- 0:08Speaker 1: Advice. Sure. Hello, welcome to the Nord of Naisha. I'm
- 0:16Speaker 1: your host from Shooter and East Tuesday, which means our
- 0:19Speaker 1: dear friend delight that Dixon joins us. Hey, Misty, are
- 0:22Speaker 1: you there?
- 0:23Speaker 2: I am here, and I just love our plans that
- 0:25Speaker 2: we plan right before we come on. What we're going
- 0:27Speaker 2: to do over the weekend. Okay, Tuesday, and we're making
- 0:30Speaker 2: plans for Saturday.
- 0:32Speaker 1: We'll make your plans for Saturday. Remember a shady friend,
- 0:35Speaker 1: shady Matt. We call him the publicist, the Land kantas
- 0:37Speaker 1: Land's publicist. He's in town on Thursday. He moved to
- 0:40Speaker 1: Florida during the pandemic, but he comes back all the
- 0:43Speaker 1: time for work, and so I'm gonna see him on Thursday.
- 0:45Speaker 1: He's a handful. So I was trying to convince miss
- 0:47Speaker 1: d before the show to come and help me manage
- 0:50Speaker 1: Matt for an hour at drinks. Do you ever do
- 0:52Speaker 1: that when you when you have to meet somebody, Now,
- 0:54Speaker 1: when you want to meet somebody, but they are a
- 0:55Speaker 1: little bit of a pain in the bottom, I sort
- 0:58Speaker 1: of stack the deck. And so Matt, if you're listening,
- 1:00Speaker 1: glove Looloe, he would admit it too. It's easier to
- 1:03Speaker 1: see Matt if you're there, mister.
- 1:05Speaker 2: Oh, yes, I mean I love Matt. He's so much fun.
- 1:08Speaker 2: He could be a little loud at times, but he's
- 1:11Speaker 2: the most generous man I know, and he always gives
- 1:13Speaker 2: me great compliments, so I cannot complain. I do like
- 1:17Speaker 2: you up, I am flying out of town. I have
- 1:19Speaker 2: a press trip, so I will see you on Saturday.
- 1:22Speaker 1: When I say that, you Saturday, mistery. Okay, let's jump
- 1:25Speaker 1: into the show. What time is it? Naughty? It is
- 1:28Speaker 1: tea time. Big story at the top of the show.
- 1:31Speaker 1: So Queen Elizabeth is enraged, livid after Megan and Harry
- 1:34Speaker 1: claimed that she approved a Lilybeth's name. Remember, well, Lilybet
- 1:38Speaker 1: was born, we didn't know the name. What's it going
- 1:40Speaker 1: to be? Is going to be Diana? And they surprised
- 1:42Speaker 1: everybody when they named the baby Lilybeth. Now we should
- 1:46Speaker 1: point out this was Queen Elizabeth's nickname. Very very few
- 1:50Speaker 1: people called her. This her mom, her dad, her sister Margaret,
- 1:54Speaker 1: but really nobody else in the family. It's quite sacred
- 1:58Speaker 1: that this was her nickname and she was the queen,
- 2:01Speaker 1: and so we had to bow and Curtsey so the
- 2:02Speaker 1: fact she had a nickname was something that wasn't really
- 2:05Speaker 1: batted around quite generally. It was very specific who could
- 2:09Speaker 1: call her Lily Better children couldn't, and certainly her grandchildren couldn't.
- 2:13Speaker 1: So when Harry and Meghan announced that Lilibet was going
- 2:17Speaker 1: to be the name of the little baby, I love
- 2:19Speaker 1: the name. They also made it quite clear that they'd
- 2:22Speaker 1: spoken to the Queen and had her blessing. Now we're
- 2:25Speaker 1: finding out that that might not exactly be true. So
- 2:30Speaker 1: there's a new book coming out, Charles the Third, The
- 2:33Speaker 1: King the Court, The Inside Story. A very very impressive
- 2:38Speaker 1: author of this sport is saying, actually, the late monarch
- 2:41Speaker 1: was angry. It was angry, the most angry I had
- 2:44Speaker 1: ever seen her. He knew the Queen very very well,
- 2:48Speaker 1: and he said that after the Duke and the Duchess
- 2:50Speaker 1: of Sussex publicly stated that they received approval to use
- 2:54Speaker 1: her childhood nickname, she was lid livid, livid about it.
- 3:00Speaker 1: Now the revelation comes two years after a palace insider
- 3:03Speaker 1: told the BBC that when Queen Elizabeth passed away, she
- 3:07Speaker 1: was never asked for her opinion on Lily Bett's name.
- 3:12Speaker 1: So now we have two insiders saying this did not happen.
- 3:15Speaker 1: We also have Harry and Meghan that are saying it
- 3:18Speaker 1: did happen. Now it's complicated, isn't it. I do this
- 3:20Speaker 1: for a living. It's almost like being in court or
- 3:24Speaker 1: being a detective. These people say it didn't happen. These
- 3:27Speaker 1: people said it did happen. The Queen's no longer alive,
- 3:30Speaker 1: so she can't say anything about it. What I find
- 3:33Speaker 1: suspicious about this, though, mystery is shortly after little Lilybet
- 3:36Speaker 1: was born, the Palace put out a congratulations statement on
- 3:41Speaker 1: behalf of the family and they called her Lily Beet,
- 3:44Speaker 1: which they might not have done if the Queen was
- 3:47Speaker 1: angry about the name. What do you think?
- 3:49Speaker 2: Oh my goodness. You know, if it was any other
- 3:51Speaker 2: family naming their first born daughter after her great grandmother,
- 3:56Speaker 2: nobody would have a problem. But it's the Royal so
- 3:59Speaker 2: it's totally different. And I had to think about it
- 4:01Speaker 2: for a moment. I mean, I know it's her nickname.
- 4:04Speaker 2: Most of the family is named after their first name,
- 4:08Speaker 2: you know, obviously Prince William and Prince George, so it
- 4:12Speaker 2: didn't seem like this would be out of character. Yeah,
- 4:15Speaker 2: we can't ask the queen, right, so we don't know.
- 4:19Speaker 2: Maybe she was like, oh wait, did they ask me
- 4:22Speaker 2: or did they tell me? That could have happened. But
- 4:25Speaker 2: in the end, like you said, if they put out
- 4:29Speaker 2: an announcement, if they put out the announcement saying congratulations
- 4:34Speaker 2: to little baby Lilla, bet, I'm sure she knew. And
- 4:38Speaker 2: she was like, is all right.
- 4:40Speaker 1: I'm the queen. It's fine, Twitty, I'm the queen. Like, honestly,
- 4:44Speaker 1: this is like a petty thing, isn't it to find her?
- 4:46Speaker 1: I mean, you're right. In any other family, it'd be
- 4:48Speaker 1: great honor if you name your baby naught, even nice Rob,
- 4:51Speaker 1: I'll be thrilled. If you name your baby naughty, Miss
- 4:53Speaker 1: d you will be thrilled too. It's only missabily, only
- 4:56Speaker 1: in missably that this could be a problem in turning
- 4:59Speaker 1: to this drama. Now, my insiders are telling me exclusively
- 5:02Speaker 1: that Harry and Megan are really angry about this too.
- 5:04Speaker 1: They think that the Palace is behind this latest smear,
- 5:07Speaker 1: that the author would never have ever put this in
- 5:09Speaker 1: the book if he didn't have a good source within
- 5:11Speaker 1: the Palace. Do you know who could clean all this up?
- 5:14Speaker 1: Clearing all up right away? King Charles if King Charles
- 5:17Speaker 1: came forward and said, you know what, my mommy loved
- 5:19Speaker 1: the name Lilibert and she's happy the name will live
- 5:22Speaker 1: on the story goes away, but he won't do it now.
- 5:25Speaker 1: Some would argue that Harry and Meghan could have come
- 5:29Speaker 1: forward when all the claims of racism were going around
- 5:32Speaker 1: and they could have got Charles off the hook, and
- 5:34Speaker 1: they didn't. So maybe this is quit pro quote for that.
- 5:38Speaker 1: But I want to know what you have to say
- 5:40Speaker 1: about all this, which brings us to our whole question
- 5:42Speaker 1: of the day. Queen Elizabeth was reportedly outraged, really really
- 5:47Speaker 1: upset after Harry and Meghan named their daughter Lilibet and
- 5:51Speaker 1: claim they had approval from the Queen. Do you think
- 5:56Speaker 1: Harry and Meghan asked? Do you think they said they
- 5:58Speaker 1: asked and God approval. Now this new book, you're saying
- 6:01Speaker 1: they never asked? What do you think? Who's telling the
- 6:04Speaker 1: truth here? Do you think Harry and Meghan asked permission?
- 6:08Speaker 1: Go vote on at twit page, at Naughty Nice rob
- 6:10Speaker 1: at Facebook pages nobody going to see a bambae. Sure
- 6:13Speaker 1: to check back to Marah to hear your results. Hey
- 6:16Speaker 1: miss Dae, what are you working on now?
- 6:18Speaker 2: Well, Sophia Vagara is opening up about her her public divorce.
- 6:23Speaker 2: You know, we all heard about it. So she and
- 6:26Speaker 2: Joe Maganello parted ways after seven years of being together married.
- 6:31Speaker 2: That's that's that seven year itch, you know. So she
- 6:34Speaker 2: spoke to CBS Sunday morning, and Sophia said that she
- 6:38Speaker 2: expected non stop scrutiny of her divorce once it was
- 6:44Speaker 2: out in the public. So she told them, you know,
- 6:46Speaker 2: you're out there in the public eye, and people know
- 6:49Speaker 2: that's part of being a celebrity. I knew it was
- 6:53Speaker 2: going to happen. You can't hide these things. But here's
- 6:56Speaker 2: something cool that she admitted. She said that the whose
- 7:00Speaker 2: coverage was actually accurate and very straightforward, which made it
- 7:05Speaker 2: easier for her to overcome this tough time in her life.
- 7:09Speaker 2: She said, it wasn't that bad.
- 7:11Speaker 1: I have to say.
- 7:12Speaker 2: The press was very nice and respectful, and I thought
- 7:15Speaker 2: they were going to invent things, but they didn't. I mean, okay,
- 7:18Speaker 2: they were together and they weren't together anymore. There's not
- 7:21Speaker 2: much more to say. What do you think, rob, I.
- 7:24Speaker 1: Like that she's given the press she'd had here. We
- 7:27Speaker 1: always hear about celebrities angry with the press. We try
- 7:30Speaker 1: to do a really good job of this. We're members
- 7:32Speaker 1: of the press, mystery, and we really do try to
- 7:33Speaker 1: get it right. Nobody wants to get anything wrong. I
- 7:37Speaker 1: understand what she's saying here is that when celebrities break up,
- 7:40Speaker 1: we go digging and we suddenly look around and we
- 7:43Speaker 1: want to get to the bottom of it and find
- 7:44Speaker 1: out what's really going on. And she's saying here pretty
- 7:46Speaker 1: much most of the reporting was pretty accurate. At the time.
- 7:49Speaker 1: We reported he was having trouble being mister mister Vagara
- 7:55Speaker 1: like it was all about her. She earned the most money,
- 7:57Speaker 1: she had the most power. He was very, very successful,
- 8:00Speaker 1: quite a matcho guy too, and it takes a special
- 8:02Speaker 1: type of guy to be able to be married, unfortunately
- 8:05Speaker 1: to somebody this brilliant. But what I love about this
- 8:08Speaker 1: she refused to diminish her light, to turn down her
- 8:12Speaker 1: light to make him happy. Not gonna do it. I'm
- 8:15Speaker 1: Sophia Viagara, I'm fabulous, I'm rich, I'm powerful, and I'm
- 8:19Speaker 1: not gonna put myself into the shadow of any man
- 8:23Speaker 1: just to make them feel better. So he couldn't put
- 8:26Speaker 1: up with it, and he didn't like it. Now they're
- 8:28Speaker 1: getting divorced. I hope her next guy is somebody who really,
- 8:31Speaker 1: really really loves the fact that she is just so fabulous.
- 8:35Speaker 2: Yes, absolutely, she's got to go date one of those
- 8:38Speaker 2: like huge CEOs of a major like fashion company. That
- 8:42Speaker 2: seems to be the way that these actresses go. They
- 8:45Speaker 2: did split for you know, differences in their marriage, and
- 8:48Speaker 2: you know she's been out And I think, Rob, you've
- 8:51Speaker 2: taught me this. If you want to control the story,
- 8:53Speaker 2: you just have to admit the truth.
- 8:55Speaker 1: And I think admit the truth.
- 8:56Speaker 2: Yeah, if you go out there and a bit fast.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Yeah, and then in real life, you don't have to
- 8:59Speaker 1: be celebrity here. If you've got a story to tell,
- 9:01Speaker 1: if something happens, tell your story first, and tell the truth.
- 9:05Speaker 1: Tell the whole absolutely, don't leave anything out. Put the
- 9:08Speaker 1: good and the bad in. If you put the bad in,
- 9:09Speaker 1: then you look more reliable. So put more good in.
- 9:12Speaker 1: Don't get me wrong, Like, don't set yourself up to
- 9:14Speaker 1: fail here, Like make yourself a little bit of the hero,
- 9:16Speaker 1: but also put a few of the bad things into
- 9:18Speaker 1: and get to tell your story first. A lot of
- 9:21Speaker 1: people just hide, bury their heads in the sands. You
- 9:23Speaker 1: do this, mystery, we run away we just blow over.
- 9:27Speaker 1: We don't want to make it any worse. I'll say nothing.
- 9:29Speaker 1: You're not gonna make it any worse. It's bad, it's
- 9:31Speaker 1: already bad. And if you don't say anything, this is
- 9:34Speaker 1: gonna have a life with or without you. So I
- 9:37Speaker 1: always encourage people get out there, tell your side of
- 9:40Speaker 1: the story. Absolutely.
- 9:41Speaker 2: If it's going to look bad on you, then you
- 9:43Speaker 2: should see something so you can control the narrative. If
- 9:46Speaker 2: it's gonna look bad on someone else, try not to
- 9:48Speaker 2: say anything until.
- 9:50Speaker 1: You get all the facts. Because if you.
- 9:51Speaker 2: Start running your mouth and you're not right now, I'll
- 9:55Speaker 2: send You've got to admit that you were bad. So
- 9:57Speaker 2: that's my advice.
- 9:59Speaker 1: Advice, well, good advice, Okay, moving along. Chelsea Handler suddenly
- 10:05Speaker 1: jabbed her ex joke Quick for his Golden Globe monologue.
- 10:09Speaker 1: So if you remember, Joe really sort of tanked at
- 10:12Speaker 1: the Golden Globes. The numbers were huge. You got almost
- 10:14Speaker 1: ten millions, so they're thrilled with the numbers. He wasn't
- 10:16Speaker 1: really the best host. A lot of his jokes sort
- 10:19Speaker 1: of fell flat, and he knew it while he was
- 10:21Speaker 1: on stage and people were not laughing. He blamed his writers.
- 10:25Speaker 1: He said, I didn't write that joke, somebody else did,
- 10:27Speaker 1: and a lot of people in Hollywood, particularly after the
- 10:29Speaker 1: writers strike, were really angry with him throwing his writers
- 10:33Speaker 1: under the bus. So Chelsea hosted the Critics Award last
- 10:37Speaker 1: night and she said the following quote, thank you for
- 10:40Speaker 1: laughing at that. My writers wrote it. So she's having
- 10:44Speaker 1: She never mentioned Joe's name. That's her ex boyfriend too,
- 10:47Speaker 1: so she never called him out by name. But I
- 10:49Speaker 1: think she stuck up from her writers and sort of
- 10:51Speaker 1: had a deg here towards him. I'm all for this.
- 10:55Speaker 1: I think if you're going to take a dig, do
- 10:57Speaker 1: it with humor, do it as a little bit of
- 10:59Speaker 1: a joke, and move on. The mistake people make is
- 11:02Speaker 1: they just focus on something for too long. Just all
- 11:04Speaker 1: you know is just four five words, and then move on.
- 11:06Speaker 1: Move on.
- 11:08Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, obviously, like you said, she's poking a
- 11:11Speaker 2: little fun. Look the day that you and I host
- 11:15Speaker 2: an award show live for the first time and we're
- 11:18Speaker 2: one hundred percent, I will be so impressed. We're like
- 11:22Speaker 2: almost never one hundred percent on this show. That's our
- 11:25Speaker 2: words and everything, But we laugh about it. And I
- 11:28Speaker 2: think that's what Joe should have done. He should have
- 11:29Speaker 2: been like, oh, you know, when me and my writers
- 11:32Speaker 2: did this joke, it went they laughed. Yeah, right, so
- 11:35Speaker 2: you could have done that. But Steve Martin did say,
- 11:38Speaker 2: you know, when you're hosting for the first time, you're
- 11:40Speaker 2: you're nervous. I don't care how big of an actor
- 11:42Speaker 2: you are. You know millions of people are watching, and
- 11:45Speaker 2: so for the first time, you're not going to be perfect.
- 11:48Speaker 2: I'm sure if we asked Whoopy and Billy how they
- 11:51Speaker 2: did their first time, they'd be like, eh, But will
- 11:54Speaker 2: he be asked back, Probably not.
- 11:56Speaker 1: I'm probably not. Probably not. Yeah, I don't mind that
- 11:58Speaker 1: he wasn't great. Well, I didn't like those throwing other
- 12:02Speaker 1: people under the bus, Like literally you could see him
- 12:04Speaker 1: do it. He did it in real time. He was
- 12:06Speaker 1: on stage and he was bombing, and he blamed his writers. No,
- 12:10Speaker 1: don't do that. Whenever you blame somebody else, you never
- 12:14Speaker 1: ever make yourself look better. No that in real life,
- 12:16Speaker 1: it doesn't. You don't have to be hosting an award
- 12:19Speaker 1: show to learn that lesson. I really really try to
- 12:22Speaker 1: stop when I go to blame somebody else, I catch
- 12:24Speaker 1: myself and I stop because I say, this is not
- 12:26Speaker 1: gonna make me look better. It's gonna make me look worse,
- 12:29Speaker 1: So just cut it out, okay quickly before we go
- 12:33Speaker 1: to break. Ryan Goslin is gushing about the girl of
- 12:38Speaker 1: his dreams. Explain it all.
- 12:41Speaker 2: So now he's really grateful for the life he's built,
- 12:43Speaker 2: but he's even more grateful for finding the woman of
- 12:46Speaker 2: his dreams, which is Eva Mendez. The Barbie actor honored
- 12:50Speaker 2: his longtime partner Eva in his acceptance speech at the
- 12:54Speaker 2: Santa Barbara International Film Festival. He said, most importantly, I
- 12:59Speaker 2: cut to meet the girl of my dreams and have
- 13:02Speaker 2: two dream children. It's talking about having a career where
- 13:05Speaker 2: he gets to play all different types of roles, but
- 13:07Speaker 2: this is probably the best role that of partner and
- 13:11Speaker 2: a father. He said, I dreamed of one day making movies,
- 13:15Speaker 2: and now movies had made my life a dream. Now
- 13:18Speaker 2: they have two daughters, Esmerelda who's nine, and Amanda, who's seven,
- 13:22Speaker 2: and they don't talk a lot about their relationship. So
- 13:25Speaker 2: this was really big news for him to share.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Absolutely huge mistake. My important tells me that Eva did
- 13:31Speaker 1: not know it was coming. He didn't tell her, he
- 13:33Speaker 1: didn't warm her, and I sort of have a pact
- 13:35Speaker 1: that they don't talk about their relationships. They don't, So
- 13:38Speaker 1: even though he broke the pack, I'm sure she's not angry.
- 13:40Speaker 1: I think here that she loves what he said. Who
- 13:42Speaker 1: wouldn't love to have these wonderful things said about them?
- 13:46Speaker 1: But she was surprised. She's quite surprised about it. Bruce
- 13:50Speaker 1: and I were no Eva were no Eva and Ryan
- 13:53Speaker 1: Goslin I get it. But Bruce is pretty public, and
- 13:56Speaker 1: I always tell Bruce not to thank me, and he
- 13:58Speaker 1: speeches when he's on stage or wins awards. I'm like,
- 14:02Speaker 1: don't waste a sentence on me. You get so few
- 14:05Speaker 1: seconds in an acceptance speech. You really do when you
- 14:08Speaker 1: hear the orchestra play people off, that really does happen?
- 14:12Speaker 1: You get like thirty to forty five seconds. That's it.
- 14:16Speaker 1: It's not two minutes, it's not five minutes. And particularly
- 14:18Speaker 1: when you're the writers, you get even less than the actors.
- 14:21Speaker 1: So I always say to Bruce, don't thank me, because
- 14:23Speaker 1: you can thank me afterwards. You can thank me by
- 14:25Speaker 1: buying me a fabulous dinner. You can thank me tomorrow
- 14:29Speaker 1: by taking me for breakfast. I don't need you to
- 14:31Speaker 1: be on the stage and thank me, and I'm not
- 14:33Speaker 1: sure even needed it, but Ryan really wanted to do it,
- 14:37Speaker 1: and I think that's what is so lovely here. It's
- 14:40Speaker 1: really nice to hear, particularly a private couple talk about
- 14:44Speaker 1: this stuff, because we just never ever get to hear it.
- 14:47Speaker 1: Sometimes I forget they're even together.
- 14:50Speaker 2: Oh I don't forget, because then I remind myself that
- 14:52Speaker 2: he is not available. And I also think, you know,
- 14:55Speaker 2: when people give their awards speeches when they don't think
- 14:58Speaker 2: certain people than people har up on that. So you know,
- 15:02Speaker 2: watch your Milliana compliment you and say something when he
- 15:06Speaker 2: gets this award.
- 15:07Speaker 1: Oh it's delicious. Okay, we're going to take a quick
- 15:09Speaker 1: break when we're gonna compliment you. When we come, we'll
- 15:12Speaker 1: write out nordas Welcome back to the Naughty but I Show.
- 15:15Speaker 1: I'm Rob studam O, dear friend, Miss d Hey, naughtys
- 15:19Speaker 1: let's get to the polls. Thank you. Last year we
- 15:22Speaker 1: talked about Emily Blunt and Selena Gomes. They now knew
- 15:24Speaker 1: best friends because they are united in poking fun at
- 15:29Speaker 1: the viral lip reading gates. If you remember, the two
- 15:32Speaker 1: of them were were caught sort of gossip in a
- 15:35Speaker 1: little bit at the Golden globes. We loved it. Selena
- 15:38Speaker 1: was chatting to her friend Taylor Swift and Emily Blunt
- 15:42Speaker 1: and her handsome husband John Krasinski. We're chatting now, lip
- 15:46Speaker 1: readers think they know what was being said. So the
- 15:50Speaker 1: next time they got together, they took a photograph with
- 15:53Speaker 1: their hands over their mouths. Really funny, really adorable, And
- 15:56Speaker 1: that was our question, was it funny or is it
- 15:59Speaker 1: best just to ignore this stuff if somebody comes after you.
- 16:02Speaker 1: I often ignore it, although I do think the best
- 16:05Speaker 1: response is a funny response, and a photograph really does
- 16:08Speaker 1: say a thousand words, So I think it was really funny.
- 16:11Speaker 1: What do you think? Naughty's oh eighty percent agree it
- 16:15Speaker 1: was funny? Yes, it was. Don't forget to vote on
- 16:18Speaker 1: today's Paul going to have Twitter page at Naughty Nice
- 16:20Speaker 1: Rob or I have Facebook page already, got it, and
- 16:23Speaker 1: be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
- 16:27Speaker 1: And now it's time for a nice of the.
- 16:33Speaker 2: Well. Our nicest of the day is Sarah Paulson because
- 16:36Speaker 2: she is praising her girlfriend Holland Taylor for Holland's birthday.
- 16:41Speaker 2: So she basically said that Holland is her world and
- 16:44Speaker 2: she just gave this amazing birthday trimute. So the American
- 16:47Speaker 2: horror story actress honored Holland's eighty first birthday. Let me
- 16:53Speaker 2: say miss Taylor because she's turning eighty one with an
- 16:56Speaker 2: adorable collection of photos and videos and basically wrote, happy
- 17:01Speaker 2: birthday to my one and only love. You are quite
- 17:05Speaker 2: simply my world. I love you. And you can see
- 17:08Speaker 2: all sorts of them, you know, going on vacation together
- 17:10Speaker 2: and silly selfies, and of course they're celebrity. Friends had
- 17:14Speaker 2: to get in on the actions, so Sean Hayes wrote,
- 17:17Speaker 2: adding a red heart beautiful. I love this, and Gray's
- 17:20Speaker 2: Anatomy's Ellen Pompeo said, magnificent woman. Happy birthday. Ah, happy birthday,
- 17:28Speaker 2: Miss Tila.
- 17:28Speaker 1: I just saw a movie Happy Birthday. Now they have
- 17:32Speaker 1: a large age gap between then We've gotta be honest.
- 17:34Speaker 1: At that time, I'm told that Sarah knew there was
- 17:36Speaker 1: going to be a backlash to this. So there's some
- 17:38Speaker 1: really lovely comments, but there's also some really really mean one.
- 17:41Speaker 1: She doesn't care, she's in love. Love is love, leave
- 17:44Speaker 1: them alone. The pictures are just beautiful and nicest of
- 17:48Speaker 1: the day. And now I naughty's today. Naughty naughty, naughty. Yeah,
- 17:51Speaker 1: Ariana debous So, I love the Oscar winner from West
- 17:55Speaker 1: Side Story is farming over a joke at her expense
- 17:58Speaker 1: at the critics choice. It was a really weird, weird joke.
- 18:01Speaker 1: So they were panning to the audience while they were
- 18:04Speaker 1: given at best best song. They said the following that
- 18:07Speaker 1: she is an actor who thinks they're a singer, and
- 18:10Speaker 1: she was like, what you know? She's an Oscar winning actress,
- 18:15Speaker 1: a Tony nominated actress. She was in the original cast
- 18:18Speaker 1: of Hamilton on Broadway. She is a singer. Later on
- 18:23Speaker 1: in the evening, she took to Instagram to say, no,
- 18:25Speaker 1: I didn't find it funny. It wasn't funny, it was disrespectful.
- 18:29Speaker 1: It was rude, and you are a naudious of the day. Okay,
- 18:34Speaker 1: let's end with something nicer, a moment a Rob rub Rob.
- 18:38Speaker 1: So for twenty minutes, we'd love to give you all
- 18:40Speaker 1: the celebrity news or the breaking gossip, but for a moment,
- 18:43Speaker 1: we're just a little bit more serious. Today's moment of Rob.
- 18:48Speaker 1: Happiness is an inside job. Let me explain. So, if
- 18:51Speaker 1: you're looking to earn more money to be happy, it
- 18:54Speaker 1: doesn't work. If you want a better job to be happy,
- 18:56Speaker 1: it doesn't work. If you want more clothes to be happy,
- 18:58Speaker 1: it doesn't work. If you're a better car to be happy,
- 19:00Speaker 1: it doesn't work. Happiness starts inside. Happiness is an insider job,
- 19:06Speaker 1: and there are plenty of things to be happy about.
- 19:09Speaker 1: But for a long time, Misty, I was blocking myself
- 19:12Speaker 1: from happiness. Happy things happened, and I decided to focus
- 19:16Speaker 1: on the negative. Silly, don't do it. Catch yourself when
- 19:20Speaker 1: that happens. I'm not saying that a little bit of
- 19:23Speaker 1: money doesn't make life easier. Yes it does. But I
- 19:25Speaker 1: know when I earned the most amount of money in
- 19:28Speaker 1: my life, I was also the most miserable. In fact,
- 19:32Speaker 1: when I was looking for anything external to make me happy,
- 19:35Speaker 1: it never did. Misty. I thought if I lost weight,
- 19:38Speaker 1: I'd be really happy. No more happy. I thought if
- 19:42Speaker 1: I earned a lot of money, I'd be really happy. No,
- 19:44Speaker 1: not really. I thought if I had a big hit podcast,
- 19:47Speaker 1: I'd be happy.
- 19:48Speaker 2: No.
- 19:48Speaker 1: It last in a couple of days, and then I
- 19:50Speaker 1: went back to my old self. The way that I
- 19:52Speaker 1: found happiness is by acknowledging it comes from inside. Happiness
- 19:57Speaker 1: is an insider job. You have to choose my friends
- 20:02Speaker 1: to be happy. Okay, that is it for today. Thank
- 20:05Speaker 1: you so much for listening to the Naughty Bit, Nice
- 20:07Speaker 1: with Rob and Mister show, our production of iHeartRadio. Don't
