Northwestern Mutual’s $500M downtown Milwaukee tower is nearly complete, set to open in 2027 — marking the end of their Franklin campus and a major relocation for nearly 2,000 employees. The 19-story building, rebuilt from its steel frame and concrete core over three years, features modern layouts, new systems, and amenities like a rooftop patio. Construction was led by Gilbane and CG Schmidt, with input from staff and the community.
