- 7:15will, If you would please introduce yourself down here to take the Department of
- 7:25Criminal Justice about saying so wow. If you would, I I would really
- 7:34like for you to let the listeners know who you are, share what you
- 7:41would like for them to know. On tonight, I have dedicated these three
- 7:46nights to sharing about those that are incarcerated within the TDCJ. Once is from
- 7:51behind the Wall is what I titled this because I really want to give you
- 7:57an opportunity to speak on your situation and anything that you would have us to
- 8:01know about you. Okay, it's a lot to wrap up in one little
- 8:09session. But uh, I started off, I know at the early age.
- 8:13You know, I was eighteen, I had a visit and uh like
- 8:16you mother, my daughter's mother, and I had a son on the way.
- 8:18So you know what I'm saying, I had a lot of responsibility on
- 8:20my hands at the time. So you know, it was running behind on
- 8:24the rent now that and you know said last time, you know, they
- 8:28had give a division. They came into all our fransy and all that stuff
- 8:33and tried to come abide and rectify the situation. But at the same time,
- 8:39you know, it was it was a lot of stuff that that that
- 8:41done that should have been done. So and then you know we went down
- 8:46there. But you know, charge ump capital murder and you know that's that's
- 8:54that's that's not a good charge out here because the Carris five to night that
- 8:58life, you know what I'm saying, and probably being Noah, that was
- 9:00my first time ever being locked up, you know what I'm saying, in
- 9:03my in my entire life, So I wasn't you know, I was a
- 9:05typical kid out there, you know what I'm saying, Get into no little
- 9:09mission here, and there. But you know, nothing of this back to
- 9:11but same time, no things happened, so no time changed. So no,
- 9:18but you know I was I was indicted. When I first got into
- 9:22county. I had two attended murder cases. So I'm saying, uh,
- 9:26from this charge right here, two people shot, so went to people shot.
- 9:31You know that that they charged carriage through the twenty you know, I
- 9:33just it's pretty much like a great sour or whatever, which you call the
- 9:37compton. But every time, uh, down here in Texas, they show
- 9:41corrupt, you know what I'm saying. I didn't have attorney for seven days
- 9:46after I had no actual attorneys, so I was just again that Yeah,
- 9:50it came reindicted me. I was convicted of potential capital work. So but
- 9:58I'm thinking that you know, according today's low you know, you're supposed to
- 10:01have the indicted. This myth once you get a dyting dismiss that should get
- 10:05me indicted. I kind of find after coup of the records to get my
- 10:09mother along with some one thing that came to light, and it was saying
- 10:13that, you know, uh, dismissal. And after I had that conviction
- 10:18the day after my trial, I'm like, uh, that mean to indict
- 10:22a lot. I got charge attention capital birth. So it's a bun.
- 10:24It's a bun that went on, it should have went on, and and
- 10:28you know it's it's it's a lot of dealers getting it down here and tective
- 10:31with bro system, you know, the accumulated down here, and they keep
- 10:35giving people set off. You know what I'm saying, Really, you got
- 10:39a basic faand for yourself, reabilitate yourself, you know. So I had
- 10:41to throw a much set down here learning if you came on my own because
- 10:45of the time, you know, you had the time down here in Texas.
- 10:48You gotta chance this help educate yourself. You know what I'm saying,
- 10:50that you choose to you know, so so I come down here and get
- 10:54it something. You know, everybody learning a different levels of life. So
- 10:58but you know again about that uhrus he it was the time that I had
- 11:05an ex wife, she had her my friend they had put together. You
- 11:09know what I'm saying. They wanted me out of here. No bag got
- 11:11to do that much to change, you know, I need enough change the
- 11:15way called a guy named College Rich and uh he appointed to do like Frank
- 11:20Sanaba and as you know if people with fans attention down here in che the
- 11:24college and risks, uh, come victed up apart the scheme and into my
- 11:28money and do nothing. So I had went to the state park and told
- 11:31him about it, so that he's said Frank Centabal down there talked to me.
- 11:35He told me, hey, man, write this down. We go
- 11:37to do it by the cage. What what this and that we own it
- 11:41and all that. So all right cool, okay. After I had got
- 11:43the people on him, so after that when he came, when he when
- 11:48he left, they had the same part that sent me uh uh what you
- 11:52call it a letter? Let me know that. Yes, Frank Tinaba said
- 11:56speak then said nothing all remedies and there's nothing that you can do. Go
- 12:00on you okay somebody well he he he didn't tell me that, you know
- 12:03what I'm saying. He told them fro less. Uh. So I went
- 12:05part of state board bridge on them and they got one. They didn't give
- 12:11more money back, but they gave him ver repend him a verbal reprimand so
- 12:15I'm like, you know, he was in the wrong. He can do
- 12:18nothing about betting the money. Gave then another mission, have miss I had
- 12:22uh my family had paid for time to these keeple got for the periods of
- 12:28the Leagua News. So, uh, it was a group out of Florida,
- 12:31and we gave them fifteen hundred. I try to attack that. They
- 12:35say, hey, man, we need you to cause your wife get this
- 12:39information, get that information of these copies, and so they can't come back.
- 12:43Now that's not the copies, right, you know, that's not the
- 12:46right copies. So we go back and we did that several times and then
- 12:48they went I say, well, we'll go ahead and do it because find
- 12:52that is they remembers all that. So it's kind of hard do out here
- 12:56trying to feel for yourself at the same time try to get your story out
- 12:58to the people that's listening. You know, it's it's it's so much,
- 13:01you know what I'm saying. So so one of the uh, we we
- 13:05have a guest that's watching and she wants to know, are you in touch
- 13:11with the Innocence Project? But pect what they really won't there it's the really
- 13:18won't you be actually always you know what I'm saying situation, Like I said,
- 13:24uh, like they didn't get a chance my ssidecast past test block.
- 13:28He evaluated me. He ran the uh uh uh, the roapture, the
- 13:33roature in pod test, the speaker eye road test. It was a multiple
- 13:37question test, I'm saying. And with that he had evaluating and diagnosed with
- 13:41it. So spit and because like I said, I had black eye.
- 13:45So I really don't know, be honest. But actually everything the whole situation
- 13:50down, you know what I'm saying. So you know it's like, yeah,
- 14:00what what was that? Uh? She want there? She wanted to
- 14:03know are you in touch with the Innocense project? But you answered that question.
- 14:07So one question I have for you. You you mentioned that your charges
- 14:13were dismissed, but it was dismissed after after they found additional charges. Is
- 14:22that what happened? Not what was What was said was okay. When I
- 14:28first got locked up, they charged me with two attempted murders. M hm.
- 14:33That character. I sat in counting you within all this happened. I
- 14:37had actual attorney. I didn't have a little trainey so sitting an account no
- 14:39attorney. Then they came back and rein thanking me. You know what I'm
- 14:43saying. Days later, but months later, what I'm saying, so I
- 14:48still out on account of seven the days. No, lord, you know
- 14:50what I'm saying. Yeah, they may me they went when they ran for
- 14:56I wasn't want to say to uh they had admitted that. Uh that that
- 15:01reindictment that men did this coustomers name that When I had asked my Atturney when
- 15:05I had him at the time, right before a trial, it was like
- 15:07troops, like two weeks before a trial, and I asked, hey,
- 15:09man, it's just gonna help them hurt me. He said, oh,
- 15:11man, it's gonna help me. So after my time died here lame,
- 15:15like I say, lame to the law. And I've been in the study.
- 15:16Okay, so you know, trying to get better better. I come
- 15:18to find out that you have changed the name any type of indictment where the
- 15:24special's victim. That's that's smell, you know what I'm saying. And it's
- 15:28important for you to either uh uh contest that or or or go go with
- 15:35it, you know what I'm saying, depending on the situation. So and
- 15:39I come find out. So I'm like, man, this man has to
- 15:41be against me once I take everything out, because he told me it's gonna
- 15:45it's gonna help me. But at the same time, if he were to
- 15:46contest that, it would have helped out. So he hurt me on that.
- 15:48Then he was my he was my peer lawyer, and he was my
- 15:52PDR lawyer, you know what I'm saying. So every time that chatter I
- 15:56got on him. You know, he wasn't find it on hisself, so
- 15:58you know, I dealing with that. So he was your defense lawyer.
- 16:03Then he was your appeal lawyer too, and he was my PREPRD life.
- 16:10Wow, you know, I get around out of there, you know what
- 16:11I'm saying. And I didn't get him for seven days after I was in
- 16:15a cdegory indict I ain't. I ain't had no large contest anything that was
- 16:18doing on you know what I'm saying. So then he didn't. He kind
- 16:23of objected, but they had shot it down. And uh, you know,
- 16:27dealing with uh the statue in order with a statue, you have to
- 16:33prove every helevent a statue in order to have that statue charge the issue,
- 16:37you know what I'm saying. So and in my case, you have,
- 16:41uh it's called a tenth the capital murder where it's starting the capital murder,
- 16:45and it's Oune of nineteen the statu in nineteen o three eighty seven eight.
- 16:48So you know what they said, you got to prove that and you got
- 16:53to have a predaicire murder. There was no predicant murder mentioned, you know
- 16:56what I'm saying, because you have to have what you have what you call
- 17:00a murder to win vote when when I mean both, and you got to
- 17:03have something like like spark if you want to be in ladan terns, you
- 17:07know what I'm saying. So with that, you got to have a predative
- 17:10murder war or accurate editor. They didn't have that, So you got to
- 17:15have a nineteen three and you got the conjunction and then you got to continue.
- 17:18So all they really had was the two at him to murder against you,
- 17:22you know what I'm saying, and and that those are those are the
- 17:25fact that they add on the on the uh the section seven, you know
- 17:30what I'm saying. So with that said, they don't have everything. And
- 17:33then with the approved so when my trial to the prosecutors, they said the
- 17:37jersey and made them seem like, hey man, you don't need this,
- 17:41you don't need that. They didn't tell them every instruction they needed to know
- 17:45what the statue participate of and I I have right right right here? Did
- 17:52this comes transcripts. That's what the prosecutor said to the jeers. He said
- 17:56he didn't need anything that want I want to repeat that. He said he
- 18:00didn't need anything to happen to it accomplished the offense a temple of capital murder
- 18:04other than these two people that die. Well, I would like everybody know
- 18:08that there's no one there was no death within this discharge. And then it
- 18:12went on to say the evidence clearly showed he's guilty of a tempted capital murder,
- 18:18and because he's gifty of a tempted murder of two people, he's to
- 18:22give the tempt the capitol murder. And that's all you acted considered at this
- 18:26point. Well, I'm like, how is that just just the mere shooting
- 18:30of a gun? The point of timp love you should do that had each
- 18:33other you know charge, you know, timp the captain just got two people
- 18:37shot shot. You know what I'm saying. So they show you right that
- 18:40they say you're not you're not asking to consider anything at this point, so
- 18:44that that that's a misleave of the jerr right there. So I was the
- 18:48other stuff, don't you know. Like I said, people, you don't
- 18:51start learning till you die. So I'm still letting you know how they name
- 18:56a long way and you know, breaking my cakes down and stuff. At
- 18:59the same time, it's still much more to learn, right wow, And
- 19:04and and I just I'm I'm I'm listening to you, and my heart goes
- 19:10out to you because I am a survivor of domestic violence and I was shot
- 19:15point blank range with a sad off shotgun. They originally, they originally charged
- 19:22my husband with attempted murder, but then as they started digging into the case
- 19:29and digging in and digging in, he eventually got off with I think it
- 19:36was I don't even remember what it was, but he ended up doing eighteen
- 19:40months. It was pretty much he what the time he served in the county
- 19:47was pretty much what he did and there was no more. So that is
- 19:52crazy. How long was you sentenced to? What is? My friends?
- 20:00Though, I gotta like sense they gave me like uh, like I say,
- 20:04originally my original charge you don't care two twenty and uh you know that,
- 20:11like I say, they were being vindicted. Whatever is what I'm saying.
- 20:14I gotta have a grabbing, the grapping when it's Kyle, Uh,
- 20:18what what charge for us? Like? How you're getting that charge and the
- 20:22grabbing the simple capital murder or any type of murder, any type of charge
- 20:26intensionally the norse. Okay, if I blacked out and I don't remember that,
- 20:32if I'm telling my life this and getting the tycast, wanted to testify
- 20:34my behalf. I mean, if I don't remember the day and I don't
- 20:37understand what's going on the mental part of going on at that time, get
- 20:45that sold. What where is the tension annoying that? And can you tell
- 20:48me how old you were again when this happened? Uh, I was eighteen
- 20:52years old. I was young at high school when you was eighteen. And
- 20:57that that's crazy because with all of the laws that they are passing now and
- 21:04all of the different discoveries in different cases that they have been you know,
- 21:11going over they have said, I know in New York they passed some statues
- 21:18where if you were convicted of a crime, because there's some individuals that were
- 21:22convicted of murder charges what they got on when they were eighteen there serving time
- 21:32they actually got their case backed up. I think this guy said he was
- 21:37giving back forty four years and he was able to come home after they changed
- 21:42that law and re looked at these different cases. But they're saying that until
- 21:49age twenty one or twenty five, you know, you're not able to really
- 21:53conceptualize what is going on because of the front and low, you know,
- 21:57and it's been proven they tested improving that. So for them to I mean,
- 22:04for them to change your from two to twenty and give you life,
- 22:11that was just crazy and nobody lost their life right well for that law up
- 22:18and take the difference down here, like I three occasional, Uh expeam what
- 22:25they did with that time to get behind They say, the poet on the
- 22:29court of the brain, it's not developed in the mail until you're like twenty
- 22:32five. So my in my mind, you letting people out there at this
- 22:36time, you got all these mad shooting going on that they trying to say.
- 22:38My case is about I don't know, I'm not no mad shooter.
- 22:41You know what I'm saying with that, Uh give me that do buy them?
- 22:47Done at them at twenty one? Eighteen shot, you know what I'm
- 22:49saying. And but you stowing down here and taking a seventeen and under you
- 22:55have to be the chevent team. None. If they had that law,
- 22:56that what they wanted to pass, they still had these passes. You know
- 23:00what I'm saying. That's what the truelile. You know what I'm saying.
- 23:03So in my mind, I felt at least twenty white the great twenty one
- 23:06years old, where the average person you know, a lot of not Uh,
- 23:14we didn't have a lot of guys, you know what I'm saying.
- 23:15We had guys, but you know a lot of you know what's against a
- 23:18lot of stuff and took our own route and roads in life. And when
- 23:22at the time and life when people can't change, transform, you know,
- 23:26into something better. Come drawing from board to a man to have a better
- 23:29character, and they asked himself to a better opportunity. So what they said,
- 23:33I don't understand how they can come to things log in other states and
- 23:37kicks you don't recognize it. It's like they got their own tiffy institutes down
- 23:42here. What they want to, they do what they want to basically,
- 23:45you know, because uh, another thing in my case, Uh, during
- 23:49public reports, my mum discovered uh and our reading and reports you had witness
- 23:53that they never my lawder. You never found out a bout him. The
- 23:56proscum that a certain things about them. But he was the guy that was
- 24:00in the apartment complex and he said he seen his suspect get away in a
- 24:03blue pan Like I said, I had a white oath mobile, you know
- 24:06what I'm saying. And then you had you had one of the victims that
- 24:08was in the hospital, you know what I'm saying. They probably they brought
- 24:11the uh which got a photo line up and it's a core question mark my
- 24:15lawyer had he did do that. In course he did say uh that that
- 24:19the person wasn't even sure who I was and they put the question here at
- 24:22him, you know. And then on top of that, either victim never
- 24:26said they seen anyone shoot to guy. They didn't see who fires then,
- 24:30so I'm like, and another thing, they never made a statement like I
- 24:34said before. The only statement they made it with to Carl Wiperson that was
- 24:37one of the victims of civil civil laws, which suit's apartment complex and the
- 24:41apartment complex. And again so we you know what I'm saying. So it
- 24:45was just like I said, there was a lot of you know, uh
- 24:48period motives set behind everything. Even though the event that I don't. I'm
- 24:55not condone and I'm not so uh uh saying I'm going for but it was
- 25:00the right thing and nothing like that. You know I'm saying. I'm just
- 25:02saying, I was just trending for my own family, you know. And
- 25:06like I say, they say, I'm here, you know what I'm saying.
- 25:08They want let the uh uh that guy testified say who No, No,
- 25:12I don't know. Like I said, I fact that. So I'll
- 25:15just because here. It's the same time. I just want everybody to know
- 25:21this was the prestident a curse. I look at it like that because job,
- 25:25you know, and you know, I can still be out there,
- 25:26like to say, I could be out there and I didn't had a lot
- 25:30of people out there that I know that I love friends. You know what
- 25:33I'm saying, that sucking them to the streets. So but I came down
- 25:37here rebilitate myself. Baby, you know what I'm saying. The little Colassic
- 25:41psychology and those shots and history no real to state financially, you know,
- 25:45dayhood financially, I'm saying, I tell so out the better person in society
- 25:53and andy out and come back. Correct thing I have been old my you
- 26:00know what I'm saying, And like you say, you would depicting on a
- 26:03dom avider and I have I want to do stuff that according to that you
- 26:07know what another probably called last three live in a social try and take some
- 26:11reaching action effidence in the dream and it's gonna it's gonna get to the court.
- 26:15But you can come up and realize you know different things and they can
- 26:18get uh talk on different levels, and you know the mail and the people
- 26:22that can learn that. You know what I'm saying, Love, it's not
- 26:25about anything about buying anything like that, and it's an unfortunate that you had
- 26:29to go from that, you know what I'm saying. You know, at
- 26:30the end of the day, everything come together, right. So I would
- 26:37like for you to tell if there's any any way that people can assist you,
- 26:44what can they do to to help you in your situation. So I
- 26:51just I like somebody that'll sit down, like I said, like, okay,
- 26:56this real history abroad. I got told I can't it's hard. I
- 27:00can have stuff everywhere. I just wanted to sit down and baby, look
- 27:03at the paperwork that I did because, like I said, I throwed up
- 27:04my own case with the laws afford it and everything. And I just walked
- 27:10in the babers look at it and just see that I deserve another chance and
- 27:14I and they can see that, uh in the system, you know,
- 27:18maybe something of you incarceration that I'm up projects with the life says I have
- 27:23so no and you know with the uh and uh you know mine, I
- 27:30have to do thirty years before come on up about it. I'm twenty six
- 27:33years. Then I got four years to come up. Well, it's nice
- 27:36the guarantee that I get out there, and it's it's what what what it
- 27:40is? It's like you just come up nor she said, asked you.
- 27:45I said, uh, when you come off, it's not guaranteed to get
- 27:53polled in. So they getting us on on the fellow standard yew and and
- 28:00And that's one of the things that I have been really stressing. Outside of
- 28:07the corruption that is going on in the state of Texas, I have really
- 28:11been pushing the fact that they need to review that parole process because I feel
- 28:18like it's unfair. I feel like t d c J is not set up.
- 28:25They don't believe in rehabilitation, and they make it hard for individuals that
- 28:32that that want that that want to a second chance. And I really think
- 28:37that the citizens of Texas need to stand up and they need to speak up
- 28:41for I. I know, people make mistakes, and there's a lot of
- 28:45people that you know should be behind prison walls that's not and and some of
- 28:52these people should be standing up and and speaking up and against all of this
- 28:59and justice in all of this unfairness, because there's a lot of things.
- 29:03I constantly google corruption in the state of Texas, and every time I Google,
- 29:07I come up with something new, something that I didn't see before.
- 29:11You know, everybody knows that I'm not from Texas, but this is something
- 29:15that was brought to my attention, and it was brought to my attention,
- 29:18and I just felt I felt obligated to have to do something about this.
- 29:25It's because it's just unfair. It's unfair that you have lawyers who were prosecutors
- 29:33and they it seemed like they're working for the other side, and then they
- 29:37go on to become assistant das and district attorneys, and then they get on
- 29:41the Court of Appeal and it's just like they're blocking y'all out of the system.
- 29:47It's like y'all don't have a fair chance at all. And I just
- 29:52don't understand. I am constantly emailing and posting to these congress people and these
- 29:59representing to you know, you you have these positions, utilize these positions for
- 30:04the people that you say that you are serving. You you say that you
- 30:08are serving the people. You are, you are the peoples, you are
- 30:11elected by the people. Do your job. You know, they keep turning
- 30:17down, They keep keep out setting stuff and turning down this. They had
- 30:25some some legislation for the juveniles, and and because of wording, because of
- 30:30the way something was worded, they turned it down. You know, I
- 30:34just don't understand the state of Texas. But if you google corruption, the
- 30:38governor comes up, and that's a problem. If your governor comes up,
- 30:44then it's starting at the head. That mean he got he he is ConTroll
- 30:48of all this corruption. And then all they doing is covering up. They
- 30:52they covering up what the last district attorney did, what the district attorney before
- 30:56that did, and the districttorney before that. And when I say I am
- 31:00calling for the d OJ, the Department of Justice to come in and investigate
- 31:06because they need somebody outside, someone that does not have an invested interest to
- 31:11come into the state of Texas and go through the state of Texas upside down.
- 31:15I mean, they need to cross every t and die every I until
- 31:19they figured out where all this corruption is and get rid of these people.
- 31:23These people need to be held accountable for the lives that they have impacted,
- 31:27in the lives that they have changed. Because these people lives have been changed,
- 31:32you can't take back twenty thirty forty years that you've taken from people for
- 31:37being wrongfully and overly incarcerated. It is sad, and it's affecting our brown
- 31:44people. These are the majority of other people. I look at all of
- 31:48the statistics, I look at a lot of the things that is happening in
- 31:51the State of Texas, and it's affecting our brown people, the Mexicans and
- 31:56the brown people or who is affected. And that's sad. But before we
- 32:02close, before time run out, I definitely I want you to share some
- 32:09of the things that you are doing because you are not allowing what the position
- 32:15that you're in to stop you. You are still trying to make a difference.
- 32:20You are still trying to be that change that you want to see in
- 32:22this world. And I want people to know what you're doing and what you
- 32:28hope to do in the near future, so share that if you would,
- 32:32well a lot. Like I said, I'm I'm I won't boltures up and
- 32:40down here. I have too, that's kind of right at the time.
- 32:44Born from the street and I have a flower to be. I also have
- 32:49which god like Anne type. So I'm kind of diverse on the right now.
- 32:52I don't object myself just to urban down like the mainstream. Several things
- 33:00around play flavor of blood. You know, I got to sell a screen
- 33:04place that I'm working on. I study more right first time. Uh,
- 33:08Like I said, I want to do the process. I have a clothing
- 33:13line I did or I have drawn up. I have several I got several
- 33:16things I got up from a planning. The main thing is trying to get
- 33:21out and have impact on the side where the kids that's coming up the way
- 33:27I came up, in the conditions in the fire that I understand. And
- 33:30the people live here and out there, that's that's you know that we're in
- 33:34them private so you know it's not in the best towns. Everybody else,
- 33:37you know, can go to our circumstances that they can have a better chance
- 33:39to have somebody that got there and show them better questions. So you know,
- 33:44there's a lot of things I want to do with that, and you
- 33:46know, you know, things like that. So yeah, I have several
- 33:51things working on the pretty uh two of my novels coming out open and everything
- 33:55goes well. I had them coming out and they basically check them out.
- 34:00Well. Again, I appreciate you for sharing your story, and We're definitely
- 34:06gonna keep lifted in our prayers and I'm gonna keep sharing this story and until
- 34:13somebody decide that they're gonna do right. You know, I I truly believe.
- 34:20I believe in rehabilitation, and I believe in second chances, and I'm
- 34:24not gonna stop until something is done about that parole board and and how they're
- 34:30setting off and how they're doing things. But there's definitely a urgent need for
- 34:37the Department of Justice to come in and and to start with the head and
- 34:43go all the way down to the least of them to figure out exactly how
- 34:47corrupt the state of Texas is and what we can do to get Texas back
- 34:52on track. Because I realized that people do do stuff and and and we're
- 34:59not saying that we do don't want people to, you know, pay for
- 35:00the crimes that they do. But some of the things and how they get
- 35:05these how they get these these these these these convictions, It is not acceptable.
- 35:13You don't ruin people's lives just to to to to make yourself look good
- 35:19and to to move up in the corporate ladder, to move up in the
- 35:23politics, politics or whatever they want to call it. It's all about a
- 35:28dollar to them. But you can't ruin people's lives about a dollar. And
- 35:31and that's what I'm trying to get them to understand. So I definitely I
- 35:36thank you for your willingness to share. I thank you for your transparency.
- 35:40I thank you for being the change that you want to see in this world
- 35:45and for being a voice. So thank you. Is there anything else that
- 35:50you would like to share before we end this car or tonight. I just
- 35:55want to just let everybody know that your artists just know to everybody that it's
- 36:02right, circumstantial everything and stuff like that, and the circumstanders when so thank
- 36:12everybody wear services come out saying and be a better person they were. That's
- 36:19that's pretty much what I'm saying. Just what I well, again, I
- 36:23thank you, And any time you feel the urge to come on and share
- 36:30you you know how to get in contact with me. And I'm always here.
- 36:34Know that I'm gonna be I'm rooting for you, I'm pulling for you,
- 36:37and I'm gonna do what I can do to keep your story out here
- 36:42so that people can get awast of it. You stay in carriage, no
- 36:47problem, You stay in courage, right, Okay, talk to you soon.
- 36:55All right, the caller has hung up. Well, I want to
- 37:00thank you guys for tuning in tonight. If there's anything that you have heard,
- 37:06if you are in the state of Texas, if you have any legal
- 37:10no house, you are connected to any organizations that can help. There's many
- 37:16more. Just like the Kendrick There's over thirty five individuals that I am working
- 37:25with right now in TDCJ have similar stories where they have been wrongfully incarcerated or
- 37:35overly incarcerated, where they have changed their indictment, They've changed there whatever it
- 37:40is, but you can see the holes. You can see how they flip
- 37:45flop the laws to do whatever they want to do. It is not fair
- 37:51and it needs to be something done about it. So again, if you're
- 37:54out there, you're connected to any organizations, anything that can help these individuals.
- 38:01I tell you I have thirty five of them over here on the list
- 38:05that I've been helping, that I'm in contact with, that I write,
- 38:08and that I'm trying to share their stories. Again, I want to thank
- 38:12you guys for tuning in on tonight if you would please share this in your
