- 0:00Speaker 1: Mark Simon miss to New York Now three hours every
- 0:04Speaker 1: weekday from nine till noon seven TENR.
- 0:11Speaker 2: Well, hey, if you just joined us, this is the
- 0:13Speaker 2: second hour. Yeah, we start at nine am now every morning,
- 0:16Speaker 2: nine to noon every day. So if you're just tuning in,
- 0:20Speaker 2: you missed the first hour. The show is now three
- 0:22Speaker 2: hours every day, nine to noon. So welcome to the
- 0:27Speaker 2: second hour. Michigan primary tonight, this is a big deal.
- 0:31Speaker 2: Keep an eye on this. Five primaries tonight. Polls close
- 0:35Speaker 2: about nine o'clock'll start seeing results. If the crazy socialist
- 0:39Speaker 2: left wing kookin Michigan wins the Democratic primary, that's good
- 0:44Speaker 2: for the Republicans because then that means the Republican guy
- 0:47Speaker 2: will win the Senate seat. And it's a retiring Democrat
- 0:52Speaker 2: that's in the Senate seat now. Democrat is retiring, so
- 0:56Speaker 2: if the Republican wins in November, they pick up a
- 0:59Speaker 2: seat in the Senate, almost guaranteeing Republicans will hold the Senate.
- 1:03Speaker 2: So hope that this nut job his name is doctor
- 1:06Speaker 2: Abdul l Sayad wins the Michigan primary tonight. It's actually
- 1:12Speaker 2: an open primary. If you're a Republican, you could go
- 1:15Speaker 2: vote for him. In the primary and make sure instead
- 1:18Speaker 2: of it's two Democrats running in a primary, a normal
- 1:21Speaker 2: Democrat Hailey Stevens versus doctor Abdul l sayad nutjob socialist,
- 1:30Speaker 2: one of those hanging around with Hassan Piker kind of guy.
- 1:33Speaker 2: So keep an eye on that tonight. So, hey, you know,
- 1:38Speaker 2: the guy that bought CNN is David Ellison, son of
- 1:42Speaker 2: Larry Ellison, a tech billionaire, oracle a zillionaire. So he
- 1:47Speaker 2: finally gave an interview talking about CNN. You know, everybody
- 1:49Speaker 2: at CNN thinks he's going to clean house, get rid
- 1:52Speaker 2: of the ridiculous left wing, biased, slanted CNN. He did
- 1:57Speaker 2: an interview, he said not, he said, he's not a
- 2:00Speaker 2: crazy conservative. You know, these Democrats get nuts about everything.
- 2:05Speaker 2: Like Barry Weiss takes over CBS. They're going yelling and
- 2:08Speaker 2: screaming about how bad. Well, she's not a conservative. She's
- 2:11Speaker 2: pretty much a liberal. She's a New York Times person
- 2:14Speaker 2: for years, not a conservative by any means. So they
- 2:18Speaker 2: get all panicky about her, and Ellison pointing out he's
- 2:20Speaker 2: conservative on some things. He's liberal on other things, which
- 2:23Speaker 2: a lot of us are, but he's not really a conservative.
- 2:26Speaker 2: So they shouldn't worry about that so much. But he
- 2:29Speaker 2: said he will shake things up there, and he should.
- 2:33Speaker 2: You got a lot of people there who stink, which
- 2:37Speaker 2: just they're awful that Jake Tapper could put anybody to sleep.
- 2:40Speaker 2: You got that Brian Stelter still lurking around, that worm
- 2:44Speaker 2: looking little guy. And then well all of it is
- 2:47Speaker 2: pretty the Dana bashes, They've got to be the most
- 2:49Speaker 2: annoying person on television. And Ellison points out that in
- 2:54Speaker 2: all these surveys, people don't trust the news media anymore.
- 2:58Speaker 2: And Elison to this number, seventy five percent of America
- 3:02Speaker 2: doesn't trust the news anymore. Seventy five percent doesn't trust him.
- 3:07Speaker 2: He's got a point. So he said, you got to
- 3:09Speaker 2: shake things up. You can't have this going on. So
- 3:12Speaker 2: there will be a lot of new people coming to CNN.
- 3:15Speaker 2: So that's good news. Now, this guy, Tony Romo, the
- 3:22Speaker 2: football play by play, he does a lot of sports.
- 3:25Speaker 2: But to Tony Romo had been on CBS for years,
- 3:30Speaker 2: usually with Jim Nantz or somebody else. But Tony Romo
- 3:33Speaker 2: gets picked up for drunk driving and there's a body
- 3:37Speaker 2: cam footage and all that. It doesn't look good. It's
- 3:39Speaker 2: pretty bad. So they remove him from the airwaves. They
- 3:42Speaker 2: put him on suspension. Now, I don't know should you
- 3:47Speaker 2: fire the guy over this. It's a horrible thing, that
- 3:51Speaker 2: drunk driving. But if it's a one time thing or whatever,
- 3:54Speaker 2: if you get under control, I mean, you're certainly got
- 3:56Speaker 2: to do something about it. But do you fire him
- 3:58Speaker 2: over that. He's a extremely highly paid, a big, big
- 4:03Speaker 2: CBS sports anchor. Do you fire him for something like that?
- 4:07Speaker 2: I mean, if he was a pilot, I could see
- 4:08Speaker 2: firing right away. But to cover football, you can't drink.
- 4:14Speaker 2: But here's the problem. Here's what people are saying behind
- 4:16Speaker 2: the scenes is really going on. They kind of wanted
- 4:19Speaker 2: to get rid of him anyway. They're kind of angry
- 4:21Speaker 2: at him anyway, because they're overpaying him at the time.
- 4:25Speaker 2: This is a while back. He signed a ten year contract.
- 4:29Speaker 2: This is six years ago. He signed a ten year
- 4:31Speaker 2: contract for one hundred and eighty million. That's eighteen million
- 4:35Speaker 2: a year. Now, they really overpaying this guy. So if
- 4:38Speaker 2: you're saying, well, why did they do it, why would
- 4:40Speaker 2: they overpay? Well, at the time, he had a lot
- 4:44Speaker 2: of leverage for a couple of seconds there, because remember
- 4:47Speaker 2: six years ago, the networks were still doing a little
- 4:50Speaker 2: better back then, and it looked like ESPN wanted to
- 4:53Speaker 2: hire him for their Monday night football crew. So ESPN
- 4:58Speaker 2: was really after him. CBS was real caught in a
- 5:00Speaker 2: bind for a second there. He had incredible leverage and
- 5:03Speaker 2: he got this one hundred and eighty million dollar deal.
- 5:08Speaker 2: Well now it's six years later, Network TV is way down.
- 5:11Speaker 2: They're not making that kind of money anymore, and they
- 5:14Speaker 2: don't want to pay him eighteen million a year. So
- 5:17Speaker 2: that may be a big reason why they're using this
- 5:20Speaker 2: to push him out the door or maybe get him
- 5:23Speaker 2: to really lower the price. That could happen. Hey, the
- 5:27Speaker 2: guy that jumped off the bridge. You remember this guy committed
- 5:29Speaker 2: to try to commit suicide over the weekend. He's up
- 5:32Speaker 2: on the It wasn't the Brooklyn Bridge, it was the
- 5:34Speaker 2: other bridge, was at the Manhattan Bridge. So he's up
- 5:38Speaker 2: there and he first he takes off all his clothes.
- 5:42Speaker 2: I don't know why he gotta be naked. I mean,
- 5:44Speaker 2: he's going to jump in the water. I guess he'd
- 5:46Speaker 2: that's why. And he jumps off the bridge. It's three
- 5:50Speaker 2: hundred feet to the water. Not only does he survive,
- 5:54Speaker 2: but when they get to the hospital. He's in stable condition. Now,
- 5:57Speaker 2: how is this possible anybody hits that water, they're dead. Well,
- 6:02Speaker 2: people have been studying the video because apparently as he
- 6:05Speaker 2: jumped a lot of people had their phones out and
- 6:07Speaker 2: did video. You can hear people screaming when he jumps
- 6:10Speaker 2: off the bridge. You know, if you could do this,
- 6:16Speaker 2: these high divers know how to do this. If you
- 6:19Speaker 2: hit the water on a slant or flat, you're going
- 6:22Speaker 2: to break your bones and your ribs and your stump.
- 6:24Speaker 2: But if you can be absolutely straight as you go down,
- 6:28Speaker 2: totally straight, like a pencil almost, it'll be much easier
- 6:33Speaker 2: for you cut. You might hurt your feet, but that's
- 6:35Speaker 2: about it. And apparently this guy had a bag of
- 6:41Speaker 2: stuff and he held it up over his head when
- 6:43Speaker 2: he jumped, so because he was holding it straight up
- 6:46Speaker 2: over his head, that meant his arms went straight up
- 6:50Speaker 2: and it got his body totally straight. So they think
- 6:55Speaker 2: that keeping his body totally straight by holding that bag
- 6:58Speaker 2: up over his head broke helped him make him much
- 7:02Speaker 2: cleaner fall into the river. And they also think by
- 7:05Speaker 2: holding that bag over his head, he had acted as
- 7:07Speaker 2: kind of a parachute and slowed him down a little,
- 7:11Speaker 2: and he not only survived, he was in stable condition.
- 7:13Speaker 2: He's expected to fully recover. But he's going to be
- 7:18Speaker 2: charged with all kinds of things. They're going to charge
- 7:20Speaker 2: him with reckless engagement, making graffiti. Apparently he did that
- 7:25Speaker 2: on the top of the bridge. He was naked. They're
- 7:27Speaker 2: going to charge him with public lewdness, criminal trespass, disorderly conduct. Now,
- 7:33Speaker 2: I guess this guy felt he was a failure in
- 7:35Speaker 2: life and decided to kill himself, and that's why he
- 7:37Speaker 2: was up there. Now, if you think you're a failure
- 7:41Speaker 2: in life and you decide you're such a failure, I'm
- 7:43Speaker 2: gonna end it all, I'm gonna jump. And then you
- 7:46Speaker 2: screw that up. You can't even kill yourself, right, And
- 7:49Speaker 2: not only don't you kill yourself, you end up in
- 7:51Speaker 2: twelve charges and you're going to jail forever. So that's
- 7:57Speaker 2: a real loser, that guy. I mean, I guess we're
- 7:59Speaker 2: glad he's okay, But what no loser. So I'm watching
- 8:05Speaker 2: these hearings. This is Senator white House, this is a
- 8:08Speaker 2: Bloomenthal All these creepy, weirdo Bloomenthal Democrat types. These are hearings.
- 8:14Speaker 2: They're going after the they're trying to go after Todd Blanche.
- 8:19Speaker 2: This is the new attorney general. He was Trump's lawyer.
- 8:22Speaker 2: They make a big thing of that. How could he
- 8:24Speaker 2: you're Trump's lawyer, He can't make you attorney general? Yeah? No,
- 8:28Speaker 2: How many attorney generals we've had who used to be
- 8:30Speaker 2: the lawyer of that president. John Mitchell for Richard Nixon,
- 8:36Speaker 2: Ed Meese for Ronald Reagan. It's perfectly common. It's done
- 8:39Speaker 2: all Hey. John F. Kennedy appointed his brother to be
- 8:42Speaker 2: attorney general, who was his lawyer before that. It happens
- 8:47Speaker 2: all the time. Here's Trump on. I don't know what
- 8:49Speaker 2: they agreed.
- 8:49Speaker 3: I think Todd Blanche agreed to reconfirm things that he's
- 8:54Speaker 3: already said, and what he said was okay.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Yeah, Blanche agreed to drop that fund to pay off
- 9:00Speaker 2: victims of law fare. But as Trump indicates there, just
- 9:05Speaker 2: because he dropped it doesn't mean Trump will drop it.
- 9:08Speaker 2: So they're going after these hearings, Dick Durbin, Blumenthal, all
- 9:14Speaker 2: these horrible senators yelling and screaming. Blanche has no business
- 9:18Speaker 2: serving as age. He's perfectly quality, actual actually much more
- 9:21Speaker 2: qualified than a lot of previous ages. Now, the other
- 9:25Speaker 2: thing they're using against him is the Epstein files. This
- 9:29Speaker 2: one said he tried to sweep the Epstein scandal under
- 9:33Speaker 2: the rug. Now exactly what was the Epstein scandal exactly?
- 9:38Speaker 2: I mean there was a scandal, but it was all
- 9:40Speaker 2: against Epstein. Epstein apparently liked young girls, under age girls.
- 9:44Speaker 2: That was his thing, for massages, for sex. For all
- 9:48Speaker 2: of that. That was Epstein. But we've had the files released.
- 9:51Speaker 2: We got ten million pages of the files. We've looked
- 9:54Speaker 2: through everything. It doesn't appear that anybody else except Prince
- 9:57Speaker 2: Andrew like the young girl. But if you read the
- 10:01Speaker 2: files carefully, I have the Epstein files show that ninety
- 10:06Speaker 2: nine point nine nine nine percent of everybody else just
- 10:09Speaker 2: wanted women, over age women, not underage women. They were
- 10:13Speaker 2: all adult women that Epstein knew and that these guys knew.
- 10:17Speaker 2: So I don't know exactly what the scandal is. And
- 10:20Speaker 2: there's no connection with Trump. He knew Epstein briefly in
- 10:25Speaker 2: his early days, but then cut him off and that
- 10:27Speaker 2: was the end of that. In fact, if you read
- 10:29Speaker 2: the Epstein files, you can see they were actually well
- 10:32Speaker 2: at least Epstein was a big enemy of Trump. All
- 10:35Speaker 2: through the Epstein files, you hear Epstein plotting against Trump,
- 10:39Speaker 2: how to ruin him. He's even talking to these wormy
- 10:42Speaker 2: little tabloid creeps like Michael Wolfe about how to bring
- 10:46Speaker 2: down Trump. So they weren't friends. So I don't know
- 10:48Speaker 2: what this scandal was that he swept under the rug.
- 10:53Speaker 2: In fact, it was during the Trump administration that Epstein
- 10:56Speaker 2: was arrested and charged by his Justice Department with these
- 11:00Speaker 2: crimes of trafficking these underage women. They send them to prison,
- 11:05Speaker 2: they got them in prison. This is Trump and his
- 11:07Speaker 2: administration got him in prison. And then Epstein ends up
- 11:12Speaker 2: killing himself in prison. So I don't know exactly what
- 11:14Speaker 2: there is to cover up here. Hey, you know, here's
- 11:18Speaker 2: something you need to cover up. The Democrats need to
- 11:21Speaker 2: cover up. City needs to cover up these You got
- 11:24Speaker 2: this medicaid fraud, medicare fraud, medicaid fraud all over the
- 11:29Speaker 2: They founded in Minnesota, they found it in California. Well
- 11:31Speaker 2: now they're finding it in Flushing. You know, the real
- 11:37Speaker 2: people that are coming in to investigate, and it isn't
- 11:40Speaker 2: hard to find because you got this medicaid fraud. You
- 11:42Speaker 2: got these centers getting this medicaid reimbursement for one hundred
- 11:46Speaker 2: million dollars. And they show up and look to see, well,
- 11:49Speaker 2: what are these centers. They're boarded up, closed storefronts. They're
- 11:53Speaker 2: claiming they're doing two thousand patients. They're not even open.
- 11:57Speaker 2: They're just run down, boarded up empty storefronts. Here's one
- 12:01Speaker 2: that does put in for twenty million of Medicaid funding
- 12:05Speaker 2: for treating people. It's a closed storefront. There's a bunch
- 12:08Speaker 2: of these and they total up to one hundred million dollars.
- 12:12Speaker 2: This is going on all over Queens. Mom. Donnie silent
- 12:17Speaker 2: about it. He should be there cleaning it up, clean
- 12:20Speaker 2: it up before the federal government has to come in
- 12:22Speaker 2: and do it. Now. The Democrats and government, they like
- 12:27Speaker 2: to worry about the stupidest things here in New Jersey.
- 12:30Speaker 2: You got this new law, this new skip the stuff law.
- 12:33Speaker 2: If you get a takeout order, they're not allowed to
- 12:36Speaker 2: give you a plastic fork and knife and spoon. They
- 12:38Speaker 2: can't give you the plastic utensils, or a straw or
- 12:41Speaker 2: a condiment packets. They can't throw that in the bag
- 12:44Speaker 2: when you get your takeout order. If you ask for it,
- 12:47Speaker 2: they can give it to you, but they can't just
- 12:49Speaker 2: throw it in the bag. It's a new law. It's
- 12:52Speaker 2: called the skip the Stuff law. You cannot hand out
- 12:56Speaker 2: plastic utensils. You cannot hand no more condiments in the
- 13:00Speaker 2: packets unless you ask for them, which means you got
- 13:03Speaker 2: a pretty much bag for them. It is the stupidest law.
- 13:07Speaker 2: It was actually Phil Murphy that started this, but it
- 13:09Speaker 2: just took effect with this idiot governor Mikey Cheryl. They
- 13:14Speaker 2: already banned plastic bags in grocery stores. They're not available
- 13:19Speaker 2: even if a customer aster when you're not allowed to
- 13:22Speaker 2: have a plastic bag in a grocery store. Now, if
- 13:25Speaker 2: you walk into a grocery store, what is in there.
- 13:28Speaker 2: There's millions of shelves, and what's on the shelves plastic bottles,
- 13:33Speaker 2: and everything in the grocery store is in plastic. Everything.
- 13:37Speaker 2: Everything you walk down one aisle, it's potato, chips, popcorn, pretzel,
- 13:42Speaker 2: they're all in plastic bags. Millions of plastic bags. Go
- 13:46Speaker 2: down the beverage aisle. It's all plastic bottles. Even if
- 13:50Speaker 2: you go to the butcher, the prepared stuff, the meat,
- 13:52Speaker 2: the fish, it's all wrapped in plastic. Everything in the
- 13:56Speaker 2: store is plastic. It's fifty million plastic things in the store,
- 14:00Speaker 2: but you're not allowed to have a plastic bag that's
- 14:02Speaker 2: supposed to make a difference. It's absolutely ridiculous. Now under
- 14:06Speaker 2: this law, even in a restaurant, you're not in a
- 14:10Speaker 2: restaurant not allowed to have plastic utensils. You have to
- 14:13Speaker 2: have a washable utensils. And in a restaurant under this
- 14:16Speaker 2: stupid New Jersey law, you cannot give out packets, condiment packets.
- 14:22Speaker 2: You can't give out little ketchup packets or mustard. It
- 14:24Speaker 2: has to be full size or usable bottles. These are
- 14:28Speaker 2: democratic politicians with nothing else to do except think up
- 14:33Speaker 2: ways to just make you nuts. Hey, we'll take some calls. Next.
- 14:36Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten is the number.
- 14:41Speaker 2: Eight hundred three two one zero seven ten. They'll mark
- 14:45Speaker 2: some own show. Well, let's take some calls. Eight hundred
- 14:51Speaker 2: three to two one zero seven ten is the number,
- 14:54Speaker 2: and let's go to uh, Chris in old Beth page Chris,
- 14:57Speaker 2: how you doing?
- 15:00Speaker 4: What's up? Mark? Are you doing? Listen? Just real quick,
- 15:02Speaker 4: you know, don't forget about the ice effect with these
- 15:05Speaker 4: crime stats, because it definitely factors in, you know, especially
- 15:09Speaker 4: here on Long Island and stuff. They're not hanging around
- 15:12Speaker 4: where they normally hang around.
- 15:14Speaker 2: And you know, well that's a good point, mom, Donnie
- 15:18Speaker 2: bragging about the crime numbers coming way down this year.
- 15:21Speaker 2: But you're right, and it's ices took a lot of
- 15:23Speaker 2: criminals out of New York City. You know, police will
- 15:26Speaker 2: tell you in New York it's basically the same twenty
- 15:28Speaker 2: five hundred criminals over and over and over again. So
- 15:31Speaker 2: you take five hundred of them out, it makes a
- 15:33Speaker 2: real dent in crime. Good point, Chris, Let's go to it.
- 15:37Speaker 4: And just the fact that they're around and they don't
- 15:39Speaker 4: want to get caught doing something, so they take a
- 15:42Speaker 4: chance of getting deported. Yeah, you know it helps with
- 15:44Speaker 4: the constants. Obviously there's criminals who in New York is
- 15:48Speaker 4: doing it too.
- 15:49Speaker 2: Yeah, get rid of those those illegals, the criminal ones.
- 15:53Speaker 2: You know, they're robbers and rapists and gang members. And
- 15:57Speaker 2: do you take enough of them out, it does bring
- 15:59Speaker 2: down the crime numbers. Also, let's course give the NYPD
- 16:03Speaker 2: a lot of credit too. Let's go to Joe in
- 16:05Speaker 2: Elmwood Park. Joe, how you doing, Good morning, Mark.
- 16:08Speaker 3: That's what these two idiots are warring about.
- 16:09Speaker 2: Plastic forks.
- 16:10Speaker 5: How about opening up all the closed down electrical plants
- 16:13Speaker 5: and all the fraud that's going on around here in
- 16:15Speaker 5: the state.
- 16:16Speaker 2: Yeah, well they let one thing. But Democrats they love
- 16:18Speaker 2: these little symbolic things, you know, like Cuomo was crazy
- 16:22Speaker 2: with his symbolic nonsense. I closed Indian Point that was
- 16:27Speaker 2: twenty five percent of our electricity. You made everybody's electric
- 16:30Speaker 2: bill go up one hundred dollars a month with your
- 16:32Speaker 2: closing Indian Point. We're not going to drill natural gas
- 16:36Speaker 2: even though we're sitting on a ton of it in
- 16:38Speaker 2: New York State. Well that's why your electric bill used
- 16:41Speaker 2: to be eighty dollars and now it's three hundred. That's
- 16:43Speaker 2: Cuomo and all those Democrats. Let's go to Ronald in
- 16:47Speaker 2: the Bronx. Ronald, how you're doing?
- 16:50Speaker 6: Yes, good morning, Mark, Yeah, I like.
- 16:52Speaker 2: A peppy guy.
- 16:53Speaker 4: What'd you say you meant to master Thursday?
- 16:56Speaker 6: How you're going to survive at the extra hour of
- 16:59Speaker 6: this you're doing? Why don't you hire been to the
- 17:02Speaker 6: Brooklyn as your co host? That's the permanent co host,
- 17:05Speaker 6: your your your radies will go up. I'm telling you
- 17:09Speaker 6: hire Been to the Brooklyn Block.
- 17:12Speaker 2: Well, we love Vincent, he's a great caller, co host
- 17:14Speaker 2: I don't know, Maybe you should find another hobby besides
- 17:17Speaker 2: radio consulting. What do you think now he'll be green?
- 17:21Speaker 2: All right? Well, uh, you know maybe a podcast, a
- 17:24Speaker 2: Vincent podcast. Everybody else has one. Uh, let's go to
- 17:29Speaker 2: uh John and Staten Island. John. How you doing?
- 17:33Speaker 7: Hey?
- 17:34Speaker 8: How you doing? Mark?
- 17:35Speaker 2: Good?
- 17:37Speaker 7: I just so have to say adjusting like fraud. There's
- 17:41Speaker 7: a building, it's a Parkinson disease building for taking care
- 17:44Speaker 7: of part but since COVID or possibly even before, the
- 17:48Speaker 7: building is empty. I don't even mean not even any
- 17:52Speaker 7: help in the building. Somebody can run can run the
- 17:54Speaker 7: business out of their building because it's totally empty. It
- 17:57Speaker 7: looks like this would be part of a fraud type
- 17:59Speaker 7: of itself.
- 18:01Speaker 2: Yeah, that's what's going on. This is the most fascinating
- 18:03Speaker 2: scandal ever because apparently if you're taking care of Medicaid patients,
- 18:09Speaker 2: you can get reimbursed by the government. So people right
- 18:11Speaker 2: in to get reimbursed and the government sends them twelve
- 18:15Speaker 2: million dollars. And these people that have started looking at this,
- 18:21Speaker 2: they go look at the address on the they get
- 18:23Speaker 2: the address, they go to the building, they find out
- 18:25Speaker 2: it's a closed storefront. It's like a tiny little place
- 18:29Speaker 2: that used to be a dry cleaner, and they're claiming
- 18:32Speaker 2: they're doing two thousand patients. You couldn't fit two hundred
- 18:35Speaker 2: people in here. You couldn't fit twenty people in here.
- 18:38Speaker 2: It's too small, it's empty, it's been closed for years.
- 18:41Speaker 2: How could this be a medicaid center? You would think
- 18:46Speaker 2: the government would do that. You know, they get these
- 18:47Speaker 2: health inspectors that run around to every restaurant harassing them.
- 18:52Speaker 2: Why not. I mean, if you're gonna send twenty million
- 18:54Speaker 2: to some place, haven't inspect they go look to see
- 18:57Speaker 2: if they're really treating anybody. It's amazing how stupid government
- 19:01Speaker 2: is with our money. Let's go to Dave in Pennsylvania. Dave,
- 19:05Speaker 2: how you doing.
- 19:07Speaker 4: The morning?
- 19:08Speaker 8: Mark?
- 19:08Speaker 2: How are you good?
- 19:10Speaker 8: But I like the h I look passes for They
- 19:15Speaker 8: call it a unaffiliated here independent, the way that your
- 19:22Speaker 8: voters just vote for the party.
- 19:24Speaker 2: Are you related to Joe Biden? Look you sound like
- 19:26Speaker 2: Joe Biden a little.
- 19:28Speaker 8: Well. I'm eighty three, pro.
- 19:32Speaker 2: Good, happy eighties.
- 19:35Speaker 8: I'm a little more cognizant than he is.
- 19:36Speaker 2: Yes, you are you? Definitely that?
- 19:40Speaker 8: Yeah? But anyway, you know these people voting for the
- 19:44Speaker 8: Plartners and on these socialists, and I just read that
- 19:50Speaker 8: Jewish people in New York voted from I can only
- 19:54Speaker 8: figures these a feat younger.
- 19:57Speaker 2: Well, it could be that. But also played this clip
- 20:00Speaker 2: yesterday of Alan Dershwitz saying some of them are just stupid,
- 20:03Speaker 2: just incredibly stupid. And it's just knee jerk. You know,
- 20:06Speaker 2: they always vote for the Democrat. They're always for the liberal.
- 20:09Speaker 2: They're just it's a part of the Jewish community. It's
- 20:12Speaker 2: just too liberal. It's knee jerk. Anybody's a Democrat, they'll
- 20:16Speaker 2: vote for him, anybody, even a mom Donnie. It's absolutely crazy.
- 20:20Speaker 2: Hopefully they've learned their lesson. Let's go to Jack in Westchester. Jack,
- 20:24Speaker 2: how you doing good.
- 20:26Speaker 4: I just wanted to make a comment about Michigan. I
- 20:28Speaker 4: lived there a lot of years, and one thing you
- 20:31Speaker 4: might be overlooking is it's a Union state. Yes, and
- 20:34Speaker 4: that creates a lot of different voting categories. But it's
- 20:40Speaker 4: a Union state more than it is a Democratic state,
- 20:42Speaker 4: So you got to count that in.
- 20:44Speaker 2: Yeah, but remember most of those Union guys are Republicans,
- 20:46Speaker 2: especially now, they're all big Trump backers. Trump took that
- 20:50Speaker 2: I was there, they weren't, but I hope you're right. No, no, wa,
- 20:52Speaker 2: We've seen it. In the last two couple of elections.
- 20:54Speaker 2: Trump took that away from the Democrats. They lost a
- 20:56Speaker 2: lot of their base. They lost the union guys, the
- 20:58Speaker 2: working guys, the car factory guys. They're all all Trump supporters.
- 21:03Speaker 2: Now he will be there in Michigan campaigning for Rogers.
- 21:08Speaker 2: He's going to be the Republican candidates.
- 21:10Speaker 9: Is Trump.
- 21:11Speaker 2: Who I'm really.
- 21:11Speaker 3: Voting for is Mike Rogers because I think he's going
- 21:15Speaker 3: to be a great senator.
- 21:16Speaker 5: But you have a communist versus a socialist. That's the
- 21:20Speaker 5: why I look at it. You have a communist versus
- 21:23Speaker 5: a socialist. It looks like the communist is leading. We're
- 21:27Speaker 5: talking about for the Democrat primary.
- 21:29Speaker 2: Yeah, so you got Rogers, a solid guy, congressman, military veteran.
- 21:35Speaker 2: And see the thing is, no matter how bad the
- 21:37Speaker 2: Republicans are, no matter how bad they are, Democrats always
- 21:41Speaker 2: find a way to make themselves worse. Communist, socialist. Hey,
- 21:46Speaker 2: when we come back, Howie Carr, the great talk show host,
- 21:49Speaker 2: Howie Carr, he'll be with us next. Lots to talk
- 21:51Speaker 2: to him about coming up on seven to ten.
- 21:54Speaker 1: W R Moor Mark Mark Simon mister New York Now
- 22:00Speaker 1: three hours every weekday from nine till news on seven
- 22:03Speaker 1: to tenbr Well.
- 22:06Speaker 2: Howie Carr one of the biggest and best talk show
- 22:09Speaker 2: hosts in America. You can hear him on iHeart go
- 22:12Speaker 2: to the iHeart app, or you can go to his
- 22:15Speaker 2: website Howiecarrshow dot com. Also a big best selling authoring
- 22:19Speaker 2: at all his books and everything at Howie carrsshow dot com.
- 22:24Speaker 2: Howie Carr, how you doing.
- 22:26Speaker 10: Very good waiting the results of the primaries today, especially
- 22:31Speaker 10: in Michigan and Missouri.
- 22:33Speaker 9: Will Corey Bush be coming back?
- 22:35Speaker 2: Yeah?
- 22:35Speaker 10: The woman who wants to defund the police while spending
- 22:38Speaker 10: hundreds of thousands of dollars on her own security.
- 22:40Speaker 4: Yeah.
- 22:41Speaker 2: So, no matter how bad Republicans are, Democrats can always
- 22:44Speaker 2: make themselves worse. When will this socialist communist movement ever
- 22:48Speaker 2: leave that party?
- 22:50Speaker 10: I know, you know this woman, Francesca Hong's she's even
- 22:54Speaker 10: crazier than Corey Bush. I mean she puts Corey Bush
- 22:57Speaker 10: in the you know, Margaret Thatcher class, you know said,
- 23:00Speaker 10: even following this stuff that you've been saying, she wants
- 23:02Speaker 10: to cancel Thanksgiving. She saw Christmas tree on her website
- 23:06Speaker 10: and was deeply offended. She she has a pro she
- 23:10Speaker 10: has a son that's half white, the father was white,
- 23:13Speaker 10: is white, and and she she is offended by her
- 23:17Speaker 10: proximity to whiteness.
- 23:20Speaker 9: So that's kind of weird. I mean, even you know,
- 23:22Speaker 9: Michelle wou has half white children. The mayor of Boston.
- 23:25Speaker 9: She never talks about her.
- 23:26Speaker 10: You know, she has no no whites need apply Christmas parties,
- 23:29Speaker 10: but she never puts it quite in those terms that
- 23:31Speaker 10: she's offended by the proximity of whiteness.
- 23:34Speaker 2: Yeah, so where does this all start? They just hate
- 23:38Speaker 2: everything about America. They hate the flag, they hate Thanksgiving,
- 23:41Speaker 2: they hate anything. What where do all this hatred come from?
- 23:44Speaker 9: Why are they? Why are they here? That's what I
- 23:46Speaker 9: don't understand.
- 23:47Speaker 10: I mean, you know the woman in Denver, Colorado, who
- 23:51Speaker 10: ousted the fifteenth term you know, backbench or incumbent. She
- 23:56Speaker 10: she was born in Ethiopia. Her father won a diversity law.
- 24:00Speaker 10: You know, thank you again to Ted Kennedy for setting
- 24:02Speaker 10: up the diversity lottery. Now another thing we can blame
- 24:06Speaker 10: him on forever. I mean, but she's she why doesn't
- 24:09Speaker 10: she go back to Ethiopia if she hates it? This
- 24:11Speaker 10: month much. How about all these federal judges that the
- 24:14Speaker 10: Biden appointed that were born in uh, you know, Ecuador
- 24:18Speaker 10: or Canada or somewhere. I mean, no one, no one's
- 24:21Speaker 10: stopping them from going back. You know, you don't like
- 24:24Speaker 10: the Great Satan, get the hell out.
- 24:26Speaker 2: Yeah, well, if you love socialism so much, go live
- 24:29Speaker 2: in a socialist country. You already got the.
- 24:32Speaker 9: Cube.
- 24:32Speaker 10: It's gonna be kind of hard to get an airplane
- 24:34Speaker 10: in there because they haven't had any they haven't had
- 24:36Speaker 10: any electricity since Sunday night. But you know, it's a
- 24:40Speaker 10: really wonderful place in the daylight till it gets started.
- 24:44Speaker 2: So uh uh, we're talking about Howie Carr so Michigan tonight.
- 24:48Speaker 2: You think that the crazy communist wins and then that
- 24:51Speaker 2: guarantees a Republican victory.
- 24:53Speaker 9: I mean, I don't know if it.
- 24:54Speaker 10: Who knows what guarantees anything these days, but I mean
- 24:57Speaker 10: it certainly increases the chances, doesn't it. I mean they,
- 25:00Speaker 10: I mean, how can any Jewish people vote for this guy?
- 25:03Speaker 10: He hates uh, not only does he hate America, he
- 25:05Speaker 10: hates Jews. I mean and uh, and and the thing
- 25:08Speaker 10: is too what cracks me up about him is all
- 25:11Speaker 10: the all these people, the hypocrisy of him. I mean,
- 25:13Speaker 10: he's he's a he's got a you know, a medical degree,
- 25:17Speaker 10: but he's not.
- 25:18Speaker 9: He's not he hasn't got a license to practice. But
- 25:20Speaker 9: his wife is a I think a.
- 25:22Speaker 10: Practicing psychiatrist, and someone looked up for her practice on
- 25:26Speaker 10: the website. She doesn't take any she doesn't take any
- 25:29Speaker 10: public insurance, so I guess she's not going to fit
- 25:32Speaker 10: into well into the Medicare for All scheme that her
- 25:35Speaker 10: husband is pushing. What does she know about Medicare for
- 25:38Speaker 10: All that that her husband doesn't know?
- 25:42Speaker 2: Well, well, let's be honest. You ever see a psychiatrist
- 25:44Speaker 2: that everyone knew what they were talking about. They're all
- 25:46Speaker 2: a little nuts.
- 25:47Speaker 10: No, there's a big trial going on here in Massachusetts.
- 25:50Speaker 9: This woman, uh, it's.
- 25:52Speaker 10: A terrible story, killed her three kids, she was depressed,
- 25:54Speaker 10: and then let her out of the metal hospital. And
- 25:56Speaker 10: I was just reading the complaint yesterday that the husband
- 26:00Speaker 10: has filed. And you know, you're right, I mean, nobody ever,
- 26:03Speaker 10: the psychiatrists don't know what they're what they're doing. I
- 26:07Speaker 10: mean maybe sometimes they get it right, but you know
- 26:10Speaker 10: it's a crap shoot. You know that it's not like
- 26:12Speaker 10: you know, checking checking someone's blood tests or you know,
- 26:15Speaker 10: their X rays.
- 26:17Speaker 2: Yeah, hey, Howie Carr. Nobody likes what the president's doing
- 26:20Speaker 2: with the Ran. Democrats hate it, but even Republicans you're
- 26:23Speaker 2: talking to, well, this on again, off again a piece
- 26:26Speaker 2: agreement that won't hold bomb them some more weight somewhat. Uh,
- 26:30Speaker 2: but it's only a few months. I mean, uh, I
- 26:33Speaker 2: assume he has some kind of master plan in the
- 26:36Speaker 2: back of his head, don't you.
- 26:37Speaker 9: I know.
- 26:38Speaker 2: The problem.
- 26:38Speaker 10: The problem is though that you know, the mid we're
- 26:40Speaker 10: bumping up against the mid terms, you know, and if
- 26:42Speaker 10: he loses the Congress. I mean, it's going to be
- 26:45Speaker 10: a mess. It's going to be a mess for him.
- 26:46Speaker 10: It's going to be a mess for everybody. And uh,
- 26:49Speaker 10: you know, I mean what if some of these uh
- 26:51Speaker 10: you know, if they these people like Hong or or
- 26:55Speaker 10: Hocal for them, could slide back in, you know, just
- 26:58Speaker 10: because of it. It's terrible as they are, just because
- 27:01Speaker 10: of the dissatisfaction. It's he's really he's really gambling with
- 27:04Speaker 10: the future of the next next couple of years of
- 27:08Speaker 10: his agenda.
- 27:08Speaker 9: That's the problem. I wish you know.
- 27:11Speaker 10: Jack Keane, the General is on Fox all the time,
- 27:13Speaker 10: he seems pretty good.
- 27:14Speaker 9: He talked to Trump.
- 27:15Speaker 10: He was saying that if that had just gone ahead
- 27:17Speaker 10: in April, they had about two weeks worth of work
- 27:20Speaker 10: left to do bombing, and they would have just they
- 27:22Speaker 10: would have been totally.
- 27:23Speaker 9: Decimated, destroyed.
- 27:25Speaker 10: And it's it's just a shame in retrospect when he
- 27:28Speaker 10: just finished the job then and this just I don't know,
- 27:31Speaker 10: I mean, aren't you weren't you kind of you know,
- 27:34Speaker 10: disappointed and frustrated when you when you heard it late
- 27:36Speaker 10: Saturday night that they weren't going to do it.
- 27:38Speaker 9: I was waiting for it. I was staying up late.
- 27:41Speaker 10: I just kept waiting for the for the bulletin that
- 27:43Speaker 10: they'd started hitting hitting Iran.
- 27:46Speaker 2: Yeah, but you know, let'd say he went in there
- 27:48Speaker 2: and wiped everything out and everybody out. Then he'd be
- 27:50Speaker 2: attacked for that, like crazy, No matter what he does,
- 27:52Speaker 2: he can't win.
- 27:53Speaker 9: You would he would?
- 27:54Speaker 10: I you know, I noticed that he kind of took
- 27:56Speaker 10: he was, you know, he was kind of taken aback.
- 27:59Speaker 10: You know, when the transitioning beta males from the New
- 28:02Speaker 10: York Times hit him in the Oval office and said, said,
- 28:06Speaker 10: you talk about destroying the infrastructure, couldn't that be considered
- 28:09Speaker 10: a war crime by international justice, like there is such
- 28:13Speaker 10: thing as international justice. They don't care about, you know,
- 28:15Speaker 10: slaughtering Jews, raping h raping Jewish women in Gaza, that's okay,
- 28:21Speaker 10: you know, But the New York Times, and he kind
- 28:24Speaker 10: of took at the back. He refused to answer the question.
- 28:27Speaker 10: You know, I think I don't know. I mean, I
- 28:29Speaker 10: don't I don't think the New York Times is in
- 28:31Speaker 10: his head or anything. But he I don't think he
- 28:33Speaker 10: wants to be accused of, you know, having you know,
- 28:36Speaker 10: the old Lbjan. You know, hey, hey LBJ, how many
- 28:40Speaker 10: kids did you kill today? I don't think he wants that.
- 28:42Speaker 10: But I mean, what are you going to do in
- 28:44Speaker 10: this situation. I mean, he's not doing any favors to
- 28:47Speaker 10: the people of Iran, is he. I mean, they got
- 28:50Speaker 10: to be more frustrated than than than Americans.
- 28:53Speaker 2: Yeah, but whatever he was going to do in those
- 28:56Speaker 2: two weeks, he could still do it. I mean, it's
- 28:58Speaker 2: not too late. You can do it in September. You
- 29:01Speaker 2: get any Timmy White and go in there and wipe
- 29:02Speaker 2: him out. But his ex fight. Nobody can say I
- 29:06Speaker 2: didn't give him every possible chance.
- 29:09Speaker 10: Yeah, I think we passed that line about two months ago.
- 29:14Speaker 10: They gave plenty of warnings before they fired in the
- 29:17Speaker 10: tear gas.
- 29:19Speaker 2: Okay, well that's true, but you know Vietnam, it was
- 29:23Speaker 2: like year six. People started to say, this is going
- 29:25Speaker 2: on too long. But we're a different world now this
- 29:29Speaker 2: is like week twelve. This is too long. We can't
- 29:31Speaker 2: have you imagine we tried to.
- 29:32Speaker 9: They used to call it a quagmire. Now it's a
- 29:34Speaker 9: forever war.
- 29:35Speaker 10: You know, last night last week they had a debate
- 29:41Speaker 10: in Massachusetts, probably be the last time to white guys
- 29:44Speaker 10: from Massachusetts or debating in a Democrat primary at the
- 29:47Speaker 10: US Senate. Bolten and Markey and mar Marky just turned
- 29:51Speaker 10: eighty and he said, we got to get out of Vietnam.
- 29:57Speaker 9: Thanks thanks, President Biden, thanks for sharing.
- 30:00Speaker 2: Well. Hey, i'm looking at your uh uh Twitter. You're
- 30:04Speaker 2: in Cape Cod right right now?
- 30:06Speaker 10: Yes, yes, I'm looking out over It's it's a beautiful day.
- 30:10Speaker 10: It's a beautiful day. I'm looking out over the sailboats,
- 30:12Speaker 10: the sailboat school. I'm looking at that right now. Little
- 30:15Speaker 10: kids are learning out of sailboats.
- 30:17Speaker 2: I haven't been in Cape Cod in years, but is
- 30:18Speaker 2: it still the same place? Or has it been overrun
- 30:21Speaker 2: with the whatever.
- 30:22Speaker 9: It's been overrun to a degree.
- 30:24Speaker 10: But but it's not it's it's not terrible, you know,
- 30:27Speaker 10: at least at least where I am.
- 30:28Speaker 9: It's not.
- 30:29Speaker 10: It's it's pretty. It's pretty nice. It's really nice actually,
- 30:32Speaker 10: and uh, I you know, I just had the dog
- 30:35Speaker 10: down on the beach and it was just it's just
- 30:38Speaker 10: really nice.
- 30:38Speaker 9: I'm happy to be here.
- 30:40Speaker 10: I'm still working, you know, I still doing my show
- 30:42Speaker 10: and still doing my column. But I but you know,
- 30:45Speaker 10: it's it's just it's more pleasant down here.
- 30:47Speaker 9: I take I take this place any day.
- 30:49Speaker 2: Yeah.
- 30:50Speaker 10: And you know me, I'm crazy too. That's where I
- 30:52Speaker 10: was born. But that's uh, you know, I don't know.
- 30:55Speaker 10: I just let me stay for the record, I'm not
- 30:57Speaker 10: married to my cousin.
- 30:58Speaker 9: You never have been made.
- 31:00Speaker 2: So in Maine, Susan Collins. In the end, she always wins.
- 31:05Speaker 2: She'll win this time, won't she.
- 31:07Speaker 9: I think she will. Yeah.
- 31:08Speaker 10: This guy, this guy, Troy Jackson, is a he's a
- 31:11Speaker 10: pretty shady character.
- 31:13Speaker 9: And I think they got I think they got more
- 31:15Speaker 9: on him.
- 31:16Speaker 10: And you know, usually many let me put it, many times,
- 31:20Speaker 10: you know, when someone's been a legislative leader there's some
- 31:23Speaker 10: there's some skeletons in the closet. And he's got a lobbyist.
- 31:26Speaker 10: He's got a son who's a lobbyist, and you know
- 31:29Speaker 10: he's doing the usual dsay denouncing lobbyists and buying influence
- 31:33Speaker 10: and all that. Apparently his son made two hundred grand
- 31:35Speaker 10: last year as a lobbyist in augusta pretty small state
- 31:38Speaker 10: to be making that kind of dough. And but again,
- 31:41Speaker 10: if it were for double standards, they would have no
- 31:43Speaker 10: standards at all, would they.
- 31:45Speaker 2: Hey, how he carr. We're out of time, But if
- 31:49Speaker 2: you haven't read his books, get his books. And the
- 31:51Speaker 2: latest book is Mass Corruption.
- 31:54Speaker 10: Yes, Mass Corruption, and we'll soon volume one that came
- 31:57Speaker 10: out last year, Mass Corruption, Volume two will soon be out.
- 32:00Speaker 10: I'm just working on the final edits of that right now.
- 32:02Speaker 9: So uh, that.
- 32:03Speaker 10: Should that'll that'll be out in September. So just go
- 32:06Speaker 10: and and the other books. Amazon's going to print them all,
- 32:09Speaker 10: so they should be back in print, you know, prime delivery,
- 32:12Speaker 10: next day delivery, all that kind of stuff. But that'll
- 32:14Speaker 10: be very soon. I'll let I'll let you know when
- 32:16Speaker 10: those books come back onto Amazon, I'll be out of
- 32:19Speaker 10: print books.
- 32:20Speaker 2: But you can get Mass Corruption on Amazon, Howie car Yeah.

- 33:17Speaker 9: Feast.
