for
- 7:00people to have second wife. Listen, second wife is a norm in
- 7:05Nigerian a people marry second wife, but the way the man went
- 7:09about it, I think for some reason he knew or maybe he knew
- 7:14the medical condition of the lady he married and he just
- 7:18wanted to be saved to have a child but You could have opened.
- 7:22I mean, we live in a very civilized, not every more to go
- 7:26through Labor, not every woman wants to have children.
- 7:28Maybe she told him, she don't want to have children.
- 7:31I don't know the situation, but the fact is, she doesn't have a
- 7:36child and the husband before he even traveled.
- 7:41I mean, she came back. Married him fall for him to join
- 7:45her and when she was busy filing, all these papers, the
- 7:49man was busy making. That plans make another
- 7:52arrangement for for somebody to sit down.
- 8:00You know, I wanted to do this video yesterday, but I don't
- 8:04because I don't feel emotion. I was like just call me.
- 8:08I'll be shouting because it's just ridiculous.
- 8:11I was like, okay, first of all this man just traveled.
- 8:15He is trying to renew because I think they have like two years.
- 8:19It's like currently for spousal Visa.
- 8:21Its five-year stretch boards two and a half years first and you
- 8:26renew for no that's 1/2 years. Before you get to indefinite.
- 8:29So here is at the process of renewing.
- 8:32The second two and half years and she is demanding that he
- 8:38puts the child's name in the process like a dependence.
- 8:42Like oh I have a child in Nigeria and he is my dependent.
- 8:47And I'm like, how is your husband going to explain the
- 8:50fact that he got married and then impregnated, somebody in
- 8:55Nigeria. How is he going to explain that?
- 8:58She said, well, they are thinking of the case of
- 9:00infidelity that nobody. I was like, well, if you're
- 9:04going to argue based on that fact, once the wife in the UK
- 9:07news, that he has a child, she is going to do her research.
- 9:12She is going to probably come back to Nigeria, and people are
- 9:15going to talk. If she's malicious.
- 9:18She might just cancel the whole thing automatically or she might
- 9:22just do something crazy. At the end of the day.
- 9:24You're going to be left hanging. She was saying that, That's the
- 9:29husband, actually explained all these things to her and he told
- 9:33her to have more patience for another two and a half years
- 9:36before, but she's thinking of she's too young.
- 9:38She's just living night Nigeria. She's not doing anything she
- 9:42wanted. Now, I didn't even know what to
- 9:44say. I didn't even know how to advise
- 9:46her. I just told her.
- 9:48Listen, you did something wrong. What you did?
- 9:52Yes, I can understand that. You were very young, though,
- 9:55your husband because he paid. The right price.
- 9:59He probably manipulated you but you made a decision because you
- 10:05were thinking, okay. He's traveling abroad.
- 10:06He told you on these three things is going to come back,
- 10:09get you and all that and you're thinking okay you have this
- 10:14opportunity for he married you according to her.
- 10:18She even attended the wetting called my friend back.
- 10:21And I'm like, why did you even think that I would help in this
- 10:27kind of? Tuition and she said, well, does
- 10:30she know that I was not going to help, which will bring your
- 10:32content to me. There are certain things that,
- 10:37yes. I am happy to talk about it
- 10:39bore. This is morally wrong.
- 10:43I don't understand. I don't understand how people
- 10:46rationalize things. Like, how do you even if you
- 10:50wear in that woman's shoe? What would you have done you
- 10:53attended her wedding? as family friend, because the
- 11:02Some families are up. I don't want to say bad.
- 11:06But some families, they don't have conscience.
- 11:09Now. This guy has received two women
- 11:12because the wife in the UK, I am very sure.
- 11:14She Instinct. You already knows that there is
- 11:17something going on. But of course, is going to be
- 11:19lying. He's going to tell her that he
- 11:21is. Somebody, that is taking care
- 11:22of, you know, when a whole family sits down and plan, the
- 11:29mother is involved. Whole family went ahead, Amari
- 11:33this lady before the man traveled, like, how low can
- 11:39people get? I think I have to make another
- 11:42video to talk about specifically men murmuring wives for their
- 11:48mother, you know, they have especially men in the Aspera
- 11:52because this is a whole why it's a very broad problem because you
- 11:57have many industrial who are married to Sometimes white,
- 12:02ladies foreign ladies, even those ones, married to women.
- 12:06That Nigerians that are born in the Aspera.
- 12:11So they feel they need somebody, they need to marry somebody for
- 12:14their mothers. So that is a broader topic that
- 12:17I will be talking about. But in this situation, I would
- 12:21just tell this lady you did very wrong.
- 12:24Yes. I can understand that you were
- 12:25manipulated, but now you're deliberately trying to hurt
- 12:30somebody else. Yes, you a young when this whole
- 12:33thing happened. But at the same time, now, you
- 12:36are wiser. You're a much wiser.
- 12:39Even if you're going to approach the lady to tell how what is
- 12:41happening. Don't do it in a malicious way.
- 12:44Don't try to to keep get out of the way because he is the first
- 12:49wife. She didn't do anything to you.
- 12:51She didn't know what she didn't even know anything that was
- 12:53going on. If it going to be angry with
- 12:55somebody, then you have to be angry with your husband because
- 12:59he wanted to have a child in. In Nigeria.
- 13:02She wanted to have a wife in Nigeria, that would take care of
- 13:04his mom. He has achieved all those things
- 13:07and he is living large, living his life in the UK, which is
- 13:11wife lady. What I would say, is ask God for
- 13:14forgiveness, pray about it. If you, even if you're going to
- 13:18talk to this, the lady in the UK, though, the first wife in
- 13:22the UK, don't make it, make sure that at least your husband is
- 13:26away, so that it will not be, don't make it Stone.
- 13:31Make you worse than it already is.
- 13:33I mean, this is a by very bad situation.
- 13:37I don't even know how you're going to get out of it, but
- 13:41don't make it worse for yourself.
- 13:43So thank you very much for watching, today's episode.
- 13:45So leave me a comment in the comment section.
- 13:47If you think there is either a different suggestion or a
- 13:51different advice that you can give this lady.
- 13:53I am happy to hear it and then relate back to her.
- 13:57So, please like, like, like, share this video and thank You
- 14:01for watching. Bye.
- 14:02Bye.
