  One might lead SpaceX into a little bit of legal trouble down

  in Texas, and they might Have to postpone operations due to this

  legal trouble. But first let's take a look at

  something cool that Elon Musk posted on his Twitter account

  yesterday. So the high Bay that's where
• 0:43
  they stack all the rockets and all the boosters.

  They're making a an observation deck up there and on this
• 0:52
  observation deck, you'll be able to hang out and like, look over

  the, the build site which is really cool.

  You'll be able to look out over the Gulf.

  It's going to be really beautiful.

  Ilan, posted a picture while a video I should say on his

  Twitter about it. There's a shot of SN 15 over in

  the corner across the whole build site and this is amazing,

  because no one's really seen this yet.

  We've seen RGV aerial photos from and videos from really high
• 1:21
  up but we haven't seen anything from this high Bay yet and Ilan
• 1:25
  just posted this. It's pretty cool.

  I'm going to zoom in on it so you can see a better.

  what's going to what it's going to look like.

  So this is kind of like the first look and everything down

  tough one because SpaceX is doing amazing things in Texas,

  the building Rockets the building, the rockets that will

  be sending Humanity to Mars eventually and they're also

  playing by the rules of humanity right now.

  So there's a little legal battle that's going on now with SpaceX
• 2:22
  and I got this from Rudy Bareilles, Rudy em, tweets on

  Twitter, check this out, just in Cameron County District.

  He notifies SpaceX Boca Chica that unauthorized road closures
• 2:36
  and enforcement by contracted Security offices.

  Our officers may be in violation of state law, including felonies
• 2:47
  impersonation of a public servant who man, that sounds
• 2:54
  rough, right? So you know somebody who's we
• 2:58
  don't know all the details about this.
• 2:59
  Nobody really knows all the details.

  About this is between Cameron County and SpaceX.

  We know some of the of the details of this couple roads
• 3:10
  were closed from by SpaceX on their own without any
• 3:15
  authorization from the city, the county, the state, nothing like
• 3:20
  that SpaceX was like, we're closing these roads for the day
• 3:23
  for the time being. And you can't get through here
• 3:25
  because we say, so that's pretty much it.

  So, let's, let's just take a look, a little deeper dive into

  this and June 3rd, 2021 save RGV sent, Cameron County Judge,
• 3:35
  Eddie Trevino and me a letter outlining concerns about SpaceX
• 3:39
  operations facilities in the Boca, Chica Beach, area of
• 3:42
  Cameron County, Texas. So also these.

  So these roads that we're talking about, these are public
• 3:48
  roads, you should be able to drive down them whenever you
• 3:52
  want to. Whenever you want to drive your
• 3:55
  vehicle down there, you should be able to drive right through
• 3:58
  there. But SpaceX has shut them off.

  Times. And that's what this is all
• 4:03
  about. One of the concerns was the
• 4:05
  complaint that SpaceX and its private security Personnel, have
• 4:08
  been closing and or denying public access to remedios Avenue
• 4:12
  and Joanna strain. These two roads are County Roads
• 4:16
  off of State Highway for at or near the following coordinates
• 4:21
  on a states where they are. So Highway for is a road that
• 4:24
  goes right past the SpaceX facility, you can park your car.

  There, you can take photos. You can shoot video, you can
• 4:31
  Just look, you can just watch stuff that's going on and that's
• 4:34
  a pretty major highway down there, not a major highway but
• 4:38
  it's a thoroughfare that goes to the beach so a lot of people use
• 4:42
  it but these side roads, they go right through the SpaceX
• 4:45
  facility and I want to show you that in a minute.

  But this Cameron County district attorney says, giving SpaceX the
• 4:52
  benefit of the doubt on June 9th 2021.

  My staff visited the SpaceX area to verify the veracity of the
• 4:59
  complaint. I have been notified that
• 5:01
  Turning off of State Highway for onto remedios Avenue and my
• 5:05
  staff. And my staff was immediately
• 5:07
  approached stopped and detained by mr.
• 5:12
  Oscar Lopez Mr. Lopez Lester Mr. Lopez stated that he was a
• 5:17

  My staff could not use the road, okay, caught red-handed SpaceX,

  you're caught red-handed right there and that they had to turn

  around and return to Highway for after my staff of informed him

  that they were with a district, attorney's office, and merely

  following up on a citizen complaint.

  He represented that they were the type, that was going to make

  a big deal about things. My staff informants are Lopez's

  supervisor in the head of the security team that remedios

  Avenue is a public Road in that. Neither Cameron County Sheriff

  nor Cameron County Commissioners Court had authorized the closure
• 8:06
  of said Road I shared with your staff be advised, the action of
• 8:10
  SpaceX and its staff employees, agents contractors.

  Make can constitute crimes in the state of Texas SpaceX.

  Might be in huge trouble here. Obstruction, a obstructing, a
• 8:21
  highway, or other passageway. It is a Class, B, misdemeanor

  for a person to without legal privilege, or authority to
• 8:29
  intentionally, Ali or recklessly obstruct.

  Let's go to the next one, a highway Street, sidewalk Railway

  Etc. So SpaceX has basically their

  guards saying, hey, you can't use this and it's from the
• 8:42
  district to the district attorney's office, can't even
• 8:45
  use these roads. The guard said, hey, you can't
• 8:48
  come through here, but it's not SpaceX property.

  This is public property, this is where you and me, we can just
• 8:54
  drive through your were supposed to drive through here.

  Also, there might be in trouble for this to impersonating a

  public. It is a third degree felony for
• 9:04
  a person to impersonate a public servant with intent to induce
• 9:08
  another to submit to his pretended official Authority.

  So basically we're saying is this person pretending to be a
• 9:16
  cop you know pretending to be somebody who is there to direct
• 9:21
  traffic and keep people out of this area.

  The district attorney is like, hey man, this is not cool SpaceX

  Here we need these roads. This is an industrial complex.

  Now we know we didn't do it the right the first time but let's

  make it right. Let's buy this.

  roads. Sure that's what they are right

  now. But if we need to keep building

  stuff here, we need to make this into a private road.

  So let's just buy this out, let's buy it out from the

  Cameron County and it's fine people like businesses do that

  all the time. There's something next to a road

  in there needs to be really heavy equipment, moving through

  there all the time, it's not a public road, people can buy that

  property off the state by At property off the city by the
• 11:32
  property off the county and you know, make it up, make it a
• 11:35
  private road Private access road.
