  good team and it was great race. It was a great way to pop off

  the weekend for me and they did that.

  I think North County and run 40 to 80 something and the relay on

  the women's side and the meat just went crazy after that.

  But I think, well, let's pop off with what popped off the weekend

  was women's 200. And no flavor of feeling.

  I mean, it's like, you know, being in this field being in the

  state, right? And it's like the gun goes off.

  And she breaks the Staggering like five steps.

  And I'm like, whoa, you know, it's not like she's breaking a

  staggering, Rosa running 24 24 seconds and she just kept

  rolling and, you know, No, you can run two very fast 200 on our

  track, especially when the winds, right?

  And the wind was. Right.

  You know, that now both Collegiate record in the 200 for

  set one on the perceiver track last, I love watching, there's a

  fun fact for you. What is mind-boggling is how

  little this country is talking about that.

  Yes, mind-boggling to me. Literally not at all mean, it's

  got it all. There were attempts, let's be

  fair. It's not like the coach's

  nationalism at the end of the day Miss Ophelia is not an

  American athlete and therefore the Americans don't really care

  Because listen, that's the first time, a woman's been under 22

  seconds in Collegiate history and she deserves listen to what

  you're saying. She's not the first one to go

  under in the Collegiate history, she's gone.

  How special the Run was cuz you got three people who really know

  what fast looks like? Who were impressed before?

  And and look Do I think Abby Steiner is probably going to

  Yeah I do think that I don't necessarily think she's gonna

  I think those two are going to battle and not trying to be

  funny. I think a Navy a battle is also

  going to be involved in that battle but it is wild to me how

  little it was talked about on has no it has no traction.

  Because in that moment, in that moment, I mean, everybody should

  have been making a big deal about it.

  And we all assumed that we were going to get an epic battle

  I mean, honestly we're going to get 321 second races, I think.

  direction all day long. And literally, as they put the

  hurdles on the track, it changed, it changed.

  And so, I'm standing there and I look at dinner, shaver and I go,

  wind and literally we I just turned around and go flip it and

  people need to understand about putting on track meets like this

  It is very difficult to put on a track meet it is damn near

  impossible to coach some of the people that sir Lucius has

  coached this year to do both simultaneously.

  Is next-level stuff folks. And I want people to start to

  not just be fans of the sport but to start to learn about your
• 24:20
  craft, right? Learn how long hundred meter
• 24:25
  Heats, an 800-meter Heats, a 1500 M heat stake.

  So when you put together a schedule, there's some science
• 24:30
  to it and there's some you know, you know and you know who to
• 24:34
  push and prod to make sure that everybody gets what they get.

  It look, here's small nuances. That people weren't paying

  attention to. There were some events where the

  pros went before the collegians and there were some events for
• 24:48
  the collegians went, before the pros.

  Every single one of those events was done properly.

  People people need to pay attention.

  This stuff doesn't happen by accident.
