- 0:09Speaker 1: Advice. Sure it's nice.
- 0:15Speaker 2: Lower level low Welcome to the naughty but nice. I'm
- 0:17Speaker 2: your host, um shooter. And it is Tuesday, which means
- 0:20Speaker 2: our dear friend Delana Dixon joins us same as the
- 0:22Speaker 2: other I am.
- 0:25Speaker 1: It's my last day here in Georgia, so I mean
- 0:28Speaker 1: just for this little trip. But of course, you know
- 0:32Speaker 1: I love seeing my nephews. We went to see Superman.
- 0:34Speaker 1: Oh it was good that guy chancel.
- 0:37Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really really and it's more fun. I saw
- 0:40Speaker 2: this one. I don't normally like action movies, but the
- 0:42Speaker 2: New York Times I'm such a film snub. I'm not really,
- 0:45Speaker 2: but like, these action movies are not my things. The
- 0:47Speaker 2: New York Times loved it. Now if the New York
- 0:49Speaker 2: Times likes a movie like Superman, and even the Times
- 0:52Speaker 2: was quite surprised. They were like, we know nobody like
- 0:54Speaker 2: these movies, but this is tricky. It's campy, it's funny.
- 0:57Speaker 2: It's like, got too moody, didn't it with that Henry Carvell?
- 1:01Speaker 2: Oh so moody, so dark A Batman? Oh no, this
- 1:07Speaker 2: one is back to old Christopher Reeves Superman.
- 1:10Speaker 1: Yes, yes, David corn Sweat. Oh, he's just so handsome
- 1:15Speaker 1: and come on, the Dog, the Dog stole the movie.
- 1:19Speaker 2: I can't wait, I can't wait. Go and see it
- 1:20Speaker 2: if you haven't seen it. Let's jump into our show.
- 1:22Speaker 2: What time is it? My friends? And it's tea time,
- 1:24Speaker 2: Big sory at the top of the show. So we're
- 1:25Speaker 2: not a political show. This has a little bit of
- 1:27Speaker 2: a political element, but we're going to try and stay
- 1:29Speaker 2: away from that. Ellen and Rosie Ellen Degenerous and Rosie
- 1:33Speaker 2: o'donald's are now best friends. So these two they were
- 1:37Speaker 2: not friends for a really long time. In fact, if
- 1:39Speaker 2: you remember, back in nineteen ninety eight, Larry King spoke
- 1:44Speaker 2: to Rosie about Ellen and they said that they didn't
- 1:47Speaker 2: really know each other. At least that's what Ellen told
- 1:49Speaker 2: Larry King. She said, I don't really know Rosie. Well,
- 1:52Speaker 2: Rosie said that hurt like a baby, she said. Ellen
- 1:55Speaker 2: was not that kind to her. At the peak of
- 1:57Speaker 2: her Fane and Rosie had had a talk show first,
- 1:59Speaker 2: Ellen had followed her. It would have been nice had
- 2:01Speaker 2: she said, oh, I'm standing on Rosie's shoulders, or thank
- 2:04Speaker 2: you Rosie for paving the way. No, no, no, Ellen
- 2:07Speaker 2: was not that kind. So for nearly twenty five years,
- 2:11Speaker 2: Ellen has pretty much claimed that she doesn't really know
- 2:15Speaker 2: Rosie Donald will now. After Rosie was attacked by the President,
- 2:20Speaker 2: she responded and Ellen Ellen wrote, good for you, Rosie.
- 2:24Speaker 2: I hit the phones to see what's going on here,
- 2:27Speaker 2: and my source tell me they've had a couple of conversations.
- 2:30Speaker 2: They are talking, so Roses in Ireland, Ellen's in the UK.
- 2:35Speaker 2: They both left the United States after the election, but
- 2:39Speaker 2: there seems to through a common adversary, made mutual friends.
- 2:46Speaker 2: This happens quite a lot. When you both have somebody
- 2:49Speaker 2: that you don't like, you might put aside your own drama,
- 2:54Speaker 2: your own battles and team up together because you've got
- 2:57Speaker 2: somebody in common now to dislike more than disliking one another.
- 3:03Speaker 2: Not that unusual. What do you think mistake?
- 3:06Speaker 1: Yeah, I think they said it perfectly and wicked There's
- 3:08Speaker 1: nothing easier to do than to make people drive for
- 3:11Speaker 1: a cause by giving them a villain to hate. So
- 3:16Speaker 1: not calling anybody a villain, I'm just quoting wicked up.
- 3:20Speaker 1: But I do think that you know they both have
- 3:22Speaker 1: left the country for whatever reasons. They're both in Europe
- 3:26Speaker 1: and so they're not far from one any other ones
- 3:28Speaker 1: in Ireland, I believe ones in London, so there's a
- 3:31Speaker 1: possibility of getting together having a cup of tea or
- 3:35Speaker 1: find them guinness and talking. And obviously there's still voices
- 3:40Speaker 1: that we listen to. So if they decide to join
- 3:43Speaker 1: forses together to speak about a cause that they both
- 3:46Speaker 1: agree on, people are gonna listen. So maybe that's what
- 3:50Speaker 1: they're planning, or maybe they're planning a little comedic comeback
- 3:54Speaker 1: by not plan the two of them together.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Yeah, if you think about it, they both have so
- 3:58Speaker 2: much in common. Both out gay women, both women who
- 4:02Speaker 2: are comedians. They have so much in common a similar age.
- 4:06Speaker 2: I think these two could be really good friends. It's
- 4:08Speaker 2: amazing cow sometimes you forget why you're not on friendship
- 4:14Speaker 2: terms with somebody who you should get along with, Like
- 4:17Speaker 2: sometimes the narrative of we've not been friends for twenty
- 4:20Speaker 2: five years just becomes the narrative. I've had a weird
- 4:23Speaker 2: experience the last couple of days where I bumped into
- 4:25Speaker 2: somebody on a walk Misty, an executive producer of a
- 4:28Speaker 2: big morning show who doesn't like me, and I do
- 4:30Speaker 2: not like him. But neither one of us can remember
- 4:32Speaker 2: why we don't like each other. I know I can't
- 4:35Speaker 2: remember why I don't like him, but I don't know
- 4:37Speaker 2: if he can remember why he doesn't like me, So
- 4:40Speaker 2: to his credit, it wasn't me, mister, I was quite frosty.
- 4:43Speaker 2: To his credit, he stopped me and changed phone numbers
- 4:46Speaker 2: and said, let's go get a drink and then just
- 4:47Speaker 2: texted me and we're going to get a drink later
- 4:49Speaker 2: this week. And I bet you we find we've got
- 4:52Speaker 2: a lot more in common than what we actually had
- 4:54Speaker 2: against one another. I think we're going to find out
- 4:56Speaker 2: the same things make us laugh. We both love television,
- 4:59Speaker 2: we both love morning shows, we both love gossip, we
- 5:01Speaker 2: both love talk shows. So I think sometimes if there's
- 5:04Speaker 2: somebody on your list who you don't like, ask yourself
- 5:08Speaker 2: when did this start and why? And if you can't
- 5:11Speaker 2: find the answer, maybe it's time to have an Ellen
- 5:14Speaker 2: and Rosie moment.
- 5:16Speaker 1: You're making me giggle, Rob, because I ran into somebody
- 5:19Speaker 1: that we used to work with at an event about
- 5:22Speaker 1: a month and a half ago, and they were both
- 5:25Speaker 1: very pleasant to one another. We said hello, and then
- 5:28Speaker 1: she said we should get together, and in my mind
- 5:32Speaker 1: I was just thinking, I'll never gotta have But that's
- 5:36Speaker 1: because I remember why.
- 5:38Speaker 2: Yeah, that's that you remember why. I know who you're
- 5:40Speaker 2: talking about, and you've got good reason. She was awful,
- 5:42Speaker 2: she was absolutely awful. And so when you remember why,
- 5:45Speaker 2: if you've got a reason to not like somebody, I'm
- 5:48Speaker 2: not telling you to be friends. I'm not if you've
- 5:51Speaker 2: got a really good reason. That often we fall out
- 5:53Speaker 2: because of a really good reason. But if you can't
- 5:56Speaker 2: remember why, well you don't actually even know why, then
- 6:00Speaker 2: maybe it's a minute that you two could be friends.
- 6:03Speaker 2: I like Ellen and Rosie together. I like them going
- 6:06Speaker 2: on the road together. I could totally see them doing
- 6:08Speaker 2: stand up together. I could see these two really really
- 6:12Speaker 2: hitting it off. I've been with Rosie a lot of
- 6:14Speaker 2: times out socially. She's a lot of fun, the Rosie
- 6:17Speaker 2: you see on TV, the funny, happy, generous, kind Rosie.
- 6:21Speaker 2: He's always the Rosie I have experienced Ellen not so much.
- 6:25Speaker 2: I've been around Ellen and it wasn't quite as pleasant.
- 6:27Speaker 2: So maybe here, maybe here, the two of them liking
- 6:31Speaker 2: Wicked started off as enemies myster but could end up
- 6:34Speaker 2: as good friends. Is that the story of Wicked? Maybe not,
- 6:37Speaker 2: but you know what I mean, maybe these two could
- 6:39Speaker 2: figure out that they could be changed for good. Look
- 6:43Speaker 2: at me, Okay, don't forget to vote an't today's Paul
- 6:48Speaker 2: Ellen and Rosie are now best friends. What do you
- 6:50Speaker 2: think of this about this new friendship? Do you like it?
- 6:52Speaker 2: Do you like this new friendship? Yes? Or no? Hey?
- 6:54Speaker 2: Go vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice rob
- 6:57Speaker 2: our Facebook pages Naughty Gossip and be sure to check
- 7:00Speaker 2: back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Misty, what are
- 7:03Speaker 2: you working on?
- 7:04Speaker 1: Well? Talking about forgetting something that happened in your life.
- 7:07Speaker 1: So Sarah Jessica Parker was on Watch What Happens Live
- 7:11Speaker 1: with Andy Cohen and she casually confirmed that she yes,
- 7:15Speaker 1: had dated her honeymoon in Vegas co Star and that
- 7:18Speaker 1: would be Nicholas Cage during filming. So she basically said yes,
- 7:23Speaker 1: I did you know, kind of with a knowing smile,
- 7:26Speaker 1: And of course the audience went into frenzy because she's
- 7:28Speaker 1: been married a very long time. But behind the scenes,
- 7:32Speaker 1: sources are saying that Nicholas Cage is going, huh, we dated?
- 7:36Speaker 1: He's like, he didn't. He says, I'm not denying it,
- 7:40Speaker 1: I just don't remember it was okay. So this was
- 7:44Speaker 1: a nineteen ninety one rom com. There was a lot
- 7:47Speaker 1: off the charts chemistry. Rumors have swirled for years that
- 7:50Speaker 1: they were together, but not until now has either of
- 7:54Speaker 1: them firm nor denied whether they were.
- 7:57Speaker 2: Red the rooms. We'd heard the rooms missing me and
- 7:59Speaker 2: you have gossiped back. I wasn't convinced about him. I
- 8:01Speaker 2: could not find a source that could confirm this, but
- 8:03Speaker 2: now we have it from Sarah herself. Nicholas Cage is
- 8:07Speaker 2: not quite so sure that he remembers it, which I
- 8:09Speaker 2: think is very, very, very very rude. I'm glad the
- 8:12Speaker 2: students did not end up as a couple. I really
- 8:15Speaker 2: like this Sarah Jesca Parker, and I've got to give
- 8:17Speaker 2: my my hat. I've got to tip my hat to
- 8:19Speaker 2: Andy Cohen. He's really close with her. It's like you
- 8:22Speaker 2: and me close, Misty. They hang out together out of
- 8:24Speaker 2: the gossip. They text all the time. But he still
- 8:26Speaker 2: had the hotspur the naughtiness to ask her this question.
- 8:29Speaker 2: And even though sometimes Andy pretends it's a fan question,
- 8:32Speaker 2: the fact it was asked on TV tells you how
- 8:36Speaker 2: cheeky Andy is. And maybe that's why he's so adorable.
- 8:39Speaker 2: Even he's really close friends, he can't help himself. He
- 8:42Speaker 2: just can not help him.
- 8:44Speaker 1: And that's why we watch.
- 8:46Speaker 2: That's why we watched. That is why we watch. Are
- 8:49Speaker 2: you watching The New Sex and the City. I'm not.
- 8:51Speaker 2: I watched a few episodes and I didn't enjoy its.
- 8:53Speaker 1: Stall I am watching and just like that because whether
- 8:56Speaker 1: you love it or hate it, I mean for the
- 8:58Speaker 1: clothes alone. I actually think at the last episode seven
- 9:03Speaker 1: wasn't so bad. I'm feeling Seema. I love that she's
- 9:07Speaker 1: trying to figure out what to do with her life,
- 9:09Speaker 1: starting at her own business. I think a lot of
- 9:11Speaker 1: women who are in their fifties who have never been
- 9:13Speaker 1: married go through that, like what do I do next?
- 9:17Speaker 1: And just some of the you know, she went to
- 9:19Speaker 1: like a cheap eyelash place and she got an infection.
- 9:22Speaker 1: But then this guy thinks she's really hot, so she
- 9:24Speaker 1: was making out in a cab and I was like, yeah,
- 9:26Speaker 1: go girl.
- 9:27Speaker 2: You sold it. You saw I'm going to give it
- 9:28Speaker 2: another try. Okay, moving along, the real reason that Prince
- 9:32Speaker 2: Harry and his brother William can't make peace is Meg Markle.
- 9:36Speaker 2: Now we're not blaming Meghan here, but yesterday we did
- 9:38Speaker 2: a story that there was a peace talks in London
- 9:41Speaker 2: between the King's people and Prince Harry's people. They were
- 9:43Speaker 2: spotted together at the very fancy private bar type club
- 9:47Speaker 2: and they were having like well, the British press is saying,
- 9:49Speaker 2: are peace talks. My sources are telling me it's more
- 9:52Speaker 2: like people in the same business getting a dream. It's
- 9:54Speaker 2: like if you and me had a drink with people
- 9:56Speaker 2: from page six or Radar at TMZ. We're all in
- 9:59Speaker 2: the same sort of business. It's not really that I
- 10:01Speaker 2: was sitting together collaborating. We're just sitting in the same industry.
- 10:05Speaker 2: If you work in a store or a restaurant, you
- 10:07Speaker 2: probably have friends who work in similar, similar fields, and
- 10:10Speaker 2: so I'm told it's that. However, what I did find
- 10:12Speaker 2: out yesterday is they won't make peace until they include William.
- 10:17Speaker 2: William is part of this. So the King's people and
- 10:19Speaker 2: Prince Harry's people they can talk forever. But that's not
- 10:22Speaker 2: the problem. The King would love to make peace, and
- 10:24Speaker 2: I'm sure Harry would too, it's William. William doesn't want
- 10:26Speaker 2: to make peace. Well, I said that yesterday and my
- 10:28Speaker 2: phones exploded. My British sources said, you know, if William
- 10:31Speaker 2: has a seat at the table, then so Meghan should too.
- 10:34Speaker 2: And Meghan's part of this. She should be his wife,
- 10:38Speaker 2: this is his partner. This is somebody who really feels
- 10:41Speaker 2: like she wasn't treated very well. And I think she's
- 10:44Speaker 2: given us some really good examples of when she wasn't.
- 10:46Speaker 2: So they said it's going to take so many people
- 10:49Speaker 2: to forgive her. Camilla Parker Bowles the Queen, and she
- 10:53Speaker 2: was insulted in the book Kate Middleton. She was crying
- 10:56Speaker 2: at a wedding fitting for Princess Charlotte. Sometimes, Misty, we
- 11:01Speaker 2: all have a memory that's too sharp. We can't forget.
- 11:08Speaker 2: We can't forget the bad stuff. But I would argue,
- 11:12Speaker 2: don't forget it, but put an emphasis on the good stuff.
- 11:15Speaker 2: There's also good stuff. It's so easy to remember the
- 11:18Speaker 2: five times you upset me, the four times you upset me.
- 11:21Speaker 2: It's so easy to forget the four thousand times you
- 11:23Speaker 2: made me really really happy. And so my ratio is
- 11:27Speaker 2: about I'd like to say eighty twenty if you make
- 11:30Speaker 2: me happy eighty percent of the time. The twenty percent
- 11:33Speaker 2: is fine. I'd love it to be ninety ten if
- 11:35Speaker 2: the truth be told, and I probably would settle for
- 11:37Speaker 2: sixty forty. Don't tell anybody that where's your ratio of
- 11:40Speaker 2: this happiness people in your life mystery how much joy?
- 11:44Speaker 2: What percentage of joy do they have to bring you
- 11:46Speaker 2: to remain in your life.
- 11:48Speaker 1: I think that the number you put out is pretty good.
- 11:50Speaker 1: I mean, if they say for your macro diet, you know,
- 11:52Speaker 1: eighty percent should be clean and twenty percent you can
- 11:55Speaker 1: enjoy your food, that sounds ab outright for the people
- 11:59Speaker 1: in your life from that's pretty good because I love
- 12:02Speaker 1: certain people in my life, you know, and they annoyed
- 12:05Speaker 1: the heck coy, but I'm willing to put up with
- 12:09Speaker 1: that for all what else they bring and look for
- 12:11Speaker 1: the Royal family, I mean, this is the time we
- 12:13Speaker 1: need a reality show. We need to put these people
- 12:16Speaker 1: on an islands or do some kind of Survivor esque
- 12:19Speaker 1: or Lego Masters or something where they have to work
- 12:23Speaker 1: together for a common good and just hash it out.
- 12:26Speaker 1: Come on the world would be watching. I think we
- 12:28Speaker 1: could stop Wars if this actually became a TV show,
- 12:31Speaker 1: Everybody would be like less, watch and see how they
- 12:34Speaker 1: want to figure this out.
- 12:34Speaker 2: That's right, It'd be good for us to stee we
- 12:36Speaker 2: could become a cottage industry where were all we did
- 12:39Speaker 2: was cover that reality show? Yeah podcast, my friend Theanna
- 12:42Speaker 2: who you know, is just giggling to myself. She always
- 12:45Speaker 2: warns me, because we have an eighty twenty percent rule.
- 12:48Speaker 2: We'll put up with twenty percent, but eighty percent. She's
- 12:50Speaker 2: always like, Robert, you're very close to twenty one percent,
- 12:53Speaker 2: she says. She's like, honey, you're about eighty point five percent,
- 12:59Speaker 2: but you could cross it to twenty one in ten minutes.
- 13:01Speaker 2: So watch yourself. I love it. Okay, quickly before we
- 13:04Speaker 2: get a break. Orlando Bloom is thriving after his breakup
- 13:08Speaker 2: with Katie Perry. Where did we spot him? What is
- 13:11Speaker 2: he up to and why is he looking so happy?
- 13:14Speaker 1: I think I need to slip into someone's DMS. Okay,
- 13:17Speaker 1: So we saw him with Katy Perry. You know, they
- 13:20Speaker 1: were with their daughter Daisy off the Italian coast. But
- 13:23Speaker 1: now he's at Wimbledon. He was dressed in a Chris
- 13:26Speaker 1: Ralph Laurenz suit. He was looking at us, splashing his smile.
- 13:29Speaker 1: He's forty eight years old, he's come into his own
- 13:33Speaker 1: and he's just every bit the dashing, available gentleman. So
- 13:38Speaker 1: sources are telling us he's not wallowing, he's enjoying his
- 13:40Speaker 1: freedom and he's definitely not lacking attention. He is the
- 13:45Speaker 1: new hot bachelor on the block. So basically he's got
- 13:49Speaker 1: all these people who want to put him in movies,
- 13:51Speaker 1: and he's got all these opportunities to date all the
- 13:54Speaker 1: single women out there. I mean, we saw him, you know,
- 13:57Speaker 1: flirting a little bit with Kim Kardashian and other people.
- 14:00Speaker 1: So he's taking solo meetings, he's juggling as professional offers,
- 14:04Speaker 1: and he's just figuring out what to do next. Now,
- 14:07Speaker 1: the keyword here, Orlando is gentlemen. As much as you'd like,
- 14:13Speaker 1: but remember, in the end, still be a gentleman. You
- 14:16Speaker 1: are a daddy, and you still have an ex wife.
- 14:19Speaker 1: So we don't want to hear any bad stories about sloppiness.
- 14:22Speaker 1: Just good dates.
- 14:23Speaker 2: Yeah, don't be sloppy. He looks terrific. I like that
- 14:27Speaker 2: he has a big smile on his face. They're a
- 14:29Speaker 2: great couple. Yes, it's sad when you break up, sources
- 14:32Speaker 2: tell me, though they broke up months ago, so now
- 14:35Speaker 2: by the time sometimes you admit it, it's really it's over.
- 14:38Speaker 2: By the time I finally say, like, I don't want
- 14:41Speaker 2: to be friends with you anymore, it's sort of at
- 14:43Speaker 2: that point where it's over. Oh well, well, there's there's
- 14:47Speaker 2: a very nice future for both of them, a lovely
- 14:50Speaker 2: future for little Daisy. And it is nice to see
- 14:53Speaker 2: somebody dressed up and looking so shop so humbledon Orlando,
- 14:57Speaker 2: Hello alone, mis d on your DMS right now. Okay,
- 15:02Speaker 2: we're going to take a really quick break. And once again,
- 15:05Speaker 2: I know that the ads are annoying when I listen
- 15:08Speaker 2: to podcasts, but this allows us, our wonderful sponsors allow
- 15:12Speaker 2: us to bring you this podcast for zero cost. It
- 15:15Speaker 2: doesn't cost us anything, so it's zero cost. So that's
- 15:19Speaker 2: why we have these advertisers not to annoy you. I know,
- 15:21Speaker 2: I know, I know, so please listen to them and
- 15:24Speaker 2: we'll should see you in a few moments.
- 15:26Speaker 1: Get a drink.
- 15:28Speaker 2: Welcome back to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm Rob
- 15:31Speaker 2: Shutter with our dear friend mister. Hey, mister, let's get
- 15:34Speaker 2: to the polls. Last show, we talked about Prince Harry
- 15:39Speaker 2: and King Charles having peace talks or their team having
- 15:42Speaker 2: a peace talk in London. That means and not think
- 15:43Speaker 2: without William. Should William have been involved? Eighty seven percent
- 15:47Speaker 2: said yes, William should have been there. I agree. I
- 15:50Speaker 2: hope Dad and son make friends, but until he makes
- 15:53Speaker 2: friends with his brother who's going to be the future king.
- 15:55Speaker 2: This isn't gonna work, so don't forget to vote on
- 15:58Speaker 2: today's pole. It's a good poll today. Get our Twitter
- 16:01Speaker 2: page at Naughty Noise Room. On our Facebook page is
- 16:04Speaker 2: Naughty say to check back to my row will here
- 16:08Speaker 2: your results are. Now it's time for anst of the day.
- 16:15Speaker 1: Well, our nicest of the day is Neil Diamond, because
- 16:18Speaker 1: he's saying the music is not done with me yet.
- 16:21Speaker 1: So he was at the Pantageous Theater in Los Angeles,
- 16:24Speaker 1: a gorgeous theater. He let a surprise sing along of
- 16:28Speaker 1: Sweet Caroline during a performance of during a performance of
- 16:33Speaker 1: a Beautiful Noise, the Neil Diamond musical. So basically the
- 16:38Speaker 1: musical is performing there, and he just came on the
- 16:42Speaker 1: stage and a baseball cap and a long sleeved shirt
- 16:45Speaker 1: and he just rose from the audience and just came
- 16:48Speaker 1: up onto the stage and performed. And now he was
- 16:51Speaker 1: introduced by Nick Farradini, the American Idol owner on stage,
- 16:56Speaker 1: and you know, Diamond's voice was just real and rasby
- 16:59Speaker 1: and oh amazing. So yeah, go ahead, rab, what's he
- 17:03Speaker 1: going to do next?
- 17:04Speaker 2: I saw, well, you know, he did retire about seven
- 17:08Speaker 2: years ago, so it's very difficult with his medical issues
- 17:11Speaker 2: for him to perform. But I love seeing him again.
- 17:14Speaker 2: And I saw this musical on Broadway. It is just fantastic.
- 17:17Speaker 2: If you love Neil Diamond and who doesn't all those
- 17:19Speaker 2: songs in just beautiful two hours, his story is told,
- 17:23Speaker 2: the acting is great, the directing is great, and full disclosure,
- 17:27Speaker 2: my friend Ken Davenport produced this show. He produced Harmony
- 17:30Speaker 2: and so Ken, congratulations, I hear it's selling out. And
- 17:34Speaker 2: now our naughtice the day, Naughty, Naughty Blake Lively is
- 17:37Speaker 2: our naughty has been accused of stamping her foot as
- 17:40Speaker 2: her deposition really heats up. So Blake is meant to
- 17:43Speaker 2: do a deposition on Thursday. That's when you sit down
- 17:46Speaker 2: in front of Justin Baldone's lawyers and you answer a
- 17:49Speaker 2: lot of really tough questions. It's always videotape. That footage
- 17:52Speaker 2: exists forever. While Blake's team is saying, we don't want
- 17:55Speaker 2: Blake to go to Justin's lawyer. We want Justin's lawyer
- 17:59Speaker 2: to come here, they are claiming that she will be
- 18:02Speaker 2: stampeded by photographers, by paparazzi. Just things people are not
- 18:06Speaker 2: buying it and saying this is Blake basically stamping her foot,
- 18:09Speaker 2: trying to be a diva once again, using her celebrity
- 18:13Speaker 2: to control the process, which really is what Justin accused
- 18:16Speaker 2: her of doing on that film. They're calling her a
- 18:19Speaker 2: diva behind closed doors. Blake, you can't have special rules.
- 18:24Speaker 2: Just turn up. If you are called for a deposition,
- 18:27Speaker 2: you gotta go. Yes, would you like nice lighting? Would
- 18:30Speaker 2: you like it in your living room? Would you like
- 18:33Speaker 2: it on your turf? I'd like to do all my
- 18:35Speaker 2: depositions at Botty. You knows it'd be lovely to do
- 18:38Speaker 2: them there. But no, you've got to go. This is
- 18:40Speaker 2: the rule. It's not a different rule for you. And
- 18:43Speaker 2: there's no evidence that you're gonna be literally stampeded by
- 18:47Speaker 2: paparazzi in one place and very close by their offices
- 18:50Speaker 2: are actually quite close, no paparazzi there. I think this
- 18:53Speaker 2: is just playing games and it's a bad look, Blake.
- 18:55Speaker 2: This trial has cost you so much. It's costure Taylor Swift,
- 18:58Speaker 2: It's costures and fans think this is just silly.
- 19:00Speaker 1: What do you think, mister, Yeah, I mean I understand
- 19:03Speaker 1: she wants to control the lighting, because this is going
- 19:06Speaker 1: to live on in perpetuity, So I think that's more
- 19:10Speaker 1: where it's coming from. But girl, just bring your ring light,
- 19:12Speaker 1: put on your best fashion, make sure your makeup is
- 19:15Speaker 1: done to the hill, show up like cooking from Empire, girl,
- 19:19Speaker 1: and make it work. And yes, it's time to figure
- 19:22Speaker 1: out how to get the heck out of this.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Look.
- 19:24Speaker 1: You and your husband both produced write direct movies. Direct
- 19:28Speaker 1: yourself out of this one.
- 19:30Speaker 2: Absolutely. Let's end with a moment of rob You're gonna
- 19:34Speaker 2: Being kind isn't just right, it's smart. Kindness isn't weakness.
- 19:39Speaker 2: It's not something that's soft and naive. It's powerful, it's strategic,
- 19:44Speaker 2: it's wise. Kindness opens doors that force never could. It
- 19:50Speaker 2: earns trust, it builds respect, and it leaves a lasting impression.
- 19:55Speaker 2: It really really does. The truth is here, mister, is
- 19:58Speaker 2: how you treat people. It always comes back around to you,
- 20:02Speaker 2: and in a world that can often be cold and competitive,
- 20:06Speaker 2: kindness is going to make you unforgettable. So yes, be kind,
- 20:11Speaker 2: and not just because it is right, because it is smart. Hey,
- 20:17Speaker 2: that is it for today. Thank you so much for
