Welcome to Soul Elevation: Guiding Your Ascension to New Heights. I'm your host, Kara Goodwin. Holy moly, you guys. I just finished recording with Marston Freese, and I'm blown away by what we experienced. I'm really grateful to see that our conversation's been preserved before and after the event, because there was a good chance that everything could've been lost. Marston was describing a galactic DNA activation experience she had, which is also a kundalini activation, and she started describing what happens physically and the piezoelectric response of the pineal gland. And as she was describing it, I started getting really hot, and then all of a sudden, all of my electronics shut down immediately. My computer had been fully charged, and it

was plugged in, and it just shut off without any warning. I didn't get any warnings that I was running low on battery or anything. And then at the same time, my lights, my camera, my microphone, all of it turned off. And when I was finally able to get my computer to start back up, it was at 1%. So this is clearly a case of a huge surge of energy that my body and my electronics were responding to, so I'm so grateful we didn't lose the content of what had been shared because Marston's story is fascinating, and I'm really excited for you to hear it. So we will get to it very, very shortly, - but first, I wanna invite you to explore everything that's available for you at karagoodwin.com. I'm super excited to talk with you today Kara Goodwin: Well, you have an amazing story, and I know that we could talk for a really long time. Marston: Yeah. Kara Goodwin: So there are so many, so many different avenues that we could take, but your awakening story is a
• 3:00
wonderful place to start because you had this really profound shift from, like, smashing material success, like, really early on in your adult life, then this complete shift to your reality that affected everything. so why don't we start there? What can you share about your, your origin story, let's Marston: Yeah, totally. I, I love that. Um, so I, my origin story, there are so many different places we could start with that, but, um, in the interest of time, I, I had a very successful career really in the, in the investment management industry, asset management industry, Wall Street, um, all through my 20s. And I had climbed the ranks of the corporate ladder at a very young age, and by age 27, uh, I had made it to vice president at one of the world's largest and leading asset

managers. And, you know, I thought I had, I thought I had everything, e- everything I was told I should have. I, I had gone to college. I was a, a division-- I had been a division one swimmer in college, and then I trained... Kara Goodwin: Oh my Wow. That's a big Marston: Yeah. It, it was, and, um, you know, I was a swimmer, and swimming was a huge part of my identity, and I, up until that point, had always identified with my accomplishments and, um, my accolades. And so I actually got injured in college swimming, and then I transferred to y- the University of Kansas, which was in state. I'm from Kansas City. And I did the sorority thing 'cause I couldn't swim anymore, and I had somewhat of an identity crisis. And then I was like, "Well, if I can't, you know, be Marston the swimmer, then I'm going to excel in academia, and I'm going to, like, really get a banging career after college." And so what was that in the world that I was from? Finance. And,
• 5:00
um, so I, I did exactly that, and I, and I went through, um, this entire process of, you know, figuring out the asset management industry, figuring out how I could use my gifts. I wanted to, um, ultimately travel internationally, and I thought, "Well, maybe this could get me there." I wanted to use people skills, uh, while also developing an understanding and acumen of capital and, um, of capital markets. And so I found that what I perceived to be kind of that perfect bridge within the system and structure that already existed. And so, uh, I climbed the ranks, and once I was 27, I found myself really at the peak and pinnacle, um, of this career path. And, you know, here I was thinking, "Okay, well, I have everything on paper, everything I've ever been taught to want and to be, yet there's something that feels like it's missing, and I just feel like there's a
• 6:00
deeper part of me that feels like it's here for something more," and I, like, couldn't put my finger on it. Uh, so I'll pause there, but that's, that's what led to then everything else that unfolded from there happening. Kara Goodwin: Right. So really type A like Marston: Mm-hmm. Totally Kara Goodwin: I mean, that's remarkable to have hit that level at 27. and then it sounds like you had this realization that, you know, like you said, everything on paper was like, "Oh, I couldn't have planned this better." But how were W- were you satisfied? How, how were you feeling about your life? Marston: You know, it's, it's interesting because I get asked this all the time. People are like, "Oh, well you must've been miserable, you know, in that career path." And the truth is, I wasn't. I was actually really happy, and I had a ton of friends. I was going to, you know, 10 weddings a year. Um, but I could afford it because of, you know, my career pa- And I, I was like, man, this is, this is great. I'm having a
• 7:00
blast. I'm, um, I'm fulfilled enough. But there was, there was a deeper part of me that just knew that there was something else that I was meant for, and I couldn't put my finger on it. And I thought, well, you know, I can do this career path for a few more years and retire at a young age, you know, if I keep this up, and then maybe I can build my own business. And, and I didn't know exactly what that would be, and at the time, um, I had just started getting into the idea of spirituality and, like, the journey of the soul, and it was all very new to me, and the concept of spirit guides and breathwork. And so this, this was all very new to me, but I was starting to, to get inklings, um, to dive deeper into, into myself and into my soul. And I remember learning about human design, and that really, that really got my attention, and I wanted to know more about that. And I thought, well maybe, you know, maybe I'm gonna bring human design to the corporate world in some
• 8:00
way. I feel like I'm here to be a bridge. And that, that actually, that idea kept coming to me, and I didn't understand it at the time 'cause I was like, well, I just started this career and I'm just excelling in it, and everything has happened so quickly. Um, and then I met the person who I, I thought was the love of my life, the person I thought I was going to marry, and he and I fell in love very quickly, and it was, it was a whirlwind romance. And then he, he died very tragically and suddenly and unexpectedly, and that is what really catalyzed my entire world of navigating grief and healing and awakening and diving into the depths of my soul and the, all the darkness within me that I wasn't seeing clearly that needed healing. And that's ultimately what led to the discovery and the further exploration of my own spiritual gifts, my psychic and mediumship gifts that
• 9:00
started coming online and, um, ultimately the, the revelation of, of my, my true soul path here that I then started walking on. Kara Goodwin: Okay. So, and that is an incredible story as well, how you ... This unfoldment of the truth of who you are. So talk to us about I mean, it's pretty dramatic really what you experienced in terms of the, the revelation. So talk us through that a little bit Marston: Yeah. So after he died, I, I noticed that my psychic and mediumship abilities started coming online in ways that I couldn't ignore or deny. I mean, they were showing up when I was having meetings with, with financial advisors, with my clients. They w- I mean, I had an event happen when I was hosting a, hosting an event with Forbes, and I mean, this was... It was really starting to reveal itself, and I started to have colleagues come to me and confide in
• 10:00
me, um, about how they wanted to know about death. They wanted to know about what happens, like what else is there, and they didn't feel that they could have these conversations really out loud or with anyone else. They didn't want anyone else to know. So I quickly found that I was able to be this, um, this sort- Bridge? Yeah, this bridge. Exactly. Yeah. Yeah. And, um, this ultimately led to... I, I started getting these, I guess you could call them downloads. They were insights. They weren't... It just felt like they were coming from within me, but also somewhere else. I couldn't identify what it was. And I just kept getting this idea of like bringing together people from different industries to create something bigger, and I didn't know what that meant at the time. And then fast-forward a few months, this was, I mean, really less than a year after my, my partner at the ti- at the time had passed away. I had what
• 11:00
I would call a, um, it was a really a telepathic contact experience with my soul family who I learned were extraterrestrial, which ultimately led one year later to actually having a physical contact experience, which is a whole other, you know, piece of all of this. But what I learned in this was the truth of really our, our world and how it's been governed and managed and run this entire time. I learned the truth about the control paradigm, the control system across industries and across sectors, and it's like I was being shown all of these truths that I was not previously privy to, and it created Kara Goodwin: that by, shown that by your, uh, star family or your Marston: Well, i- it was, and it was not, it was not physical. It was all within my own consciousness. So I would say it was really, like, my higher consci- my soul kind of coming in, my higher self, whatever you wanna call it, and, um, what I know to be my soul
• 12:00
family kind of orchestrating this sort of divine intervention in a way. Um, and I perceived it at the time in the way that I needed to perceive it at the time in order to leave my career behind. 'Cause that's really what came in was, "It's time to go." Like, we... "Here's, here's what you're meant to do. There's about to be a lot that changes in the world. You're meant to be a part of this, and we need you to get from the... You're on this timeline right now, and we need you on this timeline. And so you need to leave behind everything. And, and by the way, your whole life is gonna fall apart, but you have to let it, because everything that you're here to do is on the other side of this." And so I had no choice. I mean, I did have a choice. It was, it was up to me. I, I could have chosen to, to stay and to say no. Uh, but I didn't feel on a soul level like I really had a choice, because that would've been a... I feel like that would've been betraying and abandoning who I really am to
• 13:00
say, "Nope. No, thank you. I'm gonna stay here where it's comfortable." And it was. And that was really, really difficult because... I mean, and we can talk more about what unfolded from there, but, you know, it was this really lovely life that I had created for myself, and it wasn't the life that I came here to keep living. It was meant to end at that time. Kara Goodwin: Right. So what did that intel- entail for you? Marston: So I ended up leaving my career cold turkey. I did not have a plan at all. And I actually ended up taking a couple months before I, I actually severed myself, um, on medical leave because I was like, I, is my mental health okay? Like what... I didn't know what was happening. I mean, this was all very new for me, like walking into kind of uncharted spiritual terrain, consciousness terrain, and I was like, do I need to, like, do
• 14:00
I need help? What's going on? And so I had to really take time to trust, to learn to trust myself in the process. And so I took a couple months to really ground and to really reconcile with the fact that this was happening, and I needed to really trust this process because no one in my life had ever modeled this for me. This was brand new. I didn't come from, you know, a world or a society where these things were really talked about. So, um, I left, and I started traveling and ended up this... And this was all at the end of 2024. So all last year, I traveled the world nomadically. And, uh, right before I started traveling, I decided to, or in the midst of it, I should say, I decided to post my first ever TikTok sharing my story and my experience. And I knew that this was going to be a huge leap of faith 'cause I knew everyone in my life would see this, and I knew that that would
• 15:00
really be the end. And it was. Um, I mean, I had people in my life who disinvited me, like friends who disinvited me from weddings because of what I, yeah, because of like what I was sharing and what I was talking about. Um, I had friends just up and leave me, And Kara Goodwin: think that you were mentally unstable? Is that Marston: I'm s- I'm sure they did, yeah. Uh, and they couldn't, they couldn't understand, they couldn't understand. That's, that's really what it was. But they, you know, uh, it's human nature to fear what we don't understand and then to reject what we fear, and I was stepping into a whole new realm. And the, you know, the thing is is the people who really have been paying attention to what I've been talking about for years now, just on a smaller scale, those people weren't that surprised by what I'm doing now, and they're still in my life 'cause they're like, "You've always, like, had a curiosity about this. Like, there's always been that part of you that has
• 16:00
pointed out, you know, the, the s- the subtleties in our existence and what lies beyond." So I think it was just the fact that I was now doing this publicly seemingly out of nowhere. So at the same time, though, I received thousands of messages from people around the world thanking me for having the courage to talk about this and asking me to help them on their journey, and a lot of people in the corporate world who were like, "Me too, but like, how do I, how do I do this? How did you do this?" And so that's what led to my starting my own, my own business, The Bridging Catalyst, where I, um... which was a name that I had received in a breathwork session years prior. I just didn't know what that, you know, would turn into. And I started offering psychic and mediumship sessions, uh, for, for these people to help them connect more deeply. Not to come to me for answers, but to help them connect with themselves more deeply. For me to help illuminate,
• 17:00
you know, what they might not be seeing, and to ultimately direct them back to their own power so that they could trust themselves on their path moving forward and start opening up their gifts more. Um, and then it just kept, kept going from there, so. Kara Goodwin: Now Marston: Mm-hmm, Kara Goodwin: the, the fallout Marston: उह। Kara Goodwin: just shifting back to that for a moment, was this really around Like, what was the controversy? Was it more of, like, a star seed perspective and talking about the ET connection? Was it the, um, the constr- the control structure? Were you disclosing things about the illusion of the world, or, or was it, you know, talking about after death and so Marston: I think it was all of those things. And you know, the thing is, I'll never know because those people never actually came to me to express. They, they just, they were going off of... They created group chat, group chats. There were group think. Oh,
• 18:00
yeah. Yeah. Yeah. I mean, people like this, I- everyone's true colors were shown in this, unfortunately. And, and it's not, I can't blame people for being in fear, but ultimately, um, no one actually came to me to express how they were feeling. They just went to each other and made assumptions off of that. So no one actually ever knew the full story unless they actually talked to me. And, I think it was, number one, like, there were some people who couldn't handle the extraterrestrial side of things. Like, that to them is, is crazy. They can't imagine that. And, um, there were other people who really couldn't get on board with the idea of other lifetimes and, you know, consciousness ex- extending and expanding beyond death. There were people who thought I was joining a, I must be joining a cult. And, um, you know, I'm a conspiracy theorist, like that sort of thing. And I think
• 19:00
now as more of this is coming to light and the truth is shining through the cracks and we're starting to see, oops, the conspiracy theorists were actually right, and all of this is being publicized now and talked about, um, you know, are those conversations changing with those people? I don't know because I, I'm in a different reality now. But, but- Kara Goodwin: I say that all the time. I'm like, in my world, it seems like people are realizing that these things that get called conspiracies, they're just proven over and over and over, and they've been ... And very rapidly recently. And so I see a lot of vindication or, um, just, you know, proof of what people have been speculating about or whistleblowing and disclosing, and that they've been mocked at the You know, to say it very gently, Marston: Oh, yeah Kara Goodwin: it's, it's, to me, I'm like, is this really? Like, is it Are, are a lot of people
• 20:00
realizing this, or is this just my perspective? Because I'm just in my own reality, so I can't say for sure that it's happening on a mass scale. I just see what, what is reflected back to me, you Marston: Totally. And I think that's kind of the other piece of this is ultimately, um, you know, people thought I was disconnected from reality and it, and in my reality I was actually very, very tuned in to the reality I was creating and constructing for myself, and that's now actually coming into fruition physically. Um, but you know, people are so in their own... We all experience reality according to our own belief systems and our own unconscious biases and what we choose to, what we choose to see and what we choose to hear. So, um, you know, ultimately we do all kind of live in our own, our own bubble, our own universe, and it gets reflected back to us. Yeah Kara Goodwin: really experienced, like you, the way you described it of like,
• 21:00
"I got on a different timeline, the Marston: Mm-hmm. Kara Goodwin: other timeline faded think a Marston: Yeah. Kara Goodwin: relate to that, Marston: It, it's a natural part of the process. I think that's the other piece of this too, is, uh, and there, and it's not to say there hasn't been grief. Like, the, it's, it, it's sa- it's hard when, when your life comes to a close in that way, as a chapter comes to a close in that way. Because we're taught to always hold on to friendships and relationships in our life, no matter what. And that if, if something falls away, it's, it's sad, and it's not, you know. And it can be, but it's also very natural. You can't, not everyone is meant to come with you on your path. There, there are many, many people, I would say most people in our lives are not meant to be with us for all chapters. You know? It's, it's, you're in alignment during this phase, during this chapter, and maybe you can remain in relational presence, and maybe you can maintain s- uh, some sort of
• 22:00
relationship. But that relationship is inevitably going to change with them, if it stays. It will inevitably change, and the dynamics will look different. So the question becomes, can you meet, can you meet each other still where you are? And that's, I think, a conscious choice to make Kara Goodwin: Yeah, that's really beautifully said. So for you, with the ... Let's talk about the part Marston: Yeah Kara Goodwin: Was that, for you, surprising with where you were in your journey when, when you started to understand that element of it? Were you prepared for it? Marston: Yes and no. Um, I wasn't surprised because ever since I was a child, I've always felt, like, connected to aliens, connected to outer space, connected to the stars and other planets. I've always had that knowing. And so that wasn't really surprising to me.
• 23:00
It honestly felt like, it felt like something I've been waiting to experience my whole life without actually being consciously aware of that. And at the same time, I wasn't prepared for it be- like, because of how it happened and what I learned. Um, you know, it's Kara Goodwin: that. What do you wanna share about you experienced? Marston: So what I experienced in the telepathic contact experience was, uh, and I would call it more of an initiatory contact, it was, um, me learning how to navigate the other realms. It was actually, I learned that I was meant to walk the shamanic path and that this would be coming into play more significant and prominently for me in the months and years fr- like, going forward. Uh, and it did, and it has. Um, but in that first experience, I learned... I really learned the truth of everything that's been going on on our planet, how we got to where we are, our
• 24:00
history, the, the war that has been in effect and psychological warfare. Um, Kara Goodwin: the spiritual warfare when you say the Marston: Yeah. Yeah. Uh, which is how the ext- the physical external wars then happened. I mean, it's all because of this war on consciousness, how humanity has been kept locked under lower states of consciousness for eons now, and specifically for the past several decades. But, um, I learned about our future and the future of our DNA potential and consciousness evolution and how this is about the, the final liberation of humanity, and that's really at, at the core what I learned. I didn't learn any... In this, in this experience, I didn't learn any, you know, specific information or details. It was more so this broader picture of, "Whoa, I've been living in a snow globe. I had no idea, you know, that this... I've just been asleep, and I had no idea." And so this was kind of a
• 25:00
wake-up call for me. And, um, you know, that's what led to my starting to do my research and to start to really try to uncover, all right, so what is going on here? What's happening with Big Pharma? You know, what's happening with the World Bank, with the World Health Organization? How are all these pillars of this system controlled and tied together? And I start... And the education system. And I mean, so you start doing your research, and you start uncovering more, and it's, it does create this sense of ontological shock because it's like, man, this is bad. Like, th- this is w- worse than you could imagine. And unfortunately, it's so bad that it sounds crazy. Kara Goodwin: Yes, I know. know. God, do Marston: Yeah. Right? So, so that was, uh, I s- yeah, so any- anyway, I was not expecting that part of this, and I was also not expecting... When I learned about extraterrestrials, you know,
• 26:00
everyone has their own image or picture or m- you know, preconceived notion of what that might be. Um, and I've learned so much more since this experience, but what was interesting to me was that they are also human like us. Not, I mean, obviously not all of them, but, like, there are humans out there who share DNA with us, who share the human genome. It was not seeded here first. It was seeded in the Lyran system first when it arrived in our galaxy. And the, there are other humans that look just like us and have similar cultures. And so that was a really interesting part of all of this, was, you know, it's, it's like growing up on a cul-de-sac and thinking as a kid, like, your cul-de-sac is all that exists, and your neighbor kids are the ones that you hang out with, and then you go to school and you meet more. And then you grow up and maybe you go to college, and you're like, "Whoa, there are all these people from different backgrounds." And, and then you learn that there are different countries and different cultures and languages, and that's, you know, how, how it was presented to me was this is really just the
• 27:00
next step in growing up for us and realizing that, yeah, we're not alone here, and we never were. But it's going to take us remembering the truth of the all that we are so that we can fully step into our power and stop being controlled, so that we can expand into the horizons that we're here to expand into. Kara Goodwin: Hmm. Beautiful. you're, you began with this telepathic communication and all of the ... Well, whether it was communication, whether it was downloads or, or whatever, but your expansion really happened within, and then you had direct contact. can you share what you feel called to share about Marston: Yeah. So I, um, I mean, gladly. I, I was traveling the world all last year, and I had been getting glimpses into, um, plant medicine and exploring and opening
• 28:00
into the shamanic path, which my mediumship... Like, stepping more into mediumship and psychic abilities and working more with that, I, I started realizing, oh, I'm, you know, I, I'm traversing these realms already. I need to learn more, and I want to learn more, and I feel in my soul that I'm being called, you know, towards this. And I don't know what that means or what that looks like. I just know that this is something for me to explore. So I went into my first ever, my first master plant dieta, diet, uh, which was a more intense sitting with plant medicine, and, um, it's, it's a 10-day retreat commitment where you follow a very strict diet, you prepare in advance, um, and you sit with, you sit with ayahuasca, but you also sit with a, a master plant teacher from the Amazon. So you take the two in conjunction with each other, and you're off your phone for those 10 days. You, you limit stimulation for those 10
• 29:00
days. Uh, and it's really a deeper connection with your soul and with the, the spirit of the plants, of nature. Um, and so it was in this experience, my first ayahuasca ceremony, I experienced w- I didn't know this at the time when it happened, but I later learned it was a DNA activation, otherwise known as a kundalini activation. And I had no idea, you know, what that, what that was or what happened, but all I knew was it was the most profound and intense experience of my entire life. And when that happened, I was essentially made aware all at once that I had just activated my DNA and that I would be experiencing meeting my, my soul family and learning more about my soul truths, if you will. I was going through a remembrance, like an activation of my memories and a remembrance process. And I was also made aware that this would put me on a new
• 30:00
frequency consciousness-wise, and that I would ... My creative power, my manifestation power would be skyrocketing in this, and it was ... But it was also something to steward responsibly, this energy. And so I didn't ... Again, I didn't, couldn't make sense of all of this at the time. It took months of integration afterward. But that happened, and that served as the doorway to then what happened later, which was still on this retreat, this 10-day retreat, but not on, not during an ayahuasca ceremony. I experienced physical extraterrestrial contact, which was the most miraculous, transcendental, other- literally otherworldly experience of my life. I could not put it into words, and I mean, I... It, what I saw was we were in the jungle and in Costa Rica, and it was at night, and I remember
• 31:00
this beautiful, like, bioluminescent, translucent kind of turquoise plasma ship that looked like a manta ray or a stingray, like, just gliding over, you know, the, the mountains in the distance. It came gliding over, and I just-- and there was another woman there with me, and we were just hanging out, and she was actually about to go to bed. And, um, we both saw it, and we both froze. We were just in awe, and all I could say was, "Oh my God, I think that's my family." Like, it was... I didn't even, like, consciously-- I didn't consciously say that. It just, like, came out, and I was locked in. And next thing I know, we're interfacing. Like, I, I had to sit down. I felt this surge of electricity run through me, and I am-- next thing I know, I'm, like, on the ship. Like, I'm see-- It's like I am there. We are locked in, and what I learned was we are
• 32:00
a, it was a frequency match, a DNA frequency match. So consciousness interface can take place when... It's like quantum entanglement, right? Two particles are, are infinitely connected through space and time. And so we were able to sync in that way. And dur- in this process, there were no beings on the ship. It was, um, it was almost like an extension of me. And I was shown, I was shown, like, where I started my soul incarnational journey, which was Vega in the Lyran system, and they poi- I pointed to the star in the sky, and I had no idea. I, I don't, like, look... I don't do, you know, star mapping. But I confirmed later. My friend came to visit, and she had a, an astronomy app on her phone, and I sh- I showed her. I said, "That's where I was shown Vega is," and she pointed it up there. Sure enough, it was Vega. So I was shown that, and then I was shown, um, a couple other lifetimes in
• 33:00
other star systems, and then I was shown the most recent lifetime I incarnated here from and, like, the body that I had in a stasis pod that I put on pause to incarnate here for this mission and this lifetime, which is also the body that I'll be returning to when this lifetime ends. And it was, um... I mean, I was shown my future in this experience, parts of it. I was shown the life that I'm stepping into. I was shown a lot, and some of those things have already started happening in my life that I was shown. So it's, um- It really transcends words. I mean, it's like tasting a new flavor. It's like seeing a new color. It's hearing a new f- sound, like, all at the same time . And, um, it was, it was amazing and the hardest experience I've ever had because number one, I got a taste of more,

of, of what else is out there. I got a taste of home, like real home, and y- I couldn't integrate it. You know? I, I thought everything was happening all at once. I thought I was moving back. You know, I saw the ship that my body's on, and I ... the body I put in a stasis pod, and I thought I was moving back to the ship now. And I thought all of this was happening right now. And, um, and it was really difficult for me to go back to my normal life and to re- to reconcile and realize that I'm meant to be here. My purpose is here. That doesn't mean I can't still have experiences and communication in that way, but I'm meant to be here, and that, that was really, really difficult. And it was difficult for my family, um, telling them about it. Number one, it's hard to believe. Number two, you know, my sister ha- my sister brought something to my attention that

really struck a chord with me 'cause I was sharing about this, and I was like, "I met I, like, was shown my family. Like, I was ... I met my soul family." And because there were several experiences of this nature that I had. And she said, "Yeah, but where are your family?" And that was really, that was like a, an arrow to the heart for me 'cause I was like, "Yeah, you- you're right. Like, I need to be, I need to be here." So it was a r- it's a really, you know, it's, it's hard. It's not like everyone always asks me, how do I have an experience like this? How do I connect with my soul family? How do I have a DNA activation? These aren't things that I sought out. It was just a natural part of my soul path, and it happened when it happened. And it's not easy. Like, it's you ... It's like the very beginning 'cause then you have to learn how to actually integrate and embody it. It's not some cool experience you have, and that's it. Like, your healing, your healing's

done. You reach the crux of life. And no, it's like everything starts from there, Kara Goodwin: Yeah. Wow. Well, thank you for sharing that. There was-- I wanna go back to that DNA piece because you were saying there was like DNA and that was how that connection was able to happen. I understand DNA as we've got this physical human kinda double helix, like what, what we accept in mainstream society as what DNA is, and then we've got the more etheric, like multi-strand DNA, and it sounds like that was part of your activation because you described that Kundalini experience as a DNA activation. Do you have a sense if that ET star seed connection, the U- the, you know, the u- uh, UAP if we wanna call it but the, Marston: Mm-hmm. Kara Goodwin: that you could feel that DNA connection with, was that
• 37:00
the two strand? Was it more or d- was there not kind of that level of detail to it? Marston: It's a really good question, and it, it's, it's difficult 'cause it's not like they walked me ... It's not like I was walked through, like step by step, but it was more so an all-encompassing knowing. Like, it was, it was like everything just all at once. So my understanding was that the hydrogen bonds of my DNA, which our scientists would call junk DNA, uh, were activated. And so yeah, like I, I had my ... The strands were activated, so I now have the full 12-strand activation. And, um, this was a merging of the etheric and the physical, right? 'Cause it's the nerv- It's like the nervous system with the etheric field, and b- it's like the kundalin- the kundalini energy, which is very real because it ignites the fascia, the nervous system tissue that comprise the chakra system. It's all connected, and it's like the story of Adam and Eve. You know, the

serpent b- is the kundalini energy moving up toward the pineal gland. And so in this process, what happens is that I felt the oil rising from the base of my spine all the way up, like the serpent. I mean, it was literally just ... It was a weird feeling. I didn't know what was going to happen. Like, it was the most ... I, I didn't know if I was going to throw up, if I was going to orgasm, if I was going to die, explode. Like, all of those were equally viable options in this experience. And so my understanding was what hap- And I felt this happen. I felt the reverberation effect in my skull of the pineal gland being activated. Because we're never taught this, but we have microscopic calcite crystals embedded in our pineal gland. And so what happens is w- in this activation, there's, um, a, a force, an effect, known as the piezoelectric force or effect, and that's, that's what happens. That's what gets ignited in this process, and it does, it creates like a

shaking effect, and everything just blasts open. And it was just like white light, and actually it was right after that that suddenly I found myself ... I felt like I was going up, up, up, up, up. I found myself on, um, the, a ship, and ... Oh, hang on. I think you, you disappeared Kara Goodwin: I can hear you. Yes, okay now. Oh my God. Okay, I'm already recording because I am just baffled by what just happened. Um, because you were talking about gland and the, the piezoelectric, and every single piece of electronic equipment that I have down here went out Marston: Oh. the Oh. my God the computer. I was at 100% of... I mean, my computer's been plugged in. The whole thing shut down,
• 40:00
I mean, just power, like totally out, but not like my whole... I don't know if my whole house went out. No, I don't think so, 'cause like Yeah Kara Goodwin: me is still on. My... but everything all at once, now my battery is saying I have 2%. Um, all the battery just went out. So I'm also Marston: Yeah so hot. Um, I know you're in Scottsdale. I'm in Indiana. It is summertime, but I am Kara Goodwin: "Oh my God, I'm so hot." Um, so there cool a lot Yeah, I feel it. do get... Yes. Yeah, and I do get... Sometimes I call it Marston: Mmhmm Kara Goodwin: bec- I get weird Marston: Yeah if I live stream on YouTube, then weird, like more and more weird things. I've never had something to that effect where it just like... the fact that you were talking about

this rising Yep. like when... Because what you were talking about with the pineal gland being activated, that is a huge energy. I mean, I've had that where my whole insides are shaking. Kara Goodwin: My, I can... You know, there are times where my pineal gland will be just vibrating, physically Marston: Mmhmm Kara Goodwin: it in my head, and I can feel it like, like tracking, you know, where it's like, oh, it's moving. It's over to Marston: Yeah You know what I mean? Like it's tracking. but there is that pressure with, you know, the piezoelectric effect is that there's a pressure, uh, piece to Ja of it I was like, "Whoa, we hit we hit turbulence. or..." Yes. Right. So thank you for Of course I apologize, but that came totally out It's... it like You know what's funny? Like, I'm so used to things like this happening at this point. I, I was like, " Oh, I bet it's..."

I mean, it just happens all the time. So Yeah, yeah, That's crazy. Yeah Yeah I, I'm on fire and, uh, hopefully we- I know we've got, like, 10 minutes Kara Goodwin: a Yeah, Marston: totally. I'm here for it, so Kara Goodwin: Okay, awesome. I mean, I think it's a good Definitely. It's powerful. And, and the thing is, is it's, it's funny 'cause I've actually energy got really high. yes, for sure been getting, um, what's been coming through me mo- like most recently, past couple days are like, "You need to be talking more about the DNA activation and kundalini." and people need to be educated about what this is I wonder too, as you're talking about that, if there is like an activating element in the sharing Marston: think there is. I think there is the fact that we had that huge energy surge, I mean, of course we know, but everything is energy. And so when we have like a huge electronic disturbance like that, that is, you know, our electronics are responding to energy that what is Wi-Fi? Kara Goodwin: What is, you know, a lot of the things that are getting used? So I do feel like that's also like a physical expression of the activating quality for people who are ready Marston: 100%. I, I fully agree. I've had this conversation a couple times, and it, the fact that we're even bringing this up right now, it just feels very, very serendipitous. So I think it's a part of all of it Kara Goodwin: Yeah. Wow. Well, your

experience is remarkable, and, um, I wanna make sure that we get time here to talk about that bridging because there's the experience itself, which is phenomenal, and I know there's a lot more to share around that, and I'd love to have you back on, and deeper Marston: Yeah, definitely element, and I'm particularly curious about the financial background Угу you had this, like, realization, this almost, like, personal disclosure about, like, what's behind the markets and what's going on there. But you've got this... I feel like there's a gap. There's a gap for people who, you know, want to use their money in a responsible way from a consciousness perspective and options that we have. You know, what, th- look at the stock market, it's hard to find, like, what do I want to, what, what do I want to invest in? What do I want
• 45:00
to get my money behind that is reflective of where consciousness is going, where humanity is going, and what feels good to me? Kara Goodwin: And I wonder if part of your bridge, maybe, maybe you're ready to put finance behind you, but I wonder if there's... 'Cause I see this gap Marston: Yeah. And once again, Kara, th-this is all coming full circle, the fact that we're even having this conversation, because actually I'm founding right now, um, a bigger sort of initiative that is geared toward ... I mean, really, it's amazing how these pieces are falling into place right now. I'm building what I would call an infrastructure for the new paradigm, and really it's I've noticed the people coming to me for sessions are professionals, leaders, pioneers across all these industries, whether it's, uh, tech and AI, whether it's finance, whether it's legal, whether it's, um, uh, medical tech, medic- there are medical professionals that are coming to me. There are
• 46:00
psychologists and neuroscientists. I mean, there's something so much bigger happening here, and all these people are feeling called to build more coherent, synergistic, cohesive systems and structures that benefit the whole of humanity. But they need to be connected with each other. That's what we're missing. We're missing the link that connects all of these people who are doing this work with the, the proper funding that they need to make it happen and the platform they need to talk about it. And so that's really what I'm in the process of building right now, and it's, it's really, it's a new flow of ... It's consciousness and capital. It's, it's where is that bridge? Because there is capital out there that is in the right hands. It's in the hands ... And it, there will be more and more and more of this because we're in the midst of a mass generational wealth transfer. Which is funny, 'cause this was something I actually talked about in my finance career. Little did I know what I would go on to do and how it would circle around in a much bigger and different way.
• 47:00
But there are people who want to invest their money in creating this new, the new paradigm, in creating better societies for our planet, for humanity. And where ... So they need to know where to put that money rather than just traditional ... Unfortunately, a lot of the traditional charities out there are no better than a lot of these corrupt organizations, right? So the question then becomes: where is the integrity in all of this? Where is the alignment? And it's all frequency-based, 'cause people lie, but frequency doesn't. And so what happens when we start building new, new foundations on a frequency of truth and trust and authenticity and, um, coherence really. And so that's, that's what I'm focused on building right now. And, um, I'm, I'm currently meeting with investors and collaborators, innovators, people who want to be a part of this to help
• 48:00
really bring this into fruition. Because there is a huge gap in ... I mean, it's really a multi-billion dollar gap, which people will hear that and, and they will say, "The billionaires are bad. They're evil." Okay. There, there are, yes. But there are also, there are also people with mass amounts of wealth that want to be able to put it to good use in this way. So we can't just shatter this system and move straight into 5D where there's no money, right? That's ... There's a, there's a bridge. There's an in-between. It doesn't happen like that. So we have to change these systems from within first. And so that's what I'm realizing I can, I can do here, because there are people from that world who want someone who want to know that they, that they can trust and talk to someone who speaks both languages. And so, I'm not the only one. I know that. Um,
• 49:00
and so we're, we're starting to all find each other. So I'm really glad that you brought that up, because really it was something that was ... I kept coming in and I was like, "What?" You know, what was the point of living that life and having that career if I'm just gonna be, you know, talking about my ET contact experience and my DNA activation? And then I started realizing, no, this is about the future of humanity. This is ... We're building a new paradigm here. Your entrepreneurial skills, your boardroom skills, your investment acumen are actually all coming into play in a much bigger way. So I'm right now in the process of just noticing how that quilt is being, is being threaded Kara Goodwin: Right. It's so beautiful. It's so needed. I mean, when I at, you know, let's say the stock market, you know, and I'm like, well, I know that there are so many names on there I don't want my retirement going into, I don't want my investments going into. And then it's, you know, all the things that you
• 50:00
actually mentioned earlier with the big pharma, with the, you know, big, um, big tech, big industry, all the big industries. You know, it's name brand corporations, big food, big ag, you know, all of that. They're, they're not working in, in accordance with the health and wellbeing of humanity. And in fact, they're often... I mean, I, I really can't find a good when I look at the stock market to say, "Okay, I'll feel good investing in what this company is doing." It's like they reach a and they Marston: Right Kara Goodwin: stock market, and it's like, "Mm, nope, I..." And, and we don't really have choices. There's crypto, crypto's kind of the Wild Marston: Mhm. Kara Goodwin: going on there. So I... But when I heard your background and your story, I was like, "Maybe, maybe there's something in the works here," Marston: Oh, and there very much is. Kara Goodwin: you know?
• 51:00
Marston: there very much is, and I don't know all of it you know? It's, it's... That's the biggest part of all this, is trusting myself as it gets revealed to me step by step. I think if I knew the extent of it, number one, I think it would overwhelm me, and number two, I would try to get there using my brain and rationale and logic. And while there's a place for that, for sure, uh, this needs to be divinely led and intuitively guided Kara Goodwin: Beautiful. Marston, this has been, it's been fascinating, it's been activating, been beautiful. I've-- Yes, for sure. Um, I am so grateful for your time. Thank you so much for coming on Soul Elevation.
