Ocean Isle Beach is about to welcome its biggest residential project yet — The Tides, a sprawling 600-home development by Stanley Martin Homes, set to debut in under a month. With prices starting in the high $400K range and a grand opening on August 22nd, this is the first major new build by a regional developer inside town limits. While the first 46 lots are already approved, full amenities like a clubhouse, pool, and pickleball courts won’t be ready until summer 2027.
