lie from the pit of hell. So in the name

of Jesus, I command oppression to loose

its grip from your mind. I break every

demonic weight, every cycle of mental

pressure, every attack against your

peace, and every assignment designed to

wear you out and wear you down. I thank

you Lord that by your grace we will not

especially when there's really no

natural reason for the intensity of it.

I mean, intensity is what I'm talking

about. Oppression, it often puts weight

on your thinking. So suddenly everything

feels harder than it should. Decisions

become overwhelming. Problems feel

bigger. Your mind just keeps circling

the same burdens. And even when you try

to pray or worship or focus on God's

word, that pressure, that oppression

just like seems to push you back. I've

just experienced this a lot. It's a

spiritual attack, but it could also be a

state of mind like you like you're so

used to being oppressed, you don't even

know the difference anymore. You may

notice your peace is constantly

interrupted or your thoughts just feel

compressed or your expectation for the

future starts shrinking and you're still

functioning but mentally you're like

it's like you're carrying something that

it doesn't belong to you and that's the

strategy of oppression. It wants to wear

you down listen until heaviness feels

normal. But that's not your portion.

Isaiah 61 speaks of the garment of

praise for the spirit of heaviness.

Amen. So, we're going to pray today.

Begin to lift up the name of Jesus.

Begin to press into his presence. Begin
