Hamilton police are investigating a shocking case involving two young boys — one 11, one 12 — accused of bear-spraying an 8-year-old and breaking into a Canadian Tire store to steal the spray. The 12-year-old faces multiple charges including assault with a weapon and breaking and entering, while the 11-year-old, too young for criminal responsibility, was released.
