- 0:00Speaker 1: Three things you need.
- 0:02Speaker 2: Well, all right, here we go, thank you for being
- 0:05Speaker 2: here as we start this brand new week friends. Just
- 0:07Speaker 2: after six o'clock on this Monday morning, Ricky Sanchez has
- 0:10Speaker 2: those three things.
- 0:11Speaker 3: Bob, We're of the band Grateful Dead, one of the founders.
- 0:15Speaker 1: Of The Grateful Dead, has passed away.
- 0:18Speaker 3: According to an Instagram post, Bob passed away while surrounded
- 0:21Speaker 3: by loved ones due to an underlying lung issue after
- 0:24Speaker 3: he beat cancer. He's seventy eight years old, and he
- 0:28Speaker 3: leaves behind a music legacy that includes multiple albums and
- 0:32Speaker 3: songs like Touch of Gray Ripple and Friend of the Devil.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Our thoughts are with his.
- 0:38Speaker 3: Family and friends right now, as obviously they're grieving, so
- 0:42Speaker 3: we're thinking of them. Three Mareisa parlor locations closed over
- 0:47Speaker 3: the weekend, Germantown, Hillsboro Village, and Sylvans Supply. The owners
- 0:51Speaker 3: of the company's income wasn't enough to afset the combination
- 0:54Speaker 3: of the high rents, insurance costs, taxes, higher coffee costs,
- 0:59Speaker 3: and labor costs. They told Nashville Scene that the Germantown
- 1:03Speaker 3: won the rent more than double.
- 1:06Speaker 4: Oh Boy in that location.
- 1:07Speaker 3: Yeah, which is something that we're seeing from a lot
- 1:10Speaker 3: of businesses right now here in Nashville. Their East National Location,
- 1:13Speaker 3: National Airport location, and their shop and the w are
- 1:16Speaker 3: still running with a quote refresh coming to the East
- 1:20Speaker 3: Nashville One. AI is continuing to dabble in medicine Utah.
- 1:25Speaker 3: They just announced that it's become the first state to
- 1:28Speaker 3: allow patients to renew medical prescriptions using artificial intelligence. The
- 1:33Speaker 3: partnering with an AI health company called Doctronic, which will
- 1:37Speaker 3: allow patients in Utah to consult an AI doctor to
- 1:41Speaker 3: complete routine prescription refills. The American Medical Association has caution
- 1:46Speaker 3: that taking these decisions out of the hands of doctors
- 1:48Speaker 3: could prove dangerous for patients, but Doctronic says that it's
- 1:51Speaker 3: already in talks at several other states and expects more partnerships.
- 1:55Speaker 1: In twenty twenty six. This is a little scary.
- 1:58Speaker 4: Yeah, we're headed in a weirder.
- 2:00Speaker 3: Make your own decisions. It's your life, you're grown up.
- 2:04Speaker 3: Do what you gotta do.
- 2:04Speaker 1: But I don't want AI deciding anything medically for me.
- 2:08Speaker 3: Just gonna go ahead and say that I want my
- 2:09Speaker 3: doctor who knows me to make those decisions. I'm Ricky Sanchez,
- 2:13Speaker 3: and those are the three things you need to know.
- 2:14Speaker 2: Thank you so much, Ricky, and again thank you for
- 2:17Speaker 2: starting this Monday with us. We've got tickets into Fashion

- 2:44Speaker 3: is where you're gonna get retail for like so cheap.

- 3:10Speaker 6: the morning on.
- 3:12Speaker 3: Good morning, Happy Monday, which is something that people don't

- 3:17Speaker 1: It's one of seven, five the River.
- 3:19Speaker 3: We are looking for our first caller of the day

- 3:38Speaker 4: How was your weekend? Tell us everything you did this weekend?
- 3:41Speaker 7: It was good. I didn't do too much.
- 3:43Speaker 8: I just stayed home and did some house clerk.
- 3:45Speaker 3: Same and although I didn't do the housework, I did
- 3:47Speaker 3: all around nothing.
- 3:49Speaker 9: Yeah, that sounds much matter. I said, good, I did
- 3:51Speaker 9: hose work. I would never put us too in the
- 3:53Speaker 9: same sentence.
- 3:54Speaker 10: Well, I like to prepare for the week. Okay, tikeets
- 3:57Speaker 10: done on the weekend.
- 3:58Speaker 4: The week is easy.
- 4:00Speaker 2: You like meal prep and stuff. When you say prepare
- 4:02Speaker 2: for the week, is that what you mean?
- 4:03Speaker 7: No?
- 4:04Speaker 10: More like laundry for the kids and.
- 4:07Speaker 1: For the week. Kevin knows a thing or two about that.
- 4:09Speaker 1: I sure do all the long laundry man, and.
- 4:12Speaker 4: It never stops.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Would you say you do the laundry Kevin.
- 4:16Speaker 4: Daily every day. I do a little laundry every single day.
- 4:18Speaker 8: I do laundry every day too.
- 4:20Speaker 3: Oh my god, the world guys are not making a
- 4:24Speaker 3: case for having kids.
- 4:26Speaker 7: Here's my thing.
- 4:26Speaker 2: I know a lot of people, you know, they wash it,
- 4:28Speaker 2: they dry, and then they it just like sits there.
- 4:30Speaker 4: They have trouble folding it. I can even fold it.
- 4:32Speaker 4: I'm fine with that. It's the putting it away that
- 4:33Speaker 4: I never do. It just piles up in the laundry. Yeah.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Interesting, Why do you think that's when you stop?
- 4:39Speaker 2: Like, I hate going in my kids rooms because they're
- 4:41Speaker 2: so messy.
- 4:43Speaker 8: Yeah, the back and forth is the hard part.
- 4:45Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 4:47Speaker 3: I love the the honesty there guys, for sure, especially
- 4:51Speaker 3: Kevin with the I hate how messy my thanks.
- 4:54Speaker 4: My skin crawl just thinking about him.
- 4:55Speaker 3: His face is getting right right now, Ashley, Ashley, it's Monday.
- 5:00Speaker 3: We want to start it off right and tell you
- 5:01Speaker 3: that you got tickets into fashion for a fraction on
- 5:04Speaker 3: February fifteenth at Factory at Franklin's Liberty Hall.
- 5:07Speaker 1: It's a lot of fun.
- 5:08Speaker 10: Thank you.
- 5:09Speaker 7: I'm so excited.
- 5:10Speaker 1: It does mean you're gonna have more laundry. Oh no,
- 5:13Speaker 1: that's okay.
- 5:14Speaker 7: I'll go through my laundry and we'll just slip off.
- 5:17Speaker 1: There you go.
- 5:17Speaker 3: Yes, that's a good idea, you said, get rid of
- 5:20Speaker 3: the old stuff in with the new.
- 5:21Speaker 7: Yeah, you like to get prepared for the week.
- 5:22Speaker 9: This is an early spring cleaning out of your writing
- 5:26Speaker 9: for spring.
- 5:27Speaker 3: Can you tell that Zach and I do this to
- 5:29Speaker 3: each other quite often when it comes to it, should
- 5:31Speaker 3: I buy yellows these new things?
- 5:33Speaker 1: And the answers always get you to it influences.
- 5:37Speaker 2: Well, congratulations, you're gonna have a great time. You're gonna
- 5:40Speaker 2: save a lot of money and get some cool stuff.
- 5:41Speaker 2: Thank you for starting your day with us, Ashley. We
- 5:43Speaker 2: appreciate it.
- 5:44Speaker 11: Thank you, Thank you.
- 5:45Speaker 1: Hang out.
- 5:46Speaker 4: I love How often do you do laundry?
- 5:49Speaker 5: Oh?
- 5:49Speaker 1: Once every two or three weeks?
- 5:51Speaker 7: Oh my god, that's even crazier.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Yeah, once every two or three weeks.
- 5:55Speaker 7: So much.
- 5:56Speaker 1: And I make I just want you to know, I
- 5:58Speaker 1: make sure I have enough.
- 5:59Speaker 3: Clothing to last me two to three weeks because I hate, hate, hate,
- 6:04Speaker 3: hate doing laundry, mostly because.
- 6:06Speaker 1: I hate putting it away.
- 6:07Speaker 7: Kevin.
- 6:07Speaker 4: Yeah, yeah, okay, good, we agree.
- 6:09Speaker 1: Hate it. It'll just pile up on this one chair
- 6:11Speaker 1: when it's lean.
- 6:17Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Menow in the morning.
- 6:20Speaker 3: We often use this time of the day on Ricky,
- 6:22Speaker 3: Zach and Mano in the morning on one O seven
- 6:24Speaker 3: five the River to kind of go after each other
- 6:27Speaker 3: for things.
- 6:28Speaker 1: This time, I'm going after both of you because the
- 6:31Speaker 1: worst friends ever. How I'm going to tell you? How
- 6:34Speaker 1: don't you worry?
- 6:35Speaker 7: I literally invited you for a pedicure yesterday? How am
- 6:37Speaker 7: I bad friend?
- 6:39Speaker 1: You're really bad friends.
- 6:40Speaker 4: I genuinely don't know what this is about. And I'm
- 6:41Speaker 4: so nervous.
- 6:43Speaker 3: Yeah, you should be nervous. You guys both forgot a
- 6:45Speaker 3: very special day.
- 6:46Speaker 1: Oh no, mm hmm yeah, okay, just wait, I'll explain.
- 6:50Speaker 4: Happy heavy anniversary.
- 6:52Speaker 9: No, my brain is racing Heaven birthday.
- 6:56Speaker 1: No, I'm getting the right reaction right now.
- 7:00Speaker 4: Find out next on.
- 7:01Speaker 5: The River Ricky, Zach and Meno.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I just want to rip this band aid off and
- 7:07Speaker 2: figure out what we did. Ricky said that Zach and
- 7:10Speaker 2: I both forgot a special day.
- 7:13Speaker 3: Yeah, we were talking the other day. I don't remember
- 7:16Speaker 3: the circumstance which this came up. I just remember the aftermath,
- 7:20Speaker 3: because that's what really got to me.
- 7:22Speaker 1: Neither of you know when my birthday is.
- 7:24Speaker 4: Oh, that's right, okay, July twenty third.
- 7:26Speaker 1: You just looked it up in your phone.
- 7:29Speaker 7: Eighteen.
- 7:30Speaker 1: You want to know what you didn't remember the other day?
- 7:32Speaker 1: My birthday?
- 7:33Speaker 3: And then even worse, Zach booked a flights for the
- 7:36Speaker 3: two of us, and he asked me again, when's your birthday?
- 7:39Speaker 9: Well, I didn't want to get it wrong on the flight.
- 7:41Speaker 9: That's a very important information. You would be able to
- 7:43Speaker 9: board the plane if I accidentally typed it in incorrectly.
- 7:45Speaker 1: No, I'm happy that you asked, because you didn't know
- 7:47Speaker 1: what the answer was.
- 7:48Speaker 7: Well, here's Mike, you looked it up. I didn't look
- 7:52Speaker 7: it up today.
- 7:53Speaker 2: And Zach is normally like like an encyclopedia of dates
- 7:57Speaker 2: and numbers and things.
- 7:57Speaker 3: He remembers everyone's birthday. When's Kevin's birthday?
- 8:02Speaker 7: June twenty nine, that's right, rude, you've.
- 8:05Speaker 1: Known me longer than you've known Kevin.
- 8:07Speaker 7: Kevin's is five days after mine.
- 8:09Speaker 1: June twenty fourth.
- 8:10Speaker 7: Yeah, I know.
- 8:11Speaker 1: The reason I read your birthday.
- 8:13Speaker 9: The reason I get yours confused is because my dog
- 8:16Speaker 9: Emily's birthday is July twenty fifth, so and I know
- 8:19Speaker 9: that yours is a month and a day away from mine,
- 8:21Speaker 9: so I can't even remember if it's the twenty third
- 8:23Speaker 9: or the twenty fifth. I can't tell you and my
- 8:25Speaker 9: dog apart the.
- 8:25Speaker 4: Same same reason for me, I get confused with Emily.
- 8:29Speaker 1: Kevin. This is the thing, though, Kevin.
- 8:31Speaker 3: You annoyed me by not knowing my birthday, but you
- 8:34Speaker 3: don't know anybody's birthday.
- 8:35Speaker 4: That's true.
- 8:35Speaker 1: You've had to google your kid's birthday.
- 8:37Speaker 4: I'm real dummy when it comes to that stuff.
- 8:39Speaker 9: You googled your wife's birthday and your anniversary the other day.
- 8:43Speaker 1: So I don't feel that bad about it.
- 8:46Speaker 3: It's annoying because it's like you should know it, especially
- 8:48Speaker 3: because it's not that.
- 8:49Speaker 4: Like I'm annoying July. I knew July, and that's something.
- 8:53Speaker 1: I'll take it.
- 8:54Speaker 3: Zach, on the other hand, knows everybody's birthday. He knows
- 8:59Speaker 3: a person we met one singular times birthday, but he
- 9:03Speaker 3: can't remember mine.
- 9:04Speaker 7: I remember it.
- 9:06Speaker 9: It just hurts.
- 9:06Speaker 7: It's a month and.
- 9:07Speaker 9: A day away, and I'm just come on, I'm just honored.
- 9:11Speaker 7: Did I you confuse with my dog? You know how
- 9:13Speaker 7: much I love my dog.
- 9:14Speaker 1: That's a great way to try and spin it.
- 9:16Speaker 9: I'm just saying you should be honored and proud that
- 9:17Speaker 9: I think of you in the same boat as Emily Disappointed.
- 9:20Speaker 1: I remember both your birthdays.
- 9:21Speaker 4: Thank you because it What is.
- 9:25Speaker 7: It, Kevin?
- 9:26Speaker 4: July thirteenth is zaccurate?
- 9:30Speaker 5: Zach?
- 9:31Speaker 4: We have this running sheet over here with a countdown
- 9:33Speaker 4: to Zach's birthday? Is it really one hundred and sixty
- 9:35Speaker 4: seven days.
- 9:36Speaker 7: Until one hundred and sixty three?
- 9:37Speaker 9: I didn't update it since Friday, one.
- 9:40Speaker 4: Hundred and sixty three days until zax birth it's updated.
- 9:42Speaker 1: I'm gonna start messing with the numbers on that.
- 9:45Speaker 7: I'll update it every day. I google it every day.
- 9:48Speaker 2: Well, Ricky, happy birthday. This is not as bad as that.
- 9:50Speaker 2: I thought maybe we forgot something, but we didn't.
- 9:52Speaker 1: We're you forgot when my birth Yeah, it.
- 9:54Speaker 4: Didn't like passes by without us acknowledging it or anything.
- 9:56Speaker 3: It means that it would if I didn't say anything in.
- 9:59Speaker 1: July, it wouldn't.
- 9:59Speaker 7: No, Oh, that's true.
- 10:01Speaker 1: We'll see. We'll find out this year.
- 10:03Speaker 7: We already have an alert reminder in my calendar.
- 10:05Speaker 1: So three things you need to know.
- 10:08Speaker 4: Well, Hello, good to see it, thank you for being here.
- 10:11Speaker 2: Just past seven o'clock on this Monday morning, Ricky Sanchez
- 10:14Speaker 2: has those three things.
- 10:15Speaker 3: The Golden Globes happened last night, so here are a
- 10:18Speaker 3: few highlights so you'll be in the know. Nikki Glasser
- 10:21Speaker 3: hosted again this year. A lot of her best jokes
- 10:23Speaker 3: are already up and around the Internet for you to
- 10:25Speaker 3: enjoy if you missed any of them, I highly recommend.
- 10:28Speaker 1: I truly think that she was made for this.
- 10:31Speaker 3: She's so good at hosting, like I just can't even
- 10:35Speaker 3: handle it, way better than I think anybody else does.
- 10:37Speaker 3: One battle after another one Best Picture for Musical or Comedy,
- 10:42Speaker 3: Hamnett was crowned Best Picture. Best Animated Phone went to
- 10:45Speaker 3: K pop demon Hunters obviously, as well as Best Original
- 10:49Speaker 3: Song for Golden They won both of those categories. The
- 10:52Speaker 3: show Adolescence won four categories last night. They're on a
- 10:56Speaker 3: streak right now and very well deserved. If you haven't
- 10:58Speaker 3: seen it, I highly suggest that you watch it. It's
- 11:00Speaker 3: a tough one, but you should watch it. And Amy
- 11:04Speaker 3: Poehler one for their new category category for Best Podcasts,
- 11:07Speaker 3: which I'm really excited about.
- 11:09Speaker 1: I love her and I love that podcast. It's really great.
- 11:11Speaker 1: If you need a new one, add it to your list.
- 11:14Speaker 3: The Titans have partnered with Amazon to become the first
- 11:16Speaker 3: NFL team with just walk out concessions is what they're
- 11:20Speaker 3: calling it. The new Nissan Stadium will have shops so
- 11:22Speaker 3: that you can grab whatever you want and you just
- 11:24Speaker 3: walk out with the items. It's automatically going to detect
- 11:27Speaker 3: which items you take and then charge you when you leave.
- 11:31Speaker 2: Yeah, everybody's walking out of the game before, dang.
- 11:39Speaker 3: No, So this is gonna be the first NFL team
- 11:41Speaker 3: to have this. It is a cool technology if it
- 11:44Speaker 3: actually works. I always wonder, you know, do these things
- 11:47Speaker 3: work that well, especially because like they're not rolling out
- 11:50Speaker 3: everywhere just yet.
- 11:52Speaker 1: But we'll see.
- 11:52Speaker 3: Once the new Nissan Stadium is built, we can check
- 11:55Speaker 3: it out ourselves. And a Happy Meal Pokemon collab maybe
- 11:58Speaker 3: coming really soon. Apparently the Happy Meal Pokemon trading card
- 12:02Speaker 3: game is going to start next month or in March,
- 12:04Speaker 3: to celebrate the franchise's thirtieth anniversary. But this is where
- 12:08Speaker 3: we don't know, like just exactly when it's gonna happen,
- 12:11Speaker 3: or if it's one hundred percent gonna happen. A recent
- 12:13Speaker 3: Japan only Pikachu Happy Meal card resulted in absolute chaouss,
- 12:18Speaker 3: so it was shelved internationally because of how not I
- 12:23Speaker 3: guess uniform the entire.
- 12:25Speaker 1: Thing in Japan.
- 12:26Speaker 3: So we'll see exactly what's happening, because a lot of
- 12:29Speaker 3: this is under wraps for now, but if it does,
- 12:31Speaker 3: I will keep you posted. I love that kids are
- 12:33Speaker 3: getting into Pokemon again.
- 12:34Speaker 4: My kids are into it.
- 12:35Speaker 1: It makes me so happy, Kevin. It makes me so
- 12:38Speaker 1: happy because I love Pokemon.
- 12:39Speaker 3: We're not yucker, so it is just spanning generations, and
- 12:42Speaker 3: I think that's a long.
- 12:43Speaker 2: I'm telling you need to go dig up your old
- 12:44Speaker 2: cards because they might be worth something.
- 12:46Speaker 4: There are some very expensive cards out there.
- 12:49Speaker 1: I did promise them to Riley, so I do have
- 12:52Speaker 1: to give him some of them. If the rest I
- 12:56Speaker 1: can sell, I'm Rickisante's And those are the three things
- 12:58Speaker 1: you need to know.
- 12:59Speaker 2: Thank you, Rick, and thank you in advance of those
- 13:01Speaker 2: Pokemon cards. Right after, Olivia Dean, we are learning on
- 13:04Speaker 2: this Monday morning.
- 13:05Speaker 4: It is time for Zack's Facts.
- 13:06Speaker 5: Next the River, Ricky, Zach and Mennow in the.
- 13:11Speaker 2: Morning, Olivia Dean, it's one oh seven five. The River
- 13:14Speaker 2: and it is time to learn Zack's facts. What's going on, buddy.
- 13:18Speaker 9: This might be the cutest fact of all time. But
- 13:20Speaker 9: baby elephants suck their trunks for comfort.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Oh, like how we suck our thumbs.
- 13:25Speaker 9: Yeah, they're just like human newborns, making funny faces, but
- 13:28Speaker 9: a lot bigger and sucking their trunks.
- 13:30Speaker 7: And I looked it up.
- 13:30Speaker 9: A baby elephant is born weighing between two hundred and
- 13:34Speaker 9: two hundred and fifty pounds, making them the heaviest land babies.
- 13:37Speaker 1: Oh wow, the cutest land babies.
- 13:40Speaker 9: They're so cute and they suck their little trunks for comfort.
- 13:42Speaker 9: Now I want a baby elephant. And that's your fact
- 13:44Speaker 9: of the day.
- 13:46Speaker 4: It's something about sucking your trunks. I want you to
- 13:48Speaker 4: stop saying it.
- 13:51Speaker 6: You're the only one that went there, givin the river, Ricky,
- 13:56Speaker 6: Zach and menow in the morning.
- 13:57Speaker 2: That was your dumbest moment behind the wheel of a car.
- 14:01Speaker 2: It's one oh seven five the river. My neighbor Isaac
- 14:04Speaker 2: regrets saying his name, but I've already said it. H
- 14:07Speaker 2: He just backed his car into his wife's car and
- 14:11Speaker 2: damage on both and that is just there's no one
- 14:13Speaker 2: to blame, but yourself for that, and he's gonna probably
- 14:15Speaker 2: beat himself up about that forever.
- 14:17Speaker 1: Yikes. I don't have many of these stories. I know
- 14:19Speaker 1: Zach has plenty, though I do.
- 14:21Speaker 9: And also the dumbest moment is the state of Tennessee
- 14:23Speaker 9: allowing me to get behind the wheel.
- 14:25Speaker 7: Wow.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Fact finally admitted that six one five, seven, three seven, nine,
- 14:30Speaker 2: one oh seven. If you've done something similar, something you regret,
- 14:34Speaker 2: something that haunts you behind the wheel of a car.
- 14:36Speaker 6: Let us know, Ricky is Zach and Manno in the
- 14:39Speaker 6: morning on the river.
- 14:41Speaker 3: What was your dumbest moment behind the wheel. A lot
- 14:44Speaker 3: of people have these moments. Most people do.
- 14:47Speaker 1: It's one o.
- 14:47Speaker 3: Seven five the river. We have our friend Brianna Murphy's
- 14:50Speaker 3: burrow on the line. Good morning Brianna, Good morning guys.
- 14:53Speaker 3: Tell us about the moment that you think about over
- 14:56Speaker 3: and over and over again where you messed up behind
- 14:59Speaker 3: the wheel.
- 14:59Speaker 8: It's embarrassing. That's why I try not to think about it.
- 15:02Speaker 8: When I was on my way to school for my
- 15:05Speaker 8: first day at like college, community college, whatever, I re
- 15:09Speaker 8: rendered into a school bus.
- 15:12Speaker 1: You can't miss a school bus.
- 15:15Speaker 8: What were you doing when I was told I was
- 15:18Speaker 8: backing out of the driveway, maybe a little too fast.
- 15:21Speaker 8: There was a bus in my neighborhood that stopped a
- 15:24Speaker 8: few feet.
- 15:25Speaker 10: Away from my driveway.
- 15:27Speaker 8: I saw it come in, but I'm like, it won't
- 15:28Speaker 8: make it around in time. And the next thing you know,
- 15:31Speaker 8: I'm like, I rerendered into it. Oh no, rushed the
- 15:36Speaker 8: back end of my car. I was for the five.
- 15:41Speaker 3: I'm laughing at you, but it's okay because these things happen.
- 15:44Speaker 1: You're not alone. A lot of people have these moments.
- 15:46Speaker 7: It's called an accident for a reason.
- 15:49Speaker 5: Well, well yeah, but not a school bus, huge and yellow.
- 15:55Speaker 8: To this day, I never live it down. My husband
- 15:58Speaker 8: still makes fun of me. My friends from back at
- 16:01Speaker 8: home still make fun of me. My dad even was like,
- 16:04Speaker 8: but you hit a school bus. I'm like, I don't
- 16:06Speaker 8: even talk.
- 16:06Speaker 7: About talk about I'm not gonna lie.
- 16:08Speaker 9: Now, every single time I see a school bus, I'm
- 16:10Speaker 9: going to think of you.
- 16:12Speaker 8: I am delighted to hear that you'll think of me
- 16:15Speaker 8: every time.
- 16:16Speaker 4: Thank you for calling. Thank you for sharing that embarrassing
- 16:18Speaker 4: story with us.
- 16:19Speaker 8: Of course, have one guys you too, love Zach.
- 16:23Speaker 3: Does that make you feel a little bit better about
- 16:25Speaker 3: your go to story?
- 16:27Speaker 9: Not really, because I hit my garage like once a week.
- 16:31Speaker 7: It doesn't move.
- 16:32Speaker 4: Is it really that often? I mean I remember you
- 16:33Speaker 4: doing it with some damage. I think over the summer.
- 16:36Speaker 9: Yep, it happens. Well, I would say realistically probably like
- 16:39Speaker 9: once a month.
- 16:39Speaker 7: I hit my garage.
- 16:40Speaker 1: It feels like once a week.
- 16:42Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 16:42Speaker 4: Why, well, it doesn't pay attention.
- 16:45Speaker 1: It doesn't pay attention to anything.
- 16:46Speaker 9: And I have like fifteen thousand censors on my car,
- 16:49Speaker 9: So I don't know how I hit it every single time.
- 16:52Speaker 7: But here we are.
- 16:53Speaker 4: You need to get one of those like tennis balls
- 16:55Speaker 4: that hangs from above.
- 16:55Speaker 7: Oh no, no, it's not the inside, it's the side.
- 16:58Speaker 9: It's the outside of me trying to pull in to
- 17:00Speaker 9: the garage, which doesn't make any.
- 17:01Speaker 1: Said, you could see very clearly in front of you.
- 17:05Speaker 2: Yeah, six, one five, seven, three seven nine, one oh seven.
- 17:08Speaker 4: Your dumb moment behind the wheel of a car. What
- 17:11Speaker 4: was it? Also? Bruno Mars tickets on the way.
- 17:13Speaker 1: I realized as we talked about it, that yeah, no,
- 17:15Speaker 1: that's a really bad zech.
- 17:17Speaker 7: Does that move?
- 17:18Speaker 6: Ricky is Zach and Manno in the morning on what
- 17:21Speaker 6: seven five the river.
- 17:23Speaker 1: Katie and Nashville. Welcome to one oh seven five the river.
- 17:26Speaker 1: Tell us the dumbest.
- 17:28Speaker 3: Moment you've had behind the wheel that you just constantly
- 17:30Speaker 3: think about.
- 17:31Speaker 10: I want to pre empt this by saying, this is
- 17:33Speaker 10: thirty years ago when I was eighteen years old, but
- 17:36Speaker 10: back in the day, living out in mcminville and driving
- 17:40Speaker 10: on Woodbury Highway, which is a seventy mile one hour
- 17:43Speaker 10: highway by the way, I hit a cow.
- 17:46Speaker 4: Yo, Katy, you don't move very fast.
- 17:49Speaker 10: It was kind of over a crist a hill and
- 17:51Speaker 10: as I came over the crist he was just standing there.
- 17:53Speaker 10: But not only did I hit him, but the five
- 17:56Speaker 10: vehicles behind me hit him too.
- 17:57Speaker 1: Ooh.
- 18:00Speaker 10: We all pulled over at the gas station, and after
- 18:02Speaker 10: we got over the trauma, we started joking that we
- 18:04Speaker 10: should have a reunion and have a big cow buffet.
- 18:08Speaker 2: Oh my god, a cow buffet. I mean, I hate
- 18:12Speaker 2: you know, dark. But the cow did not survive this,
- 18:15Speaker 2: I'm assuming.
- 18:15Speaker 10: Right negative.
- 18:18Speaker 3: Oh no, well, let the cow in the streets, I know, right,
- 18:24Speaker 3: like you're supposed to.
- 18:25Speaker 1: Take care of them if they're your cows.
- 18:28Speaker 10: It's one that has definitely stuck with me. I had
- 18:30Speaker 10: glass and cowpare in my car for years.
- 18:34Speaker 3: Oh my gosh, Hey, listen, I will say, because I'm
- 18:38Speaker 3: from Jersey and we have a lot of deer. We
- 18:41Speaker 3: don't have a cow problem. We have deer everywhere, and
- 18:44Speaker 3: I did hit a deer on the highway once because
- 18:47Speaker 3: they tend to walk and run directly in front.
- 18:50Speaker 1: Of cars for something dangerous for some god for seeking reason.
- 18:53Speaker 1: I don't know why they do it. They have not
- 18:55Speaker 1: evolved to be smart enough to avoid the cars. And
- 18:58Speaker 1: when you hit something like that that, for it feels
- 19:01Speaker 1: like you're hitting a brick wall. It is the scariest moment.
- 19:04Speaker 10: Yeah, the irony was I was on my way to
- 19:06Speaker 10: Nashville this cowboy mouth and concert.
- 19:12Speaker 7: Katie.
- 19:12Speaker 9: I do have a question for you, though, because in
- 19:14Speaker 9: the state of Tennessee it is legal to take road kill.
- 19:16Speaker 7: Did you take the cow home with you?
- 19:20Speaker 10: If I could have fitted in my car, I would
- 19:22Speaker 10: have joked because they had just passed that law, which
- 19:26Speaker 10: is why we joked about getting together for a ringunion
- 19:28Speaker 10: in the buffet.
- 19:30Speaker 1: Katie, thank you for calling in and telling us that.
- 19:32Speaker 1: I think you're the only.
- 19:33Speaker 3: One that could make us laugh about that kind of situation.
- 19:36Speaker 1: Yeah, and that is a skill.
- 19:39Speaker 6: Thank you so much.
- 19:40Speaker 10: If I can't laugh about it, I will constantly cry,
- 19:43Speaker 10: so we feel that.
- 19:46Speaker 1: Thank you guys.
- 19:48Speaker 6: Fio.
- 19:49Speaker 2: Hey, it's just about time to give out some tickets
- 19:51Speaker 2: to see Bruno Mars. He just announced his return. We've
- 19:54Speaker 2: got them all week with the Game of the Day.

- 20:15Speaker 3: May sixth. We know that these tickets are huge. Right now,

- 20:21Speaker 4: Yeah they are. Don't call it yet.
- 20:22Speaker 2: We're gonna hang up on you and then we'll tell
- 20:24Speaker 2: you to college just a second here, but Bruno Mars,
- 20:26Speaker 2: I mean, what a start to the year, the return
- 20:28Speaker 2: of Bruno Mars's got a new album on the way,
- 20:30Speaker 2: He's going on tour, he's gonna be in Nashville, and
- 20:33Speaker 2: we've got your tickets. It is a hot ticket. Like
- 20:34Speaker 2: Ricky said, it's just basically Bruno Mars trivia. That's all
- 20:37Speaker 2: we're doing. So unless you're a fan. You know you're
- 20:40Speaker 2: probably not gonna win this game.
- 20:42Speaker 3: I think that's a fair game to play for such
- 20:44Speaker 3: big tickets.
- 20:45Speaker 1: You gotta know Bruno Mars. To go see Bruno Mars.
- 20:48Speaker 2: He's one of the best there is, honestly one of
- 20:49Speaker 2: the best performers we have living today in my opinion.
- 20:52Speaker 2: Six one five, seven, three seven, nine, one oh seven.
- 20:55Speaker 4: We do talk about Bruno. Name of the game. We're
- 20:58Speaker 4: playing next to the River.
- 21:00Speaker 6: Thank you, Zach and Meno in the morning on we.
- 21:03Speaker 3: Got Bruno Mars tickets on one oh seven five the River.
- 21:07Speaker 1: These are huge tickets. You gotta win.
- 21:09Speaker 3: Kevin Manno's game of the day we're playing, we do
- 21:12Speaker 3: talk about Bruno, So it's pretty much Bruno Mars trivia
- 21:15Speaker 3: that we're doing this week.
- 21:16Speaker 4: That's exactly right, Josh and bowling Green is on the line.
- 21:19Speaker 4: What's up, man? How are you pretty good?
- 21:21Speaker 7: How are you guys? Happy New Year? Happy heavy New Year.
- 21:24Speaker 2: You know if you win these tickets that this might
- 21:26Speaker 2: be like the very first pair of Bruno Mars tickets
- 21:29Speaker 2: for his Nashville show that anybody has received.
- 21:32Speaker 7: Oh man, that's a lot of pressure. I'm already nervous
- 21:35Speaker 7: just talking about this last night.
- 21:36Speaker 4: Do you think that you'll you'll do okay with Bruno
- 21:39Speaker 4: Mars trivia?
- 21:40Speaker 5: I don't know. I'm very I'm very pessimistic about my
- 21:44Speaker 5: how I'm gonna do on this one.
- 21:45Speaker 7: Josh, I don't like it. I don't like it. Let's
- 21:48Speaker 7: rephrase that.
- 21:49Speaker 11: All right, I'm optimistic.
- 21:51Speaker 5: I'm going to do this.
- 21:52Speaker 7: There we go.
- 21:54Speaker 2: I will say, since it is a Monday, you know,
- 21:56Speaker 2: nobody's brain is at full capacity, so we're just gonna
- 21:58Speaker 2: ease in, so won't be too hard for you.
- 22:00Speaker 7: Okay, all right, let's give it traw all.
- 22:02Speaker 4: Right, Josh, your game starts right now.
- 22:07Speaker 2: Bruno Mars, who was born in what US state? Thrown
- 22:11Speaker 2: it back to the beginning of the man's life.
- 22:15Speaker 1: Oh my goodness.
- 22:16Speaker 5: Uh hawaii yeah wow.
- 22:20Speaker 2: Point on the board, Josh, congratulations, you get one more.
- 22:25Speaker 4: You win? What song includes the lyrics? Don't believe me?

- 22:50Speaker 2: This one's kind of gonna be a softball. Okay, So
- 22:52Speaker 2: I have a good feeling about this. You get it,
- 22:54Speaker 2: you win. Josh, who headlined the Super Bowl halftime show
- 22:59Speaker 2: in twenty fourteen.

- 23:09Speaker 2: see him.

- 23:13Speaker 1: Congratulations. Hang on the line.
- 23:14Speaker 3: Okay, we got to make sure we have information for
- 23:16Speaker 3: you so you can get these brutal Mars tickets.
- 23:18Speaker 11: Awesome, thank you.
- 23:19Speaker 4: Congrats man. I will say, moving forward not going to
- 23:23Speaker 4: be quite that easy. That last question.
- 23:24Speaker 1: That was very easy.
- 23:26Speaker 4: Well, yeah, I just you know.
- 23:27Speaker 2: It's a Monday morning. I don't want to turn anyone
- 23:28Speaker 2: away empty handed on a Monday.
- 23:30Speaker 1: You know, I never know what mood you're going to
- 23:32Speaker 1: be in.
- 23:32Speaker 4: keV nobody does. I like to keep everybody on their toes.
- 23:35Speaker 7: He doesn't even know though.
- 23:37Speaker 1: Three things you need to know.
- 23:40Speaker 2: All right, just after eight o'clock here on this Monday morning.
- 23:42Speaker 2: Let's make it a great week. Ricky's got those three things.
- 23:46Speaker 1: Season eight of Black Mirror is happening.
- 23:48Speaker 3: Netflix has officially renewed it for its eighth season. The
- 23:52Speaker 3: series creator share the news on Friday in an interview,
- 23:55Speaker 3: teasing that the series will return and quote hopefully it'll
- 23:58Speaker 3: be more Black Mirror than ever.
- 24:01Speaker 1: In case you bergout at.
- 24:02Speaker 3: Season seven dropped last April. It earned its first ever
- 24:05Speaker 3: nominations at this year's Golden Globes, so more and more
- 24:08Speaker 3: people are watching it.
- 24:09Speaker 1: I know a lot of people are already.
- 24:10Speaker 3: Watching it, but it's gaining more and more popularity as
- 24:13Speaker 3: the seasons go on.
- 24:14Speaker 4: One of my favorite.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Okay, great love to know that, Kevin.
- 24:18Speaker 3: I will let you know when season eight is actually
- 24:20Speaker 3: officially going to be out on Netflix. Almost Friday. Nashville
- 24:24Speaker 3: is looking for Philip Forsburgh lookalikes. This is actually a
- 24:27Speaker 3: lot of fun, so they want anyone who looks like

- 24:34Speaker 3: fourth at six pm. Philip and his wife are going

- 24:51Speaker 3: find the Philip Forsburg doppelganger here in Nashville. So if

- 25:03Speaker 3: you look like him. And the final NFL Wildcard Round
- 25:07Speaker 3: of the playoffs happens tonight. The Houston Texans visit the
- 25:11Speaker 3: Pittsburgh Steelers.
- 25:12Speaker 1: We will see how that goes.
- 25:14Speaker 3: Kevin Chicago Bears had a very big moment over the weekend,
- 25:18Speaker 3: big upset.
- 25:19Speaker 1: They beat the Packers.
- 25:20Speaker 4: Packers, Man, they came back. What a game that was.
- 25:23Speaker 3: Yeah, there was a lot of really great games all
- 25:25Speaker 3: weekend long. But tonight is when we find out exactly
- 25:28Speaker 3: where this is all going. So, like I said, Houston
- 25:30Speaker 3: Texans and Pittsburgh Steelers play tonight, Amrique Sanchez and those
- 25:34Speaker 3: are the three things.
- 25:34Speaker 1: You need to know.
- 25:35Speaker 5: One O seven Ricky Zach and Meadow. In the morning, I.
- 25:40Speaker 3: Found a Reddit thread titled Younger Generations ranting about the
- 25:44Speaker 3: strange things their boomer parents do.
- 25:46Speaker 1: Oh it's one of seven five the River.
- 25:49Speaker 3: There is a lot of funny ones on this list
- 25:52Speaker 3: of what people say that are just strange things that
- 25:55Speaker 3: boomers do that.
- 25:57Speaker 1: They just don't understand from the younger generation perspects.
- 26:00Speaker 3: Just to give you an idea, one says, my dad
- 26:03Speaker 3: pretty much exclusively has his phone on speaker and walks
- 26:07Speaker 3: around in public talking with it at maximum volume.
- 26:11Speaker 4: Oh man, I hate to throw my dad under the bus.
- 26:13Speaker 4: He's gonna listen to this on the podcast. But whenever
- 26:16Speaker 4: he goes anywhere, drives like a longer distance.
- 26:18Speaker 2: He still prints his directions on map Quest, which is adorable.
- 26:22Speaker 1: Like some of these are adorable, some are just flat
- 26:25Speaker 1: out strange.
- 26:26Speaker 5: But what some.
- 26:27Speaker 3: Strange things that your boomer parents do that you just
- 26:30Speaker 3: do not understand coming from a younger generation.
- 26:33Speaker 4: Let us know six one, five, seven, three, seven, nine one.
- 26:36Speaker 5: O seven Ricky, Zach and Minnow in the morning.
- 26:41Speaker 2: Seven five The River Amy, just outside of Clarksville is
- 26:45Speaker 2: on the line Amy.
- 26:45Speaker 4: A second ago, we were talking about some of.
- 26:48Speaker 2: The I don't know, funny things that boomers do that
- 26:51Speaker 2: the younger generations are giving them a hard time for it.
- 26:53Speaker 4: Do you have an example?
- 26:54Speaker 5: I do.
- 26:55Speaker 11: My mother refuses to pay bills online, refuses the youth
- 27:00Speaker 11: her car out of pup. She writes checks for all
- 27:02Speaker 11: her bills and mails them in with stamps.
- 27:05Speaker 1: Oh my god, Wait.
- 27:07Speaker 9: She also refuses to use her card at pump. So
- 27:10Speaker 9: does she write a check for her gas?
- 27:12Speaker 11: No, she goes to the APM and keeps cash for
- 27:16Speaker 11: putting gas in her car.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Wow.
- 27:18Speaker 3: This seems to be a thing for the older generation
- 27:20Speaker 3: where they don't really trust like the banks that much
- 27:23Speaker 3: when it comes to you.
- 27:25Speaker 11: Cards, she still balances her check book has a ledger
- 27:29Speaker 11: that is so much worse.
- 27:30Speaker 4: That a lost art exactly wouldn't even know how to begin.
- 27:35Speaker 1: I could never thank you for calling in, Amy. We
- 27:37Speaker 1: hope you have a great day.
- 27:39Speaker 11: Bye bye bye.
- 27:40Speaker 4: Let's go to John. Now, John's on the line.
- 27:43Speaker 1: By John.
- 27:46Speaker 3: Johnny, do you have an example of your boomer parents
- 27:49Speaker 3: doing something strange that you just don't.
- 27:50Speaker 8: Get carrying a check book and actually writing physical checks.
- 27:55Speaker 3: Our friend Amy just said the same thing. That seems
- 27:58Speaker 3: to be something that a lot of boomers won't go on.
- 28:00Speaker 2: Can I defend checks for a second. I've talked about
- 28:04Speaker 2: this before, Ricky and Zach. You guys don't even have checks,
- 28:06Speaker 2: do you?
- 28:07Speaker 3: I do, But it's like a sheet that you buy
- 28:10Speaker 3: because I needed to use a check and.
- 28:11Speaker 1: I don't have a check book.
- 28:12Speaker 2: There are certain times when you need a check I
- 28:15Speaker 2: don't carry my check book. I'm not writing them at
- 28:17Speaker 2: the store. But I mean there are still certain people businesses.
- 28:22Speaker 10: For mister man or that's what money orders are for.
- 28:26Speaker 2: I feel like, wait, no, checks, I feel like are
- 28:29Speaker 2: more relevant than money orders.
- 28:30Speaker 7: Absolutely not.
- 28:31Speaker 3: You can accept either a money order or a check
- 28:33Speaker 3: for literally anything, So you could just do a money order.
- 28:36Speaker 2: I don't even know what that is, to be honest
- 28:37Speaker 2: with you, Kevin, Thank god, you're adorable.
- 28:43Speaker 1: John, thank you so much for calling in. We got
- 28:45Speaker 1: to go explain to Kevin what a money order is.
- 28:46Speaker 5: Now all.
- 28:49Speaker 2: I've heard the term money order, but no, I've never done.
- 28:52Speaker 2: Is it like a cashier's check.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Basically it's exactly the same.
- 28:57Speaker 3: Yeah, all right, So I'm glad that you actually know
- 29:00Speaker 3: what it is, even if you didn't know the right phrasing.
- 29:02Speaker 3: Some of the other things that this reddit thread wrote,
- 29:05Speaker 3: some things that people wrote on there. A lot of
- 29:07Speaker 3: people said checkbook and balances their checkbook every week, so
- 29:10Speaker 3: that seems to be a common thing.
- 29:12Speaker 1: This one really made me laugh. Typing Google on Google
- 29:15Speaker 1: before they google the thing.
- 29:18Speaker 2: So they're googling Google in the same vein they're typing
- 29:22Speaker 2: in www.
- 29:23Speaker 1: Dot ye, which is like sweet, but you don't gotta
- 29:27Speaker 1: do that. Another person said they still have a landline.
- 29:30Speaker 1: That's kind of wild.
- 29:31Speaker 7: I'm not gonna lie. I kind of miss my landline.
- 29:33Speaker 1: I'm making a comeback right now too. And this other
- 29:36Speaker 1: one made me laugh too.
- 29:37Speaker 3: They asked me to bring in the mail when they
- 29:39Speaker 3: go away for more than twenty four hours.
- 29:43Speaker 1: I was away for three weeks and did not check
- 29:45Speaker 1: my mail.
- 29:45Speaker 4: Have you opened our Christmas car?
- 29:47Speaker 1: And yet I did?
- 29:48Speaker 4: Okay, finally got to.
- 29:49Speaker 1: I finally got it.
- 29:52Speaker 2: Were struggling to keep up with the ten thousand passwords
- 29:55Speaker 2: you need to.
- 29:56Speaker 4: Be a human being.
- 29:57Speaker 2: In the your twenty twenty six you were not alone.
- 29:58Speaker 2: It's one O seven five. And that's kind of the
- 30:01Speaker 2: theme of our daily double tap today.
- 30:03Speaker 1: Oh yes, we all go through this. Kevin. It haunts
- 30:06Speaker 1: his dreams. There's too much. There's too much the Apple
- 30:10Speaker 1: ID specifically.
- 30:12Speaker 4: Yeah, here we go today's daily douvel tap.
- 30:13Speaker 12: I want to go get a new phone today, and
- 30:15Speaker 12: the lady asked me for my Apple ID and password.
- 30:17Speaker 12: I'd rather start a new life than hunt that combo down.
- 30:20Speaker 1: I have no idea.
- 30:21Speaker 12: If I did, I wouldn't be getting charge sixteen times
- 30:24Speaker 12: a month for ninety nine for some cloud I don't
- 30:26Speaker 12: even use. I'm so tired of an app logs me out.
- 30:29Speaker 12: I don't use the app anymore. Hulu logged me out
- 30:31Speaker 12: two years ago, and on that day I said, I
- 30:33Speaker 12: guess I'll never know how Handmaid's Tale ends.
- 30:35Speaker 1: So I love how every time you go to get
- 30:37Speaker 1: a new phone, they're like.
- 30:37Speaker 12: What is this phone plan you have?
- 30:39Speaker 4: We don't who set you up with you?
- 30:40Speaker 1: Did you? I have no idea what's going on. I'd
- 30:43Speaker 1: given up now.
- 30:44Speaker 12: I don't even care about the phone that I'm going
- 30:46Speaker 12: to use for social media and to calculate it, that's
- 30:48Speaker 12: all facts.
- 30:49Speaker 7: Uh huh, walk in? What's your Apple ID? Don't know?
- 30:53Speaker 1: Oh man?
- 30:54Speaker 3: I actually had to make a new Apple ID because
- 30:56Speaker 3: I couldn't remember my old one's password.
- 30:58Speaker 1: And I was like, enough of this because I made
- 31:00Speaker 1: it when I was like fourteen, I don't remember it.
- 31:03Speaker 1: That's insane. So I had to make a new one.
- 31:05Speaker 3: So I am paying for an Apple ID that I
- 31:07Speaker 3: don't even know how to get into, that has all
- 31:09Speaker 3: these old pictures on it, everything in the cloud, have
- 31:12Speaker 3: no clue how to get into it.
- 31:13Speaker 4: My gosh, that's sad.
- 31:15Speaker 1: It's just the way it is.
- 31:16Speaker 3: A point at some point, maybe maybe one day in
- 31:19Speaker 3: my dreams, my to me, but for now it's in
- 31:24Speaker 3: the abyss.
- 31:24Speaker 2: So my least favorite thing ever, just honestly torture for me,
- 31:27Speaker 2: is having to type in my email address on a
- 31:30Speaker 2: TV to log into something.
- 31:31Speaker 7: It's so long.
- 31:33Speaker 3: I used to have a TV where on the flip
- 31:36Speaker 3: side of the clearer it had an entire key path.
- 31:41Speaker 1: Oh that's nice, and it was the most genius.
- 31:43Speaker 3: Thing ever and I've never seen it since that TV.
- 31:46Speaker 3: And I do not understand why that's not just university.
- 31:49Speaker 4: Yeah, it absolutely should.
- 31:53Speaker 5: Ricky, Zach and Mannow in the Morning
