Latest / Tea Time w/Amie & Bev / Episode #314: Stop Chasing Validation
Transcript
- 0:02Speaker 1: Hi, everybody, Welcome to tea time with Amy and bev
- 0:06Speaker 1: l again.
- 0:08Speaker 2: Good day again, Good moments again, Good moments, Yeah, good moments.
- 0:17Speaker 1: I'm navigating being around a certain personality and really taking
- 0:31Speaker 1: taking uh the opportunity life is giving me the opportunity
- 0:37Speaker 1: to heal some other layers around this type of personality.
- 0:43Speaker 1: Haven't been doing so well for the past couple months
- 0:45Speaker 1: with it. I will get there. It's getting easier. But
- 0:50Speaker 1: this is what we do. We are given an opportunity
- 0:54Speaker 1: to heal and grow and shed layers and dig deeper.
- 0:57Speaker 1: And I'm in it. So and I will say or
- 1:05Speaker 1: do something or have an attitude and then a person
- 1:08Speaker 1: will walk away and I'm just like, ah, I could
- 1:11Speaker 1: have done better. You're not practicing what you preach. You're
- 1:13Speaker 1: better than that, You're a coach, and give myself a
- 1:17Speaker 1: talking to and then I'm like, well, I'll have another opportunity,
- 1:24Speaker 1: no doubt. We'll keep working on this.
- 1:27Speaker 2: So yeah, And from my perspective, it's great that you're
- 1:31Speaker 2: expressing all this, because you know, it's easy to look
- 1:34Speaker 2: at someone and think, oh, yeah, everything's going great all
- 1:37Speaker 2: the time, and it's like it's a constant evolution. It
- 1:40Speaker 2: just is and that's that's been a word for me
- 1:43Speaker 2: since April first, because I was told it's time to
- 1:45Speaker 2: start the evolution. So and it's interesting because if you
- 1:48Speaker 2: listen to the last video, I start recognizing. I'm recognizing
- 1:52Speaker 2: for myself all these things that are evolving within me,
- 1:54Speaker 2: these new understandings. And then with all that being said,
- 1:58Speaker 2: not to lose hope, because when I was going through
- 2:02Speaker 2: a lot of the stuff that I was going.
- 2:03Speaker 3: Through, I felt freaking lost.
- 2:04Speaker 2: I didn't feel like I could give out any information
- 2:06Speaker 2: to anybody. I didn't feel like I held value for anyone,
- 2:10Speaker 2: and it was humbling, and it was just growing through
- 2:14Speaker 2: this experience and just like you are right now going
- 2:17Speaker 2: through growing through all this because we're learning so much
- 2:20Speaker 2: more about ourselves. And it's okay, But there was sometimes
- 2:25Speaker 2: in the last year that's been pretty heavy. I thought
- 2:27Speaker 2: that this is the dark knight of a soul and
- 2:29Speaker 2: this is what I'm going to get for a Kundalini awaking.
- 2:32Speaker 3: Forget it.
- 2:33Speaker 2: I am like, I am done, take me off the list.
- 2:37Speaker 3: I'm over it.
- 2:38Speaker 2: So we don't need to fast forward exactly. Peace peace out, bro.
- 2:44Speaker 2: But that's exactly it. But it's but with all that
- 2:46Speaker 2: being said, I had there was a lot of times
- 2:48Speaker 2: that I felt lost. And it's even though I have
- 2:50Speaker 2: an amazing Oh my gosh, Raymond's so amazing and he's
- 2:54Speaker 2: walks this journey with me and we constantly evolved together too,
- 2:59Speaker 2: and it's I'm thankful for all that, but sometimes when
- 3:02Speaker 2: I was going through it, it feels like you're so alone
- 3:04Speaker 2: because you know no one understands it. And I could
- 3:07Speaker 2: have been I guess it could have been a victim
- 3:09Speaker 2: mentality in a lot of ways. But I felt like
- 3:12Speaker 2: all the things that I've believed in thought and I
- 3:14Speaker 2: felt grounded into and this is right.
- 3:17Speaker 3: And it's like it was like a band they got
- 3:20Speaker 3: ripped off of me and it's like no, no, this
- 3:22Speaker 3: is an amus is true.
- 3:24Speaker 2: Which is so amazing when I think about this, because
- 3:26Speaker 2: if I go back to when I was.
- 3:27Speaker 3: Having group over a year ago in April, that's when
- 3:30Speaker 3: it stopped.
- 3:31Speaker 2: When I go back to that timeframe, I realized I
- 3:34Speaker 2: could have had people constantly like at a boy even
- 3:37Speaker 2: doing a great job and staying in that space, and
- 3:39Speaker 2: I could not grow anymore from that space.
- 3:43Speaker 3: I couldn't.
- 3:44Speaker 2: I don't from not to where I'm at right now,
- 3:47Speaker 2: not how I've grown to the person, to the thoughts,
- 3:50Speaker 2: to the allowing, the surrendering.
- 3:55Speaker 3: There's so many things that I've done that.
- 3:56Speaker 2: I was not even capable of doing that, and had
- 4:00Speaker 2: many meltdowns and many little child my little girl came
- 4:07Speaker 2: forward and like didn't understand these things. And now it's
- 4:12Speaker 2: the light at the end of the tunnel, is that
- 4:13Speaker 2: there is an understanding. And even still I would have
- 4:16Speaker 2: glimpses we've talked about it, have like all of a sudden,
- 4:19Speaker 2: we're on this little plateau and as everything's going great,
- 4:22Speaker 2: and let's take a breath because we're about to dive
- 4:23Speaker 2: in again. And now I feel like something has shifted
- 4:27Speaker 2: to the point where everything feels like it's more easier
- 4:31Speaker 2: to navigate, to flow with. When someone says, go with
- 4:35Speaker 2: the flow, jump on your little lea or your lotus
- 4:38Speaker 2: and float down the river.
- 4:40Speaker 3: I get it.
- 4:43Speaker 2: And now when I just say that, I can see
- 4:45Speaker 2: myself holding on to the sides of you know, holding
- 4:48Speaker 2: onto the pedals and like just with the big old
- 4:50Speaker 2: smile on my face, water going by and just just
- 4:53Speaker 2: seeing where it's going, just enjoying this journey.
- 4:56Speaker 3: Yeah, but it was a loss.
- 4:58Speaker 2: It was it felt lost, and if I let go
- 5:01Speaker 2: of that there had to be any place to go to.
- 5:04Speaker 2: It was all fine, It was all going exactly that
- 5:07Speaker 2: word it needed to go to. It was just me
- 5:09Speaker 2: slowly letting go of each strand of grass that was
- 5:12Speaker 2: on the side of the bank of this river that
- 5:15Speaker 2: I just wouldn't let go of, and then realize, oh,
- 5:17Speaker 2: it's okay, this is so much more fun just to
- 5:19Speaker 2: let go, Tosh.
- 5:20Speaker 3: My hands don't hurt as much from gripping so tightly
- 5:25Speaker 3: to what was.
- 5:27Speaker 1: Yep, our little person inside just has a temper tantrum
- 5:32Speaker 1: and it shows out shows up in many different ways
- 5:40Speaker 1: based mainly because we're operating from the eight year old
- 5:45Speaker 1: seven year old zero to seven year old who only
- 5:51Speaker 1: knew how to get that get their way by having
- 5:53Speaker 1: a temper tantrum. And it didn't always work out that
- 5:55Speaker 1: way either. Sometimes well in our generation, we just got
- 5:58Speaker 1: in trouble for it. But our little I would say,
- 6:08Speaker 1: like our person inside, who has already been programmed in
- 6:12Speaker 1: that zero to seven time frame, is having the temper
- 6:15Speaker 1: tantrum of change, the temper tantrum of it's not safe
- 6:21Speaker 1: to do that right then, the temper tantrum of you
- 6:25Speaker 1: can't trust these people. And the adult version of ourselves,
- 6:31Speaker 1: who has now lived life and is very more has
- 6:35Speaker 1: more knowledge and wisdom than that seven or eight year
- 6:38Speaker 1: old per se as a human let's put at less
- 6:41Speaker 1: preface as a human, not and as the spirit because
- 6:45Speaker 1: that zero to seven year old very spiritual, very connected.
- 6:50Speaker 1: But the human adult has more wisdom and knowledge than
- 6:55Speaker 1: that little person that's still inside who doesn't feel safe
- 6:59Speaker 1: or or is very scared, has a lot of fear
- 7:02Speaker 1: because of the experiences that I would say you and
- 7:05Speaker 1: I have had at that and those h fras at
- 7:08Speaker 1: those timeframes. So they just having a temper tantrum. And
- 7:13Speaker 1: so it's like you're battling two sides of yourself. This
- 7:17Speaker 1: this adult version who has seen life, grown through life,
- 7:20Speaker 1: had experiences, ready for something different. But that internal version
- 7:24Speaker 1: of ourselves is like, no right holding us back. And
- 7:28Speaker 1: so there's that still that fear, the angst or anxiety
- 7:31Speaker 1: that shows up. That's that that says, don't do it.
- 7:35Speaker 1: Don't let go of that blade of grass and just
- 7:37Speaker 1: float down the river and enjoy yourself, enjoy the temperature
- 7:40Speaker 1: and the breeze and all the thing. Don't do that
- 7:42Speaker 1: don't relax. We we have to work hard. We have
- 7:45Speaker 1: to we have to we gotta grind, we gotta we
- 7:48Speaker 1: gotta show up, and we gotta do these things in
- 7:51Speaker 1: order to get rewarded. And and we're like, no, I'm
- 7:54Speaker 1: just gonna let go of that blade of grass and
- 7:56Speaker 1: just float. And the sense of relief when you finally
- 8:00Speaker 1: do that, the the physical shift that happens when you
- 8:09Speaker 1: just surrender and be like, okay, here we are, let's
- 8:14Speaker 1: just see what happens. Right, But it's giving our internal
- 8:18Speaker 1: self that that safety and the sense of feeling okay
- 8:24Speaker 1: by doing it. So one of my biggest things is
- 8:29Speaker 1: speaking in front of people. That's like the top one
- 8:32Speaker 1: of the top three fears for all people. The more
- 8:36Speaker 1: I do it, the easier it gets. And you know
- 8:39Speaker 1: you're talking about, you know, getting those kudos and pats
- 8:41Speaker 1: on the back. I've been getting that because I've been
- 8:44Speaker 1: I've done a few speeches over these past couple months,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and every time I've had a lot of people come
- 8:52Speaker 1: up to me and say, wow, I was really great.
- 8:55Speaker 1: That was touching. I enjoyed that. You know, you hit
- 8:58Speaker 1: somebody the other night, tell me you know what you
- 8:59Speaker 1: really you know how to capture the attention of the audience,
- 9:03Speaker 1: and it feels good because it's building my confidence. So
- 9:09Speaker 1: some things that we do, we do need that kudos
- 9:13Speaker 1: for a while. But when you notice that, it becomes
- 9:17Speaker 1: a need, and that's you're doing it just.
- 9:21Speaker 3: For the approval.
- 9:24Speaker 1: Now there's an issue, and if you don't recognize that,
- 9:28Speaker 1: you're going to stay stuck in that and that's where
- 9:30Speaker 1: you're going to live. Whereas when you recognize, oh, I'm
- 9:38Speaker 1: staying stuck in this energy in this arena to get
- 9:41Speaker 1: the approval of people who are and it's not a
- 9:46Speaker 1: good or bad it's not a judgment, but they're at
- 9:50Speaker 1: a lower vibrational frequency than I am, and I'm matching
- 9:53Speaker 1: their energy to help guide them and coach them. I'm
- 9:56Speaker 1: holding a little bit higher energy. But eventually it I've
- 10:00Speaker 1: noticed it myself, it'll wear you down. And now you're
- 10:03Speaker 1: matching them. And when you start recognizing that you are
- 10:10Speaker 1: dependent on their approval and acceptance and quote unquote love,
- 10:19Speaker 1: it's time to change something because that's not where you're
- 10:22Speaker 1: meant to stay. And so for now, for me, getting
- 10:26Speaker 1: those kudos is kind of a need in the sense
- 10:30Speaker 1: that it's helping build me up and help me grow
- 10:33Speaker 1: in my confidence that I am doing a good job.
- 10:36Speaker 1: I am speaking to the people in the audience. I am,
- 10:40Speaker 1: you know, planting seeds in whatever way I can't like,
- 10:43Speaker 1: I am making a difference in speaking in front of people,
- 10:46Speaker 1: and people letting me know that.
- 10:47Speaker 3: Great.
- 10:48Speaker 1: I need that right now because I still get nervous
- 10:51Speaker 1: speaking in front of people, and that each time it
- 10:54Speaker 1: helps me relax more and more because it's telling my
- 10:57Speaker 1: inner person, we're okay and we're safe. Yeah, like the crowd.
- 11:02Speaker 1: If the crowd laughs because I cracked a joke, not
- 11:04Speaker 1: because I couldn't pronounce a word or not because I
- 11:09Speaker 1: didn't get the answer right, that's our programming from school, right,
- 11:13Speaker 1: all the kids laughed at us, and so, oh, climb up.
- 11:16Speaker 1: Can't do that, that's not safe. I've messed up my words.
- 11:21Speaker 1: I've had to repeat a sentence because I jumbled it up.
- 11:24Speaker 1: I've stumbled. I've been shaking like no tomorrow trying to
- 11:31Speaker 1: give a speech without my voice cracking so much. Right,
- 11:35Speaker 1: so or I've gotten teary eyed because of something, and
- 11:38Speaker 1: I've had to pause. My nose runs when I'm speaking.
- 11:42Speaker 1: And then it's like all these things and you know what,
- 11:46Speaker 1: I survived every single one of them, and that each
- 11:50Speaker 1: time gives me more and more of a sense of
- 11:53Speaker 1: safety and relief within myself to know I can do this.
- 12:01Speaker 3: And it's like confirmation too.
- 12:02Speaker 2: It's when when you're getting that afterwards. To me, it
- 12:05Speaker 2: feels good to have the confirmations. It kind of it
- 12:08Speaker 2: kind of gives you the idea that you're on the
- 12:10Speaker 2: right path, that you're going in the right direction.
- 12:12Speaker 3: This feels right, it does. I remember the first time.
- 12:16Speaker 2: That you and I had a group together, that we
- 12:20Speaker 2: sat down in front of an eye I was I
- 12:24Speaker 2: was kind of nervous about it, but I remember being
- 12:28Speaker 2: I felt like I was going to do something wrong,
- 12:30Speaker 2: and I think that's where my most of my stuff
- 12:32Speaker 2: came from. But then it's like, as we were sitting
- 12:35Speaker 2: there talking, it never there's some things in life that
- 12:38Speaker 2: feel so right, and that felt so right. It just
- 12:41Speaker 2: felt like this was a natural process, the progression. So
- 12:46Speaker 2: it's like we just sit and see how it plays out.
- 12:49Speaker 2: You know, as we're growing, Like you've talked about, you know,
- 12:52Speaker 2: even with your job, how much you've gained from it,
- 12:54Speaker 2: and you and you're doing it with from a place
- 12:56Speaker 2: of gratitude, which also opens the doorway for more more
- 13:00Speaker 2: of the things that you want. And it's like, Okay,
- 13:02Speaker 2: I've learned everything I can from this and now it's
- 13:04Speaker 2: on to the next So there's going to be some
- 13:06Speaker 2: new stuff coming forward. And that's fun. It's fun when
- 13:11Speaker 2: we recognize it from this perspective. It's not fun when
- 13:14Speaker 2: we recognize it from everything that you said earlier about
- 13:17Speaker 2: the child, the inner child and all these feelings and gosh,
- 13:22Speaker 2: you freaking nailed it. Really all put words to a
- 13:26Speaker 2: lot of the things that that's how I felt growing up.
- 13:28Speaker 3: You know, it's kind of scary.
- 13:29Speaker 2: And it's also knowing that when my inner child has
- 13:34Speaker 2: comes forward, it's.
- 13:35Speaker 3: She's being seen. She's being seen.
- 13:37Speaker 2: For this, and it's like we're gaining different information from it,
- 13:41Speaker 2: so it kind of changes the whole programming.
- 13:43Speaker 3: As soon as we do that stuff. I don't feel, like.
- 13:46Speaker 2: I've said before, and I understand it now that I
- 13:49Speaker 2: don't feel like I have to go digging for the
- 13:51Speaker 2: things inside of me, because otherwise I'm constantly searching inside
- 13:55Speaker 2: of me for what's wrong?
- 13:56Speaker 3: Why did this happen, Why did that happen? How could
- 13:59Speaker 3: I do differently?
- 14:00Speaker 2: But but by me asking how can I do things differently?
- 14:03Speaker 2: How can I show up better for myself and in
- 14:06Speaker 2: all my relationships, I start being things start happening and
- 14:10Speaker 2: it's all different because I have it created a different
- 14:13Speaker 2: asking withinside of myself. Excuse me, because I want the
- 14:17Speaker 2: good relationships. I want to have the good experiences. I
- 14:19Speaker 2: want to have the flow the conversations. I'm not a
- 14:24Speaker 2: person that does very well in shallow conversations.
- 14:26Speaker 3: I just don't.
- 14:27Speaker 2: It's not it's not appealing to me, and it's which
- 14:31Speaker 2: is nice. I'm the person that's going through the cash
- 14:34Speaker 2: register or the cashier at the stores and they're telling
- 14:37Speaker 2: me all their stuff, of everything they've experienced in the
- 14:41Speaker 2: last several years, and it's like, I'm kind of surprised
- 14:45Speaker 2: because there's more people that are around, but it just
- 14:47Speaker 2: goes to show you where we're at. People are ready
- 14:49Speaker 2: to expand and they don't want to be limited by
- 14:53Speaker 2: all of our experiences and programming that we've had already.
- 14:56Speaker 2: So it's this is pretty fun. It's pretty fun. I
- 15:01Speaker 2: enjoy it. I'm thankful for you. I don't tell you
- 15:04Speaker 2: probably enough of that, but I am thankful for you
- 15:07Speaker 2: because you did see a lot of things in me
- 15:09Speaker 2: that I did not see, and you've stuck around with
- 15:14Speaker 2: all of it, and you've done very well in my dad,
- 15:20Speaker 2: So thank you.
- 15:21Speaker 1: Wait, don't stop, keep going.
- 15:22Speaker 2: I was, but that changes the energy, right, And if
- 15:29Speaker 2: we find more people that were doing that, like, find
- 15:32Speaker 2: the things that they're doing that are that feel good
- 15:34Speaker 2: to you and say something about it, because so many
- 15:36Speaker 2: times I didn't. I don't think I ever stopped and
- 15:38Speaker 2: told my mom how beautiful she was. I don't really
- 15:40Speaker 2: don't think I did. I don't think anybody ever said
- 15:43Speaker 2: that to me. So I didn't know how to approach
- 15:45Speaker 2: that kind of stuff or even have a desire to.
- 15:47Speaker 2: But now it's like, well, I tell her, I tell
- 15:49Speaker 2: her how beautiful she is. And because the relationships continue,
- 15:54Speaker 2: they don't just stop because they they left their physical
- 15:57Speaker 2: or their avatar.
- 15:58Speaker 3: I wouldn't even call it physical. It's just an avatar
- 16:00Speaker 3: to me.
- 16:02Speaker 1: So I called this a human spirit vehicle.
- 16:10Speaker 3: What are you driving today, my HSD.
- 16:13Speaker 1: Yeah, it's a different color today. It's got some hearts
- 16:18Speaker 1: and it's pink.
- 16:19Speaker 3: But that's right, that's right.
- 16:21Speaker 2: I like it.
- 16:23Speaker 3: It's a fun.
- 16:25Speaker 1: Yeah, that's uh. Going back what I was talking about
- 16:34Speaker 1: as far as the need and the dependency on others.
- 16:40Speaker 1: That's how I coach is I don't want you dependent
- 16:44Speaker 1: on me. And in the past couple of years, I've
- 16:51Speaker 1: had some clients who have blossomed tremendously from us spending
- 16:58Speaker 1: time together. Now watching them and the joy that they're
- 17:02Speaker 1: experiencing in life and the things they're pursuing in their
- 17:06Speaker 1: life is that's what matters. That's what matters, right, And
- 17:14Speaker 1: so it's important that if you in general audience that
- 17:19Speaker 1: if you are feeling dependent on somebody for your happiness
- 17:24Speaker 1: two to uh, you know you need them around so
- 17:29Speaker 1: that you know, you know when you have conversations, they're
- 17:33Speaker 1: gonna lift you up, they're gonna bring better energy, they're
- 17:36Speaker 1: gonna make you happy to you know those words that
- 17:40Speaker 1: we use. When you're dependent on that, there's some healing
- 17:46Speaker 1: to be done, some internal healing. So I I, for
- 17:52Speaker 1: several years now have looked at it as if I
- 17:56Speaker 1: enjoy myself, I can be with myself, I can laugh
- 17:59Speaker 1: with myself, me by myself in a room, not listening
- 18:03Speaker 1: to anything. I could just laugh if I want to laugh,
- 18:06Speaker 1: and I don't need somebody to do that to trigger
- 18:10Speaker 1: that in me. So, when you're dependent on outside sources,
- 18:19Speaker 1: is it helpful? Yeah, absolutely, it's helpful. Bev and I
- 18:22Speaker 1: get on here and we have these conversations. It lingers,
- 18:26Speaker 1: you know, for a while. And with the conversations we have,
- 18:29Speaker 1: I contemplate and it's beneficial. However, I am not dependent
- 18:36Speaker 1: on these conversations to help me grow and learn and
- 18:40Speaker 1: expand and be joyful and have glimpses of excitement, don't.
- 18:50Speaker 1: I don't need her and I don't need other people
- 18:53Speaker 1: to do that for me. That's up to me to
- 18:55Speaker 1: do that. So I just want people to understand and
- 19:00Speaker 1: the difference that when you're dependent on somebody, you're saying
- 19:05Speaker 1: you need somebody to throw you the rope to pull
- 19:08Speaker 1: you out of the quicksand you can do it on
- 19:12Speaker 1: your own. You can. And I say that in a
- 19:16Speaker 1: sense of you're the one that can pick up a
- 19:19Speaker 1: podcast or listen to a podcast, or pick up a
- 19:21Speaker 1: book and read some words, or maybe for you it's
- 19:24Speaker 1: the Bible. I don't there's some kind of spiritual context.
- 19:30Speaker 1: There are resources that will help you do that, which
- 19:34Speaker 1: is very beneficial. And those are tools, right, There are
- 19:38Speaker 1: so many tools availables available to us to help us
- 19:42Speaker 1: shift our energy. One of my go tos listen to Abraham.
- 19:46Speaker 1: I get in a funk, I go listen to Esther Hickson.
- 19:49Speaker 1: Abraham helps me every single time, and sometimes I have
- 19:52Speaker 1: to listen to it for days. Yeah, just keep listening
- 19:56Speaker 1: to their recordings every single day to help shift me.
- 20:01Speaker 1: But I'm taking the initiative and I'm doing the work
- 20:05Speaker 1: to help make that happen, to help shift my energy.
- 20:10Speaker 1: Whereas Bev and I could have a conversation and she
- 20:14Speaker 1: could lift me up or I could lift her up.
- 20:16Speaker 1: But if I become dependent on her to lift me
- 20:20Speaker 1: up every single time, then there's some healing and growing
- 20:24Speaker 1: that needs to take place. So just kind of giving
- 20:28Speaker 1: people an idea of what we're really talking about when
- 20:31Speaker 1: we're saying those things.
- 20:33Speaker 2: Yeah, because we're guides. We're just a guide. I'm a
- 20:35Speaker 2: guid guide someone back into themselves. I'm not going to
- 20:38Speaker 2: fix you. I'm not responsible for you, for anybody. I mean,
- 20:43Speaker 2: I'm responsible when my grandkids are with me to make
- 20:45Speaker 2: sure they stay safe, but they're actually great teachers for myself.
- 20:48Speaker 3: So you know.
- 20:50Speaker 2: But it's looking at a lot of that stuff, and
- 20:51Speaker 2: I know there's been a lot of people explore the
- 20:54Speaker 2: information that's flowing out there. There's been a lot of
- 20:57Speaker 2: people that have been put into a guru status that
- 20:59Speaker 2: have actually been shown to not be very what people thought,
- 21:05Speaker 2: not saying they didn't have valuable information that came forward.
- 21:07Speaker 2: But it's to not idolize another. It's not to get
- 21:10Speaker 2: wrapped up in that, and to recognize if you do
- 21:13Speaker 2: have someone.
- 21:14Speaker 3: If you're talking to Amy all the time.
- 21:16Speaker 2: And she does lift you up, it's recognizing you have
- 21:19Speaker 2: that within selfs that's all that. It's a mirror to
- 21:22Speaker 2: you to let you know that you have this. And
- 21:24Speaker 2: I love listening to Abraham as well. I've just listened
- 21:27Speaker 2: been listening to her in the last few days, honestly,
- 21:30Speaker 2: just a little random stuff because it's it lifts. It's
- 21:34Speaker 2: it's not so much the words that are being stated.
- 21:37Speaker 2: It's it's so much about the energy that I feel.
- 21:40Speaker 2: And when you just tune into that, I could probably
- 21:42Speaker 2: when I haven't tried doing it, I probably just watch
- 21:44Speaker 2: a video with her talking, but I usually see, you know,
- 21:48Speaker 2: they usually have animated stuff going on with her talking,
- 21:51Speaker 2: and I probably would pick up just as much as
- 21:54Speaker 2: I would by listening to the words, it's it's an
- 21:57Speaker 2: energy thing, it's it's being. It's an alignment, and you
- 22:00Speaker 2: feel more aligned when you're listening to that kind of stuff.
- 22:04Speaker 2: I do, and I know you do because it and
- 22:07Speaker 2: it really does. It really helps. And I like to
- 22:09Speaker 2: listen to Alan Watson and stuff too because there's a lot,
- 22:12Speaker 2: a lot of awesome information. It's just so philosophical. There's
- 22:17Speaker 2: so much information that's out there that we can find.
- 22:19Speaker 2: But again, just like you stated, it's not a matter
- 22:23Speaker 2: of being dependent on those it's a matter of it.
- 22:26Speaker 2: It's the opportunity for it to come forward right that moment,
- 22:29Speaker 2: because there's a message for you. It's nothing, it's just
- 22:32Speaker 2: a brief thing, just like I was telling you earlier.
- 22:35Speaker 2: For me, everything is a message, and so for me,
- 22:37Speaker 2: i've seen a pair of peaguine falcons flying around together.
- 22:41Speaker 3: There's a message for that.
- 22:42Speaker 2: I've been able to witness the paraguine falcons sitting in
- 22:45Speaker 2: the nest on some eggs.
- 22:47Speaker 3: That's awesome.
- 22:48Speaker 2: I was driving to work the other day and I
- 22:50Speaker 2: know that antelope are fast moving and they're quick on
- 22:54Speaker 2: their feet, but it's like they were and also cautious
- 22:57Speaker 2: and kind of looking around to see where they were
- 22:59Speaker 2: to jump in. It reminds me of double Dutch, you know,
- 23:01Speaker 2: rope You got to know when you can jump into
- 23:04Speaker 2: that whole mix to be able to maintain it without
- 23:06Speaker 2: getting all wrapped up in the ropes. But I got
- 23:08Speaker 2: to see four of those, and so I know numbers
- 23:10Speaker 2: mean something to me as well. And then we had
- 23:12Speaker 2: a pair of cranes in the front yard this morning.
- 23:15Speaker 2: It's very overcast today. It's it's like, I think the
- 23:19Speaker 2: high was supposed to be like sixty one, which for
- 23:21Speaker 2: us is.
- 23:22Speaker 3: Kind of chilly this time of year.
- 23:25Speaker 2: And so having all those experiences, there's all these messages
- 23:29Speaker 2: that happen, and it's just being aware of it.
- 23:30Speaker 3: That's what all this stuff is.
- 23:32Speaker 2: It's like all these breadcrumbs that we left to go
- 23:34Speaker 2: just to lead us back into ourselves. So it's it's like,
- 23:38Speaker 2: you know, just like this other person that you've experienced
- 23:41Speaker 2: that has made you reflect more on maybe programming, you know,
- 23:49Speaker 2: from childhood, for this showing up, it's all it is
- 23:52Speaker 2: is opportunities for our growth.
- 23:54Speaker 3: It's just this this looking.
- 23:56Speaker 2: Withinside and not becoming a victim or being dragged around
- 24:01Speaker 2: by someone else's energy or making us feel bad.
- 24:05Speaker 3: That everything's totally up to us.
- 24:07Speaker 2: You can spend time with it, but it's just an
- 24:09Speaker 2: opportunity to look at that and say, Okay, this is
- 24:12Speaker 2: this is a message for me as well, and I'm
- 24:13Speaker 2: not going to shoot the messenger, even though it would
- 24:16Speaker 2: be fun. Maybe I've played video games. I played lots
- 24:19Speaker 2: of video games once a fun time. But it doesn't
- 24:23Speaker 2: there's no solution, and it has nothing to do with
- 24:25Speaker 2: the messenger. It's just obviously shining a light on something
- 24:28Speaker 2: within self that still would like to feel different than
- 24:34Speaker 2: the way it feels in that moment from that experience.
- 24:38Speaker 1: Yeah, love it, love it. So going and growing, keep going,
- 24:45Speaker 1: keep growing, right, we just kept doing that step in
- 24:48Speaker 1: front of and find the resources that help you grow.
- 24:51Speaker 1: Go and grow, help you find the resources that help
- 24:54Speaker 1: you shift your energy where you're not However, you're not
- 24:58Speaker 1: solely dependent on that. It's not a need that somebody
- 25:03Speaker 1: else needs to fix you or fix your problems so
- 25:05Speaker 1: you can experience some joy because we all have it
- 25:09Speaker 1: within ourselves and we are a reflection of each other.
- 25:13Speaker 1: So when Bev says, you know, when somebody is influenced
- 25:17Speaker 1: by our energy, we are a reflection of who they
- 25:21Speaker 1: already are, and we're showing them who they could tap
- 25:25Speaker 1: into within themselves. It's like looking in a mirror, but
- 25:30Speaker 1: when you look in that mirror, you see one of us,
- 25:34Speaker 1: and we are there to encourage you to keep going
- 25:40Speaker 1: and keep growing and expand. So with that, other people
- 25:44Speaker 1: are having these conversations as well and seeking the resources
- 25:48Speaker 1: that will help them answer their questions. So if any
- 25:52Speaker 1: of this has resonated with you, be sure to share it.
- 25:55Speaker 1: Have the conversations, be the resource. You don't have to
- 25:58Speaker 1: be the teacher or the coach, and just let them
- 26:01Speaker 1: know about tea time with Amy and Bev and let
- 26:05Speaker 1: them know where to find us on the Amy and
- 26:06Speaker 1: Bev community channel of YouTube. We're also on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Spreaker, Spotify, podcast, Attic,
- 26:14Speaker 1: so we're on many platforms. Leave a comment or a question.
- 26:19Speaker 1: We like to get those and just help us continue
- 26:23Speaker 1: to go and grow in as a as a resource
- 26:27Speaker 1: for other people. And any final words.
- 26:33Speaker 3: Enjoy the journey.
- 26:34Speaker 2: I'll like spend more time enjoying the journey. Even when
- 26:37Speaker 2: you feel lost, you're not lost. You're just on to
- 26:40Speaker 2: the next big part of yourself finding more, finding out
- 26:43Speaker 2: more about.
- 26:43Speaker 1: Yourself absolutely, and that's what we can do, is just
- 26:47Speaker 1: be and do better within ourselves, and then we automatically
- 26:50Speaker 1: show up and be and do better within the world.
- 26:53Speaker 1: And that's always my intention and my goal. So with that,
- 26:57Speaker 1: thanks for hanging out tea timing with Amy and Bev
- 26:59Speaker 1: and we'll see you next time.
- 27:01Speaker 3: Bye.
