- 0:00Speaker 1: I was gonna ask you if you think I can
- 0:02Speaker 1: pull off a headband.
- 0:04Speaker 2: Yeah, but that's not a headband. That's like a that's
- 0:06Speaker 2: like a No.
- 0:07Speaker 1: It's a thick Well, it's not a rap. It's a
- 0:10Speaker 1: I have long hair now, and before you it's not
- 0:13Speaker 1: like a do rag. What are you laughing at?
- 0:16Speaker 3: You?
- 0:16Speaker 4: Press record?
- 0:17Speaker 1: Yes, okay, it's not a do rag.
- 0:21Speaker 2: It's I didn't think it was a do rag. It
- 0:24Speaker 2: looks more like a like you know, when young ladies
- 0:29Speaker 2: go out but they haven't got their hair, did they
- 0:32Speaker 2: put something over it? Not necessarily a do rag, but
- 0:35Speaker 2: like a it's something that keeps the hair back tight
- 0:38Speaker 2: and everything like that.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Yeah, or what or what? Ladies are taking off their
- 0:41Speaker 1: makeup and they put this to keep their hair off
- 0:43Speaker 1: their face.
- 0:44Speaker 4: Yes, it looks like that.
- 0:45Speaker 2: I'm not saying now, I'm not saying it's just made
- 0:47Speaker 2: for ladies. I'm sure it was not working.
- 0:49Speaker 1: Out all right.
- 0:50Speaker 2: Right now your face is pulled so far back that
- 0:53Speaker 2: you look like you might have gotten a little botox
- 0:55Speaker 2: and it that's how.
- 0:56Speaker 1: I'll be the first to admit that I'm not sure
- 0:58Speaker 1: if I can pull it off. You never ever buy
- 1:00Speaker 1: something and you're auditioning how you feel about it.
- 1:02Speaker 2: No, I don't have the luxury of doing that. I
- 1:05Speaker 2: try that shit on at the store.
- 1:06Speaker 1: So it's aheadband, probably because eight bucks. But I'm trying
- 1:10Speaker 1: out to see if I because I have long hair now,
- 1:12Speaker 1: I've had a haircut in a very long time. My
- 1:14Speaker 1: hair is always in my face.
- 1:15Speaker 4: Here's a problem.
- 1:16Speaker 1: I usually rock at baseball hat. I'm trying to shake
- 1:18Speaker 1: it up, but I don't know that it's working, and
- 1:21Speaker 1: especially with all this judgment, I don't know if it's
- 1:23Speaker 1: gonna stay around.
- 1:24Speaker 2: Here's the problem with you know, getting things in the
- 1:27Speaker 2: mail and stuff like that, trying things on and you
- 1:30Speaker 2: gotta send it back, and sending it back takes way
- 1:33Speaker 2: more effort then it would if you just went to
- 1:36Speaker 2: the store and you tried it on at the store.
- 1:38Speaker 2: You got to go to the freaking post office or
- 1:42Speaker 2: the wherever you get wherever you send your stuff out.
- 1:44Speaker 2: You got to get a box. It has to get weighed.
- 1:47Speaker 2: There's so many things that come. I would prefer if
- 1:50Speaker 2: I was gonna get something like that to not have
- 1:53Speaker 2: to return it.
- 1:55Speaker 4: But I would have stayed.
- 1:56Speaker 2: I mean, you like it, so it's all good. But
- 1:59Speaker 2: if you didn't like it. It would have been a
- 2:01Speaker 2: pain in the ass for you to take that.
- 2:02Speaker 1: Well, I hear what you're saying about more expensive things.
- 2:04Speaker 1: I wouldn't have returned this tiny piece of cloth. I
- 2:07Speaker 1: would have handed it off to my girlfriend and said,
- 2:10Speaker 1: use this for your makeup. I don't know, but I'm
- 2:13Speaker 1: trying it out because listen, I'm working out, as you know. Yeah,
- 2:18Speaker 1: and my hair is everywhere. My hair is very long,
- 2:19Speaker 1: so I'm trying to get it off off, you know,
- 2:21Speaker 1: out out of my way.
- 2:24Speaker 4: It looks good. I'm not gonna look.
- 2:26Speaker 1: A lie and I don't I feel I feel you.
- 2:28Speaker 4: I'm not gonna lie to you. It looks good. It
- 2:30Speaker 4: makes you look so much younger.
- 2:32Speaker 1: You feel your judgment. So I feel my skin backs
- 2:37Speaker 1: like botox.
- 2:38Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 2:38Speaker 2: Absolutely, I feel like when said quarantine is over, you
- 2:44Speaker 2: should test that out on the masses and wear that out.
- 2:48Speaker 1: I don't think people. I think our next said it's
- 2:52Speaker 1: my Girlfriendity said, it's like it's very broie, it's like
- 2:55Speaker 1: a bro thing. I didn't like that adjective.
- 2:58Speaker 4: Oh, well, you know, bro. Did you know that places
- 3:02Speaker 4: like Hoboken they call it hope Hoe broken broken? No
- 3:08Speaker 4: hole broken like home broken bros. There's a lot of bros.
- 3:12Speaker 1: And hope it's always been a lot of bro It's
- 3:14Speaker 1: like a lot of college kid bro baseball head backwards.
- 3:16Speaker 2: No, not bro broken. That's what they call it, bro broken,
- 3:20Speaker 2: bro Boken, bro broken?
- 3:21Speaker 1: Oh yeah, because you you lived there, right for.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Like a half a year. I lived in Jersey and
- 3:26Speaker 2: all I heard was you going to bro Boken?
- 3:28Speaker 1: Dude, where would you go out when you were like
- 3:31Speaker 1: going for drinks with friends? Would you go to bro Boken?
- 3:34Speaker 4: No, I was chilling downtown Jersey City.
- 3:36Speaker 1: Oh, in house, Jersey City. I've never I've never had
- 3:38Speaker 1: a drink in Jersey City in my life.
- 3:40Speaker 2: Well, Jersey City is gentrified. Apparently, Jersey City used to
- 3:43Speaker 2: be a very very different neighborhood than how it is now,
- 3:46Speaker 2: and gentrification happened, and it was a bunch of warehouses also,
- 3:50Speaker 2: so like if you lived in Jersey City, you lived
- 3:53Speaker 2: amongst warehouses, and.
- 3:54Speaker 1: So now it's like and stuff.
- 3:56Speaker 2: Anyway, So bro Boken, Yes, best I've ever had in
- 4:02Speaker 2: Jersey Okay, the name of the place is called Saku. Saku, Yeah,
- 4:07Speaker 2: in Jersey City. Or where was your or your or
- 4:10Speaker 2: I should say Hoboken.
- 4:12Speaker 1: And where was your favorite bar in Jersey City if
- 4:14Speaker 1: people want to go, do you remember the name?
- 4:15Speaker 4: Well, I soakkued out. I would. I would go to
- 4:17Speaker 4: Saku like all the time.
- 4:19Speaker 2: My favorite, Oh boy, Sarah, my favorite bar to go to, however,
- 4:24Speaker 2: in Jersey City was definitely I would. I would find
- 4:28Speaker 2: myself at Hudson Hall.
- 4:30Speaker 1: Hudson Hall. All right, Well, if you're in Jersey City,
- 4:32Speaker 1: everybody support Jersey bars and go to Hudson Hall and
- 4:37Speaker 1: ask them where Donald Faison sat and you can rub
- 4:40Speaker 1: your cheeks on the stool.
- 4:41Speaker 2: Well you could do that, That's that's fine, or you
- 4:45Speaker 2: could just go and have a drink.
- 4:47Speaker 4: Tell them I sent you Sarah.
- 4:48Speaker 1: It is your audio work.
- 4:49Speaker 4: Now, No, it does not. It doesn't.
- 4:52Speaker 1: My god, Dan, Dan, you guys, I want you to
- 4:55Speaker 1: know that Dan had a private session with Sarah this
- 4:58Speaker 1: time to talk her through her audio. And I don't
- 5:01Speaker 1: know what it is, but she's just, I think it's
- 5:03Speaker 1: safe to say, not tech savvy.
- 5:05Speaker 2: She has to have some skill when it comes to tech.
- 5:08Speaker 2: She does voice over.
- 5:10Speaker 1: She had a prime I know, how about the Rick
- 5:12Speaker 1: and Morty people don't have to put up with this?
- 5:15Speaker 5: Okay, Now I'm I'm plugging the headphones. Do you hear me?
- 5:17Speaker 3: Now?
- 5:18Speaker 1: Okay? Good?
- 5:18Speaker 4: Perfect?
- 5:20Speaker 5: For the love? Okay, damn damn record. Can you please
- 5:26Speaker 5: edit this out?
- 5:27Speaker 4: I cannot do it this.
- 5:33Speaker 2: Way request as a matter of FACTO six seven stories.
- 5:37Speaker 2: I'm not sure we made about a bunch of dogs
- 5:41Speaker 2: and nurses and.
- 5:45Speaker 4: He's the stories, not loss. So YadA YadA here.
- 5:59Speaker 1: Good do you want to do?
- 6:02Speaker 4: Well?
- 6:02Speaker 1: You know what you didn't You didn't deserve it, you
- 6:04Speaker 1: don't deserve it. Well, see how you perform on the
- 6:07Speaker 1: show and if you're if you're good enough, we'll let
- 6:09Speaker 1: you do the end one.
- 6:11Speaker 5: So much pressure. Okay, is anyone else hearing opera?
- 6:14Speaker 4: No?
- 6:15Speaker 1: No, something's playing music.
- 6:17Speaker 5: This is incredible, deal with it.
- 6:20Speaker 1: Maybe maybe on the iTunes app on your iPad someone
- 6:26Speaker 1: accidentally hit opera.
- 6:27Speaker 6: Yeah, but it's weird. That totally fixed it. That totally,
- 6:31Speaker 6: that totally fixed it. But it was a Peppa Pig episode.
- 6:33Speaker 6: I didn't know they did Opera and Peppa Pig.
- 6:35Speaker 1: But oh, oh my god, Peppa Pig has made a
- 6:42Speaker 1: return in the house.
- 6:44Speaker 4: I thought we were doing with Peppa Pig.
- 6:47Speaker 1: Such, Dan, will you tell people that don't have children,
- 6:49Speaker 1: what the hell pep Pepper Pig is.
- 6:50Speaker 2: A British show cartoon about a pig named Pepper, and
- 6:55Speaker 2: it starts off high, I'm Pepper Pig. This is my
- 6:58Speaker 2: brother George, this is Mommy Pig, and this is Daddy Pig.
- 7:01Speaker 2: And each time she introduces one of the pigs, right, well, Susie,
- 7:05Speaker 2: she's her best friend. Every time they introduce one of
- 7:08Speaker 2: the pigs, they snort. So, I'm Peppa Pig, this is
- 7:13Speaker 2: my brother George, this is Mommy pig, and this is
- 7:16Speaker 2: a daddy pick.
- 7:19Speaker 1: It's okay, And what are they going? I'm assuming they're
- 7:21Speaker 1: going adventures.
- 7:22Speaker 4: No, they go to school.
- 7:23Speaker 2: It's like a kids show for it's like to help
- 7:27Speaker 2: with etiquette, and you know, like how you're supposed to
- 7:30Speaker 2: react to helps you. It helps you to react like
- 7:34Speaker 2: Peppa and her family do to certain things.
- 7:37Speaker 1: Well, because they're like proper, they're good.
- 7:39Speaker 2: They're like, no, it's not that well, I mean, I
- 7:41Speaker 2: guess you could say British folks are proper.
- 7:42Speaker 4: That's that's one way.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Well, I just mean like they have good etiquette, they
- 7:46Speaker 1: have good manners, right.
- 7:47Speaker 2: They definitely have good like you can't jump in muddy
- 7:50Speaker 2: puddles unless you wear your boots.
- 7:52Speaker 6: Okay, that's one of the main phrases, jumping up and
- 7:56Speaker 6: down in mudy.
- 7:58Speaker 2: Splash splash gosh.
- 8:02Speaker 6: But also it's incredibly funny, as most British humor is.
- 8:07Speaker 6: And like my fourteen year old nephew, who I'll never
- 8:10Speaker 6: be as cool as him ever, was watching Peppa Pig
- 8:13Speaker 6: with with Frankie, who was three at the time, and
- 8:16Speaker 6: he was like, yeah, you gotta get over here, you
- 8:18Speaker 6: gotta come watch this. It was like the most I
- 8:22Speaker 6: was doubled over. I'm sending you, guys the link, and
- 8:25Speaker 6: you're not going to believe the humor in this.
- 8:27Speaker 4: It's sorry, we already know the humor.
- 8:29Speaker 5: And Pepper Pig, oh my god, the one about where
- 8:32Speaker 5: she can't whistle. She's like whistling like this and hangs
- 8:35Speaker 5: it right up on Susie sheep.
- 8:36Speaker 1: I mean, it's cold, it's amazing.
- 8:39Speaker 5: I'm sending it. Okay, So Trader Joe's, Yes, Trader Joe's.
- 8:44Speaker 6: They do not have a Trader Joe's here, and people,
- 8:47Speaker 6: all of my friends drive over the border to go
- 8:48Speaker 6: get Trader Joe's and back. But they also there's a
- 8:51Speaker 6: company that was like some article about what.
- 8:54Speaker 1: I was telling everyone while you while you were While
- 8:56Speaker 1: you were doing this, there was a there was a
- 8:57Speaker 1: store that was like, fuck it, We're just gonna make
- 8:59Speaker 1: our own store. They went across the border blunt ship
- 9:02Speaker 1: and just sold the ship at their store.
- 9:03Speaker 5: Right, what was it called Trader had I can't remember
- 9:07Speaker 5: very long time.
- 9:08Speaker 1: Ago, Trader Jane or something totally.
- 9:10Speaker 5: Yeah, I know it's a it's a whole Uh, it's
- 9:12Speaker 5: a whole thing. Tiny.
- 9:13Speaker 1: How long and how long do you How long will
- 9:16Speaker 1: it take would it take you wherever you are to
- 9:17Speaker 1: get in the United States across the border?
- 9:20Speaker 5: Oh it's not long, like two hours.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Oh okay, so you're not that far.
- 9:25Speaker 5: Yeah. Yeah, we missed you.
- 9:30Speaker 1: We were taught. We've been talking about how we never
- 9:32Speaker 1: see you and we miss your face.
- 9:36Speaker 5: I miss you guys too.
- 9:36Speaker 2: We got together on zoom. No, look at this, the
- 9:39Speaker 2: band's back together on Zoom.
- 9:41Speaker 5: The band is back together.
- 9:42Speaker 6: We can't do our handshake virtually Donald and make zact jealous.
- 9:46Speaker 5: He doesn't like our handshake.
- 9:47Speaker 1: I think I think he had it just jealous. I
- 9:49Speaker 1: never you whenever people do those like epically long handshakes.
- 9:53Speaker 1: I I frowned, but only because I I've never been
- 9:56Speaker 1: involved with one. And I couldn't possibly remember it, so
- 9:58Speaker 1: maybe I'm just jealous.
- 10:00Speaker 2: I have a very long one with Sarah Chuck, and
- 10:01Speaker 2: I have a very long one with Breck and Meyer.
- 10:04Speaker 2: Those are the only two handshakes that I have in
- 10:06Speaker 2: my life where I'm like Jesus is a long ass handshake.
- 10:09Speaker 1: Could you and Sarah get right back into it without
- 10:11Speaker 1: fault right now?
- 10:12Speaker 7: You think, oh fuck, you get a girl.
- 10:18Speaker 5: Running man, you get it.
- 10:22Speaker 1: We were talking to the last episode about your epic.
- 10:25Speaker 1: We were talking about your epic I told you so
- 10:30Speaker 1: dance and how long it was.
- 10:32Speaker 5: Oh my god, that's so funny.
- 10:34Speaker 6: People send me that different moments in my life over
- 10:38Speaker 6: social media.
- 10:39Speaker 5: That was one of those fun times on scrubs, Like
- 10:41Speaker 5: what a unique job. When did you get to do this?
- 10:42Speaker 6: Where Bill was just like the line in the scripts
- 10:45Speaker 6: that I told you so, and he said instead of
- 10:46Speaker 6: saying that, just make up like a song and a dance,
- 10:50Speaker 6: And I told you so song and dance. And it's
- 10:52Speaker 6: such a you know, it's not frequently you have to
- 10:55Speaker 6: do that on his job, so it's fun.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Well, do you remember getting down into the splits?
- 11:00Speaker 6: Yeah, it's hard to get out of them. I remember
- 11:02Speaker 6: getting down into it and being like and I'm stunne.
- 11:07Speaker 1: I was going to say, there's some video I think
- 11:09Speaker 1: on one of the gag reels where people can watch
- 11:11Speaker 1: on YouTube if if you're interested, where Saray just kept
- 11:14Speaker 1: going and going and going with her I told you
- 11:16Speaker 1: so dance and they only could put a short piece
- 11:19Speaker 1: of it in the show, but it like it went
- 11:21Speaker 1: on for like a full minute.
- 11:22Speaker 6: I think, oh, yeah, they didn't cut, so I just
- 11:25Speaker 6: kept going and then brought in some French and German
- 11:30Speaker 6: like I told you so in German, which is yeah,
- 11:32Speaker 6: they kept kazakt because obviously after being tortured going to
- 11:35Speaker 6: German school twice a week from my entire upbringing, anytime
- 11:39Speaker 6: I can, you know, feel that it's actually it's only
- 11:43Speaker 6: been useful in scrubs.
- 11:44Speaker 5: That's the only time I've ever used my German.
- 11:46Speaker 4: Really. Yeah, we go to international upfronts and stuff like that.
- 11:49Speaker 4: It was always yeah.
- 11:50Speaker 1: When you do press, you must be very popular with
- 11:53Speaker 1: the French and German press, I would think, because Saray
- 11:56Speaker 1: is fully tri lingual.
- 11:58Speaker 5: Not anymore I was as a French.
- 12:00Speaker 6: I still I can speak, but after my grandmother died,
- 12:03Speaker 6: we don't really speak German anymore. So I've lost so
- 12:06Speaker 6: much of it, but I uh, but French I still
- 12:10Speaker 6: have because that was you know, all day, every day
- 12:12Speaker 6: school was in French, like math, science, pe everything.
- 12:15Speaker 1: I'm so jealous of people I speak multiple languages.
- 12:18Speaker 4: I wish I could speak multiple languages. Man.
- 12:21Speaker 2: Like I tried to get the Rosetta Stone and I
- 12:25Speaker 2: failed at it, you know what I mean?
- 12:26Speaker 4: But I failed at it.
- 12:28Speaker 1: No, you didn't fail out, you just didn't commit Donald.
- 12:30Speaker 2: That's that that that you know what, that's a better
- 12:33Speaker 2: way to look at it. That's a that's a that's
- 12:35Speaker 2: a better way to look at it.
- 12:36Speaker 1: But you know, I probably could have been great at
- 12:38Speaker 1: basketball if I dedicated a lot of time to it.
- 12:41Speaker 1: I mean, I'm not saying I would have been, like
- 12:43Speaker 1: had natural super skills, but I always think of it
- 12:45Speaker 1: like like, you know, it's what you dedicate time and
- 12:49Speaker 1: focus and energy to.
- 12:50Speaker 4: You know what.
- 12:51Speaker 2: You're absolutely right, because I know a lot of people
- 12:53Speaker 2: who didn't play sports growing up and put a lot
- 12:56Speaker 2: of energy into sports when they got older, meaning like
- 13:01Speaker 2: tennis or golf or something like that, and now they
- 13:04Speaker 2: are very good at those sports.
- 13:07Speaker 1: Right. I just I just want to clarify for yourself,
- 13:10Speaker 1: for your own psyche that you could probably be You
- 13:12Speaker 1: could easily become bilingual if you cared enough to if
- 13:16Speaker 1: you dedicated the hours you dedicate to animation to learning
- 13:19Speaker 1: the language.
- 13:20Speaker 4: I probably, I probably would be fluent.
- 13:22Speaker 1: What language would you choose? What language?
- 13:24Speaker 4: I could choose a language, Hm, that's interesting.
- 13:27Speaker 1: I would choose Spanish because here we are living in
- 13:31Speaker 1: California and it feels like makes the most sense to
- 13:36Speaker 1: be able to speak with so many Spanish speakers that
- 13:38Speaker 1: are here.
- 13:38Speaker 2: Ah.
- 13:39Speaker 4: Yeah, Spanish is a good one. Uh wow. Also probably
- 13:44Speaker 4: a good one. Now, French is a good one.
- 13:48Speaker 2: But if I could choose, I would want to choose
- 13:50Speaker 2: something that's like out of the ordinary.
- 13:52Speaker 4: Hebrew, I would I would love to learn. That would
- 13:57Speaker 4: be great.
- 13:58Speaker 1: Actually, oh my god, you speaking Hebrew in Israel would
- 14:00Speaker 1: be one of the one of the most amazing things.
- 14:02Speaker 1: Can you just do it, please, We'll do it together.
- 14:05Speaker 1: We'll do it together.
- 14:07Speaker 4: That would be great.
- 14:09Speaker 2: Well, so, Sarah, we were talking about sports stuff like.
- 14:13Speaker 4: That, learns and stuff. I know you wanted to say something.
- 14:15Speaker 5: Go ahead, Oh no, I just want to say two things.
- 14:19Speaker 6: One that yes, Donald pick a language and absolutely master
- 14:22Speaker 6: it in.
- 14:23Speaker 5: Terms of languages.
- 14:23Speaker 6: I kind of cheated because I was a kid, and
- 14:25Speaker 6: I feel as a kid, it's like it just insert.
- 14:27Speaker 6: It's like a gift into your brain. It's so easy,
- 14:29Speaker 6: and it's an adulthood so much harder. But sports, I'm
- 14:33Speaker 6: I'm living proof that what Zach just said is not
- 14:35Speaker 6: true about you could play basketball and become really good.
- 14:39Speaker 6: I devoted so much time in my youth to basketball.
- 14:43Speaker 6: It's all I wanted, and I wanted it's so bad.
- 14:45Speaker 6: And I tried out for the basketball team in grade five,
- 14:47Speaker 6: grade six, grade seven, I was at our neighbor's hoop
- 14:50Speaker 6: in the pouring rain in Canada, practicing every day. And
- 14:54Speaker 6: then tryouts for grade seven basketball came and I was like,
- 14:56Speaker 6: this is my year. The basketball came from across the court,
- 14:59Speaker 6: hit me wear in the face and started a series
- 15:02Speaker 6: of like crazy nosebleeds that lasted for months until I
- 15:04Speaker 6: got my nose cutterize. But anyways, I kept trying out
- 15:07Speaker 6: for the team, and I kept practicing, and I'd take
- 15:09Speaker 6: like camps and I would I would try so hard.
- 15:12Speaker 6: And finally, in grade ten, and I was still the
- 15:15Speaker 6: shortest kid in the class, I grew and I was
- 15:16Speaker 6: like really like eighteen or something.
- 15:19Speaker 5: So I finally made the team.
- 15:23Speaker 6: And Blake, who you both met, who's my brother in law,
- 15:25Speaker 6: was two years older and was my coach and makes
- 15:28Speaker 6: fun of me till this day. And I made the team,
- 15:30Speaker 6: but I spent the whole time on the bench. But
- 15:32Speaker 6: I was like, I didn't care because I had a
- 15:34Speaker 6: jersey and I was on the team and I was
- 15:36Speaker 6: getting on the bus with all of my buddies to
- 15:38Speaker 6: go to the game, and that's all I wanted. And
- 15:40Speaker 6: we had a really good team. And they would put
- 15:42Speaker 6: me on a center forward as like a joke when
- 15:43Speaker 6: we were beating the other team like seventy to four,
- 15:46Speaker 6: and I'd be like jumping, try like and I was
- 15:50Speaker 6: all effort, no skill, so trying so hard.
- 15:53Speaker 4: And just yeah, well, you know what, you made the team.
- 15:58Speaker 2: So all of that practice off and you got to
- 16:02Speaker 2: run up and down a couple of for a couple
- 16:04Speaker 2: of minutes during every game that year.
- 16:06Speaker 1: I'm sure I don't think a lot of people say,
- 16:09Speaker 1: and I'm including myself in this, like oh I suck
- 16:11Speaker 1: at that, Oh I suck at that. Oh I can't cook,
- 16:13Speaker 1: Oh I can't drive a motorcycle. Oh I can't play basketball,
- 16:16Speaker 1: and it's like, no, well, maybe you're not amazing at it,
- 16:19Speaker 1: but you never dedicated any fucking time to trying.
- 16:22Speaker 4: Right, Well, there is that, there is there is that.
- 16:26Speaker 4: There is that.
- 16:27Speaker 2: Like I say all the time, I can't write, and
- 16:30Speaker 2: I'm gonna be honest with you, I can imagine so much,
- 16:34Speaker 2: and I can and I can and I can come
- 16:36Speaker 2: up with so many stories.
- 16:38Speaker 4: You know what. I've never done.
- 16:39Speaker 2: No, you know what, I've never practiced trying to write
- 16:42Speaker 2: it into trying to write it down. I've always worked well,
- 16:47Speaker 2: I've got this idea and somebody's like, oh, you should
- 16:49Speaker 2: write it down, and I'm like, oh, no, I'm not
- 16:51Speaker 2: a writer. How would I ever know if I don't
- 16:54Speaker 2: sit down and I put the pin to pad.
- 16:57Speaker 1: Of course, just to just imagine something you love, like
- 16:59Speaker 1: in your case would be animation or basketball or golf.
- 17:02Speaker 1: Imagine all those hours you had been in a writing class, right,
- 17:06Speaker 1: you know it would probably be a fucking amazing writer,
- 17:09Speaker 1: right right, or or or or practicing not just sitting
- 17:12Speaker 1: in a class.
- 17:13Speaker 2: Well, it's like you said, I would learn how to write.
- 17:16Speaker 2: That doesn't necessarily mean I'd be a great writer. I
- 17:19Speaker 2: might not be great at it. But I would be
- 17:21Speaker 2: able to understand structure, and I would understand you know
- 17:25Speaker 2: how to tell us.
- 17:27Speaker 1: You would still get way better. You would get way
- 17:29Speaker 1: better even if no matter where you're starting it, will
- 17:31Speaker 1: you become the greatest writers of all time? No, but
- 17:33Speaker 1: if you but you'd be, you'd I guarantee you, with practice,
- 17:36Speaker 1: you'd be. You'd be pretty darn good.
- 17:39Speaker 6: I feel like, you know, you get you get put
- 17:41Speaker 6: in a box as a kid of the things you
- 17:43Speaker 6: can and can't do so early.
- 17:45Speaker 5: And you know, for me, that was singing.
- 17:47Speaker 6: I was in grade five and missus McKinnon was like,
- 17:49Speaker 6: chalk girls, just mouth the words for this performance to
- 17:52Speaker 6: my sister and I when we were singing Christmas carols
- 17:55Speaker 6: in a mall for like some school, not a fancy choir,
- 17:57Speaker 6: like a school choir. And I feel like it was
- 17:59Speaker 6: like that moment where I love nothing more.
- 18:02Speaker 5: Than musical theater and was doing musical theater.
- 18:05Speaker 6: After school, and it just completely shut me down and
- 18:09Speaker 6: put me in this box of like, oh that's something
- 18:11Speaker 6: that I can't do, so I stopped working at it
- 18:13Speaker 6: and learning and trying.
- 18:15Speaker 4: And who knows where you would have gotten if you
- 18:17Speaker 4: would have kept going.
- 18:18Speaker 6: Yeah, you could have been adele Epinine in Lamis on
- 18:22Speaker 6: the Broadway.
- 18:23Speaker 4: Well you think it's you think?
- 18:24Speaker 2: I remember a kid I went to school with could
- 18:26Speaker 2: not really sing that well.
- 18:28Speaker 4: He could barely hold the tune, you know what I mean.
- 18:31Speaker 2: Uh, but he could play the piano really really well
- 18:34Speaker 2: right when he graduated. He's gone on now to write songs.
- 18:40Speaker 2: He performs all the time. He's an amazing artist, you
- 18:45Speaker 2: know what I mean. But I remember when he couldn't sing,
- 18:48Speaker 2: and he could sing his ass off now, you know
- 18:50Speaker 2: what I mean.
- 18:51Speaker 5: So cool.
- 18:51Speaker 2: My little brother Olami day when he was in a
- 18:54Speaker 2: band called Imagine. When he auditioned for the band Imagine,
- 18:57Speaker 2: he he sang show tunes because that's all he knew.
- 19:01Speaker 2: I think his audition was something like, you know the
- 19:03Speaker 2: song of Peter I Won't Grow Up. I think that
- 19:11Speaker 2: was his audition for the band, and they were like, well,
- 19:14Speaker 2: the kid can the kid can hold a tune, Let's
- 19:16Speaker 2: see if we can work with him.
- 19:17Speaker 4: Now.
- 19:17Speaker 2: My little brother, he has music that he works on
- 19:20Speaker 2: all the time and he tries to get it out
- 19:22Speaker 2: and he's you know, he's doing his thing as a musician,
- 19:25Speaker 2: and he's a very good singer and he sings, if
- 19:27Speaker 2: you ask me, he sings better than a lot of
- 19:29Speaker 2: these motherfuckers out right now.
- 19:30Speaker 1: But that's just how do how do we hear his music?
- 19:34Speaker 2: Plus, yeah, we'll shout him out at jol LAMI day.
- 19:38Speaker 2: Why oh H O L A M I d E.
- 19:44Speaker 2: I think that's it, you know, to be honest with you,
- 19:47Speaker 2: I wasn't expecting to shout him out like that, but
- 19:49Speaker 2: I think that's his handle on Instagram.
- 19:51Speaker 1: Okay, uh. And if it's novel, fix it, we'll fix it.
- 19:54Speaker 1: If it's not.
- 19:55Speaker 2: Anyway, he worked really hard to get where he was,
- 19:59Speaker 2: so I understand, I understand the premise. That doesn't necessarily
- 20:02Speaker 2: mean you're gonna be the greatest.
- 20:05Speaker 1: I'm just saying. I'm just saying. An epiphany I had
- 20:08Speaker 1: in my own life, you know, in my in my twenties,
- 20:11Speaker 1: was you know, stop saying you suck at X, Y
- 20:14Speaker 1: and Z. And you know it's not that you don't,
- 20:16Speaker 1: but it's because you haven't dedicated any interest. And it
- 20:18Speaker 1: comes to any time and it becomes it comes with interest.
- 20:21Speaker 1: So the things that we're all interested in in our
- 20:23Speaker 1: own lives, our own hobbies and things outside of being
- 20:26Speaker 1: an actor will dedicate countless hours to for me, and
- 20:30Speaker 1: one of my hobbies is photography. I will be online
- 20:33Speaker 1: looking at cameras and playing with new cameras, you know,
- 20:36Speaker 1: for endless hours. Now I could be dedicating that time
- 20:39Speaker 1: to something else and get quite good at that thing.
- 20:42Speaker 1: So it's just foolish to say, like, oh, I suck
- 20:45Speaker 1: at that. You might, but it's not because you you
- 20:47Speaker 1: it's in your bones. It's because you didn't dedicate any
- 20:50Speaker 1: commitment to time. That's all.
- 20:51Speaker 4: I'm right.
- 20:52Speaker 2: I agree with that one hundred And that also goes
- 20:55Speaker 2: for learning lines also, yes, sure, just putting it out.
- 20:59Speaker 1: Yeah. Donald always used to say, and always does, say,
- 21:01Speaker 1: oh I can't learn lines. That's bullshit. You were fucking
- 21:03Speaker 1: high watching basketball.
- 21:05Speaker 4: That was That was honest. That's the honest to goodness truth.
- 21:08Speaker 2: And when I stopped doing all of that, I found
- 21:11Speaker 2: that learning lines was.
- 21:12Speaker 4: Actually very easy to do. When you just look.
- 21:16Speaker 2: If you can't learn it in two hours, there's something wrong,
- 21:19Speaker 2: you know what I mean? You should really think about
- 21:22Speaker 2: finding other exercises to do when it comes to line learning.
- 21:25Speaker 1: That is, it's just a matter of practice. For me.
- 21:28Speaker 1: By the way, we should just Sarah before we get
- 21:31Speaker 1: in the episode how is your quarantine going? You're up
- 21:34Speaker 1: in Canada still, I assume.
- 21:36Speaker 6: Yeah, yeah, I'm up in Canada. And it's you know,
- 21:40Speaker 6: it's like a never ending roller coaster. We're doing pretty good.
- 21:45Speaker 6: We've had like a little bit you know, cod people
- 21:47Speaker 6: get sick and then obviously that's not a fun time
- 21:49Speaker 6: because every you know, anytime you get any sybtom right now,
- 21:52Speaker 6: it's terrifying and uh, and just trying to find ways
- 22:00Speaker 6: to keep the kids positive and occupied. And I feel
- 22:04Speaker 6: like it's, you know, it's a constant game, uh with
- 22:09Speaker 6: your own brain to just you know, keep focused on
- 22:13Speaker 6: positive stuff.
- 22:14Speaker 2: And are they opening schools back up in Canada yet?
- 22:19Speaker 5: They are?
- 22:19Speaker 6: They sent out a survey to say, you know, would
- 22:22Speaker 6: you send your kids back? And I answered back, I
- 22:25Speaker 6: would not, could not in a boat. I would not,
- 22:27Speaker 6: could not with a goat. Right.
- 22:29Speaker 4: It's kind of hard to do that right now. That's
- 22:30Speaker 4: the one thing that's you.
- 22:31Speaker 2: Know, that's the that's the one thing that I I
- 22:37Speaker 2: don't know that I could do that. You know I could,
- 22:38Speaker 2: I can't. I know, I don't. I shouldn't say I
- 22:41Speaker 2: don't know. I know that I wouldn't. I'm not ready
- 22:44Speaker 2: for that yet.
- 22:45Speaker 1: But they're not doing that this school year, right The talk,
- 22:48Speaker 1: if anything, would be the fall August.
- 22:52Speaker 4: Some schools are already back.
- 22:55Speaker 6: Yeah, school, my kids schools are back, and you know,
- 23:00Speaker 6: I feel like it's you know, part of which is
- 23:03Speaker 6: the message they were putting out there was there's absolutely
- 23:07Speaker 6: a need for some kids to go back to school,
- 23:09Speaker 6: So please if you can keep your kids home, to
- 23:12Speaker 6: make more space for the kids who have to go back,
- 23:14Speaker 6: so that there can be social distancing as opposed to like,
- 23:18Speaker 6: do you want to send your kids back?
- 23:19Speaker 5: It should be I think a little more focused.
- 23:22Speaker 6: On the goal of keeping the numbers small still for
- 23:26Speaker 6: the people that have to go back because they need
- 23:29Speaker 6: to go back, or because their parents are working on
- 23:31Speaker 6: the front line or whatever.
- 23:31Speaker 1: It is, Right, Sarah, forgive me for not knowing this,
- 23:35Speaker 1: but has Canada been hit I mean I know it
- 23:37Speaker 1: per capita obviously, but has it been hit as hard
- 23:40Speaker 1: as the United States has been hit with it? I
- 23:42Speaker 1: don't think so.
- 23:43Speaker 6: Right, No, the numbers on the West coast are a
- 23:47Speaker 6: lot better than the numbers on the East Coast right now,
- 23:50Speaker 6: and I think that, you know, part of that is
- 23:55Speaker 6: the west coast of Canada. Their spring break was a
- 23:57Speaker 6: little bit sooner it hit. Their first to the West
- 24:00Speaker 6: coast had a bit more benefit of time in terms
- 24:02Speaker 6: of locking down a bit earlier in terms of when
- 24:06Speaker 6: the virus arrived.
- 24:06Speaker 5: And and I think it's.
- 24:08Speaker 6: It's obviously less densely populated, and so I think part
- 24:12Speaker 6: of it is just luck. Part of it's so social distancing.
- 24:16Speaker 6: But the numbers have been have been lower.
- 24:18Speaker 1: And the borders aren't open yet. Right like you you, well,
- 24:21Speaker 1: you might be able to because you have dual citizenship,
- 24:23Speaker 1: Right you can, but if you don't have dual citizenship,
- 24:25Speaker 1: you can't get into the United States.
- 24:26Speaker 4: Right.
- 24:27Speaker 6: Nope, they're still closed. I don't know what their plans
- 24:29Speaker 6: are for that.
- 24:32Speaker 2: I miss you guys too, and you guys have been
- 24:35Speaker 2: keeping me entertained and.
- 24:36Speaker 1: Happy are you because we had to prove around. I
- 24:39Speaker 1: don't know if you heard the episode with Randall, but
- 24:40Speaker 1: he tried to act like he was listening and then
- 24:42Speaker 1: he said three two one and he got out in.
- 24:46Speaker 6: No, I've been listening. I haven't heard all of them.
- 24:48Speaker 6: I've heard a bunch of them, and it's making me
- 24:50Speaker 6: so happy. And I can't believe how much you guys remember,
- 24:53Speaker 6: and it's so fun to just, especially in a time
- 24:56Speaker 6: like this, like go back into that, go back.
- 24:58Speaker 5: Into that headspace. And we had I just we had
- 25:01Speaker 5: so much fun. We had so many fucking laughs, and
- 25:03Speaker 5: I yeah, all of it. Like Donald singing Sanford and Son.
- 25:08Speaker 2: The other day, you know what it is, Well, you
- 25:13Speaker 2: know what it is. I was hanging out with Paul
- 25:15Speaker 2: Rudd and Alicia Silverstone and Breck and Meyer doing a
- 25:17Speaker 2: Clueless reunion like a year and a half ago or
- 25:19Speaker 2: something like that, right, And Paul said something that was
- 25:23Speaker 2: very very interesting. He was like, we have history together,
- 25:29Speaker 2: you know what I mean. So because we have history together,
- 25:32Speaker 2: it's so easy to fall back into where we were
- 25:38Speaker 2: when we were working on Scrubs, right, he was, he
- 25:42Speaker 2: was saying, we're clueless. He was like, we had such
- 25:44Speaker 2: a great time and it was such a big opportunity
- 25:48Speaker 2: for all of us, and it turned into something so
- 25:50Speaker 2: big that when we see each other, you can't help
- 25:53Speaker 2: but reminisce and feel all of those great feelings that
- 25:56Speaker 2: you had when shit jumped off, right.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Yeah. I think also, you know, when we did this show,
- 26:02Speaker 1: we didn't have all these years of knowing just how
- 26:06Speaker 1: special it really was. I mean, we've all done plenty
- 26:09Speaker 1: of jobs since and continue to work and will till
- 26:12Speaker 1: till our dying day. But I think when I watched
- 26:15Speaker 1: these episodes back and I talk to you guys, and
- 26:19Speaker 1: it's great seeing everyone. Now we're doing the show. We
- 26:21Speaker 1: see you say, we saw Johnny C. We see people
- 26:23Speaker 1: that we don't see all the time. It's it's even
- 26:25Speaker 1: bringing back more nostalgia for me because I'm going, Wow,
- 26:28Speaker 1: what a what a unique time this was to not
- 26:30Speaker 1: only do something for so long, but to create this
- 26:33Speaker 1: wonderful bond with these with these people. And it's you know,
- 26:37Speaker 1: a lot of jobs as an actor that you do.
- 26:40Speaker 1: They're fun and everyone's cool and it works or it doesn't,
- 26:43Speaker 1: but it isn't such a special thing where where you
- 26:45Speaker 1: have these lifelong bonds with people.
- 26:47Speaker 5: It's so true, is it was?
- 26:48Speaker 6: It was it was our twenties, right like it was
- 26:50Speaker 6: our twenties. It was such a formative time I think
- 26:52Speaker 6: too in our lives. And then for it to be
- 26:56Speaker 6: on such a special show. And yeah, like you guys
- 26:58Speaker 6: were saying, like no real being adults, like how fucking
- 27:02Speaker 6: rare that is? And to have you know, I mean,
- 27:04Speaker 6: we would we would spend It was like you guys
- 27:07Speaker 6: were talking about with Randall, It's like we would spend
- 27:09Speaker 6: sixteen twenty hours shooting. We would go overtime that people
- 27:12Speaker 6: don't never do anymore, and then we would go with
- 27:14Speaker 6: the whole crew to the Money Tree, you know, on
- 27:17Speaker 6: a Friday night. We would have wine and cheese Fridays.
- 27:20Speaker 6: I mean we've literally just spent like over one hundred
- 27:24Speaker 6: hours together and then, you know, and then are still
- 27:27Speaker 6: hanging out or would hang out on the weekends, and
- 27:29Speaker 6: I think.
- 27:30Speaker 1: I mean really all eat lunch together. I mean, I
- 27:31Speaker 1: don't know if you guys now nowadays on sets, people
- 27:34Speaker 1: are like, all right, later, it's like lunch trailer.
- 27:37Speaker 4: I go right to my trailer.
- 27:38Speaker 1: But we used to every single day for nine for
- 27:41Speaker 1: eight years, have lunch together.
- 27:44Speaker 4: Yeah. Yeah, it's so.
- 27:46Speaker 5: It's so, it's so rare. I was working on a
- 27:49Speaker 5: job like a year ago, and I just I.
- 27:51Speaker 6: Was new there, and I just grabbed my train and
- 27:53Speaker 6: went down and sat with the crew and a couple
- 27:55Speaker 6: of guys that I'd worked with years and years ago.
- 27:57Speaker 5: And somebody said like, oh, actually, just go to the trailer.
- 28:00Speaker 6: And I was like, Oh, that's not how that's not
- 28:02Speaker 6: how I grew up. That's not what I enjoy and.
- 28:06Speaker 5: It was Yeah, I don't know if you guys remember,
- 28:09Speaker 5: but Carrie Bennett.
- 28:10Speaker 6: Our amazing costume designer who had her own life fabulous scrubs.
- 28:15Speaker 4: I definitely remember Carrie Bennett.
- 28:17Speaker 5: I think, oh god, she is so great. So she
- 28:19Speaker 5: she she'd.
- 28:20Speaker 6: Say to me, you know, after lunch, she was like, Sarah,
- 28:24Speaker 6: I don't want to say this, but we're running out
- 28:25Speaker 6: of scrubs, of your scrubs, and we we we just
- 28:29Speaker 6: need to. We're going to give you this art smock
- 28:32Speaker 6: as a as a giant bib, and you've got.
- 28:34Speaker 5: To wear it to the lunch tent. And I was like,
- 28:36Speaker 5: you're kidding me, right, Carrie.
- 28:38Speaker 6: She's like, no, no, just like wear it and then
- 28:40Speaker 6: it will protect the scrubs, these beautiful baby blue scrubs
- 28:43Speaker 6: from the chili stain. And so I did, and it
- 28:46Speaker 6: was kind of humiliating, and I was super proud.
- 28:49Speaker 5: I came back from lunch and I'm like.
- 28:51Speaker 6: Carrie, And then I had taken a quick disco nap
- 28:54Speaker 6: in my dressing room and I fell asleep on a
- 28:57Speaker 6: sharpie and so these baby blue scrubs that were like
- 29:01Speaker 6: pristine on the front, had like a sharply stain in
- 29:04Speaker 6: the size of a grapefruit on.
- 29:05Speaker 1: The Buttah, is it okay to tell everyone that you're
- 29:10Speaker 1: not necessarily the tidiest person?
- 29:15Speaker 2: Oh my god, I forgot about that. Your dressing room,
- 29:18Speaker 2: Oh my, how did you find anything?
- 29:22Speaker 1: And never you've never seen anything like it? People?
- 29:25Speaker 4: Oh my god, that's right. Come along.
- 29:30Speaker 5: Well, I don't know, do you guys?
- 29:31Speaker 6: Remember I moved dressing rooms because I was between your
- 29:33Speaker 6: two dressing rooms at the right end of the hallway.
- 29:36Speaker 6: And then in whatever season that Heather Graham came on,
- 29:39Speaker 6: she was coming for eight episodes, and they made her
- 29:43Speaker 6: a really nice dressing and they brought in like new
- 29:44Speaker 6: carpeting and they painted.
- 29:46Speaker 5: They brought in this cute little couch and it was.
- 29:48Speaker 6: Smaller than a dress, but it was so pretty, and
- 29:50Speaker 6: so when she left they let me have it. So
- 29:52Speaker 6: I ended up switching over the Heather's dressing.
- 29:54Speaker 1: That's so funny. They fixed up a dressing room because
- 29:57Speaker 1: how their graam was coming. And then when she left,
- 29:59Speaker 1: you were like, can I have it? And they were
- 30:00Speaker 1: like sure, Like, don't funk up that. After all this time,
- 30:03Speaker 1: you didn't get that dressing room.
- 30:04Speaker 4: Well, that's you moved across the hall. That's right, you
- 30:07Speaker 4: moved to the other side.
- 30:08Speaker 5: Oh but okay, yes I did.
- 30:10Speaker 6: And And as more proof that I've been listening to
- 30:13Speaker 6: your podcast, Johnny C.
- 30:14Speaker 5: I was laughing so hard.
- 30:15Speaker 6: He was like, he was like, remember we had we
- 30:19Speaker 6: each got fifteen hundred dollars from Disney every year to
- 30:22Speaker 6: improve our dressing rooms.
- 30:23Speaker 1: I was like, hell no, I remember just going I
- 30:28Speaker 1: remember I remember going into South. Donald didn't have much
- 30:30Speaker 1: to core and he would just like like whatever whatever
- 30:34Speaker 1: the latest video game system and the controllers everywhere, and
- 30:37Speaker 1: then and then Sarah looked like an exploded. There was
- 30:44Speaker 1: just like shit everywhere.
- 30:46Speaker 6: Yeah, it kind of was a teenager. I mean, when
- 30:48Speaker 6: I look back at those episodes, we were.
- 30:50Speaker 1: Babies, like, but you were in your twenties.
- 30:52Speaker 4: You weren't a teenager kidding, I know, I know.
- 30:56Speaker 2: And then Zach your your dressing room looked like fucking
- 30:58Speaker 2: you would walk in and it would smell good. You
- 31:01Speaker 2: had freaking art on the wall and ship like that
- 31:03Speaker 2: fixed it up.
- 31:04Speaker 1: I was there, not I was there my whole life.
- 31:05Speaker 1: I thought it had to be a little bit nice.
- 31:07Speaker 1: But I want everyone to realize these are still hospital rooms. Okay,
- 31:11Speaker 1: these are small hospital rooms that basically just had some
- 31:14Speaker 1: Ikea furniture and a fresh code of paint. But you
- 31:17Speaker 1: still have you.
- 31:18Speaker 4: Changed your shit up a little bit more than just
- 31:20Speaker 4: Ikea furniture.
- 31:22Speaker 2: Like they were like, Zach, here's your room, and you
- 31:25Speaker 2: were like, no, we got to fix it.
- 31:26Speaker 4: Hold on now, hold hold on?
- 31:28Speaker 1: Where did you get this?
- 31:28Speaker 4: Where did you get this furniture from?
- 31:30Speaker 2: I kia, no, no, no, no, We're gonna have to
- 31:31Speaker 2: get pottery barn like you.
- 31:35Speaker 1: It was not as nice as pottery varn it. I
- 31:39Speaker 1: think it was all rental ship. So every year they
- 31:41Speaker 1: bring you in like how about this couch, and you'd
- 31:43Speaker 1: be like no, and then you just go to the
- 31:46Speaker 1: rental house and be like how about this one. It
- 31:48Speaker 1: was just like some bullshit.
- 31:50Speaker 6: I'm learning so much. I a never got the fifteen
- 31:52Speaker 6: hundred Johnny, so.
- 31:53Speaker 4: I never had someone.
- 31:54Speaker 5: I never had someone say how about this couch. I
- 31:56Speaker 5: was just whatever coach was in there till I took
- 31:58Speaker 5: Heather Grahms.
- 31:59Speaker 1: I mean, in mind, if I was there the most
- 32:01Speaker 1: hours of the day, so I did. I did occasionally
- 32:04Speaker 1: like I'm gonna need to nap so I'm gonna I.
- 32:07Speaker 2: Do remember saying I do remember going up to somebody
- 32:10Speaker 2: and being like, listen, I don't want to be a
- 32:12Speaker 2: pain in the ass or anything like that, but my
- 32:15Speaker 2: couch is made out of like, uh, it's like Dan
- 32:18Speaker 2: Derry or whatever this shit is, and it's really hard
- 32:21Speaker 2: on my face and it's really hot. Is there a
- 32:24Speaker 2: way we could find something that's a little.
- 32:26Speaker 4: Bit more cooler?
- 32:27Speaker 2: Uh? And not cooler like uh, like aesthetically cooler, but cooler,
- 32:33Speaker 2: like keeps your body cool cooler.
- 32:37Speaker 4: I don't want to be a pain in the ass,
- 32:38Speaker 4: but is there any way this could happen?
- 32:40Speaker 2: And I remember them being like, hmm, let me talk
- 32:43Speaker 2: to somebody about this.
- 32:44Speaker 5: We'll see you're talking about you can have her couch.
- 32:48Speaker 4: But maybe Zex's Like they would be like, here's a couch.
- 32:51Speaker 4: What do you think of this couch?
- 32:52Speaker 3: No?
- 32:52Speaker 4: Okay, care about this?
- 32:54Speaker 1: Like you should have been like you should have been
- 32:56Speaker 1: like Heather Graham would like me to have a nicer couch.
- 33:02Speaker 1: Should we get into the episode, guys, absolutely, I know
- 33:05Speaker 1: you both have I know you both have children that
- 33:08Speaker 1: need tending.
- 33:08Speaker 2: To, so should before we get to eat?
- 33:15Speaker 1: Yes, we are going to break Sarah, would you like
- 33:17Speaker 1: to throw to break?
- 33:20Speaker 4: No, break.
- 33:24Speaker 1: To break God Sarah to the episode break No Sorry,
- 33:28Speaker 1: do it again?
- 33:29Speaker 5: Go ahead, We're going to break.
- 33:36Speaker 1: Welcome back. We're here with Sarah Schalk, the legendary Canadian.
- 33:44Speaker 1: I would say America's favorite Canadian. I used to call
- 33:47Speaker 1: her Canada's Britney Spears. Maybe Ryan Reynolds might be slightly
- 33:52Speaker 1: more popular than you, but that's it. Other than him,
- 33:54Speaker 1: maybe Michael J. Fox, that's it.
- 33:58Speaker 4: Maybe maybe Brogan Maybe.
- 34:01Speaker 1: Oh he's Canadian Sthrogan.
- 34:02Speaker 4: Ye maybe Ryan? Maybe Ryan got.
- 34:04Speaker 1: Stop bringing bringing Sarah down on the list. In my heart,
- 34:09Speaker 1: In my heart, Sarah, you're number one, number one Canadian.
- 34:13Speaker 5: That means a lot.
- 34:14Speaker 4: All right, let's got how about this. You're one of
- 34:17Speaker 4: my favorite human beings on the planet. How about that's true?
- 34:20Speaker 1: That's true. And so when you when I see your face,
- 34:23Speaker 1: I automatically smile. Put it that way. That's the highest
- 34:26Speaker 1: compliment I can give someone. I see your face and
- 34:29Speaker 1: I smile.
- 34:31Speaker 5: I'll take it.
- 34:32Speaker 1: Donald directed by Adam Bernstein and written by Matt Tarses.
- 34:35Speaker 1: That's a power team right there. Those are two all stars.
- 34:38Speaker 2: That's a good I knew that was there was a
- 34:40Speaker 2: reason why I really liked this episode.
- 34:43Speaker 1: Well, there's a lot of good there's a lot of
- 34:44Speaker 1: good stuff in it. But for those of you, uh
- 34:47Speaker 1: who don't know at home, those we've been talking about them.
- 34:50Speaker 1: But Adam Bernstein directed the pilot Baby Stack and also
- 34:55Speaker 1: the music video for Babies Got Back. If you want
- 34:57Speaker 1: to see some of his finest work, and which involves
- 35:00Speaker 1: a giant ass, I mean the set Adams Adam's choice.
- 35:03Speaker 1: Adam's vision for the Baby's Got Back video was to
- 35:07Speaker 1: just build an enormous ass. If you don't believe me,
- 35:12Speaker 1: look it up on YouTube. These dancers dance around a
- 35:15Speaker 1: huge ass.
- 35:16Speaker 2: Well, you know, I wonder this did Adam Bernstein direct
- 35:20Speaker 2: Sir mix a Lot's follow up to Baby Got Back?
- 35:24Speaker 4: Put it on a glass?
- 35:26Speaker 1: Very good question, Joel, would you mind listening that up? No,
- 35:30Speaker 1: Bill won't know, but Joel can look it up. Joel, Joel,
- 35:33Speaker 1: who is the genius a toeur behind put it on
- 35:37Speaker 1: the glass? Was it indeed Adam Bernstein or not? Now? Donald,
- 35:40Speaker 1: what are they putting on the glass? Their boobs are
- 35:42Speaker 1: their bums, they're boobs. Oh, they're putting their boobs on
- 35:45Speaker 1: the glass.
- 35:45Speaker 4: So he went from Baby got Back to put it
- 35:48Speaker 4: on a glass?
- 35:48Speaker 1: Can you imagine the meeting that he's like, can you
- 35:51Speaker 1: imagine like they're like, sir, mix a loot comes in
- 35:52Speaker 1: and he's like, Hi, I have a song I want
- 35:54Speaker 1: to do about the love for my children. And they're like, ah, no,
- 35:58Speaker 1: we were thinking more along the lines put him on
- 36:00Speaker 1: the glass.
- 36:03Speaker 2: I want to follow up baby, but got back with
- 36:05Speaker 2: a song that's really dear to me.
- 36:07Speaker 1: It's about connection to my spirituality and my love of
- 36:10Speaker 1: my parents.
- 36:11Speaker 2: And and and right, no, mix a lot. We were thinking, sir,
- 36:17Speaker 2: do you think they call them sir? Sir, sir, sir, sir,
- 36:20Speaker 2: mix a lot.
- 36:21Speaker 4: We were.
- 36:21Speaker 1: We were thinking, Babies Back sold so well.
- 36:24Speaker 2: So many records. Yes, and it's only right that we
- 36:28Speaker 2: follow up with put them on the glass.
- 36:30Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, you're you're focusing on the tushes. We mean millions.
- 36:34Speaker 1: What if you did something about putting boobies on windshields?
- 36:39Speaker 1: I don't know that.
- 36:40Speaker 2: I don't know that put him on the glass was
- 36:41Speaker 2: as big as Baby Got Back though.
- 36:43Speaker 1: Now wait, I have a question, Donald, it was put
- 36:45Speaker 1: him on the glass specifically about putting breasts on a windscreen?
- 36:49Speaker 2: Yeah, it was like on a windshield. Yeah, so like
- 36:53Speaker 2: I think, what was.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Sir mix a lot asking of the women in specific?
- 36:56Speaker 2: I don't know, but all I know is the hook
- 36:57Speaker 2: was like put him on the glass.
- 37:02Speaker 4: And I remember being like.
- 37:03Speaker 1: What a different what a different era? A right, Joela's era,
- 37:06Speaker 1: Joelle's fact checking? Who directed that? And if you don't
- 37:09Speaker 1: know what we're talking about, you really need to look
- 37:11Speaker 1: up these music videos. I used to pa on music
- 37:15Speaker 1: videos back in the day, and uh, you know, it
- 37:19Speaker 1: was a different era. I mean people actually watched music
- 37:21Speaker 1: videos back then.
- 37:21Speaker 2: You remember, Yeah, dude, I remember, I remember music video,
- 37:26Speaker 2: I remember MTV. What I really remember is the Box
- 37:29Speaker 2: and that was when you got to call in and
- 37:32Speaker 2: make your video request.
- 37:33Speaker 4: Canada had the Box for a while.
- 37:35Speaker 2: Y'all also had other things that look, here's what was
- 37:38Speaker 2: dope about just shouting out your home.
- 37:42Speaker 1: Country or high.
- 37:45Speaker 2: Well de Grossi Junior high, Degrassi High Yo, MTV raps.
- 37:51Speaker 4: But there was another one. It was like music Box
- 37:53Speaker 4: or some shit like that.
- 37:54Speaker 2: I forget the name of it, but it was like,
- 37:56Speaker 2: all right, So when I was a kid, be Et
- 37:59Speaker 2: had uh Rap City.
- 38:02Speaker 4: Oh was that? Yeah? That was b Et?
- 38:04Speaker 2: I think, yes, right, and so uh, Canada also had
- 38:09Speaker 2: a rap city also, and it would be Canadian artists.
- 38:11Speaker 4: And that's how I learned that.
- 38:12Speaker 2: About learned about CARDINALI Fischal and all of these Toronto
- 38:16Speaker 2: artists and stuff like that. Anyway, if you had cable
- 38:20Speaker 2: when you were a kid, you could get Canadian television,
- 38:22Speaker 2: and on Canadian television they would play.
- 38:23Speaker 4: Da Grassi Junior High, the Grassy High and uh.
- 38:28Speaker 5: Wat, you can't do that on television.
- 38:31Speaker 1: I remember, you can't do that on television.
- 38:34Speaker 5: Yakistan Lockers wasn't that, yes.
- 38:41Speaker 1: And Sarah wasn't that? Wasn't that the show where if
- 38:45Speaker 1: you if you said, I don't know, they dropped green
- 38:47Speaker 1: Ship on you.
- 38:48Speaker 2: Now that's something on Nickel. I thought that was a Nickelodeon. Nickelodeon,
- 38:52Speaker 2: I thought that was a Nickelodeon. My point is, my
- 38:55Speaker 2: point is, you guys had some pretty dope television to
- 38:58Speaker 2: watch its kids.
- 38:59Speaker 4: Man, they did with some serious shit on De Grossi.
- 39:01Speaker 2: Man, it wasn't like the usual, you know, it wasn't
- 39:05Speaker 2: Saved by the Bell where Shorty got hooked on freaking
- 39:08Speaker 2: caffeine pills.
- 39:09Speaker 4: On De Grossi.
- 39:11Speaker 2: That motherfucker got hooked on meth. Like shit, like that,
- 39:15Speaker 2: like on like straight up pills, dude.
- 39:17Speaker 1: Yeah, and it was Drac. Was Drake a leading character
- 39:20Speaker 1: on de Grassi or like.
- 39:21Speaker 2: That was we were older by the time Drake was
- 39:23Speaker 2: on de Grassi, they weren't, you know, some of the
- 39:26Speaker 2: original casts had come back and they were like the
- 39:28Speaker 2: teachers on they were like speeching Belding type shit.
- 39:31Speaker 1: I see.
- 39:31Speaker 2: But when it comes to when it came to like
- 39:34Speaker 2: there was a girl on the show who got pregnant
- 39:36Speaker 2: and junior high school or something like that and goes
- 39:38Speaker 2: into high school. I think her name was Caitlin or
- 39:40Speaker 2: something like that. She goes to high school and she
- 39:43Speaker 2: got a baby and stuff. I don't remember listen, I
- 39:45Speaker 2: don't remember it well, but I just remember it was like,
- 39:47Speaker 2: these are more realistic problems that youth are going through
- 39:51Speaker 2: right now. When I would watch de Grossi and stuff
- 39:53Speaker 2: like that. Watching compared to watching Saved by the Bell
- 39:57Speaker 2: or you know, City High or or you know, Hang Time.
- 40:01Speaker 4: Y'all had the freaking real deal. Holy feel.
- 40:05Speaker 2: Things happened to kids and also interracial relationships, all types
- 40:10Speaker 2: of ship on that ship, you know.
- 40:12Speaker 4: I just remember. I remember, well, well.
- 40:14Speaker 1: Let's drive in Donald at fifty seconds you vacuum Rowdy. Yeah,
- 40:21Speaker 1: that's the best part of the episode.
- 40:24Speaker 5: I have an mark that one.
- 40:26Speaker 1: Well, I think that's the only time. I think we
- 40:28Speaker 1: don't have to ask the scrubswikie guy. I'm pretty sure
- 40:30Speaker 1: it's the only time in nine years Rowdy's ever been vacuumed.
- 40:34Speaker 4: Yeah, well, you know it can get just because it's dead.
- 40:39Speaker 4: I mean, I guess it can't get fleas, can't it.
- 40:41Speaker 1: I don't know if dead animals can get fleas. Joe, Well,
- 40:44Speaker 1: I know you're working on the put them on the glass,
- 40:46Speaker 1: but I'm just kidding.
- 40:51Speaker 4: So let me ask you this.
- 40:52Speaker 2: Yeah, I'm okay, I know both of you do. I
- 40:55Speaker 2: love my parents.
- 40:56Speaker 1: Yeah, I was having them around.
- 40:58Speaker 4: I was having them around, you know what I mean.
- 41:01Speaker 2: So when watching this and they're like and and Turk
- 41:06Speaker 2: and Elliott and j d are trying to avoid their parents,
- 41:11Speaker 2: I was like, I don't necessarily, I don't necessarily fall
- 41:13Speaker 2: in line with this. I don't necessarily, you know, I'd
- 41:16Speaker 2: love my mom and when my dad are around me,
- 41:18Speaker 2: you know what I mean.
- 41:19Speaker 4: It's a lot of fun.
- 41:20Speaker 1: I know. And I was thinking this. I know you all,
- 41:22Speaker 1: you both so well, and I know that you both
- 41:24Speaker 1: are very close with your family and your parents, and
- 41:27Speaker 1: as you know, I am the same way. And it's
- 41:30Speaker 1: funny that the writers, we'll blame Matt Sarsis since he's uh,
- 41:35Speaker 1: you know, credited as the head writer on this episode.
- 41:39Speaker 1: You know, there wasn't like a varying point of view
- 41:41Speaker 1: that the whole episode versal truth parents suck.
- 41:48Speaker 5: I know totally. I got very lucky in the parent
- 41:50Speaker 5: department as well.
- 41:51Speaker 6: And so yeah, that moment when when Kadie walks up
- 41:55Speaker 6: and Donald and I are so bummed, Yeah.
- 41:57Speaker 1: You're crying, You're literally you're you're comforting each other. And
- 42:01Speaker 1: then I come and hug Donald because he's so sad
- 42:04Speaker 1: that his mom. Now, by the way, Hattie Winston played
- 42:07Speaker 1: your mom.
- 42:07Speaker 4: Yeah she did. Let's give a shout out to Hattie Winston.
- 42:09Speaker 1: And she was very funny and very lovable. I mean,
- 42:13Speaker 1: I guess she's supposed to be that she gives you
- 42:14Speaker 1: a lot of ship, but I mean I didn't buy
- 42:17Speaker 1: that she was the pain of the ad. She was.
- 42:18Speaker 1: She was lovable and fun.
- 42:20Speaker 4: Right, do you remember Hattie Winston from our youth?
- 42:22Speaker 5: No?
- 42:22Speaker 2: What was she on the Electric Company with Morgan Freeman
- 42:27Speaker 2: back in it. They do remember the Electric Company?
- 42:28Speaker 1: Yes? I do.
- 42:29Speaker 4: Do you remember the Bloodhound? Get was it in?
- 42:31Speaker 6: Hey?
- 42:32Speaker 1: You guys?
- 42:34Speaker 2: Yeah, I forget this. Come along now, that's a great
- 42:40Speaker 2: space coaster I'm thinking of. Sure, remember a great space
- 42:43Speaker 2: coaster anyway, Hattie wins An Electric Company, Morgan Freeman Electric Company, it's.
- 42:47Speaker 1: The great space coaster.
- 42:51Speaker 6: Coast conspicuously silent. Anytime you guys start singing, because I
- 42:55Speaker 6: revert into this little show.
- 42:57Speaker 1: Where the spear of this episode. You can't do that anymore.
- 43:01Speaker 5: I can't do that.
- 43:02Speaker 1: And I've always made fun of you for singing. But
- 43:04Speaker 1: now that I've heard that it's a tender spot in
- 43:07Speaker 1: your heart, I never will again. Kim oh boy.
- 43:13Speaker 5: One of my favorite scenes was Hattie Winston and Judy.
- 43:15Speaker 6: You know when when they first meet and Judy can
- 43:18Speaker 6: just lays out, lays it all on the table. Oh,
- 43:22Speaker 6: I just got the note from Joel put him on
- 43:24Speaker 6: the glass?
- 43:25Speaker 5: Is not Adam Bernstein?
- 43:27Speaker 1: Okay, Sarah, the guest don't usually uh the producer's notes.
- 43:33Speaker 1: That's usually for the two hosts. Sarah, you're the first
- 43:39Speaker 1: guest that's had the audacity to read our producer's notes
- 43:42Speaker 1: to us. I'm alright, you think that shows my comfort level.
- 43:45Speaker 4: I'm alright with If you want to.
- 43:47Speaker 1: Read handshake Donald Sarah, if you wouldn't mind closing the
- 43:53Speaker 1: chat thing, because what if Joel's like, oh my god,
- 43:55Speaker 1: shut Sarah up and then we you read it.
- 43:58Speaker 4: Joel would never say anything.
- 44:00Speaker 6: It's just in Sarah needs to stay talking from Joel.
- 44:05Speaker 1: Sarah won't shut the fuck up. Please move on from
- 44:08Speaker 1: this topic.
- 44:10Speaker 6: Have her shortened her sentence answers?
- 44:13Speaker 4: Shorter?
- 44:14Speaker 5: Shorter is better? Shorter is better?
- 44:15Speaker 1: God, I wish the audience could see. I wait before
- 44:17Speaker 1: you say that. I wish the audience could see how
- 44:19Speaker 1: Sarah has framed her her iPad. It's just though, like
- 44:22Speaker 1: you know when you talk to you, you know when
- 44:24Speaker 1: you talk to your grandparents, and all you see is
- 44:25Speaker 1: like an eyebrow and maybe any ear. That's that's the
- 44:29Speaker 1: camera shot we have with Sarah.
- 44:31Speaker 8: That's because my laptop's broken some on an iPad, so
- 44:33Speaker 8: it's precariously balanced on a tower of books and poker
- 44:37Speaker 8: chips and a gift that's wrapped and balance counterbalance with
- 44:43Speaker 8: a hot cup of scalding macha.
- 44:45Speaker 1: How many different types of tea are in front of
- 44:47Speaker 1: you on that table.
- 44:49Speaker 6: So only one this cuple of macha. I have a
- 44:51Speaker 6: few other beverages around me, those not tea. But as
- 44:54Speaker 6: Donald was saying at the beginning that I like salad.
- 44:57Speaker 6: I was telling my kids the other day because they
- 44:58Speaker 6: were teasing me for how much I can keep making soup,
- 45:00Speaker 6: and they're so tired of soup, and it's this soup
- 45:02Speaker 6: and then that soup, and then I'm just trying to
- 45:03Speaker 6: keep everybody healthy, and so I was explaining to them
- 45:06Speaker 6: how my nickname on Scrubs, other than second Becky, was
- 45:09Speaker 6: also soup for breakfast, because I would always have seaper breakfast.
- 45:13Speaker 1: And also, sorry, the only person I know who would
- 45:14Speaker 1: like make a tea and like bring it to the
- 45:17Speaker 1: set or to her room and then have a few
- 45:20Speaker 1: SIPs to that and then be like I'm going to
- 45:21Speaker 1: go make a different flavored tea and then have won
- 45:26Speaker 1: any hand and like just be bouncing between the flavor.
- 45:29Speaker 1: I never met another human being who does that.
- 45:31Speaker 5: It was double fisting.
- 45:32Speaker 6: Yeah, well do you remember Darla, our makeup artist, used
- 45:35Speaker 6: to put post it notes on the makeup mirror and
- 45:37Speaker 6: be like, please tomorrow beat this record and have less
- 45:41Speaker 6: scalding beverages than you did today, because it'd be like
- 45:43Speaker 6: fourteen and she'd be like, I'm tired of mopping your
- 45:46Speaker 6: sweat from these hot drinks that you're drinking in the
- 45:49Speaker 6: middle of summer in this poorly ventilated, air conditioned hospital.
- 45:54Speaker 2: Listen, it was your it's your method, it's how you are,
- 45:58Speaker 2: and nobody fought on how I do, how you do.
- 46:00Speaker 2: I'm very familiar with how you do. Where did we
- 46:03Speaker 2: get that from? All of a sudden that became something
- 46:05Speaker 2: that we talked. He said all the time. I am
- 46:08Speaker 2: now familiar with how you do.
- 46:10Speaker 1: Okay, I'm hearing you, and I'm familiar. I am familiar
- 46:12Speaker 1: with how you do. All right, Well, let's talk about it.
- 46:16Speaker 1: One oh four The legendary John Ritter Walks and John Ritter.
- 46:20Speaker 1: We've all spoken about our love for John. I've spoken
- 46:24Speaker 1: on the podcast before and uh, just in short, I
- 46:27Speaker 1: loved this man so much. I grew up on Three's Company.
- 46:30Speaker 1: It was sort of my introduction to physical comedy. I
- 46:33Speaker 1: thought it was hilarious. I told you my embarrassing story
- 46:35Speaker 1: about bringing it up at my dinner table. But I
- 46:38Speaker 1: just loved this man so much. And uh, and when
- 46:41Speaker 1: he came on to play my dad in this episode.
- 46:44Speaker 1: I was I was just giddy. I think we all were.
- 46:47Speaker 4: Yeah, absolutely, go ahead, sir.
- 46:49Speaker 5: I couldn't believe it when I heard he was coming.
- 46:51Speaker 6: I had I had worked with him when I was younger,
- 46:54Speaker 6: when I did you know, A series of these Disease
- 46:57Speaker 6: the Week movies that film up in Canada is what
- 46:59Speaker 6: was filming here when I was growing up at the time.
- 47:01Speaker 6: And this one movie the Week that I got to
- 47:05Speaker 6: do with John Ritter that I will never forget. He
- 47:07Speaker 6: was so kind to me. And I was this young kid,
- 47:11Speaker 6: I think I was probably seventeen maybe.
- 47:14Speaker 3: And.
- 47:17Speaker 5: There was a power outage where I lived and my
- 47:19Speaker 5: alarm didn't go off.
- 47:21Speaker 6: And this has only happened to me twice once then
- 47:24Speaker 6: and then one time on Scrubs that wasn't a poweredage.
- 47:27Speaker 5: It was another situation when Michael J. Fox was working
- 47:30Speaker 5: with us.
- 47:30Speaker 6: And so I'm seventeen, my alarm doesn't go off with
- 47:34Speaker 6: power outage, and where we're shooting is an hour and
- 47:36Speaker 6: a half away, and John Ritter is John Ritter and
- 47:40Speaker 6: so talented and this incredible actor and the lead of
- 47:43Speaker 6: this and I'm playing his daughter, and I had this
- 47:46Speaker 6: small part and I couldn't believe it. My phone rang
- 47:49Speaker 6: and they're like, where are you? And it's obviously the
- 47:52Speaker 6: worst feeling in the world. And I got in my
- 47:54Speaker 6: car and I drove out there and he gave me
- 47:57Speaker 6: a big hug and he's like, ah, happens to everybody,
- 47:59Speaker 6: and told me this story and immediately made me okay
- 48:03Speaker 6: about it as opposed to all of the other choices
- 48:05Speaker 6: that he had And I will never forget that. And
- 48:08Speaker 6: then obviously everything you said Zach about like, yeah, I
- 48:11Speaker 6: mean growing up with Three's company and being in awe
- 48:14Speaker 6: of him.
- 48:15Speaker 1: And you know, Sarah, did you watch that show? I mean,
- 48:18Speaker 1: it's funny because I were around the same age, and
- 48:20Speaker 1: I feel like, I know Donald and I have referenced
- 48:24Speaker 1: it a lot, but was that something in Canada you
- 48:25Speaker 1: were watching?
- 48:27Speaker 5: It was huge. It was huge. It was one of
- 48:28Speaker 5: my sisters and my favorite shows. We would sit down
- 48:31Speaker 5: and watch it.
- 48:31Speaker 6: And it's like you said, too, like the physical comedy
- 48:34Speaker 6: was so incredible on that show, and you know, we
- 48:37Speaker 6: got a taste and a bit of an opportunity to
- 48:40Speaker 6: try some physical comedy on Scrubs. That was actually one
- 48:43Speaker 6: of my quarantine lessons we've been you know, trying to
- 48:45Speaker 6: keep the kids busy and occupied during quarantine, and with
- 48:49Speaker 6: me and my sister's kids, we have such a wide
- 48:51Speaker 6: variety of ages, so we've been doing different things. And
- 48:53Speaker 6: one of my lessons was pratfalls, and my three year
- 48:55Speaker 6: old was just given her I mean, I just like
- 48:58Speaker 6: put a stack of books on the ground and I
- 48:59Speaker 6: was like, okay, so you're approaching, and the trick is
- 49:00Speaker 6: to like make it look like you don't see it,
- 49:02Speaker 6: so you turn away just at the last second, and
- 49:04Speaker 6: I have to send you guys the video.
- 49:05Speaker 5: I mean, Frankie just bailed, like just gives her bail.
- 49:08Speaker 1: Did you give her up? Did you give her a mat?
- 49:10Speaker 1: For God's sakes, we didn't have a mat.
- 49:12Speaker 6: We had like kind of a rough carpet, so probably
- 49:16Speaker 6: that would have been a better, you know, way to
- 49:18Speaker 6: introduce pratfalls with a Matt.
- 49:20Speaker 1: You're a very good physical comedian, Sarah. I think you're
- 49:22Speaker 1: very good at prat falls.
- 49:24Speaker 9: Oh.
- 49:24Speaker 6: It was one of the funnest things we got to
- 49:26Speaker 6: do on Scrubs, was like, you know, doing all of
- 49:29Speaker 6: the stunts, and our favorite thing obviously was all of us,
- 49:31Speaker 6: for all of us was to be like, let me
- 49:32Speaker 6: try it. Let me try it, except for the best
- 49:35Speaker 6: story I think of not wanting to try it was
- 49:38Speaker 6: Bill asking Zach and I if we would bungee jump
- 49:42Speaker 6: oh wow, and we both said no because we didn't
- 49:46Speaker 6: want a bungee jump. And our stunt doubles met that
- 49:49Speaker 6: day and my stunt doubles her first day ever doing
- 49:51Speaker 6: a stunt, her first hunt ever, and they met and
- 49:53Speaker 6: got fell in love and got married, and then for
- 49:55Speaker 6: the run of the show was so cute.
- 49:56Speaker 5: Our stunt doubles were married.
- 49:57Speaker 1: Do you think they're still married?
- 50:01Speaker 5: They're not.
- 50:01Speaker 4: I will.
- 50:05Speaker 1: You know, Sarah. I love how you were not gonna
- 50:08Speaker 1: leave the audience with You're gonna leave them on the
- 50:09Speaker 1: positive romantic comedy version what happened? But they bunge it
- 50:13Speaker 1: again and I broke up.
- 50:15Speaker 5: No, I don't know what happened.
- 50:16Speaker 6: I just was on another job years and years later
- 50:19Speaker 6: in New Orleans and your stunt double was working on it,
- 50:24Speaker 6: and I asked him about my stunt double, and he said,
- 50:26Speaker 6: we're no longer.
- 50:28Speaker 5: I'm telling this terrible story now on this during darkness.
- 50:31Speaker 1: But by the way, I love it because it's like
- 50:32Speaker 1: we're all like, oh, and then they fall in love
- 50:34Speaker 1: and they got married. Are they still married?
- 50:36Speaker 2: Oh no, no, no, no, no no, this is that.
- 50:38Speaker 2: This is we're now talking after the credits have rolled. Man, everybody,
- 50:42Speaker 2: everybody in all the movies, it always is gonna end great.
- 50:46Speaker 2: You just don't see what happens after the credits the credits.
- 50:49Speaker 2: They hate each other, you know, a few years later
- 50:51Speaker 2: and they get divorced, and it's freaking ugly.
- 50:53Speaker 1: I want to know what brought what broke them up?
- 50:56Speaker 4: I wish you don't know.
- 50:57Speaker 1: The past is gonna be as it was.
- 51:01Speaker 8: Not.
- 51:01Speaker 1: A stunt brought them together. Another stunt tore them apart
- 51:04Speaker 1: the movie.
- 51:04Speaker 4: Right, you mock them, you mock them.
- 51:07Speaker 1: I'm not mocking them. I'm laughing with them.
- 51:11Speaker 5: Building build the building.
- 51:12Speaker 6: Got so mad at Zach and I remember because we
- 51:14Speaker 6: we then go all of us as a cast to
- 51:18Speaker 6: Brazil and Mexico to do a Scrubs press tour and
- 51:22Speaker 6: we go hang gliding, and Bill's like, you wouldn't do
- 51:24Speaker 6: an organized stunt jumping off a bridge together, but you'll
- 51:28Speaker 6: go to Rio and.
- 51:29Speaker 5: Jump off a cliff attached to a kite.
- 51:32Speaker 1: Yeah all right, but wait a second, you're going too fast.
- 51:34Speaker 1: I remember being like, fuck, no, I don't want a
- 51:37Speaker 1: bungee jump with a tied to Sarah off a bridge.
- 51:39Speaker 1: But I also don't think it was fully up to us.
- 51:42Speaker 1: I think that the the insurance and people were like no, no, no,
- 51:46Speaker 1: you're not doing that. But I don't I'll take the place.
- 51:48Speaker 1: But I do remember in RUI was it rio that
- 51:51Speaker 1: we we all decided it's very random. These guys come
- 51:55Speaker 1: up to you and they're like, do you do you
- 51:56Speaker 1: want to do hang gliding?
- 51:58Speaker 2: No, this this wasn't a random guy. That one of
- 52:00Speaker 2: our guides was like, I have a friend who wants.
- 52:03Speaker 1: Will take you hang gliding, and hang lighting basically involves
- 52:07Speaker 1: trusting stranger and then running off a cliff with them.
- 52:10Speaker 1: And I remember being like I really hope and they
- 52:13Speaker 1: kept going like the wind is not good today for
- 52:15Speaker 1: hang gliding, and I remember in my heart being like,
- 52:17Speaker 1: thank god, thank god, the wind's not good for hang gliding.
- 52:20Speaker 1: And then he finally came and he's like the wind
- 52:22Speaker 1: the wind is now good for hang gliding, and I
- 52:24Speaker 1: was like, fuck, I didn't want to go.
- 52:27Speaker 2: I remember, well we all felt like that because I
- 52:29Speaker 2: remember he was all at the pool and they said.
- 52:31Speaker 1: Hand chilling at the pool.
- 52:34Speaker 4: Said they said hand gliding.
- 52:36Speaker 2: And he was in the pool and he came swimming
- 52:38Speaker 2: up to us and and he didn't speak very much English,
- 52:42Speaker 2: but he did say I really want to take you
- 52:44Speaker 2: all hand gliding. And he kept saying that and we
- 52:47Speaker 2: were like, oh, no, no, and he was like, you
- 52:49Speaker 2: know what, and and at one point we all got
- 52:52Speaker 2: the courage and we were like, all right, fine, we'll go.
- 52:54Speaker 2: And he was like, oh, you know what, the wind's
- 52:55Speaker 2: not good.
- 52:56Speaker 4: And we all, like all of us were like whoa.
- 52:58Speaker 2: And we were like, well, you know what, if the
- 53:00Speaker 2: wind was good, we would have wine at the wind
- 53:04Speaker 2: right now.
- 53:07Speaker 1: Broken English, remember it has broken English. He kept saying,
- 53:11Speaker 1: will you be making a hang gliding? And I remember
- 53:14Speaker 1: mean like I really don't want to make a hang gliding.
- 53:16Speaker 4: I do not want to.
- 53:18Speaker 6: Yeah, but do you guys remember there was a build
- 53:20Speaker 6: It was build up the whole trip, Like we were
- 53:21Speaker 6: in Mexico first, then we were in Brazil, we were
- 53:23Speaker 6: in South Paolo, and then we were in Rio, and
- 53:25Speaker 6: there was build up the whole trip like are we
- 53:26Speaker 6: going to hang out?
- 53:27Speaker 5: We're not going to hang glide.
- 53:28Speaker 6: It was this conversation the whole time, and then by
- 53:30Speaker 6: the time we got there and we said yes, and
- 53:33Speaker 6: then the wind changed back. I remember thinking, like fuck,
- 53:36Speaker 6: Like I used to sail race my whole growing up.
- 53:38Speaker 6: The wind changes on a dime, So what if it
- 53:40Speaker 6: changes to not good when you're jumping off of the cliff.
- 53:43Speaker 6: And I don't know if you guys remember what happened,
- 53:45Speaker 6: but we sign our lives away on those contracts. We
- 53:48Speaker 6: drive up this giant cliff, we get into our with
- 53:51Speaker 6: with our with our instructors who were going to be
- 53:53Speaker 6: jumping with and I was terrified. And the instructor came
- 53:56Speaker 6: up to me and he was like, I've been doing
- 53:58Speaker 6: this twenty five years, nothing is ever happened. So he
- 54:02Speaker 6: goes ahead of me and I'm with another guide and
- 54:04Speaker 6: you guys are all in there. I'm last, and I
- 54:07Speaker 6: it's gorgeous. It's spectacular. You're flying over the jungle and
- 54:09Speaker 6: then the ocean. You land on the beach. When you
- 54:12Speaker 6: jump off, they say, now right away, your hang glider
- 54:15Speaker 6: is gonna drop until it catches wind. So there's this
- 54:17Speaker 6: like split second where your hang glider just fucking drops
- 54:21Speaker 6: and your stomach goes into your throat. And he says
- 54:23Speaker 6: to me, right before we leave, he goes, when you run,
- 54:25Speaker 6: you run, you don't change your mind because that can
- 54:28Speaker 6: affect And I'm like, if that can affect whether this
- 54:30Speaker 6: thing catches wind or not, this is not an activities
- 54:33Speaker 6: participating it.
- 54:33Speaker 1: Yeah, my go yes, And I said to me, I
- 54:36Speaker 1: said to me, the only way we can get hurt
- 54:40Speaker 1: is if you stop running at the wrong time. So
- 54:44Speaker 1: when I say run, you need to fucking run right.
- 54:47Speaker 2: So we all go running towards this cliff like fucking
- 54:50Speaker 2: mad people. Dude, everybody had great landings. All of you
- 54:58Speaker 2: had wonderful landings. Ship on my landing you did Oh
- 55:02Speaker 2: my gosh. He was like okay, well yeah, because they
- 55:05Speaker 2: were like, okay, the most important part is the landing.
- 55:07Speaker 2: You don't want to land wrong because you could break
- 55:08Speaker 2: your legs and everything. And I'm like, oh shit, we
- 55:11Speaker 2: didn't go over landing. We're coming in and I'm like,
- 55:15Speaker 2: all right, I'm gonna fucking make this landing.
- 55:17Speaker 4: I'm gonna make this landing.
- 55:19Speaker 2: And this I feel like this dude tripped me or
- 55:21Speaker 2: some ship like that, because all I know is we.
- 55:23Speaker 4: Landed and my feet were in the ground and.
- 55:25Speaker 2: In his foot catch his mind, and now my face.
- 55:28Speaker 4: And arms are fucking in the fucking sand, dude.
- 55:30Speaker 1: I was like, I love that in your mind. The
- 55:33Speaker 1: hang gliding guy is like, you know what I'm gonna do.
- 55:35Speaker 1: I'm gonna trip this motherfucker.
- 55:36Speaker 4: I think he did. I think I think I will.
- 55:39Speaker 2: I'm having enough fun for him, you.
- 55:43Speaker 1: Know, me, the guy, the guy, we were all with it,
- 55:46Speaker 1: We were all we were all with a guide. And
- 55:47Speaker 1: the guy who was like, will you be making the
- 55:49Speaker 1: hang gliding went alone because he wiped out. He was
- 55:52Speaker 1: all bloody, do you remember.
- 55:53Speaker 5: Yeah, not his hang glider.
- 55:55Speaker 6: He so he was ahead of me. He lands and
- 55:57Speaker 6: I'm like, he's just told me nothing could go wrong.
- 55:59Speaker 6: He fucking lands his handguy that are snapped and he
- 56:02Speaker 6: broke his ankle, and that happened as I'm still in
- 56:04Speaker 6: the air about to land.
- 56:06Speaker 5: And so I'm like, are you getting me right now?
- 56:07Speaker 5: So he was okay, but he definitely hurt himself.
- 56:10Speaker 6: And we land and everybody's like getting handed their their
- 56:13Speaker 6: role of film because the whole time they're like, look
- 56:15Speaker 6: over and there's like a little mini camera triggered by
- 56:18Speaker 6: this little thing in their hands, so they're taking pictures
- 56:20Speaker 6: of us wholl time.
- 56:21Speaker 5: I thought, great, I'm gonna a proof. Nobody's gonna believe
- 56:23Speaker 5: I did this.
- 56:24Speaker 6: And we get down onto the beach and he says
- 56:27Speaker 6: to me, I'm so sorry. I forgot to put film
- 56:30Speaker 6: in the camera. So the whole time we're in the air,
- 56:32Speaker 6: he's taking all these pictures. So I have a picture
- 56:34Speaker 6: on the ground before we like, on the cliff, before
- 56:36Speaker 6: we leave, and when we land, and he's like, I'll
- 56:38Speaker 6: take you back up again for free, because I feel
- 56:40Speaker 6: so bad, and I was.
- 56:41Speaker 2: Like, nope, nope, we are not doing this again.
- 56:47Speaker 1: I have my pictures. There's somewhere I remember seeing them.
- 56:49Speaker 2: I've never seen my pictures of me hand gliding ever.
- 56:53Speaker 2: Before we get back into the show, I do remember
- 56:56Speaker 2: another thing that happened to us while we were on
- 56:58Speaker 2: this trip called and I know you guys remember this
- 57:04Speaker 2: because it was the worst thing that's ever happened to
- 57:06Speaker 2: me ever in my life. But I missed a whole
- 57:10Speaker 2: dinner because I was sitting on a toilet exploding from.
- 57:16Speaker 1: Our Listeners might not want to hear about the extent
- 57:19Speaker 1: of your diarrhea.
- 57:20Speaker 4: I don't care. You know what saved my favorite Do
- 57:24Speaker 4: you know what saved me? The tequila? I'm not gonna lie.
- 57:30Speaker 1: So your advice for people with explosive diarrhea is to
- 57:32Speaker 1: drink tequila.
- 57:33Speaker 4: No, that is not as a TV doctor, that is not.
- 57:37Speaker 2: My That is not my advice to people. But because
- 57:41Speaker 2: my stomach was so messed up, I was drinking all
- 57:44Speaker 2: of these concoctions, like some of it was white, some
- 57:48Speaker 2: of it like I was going crazy and nothing was working,
- 57:53Speaker 2: and my stomach was always like even after I eight, all.
- 58:01Speaker 1: Right, well, I hope some of our listeners aren't eating
- 58:03Speaker 1: their lunch right now. Some people like that.
- 58:05Speaker 2: Do you remember do you remember what I said after
- 58:08Speaker 2: I came out of the bathroom.
- 58:09Speaker 5: Has anyone ever seen a gallon of shit?
- 58:12Speaker 4: Does anybody know what.
- 58:14Speaker 6: That looks like?
- 58:15Speaker 1: That's what you said?
- 58:16Speaker 2: Donald said, that was what I said.
- 58:19Speaker 5: We read Brazilian Barbecue.
- 58:20Speaker 6: We went to Brazilian barbecue, and Donald said, I wonder
- 58:23Speaker 6: if I can drown it in meat. I wonder if
- 58:25Speaker 6: I eat so much meat that maybe this could stop finally,
- 58:28Speaker 6: because it had been it had been ten days at
- 58:30Speaker 6: this point, and it had cycled through all of us,
- 58:33Speaker 6: and we were we were like having lunch was with
- 58:35Speaker 6: contest winners, and I would like jump up to run
- 58:37Speaker 6: puke like we all were so sick, and the whole
- 58:39Speaker 6: thing with hang gliding was is it going to be
- 58:41Speaker 6: possible for us to be in the air for fifteen
- 58:43Speaker 6: whole minutes?
- 58:44Speaker 5: Right?
- 58:44Speaker 1: So in the back of our minds was hang gliding.
- 58:48Speaker 1: If we make the hang gliding, are we going to
- 58:50Speaker 1: shit our pants?
- 58:51Speaker 4: This is pretty much. It lasted for a really long
- 58:54Speaker 4: time with me.
- 58:54Speaker 2: I remember being on the plane and puohing on the
- 58:58Speaker 2: plane from like Mexico to Brazil.
- 59:00Speaker 1: So you are your your your your protocol that you
- 59:03Speaker 1: gave yourself of meat and tequila didn't work. I'm shocked. Sorry,
- 59:09Speaker 1: We're ready to go to a break, and we have
- 59:10Speaker 1: a caller. Right after the break, we'll be right back
- 59:12Speaker 1: with the legendary Sarah Chuck. Now, Sarah, we have a
- 59:21Speaker 1: very special guest today. There he is. That's Trevor Hi,
- 59:25Speaker 1: Trevor Zach. Let me tell you guys something about Trevor.
- 59:29Speaker 1: Trevor is gonna explain it to also all. But I
- 59:31Speaker 1: have been stealing all of my Scrubs trivia from a
- 59:35Speaker 1: Scrubs wiki, which which I believe Trevor has curated himself. Trevor,
- 59:41Speaker 1: have you curated this whole thing on your own.
- 59:44Speaker 3: Oh no, no, no, I it definitely is a team effort.
- 59:47Speaker 3: So Scrubs Wiki is similar to Wikipedia, or Donald may
- 59:52Speaker 3: be familiar with Wikipedia, okay, which is the Star Wars wiki,
- 59:56Speaker 3: and so Scrubs he is the Sclub's equivalent. There are
- 1:00:00Speaker 3: about a thousand of us.
- 1:00:01Speaker 4: Oh oh wow, wow wow.
- 1:00:04Speaker 3: Yeah, there's a core thirty people really that kind of
- 1:00:06Speaker 3: did the majority of it. But I'm here on the
- 1:00:09Speaker 3: podcast today, so I guess I pulled away you.
- 1:00:12Speaker 1: You did pull the right strings, because Sarah, because you
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: don't listen to the podcast, I'll tell you.
- 1:00:16Speaker 5: I heard this. I know this.
- 1:00:18Speaker 1: If you put in Scrubs Wiki or Scrubs trivia, this
- 1:00:21Speaker 1: comes up and it is an amazing curated resource for
- 1:00:24Speaker 1: you fans to check it out. And I've been stealing
- 1:00:27Speaker 1: all sorts of factoids and uh and trivia and all
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: sorts of information and uh. And finally I was looking
- 1:00:34Speaker 1: in the last week and was it you Trevor that
- 1:00:37Speaker 1: had written Zach thanks for he put in one of
- 1:00:40Speaker 1: the in one of like the trivia lines, like Zach,
- 1:00:42Speaker 1: thanks for enjoying Scrubs Wiki. Have Joel email me. I'd
- 1:00:46Speaker 1: love to talk to you guys. So I did it worked,
- 1:00:50Speaker 1: and and I want to thank you and and the
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: thousand or so people that have curated this thing because
- 1:00:55Speaker 1: it's incredible and and a great uh source of fun
- 1:00:59Speaker 1: for I'm sure fans. If you have a question about
- 1:01:01Speaker 1: an episode.
- 1:01:02Speaker 3: Yeah, it's there's a group of us that to understand something,
- 1:01:07Speaker 3: you need to write it down. And so when we
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: watch an episode of Scrubs or whatever TV show that
- 1:01:12Speaker 3: you have a favorite wiki for, you watch it and
- 1:01:15Speaker 3: then you write down your favorite quotes, your favorite it's
- 1:01:17Speaker 3: a trivia and then over time those thousand people will
- 1:01:19Speaker 3: help kind of correct what you might have gotten wrong.
- 1:01:22Speaker 1: How do you, Trevor, how do you prevent someone from
- 1:01:25Speaker 1: and I'm sure this happens on Wikipedia as well, but
- 1:01:28Speaker 1: how do you prevent someone from writing something that's nonsense
- 1:01:30Speaker 1: and isn't accurate?
- 1:01:32Speaker 5: Oh?
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: I guarantee there is some nonsense and some inaccuracies.
- 1:01:35Speaker 1: There, especially now after I've just blown it up.
- 1:01:37Speaker 2: I was about to say, because my Wikipedia, my IMDb
- 1:01:39Speaker 2: says I was in Uncle Buck.
- 1:01:41Speaker 4: That's not me and uncle but you weren't. That's not
- 1:01:44Speaker 4: me and Uncle Buck.
- 1:01:47Speaker 3: Now you're going to tell me it's a fantastic movie.
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: So Trevor, do you also a fantastic movie? But I
- 1:01:52Speaker 4: wasn't in it.
- 1:01:53Speaker 1: Trevor, do you do any wikis for any other things
- 1:01:56Speaker 1: that you're a fan of or is this the only
- 1:01:57Speaker 1: one you participate in?
- 1:02:00Speaker 8: Uh?
- 1:02:00Speaker 3: So, it's funny. The TV shows Lost and Scrubs kind
- 1:02:04Speaker 3: of brought me up to California and jump started my
- 1:02:06Speaker 3: career at that website fantom dot com. And so I
- 1:02:10Speaker 3: was telling my partner, who we're starting to watch Scrubs
- 1:02:13Speaker 3: together now from the very first episode now where we
- 1:02:16Speaker 3: just started season two. I tell her that it's because
- 1:02:19Speaker 3: of Scrubs that I got to meet her.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: Oh that's so cool.
- 1:02:23Speaker 4: Oh, because it brought you to California.
- 1:02:25Speaker 1: So wait, you do it. You did it for Losses.
- 1:02:27Speaker 4: You're welcome. You're welcome, just putting it. You're welcome.
- 1:02:30Speaker 1: You're welcome, Trevor. You do for Lost as well, because
- 1:02:34Speaker 1: Loss probably really needs a wiki because it's so confusing. Yeah.
- 1:02:37Speaker 3: Lost Pedia was the big wiki where it organized all
- 1:02:41Speaker 3: of the theories and the smoke monster and all of
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: that crazy stuff.
- 1:02:45Speaker 4: Is there a theory to what Lost? What? What? Where?
- 1:02:48Speaker 4: They were?
- 1:02:49Speaker 1: They ended it right? It was it was all it
- 1:02:50Speaker 1: was right.
- 1:02:52Speaker 2: They never explained it being purgatory. They never explained anything.
- 1:02:56Speaker 3: They left it open ended, so you can make up
- 1:02:58Speaker 3: your own mind.
- 1:03:00Speaker 4: That's the crazy shit what Lost.
- 1:03:01Speaker 1: What they used to do was sorry, sorry, I guess
- 1:03:03Speaker 1: that's a spoiler.
- 1:03:04Speaker 4: Well no, it's not what Lost.
- 1:03:05Speaker 2: What they would do is because everybody's what if you
- 1:03:08Speaker 2: haven't Lost, watched Loss spoiler alerts. They never saw. They
- 1:03:13Speaker 2: never solved anything on that show. They would introduce something
- 1:03:17Speaker 2: and then at the end of the season there was
- 1:03:21Speaker 2: no explanation.
- 1:03:22Speaker 1: It was very good though, for the first few seasons,
- 1:03:23Speaker 1: and I have to I eventually gave up. I have
- 1:03:25Speaker 1: to admit, but I have a friend who's hardcore Lost fan,
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: and he says, up until the last fifteen minutes, it
- 1:03:33Speaker 1: was one of his favorite series, and he just hated
- 1:03:36Speaker 1: how they just chose to end it, which I never
- 1:03:38Speaker 1: saw but was assumed was purgatory. But I'm wrong, So
- 1:03:41Speaker 1: I didn't spoiler it.
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: I was gonna segue back to Scrubs because I think
- 1:03:45Speaker 3: Scrubs season finale, My finale is probably the greatest finale
- 1:03:49Speaker 3: to any.
- 1:03:50Speaker 4: Team, better than Breaking Bad.
- 1:03:53Speaker 3: So Comedy.
- 1:03:55Speaker 1: Yeah, I didn't do that, and then he made him
- 1:03:58Speaker 1: qualified to check this out.
- 1:04:00Speaker 4: I've never watched an episode of Breaking Bad.
- 1:04:02Speaker 2: I saw the finale and I was like, holy shit,
- 1:04:04Speaker 2: that was a great episode.
- 1:04:06Speaker 1: You decided to start Breaking Bad with the finale. I'm
- 1:04:08Speaker 1: just checking that that's true.
- 1:04:10Speaker 4: Absolutely. There's certain shows.
- 1:04:11Speaker 1: That gets safe to say that you might be the
- 1:04:13Speaker 1: only person on planet Earth who started breaking that.
- 1:04:16Speaker 2: Billy Crystal's character in When Harry met Sally would read
- 1:04:21Speaker 2: the end of the book before he started the book.
- 1:04:23Speaker 2: Don't even try that shit. I'm not the first person
- 1:04:25Speaker 2: to do it. I just happened to do it on
- 1:04:27Speaker 2: television with television showing my friend still my friend's father
- 1:04:32Speaker 2: watch go ahead.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: My friend's father watches four Winnings in a funeral and
- 1:04:38Speaker 1: skips the funeral part because it makes him too sad.
- 1:04:45Speaker 4: He knows it's coming. He knows it's coming.
- 1:04:48Speaker 1: Now, Trevor has agreed to all of you listeners to
- 1:04:51Speaker 1: provide a service for us, and we'll have to send
- 1:04:53Speaker 1: him a gift basket. Joel, can you can you put
- 1:04:55Speaker 1: together a nice gift basket for Trevor? What do you
- 1:04:57Speaker 1: like Trevor Well, Scrubs and Lost. We're gonna send him swag.
- 1:05:01Speaker 2: I don't think he wants swag. I think he wants
- 1:05:03Speaker 2: like wine, maybe some cheese.
- 1:05:05Speaker 3: Do you drink, Trevor, I have a handful of vices.
- 1:05:09Speaker 1: Okay, well you'll give Joel all your vices. We want
- 1:05:11Speaker 1: to announce them to the world right here. But if
- 1:05:13Speaker 1: you send Joel your vices, we will send you a
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: gift basket as a thank you for the service you're
- 1:05:18Speaker 1: gonna wall.
- 1:05:19Speaker 2: We're not drug dealers, so don't be sending asked, right,
- 1:05:21Speaker 2: And we're not sending you like masks, right, We're not
- 1:05:24Speaker 2: sending you fucking uh you know, a bott of crack
- 1:05:27Speaker 2: cocaine or anything like that.
- 1:05:29Speaker 4: We are not drug dealers.
- 1:05:30Speaker 1: Or like s and m gear. We're not sending I don't.
- 1:05:32Speaker 4: Even know where to find let's keep it one hundred giant.
- 1:05:35Speaker 1: You know where to find it. Donald, I don't know where.
- 1:05:37Speaker 4: To find stuff like that. What are you talking about?
- 1:05:39Speaker 4: The pleasure chains, whips, lubes, oils. I don't know where
- 1:05:44Speaker 4: to find that.
- 1:05:44Speaker 1: Ship In h in the in West in the West village,
- 1:05:47Speaker 1: there used to be the sex shop and in the
- 1:05:49Speaker 1: window was a giant fist, just a giant fist, and
- 1:05:53Speaker 1: my brother, my brother always thought it was so funny,
- 1:05:56Speaker 1: like you know, he'd walk behy and be like, what
- 1:05:57Speaker 1: a funny thing to have in the window, and and
- 1:06:00Speaker 1: he would bring his friends by and be like, look,
- 1:06:02Speaker 1: it's just a giant like forearm and a fist, and
- 1:06:05Speaker 1: they would laugh. And one day he came by the
- 1:06:07Speaker 1: window and it wasn't in the window, and he was
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: there to show what his friends so they could laugh
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: at the giant fist and forum. And he went in
- 1:06:14Speaker 1: the shop and he said, hey, where's the where's the fist?
- 1:06:17Speaker 1: And the shop owner went, the fist is upstairs. Can't
- 1:06:22Speaker 1: you come back?
- 1:06:30Speaker 4: The fist was upstairs.
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: That's great anyway. We're not sending you a fist, Trevor,
- 1:06:35Speaker 1: but whatever else you want will send you as in
- 1:06:37Speaker 1: a giant. We're gonna make you a big gift basket.
- 1:06:40Speaker 1: So sorry, I digressed, Trevor. When we have a question
- 1:06:44Speaker 1: that we can't figure out the answer to and it's
- 1:06:46Speaker 1: not on scrubs Wiki, we're gonna have a thing like
- 1:06:48Speaker 1: we have with Bill, where we asked Trevor ask scrubs Wiki, Trevor.
- 1:06:52Speaker 4: Are you down with that? Are you down to do it?
- 1:06:54Speaker 3: I'm happy to help, but the thing is I wrote
- 1:06:56Speaker 3: it on the wiki, so I wouldn't have to remember it.
- 1:07:00Speaker 4: Okay, So it sounds like he doesn't want to do it.
- 1:07:03Speaker 4: Sounds like he doesn't.
- 1:07:04Speaker 1: Want to absolutely well cancel.
- 1:07:05Speaker 4: The Yeah, sorry, I saw you do it.
- 1:07:10Speaker 3: I can you know we're rewatching the show, and so
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: as I've been doing.
- 1:07:14Speaker 1: This, this is so embarrassing, right, do you ever do
- 1:07:16Speaker 1: you ever see you ever see that? Do you ever
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: see that fireworks display where they accidentally shot off like
- 1:07:21Speaker 1: twenty minutes of fireworks at the at one moment, I
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: feel like that's what's happened. I built up my fireworks
- 1:07:27Speaker 1: and they've all exploded in my face. Because Trevor doesn't.
- 1:07:30Speaker 3: Want to do this, No, I would absolutely love to.
- 1:07:33Speaker 3: And as you rewatch the show, you you've seen new
- 1:07:36Speaker 3: things and adding it to the wiki, and so if
- 1:07:38Speaker 3: you have questions, I'll try my best to Okay, Well.
- 1:07:40Speaker 1: It seems to me you already answered one for us,
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: because we we asked you about whether the Hungry Chicken
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: was the only time that was ever?
- 1:07:49Speaker 3: That was the only time, right, that was the only time.
- 1:07:51Speaker 3: The three of your characters do other celebratory dances once
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: coming up in the season one finale, but it's not
- 1:07:58Speaker 3: exactly Hungry chicken.
- 1:08:00Speaker 1: Okay, Sarah, do you have a trivia question that you
- 1:08:02Speaker 1: that that that you can see just if Trevor might
- 1:08:05Speaker 1: know it. He might not know it because he just
- 1:08:07Speaker 1: said that he doesn't have it all memorized.
- 1:08:08Speaker 6: But he's like something that I know the answer to,
- 1:08:11Speaker 6: and I want to I'm testing him or.
- 1:08:12Speaker 1: Something something something you know that the answer to and
- 1:08:16Speaker 1: just see just for fun to try and stump Trevor
- 1:08:19Speaker 1: if he might know the answer to. It could be
- 1:08:21Speaker 1: about your character, it could be about scrubs.
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: What song did Sam Lloyd sing so beautifully in the Bahamas?
- 1:08:30Speaker 3: Oh? Hey, yeah, yeah, that's very good.
- 1:08:34Speaker 1: I'm sorry a little bit obvious.
- 1:08:36Speaker 4: But.
- 1:08:39Speaker 5: Judged on my question to Trevor Donald.
- 1:08:42Speaker 1: Do you have a trivia question you want to try
- 1:08:43Speaker 1: and stump Trevor?
- 1:08:44Speaker 4: I don't. I just want to know if he has
- 1:08:45Speaker 4: questions for us.
- 1:08:46Speaker 1: Okay, that's how it works, all right? Well, no, I
- 1:08:49Speaker 1: just thought we could try and stump trouble on my
- 1:08:51Speaker 1: whole mind.
- 1:08:52Speaker 2: Do you feel like you could stump Trevor.
- 1:08:56Speaker 1: Trevor, No, I didn't have anything repair Allrightvor, do you
- 1:09:03Speaker 1: have any questions?
- 1:09:04Speaker 4: Interesting? Interesting?
- 1:09:05Speaker 1: Fuck off you guys? I was really excited about this.
- 1:09:08Speaker 1: We've already had to return the gift basket, Trevor. Do
- 1:09:10Speaker 1: you have any questions Sarah Chalk or Donald Faison? Yes, sir,
- 1:09:15Speaker 1: you can have Trevor's basket. Trevor, do you have any
- 1:09:17Speaker 1: questions for for us? Since we're all together for the
- 1:09:19Speaker 1: first time.
- 1:09:20Speaker 3: I do, I really do, so thanks for having me on.
- 1:09:23Speaker 3: You are talking about the episode My Old Man.
- 1:09:26Speaker 1: Today, right, Yes we are, Yes, sir, Yes.
- 1:09:29Speaker 3: What a classic John Ritter. Patti Winston never seen j
- 1:09:33Speaker 3: D's mom or Turk's dad in the episode. We do
- 1:09:36Speaker 3: see Elliott's parents, but we never see any of her siblings,
- 1:09:41Speaker 3: and so I'm just curious. If you could do dream
- 1:09:43Speaker 3: casting from any period of history, who would you want
- 1:09:47Speaker 3: to play either a sibling or a parent.
- 1:09:50Speaker 5: Wow, that's a great question, Trevor.
- 1:09:53Speaker 1: Very good.
- 1:09:54Speaker 4: We had We had d. L. Hughble On as my brother, right.
- 1:09:59Speaker 5: Is Zach's brother?
- 1:10:01Speaker 4: Pattie Winston played my mom.
- 1:10:04Speaker 2: I think she would be married to somebody like Turk's
- 1:10:07Speaker 2: dad would be someone.
- 1:10:10Speaker 4: Hmmm, that's a tough One's with Denzel just go?
- 1:10:15Speaker 8: Well?
- 1:10:15Speaker 2: I would I would go, I would go with Denzel.
- 1:10:19Speaker 2: That's not necessarily realistic. That Turk's dad would be Denzel Washington.
- 1:10:23Speaker 2: I would think it would be, well, you know, that's
- 1:10:26Speaker 2: just like ultimate stunt cat. That's being stingy with it,
- 1:10:29Speaker 2: you know what I mean, and being like and being
- 1:10:31Speaker 2: like being obvious and not really doing your If I
- 1:10:34Speaker 2: could have anybody play my.
- 1:10:36Speaker 4: Dad on Scrubs, who would it have been? Hmm?
- 1:10:42Speaker 2: I would say, like someone like Avery Brooks is someone
- 1:10:45Speaker 2: I would have enjoyed playing my dad. Someone who's Avery
- 1:10:50Speaker 2: Brooks played Hawk on Spencer for Hire. He was also
- 1:10:55Speaker 2: Captain Cisco on Deep Space nine. He was the first
- 1:11:00Speaker 2: African American captain in a Star Trek universe. Anyway I
- 1:11:06Speaker 2: would have him, Avery Brooks would have been a great one.
- 1:11:10Speaker 2: He was one of my mom's professors at Rutgers University.
- 1:11:13Speaker 2: He was a theater professor if I remember correctly, and
- 1:11:18Speaker 2: he was on television all throughout me growing up. He
- 1:11:22Speaker 2: could do comedy, he can do drama. He's very handsome
- 1:11:27Speaker 2: and so I think he and Hattie Winston could have
- 1:11:32Speaker 2: definitely made Turk. And he's also a bald headed man,
- 1:11:35Speaker 2: so you know it would make sense that Turk matches
- 1:11:37Speaker 2: his dad.
- 1:11:38Speaker 4: Every Brooks.
- 1:11:39Speaker 1: I just thought of my answer for my mom, Julie
- 1:11:41Speaker 1: Haggarty from Airplane. Do you remember Julie Haggarty from Airplane?
- 1:11:45Speaker 4: Yeah? But why would you you want to explain?
- 1:11:48Speaker 1: I was thinking of well, I was thinking of funny women.
- 1:11:53Speaker 1: Catherine O'Hara is another idea, really funny women who might
- 1:11:56Speaker 1: be age appropriate, and those were the first two names
- 1:12:00Speaker 1: that came to mind. I think that she's so incredibly funny.
- 1:12:04Speaker 1: And Catherine O'Hara, of course, who's always been a living legend,
- 1:12:08Speaker 1: but it is having quite a moment right now with
- 1:12:10Speaker 1: Shit's Creek. I think she's hilarious. Sarah, who would be
- 1:12:16Speaker 1: your siblings?
- 1:12:18Speaker 5: I would have.
- 1:12:19Speaker 6: To go with my dream Lisa Kudrou. I have always
- 1:12:23Speaker 6: wanted to work with her and it is still a
- 1:12:26Speaker 6: dream of mine. And I'm such a huge fan of
- 1:12:31Speaker 6: everything she's done. And I just think the way when
- 1:12:34Speaker 6: you just see her read a line, sometimes I just
- 1:12:36Speaker 6: think what that would have looked like on the page,
- 1:12:38Speaker 6: and nobody reads it like her. She's so incredibly talented
- 1:12:42Speaker 6: and funny. And The Comeback's one of my favorite shows ever.
- 1:12:44Speaker 1: All Die Yes season the first season was incredible, so good,
- 1:12:49Speaker 1: so good.
- 1:12:50Speaker 6: So I feel like the combination of Markey Post. I
- 1:12:55Speaker 6: mean Markey Post actually was kind of a dreamcasting for me.
- 1:12:58Speaker 5: I loved her. She was amazing.
- 1:13:00Speaker 2: I was waiting for us to bring to bring her up.
- 1:13:03Speaker 2: She did such a great job. What's the gentleman who
- 1:13:06Speaker 2: played your dad's name? Because he was so good also,
- 1:13:08Speaker 2: and he's in so many things, dude, and we don't
- 1:13:11Speaker 2: make we talk about Hattie, we talk about Marky, we
- 1:13:14Speaker 2: talk about John Ritter.
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: We don't talk about that guy, and he's been in
- 1:13:19Speaker 4: so much stuff.
- 1:13:20Speaker 1: Joelle's on and I can see her furiously typing as
- 1:13:22Speaker 1: we speak.
- 1:13:24Speaker 3: I joined. I joined the podcast with the wiki already opened.
- 1:13:28Speaker 1: Oh, Trevor, dad, can you beat Joelle?
- 1:13:32Speaker 3: Trevor, go beat Lane, Davies Lane.
- 1:13:37Speaker 5: She was so great him and.
- 1:13:39Speaker 6: Him and Kelso in their in their their wrestling suits,
- 1:13:44Speaker 6: circling each other.
- 1:13:45Speaker 1: Yeah. You know what we could do is just keep
- 1:13:48Speaker 1: watching the episode or talking about the episode, and keep
- 1:13:51Speaker 1: Trevor on because you know he might and Trevor, feel free,
- 1:13:54Speaker 1: don't be shy, feel free to to weigh in since
- 1:13:57Speaker 1: you know the episode probably better than we do after
- 1:14:00Speaker 1: all these, all these years later. Is that okay? Do
- 1:14:03Speaker 1: you guys like that plan?
- 1:14:04Speaker 4: I love it, let's go.
- 1:14:05Speaker 6: Yeah, I love it because I just figured out how
- 1:14:06Speaker 6: to do gallery of you, so now I can see everybody.
- 1:14:08Speaker 5: It's fantastical.
- 1:14:09Speaker 1: Ever, you'll be the first caller we've ever had hangout
- 1:14:12Speaker 1: for the going through of the episode, which we've barely done,
- 1:14:15Speaker 1: and we were an hour and twenty three minutes into this.
- 1:14:17Speaker 1: This it's Sarah. It's Sarah and her tech problems.
- 1:14:22Speaker 5: I mean, it's the bean and cheese kissadilla.
- 1:14:25Speaker 1: About when John ritter of checks Rowdy's balls and says
- 1:14:29Speaker 1: the browser Rowdy's a bulled doog.
- 1:14:34Speaker 6: I mean, going back, going back to just like minute
- 1:14:37Speaker 6: one when he walks in the door and he says,
- 1:14:40Speaker 6: get some chips. The look on his face and that
- 1:14:42Speaker 6: like smileing, like nobody can do it like that.
- 1:14:45Speaker 4: He's so good.
- 1:14:46Speaker 1: I wrote that down too, Sarah. I wrote that down.
- 1:14:48Speaker 1: The look on his face as he exits frame when
- 1:14:51Speaker 1: he says get some chips. He's like this, he really
- 1:14:56Speaker 1: just and I remember, you know, he's not in that
- 1:14:58Speaker 1: many scenes. Like we said, we we had planned that
- 1:15:01Speaker 1: he was going to be a recurring character and he
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: was supposed to come and do another episode and he
- 1:15:05Speaker 1: passed the night before he was supposed to come to
- 1:15:08Speaker 1: our set, and as Donald had mentioned in another podcast,
- 1:15:12Speaker 1: he they frantically rewrote the episode and had Tom Kavanaugh
- 1:15:16Speaker 1: come and be my get the guest star and be
- 1:15:18Speaker 1: my brother. But so we had planned that he was
- 1:15:21Speaker 1: going to be a recurring character, and he was just,
- 1:15:24Speaker 1: you know, making lots of stuff up left and right,
- 1:15:26Speaker 1: and it was I remember just thinking it was so funny.
- 1:15:29Speaker 2: Oh man, I pooed a little. Was kind of jumping
- 1:15:33Speaker 2: all the way to the end of the show. But
- 1:15:34Speaker 2: that was something that he came up with on his own.
- 1:15:37Speaker 2: It was just supposed to be pull my finger and
- 1:15:39Speaker 2: he farts. Yeah, But I remember I remember you getting
- 1:15:43Speaker 2: so excited about that and being like and coming upstairs
- 1:15:46Speaker 2: because we were all working that day and you coming
- 1:15:49Speaker 2: upstairs and you're like, yo, to, I pulled his finger,
- 1:15:52Speaker 2: he went, I pooed a little.
- 1:15:53Speaker 1: I never thought that was going to be in the show.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: I just thought he was riffing and being silly, and
- 1:15:57Speaker 1: it was so funny. I mean, I know it's a
- 1:15:58Speaker 1: fart joke, but it was still hilarious. And the face
- 1:16:01Speaker 1: he makes, he's like, I pooed a little.
- 1:16:04Speaker 2: But then after he says that his face gets like
- 1:16:07Speaker 2: he gets a little disgusted in himself too, like, oh gosh.
- 1:16:10Speaker 1: And when he in the cafeteria, when he he he
- 1:16:14Speaker 1: just palms the jello and brings it to the table.
- 1:16:17Speaker 1: He was just doing shit like that, just like just
- 1:16:19Speaker 1: coming up with the weirdest, funniest choices.
- 1:16:22Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 1:16:22Speaker 6: He And the best thing about that I poot a
- 1:16:24Speaker 6: little scene too, was it was also such everything about
- 1:16:29Speaker 6: that scene. It was such a quick scene and it
- 1:16:31Speaker 6: had everything. It was heartbreaking and funny and then funny
- 1:16:34Speaker 6: and then heartbreaking. You know, it was so you guys
- 1:16:36Speaker 6: were both so great in that scene.
- 1:16:37Speaker 1: Well, it's hard, you know, it's funny. You know again,
- 1:16:39Speaker 1: the show is twenty two minutes without commercials, and you
- 1:16:42Speaker 1: have to service all three of our storylines and of
- 1:16:44Speaker 1: course the janitor with with Arle Ermie and uh and
- 1:16:52Speaker 1: you know again, it was like, wow, it's hard to
- 1:16:55Speaker 1: it's it's tricky to do three and a half stories
- 1:16:59Speaker 1: on on all those differ people in twenty two minutes.
- 1:17:01Speaker 1: But I thought they did a good job with it.
- 1:17:04Speaker 2: Yeah, it's really interesting how Bill was able to do that,
- 1:17:07Speaker 2: because there is a lot of information that needed to
- 1:17:09Speaker 2: be shoveled out in this and they found I mean
- 1:17:12Speaker 2: not just the parents coming, but also Turk and Elliott
- 1:17:16Speaker 2: winning this award from a couple of episodes ago. You
- 1:17:19Speaker 2: know what I mean, they're studying and they're working together.
- 1:17:22Speaker 2: It's paid off, and now they're about to go present
- 1:17:26Speaker 2: what they've studied to.
- 1:17:27Speaker 4: A bunch of people.
- 1:17:29Speaker 2: And also JD being pissed off about that, you know,
- 1:17:32Speaker 2: and and how he was dying to be able to
- 1:17:34Speaker 2: do something like that, but wasn't necessarily given the opportunity
- 1:17:37Speaker 2: because Turk and.
- 1:17:39Speaker 4: Elliott were much like the handshake, much like the handshake.
- 1:17:43Speaker 1: Now, Sarah at eight twenty three, you have a very
- 1:17:47Speaker 1: impressive piece of medical jargon. Yes, I mean both neither
- 1:17:50Speaker 1: Donald and I could do that as well as you
- 1:17:52Speaker 1: did that. But but you you really must have worked
- 1:17:55Speaker 1: on that. Do you remember doing that?
- 1:17:57Speaker 6: I mean, I feel like in general, I remember the
- 1:18:01Speaker 6: medical jargon feeling like a language, because you just obviously
- 1:18:05Speaker 6: like I don't know what any of that means. Sometimes
- 1:18:07Speaker 6: I would try and look it up so that I
- 1:18:09Speaker 6: maybe thinking, maybe this will help me memorize it if
- 1:18:11Speaker 6: I have a sort of basic understanding of it. But
- 1:18:13Speaker 6: I remember little chunks of like I remember my first
- 1:18:16Speaker 6: piece of medical jargon I ever had to say was
- 1:18:18Speaker 6: superior mesenteric insufficiency.
- 1:18:20Speaker 5: And I don't know what that means, but.
- 1:18:24Speaker 6: I feel like it always felt like just kind of
- 1:18:27Speaker 6: memorizing a phonetic almost just yeah, as if you were
- 1:18:30Speaker 6: just it was just another language. But I kind of
- 1:18:34Speaker 6: liked it because I saw it as like a weird challenge,
- 1:18:36Speaker 6: especially when it was.
- 1:18:38Speaker 5: Something that was that long.
- 1:18:40Speaker 6: I always found that, like one trick was writing it
- 1:18:42Speaker 6: out by hand with like a pen and just kind
- 1:18:46Speaker 6: of you know, putting it on paper.
- 1:18:47Speaker 4: A few times.
- 1:18:48Speaker 5: I feel like this a bit of a visual.
- 1:18:50Speaker 1: I feel like this one you did in one breath too.
- 1:18:52Speaker 6: You were like, yeah, but that's not hard for me,
- 1:18:55Speaker 6: because that's not how I talk. Always, the one breath
- 1:19:00Speaker 6: part not a problem. The medical shot, Yeah, that this.
- 1:19:03Speaker 1: Stuff was our at eight forty six, I have to
- 1:19:06Speaker 1: use a payphone to call my h to call my dad.
- 1:19:08Speaker 2: Yes, in the middle of the hallway. Yeah there's a payphone,
- 1:19:12Speaker 2: just like in the hallway.
- 1:19:13Speaker 1: Well there might be, But isn't it funny this many
- 1:19:16Speaker 1: years later seeing someone that I got to call my
- 1:19:17Speaker 1: dad and reach her a payphone. I mean, kids today
- 1:19:19Speaker 1: probably don't know what a payphone is.
- 1:19:22Speaker 5: Yeah, it's pretty crazy.
- 1:19:23Speaker 4: Of a question.
- 1:19:23Speaker 2: When we started this show, was there were there payphones
- 1:19:27Speaker 2: in the I think the hospital. Weren't there payphones at
- 1:19:32Speaker 2: the on the bottom floor or something like wooden page? Yeah,
- 1:19:35Speaker 2: I remember there being wooden payphones or something like that.
- 1:19:37Speaker 1: I don't know if it was a proper if it
- 1:19:39Speaker 1: was real, but there was definitely it was a payphone
- 1:19:41Speaker 1: era still.
- 1:19:42Speaker 5: Yeah, yeah, totally.
- 1:19:45Speaker 1: Remember when we started, you know, we we talked about
- 1:19:47Speaker 1: how we got the Blackberries for the first time and
- 1:19:49Speaker 1: how exciting that was.
- 1:19:50Speaker 5: I mean, oh, that was such a huge deal.
- 1:19:53Speaker 1: I mean, there were cell phones, but you had to
- 1:19:54Speaker 1: be like wealthy. They were very, very expensive, you know,
- 1:19:58Speaker 1: it was like a luxury.
- 1:20:01Speaker 6: Anyway, going back in time to two minutes fifty when
- 1:20:06Speaker 6: Markey Post says is they're a rule against looking pretty
- 1:20:10Speaker 6: And that was sort of always a run with when
- 1:20:13Speaker 6: Markey Posts came back in future episodes, and I remember
- 1:20:17Speaker 6: Bill had been this one line where I'm talking on
- 1:20:20Speaker 6: the payphone to Markey Post and she I say, yeah, yeah,
- 1:20:25Speaker 6: I know, mom.
- 1:20:25Speaker 5: Short hair gives me pig face.
- 1:20:27Speaker 6: And Bill would find things with the background and with
- 1:20:31Speaker 6: us that were just kind of like just true to
- 1:20:33Speaker 6: all of our appearance and like we would you feel
- 1:20:36Speaker 6: you would short hair? Short hair definitely gives me pick face.
- 1:20:40Speaker 6: It's not attractive, Like I don't. I grew up like
- 1:20:42Speaker 6: people saying like please, don't like you actually just can't
- 1:20:45Speaker 6: cut You can't have a bob.
- 1:20:46Speaker 5: You can't just like cut your hair off, which obviously.
- 1:20:48Speaker 7: I no, no, no, definitely, But don't you guys remember
- 1:20:54Speaker 7: that there'd be things in the script where they would
- 1:20:56Speaker 7: it would be actually about our appearance, like I haven't
- 1:20:59Speaker 7: right here, you.
- 1:21:00Speaker 4: Don't look like Gary Busey.
- 1:21:01Speaker 2: What are you talking about? You do not look like
- 1:21:04Speaker 2: Gary Busey, by the way, we look the way.
- 1:21:07Speaker 1: And Hattie Winston doesn't look like Morgan Freeman. For the record,
- 1:21:10Speaker 1: for the record.
- 1:21:13Speaker 6: I have this this mole right here, Trevor, you can
- 1:21:15Speaker 6: see it. It has three hairs that grow to it.
- 1:21:16Speaker 1: I remember, add that to Trevor. Add that mole to
- 1:21:19Speaker 1: the scrubs wiki.
- 1:21:20Speaker 6: Don't, Trevor, don't add that to the scrubs Wicky. But
- 1:21:22Speaker 6: I literally like had to say a line where I
- 1:21:23Speaker 6: was like, oh yeah, chin, hair's back.
- 1:21:25Speaker 10: Like there were so many do you guys remember things
- 1:21:29Speaker 10: that were like space.
- 1:21:30Speaker 1: Do you have to trim the hairs in your in
- 1:21:32Speaker 1: your mole regularly?
- 1:21:34Speaker 4: Oh? Yeah.
- 1:21:34Speaker 6: When when Charlie was four, he looked at me so seriously,
- 1:21:37Speaker 6: like completely dead pan, and he was like.
- 1:21:40Speaker 5: Mama, I have terrible news. And I said what, and
- 1:21:44Speaker 5: he goes, you're growing a beard?
- 1:21:49Speaker 1: Donald, do you have a mold? Do you have to
- 1:21:51Speaker 1: tend to that mole or it's covered now with the mustache? Right?
- 1:21:54Speaker 2: Well, I got a whole facial face full of hair
- 1:21:57Speaker 2: right now, But I know your mole ever have to
- 1:22:00Speaker 2: tend to it like it's it's been checked out.
- 1:22:03Speaker 1: It's no, I'm saying it doesn't grow its own hairs.
- 1:22:06Speaker 4: Of course it grows. It's a mole. All moles growl hair.
- 1:22:10Speaker 1: Oh so you have to trim your mole hairs?
- 1:22:12Speaker 4: No, never, I know it's a loud.
- 1:22:15Speaker 6: I feel like it's more acceptable on a male than
- 1:22:17Speaker 6: it is on a female. That's exactly the point. Donald
- 1:22:19Speaker 6: doesn't have to trim his mole Hair's life. To pluck
- 1:22:21Speaker 6: these three mole hairs out of my chin.
- 1:22:23Speaker 1: I feel like moles should not have hairs. I think everybody,
- 1:22:25Speaker 1: no matter what your gender, should trim your mole hair.
- 1:22:30Speaker 4: I will say this it's a lot.
- 1:22:31Speaker 2: It's a lot sharper than the hair that grows above
- 1:22:35Speaker 2: my lip and crown my chin. Like you, I could,
- 1:22:39Speaker 2: you know, cut somebody when kissing them, and it's just
- 1:22:43Speaker 2: the mole hair and there's nothing padding the area like
- 1:22:47Speaker 2: more facial hair. The mole hair could cut somebody. It's
- 1:22:50Speaker 2: like a like a needle.
- 1:22:51Speaker 1: Have you ever pierced Casey's face with your mole hair?
- 1:22:55Speaker 4: No?
- 1:22:55Speaker 2: No, I don't even think Casey knows I have a mole.
- 1:22:57Speaker 2: Ever since I've been with him, I've had this beard
- 1:23:00Speaker 2: and something. She likes the beard and mustache. She might
- 1:23:03Speaker 2: not like it this full. It suits you, but she
- 1:23:05Speaker 2: likes the beard and mustache.
- 1:23:07Speaker 1: And I think it looks really good on you. I
- 1:23:08Speaker 1: can't remember the last time seeing it this full.
- 1:23:11Speaker 4: I don't think yes. Is it?
- 1:23:13Speaker 5: Is it a pandemic thing? Are you not going to
- 1:23:15Speaker 5: cut it till the end of the pandemic?
- 1:23:16Speaker 4: I kind of like it. I think I'm gonna get
- 1:23:18Speaker 4: I like it for as long as I possibly can.
- 1:23:19Speaker 2: Even the hair on my head, even though it's not,
- 1:23:21Speaker 2: you know, even though I have a receding hairline. I
- 1:23:23Speaker 2: like the way my hair looks on the top of
- 1:23:25Speaker 2: my head. You know, I think I look like freaking
- 1:23:28Speaker 2: you know, the dad from Good Times.
- 1:23:31Speaker 4: You know, one hundred Oh it suits you.
- 1:23:36Speaker 1: I like it.
- 1:23:36Speaker 4: I kind of like it. I kind of like you.
- 1:23:38Speaker 4: George Jefferson.
- 1:23:39Speaker 6: My last my last thought on on mole hair is
- 1:23:42Speaker 6: I was working on a job and it was late
- 1:23:43Speaker 6: and never was stressed out, and we just needed to
- 1:23:46Speaker 6: lighten the mood a little. So the makeup artist put
- 1:23:48Speaker 6: those individual eyelashes out of every freckle and mole on
- 1:23:53Speaker 6: my face and neck, just like a little kind of
- 1:23:55Speaker 6: group of these little fake eyelashes. So that I went
- 1:23:58Speaker 6: to craft service and people thought like I didn't really
- 1:24:00Speaker 6: know what to say, like kind.
- 1:24:02Speaker 5: Of wanted to be like, you have a but just
- 1:24:04Speaker 5: like out of every one on.
- 1:24:06Speaker 7: Every one of your most and freckles, just like a
- 1:24:08Speaker 7: little grouping of three.
- 1:24:10Speaker 1: It's weird, dude.
- 1:24:11Speaker 2: It's great thinking that You're like, you know, what would
- 1:24:14Speaker 2: be funny if you just.
- 1:24:17Speaker 5: Because it was like it was like it'd be a conversation.
- 1:24:19Speaker 6: People be like, not sure what it like, you have
- 1:24:20Speaker 6: a there's just a you've got it.
- 1:24:24Speaker 1: I laughed out loud at fifteen fifty eight when Sarah,
- 1:24:28Speaker 1: you say, I'm not crazy, am I.
- 1:24:29Speaker 10: No, sh It's like the first example of Elliott starting
- 1:24:33Speaker 10: to lose it.
- 1:24:33Speaker 6: And then that opened up like a whole new world
- 1:24:36Speaker 6: for her of crazy.
- 1:24:38Speaker 2: I laughed at bet your powdered bottom. You can bet
- 1:24:41Speaker 2: your powdered battle, and I laughed at it because it
- 1:24:44Speaker 2: reminded me of any The sun will come out tomorrow.
- 1:24:47Speaker 4: Bet your powder bottom tomorrow.
- 1:24:51Speaker 1: He says. Who says bet your powdered bottom? I lost that.
- 1:24:54Speaker 4: John C McGinley says it to you.
- 1:24:57Speaker 1: Johnny has a great moment in fifteen nineteen where he's
- 1:24:59Speaker 1: like just dud just just berating me as per usual,
- 1:25:02Speaker 1: making me feel like shit, and he knows so badly
- 1:25:06Speaker 1: that I'm dying for a father figure leader because my
- 1:25:09Speaker 1: dad isn't exactly that, and and then he just at
- 1:25:13Speaker 1: the end it gives me like the most beautiful little
- 1:25:16Speaker 1: He could have done a much worse job, and it's
- 1:25:19Speaker 1: like it just gives you just a little seed of
- 1:25:21Speaker 1: a compliment, so that JD could see that like he
- 1:25:24Speaker 1: was he was there for me, you know, just a
- 1:25:26Speaker 1: little bit. He's not gonna give you much, you know,
- 1:25:28Speaker 1: And then in.
- 1:25:28Speaker 6: The end of the episode he buys it all back,
- 1:25:30Speaker 6: and that was such a great scene with both of you,
- 1:25:32Speaker 6: and it was mostly done in a Wonner like except
- 1:25:34Speaker 6: for his little chunk at the end.
- 1:25:35Speaker 5: To you, it was kind of mostly a wonder down
- 1:25:36Speaker 5: the hallway. It was so great.
- 1:25:38Speaker 2: Yeah, I want to give a big shout out also
- 1:25:42Speaker 2: to you know, Hattie Winston's performance coming in and Judy's performance.
- 1:25:47Speaker 2: They pretty much had to mimic each other for the
- 1:25:50Speaker 2: whole episode. Yeah, and it had to be convincing for
- 1:25:55Speaker 2: you to believe at the end for the joke to
- 1:25:57Speaker 2: work where she's like, did you are you dating me?
- 1:26:01Speaker 2: Because I'm exactly like your mother, it had to be
- 1:26:04Speaker 2: almost perfect that, you know, they did the exact same thing.
- 1:26:08Speaker 2: Also for Carla to realize, holy shit, I'm his mom.
- 1:26:13Speaker 2: And I just I thought it was really cool how
- 1:26:15Speaker 2: they they did it so well. You know, it was
- 1:26:18Speaker 2: really like they had worked on this for, you know,
- 1:26:23Speaker 2: the week instead of that day when they met. They
- 1:26:26Speaker 2: had worked on it for at least a week because
- 1:26:28Speaker 2: they even the way they were talking it sounded they
- 1:26:31Speaker 2: sounded alike.
- 1:26:32Speaker 1: Yeah, and there's some there's some subtle things too, like
- 1:26:34Speaker 1: at nine forty when they're in the when they're in
- 1:26:36Speaker 1: the break room. Her top matches Judy scrubs.
- 1:26:39Speaker 4: Right, they're the same color, wearing the same.
- 1:26:41Speaker 1: Colors, and they both love the same color. And yeah,
- 1:26:44Speaker 1: and then poor Hattie trying to do that freeze thing.
- 1:26:46Speaker 1: They made it. I don't know why they did that.
- 1:26:48Speaker 1: They should have just frozen the left side of the frame.
- 1:26:50Speaker 1: But like, she did such a good job. She did
- 1:26:54Speaker 1: as good a job as as most people can do.
- 1:26:56Speaker 1: But she's not exactly ready for Washington Square Park being
- 1:26:58Speaker 1: a frozen statue of liberty.
- 1:26:59Speaker 4: Right, well, she did blank, You're absolutely right she did.
- 1:27:04Speaker 1: Yes, it's hard, I mean, but she was like, you know, moving.
- 1:27:07Speaker 4: Right, trying to keep it together. But I really liked
- 1:27:10Speaker 4: the joke that.
- 1:27:11Speaker 2: I really liked the payoff for it, where you know,
- 1:27:14Speaker 2: Carla asks her, She's like, you know, are.
- 1:27:16Speaker 4: You dating me?
- 1:27:17Speaker 2: Because I remind you of your mother? And Turk goes, baby,
- 1:27:24Speaker 2: That's exactly why I'm dating.
- 1:27:27Speaker 5: That was one of my favorite scenes. You and Judy
- 1:27:30Speaker 5: were both so good in that scene.
- 1:27:31Speaker 6: It's one of my favorite scenes of the episode when
- 1:27:33Speaker 6: you're like, you know, yeah, you're both smart, strong and
- 1:27:37Speaker 6: smart and independent.
- 1:27:38Speaker 1: And yeah, I mean I didn't want you, Judy. I
- 1:27:40Speaker 1: wanted to ask you Donald, like, do you I mean,
- 1:27:43Speaker 1: I don't know why Judy was so worried about that.
- 1:27:46Speaker 1: I mean, would you say that there's qualities in Casey
- 1:27:50Speaker 1: that overlap with your mom? I mean I think I would.
- 1:27:52Speaker 1: I mean both great moms, ye, very loving.
- 1:27:55Speaker 4: And absolutely well.
- 1:27:56Speaker 2: I think I think if you're a mom, if you're
- 1:27:58Speaker 2: a mother, most likely you have a lot of love
- 1:28:01Speaker 2: in your heart and your and you'll do anything for
- 1:28:03Speaker 2: your kids.
- 1:28:03Speaker 4: And so I think all moms or most.
- 1:28:06Speaker 1: I don't think that's universally true for.
- 1:28:07Speaker 2: The absolutely you know what, You're absolutely right, it's not
- 1:28:09Speaker 2: universally true.
- 1:28:10Speaker 1: But you know, everyone with a shitty parent right now
- 1:28:13Speaker 1: is like come home.
- 1:28:14Speaker 4: But right, it's like, fuck you did my mom sucks?
- 1:28:16Speaker 2: But but but uh yeah, so Casey and my mom
- 1:28:20Speaker 2: are definitely uh definitely have that in comment.
- 1:28:23Speaker 4: But for the most part, they're very different.
- 1:28:26Speaker 2: Uh.
- 1:28:27Speaker 1: They're both big personalities both both for both Sureley and
- 1:28:31Speaker 1: are like the life of the party.
- 1:28:32Speaker 2: And yeah, but my mom's not a ball buster the
- 1:28:35Speaker 2: way my wife is a ball buster. My wife, you
- 1:28:37Speaker 2: know what I mean. If I do something great, my
- 1:28:40Speaker 2: mom's like, holy shit, that was the best thing I've
- 1:28:43Speaker 2: ever seen. In my life or if I you know,
- 1:28:45Speaker 2: if I fuck up royally, She's like, you know what,
- 1:28:49Speaker 2: we'll get them next time, honey.
- 1:28:51Speaker 4: You know what I mean, Casey.
- 1:28:52Speaker 1: Both like to have a good time and throw a
- 1:28:54Speaker 1: few back.
- 1:28:54Speaker 4: No doubt. But well, no, come on, shut the fuck up.
- 1:28:59Speaker 1: No, all right, we can edit that out. But a
- 1:29:02Speaker 1: few drinks for surely in the day.
- 1:29:03Speaker 4: You know.
- 1:29:04Speaker 2: I was about to say, my mom is a way
- 1:29:05Speaker 2: bigger drinker than than than Casey is. But like, so,
- 1:29:09Speaker 2: my mom is very supportive Casey. If I do something
- 1:29:11Speaker 2: really dope, it's hard to get a compliment and a
- 1:29:15Speaker 2: compliment out of her, you know what I mean. I'll
- 1:29:17Speaker 2: do something dope and she'll be like, well, you're supposed
- 1:29:19Speaker 2: to do that, that's about That's how it's supposed to be.
- 1:29:21Speaker 2: Don't get don't get all excited because you did that.
- 1:29:24Speaker 2: That's you're supposed to be able to do that shit, damn.
- 1:29:26Speaker 4: It, you know what I mean. But you you'll be like,
- 1:29:29Speaker 4: that was amazing.
- 1:29:30Speaker 1: But don't you think And I think this is true
- 1:29:33Speaker 1: for a lot of men, and that you definitely true
- 1:29:37Speaker 1: for Bill Lawrence and might even be true for me,
- 1:29:39Speaker 1: that you like a tough woman who's gonna bust your
- 1:29:42Speaker 1: balls and keep you on your toes.
- 1:29:44Speaker 2: Absolutely, absolutely, But there comes a time where you want
- 1:29:48Speaker 2: some form of affirmation or some form of you know,
- 1:29:51Speaker 2: you want something of some accolade, you know, some form
- 1:29:54Speaker 2: of accolades, like I'll do something, I'll do something good,
- 1:29:59Speaker 2: And she's like, you should have been able to do
- 1:30:00Speaker 2: that anyway?
- 1:30:01Speaker 4: Who gives it? To move on? I do something bad? You.
- 1:30:05Speaker 2: I want my Sometimes I want my wife to be like, oh,
- 1:30:07Speaker 2: it's okay, baby, don't worry about it. We're gonna figure
- 1:30:09Speaker 2: this out. She'd be like, you fucked up.
- 1:30:11Speaker 4: You know you.
- 1:30:14Speaker 1: Well, you know those of you who think who are
- 1:30:17Speaker 1: thinking that this podcast might lead to him and his
- 1:30:20Speaker 1: wife having a conversation, you needn't worry because she doesn't
- 1:30:23Speaker 1: listen to the podcast. Still, I love your wife. She
- 1:30:38Speaker 1: is a she is a ballbuster. But she has a
- 1:30:40Speaker 1: saying that she does not censor a single word she says,
- 1:30:43Speaker 1: which I like a lot in people. And she also says,
- 1:30:46Speaker 1: all right, when she's about to say something that she's
- 1:30:48Speaker 1: worried you might, like, you know, judge her, for she goes,
- 1:30:51Speaker 1: all right, no judgments, all right, let me tell you.
- 1:30:54Speaker 1: And then she like it's like it's like no judgments
- 1:30:57Speaker 1: question mark. Okay, if it's not gonna be any judgments,
- 1:30:59Speaker 1: I'm gonna lay it out.
- 1:31:00Speaker 4: We can have this conversation. You can't be judgmental. We're
- 1:31:03Speaker 4: not doing this.
- 1:31:04Speaker 1: But I but I like that expression because it's like
- 1:31:06Speaker 1: you want me to be fully honest with you, because
- 1:31:07Speaker 1: then you need you need to pre sign this document
- 1:31:09Speaker 1: that says you will not judge what I'm about to say.
- 1:31:13Speaker 2: But then that But also this doesn't with this whole thing.
- 1:31:16Speaker 2: It doesn't necessarily track with the beginning and how Turk
- 1:31:20Speaker 2: is sad that his mom's coming, because if he should
- 1:31:23Speaker 2: be excited that his mom's coming because he's dating a
- 1:31:26Speaker 2: woman that reminds him of his mom and he knows it.
- 1:31:30Speaker 2: So part of me is like, I don't necessarily get
- 1:31:33Speaker 2: why Turk is so disappointed in his mom showing up.
- 1:31:38Speaker 4: But that's just me.
- 1:31:39Speaker 5: It's an asked bill.
- 1:31:40Speaker 11: Guys, No, it's not worthy of an aspect because he's
- 1:31:46Speaker 11: just gonna say five six seventy eight and get the
- 1:31:48Speaker 11: music going, and he's he's out of control that guy.
- 1:31:52Speaker 4: I really love that Elliott comes out to her mom.
- 1:31:59Speaker 1: Really, that what I think. But that's funny when Kelsey
- 1:32:02Speaker 1: goes the guys and the guys in I Radiology owe
- 1:32:05Speaker 1: me some money.
- 1:32:08Speaker 4: So that was all right. We need to wrap this
- 1:32:12Speaker 4: super side again.
- 1:32:13Speaker 10: Also one other funny thing too, when Johnny c is
- 1:32:17Speaker 10: uh telling you right at the beginning of the episode,
- 1:32:19Speaker 10: would like to bring your dad with you to take
- 1:32:22Speaker 10: a vehicle, take him secure vehicle, a balloon, the car, tricycle,
- 1:32:25Speaker 10: anything and take him with you.
- 1:32:26Speaker 4: Is a great lie.
- 1:32:29Speaker 1: Sarah, we're so well. First of all, Trevor, thank you
- 1:32:32Speaker 1: for coming on.
- 1:32:33Speaker 4: You didn't really have much to say.
- 1:32:34Speaker 1: After Trevor, we didn't ask him anything. He said, you know, well,
- 1:32:38Speaker 1: the three of us are big personalities. Yelling into the
- 1:32:40Speaker 1: microphone Trevor. You know he's letting us do our thing.
- 1:32:44Speaker 12: Fan.
- 1:32:44Speaker 3: I don't want you know, if I were another fan,
- 1:32:47Speaker 3: I wouldn't want me a fan talking the whole episode.
- 1:32:50Speaker 4: You have every right to you have. This is listen
- 1:32:53Speaker 4: as much as this is Zach and My podcast.
- 1:32:58Speaker 2: Everyone who comes on, Joelle, Dan, Trevor, everyone who's on
- 1:33:03Speaker 2: here is open to is welcome to have conversation at right.
- 1:33:08Speaker 1: I wish Dan would talk more. He never talks. He's
- 1:33:12Speaker 1: very shy. The only time he got Dan to ever
- 1:33:14Speaker 1: talk was when he got really passionate about fucking hating Spectrum.
- 1:33:17Speaker 4: Do you remember that, right? I do remember that Dan like.
- 1:33:19Speaker 1: Turned off his mute and fucking went on a monologue
- 1:33:21Speaker 1: about Spectrum from this sun.
- 1:33:25Speaker 10: Daniel, Can you can you tell everybody about your dad
- 1:33:28Speaker 10: and how he's a hero?
- 1:33:29Speaker 1: I'd sure.
- 1:33:31Speaker 9: Yesterday my father was at the protest at the Mayor's
- 1:33:35Speaker 9: house and he was approached by Fox News. And you know,
- 1:33:41Speaker 9: my dad is a white dude who lives in a
- 1:33:44Speaker 9: relatively nice neighborhood in Los Angeles. So and my feeling
- 1:33:48Speaker 9: is that Fox News came up to him looking for
- 1:33:50Speaker 9: some sort of take along the lines of I don't
- 1:33:53Speaker 9: like what's going on here. What happened was my father,
- 1:33:57Speaker 9: very eloquently, in my opinion, laid out exactly what the
- 1:34:00Speaker 9: problem is in this country right now, laying down how
- 1:34:03Speaker 9: we are here in this country on stolen land that
- 1:34:07Speaker 9: was built on the backs of four hundred years of slavery,
- 1:34:11Speaker 9: and after years and years of not being listened to,
- 1:34:14Speaker 9: of being pushed down and silenced over and over and over,
- 1:34:17Speaker 9: what do people expect at this point? This is going
- 1:34:20Speaker 9: to keep happening? Until these three officers are brought to
- 1:34:24Speaker 9: justice for standing by and doing nothing, Until actual reform
- 1:34:28Speaker 9: is made, until our country actually.
- 1:34:30Speaker 12: Accounts for the sins of its creation. Until we do that,
- 1:34:34Speaker 12: Until we actually make that effort, nothing will change. And
- 1:34:37Speaker 12: that is what he laid out on Fox yesterday. And
- 1:34:39Speaker 12: I think that interviewer did not get what she wanted.
- 1:34:42Speaker 1: Did they air it?
- 1:34:43Speaker 4: Did they air it?
- 1:34:44Speaker 9: Not only did they air it, but I was able
- 1:34:46Speaker 9: to retweet it and it's currently sitting at you know,
- 1:34:48Speaker 9: four hundred and twenty thousand likes on Twitter.
- 1:34:50Speaker 1: So will you will you send me that lea? Absolutely?
- 1:34:56Speaker 1: Of course, of course that was beautifully said it. I
- 1:35:00Speaker 1: have to say I love it, the running gag that
- 1:35:02Speaker 1: Dan doesn't speak, and then when he does he speaks
- 1:35:05Speaker 1: incredibly articularly and does a long monologue. First about Spectrum,
- 1:35:10Speaker 1: now about Injustice. Dan, please contribute more to the show.
- 1:35:13Speaker 1: Don't hide out in your little tech bubble.
- 1:35:16Speaker 12: Will you honor me?
- 1:35:17Speaker 1: Thank you? I appreciate that. Sarah Chalk, we love you.
- 1:35:20Speaker 5: I love you guys too. Thanks for having me. Trevor,
- 1:35:23Speaker 5: thank you for everything you've done.
- 1:35:24Speaker 6: Scrubswise, and I'm so happy that we were able to
- 1:35:27Speaker 6: bring you and your partner together, and.
- 1:35:29Speaker 1: He's still going to get his basket, even though he's
- 1:35:31Speaker 1: hedging a little bit.
- 1:35:32Speaker 5: Get his basket.
- 1:35:33Speaker 2: But it's gonna get USA Generic in it now.
- 1:35:38Speaker 6: But the Trader Joey's peacans, the Sweet and Salty Trader
- 1:35:40Speaker 6: jose Peacans in it.
- 1:35:41Speaker 1: Donald, I'm going to call you after this and we're
- 1:35:43Speaker 1: going to curate an amazing We could give him some swag.
- 1:35:46Speaker 1: We can sign some stuff for him.
- 1:35:48Speaker 4: That sounds great. I don't have anything, so.
- 1:35:50Speaker 1: Yeah, some company made air fresheners of us without permission,
- 1:35:54Speaker 1: which I don't mind at all because I'm just happy
- 1:35:56Speaker 1: to have an air freshener of myself. Donald smells like
- 1:35:59Speaker 1: Donald smells like quote black ice, and mine I think
- 1:36:04Speaker 1: like vanilla. Well, anyway, maybe we can throw Trevor some
- 1:36:09Speaker 1: some some unlicensed h JD and Turk air fresheners.
- 1:36:14Speaker 4: There are a lot of people that are gonna go
- 1:36:15Speaker 4: looking for that.
- 1:36:16Speaker 12: I know.
- 1:36:17Speaker 1: I'm happy to throw the business some business because I
- 1:36:19Speaker 1: think they're funny and I don't really care what am
- 1:36:21Speaker 1: I gonna make a penny off that I don't care?
- 1:36:23Speaker 4: Okay that being said.
- 1:36:25Speaker 1: Fans, thank you so much for listening Sarah. We love
- 1:36:28Speaker 1: you so much. Sarah, We're gonna let you do the numbers.
- 1:36:31Speaker 1: Remember to hit us up with questions. Joel will sift
- 1:36:34Speaker 1: through scrubs. iHeart at gmail dot com and Joel will
- 1:36:39Speaker 1: decide if your if your question is good enough to
- 1:36:41Speaker 1: come on the air. Get her attention, she said early on.
- 1:36:44Speaker 1: Don't just send some bs. Be creative because Joel's a
- 1:36:48Speaker 1: busy woman and she likes to be have her eyes
- 1:36:50Speaker 1: captivated by an interesting email. Sarah, stay safe, We love you,
- 1:36:54Speaker 1: we miss you. You may now lead us in song
- 1:36:57Speaker 1: by counting us a stick.

- 1:37:06Speaker 2: talks and nurses in the janitor who I said, here's
- 1:37:10Speaker 2: the stories Nell should know.
- 1:37:14Speaker 4: So gather round you, here are, gather round you, here are.
- 1:37:19Speaker 3: But we watch show Wiz and
