Gold and silver prices like you've never imagined.
• 0:05
There is a ton going on in the world right now, and we know
• 0:10
some of it is actually very scary.
• 0:13
But could we be heading to a point where physical demand for
• 0:17
silver and gold overwhelms the electronic exchanges?
• 0:22
Yes, the Comex and the LBMA, the result of which would be prices
• 0:28
for gold, prices for silver like we've never imagined what's
• 0:33
going on with China, we're going to focus in on that today in
• 0:37
this video and see why physical demand for gold in particular in
• 0:44
China has the potential to result in explosive price
• 0:49
increases for gold. And you know what happens to
• 0:52
gold also happens to our good friend silver.
• 0:55
Let's dig in right now. What would you think if you
• 1:06
heard the Chinese government was encouraging their citizenry to
• 1:11
accumulate physical gold? Well, that would mean increased
• 1:15
demand for our favorite yellow metal.
• 1:18
We know just several months back that the Chinese government made
• 1:22
it very easy for the wealthy, for people in China who actually
• 1:27
have bank accounts, to convert their bank accounts into
• 1:32
physical gold with a mouse click.
• 1:34
And the government has been encouraging the citizens to do
• 1:38
it ever since. Now let's talk about the other
• 1:42
end of the spectrum. Remember, China has 1.4 billion
• 1:47
people. Just to give you a little bit of
• 1:49
context, in the United States, we're just over 300 million.
• 1:55
That means China has four times as many people as we have here
• 1:59
in the United States. And have you considered that
• 2:03
unlike the United States, the middle class in China is growing
• 2:08
more and more wealthy by the week and by the month?
• 2:13
So is the Chinese government doing anything to encourage
• 2:17
average and lower class Chinese citizens to buy gold?
• 2:22
You bet they are. There's a new movement in China
• 2:25
called gold beans. Yes, golden beans.
• 2:29
They're little itsy, bitsy, little pebbles, little beans of
• 2:33
gold that weigh 1 gram each. Now, for those of you who don't
• 2:38
know, there's about 31 grams in each oz.
• 2:42
So it takes 31 of these little 1 gram gold beads to make one
• 2:48
  ounce. But the government is
• 2:50
encouraging their citizenry to accumulate them on a monthly
• 2:55
  basis. Big deal, right?
• 2:58
Well, if you consider 1.4 billion people, and I need to
• 3:02
refer to some figures here in China, if only 10%, one in 10
• 3:09
Chinese people, 140 million, were to buy 1 gram of gold one
• 3:15
of those little beans one time a month, that would result in
• 3:20
1,680,000,000 grams of gold being purchased on an annual
• 3:27
  basis. Big deal, right?
• 3:29
It is a massive deal because if you divide that 1.68 billion
• 3:35
grams of gold by 31.1, because remember, there's 31 grams in an
• 3:41
ounce that comes to 54,000,000 ounces of gold.
• 3:46
Big deal, right? Yes, that is a huge deal because
• 3:51
according to the statistics that I dug up on an annual basis, the
• 3:56
world only produces around 120 million ounces of gold in total.
• 4:03
So that represents that just 10% of the Chinese population buying
• 4:08
one little gram of gold every month.
• 4:11
That would represent almost half of the world's gold production,
• 4:16
again just from 10% of the Chinese population.
• 4:22
To put that into context, 1 gram of gold today at around let's
• 4:27
say $2000 per oz gold price would cost you $75 give or.
• 4:32
Take first Mining Gold is a development company advancing 2
• 4:36
of the largest gold projects in Canada, Spring Pole in Ontario
• 4:41
and Du Parquet located in Quebec.
• 4:44
Each already has. 5 million ounces of gold reserves but
• 4:48
exploration initiatives. Are underway at both projects to
• 4:52
find even more gold first. Mining is well financed, has
• 4:57
zero debt and owns an interest in four additional Canadian gold
• 5:01
development projects. And it seems to be catching on.
• 5:05
I read an article a few months ago about these gold beans.
• 5:09
It was interesting talking about how the younger people in China
• 5:14
are taking part in this craze of buying and collecting gold
• 5:19
  beans. Remember China?
• 5:21
India. Most other parts of the world
• 5:24
look at gold, look at silver much, much differently than we
• 5:29
do in the United States. But big deal, you might say.
• 5:33
Well guys, it is a big deal because while China is the
• 5:37
number one producer of gold in the world, they have no ability
• 5:43
to a supply that amount of gold, that 54,000,000 ounces that I
• 5:48
brought up earlier to their citizenry, it would overwhelm
• 5:53
the physical market in China. And remember, China's market,
• 5:57
the Shanghai Gold Exchange and the Shanghai Futures Exchange,
• 6:01
is based much more on physical metal, but it would bleed
• 6:05
through to the West. To our friends at the COMEX and
• 6:08
the LBMA, they might find themselves with a little problem
• 6:13
on their hands if Chinese citizenry does indeed continue
• 6:18
in this trend of buying and collecting these gold beans.
• 6:23
And all of this is happening while China's neighbor to the
• 6:27
east. Yes, Japan, just the third
• 6:30
largest economy in the world, they're having a gold craze all
• 6:35
of their own. Japanese people are buying gold
• 6:39
like no other time in recent history because they're waking
• 6:43
up as their yen is going down, down, down in value to the
• 6:49
wealth preservation functionality that can be found
• 6:52
in things like gold and silver. It's going to be an interesting
• 6:57
decade ahead of us guys. We've got so much going on, so
• 7:02
many factors that are coming together, a confluence of
• 7:05
factors that are supportive to both the silver and the gold
• 7:10
price. You know, I'll be here with you
• 7:12
through it all. If you want to get your hands on
• 7:14
some silver right now, go check out pin backs.
• 7:18
They're the sponsor of this video.
• 7:21
I've purchased silver from them in the past.
• 7:24
I did my research, did my homework on the company, and I
• 7:28
found they checked all the boxes quality, price, and
• 7:33
trustworthiness. I think you might benefit from
• 7:35
checking them out as well. And I think you'll find the same
• 7:38
thing that I found. Pin Becks is best.
• 7:41
Hey, take care and I'll see you soon.
