The Pit Fitness Ranch Teen Competition with Azariah and Stephanie Price, as well as a fun round table discussion with the Crew
We sit down with Azariah and Stephanie Price from the Pit Fitness Ranch to talk about the upcoming Teen Throwdown. These two with the help of others are giving the teen athletes who qualified for the CrossFit Games a chance to end their season with a championship that has a lot of value. The story is awesome and so grateful they shared that with us. We also talk about the news, our nutritional challenge, and a lot of other silly stuff this week on our weekly Round table.
