  good afternoon welcome to the midday update so what do i have i'll start with the volume side of things vfd group 102.4 million shares traded second nsl tech 45.5 million shares traded on the value side of things gt co position 1.5 billion naira watts of shares traded next is zenith bank 1.18 billion naira watts of shares today let's go see the ocean index index in the red

  red today second day run if we close here i index in the red down by 0.09 percent uh that's what i'm seeing at the moment let's look at some of the stocks that are pulling down the index we start with the premium side of things mtn in the red uh currently at uh 715.2 uh uba in the red zenith bank in the red 98.5 will you see it close here uh will it close at sub

  uh hundred and i share first hold score in the red assets corporation in red a couple of names other names are moving the market uh to the downward side of things uh okomo it's a big cap stock okomo at one five eight eight okomo in the red uh it's down by a whole ten percent one five eight eight let's see what's the bit of a spread uh for kumu all full of five thousand five eighty eight

  uh presco in the red as well eighteen seventy three thousand eight hundred and seventy three nairai share let's see gtco and uh what do we have with gtco gtco in the red one twelve point eight we are still waiting for uh audited full year 2025 numbers for the banking stocks we are yet to get those numbers we're waiting for those numbers and so let's see uh what we have uh with those numbers so

  i love the big cap names mid cap names as well uh in the red we've seen lots of red uh at the moment on the ngx and there are a few other names as well in the green but i don't think they have the momentum to push up this market uh you have dango the cement in the green current price it's 13.3 surplus in the green 9191 or 9191 uh that's an easier way for you to get what i'm saying then another name what's uh discussing

  is nako nako are currently at 190 at a point in time today nako was trading at a bit over 200 nako at 190 so let's see where the stock will close that since yesterday we've seen some momentum in nako and jamborees at 71.2 uh so that's what we've seen at the moment uh a couple of uh a couple disclosures i want to announce it as sign

  uh production sharing contract uh for block a block an oil block in angola and um so with the whales uh quite quite a sizable uh development as we can see here uh wando has 45 percent interest in the block and it says subsidiaries angolan subsidiary would serve as operator

  all our partners in the consortium f max energy 30 sonango 15 war cuts at 10 so this is major moves uh for oando i'm trying to see if we can get some size of uh what we can find what we see here the the release said the block has two exploration wells i previously drilled a total depth of three thousand meters uh oil shows encountered in one way across various depths so we don't have

  um regulator and so so that's what we're seeing there abc transport says look we're going to file our results um or not before march 31st 2026 but today is march 31st 2026 so we expect these results to day when was this notice sent was yesterday notice dated the 30th of march so they should have sent it yesterday why didn't they uh do so uh the initiates
