You're tuned to Compass Point. Hi, I'm Pete Smith.

I want to share a meditation written by Mary Robbins based on
• 0:14
First Peter chapter 5, verse 7, casting all your care upon him,
• 0:19
for He cares for you. Today we hear much about
• 0:22
caregivers. I know a number of dear ones who
• 0:24
care for loved ones. As I've seen the tender love and
• 0:27
care that is given to a spouse or parent, it makes me think of
• 0:31
my heavenly caregiver. How precious to think of Peter's
• 0:34
words and to know that my Lord is there to respond to my every
• 0:38
  need. Dear caregiver, be encouraged.
• 0:41
You are displaying the beauty of our Lord as you gently look
• 0:44
after your loved ones. Let me add, in closing, let us
• 0:47
pray today for any we may know who are carrying out this caring
• 0:51
work that they will be strengthened and helped.
