Bike Auckland backs real-time travel comparison signs
Cycling advocates are welcoming a new initiative they hope will get more Aucklanders thinking about how they travel. By October this year, Auckland Transport will be trialling smart roadside signs that display live travel times by car, public transport and bike, giving commuters a way to compare their travel options.
