- 0:00Speaker 1: Three days you need to know, six o'clock on the
- 0:03Speaker 1: Dot on this Friday morning. Hallelujah and amen, we finally
- 0:06Speaker 1: made it to Friday. Right now, Ricky Sanchez has those
- 0:09Speaker 1: three things you need to know.
- 0:10Speaker 2: There are reports that the girls group Fifth Harmony is reuniting.
- 0:14Speaker 2: All the girls are going to be part of it,
- 0:16Speaker 2: minus Camila Cabo. She won't be in this group. The
- 0:20Speaker 2: group went on indefinite hiatus in twenty eighteen, a year
- 0:23Speaker 2: after releasing their third album, following Camilla's departure in twenty sixteen,
- 0:28Speaker 2: but it looks like they have plans in twenty twenty
- 0:30Speaker 2: six to reunite, which would mark the ten year anniversary
- 0:33Speaker 2: of seven twenty seven and their hit song work from Home.
- 0:37Speaker 3: I'm so excited about this. I have no idea.
- 0:40Speaker 2: So according to insiders, they're also working on a documentary
- 0:43Speaker 2: that's going to chronicle their return to stage, which is
- 0:46Speaker 2: going to capture footage on a yet to be announced
- 0:49Speaker 2: tour as well.
- 0:50Speaker 3: How cool is it?
- 0:52Speaker 2: I know, I know. I'm looking forward to it too.
- 0:53Speaker 2: I'm hoping that it's real. Right now, these are reports
- 0:56Speaker 2: and rumors that are just starting. The girls have not
- 0:59Speaker 2: actually you know, come out and said, this has happened yet,
- 1:01Speaker 2: so I'll keep you updated.
- 1:02Speaker 3: I'm hoping where there's smoke, there's fire.
- 1:05Speaker 2: How many days a month do you fully feel healthy?
- 1:07Speaker 4: Zach?
- 1:08Speaker 3: Three?
- 1:09Speaker 2: Okay, so nineteen seems to be the average.
- 1:14Speaker 3: Okay, that's good. I feel like.
- 1:17Speaker 2: I mean nineteen out of the entire month. A survey
- 1:20Speaker 2: found that most Americans perfect health days happen nineteen times
- 1:24Speaker 2: a month, which means that we spent about forty percent
- 1:26Speaker 2: of our lives feeling less than great, which is also
- 1:30Speaker 2: less than great.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Okay, let's think about it the optimistic way. We spend
- 1:33Speaker 1: sixty percent of our lives feeling great.
- 1:35Speaker 2: Seventy two percent of respondents are living with moderate or
- 1:38Speaker 2: poor health, with only twenty eight percent saying they they're
- 1:41Speaker 2: feeling completely healthy at any given time. So just some
- 1:44Speaker 2: things that you can focus on if you don't feel great.
- 1:46Speaker 2: I mean, Zach just said he has three days a
- 1:49Speaker 2: month that he feels soally healthy. Some things to kind
- 1:51Speaker 2: of keep in mind, though, are exercising a minimum of
- 1:54Speaker 2: four days a week. It doesn't have to be you know,
- 1:56Speaker 2: intense weightlifting or anything like that. It could be a
- 1:59Speaker 2: walk around your neighbor hood for thirty minutes a day,
- 2:01Speaker 2: just something to keep your body moving. Eight hours of
- 2:04Speaker 2: sleep every night. And this is one that I personally recommend,
- 2:08Speaker 2: and that's checking your food intolerances because you want to
- 2:11Speaker 2: make sure that you're eating the right types of food
- 2:13Speaker 2: for your body. Once I did that, it changed my
- 2:16Speaker 2: entire perspective on everything, and that's a huge deal. So
- 2:19Speaker 2: just make sure you're not eating the things that you
- 2:20Speaker 2: shouldn't be eating for your body. And the frist Art
- 2:23Speaker 2: Museum is getting two new exhibits. They both open tomorrow.
- 2:27Speaker 2: Venice and the Ottoman Empire features one hundred and fifty
- 2:30Speaker 2: artworks from seven Venetian museums and allan Altfest Forever showcases
- 2:35Speaker 2: paintings inspired by mindfulness and living in the present moment.
- 2:39Speaker 2: Support the first Art Museum. I love it so much.
- 2:42Speaker 3: It's so beautiful.
- 2:43Speaker 1: One side, all of the things is cool thing for
- 2:46Speaker 1: the community, All the.
- 2:47Speaker 2: Things that they put in there, all of the different exhibits,
- 2:50Speaker 2: like they're all worth it. Go check them out, support them.
- 2:53Speaker 2: It's important. I'm Ricky Sanchez and those are the three
- 2:55Speaker 2: things you need to know.
- 2:57Speaker 5: Thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 2:59Speaker 4: Ricky zach Meno in the morning, Elena and Donaldson.
- 3:04Speaker 2: Welcome to one oh seven five the River. You were
- 3:06Speaker 2: just saying that you were trying to be the first
- 3:08Speaker 2: caller of the day.
- 3:09Speaker 5: Yeah, well, first.
- 3:10Speaker 3: We got to get to know you a little bit. Elena.
- 3:13Speaker 2: Oh, it's the price you pay for the possibility at
- 3:16Speaker 2: Holiday Worlds and Splash and Safari tickets.
- 3:19Speaker 3: Ooh okay, hit me, Elena, what's your favorite color?
- 3:23Speaker 2: Pik Okay?
- 3:24Speaker 1: If you had to pick any restaurant to go to
- 3:26Speaker 1: for dinner for the rest of your life, what cuisine
- 3:29Speaker 1: would it be?
- 3:30Speaker 3: Mexican? I knew you were going to say that for
- 3:32Speaker 3: some reason.
- 3:33Speaker 4: Knew it.
- 3:33Speaker 2: I also don't know why anybody would say anything other
- 3:36Speaker 2: than Mexican.
- 3:36Speaker 3: I love. It's a tie between Mexican and Chinese food
- 3:39Speaker 3: for me.
- 3:39Speaker 2: You do love Chinese food. I do, Elena. I'm not
- 3:44Speaker 2: going to make you wait much longer. It's Friday. I
- 3:46Speaker 2: know that we're all like over the week, so I'm
- 3:49Speaker 2: gonna let you know right now that you are the
- 3:50Speaker 2: first color of the day. You're getting Holiday world and
- 3:52Speaker 2: splashes of Bori tickets.
- 3:54Speaker 1: That's awesome, Thank you so much.
- 3:56Speaker 2: You're so welcome.
- 3:58Speaker 1: Hey, Elena, hanging the line for me. We're gonna grab
- 4:00Speaker 1: some more information from you so you can get these tickets. Okay, okay, perfect,
- 4:03Speaker 1: thank you, You're.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Welcome, heny, great day. Love.
- 4:06Speaker 1: Okay, So the phone lines are working, Hali Lulia means
- 4:08Speaker 1: the show must go.
- 4:09Speaker 2: On and everything seems to be okay. Now, fingers crossed.
- 4:12Speaker 2: As long as we don't lose power again.
- 4:14Speaker 3: We'll see what happens. Stay with us, And.
- 4:16Speaker 2: We appreciate you being here because obviously we know that
- 4:18Speaker 2: you can listen to anybody else who doesn't lose power
- 4:21Speaker 2: in the middle of their show. But we appreciate you
- 4:23Speaker 2: everyone here at Ricky, Zach and Mano.
- 4:25Speaker 5: In the Morning, thanks for being a part of our
- 4:28Speaker 5: morning Ricky.
- 4:29Speaker 4: Zach and Meno in the Morning.
- 4:30Speaker 2: On this weekend, there's lots of things to do here
- 4:34Speaker 2: in Nashville. Zach's got a full list for you. It's
- 4:37Speaker 2: one of seven five the River. Go ahead, Zach, tell
- 4:39Speaker 2: us what we can get into this weekend.
- 4:40Speaker 1: All right, if you don't have anything on your calendar,
- 4:42Speaker 1: let's fill it up, because this weekend, starting today, is
- 4:45Speaker 1: actually the Music City Fit Expo. It's today and tomorrow
- 4:49Speaker 1: at the Nashville Fairgrounds. It's from eight to five and
- 4:52Speaker 1: basically what happens at the Music City Fit Expo. You
- 4:54Speaker 1: can go browse gear apparel, different equipment, and you can
- 4:58Speaker 1: watch weightlifting and combat sport competitions and Ricky, you go
- 5:03Speaker 1: to this trainer named Danny.
- 5:04Speaker 2: Yeah, Danny d She's gonna be doing a free fitness
- 5:07Speaker 2: class at nine am tomorrow morning, So wake.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Up bright and early if you want a free fitness
- 5:11Speaker 1: card ages.
- 5:12Speaker 2: Whether you know you work out every day or you'd
- 5:15Speaker 2: never work out, anybody can do move Fit, which is
- 5:18Speaker 2: the class that she's doing, So nine am to through
- 5:20Speaker 2: orow morning. It's a great way to start off your morning.
- 5:22Speaker 2: And it's free.
- 5:23Speaker 3: If it's free, it's for me.
- 5:24Speaker 5: Man.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Also, this is happening today. It is a summer reading
- 5:28Speaker 1: kickoff of it. I think this is so cool to
- 5:30Speaker 1: bring your kiddos too. It's happening at the John P.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Holt Library in Brentwood, So it's at three pm today.
- 5:36Speaker 3: You go to the Brentwood Library parking lot.
- 5:38Speaker 1: They're gonna have carnival style games, a food truck, find
- 5:40Speaker 1: activities and it's a really good time to sign up
- 5:43Speaker 1: for a library membership card.
- 5:44Speaker 2: I love that everybody should get a library card. I
- 5:47Speaker 2: have it on my list to go get one myself.
- 5:49Speaker 3: You can go today at three pm.
- 5:51Speaker 2: Well I could. Yeah.
- 5:54Speaker 1: Also, if you're coming downtown Nashville, just be warned that
- 5:57Speaker 1: traffic is going to be crazy because of Music City
- 5:59Speaker 1: Rodeo started last night and it goes all the way
- 6:01Speaker 1: through Saturday night.
- 6:03Speaker 3: So it's a big rodeo that's happening at Bridgetonne Arena.
- 6:06Speaker 1: And tonight is actually Jelly Roll is performing a jelly
- 6:10Speaker 1: and then tomorrow night is Tim McGraw Love It. So
- 6:12Speaker 1: it's gonna be nuts downtown. And I thought this was
- 6:15Speaker 1: a really fun way to also kick off summer. It's
- 6:17Speaker 1: it's called the Big Wave and it's happening at Veterans
- 6:20Speaker 1: Memorial Park in Laverne, and so Laverne Fire Rescue Department
- 6:24Speaker 1: is going to be there and they're allowing your kids
- 6:26Speaker 1: to play in the water as it comes out of
- 6:28Speaker 1: the fire hose.
- 6:29Speaker 2: How cute?
- 6:30Speaker 3: How sweet is that?
- 6:31Speaker 2: Yesterday we were just talking about, you know, how to
- 6:33Speaker 2: have an old school summer, like a nostalgic summer you've
- 6:36Speaker 2: had growing up. And I think a lot of people
- 6:39Speaker 2: can resonate with being younger and doing that, especially like
- 6:42Speaker 2: you know, if you're a transplant. You came from another city.
- 6:45Speaker 2: That's something that you know, So.
- 6:47Speaker 3: That is actually happening on Monday, June.
- 6:50Speaker 1: Second, you can go down to the Laverne Parks and
- 6:52Speaker 1: Recreation where the Veterans Memorial Park and you can go
- 6:55Speaker 1: hang out with them. Tonight is the annual Margarita Festival
- 6:59Speaker 1: at one It's from six to nine pm. If you
- 7:02Speaker 1: love Margarita's, you have to go because there's gonna be
- 7:04Speaker 1: so many different restaurants and vendors where you can try
- 7:07Speaker 1: all of these different margaritas.
- 7:08Speaker 3: That they make.
- 7:10Speaker 1: So you'll get like twelve samples all of these things
- 7:13Speaker 1: and sixty three bucks to go to the Margarita Festival
- 7:15Speaker 1: tonight at One City. And lastly, we've been talking about
- 7:19Speaker 1: this for weeks. The day is finally here.
- 7:21Speaker 2: Ah, yes it is.
- 7:22Speaker 3: Our friends Nightly are playing the Ryman tonight.
- 7:25Speaker 2: We're so excited both of us are going to be there.
- 7:27Speaker 2: I believe there are still some tickets, not many. I
- 7:30Speaker 2: know the like site crashed yesterday, so I believe there
- 7:33Speaker 2: might still be some left. If you want to go,
- 7:36Speaker 2: highly recommend it's one you don't want to miss.
- 7:38Speaker 1: Yeah, it's gonna be so fun. So Nightly tonight at
- 7:41Speaker 1: the Ryman. If you're there and you see us, say hi, Yeah,
- 7:43Speaker 1: there are still tickets available if you go to the
- 7:45Speaker 1: Rymand's website.
- 7:46Speaker 5: Amazing, perfect, Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky,
- 7:50Speaker 5: Zach and Menno in the Morning on the River. Three things.
- 7:55Speaker 1: Well, we started off this morning with the sun shining,
- 7:57Speaker 1: and now it's gloomy and raining downtown where we are.
- 8:00Speaker 3: So you can't have anything nice right now. Ricky Santez
- 8:03Speaker 3: has us Three things you need to know.
- 8:04Speaker 2: Haley Beaver is officially a billionaire. She sold her cosmetic
- 8:08Speaker 2: line Road to ELF for a billion dollars, which is
- 8:11Speaker 2: pretty impressive for a brand that's only three years old.
- 8:13Speaker 2: So she's officially a billionaire, but she hasn't had the
- 8:16Speaker 2: money yet. So the deal is set to close early
- 8:18Speaker 2: next year with a few stipulations that are going to
- 8:21Speaker 2: ensure that Haley will remain involved as the chief creative
- 8:24Speaker 2: officer and head of innovation four Roads, so she's not
- 8:27Speaker 2: necessarily going anywhere. She's just not going to be the
- 8:29Speaker 2: head of the company. ELF is totally going to take over,
- 8:32Speaker 2: and now she gets to be a billionaire. Good for
- 8:33Speaker 2: her to her The natural preds are doing something really
- 8:37Speaker 2: cool their Craft Beer Festival at Bridgestone. It's happening Saturday,
- 8:40Speaker 2: June twenty eighth from three point thirty to seven pm.
- 8:43Speaker 2: You can expect craft beer, food, games, entertainment. All the
- 8:47Speaker 2: proceeds or part of the proceeds benefit the Preds Foundation,
- 8:51Speaker 2: which supports Middle Tennessee nonprofit groups and programs in the community.
- 8:55Speaker 2: Here we love to support our own community, and each
- 8:58Speaker 2: beer fest ticket will also include a free hockey ticket
- 9:01Speaker 2: to a select twenty twenty five twenty twenty six National
- 9:04Speaker 2: Predators home game, which is pretty cool. Tickets are on
- 9:06Speaker 2: sale on bridge Stones' website right now. Like I said,
- 9:10Speaker 2: full day a Burgonet craft beer sounds pretty pretty cool
- 9:12Speaker 2: to me. And Nike and Lego have teamed up for
- 9:16Speaker 2: their first sneaker collab, which is really cool. So this
- 9:19Speaker 2: is obviously not expected, but I love this idea. So
- 9:23Speaker 2: they're teaming up to drop a bold and playful quote
- 9:26Speaker 2: unquote version of the Airmax DN. So it's everything that
- 9:29Speaker 2: you think Lego is going to be. So the kids
- 9:33Speaker 2: size tour yellow sneakers are bursting with different Lego style colors, textures,
- 9:37Speaker 2: things like that. There's gonna be raised studs it's going
- 9:40Speaker 2: to feel very much like actual Lego playsets and be
- 9:43Speaker 2: very playful, which is exactly what Lego is. They said,
- 9:46Speaker 2: it's a sportswear in surprising ways, is the way that
- 9:50Speaker 2: they're kind of describing it. Special packaging, all things like that.
- 9:53Speaker 2: I don't have a date of when those come out,
- 9:55Speaker 2: so keep your eye out if you are a big
- 9:57Speaker 2: Lego person or if your kids love Legos, for when
- 10:00Speaker 2: this comes out, Icky Sanchez, and those are the three
- 10:02Speaker 2: things you need to know.
- 10:04Speaker 5: Thanks for being a part of our morning, Ricky.
- 10:06Speaker 4: Zach and Meno in the morning on the river.
- 10:09Speaker 2: It's time for you to expand your brain power. It's
- 10:13Speaker 2: Zach Sax.
- 10:14Speaker 3: Ricky. Do you remember the last time that you remembered
- 10:16Speaker 3: a dream?
- 10:17Speaker 4: No?
- 10:18Speaker 2: I don't really dream.
- 10:19Speaker 1: Okay, So researchers say that if you sleep badly and
- 10:22Speaker 1: wake up multiple times throughout the night, you're more likely
- 10:25Speaker 1: to recall your dreams.
- 10:27Speaker 2: I sleep badly and I wake up multiple times in
- 10:29Speaker 2: the middle. I don't remember any of my dreams. I
- 10:32Speaker 2: don't dream at all.
- 10:33Speaker 1: You probably don't because a bunch of researchers are saying
- 10:36Speaker 1: that if you sleep badly, then you're more likely to
- 10:38Speaker 1: remember your dream You're also more likely to remember them
- 10:41Speaker 1: if you're woken up from one.
- 10:43Speaker 2: That part makes sense. I think that makes sense thinking
- 10:46Speaker 2: about it for sure. Yeah, I don't know if I
- 10:48Speaker 2: believe the other part.
- 10:48Speaker 1: Well, I hope you sleep better and you don't ever
- 10:51Speaker 1: remember your dreams.
- 10:52Speaker 3: There's your fact of the day.
- 10:54Speaker 5: Thanks Zach, thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 10:57Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 11:01Speaker 2: Today might be the best day ever. I I don't
- 11:06Speaker 2: until about ten minutes ago, but it's International Potato Day.
- 11:08Speaker 3: And you know we love a potato around here.
- 11:11Speaker 2: Ricky's second Bano in the Morning on one of seven
- 11:13Speaker 2: five the River. So we asked, you know, what's your
- 11:15Speaker 2: favorite potato? Because a potato can be made so many
- 11:18Speaker 2: different ways. It's so versatile a potato.
- 11:21Speaker 1: Okay, And I feel like there's a whole list that
- 11:23Speaker 1: we can go through. I feel like my top number
- 11:25Speaker 1: one is Potatos bravas and I had it when I
- 11:27Speaker 1: was insane.
- 11:28Speaker 2: Patatos bravas is so good, and it's.
- 11:30Speaker 3: So good if you haven't had it.
- 11:31Speaker 1: Just like a red sauce and white sauce mixture over
- 11:34Speaker 1: these crispy potatoes.
- 11:36Speaker 3: It's so good.
- 11:37Speaker 2: Dude, I just love a good baked potato, like a
- 11:39Speaker 2: good bakeda loaded baked potatoes, like with all of the
- 11:42Speaker 2: things inside of it that you could ever imagine, cheese, bacon,
- 11:46Speaker 2: sour cream, butter, salt, pepper, chribes, garlic, powder, all that.
- 11:52Speaker 2: It's a very soft, my mouth is watering, very soft
- 11:56Speaker 2: baked potato.
- 11:57Speaker 1: If you could see the way that Ricky is beaming
- 11:59Speaker 1: right now and she was like throwing everything in the
- 12:01Speaker 1: potato like she was making it.
- 12:06Speaker 2: Okay, but what about also like curly fries, like seasoned
- 12:09Speaker 2: curly fries.
- 12:10Speaker 3: It depends on where they're from, if they're done right.
- 12:12Speaker 2: Yes, that's the ultimate fry to me, is a seasoned
- 12:14Speaker 2: curly fries.
- 12:15Speaker 3: Have you had ribbon fries? Though?
- 12:17Speaker 2: I don't know what you're saying.
- 12:18Speaker 1: Okay, So, like at the fair, they take a potato
- 12:20Speaker 1: and they like slice it very thinly, but they don't
- 12:22Speaker 1: fully slice it.
- 12:23Speaker 3: They like turn it into a ribbon.
- 12:24Speaker 1: So if you pick up one end, it's just like
- 12:26Speaker 1: a string of a long ribbon fry.
- 12:29Speaker 2: So it's a curly fry on ozembic basically. Okay.
- 12:32Speaker 1: Yeah, interesting, They're so good and I only ever find
- 12:36Speaker 1: them at the fair.
- 12:37Speaker 2: Okay, fair food the potatoes that they do at the fair,
- 12:41Speaker 2: Like at the fair, Oh my god, remember the tater cakes. Yes,
- 12:45Speaker 2: there is a food truck that was at the fair
- 12:48Speaker 2: that's tater cakes and it's potato made into like what
- 12:51Speaker 2: looks like crabcakes almost with whatever toppings you want on
- 12:54Speaker 2: top of them. And oh my god, Like, there's just
- 12:56Speaker 2: so many ways to make a potato.
- 12:57Speaker 3: Why are they making me so hungry right now?
- 12:59Speaker 4: No?
- 12:59Speaker 2: Start, we need to go celebrate International Potato Day.
- 13:02Speaker 3: I want waffle fries asap.
- 13:04Speaker 2: Waffle fries. Okay, we can make that happen. That's super easy.
- 13:07Speaker 3: Actually, get on the Chick fil A app and order.
- 13:09Speaker 3: I'm right here, I'm doing it right now.
- 13:11Speaker 2: It's the International Potato Day. We need to we need
- 13:13Speaker 2: to celebrate somehow, some way.
- 13:14Speaker 3: We absolutely do have to.
- 13:15Speaker 1: If you have a different potato that we have not
- 13:17Speaker 1: named yet, you can always text us it is six
- 13:19Speaker 1: four eight nine five put river at the very beginning,
- 13:22Speaker 1: tell us your favorite potato.
- 13:24Speaker 2: If we did a ham potato prepared potatoes, I don't
- 13:27Speaker 2: need I don't need to know the species of potato.
- 13:29Speaker 3: The species of potato, what.
- 13:32Speaker 2: Like a russet an Idaho potato.
- 13:34Speaker 3: You know, I don't need to know that, like just.
- 13:36Speaker 2: You know, a prepared potato.
- 13:38Speaker 5: Thanks for being a part of our morning Ricky.
- 13:41Speaker 4: Zach and Menno in the morning on River.
- 13:44Speaker 2: Robin and Shelbyville. Tell us your favorite potato. Hello, I
- 13:49Speaker 2: have several, but one of my favorites is poutine. Oh
- 13:52Speaker 2: my god, Yes, poutine is so good.
- 13:55Speaker 1: Absolutely Do you make it yourself? And do you go
- 13:58Speaker 1: somewhere to.
- 13:59Speaker 3: Get it myself? Oh, so we're coming over.
- 14:05Speaker 2: I do want to try your poutine because I haven't
- 14:06Speaker 2: had good poutine since actually being in Canada in Toronto.
- 14:10Speaker 2: One of my best friends lives like outside of Toronto,
- 14:13Speaker 2: and that is the most amazing poutine I've ever had
- 14:15Speaker 2: in my life. And I haven't had it the same since.
- 14:18Speaker 5: Yeah, I used to.
- 14:20Speaker 3: I used to live in Minnesota, so I'm very familiar
- 14:22Speaker 3: with Yeah. So we know it's gonna be good.
- 14:25Speaker 2: Absolutely. Well, Robin, thank you for making us even more
- 14:29Speaker 2: hungry than we already were, and we appreciate you calling in.
- 14:33Speaker 3: You have a wonderful weekend.
- 14:34Speaker 2: You two love, Thank you bye. Okay, So we also
- 14:37Speaker 2: got some texts. We got a text from Alison in Clarksville.
- 14:41Speaker 2: She said season smashed potato, not mashed smashed. It's small
- 14:46Speaker 2: boiled potatoes that you smash flat oil season and bake
- 14:49Speaker 2: it till they're crispy. Zach makes these.
- 14:51Speaker 3: I do so.
- 14:52Speaker 1: My boyfriend, fun fact, hate mashed potatoes and will not
- 14:55Speaker 1: eat them, but I can make them smashed and he
- 14:57Speaker 1: loves them. Literally, you boil the potato, smash it, and
- 15:00Speaker 1: I put like garlic and then some bacon bits on
- 15:02Speaker 1: it when I bake it, and it's so good.
- 15:04Speaker 2: It's so good. He's made them for me. And then
- 15:06Speaker 2: we also got another text from Sarah. She said potatoes
- 15:09Speaker 2: are superior facts.
- 15:11Speaker 3: That's all that matters.
- 15:12Speaker 2: Happy International Potato Day. But she said, you can't forget
- 15:15Speaker 2: about mashed My sister in law makes them for Thanksgiving
- 15:18Speaker 2: every year, about five pounds of mashed potatoes with blocks
- 15:22Speaker 2: and blocks of cream, cheese and butter, tubs of sour cream,
- 15:25Speaker 2: and lots of salt and pepper. All of this though
- 15:28Speaker 2: so good. Thank you so much for texting in, guys.
- 15:31Speaker 5: Thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 15:33Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning.
- 15:36Speaker 2: River We're about to play Kevin Manno's Game of the Day.
- 15:39Speaker 2: Topical Trivia is what we've been playing all week for
- 15:41Speaker 2: kids Bop tickets. They're gonna be at first Big Amphitheater

- 15:49Speaker 5: I'm excited.
- 15:50Speaker 2: Let go.
- 15:50Speaker 1: How are you feeling like you're really up to par
- 15:52Speaker 1: on everything happening in the world?
- 15:55Speaker 2: Absolutely not?
- 15:56Speaker 3: Uh, okay, Well, we'll see how this goes. Jonathan.
- 15:58Speaker 1: You gotta get two out of three correct to win
- 16:00Speaker 1: these tickets. Are you ready for your first question?
- 16:03Speaker 3: Let's do it, all right, Jonathan.
- 16:05Speaker 1: What famous celebrity just sold her makeup line for a
- 16:08Speaker 1: billion dollars?
- 16:11Speaker 4: Oh?
- 16:13Speaker 2: Wow, I'm gonna guess it's a female.
- 16:18Speaker 3: I can't say her makeup line.
- 16:22Speaker 5: I don't know.
- 16:24Speaker 2: That's okay, more questions after this. The answer was Haley Bieber.
- 16:29Speaker 1: Okay, okay, no, No, she's a billionaire, all right, Jonathan.
- 16:32Speaker 3: Question number two? Are you ready? All right?
- 16:36Speaker 1: Name the celebrity who has been all over the news
- 16:38Speaker 1: for being at every single Knicks game lately and he's
- 16:41Speaker 1: also dating Kylie Jenner.
- 16:44Speaker 4: I have.
- 16:47Speaker 3: It's not Ben Stiller. J Stiller dating Kylie Jenner.
- 16:51Speaker 2: That'd be so weird Ben Stiller.
- 16:53Speaker 4: Okay, yes, I know, I.
- 16:54Speaker 1: Know Ben Stiller has been there and so has.
- 17:00Speaker 2: Yay Jonathan a point on the board.
- 17:02Speaker 1: All right, Jonathan, you got to get this one right
- 17:04Speaker 1: to win these tickets. Are you ready, friend?
- 17:06Speaker 4: Yeah?
- 17:06Speaker 3: Last question?
- 17:07Speaker 1: What national chain donut shop is giving grads free donuts
- 17:10Speaker 1: this month?
- 17:12Speaker 3: It is Christy Gray Jona Rat.
- 17:17Speaker 5: Well, thank you so much.
- 17:18Speaker 1: You had me really nervous at the beginning because you
- 17:20Speaker 1: were not doing well.
- 17:21Speaker 3: But Jonathan, congratulations, you got those tickets to go to
- 17:23Speaker 3: Kids Bop Live June twenty ninth at First Bank Game
- 17:26Speaker 3: the Theater in Franklin. Congrat's friend, Well, I have a
- 17:28Speaker 3: four year old and a seven year old.
- 17:30Speaker 4: Thanks you very much.
- 17:31Speaker 2: I have so much fun. Hang on the line, though,
- 17:33Speaker 2: We got to get some info from you before you
- 17:35Speaker 2: leave us.
- 17:36Speaker 5: Okay, thanks, thanks for being a part of our morning.
- 17:40Speaker 4: Ricky, Zach and Meno in the morning on the River.
- 17:44Speaker 2: Three things you need a bit.
- 17:46Speaker 1: Past eight o'clock on this Friday morning. Yes, it's Friday.
- 17:49Speaker 3: We finally made it.
- 17:50Speaker 1: And can I just say that I need Mother Nature
- 17:52Speaker 1: to stop playing yo yo with my emotions. I know
- 17:55Speaker 1: it was sunny then it rained now it's sunny again.
- 17:57Speaker 1: What's happening?
- 17:58Speaker 2: You know, I don't want to talk about it.
- 18:00Speaker 1: Well, we can talk about something else, because you have
- 18:02Speaker 1: those three things we need to know.
- 18:03Speaker 3: Okay.
- 18:03Speaker 2: Sabrina Carpenter may star in Mama Mia three. The rumors
- 18:07Speaker 2: are flying about this. The original Mama Mia came out
- 18:10Speaker 2: in two thousand and eight, the sequel came out in
- 18:12Speaker 2: twenty eighteen, and the producer, Judy Kramer, shared in twenty
- 18:16Speaker 2: twenty that the series was meant to be a trilogy,
- 18:18Speaker 2: so there is a third one coming at some point,
- 18:21Speaker 2: and in a new interview with Deadline, Judy said that
- 18:23Speaker 2: Sabrina would play a goddess or some relation who looked
- 18:27Speaker 2: very much like you know, Meryl Streep's character, but she
- 18:30Speaker 2: didn't have much info outside of that. Obviously, Sabrina is
- 18:34Speaker 2: not shy of the TV. She's been in plenty of
- 18:37Speaker 2: TV shows and movies like Girl Meets World, Adventures and
- 18:40Speaker 2: Babysitting More. This isn't a stretch for her. Just depends
- 18:43Speaker 2: on touring schedule and if she's even interested in acting anymore.
- 18:46Speaker 2: We don't know yet, so I will keep you posted
- 18:48Speaker 2: on if Mama Mia three is actually happening soon and
- 18:51Speaker 2: if they end up getting Sabrina Carpenter to be in it,
- 18:54Speaker 2: everybody's talked about the fact that it just fits. And
- 18:57Speaker 2: another another Salley that we love has done something crazy.
- 19:03Speaker 2: Sydney Sweeney has her own soap and you might think, Ricky,
- 19:07Speaker 2: that's not that crazy. I don't understand why you're so
- 19:09Speaker 2: freaked out about this. She partnered with doctor Squatch to
- 19:13Speaker 2: release her own limited edition soap with her bathwater in it.
- 19:17Speaker 3: That gives me the heb gbs.
- 19:19Speaker 2: They made five thousand of them. Each comes with a
- 19:21Speaker 2: certificate that validates that her bathwater was indeed part of
- 19:25Speaker 2: the bar of soap. And the reason why she did
- 19:27Speaker 2: this totally makes sense to me. It's weird, Zach, I
- 19:30Speaker 2: get why you have the ags, but she said, quote,
- 19:33Speaker 2: when fans start asking for your bathwater, either ignore it
- 19:36Speaker 2: or turn it into a soap.
- 19:37Speaker 3: I mean, you might as well sell it. If people
- 19:39Speaker 3: are Domina.
- 19:40Speaker 2: Crity guys saying things to her online, She's like, you
- 19:42Speaker 2: know what, I'm going to profit off of how creepy
- 19:44Speaker 2: you are?
- 19:44Speaker 3: Yeah, and I kind of respect that.
- 19:46Speaker 2: It's available June sixth If you want to buy it
- 19:48Speaker 2: on doctor Sasquatch or Sasquatch Doctor Squatch's website. You can
- 19:53Speaker 2: get yourself some bathwater from Sidney Sweeney and fifty First
- 19:57Speaker 2: Deli is expanding. They have a new location. I'm to
- 20:00Speaker 2: Brentwood at City Park. The opening date has yet to
- 20:02Speaker 2: be announced, but they do have signage up already at
- 20:05Speaker 2: seventy twenty Executive Center Drive, so we know it's coming soon.
- 20:09Speaker 2: I will keep you updated once we know when they're
- 20:11Speaker 2: actually going to be opening their spot in Brentwood. I'm
- 20:14Speaker 2: Ricky Sanchez and those are the three things you need
- 20:16Speaker 2: to know.
- 20:17Speaker 5: Thanks for being a part of our Morning Ricky.
- 20:19Speaker 4: Zach and Mano in the Morning.
- 20:22Speaker 2: It's one oh seven five the River Ricky, Zach and
- 20:24Speaker 2: Mano in the Morning. We are about to do what
- 20:26Speaker 2: we call the leftovers, which is essentially the stories that
- 20:31Speaker 2: we just didn't get to throughout the week because obviously
- 20:34Speaker 2: we only have so much time during our show to
- 20:36Speaker 2: talk about.
- 20:37Speaker 3: Things, and you know, we love to talk, so we
- 20:38Speaker 3: run out of time real quick.
- 20:41Speaker 2: So Zach and I are each going to get thirty
- 20:42Speaker 2: seconds on the clock to tell the story that didn't
- 20:46Speaker 2: make it this week that we feel like you need
- 20:47Speaker 2: to know. Zach, do you want to start, because I
- 20:49Speaker 2: think you were really excited.
- 20:50Speaker 3: I'm very excited for this.
- 20:51Speaker 2: Okay, so you start, I'll put a timer. Hold on
- 20:53Speaker 2: one second, let me put out my timer. Gotta pull
- 20:56Speaker 2: it up. Okay, I'm ready to go, starting now.
- 21:01Speaker 3: Okay, So have you ever heard of a talent crush?
- 21:04Speaker 1: I heard this on the Today Show where people were like, oh,
- 21:06Speaker 1: I have a talent crush on them, and so I
- 21:08Speaker 1: wanted to ask the question of like, do you think
- 21:10Speaker 1: that's offensive or is it a nice thing to have
- 21:13Speaker 1: a talent crush?
- 21:13Speaker 2: What is it though? They have our talent?
- 21:17Speaker 3: Only on the crush, only on the talent.
- 21:19Speaker 1: So if you're playing the guitar, I love that they
- 21:22Speaker 1: can play the guitar, or like they're really really good
- 21:25Speaker 1: at singing, So I have a crush on their singing voice,
- 21:27Speaker 1: but not them as a person.
- 21:28Speaker 2: Okay, so you have a crush on their specific talent,
- 21:30Speaker 2: you don't care about them?
- 21:31Speaker 3: Correct?
- 21:31Speaker 2: Okay?
- 21:32Speaker 3: Is that offensive or is that like a compliment?
- 21:34Speaker 2: Your time is up. I don't think that's offensive at all.
- 21:36Speaker 1: I think that's so rude. Why what about everything else
- 21:40Speaker 1: about me?
- 21:41Speaker 4: So?
- 21:41Speaker 2: May our talent is the number one thing that sets
- 21:44Speaker 2: you aside from everybody else.
- 21:45Speaker 1: I just feel like it's so offensive. You think I'm ugly,
- 21:47Speaker 1: you don't like my personality.
- 21:48Speaker 2: There is this girl on TikTok who literally goes around
- 21:50Speaker 2: to the Nashville bars and she posts is he hot?
- 21:53Speaker 2: Or is he just in a band?
- 21:56Speaker 3: Bands?
- 21:56Speaker 2: On Broadway and around?
- 21:57Speaker 3: Now, this is basically a talent crush.
- 21:59Speaker 4: Talent.
- 22:01Speaker 2: I think you're content, hilarious. It's a thing.
- 22:03Speaker 5: I think.
- 22:03Speaker 2: Embrace it. That's what I think. I don't have any talents,
- 22:05Speaker 2: so maybe that's why I think this is your team.
- 22:07Speaker 2: You should just embrace it. Is talking my talent. Yeah,
- 22:09Speaker 2: oh thanks, that's actually really nice.
- 22:11Speaker 3: It is.
- 22:12Speaker 1: Okay, are you ready for your leftover? I have got
- 22:14Speaker 1: my time already, Yes, okay, ready.
- 22:17Speaker 3: Set go.
- 22:18Speaker 2: United Airlines has a new policy that means if you
- 22:21Speaker 2: don't show up at least forty five minutes before departure,
- 22:25Speaker 2: they're gonna leave you. It always used to be thirty minutes,
- 22:28Speaker 2: and they used to be very lengent about those thirty minutes.
- 22:30Speaker 2: Now it's gonna be a hard forty five, especially if
- 22:32Speaker 2: you have bags. And I am devastated because I am
- 22:35Speaker 2: the kind of girlie who waits till the very last
- 22:37Speaker 2: minute to get to the airport, and now I have
- 22:39Speaker 2: to at least at bare minimum be there forty five
- 22:43Speaker 2: minutes before, actually more than forty five minutes before because
- 22:45Speaker 2: my bags need to be checked or I need to
- 22:46Speaker 2: be through security before the forty five minutes is up.
- 22:49Speaker 2: I'm devastated.
- 22:50Speaker 1: Perfect, perfect thirty seconds. Yeah, no, I don't like that
- 22:52Speaker 1: at all. I like to be the last person on
- 22:54Speaker 1: the plane. I liked him to call my name over
- 22:56Speaker 1: the intercom system, like I'm not being there forty five minutes.
- 22:59Speaker 2: Only time I will ever get there early is if
- 23:01Speaker 2: I'm with AJ, because AJ has to be there early.
- 23:05Speaker 2: But we have a compromise. He buys me champagne and food,
- 23:08Speaker 2: so I'm gonna.
- 23:09Speaker 3: Find that's a fair compromise.
- 23:11Speaker 2: But if I'm by myself, nobody's gonna buy me champagne
- 23:14Speaker 2: for me and I got the money that should means
- 23:16Speaker 2: expensive at the airports.
- 23:17Speaker 3: Facts, Well, there are your leftovers.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Sorry that they didn't make them to the show this week,
- 23:21Speaker 1: because I feel like we could go on and on
- 23:23Speaker 1: with both.
- 23:24Speaker 3: So yeah, there's your leftovers.
- 23:25Speaker 1: We do it every single Friday morning around this time
- 23:28Speaker 1: a twenty ish. If there's anything that you want to
- 23:30Speaker 1: hear that we did it. Talk about you can always DMSL.
- 23:32Speaker 1: You love that at one of seven five The River.
- 23:34Speaker 1: If there's anything you want to chat about, let us know.
- 23:37Speaker 4: Thanks for being a part of our morning Ricky, Zach
- 23:39Speaker 4: and Meno in the Morning.
- 23:42Speaker 2: I want to preface today's daily double tap on one
- 23:45Speaker 2: O seven five The River by saying that it's pretty
- 23:48Speaker 2: funny but also like a little bit mean, but it's funny.
- 23:52Speaker 2: I'm all in here fun okay. Because it's renee wrap
- 23:55Speaker 2: on Amy Pohler's podcast, this clip is like going viral.
- 23:58Speaker 2: Keep in mind Amy polar is a comedian, renee rapping
- 24:00Speaker 2: her just like having a conversation, it ends up being
- 24:04Speaker 2: that they talk about like male gymnasts.
- 24:07Speaker 3: Oh okay, you want to play it, let's play it.
- 24:09Speaker 3: I'm I grew up a gymnast, so I'm scared.
- 24:12Speaker 2: I don't like men doing splits.
- 24:14Speaker 4: Can I be honest?
- 24:15Speaker 2: I don't like I don't find that attractive guy.
- 24:18Speaker 4: Yeah, no, it's straight woman totally.
- 24:20Speaker 2: I don't enjoy flexible men.
- 24:22Speaker 4: I couldn't agree more.
- 24:24Speaker 1: I'm not big into boys flipping doing backflips.
- 24:27Speaker 2: We gotta cut that out. Oh, I don't like Okay,
- 24:30Speaker 2: this is a white person, right, you don't even like boys. No,
- 24:33Speaker 2: but this is just my personal preference. Yeah, I totally
- 24:36Speaker 2: agree any kind of like goofyed gymnastics.
- 24:39Speaker 1: Totally goofy gymnastics. Do you understand how hard gymnastics is?
- 24:44Speaker 2: No, I don't, And I don't think that she means
- 24:46Speaker 2: that it's not hard or difficult. I think she's more like,
- 24:50Speaker 2: watch the females do gymnastics, like the Simone Biles, yeah,
- 24:54Speaker 2: or the German childs of the of the world, and
- 24:57Speaker 2: like that's just so stunning and beautiful and elegant, and
- 25:00Speaker 2: it's kind of mean, like I said, but it's kind
- 25:03Speaker 2: of funny.
- 25:03Speaker 3: Well, I might be mean too. Of course.
- 25:05Speaker 1: Amy Poehler doesn't like flexible man. She can hardly touch
- 25:07Speaker 1: her toes. She doesn't want people out to show her up.
- 25:10Speaker 2: Well, apparently Zach knows Amy Pohn.
- 25:13Speaker 3: And Renee Rapp.
- 25:14Speaker 1: I'm mad at her because I feel like she's calling
- 25:15Speaker 1: out Benson Boone by saying I don't like boys that
- 25:17Speaker 1: can do backflip.
- 25:18Speaker 2: Well, she also, in her defense, said she just doesn't
- 25:21Speaker 2: like boys, specifically backflips.
- 25:24Speaker 3: I'm mad about all of this.
- 25:26Speaker 2: I'm gonna post it on one of seven five The
- 25:27Speaker 2: River's Instagram page and the stories if you want to
- 25:29Speaker 2: watch the interview that they did together. Like the conversation
- 25:32Speaker 2: they had on the podcast was very funny and I
- 25:35Speaker 2: do highly suggest that you check it out.
- 25:37Speaker 1: Okay, well, follow us on Instagram. It's at one of
- 25:39Speaker 1: seven five the River. If you want to see the
- 25:40Speaker 1: daily double tap right there.

- 25:45Speaker 4: Zach and Minnow in the Morning on the River
