A 44-year-old woman with a learning disability, Felecia Ann Shields, has been missing since May 25th in North Charleston, SC. Last seen near Horizon Village on Gullah Avenue, she’s 5’4”, weighs 180 lbs, has gray hair and hazel eyes.
