- 0:52well I'm going to try and find some new avenues as well To get the videos put up there too,
- 0:57So Here's the cool thing about EyeOpener Society as we keep evolving And moving,
- 1:04I've evolved with a brand new co-host We've all met her on episode 101,
- 1:09Lizzie Who's been completely amazing,
- 1:13Lizzie shares so much of my ideas and my vision of eye-opener society,
- 1:18but what's great about it, she's helping me actually find that direction to
- 1:22get it in, and she's actually motivating me to do it. And that's what's exciting to me.
- 1:27So welcome back, Lizzie. Lizzie, how are you doing?
- 1:30Thank you. Just having a grand old time with life right now.
- 1:34You know, I was telling you, I was kind of having a little bit of an existential
- 1:38crisis this weekend as I kind of reformended my ideas with everything.
- 1:43And now I'm just, I don't know, just excited to figure out how to share them today.
- 1:49Yeah. And we're going to get through it. We all go through this little crisis
- 1:52and I was kind of concerned. I seen the video and I looked at your face and
- 1:57I said, you're really scared about something.
- 2:00At least that was my perception, you know, but I was like, oh, do you need help?
- 2:05So do you want to go through a little bit of it and let people know what's going on?
- 2:10So first existential crisis sounds pretty dramatic. I'm a little bit of a dramatic
- 2:15person. You know, I just take things very deep.
- 2:18But when you when you go through like shadow work and deconstructing yourself
- 2:23a lot, at some point you just kind of get comfortable with having your identity shaken.
- 2:28And it's almost kind of the point, which was kind of leading me into what I
- 2:34wanted to talk about today with like my ideas on reality,
- 2:37because that's kind of what happened was I took I took it to like a different
- 2:43perspective, which in a weird paradox in which there's no way I can possibly explain this.
- 2:50It simultaneously affirmed everything I had done in the last six years,
- 2:54but also undid it in a weird way that made it also more accurate. Hoop, hoop, hoop.
- 3:00Well, listen, that's great. And or at least the crazy thing about reality,
- 3:05it's so hard to explain. It really is.
- 3:08But I mean, we all live through it.
- 3:11And the thing is, like me, I practice mindfulness.
- 3:16So here I am in the moment and that's all I'm concerned about.
- 3:19But I think you, and correct me if I'm wrong, you are in multi-dimensions all at one time.
- 3:27And I find it amazing. I find it beautiful, actually. So what are your thoughts
- 3:32now on reality? I mean, what did you learn from this crisis?
- 3:36Okay, so this is a little bit of what I'm learning. I'm learning that I'm really
- 3:39good at seeing all of the many layers, still learning to bring it down into
- 3:44the 3D, which is where you're good at with the mindfulness.
- 3:48I can't be mindful if I'm washing the dishes. I'm also thinking about like 42 different things,
- 3:54and uh which makes
- 3:58uh writing protocols and stuff like a whole lot of fun because
- 4:00i can see a lot of different angles i could connect a lot of dots for people
- 4:05and that's been a really fun thing but i've really struggled on trying to write
- 4:09one that's like accurate because any time i create anything it creates more
- 4:15boundaries for other people and so i kept circling around this for a long time.
- 4:20And so my existential crisis was kind of because I understood on a really deep
- 4:27level that we truly do create our own reality.
- 4:30And I know you hear that all the time and like your perception.
- 4:33And, you know, if you're thinking about a red car, you'll see a red car.
- 4:38And I sound a little crazy here, but you create the red car.
- 4:43There are, there are so
- 4:46many dimensions to us as people the the
- 4:50earth as a planet reality as itself like
- 4:53our histories all of this like overlap in this
- 4:56really weird way that this is
- 4:59part of my struggle in trying to figure out how to articulate it because any
- 5:03way I say it is going to put off as many people as as I as are gonna understand
- 5:10it do you know what I mean because everybody creates their own reality when you hear something,
- 5:17your brain, based on your past experiences, decides in that moment if it's part
- 5:22of your reality or not, and you attach to or unattached from that reality based on your decisions.
- 5:29But because we're all set up in this life where this world is so limited,
- 5:35even though we're an unlimited being, we create all these self-limits for ourselves.
- 5:41And so we're creating the red car because we're think that there's going to
- 5:46be like a red car there and so it's like a weird circle of figuring out what
- 5:52rules you have without circling that too much and it's.
- 5:58I'm just trying to figure out how to actually like put this down into the real
- 6:02world. Do you know what I mean?
- 6:04I hope that made even a little bit of sense.
- 6:07Yeah, it does. Listen, I know I've done an episode probably a year ago or so
- 6:13painting your own picture where just what we think is what we're producing.
- 6:18We're just, you know, we're on a stage. The world is a stage.
- 6:21There's nothing there. You create the script and you write what you want to write.
- 6:26And so yeah when you're thinking about that red car you're painting that you're
- 6:30drawing that script out what you're saying makes sense i can see though why
- 6:36it brings you into a crisis,
- 6:38because when you're sitting there really trying to figure it out outside of the mindfulness.
- 6:45And you're incorporating all these different
- 6:48levels in there yeah you're gonna question you're
- 6:51going to question the reality about it right yes yes
- 6:55especially when you're trying to take it from a multi-dimensional perspective
- 7:00and i swear at some point i'm going to have this articulated
- 7:03in a way that's going to make sense but so for
- 7:06for now something to think about is while you're
- 7:09sitting here like doing the podcast your body's
- 7:12just sitting there you're listening so that's your 3d
- 7:16self but at the same time your 4d self
- 7:19is deciding what i'm saying is accurate or not
- 7:21your 5d self is opening up more possibilities based on all this your 60 self
- 7:27is assessing all of your like energetic coding of what's going on which plays
- 7:32into your beliefs and all that and then there's like the part of you which is
- 7:37what i've been talking a lot about like the 6 and the 8d like versions of you.
- 7:42So your 8D self, while you're sitting
- 7:44there, this same part of you is also deciding where you go from here.
- 7:50And so when your 4D self decides something's true, your 8D self aligns timelines
- 7:58and realities with what you just decided.
- 8:02And so even though you're simply just sitting there, you're going through multiple
- 8:07different reality options at any given moment. And that makes sense.
- 8:12It's exactly what I believe, because, yeah, I believe we're alive in all different dimensions.
- 8:18And there's an outcome for each and every one of those dimensions.
- 8:21So if you're making a decision right now, there's multiple decisions being made
- 8:27on each and every dimension.
- 8:28So the outcome is going to be based upon whatever that universe is bringing.
- 8:33And I still don't understand as far as how the outcome is created.
- 8:38So maybe that's where my crisis is. But yeah, because like I say,
- 8:42hey, I want chocolate ice cream.
- 8:45Your decision is based on that and you're going to get chocolate ice cream.
- 8:48But in another dimension, you're getting strawberry. In another one,
- 8:50you're getting vanilla.
- 8:51So again, where does that actual outcome stem from? That's the question.
- 8:59And here's my problem because I have an answer for you. but it is in so many
- 9:04different layers. I don't know how to deliver it to you.
- 9:10Realistically, I'm coming to the understanding, which I sound like a crazy person.
- 9:20Everybody's acknowledging this idea that time is nonlinear, right?
- 9:24But time, as to what I'm understanding now, just really doesn't exist.
- 9:30It all happens right now.
- 9:33And so what you're doing right this exact moment is in the same time as your
- 9:41entire lifespan and all your future lives and all your past lives and all of
- 9:46it happens in one little instant of a flash.
- 9:50And so when you are making decisions, you are altering everything.
- 9:57And so history, almost from an energetic 13D dimension perspective,
- 10:04doesn't exist. You decide your history based on the story you write.
- 10:10And it's also based on what we collectively write until you decide that what's
- 10:15collectively written is different, like you don't apply to that.
- 10:19And somehow you've got to get through all the filters and the connections and
- 10:23the, I guess you could describe them like energy threads that hold you into
- 10:28what you've limited yourself because you're in this limiting world.
- 10:33And that's kind of where I started going into describing it like a game is because
- 10:37you're undoing things that are true.
- 10:40But you're making true things untrue to change your reality. Okay.
- 10:47I mean, listen, it may be crazy to some people who just don't understand it,
- 10:52but to like you and I makes complete and total sense. It really does.
- 10:57We are existing in only one moment, but all the dimensions, like you're saying,
- 11:02it's not linear. It's all occurring all at one time.
- 11:05I spoke about this many times. I said, you got the timeline.
- 11:08It's just a straight line, but take that line away.
- 11:11Everything happened already and hasn't happened all at the same time.
- 11:15Yes, I'm glad you can articulate that so simply for me. Thank you.
- 11:20You're very welcome. Yeah, exactly. It's time without the timeline.
- 11:24Just take that away and everything kind of just condenses into one reality.
- 11:30So you've already lived, you've already died, you're already being born,
- 11:34And it's all happening all in one particular moment.
- 11:39Yes. And that's a way, that's an amazing way to describe it on maybe like three of the dimensions.
- 11:46But then as you like change it, it like, it kind of just gets super entangled.
- 11:52You know, I'm kind of playing with a little bit here.
- 11:57But essentially what I'm realizing were happening is because of all the limitations,
- 12:01instead of this like spiral, of growth and evolving into new, quote,
- 12:08worlds or realities or versions of yourself, or however you want to look at
- 12:11it, we loop into the same thing over and over and over and over again.
- 12:16And it's hard because shadow work, like looking at yourself and deconstructing
- 12:22your ideas and your beliefs, simultaneously pulls you out of the loop,
- 12:26but is also in of itself a loop.
- 12:30And so you can leave that forever and ever and ever trying to heal yourself
- 12:35into a whole person because you are a whole person. That's not the point.
- 12:41All you've got to do is figure out what story you so far written on autopilot
- 12:47before you realized you were an unlimited being that had opportunities because
- 12:53the world didn't tell you that is if they did, you wouldn't be listening to this podcast.
- 12:58You'd be happy. you know with what you've
- 13:01got going so if you're here you were on autopilot you
- 13:04wrote stories you don't agree with and now
- 13:08you've got to decide what those are and not what
- 13:11is true because they're all true you've seen those realities
- 13:14you've experienced them you felt the pain you felt the
- 13:17heartache they're real do they apply to
- 13:20the world you're building is that part of the new story and so at some point
- 13:26you have to go from deconstructing your story to moving on what is your new
- 13:32story what parts of it are you going to build from you don't have to carry that forever you know.
- 13:38Gotcha and this is good because yeah i think a lot of people are always trying to,
- 13:44move on you know we're all looking for that new bigger better thing that's what
- 13:50we're looking for And yeah, but in order to do that, you're right.
- 13:54We have to deconstruct that old way of living in order to move forward and become that new person.
- 14:02So, again, you are making sense, or at least I'm getting good sense, you know, from this.
- 14:08But it does. You have to really sit there and figure it out.
- 14:13But you don't have to figure it out alone because Lizzie here has a whole program
- 14:18on this. and you can always reach out to her and she'll work with you.
- 14:22And I swear when I'm working individually with like your life and what you're
- 14:27doing, I make far more sense than when I'm trying to speak on a broad term of things.
- 14:33Well, yeah, absolutely. It's more specific than, I mean, you are,
- 14:36you're trying to give that broader sense of everything and trying to make sense of it all at once.
- 14:41And it's not a problem. It's coming through at least clear to me.
- 14:44But yeah, if you out there in the audience would like to work with Lizzie,
- 14:49how did I get in touch with you, Lizzie?
- 14:53Email is probably the best. Just energy.buy.lizzy at gmail.
- 14:59Yeah, reach out to her and set up appointments and you do some great work.
- 15:04And that's what's so appreciative.
- 15:06And no one else is appreciative?
- 15:09You guys, the audience, thank you so very much for tuning into this episode, episode 102.
- 15:15I promise you there's going to be so much more cool, fun stuff that's going to be going on.

- 15:47but it's just another platform that I like to put on because it's not mainstream
- 15:50and there's no censorship because I just noticed I started to get censored on
- 15:53YouTube, obviously, because it's just mainstream. So I'm trying to avoid that.
