- 0:04Speaker 1: Hi, Reverend Volslak. It's all faith. It's in spiritual and
- 0:08Speaker 1: no faith. Just be happy as do as you believe
- 0:14Speaker 1: and so whatever that might be, and we'll support you
- 0:18Speaker 1: in that regard. Okay. Just be kind to each other
- 0:21Speaker 1: and then there's no reason not to be supportive. Okay.
- 0:25Speaker 1: So why are we here? We're here because of Earth
- 0:28Speaker 1: Days upon us April twenty second. It looks like three
- 0:32Speaker 1: pm to nine pm, Times Square, forty six to forty
- 0:34Speaker 1: seventh Street and bleachers and Father Duffy Square and the
- 0:38Speaker 1: pedestrian Plaza. A lot of people are doing good and
- 0:43Speaker 1: we for twenty seven years have been honored to promote
- 0:48Speaker 1: those that are doing good for Mother Earth, for world
- 0:51Speaker 1: peace in our international data peace. And we ask you,
- 0:55Speaker 1: we implore you, we mate you to join us, because
- 1:01Speaker 1: well you join us, whether you join us or not,
- 1:03Speaker 1: your life and there where you live your life. Shower
- 1:10Speaker 1: running right now. You know, I wanted the water effect,
- 1:13Speaker 1: you know, water and special kind of heads on the
- 1:16Speaker 1: water to not push out as much as the old
- 1:20Speaker 1: fashioned plumbing. New toilets, there's new sinks, there's new refrigerators.
- 1:29Speaker 1: There's new energy efficient dishwashers and washing machines. The list
- 1:36Speaker 1: goes on, and how about your heating okay, and so
- 1:39Speaker 1: on and so forth. But still with everything, less is more, okay,
- 1:45Speaker 1: reduced we use recycle. It was a mantra for so
- 1:48Speaker 1: many years. Is it still your own personal mantra? We
- 1:52Speaker 1: just don't need that much, okay. And unless we use,
- 1:57Speaker 1: the better off we potentially are because the less than
- 2:00Speaker 1: the waste. We just collected fifteen thousand. We did a
- 2:04Speaker 1: very small part of it, but we do. Having our
- 2:07Speaker 1: newsletter this week something about the Food Recovery Network. They
- 2:12Speaker 1: covered fifteen thousand pounds of food, gave it to the
- 2:15Speaker 1: Delancey Street Foundation in San Francisco after a tailgate party
- 2:21Speaker 1: with car Forreers Super Bowl. All right, that's good news.
- 2:26Speaker 1: Our show is massive this time. We still need some
- 2:31Speaker 1: money for it, okay, because we're trying our best to
- 2:34Speaker 1: give the high quality production values of my historic background
- 2:43Speaker 1: at CBS and PBS. Okay, we had money. It sold
- 2:47Speaker 1: a lot of advertising and they raised a lot of
- 2:49Speaker 1: money and they're more successful than I. And you could,
- 2:54Speaker 1: you know, have four cameras, and you can have jims
- 2:56Speaker 1: and you'd have big led screens and so on. We're
- 3:00Speaker 1: doing all we can to do that. But what we
- 3:02Speaker 1: do have is the talent that appears there. We have
- 3:07Speaker 1: virtual talent that we've been sharing Leonardo DiCaprio, Shakira, Stevie
- 3:11Speaker 1: wonder All talking about kinds of important subjects, peace and
- 3:15Speaker 1: environmental issues. We're making it a tribute to doctor Jane
- 3:19Speaker 1: Goodall and Pete Seeger and our future generations. So I
- 3:25Speaker 1: would like to focus on a little bit on our
- 3:28Speaker 1: future generations for a moment, as this will be our
- 3:30Speaker 1: twenty fourth year of our Peace Day events and our
- 3:34Speaker 1: Earth Day. We're going to be so happy that Pink
- 3:41Speaker 1: Delicious has been around for twenty years, like thirty or
- 3:45Speaker 1: so forty million copies of the book. It was a
- 3:47Speaker 1: cartoon on PBS. They're going to do a little green
- 3:50Speaker 1: food Pink Delicious that pink titis and the only way
- 3:54Speaker 1: to as you all so well know, the only way
- 3:57Speaker 1: to recover from pink titis by eating too many cupcakes,
- 4:02Speaker 1: as you saw, come on, be frank, be honest, and
- 4:06Speaker 1: so is by eating organic or not organic green foods. Okay,
- 4:13Speaker 1: So we're gonna do a little scene on that. There's
- 4:15Speaker 1: a great, great, great, great magician, but a storyteller about
- 4:18Speaker 1: why he's a magician, very Mommy and Daddy Oriented Amazed, Amazed,
- 4:23Speaker 1: Amazed is amazing Okay, and Jamie Allan, he's going to
- 4:27Speaker 1: join us. We've got New York school students we have
- 4:31Speaker 1: We're going to have a co host working with me
- 4:35Speaker 1: and Hudson. Henley is the son of Kate Hudson and
- 4:39Speaker 1: Hugh Jackman. In a movie song Sung Blue, the story
- 4:42Speaker 1: of Neil Diamond, who were crazy about a lot of
- 4:46Speaker 1: good things are happening in Katia Greneva who just did
- 4:50Speaker 1: really well in Carnegie Hall'll sell out, and Georgia Lumonty
- 4:54Speaker 1: and bringing a group up from Nashville, and Pamela Peter's
- 4:58Speaker 1: gonna talk about some environmental economy. And we have our
- 5:03Speaker 1: Hugger Planet Peace Lights, got a lot going on, and
- 5:06Speaker 1: then the Young with a little about two and a
- 5:08Speaker 1: half hours of show. You have Jarvis, Sister, Jenna Racho,
- 5:12Speaker 1: Singh of an IVS, Sanji Verma, Abdullah, Martha, the United
- 5:18Speaker 1: Nations is joining them a lot on Indigenous Indigenous communities.
- 5:24Speaker 1: New York City School entertainer Mia nurci So and friends. Okay,
- 5:29Speaker 1: that's Michelle, our wonderful co producer who's a theme this year.
- 5:34Speaker 1: Is loved your mother, Okay, and then he came up
- 5:37Speaker 1: with that and we love our mothers. Anthony Smith, Climate Week,
- 5:43Speaker 1: Earth Day, Aaron Ableman and this guy, little kid, young Joe.
- 5:48Speaker 1: Forget about it. The guy's off the charts at thirteen
- 5:51Speaker 1: years old. He's coming in, I believe from England. So
- 5:54Speaker 1: we have people coming in flybing from all away. We
- 5:57Speaker 1: got a great Emmy winning and Grammy crew. We were
- 6:01Speaker 1: in the New York Daily News this week and it's
- 6:05Speaker 1: all in the newsletter and it was a beautiful commentary.
- 6:09Speaker 1: In Black History Month, we have a good buddy, Jeene Fish.
- 6:12Speaker 1: He was at Carnegie All had some important information to
- 6:16Speaker 1: share and show that he's going to be bringing the
- 6:18Speaker 1: Broadway on Satchel Page who didn't get his due, And
- 6:23Speaker 1: once again we have a lot more stories about the
- 6:26Speaker 1: food recovery. And don't forget to watch our good friend
- 6:31Speaker 1: Anne Carroso on WOR seven to ten radio on Sunday's
- 6:36Speaker 1: ten thirty. Okay's she knows her stuff. Protect your assets. Okay,
- 6:43Speaker 1: you have a family, protect them. Okay, it's important, But
- 6:47Speaker 1: as she says, with retigious siety, we need to be
- 6:50Speaker 1: smart about that so the future generations can live happily
- 6:55Speaker 1: and healthy. And if there's a buck or two to receive,
- 7:00Speaker 1: to get it and that lose it. All right, let's
- 7:03Speaker 1: be all smart. Pause the World for Peace dot org.
- 7:06Speaker 1: Thanks for joining us. We love you. Uh. You can
- 7:09Speaker 1: always call us at two and two six or seven
- 7:11Speaker 1: one two one two and enjoy every moment, every moment,
- 7:15Speaker 1: not every minute that's too long. Think about it,
