Karlos K. Hill is a speaker, author and community-engages scholar who brings historical perspective to difficult racial events that impact the Black experience and our culture today. Dr. Hill shares his insights to encourage hard conversations and to empower and uplift communities that seek and create lasting change. Interviewed by Will Claybaugh and NeCole Cumerlander, Dr. Hill considers it his mission to share Black history in his books, communities, and classrooms because, as he says, "If you don't know your history, you don't know who you are."
