This is one of those raw journal podcasts this morning because honestly I don’t even have the energy to fake being polished today.

I’m sitting in a hospital waiting room right now on maybe three hours of sleep with my coat over my head trying to get comfortable in two hard chairs pushed together. My back hurts. My eyes burn. My phone battery is dying. I’ve drank too much coffee and not enough water. And somehow this feels like one of the most honest moments I’ve had in a long time.
