- 0:37Speaker 1: lead off the show today with Trump's clip here talking
- 0:41Speaker 1: about the potential of a two thousand dollars stimulus check.
- 0:45Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 0:46Speaker 3: But ultimately your tariffs are going to be over at
- 0:48Speaker 3: trillion dollars a year. In my opinion, we also might
- 0:51Speaker 3: make a distribution to the people, almost like a dividend
- 0:55Speaker 3: to the people of America.
- 0:56Speaker 4: How much are you thinking for that, sir, well.
- 0:58Speaker 3: With thinking maybe a thousand into two thousand dollars be great.
- 1:02Speaker 1: Yeah, I think it would be great. Now, there has
- 1:04Speaker 1: been several promises like this in the past. Let's look
- 1:08Speaker 1: at stimulus checks and if you were to invest them
- 1:10Speaker 1: just in ethereum. If you look at the April twenty
- 1:13Speaker 1: twenty that was twelve hundred, January was six hundred, March
- 1:16Speaker 1: twenty twenty one to fourteen hundred total around thirty two hundred.
- 1:19Speaker 1: You pop that into eth you'd be around forty grand. Okay,
- 1:23Speaker 1: So there is a big benefit here of taking a
- 1:26Speaker 1: look at going in this direction. Now you've got to
- 1:29Speaker 1: look at some of the things that have been happening
- 1:31Speaker 1: in terms of cost to tax payers. Doe says it
- 1:34Speaker 1: saved one hundred and sixty billion, Those cuts have actually
- 1:37Speaker 1: cost one hundred and thirty five billion. These kinds of
- 1:39Speaker 1: cuts end up reducing productivity and all sorts of things.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I don't necessarily agree with what Elon was.
- 1:45Speaker 2: Trying to do.
- 1:46Speaker 1: I think the vision was maybe a very grandiose, but
- 1:49Speaker 1: actually execution was the problem.
- 1:52Speaker 2: Obviously, this charts.
- 1:53Speaker 1: In on Americans and is now costing us out there
- 1:56Speaker 1: in every way possible. Now, you guys, remember we actually
- 2:00Speaker 1: video on this, is that we could see a five
- 2:02Speaker 1: K DOGE I think it was between Elon and Trump
- 2:05Speaker 1: jesting on this.
- 2:06Speaker 2: And this is not funny stuff because.
- 2:07Speaker 1: A lot of people would look at this and say
- 2:09Speaker 1: this could help us out, literally help us out. So
- 2:13Speaker 1: that one didn't come though. Now that's the point I'm
- 2:15Speaker 1: getting at is this one might not come either. I
- 2:18Speaker 1: think it starts to put a lot of pressure on
- 2:21Speaker 1: President Trump. If you look at the US deck clock,
- 2:24Speaker 1: I don't understand where that data is coming from right there,
- 2:27Speaker 1: in terms of the Doge data on savings per taxpayer,
- 2:31Speaker 1: if Doze wasn't actually saving anyone, So you guys are
- 2:35Speaker 1: going to try to figure the magic.
- 2:37Speaker 2: Math on that.
- 2:38Speaker 1: Good voodoo is where it's working. But if you look
- 2:40Speaker 1: at US tariffs, this is what is real. And this
- 2:44Speaker 1: is the kind of tariff numbers that we're starting to
- 2:46Speaker 1: see in comparison to the past and historical tariff collections.
- 2:51Speaker 1: And there's only one way that this pays out, and
- 2:54Speaker 1: that is it's going to cost Americans in terms of
- 2:56Speaker 1: taxes and also in inflation.
- 2:59Speaker 2: This is all being paid out there.
- 3:00Speaker 1: You guys understand this, whether it's at the pump, at
- 3:03Speaker 1: the grocery stores, all sorts of things. The average costs
- 3:06Speaker 1: right now of household in terms of tariff costs, you
- 3:09Speaker 1: could look and see significance of anywhere, depending on where
- 3:13Speaker 1: you are in the scale of anywhere, from on average
- 3:17Speaker 1: higher consumption around thirty eight hundred. This came from Yale
- 3:20Speaker 1: if you were down on general or average around twenty
- 3:22Speaker 1: three hundred. So if you look at rebates now and
- 3:26Speaker 1: where they're leading, it starts to show up in some
- 3:29Speaker 1: of the commodity markets, and one of them is soybeans.
- 3:32Speaker 1: Soybean you guys probably track it a little bit, but
- 3:34Speaker 1: if you look at US soybean sales to China literally
- 3:38Speaker 1: have gone from high in October to literally nothing. So
- 3:42Speaker 1: we are at a zero case right now where American
- 3:46Speaker 1: soybean farmers are absolutely being destroyed. And this is a
- 3:49Speaker 1: big problem because it does start to affect not only
- 3:52Speaker 1: the markets but commodity markets, but also I think the
- 3:54Speaker 1: broader markets in general in terms of impact. I want
- 3:58Speaker 1: to go to a clip real quick. It explains it
- 3:59Speaker 1: a little bit more. Take a look.
- 4:01Speaker 2: Trump's ag secretary.
- 4:03Speaker 5: An Associated Press photographer got a snap.
- 4:05Speaker 6: On the phone, So the text says we bailed out
- 4:08Speaker 6: Argentina yesterday parentheses bess and in return, the Argentines removed
- 4:13Speaker 6: their export tariffs on grains, reducing their price, and sold
- 4:17Speaker 6: a bunch of soybeans to China at a time when
- 4:19Speaker 6: we would normally be selling to China. Soy price is
- 4:22Speaker 6: dropping further because of it. This gives China more leverage
- 4:25Speaker 6: on us on a plane. But Scott, I can call
- 4:29Speaker 6: you when I land.
- 4:30Speaker 7: Right now, China has purchased zero soybeans. The American farmer,
- 4:35Speaker 7: especially myself, we don't want to eight payments.
- 4:38Speaker 8: We want to work.
- 4:39Speaker 7: The worst thing that we could ever want as a handout.
- 4:41Speaker 7: We need to demand trade, not aid. Farmers don't want
- 4:44Speaker 7: to bail out, they want markets.
- 4:46Speaker 2: Some of that tariff money that we made. We're going
- 4:48Speaker 2: to give it to our farmers for a little while,
- 4:51Speaker 2: going to be hurt until it kicks in.
- 4:53Speaker 3: The tariffs skick into their benefit.
- 4:54Speaker 1: This may be the thing that bites Trump and the
- 4:57Speaker 1: Republican Party if they continue to lose the farmers, because
- 5:01Speaker 1: if you look at Trump's Argentina bailout, which is what
- 5:04Speaker 1: they're talking about, this sparks a big fury among farmers
- 5:07Speaker 1: and Republicans in general, because this is something that I
- 5:10Speaker 1: think in general when you look at how the Republican
- 5:13Speaker 1: base looks at Trump, the idea was to reduce costs.
- 5:16Speaker 1: I know a lot of people were in on tariffs
- 5:19Speaker 1: in the sense of, hey, this is unfair, they continue
- 5:21Speaker 1: to drive us down. But the real fact is is
- 5:24Speaker 1: that in many cases, what these tariffs ended up doing
- 5:27Speaker 1: was costing American taxpayers money in all sorts of consumption areas.
- 5:31Speaker 1: And now you're talking about livelihoods that are being destroyed.
- 5:35Speaker 1: Let's go over to the tax bill. So now we're
- 5:37Speaker 1: out of tariffs into taxes. Where we are right now,
- 5:39Speaker 1: all households benefit from tax cuts under the new law,
- 5:42Speaker 1: but the richer households are going to benefit more rich households.
- 5:46Speaker 1: And if you look at this, the top point one
- 5:48Speaker 1: is going to be three point two percent more rich.
- 5:51Speaker 1: I'm going to zoom in on that for you guys,
- 5:53Speaker 1: so you can see it. That's the three point two
- 5:55Speaker 1: And then if you look further into the chart, this
- 5:58Speaker 1: is how the wealthy gained proportionately from this new law.
- 6:02Speaker 2: And you can kind of see it.
- 6:03Speaker 1: Right there's the top one percent, the top five or
- 6:05Speaker 1: ninety five to ninety nine percent, the top five percent,
- 6:08Speaker 1: and then further on.
- 6:09Speaker 2: So you can kind of see.
- 6:10Speaker 1: Disproportionately that orange section right there is the problem that
- 6:14Speaker 1: we're continuing to see. So if you think about crony capitalism,
- 6:18Speaker 1: which appears to be happening more and more in DC,
- 6:21Speaker 1: I thought we were going to get away from this.
- 6:23Speaker 1: Guys A lot of the big donors and the beneficiaries
- 6:27Speaker 1: are guys like Elon and Larry. We all know what
- 6:29Speaker 1: that means. Larry's in the middle of the TikTok deal.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Elon's getting I think every handout you can imagine that
- 6:35Speaker 1: continues to push on Tesla and SpaceX. This is not
- 6:38Speaker 1: necessarily what we signed up for. Unfortunately, it is extending
- 6:41Speaker 1: into it. Granted it has happened before in previous presidencies,
- 6:46Speaker 1: but this was supposed to be different.
- 6:47Speaker 2: That's a concern right now.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Now let's get into tariffs and how this is actually
- 6:54Speaker 1: going to thwart innovation.
- 6:56Speaker 2: Listen to Ken Griffy right here. Take a look.
- 6:59Speaker 5: You don't think Apple should the exempt given how many
- 7:01Speaker 5: of us by iPhones.
- 7:02Speaker 2: One hundred percent?
- 7:02Speaker 5: Not you don't like the president, but what about the
- 7:05Speaker 5: commitments he's getting in return about investment in America from
- 7:09Speaker 5: Apple for instance, for Nvidia to do business in China.
- 7:11Speaker 9: And to take a cut with each administration. Are you
- 7:14Speaker 9: going to find Corporate America having to cut new deals
- 7:18Speaker 9: with the new administration. Why is Jensen so successful Because
- 7:21Speaker 9: Nvidia is so damn innovative. But the core competency won't
- 7:24Speaker 9: be that you can drive innovation, It's that you can
- 7:27Speaker 9: drive the right favors from DC. There's only one way
- 7:30Speaker 9: this game ends.
- 7:32Speaker 2: All of us lose, all.
- 7:34Speaker 1: Right, So innovation is a problem. This is something that
- 7:37Speaker 1: I don't often agree with Ken Griffin, but I agree
- 7:39Speaker 1: with him there, and that is they need to stick
- 7:42Speaker 1: their head down, worry about innovation, dealing with trade deals
- 7:46Speaker 1: with Trump and trying to build stuff that should be
- 7:49Speaker 1: something that is kind of on the sidebod because productivity
- 7:52Speaker 1: is all going to be generated out of.
- 7:53Speaker 2: Innovation going forward.
- 7:55Speaker 1: So let's continue down the stimulus check lane here, and
- 7:59Speaker 1: now let's break it down into the States. New York
- 8:02Speaker 1: was here recently out talking about this.
- 8:05Speaker 8: Take a look, We've been able to amass two to
- 8:08Speaker 8: three billion dollars more than we thought that we anticipate
- 8:11Speaker 8: in our budget. This doesn't belong to us. Why don't
- 8:15Speaker 8: we give that back to New Yorkers. It's only there
- 8:17Speaker 8: one time, up to four hundred dollars a person going
- 8:20Speaker 8: to get it checks. Don't start calling us. Give us
- 8:24Speaker 8: October and November.
- 8:25Speaker 10: Okay.
- 8:26Speaker 8: I don't know the logic behind all this, but this
- 8:28Speaker 8: is what I'm told is the timeframe. So you'll have
- 8:31Speaker 8: it just in time for your holidays shopping.
- 8:33Speaker 1: Okay, all right, So if you consider these stimulus checks
- 8:35Speaker 1: hitting your bank account and you're thinking what do I
- 8:38Speaker 1: do with this? Well, if you're holding the dollars, you're
- 8:40Speaker 1: just getting debased, right And if you look at what's
- 8:43Speaker 1: happening with the Fed, we're going to get another rate cut.
- 8:45Speaker 1: It's coming in the end of October this month. We're
- 8:48Speaker 1: most likely going to get an early December rate cut,
- 8:50Speaker 1: and that's going to continue to drive these rates down
- 8:53Speaker 1: in the money market funds that you know, those money
- 8:55Speaker 1: market funds have fees, and you're already getting debased on
- 8:59Speaker 1: the US. So one of my recommendation, not financial advice,
- 9:03Speaker 1: is just take it over and start to take a
- 9:05Speaker 1: look at something like silver. Silver is absolutely moving and
- 9:09Speaker 1: it's been in this cycle of starting to move in
- 9:11Speaker 1: We did a whole video on this with Andy Schackman.
- 9:13Speaker 1: Go back and watch that on the channel. He'll explain
- 9:16Speaker 1: all of why silver is what could be a fifty
- 9:19Speaker 1: year move that is setting up on this And if
- 9:22Speaker 1: you take a look at this right here, the yearly
- 9:25Speaker 1: silver log scale. We are here right now, and right
- 9:30Speaker 1: now it is potentially setting up for a massive, massive
- 9:34Speaker 1: move because remember silver has been repressed for a very
- 9:37Speaker 1: long time. Once we see media start moving into this,
- 9:39Speaker 1: when when it's hits fifty dollars, that's when I think
- 9:43Speaker 1: you're going to start to see big action in the market.
- 9:46Speaker 1: And this right here will explain why.
- 9:48Speaker 7: Take a look, here's a quote silver is going to
- 9:51Speaker 7: fail to deliver. So I think before year end you're
- 9:55Speaker 7: going to see the silver market break.
- 9:57Speaker 10: Bill I believe is right. Once silver passes this fifty
- 10:02Speaker 10: dollars threshold and it gets into the news cycle and
- 10:06Speaker 10: people learn about all of the fundamentals underlying silver. If
- 10:11Speaker 10: you take one percent of the twenty trillion, that's two
- 10:16Speaker 10: hundred billion that could come chasing silver. There isn't enough
- 10:19Speaker 10: silver at these prices.
- 10:21Speaker 7: This right here is a chart of silver. Obviously, it's
- 10:22Speaker 7: that long term cup and handle that forty five year
- 10:24Speaker 7: cup and handle. This is what it looks like. Now
- 10:28Speaker 7: we're already twenty days in a row closing above forty
- 10:31Speaker 7: dollars an ounce, and obviously we keep setting, you know,
- 10:33Speaker 7: record highs. We're building a lot of momentum.
- 10:35Speaker 1: They won't be able to actually deliver silver to the
- 10:38Speaker 1: people who are purchasing it, which is going to create
- 10:40Speaker 1: that pent up demand and it's going to create an
- 10:43Speaker 1: absolute blowoff top.
- 10:44Speaker 2: So be on the lookout right now.
- 10:46Speaker 1: That fifty dollars window, and that's what Andy Scheckman is
- 10:48Speaker 1: kind of pointing to. Fifty bucks is the point of
- 10:51Speaker 1: no return. We are going to see silver starts moves,
- 10:54Speaker 1: all right. So if you're not thinking about silver, then
- 10:56Speaker 1: let's go the stable coin route and consider how you
- 10:59Speaker 1: might get your stimulus. The Federal Reserve is hosting a
- 11:03Speaker 1: stable coin and DeFi focused conference. This is all tied into,
- 11:07Speaker 1: of course, alignment with not only the Clarity Act, which
- 11:09Speaker 1: could be also coming through. I don't know if it's
- 11:11Speaker 1: going to happen in October, but the date is October
- 11:14Speaker 1: twenty first, So could they announce that they might be
- 11:18Speaker 1: setting up a stimulus check delivery via crypto in some way,
- 11:24Speaker 1: and I'm thinking about some sort of stable coin. Who
- 11:27Speaker 1: knows which one it would look like. Who knows how
- 11:30Speaker 1: that would be executed. But the point is is maybe
- 11:33Speaker 1: that would be the potential for them segueing in the
- 11:36Speaker 1: United States population into stable coins.
- 11:40Speaker 2: Think about that. It's a bigger picture for sure, all right.
- 11:44Speaker 1: So now let's move over to what you could do
- 11:47Speaker 1: with it if you follow the footsteps of how other
- 11:50Speaker 1: countries have taken these kind of scenarios and used them
- 11:53Speaker 1: to their advantage.
- 11:54Speaker 2: I want to play a clip for you.
- 11:55Speaker 1: This is vitallic bututeran, and he's talking about Argentina and
- 12:00Speaker 1: use of crypto.
- 12:01Speaker 2: Take a look.
- 12:02Speaker 11: Argentina has a huge crypto enthusiast population. Right, people have
- 12:07Speaker 11: ended up being very inventive and resorting to you know,
- 12:10Speaker 11: US dollars, cryptocurrency, all kinds of things to save their
- 12:14Speaker 11: money and to do transactions and move money. Number of
- 12:17Speaker 11: Ethereum users there is huge, Like I literally get recognized
- 12:21Speaker 11: on the street more often in Bonos, Airis than I
- 12:23Speaker 11: do in San Francisco, Right.
- 12:25Speaker 1: All right, So if you look at Argentina and their
- 12:28Speaker 1: use case, this right here is a good example. This
- 12:31Speaker 1: is bitcoin about fourteen point seven percent, Eve ten percent,
- 12:36Speaker 1: and then all coin thirteen percent. So twenty three percent
- 12:39Speaker 1: outside of bitcoin, sixty one percent into stable coins. That's
- 12:43Speaker 1: how much they're trusting this ecosystem. And that may be
- 12:47Speaker 1: the case for Americans now because they've seen this happen
- 12:51Speaker 1: before and they missed it on the last bull run.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Maybe this is their chance of being able to get
- 12:57Speaker 1: in on some of these crypto gains for sure. All Right,
- 13:00Speaker 1: So if you go shopping for tokens and you're thinking,
- 13:02Speaker 1: maybe I'll buy some bitcoin with this this you know,
- 13:05Speaker 1: steamy check, maybe I'll buy some XRP, or you could
- 13:08Speaker 1: go down here and say I'm gonna go a little
- 13:10Speaker 1: bit riskier and I'm gonna grab Avalanche or even sweet.
- 13:12Speaker 1: Well let's consider because many people might say, Hey, no,
- 13:16Speaker 1: I'm gonna go with Dose, and I'm gonna go with
- 13:17Speaker 1: these meme coins. I'm gonna go you know, a thousand X.
- 13:20Speaker 1: I want to play a clip for you that will
- 13:22Speaker 1: make you rethink one of the biggest tokens out there,
- 13:25Speaker 1: and that is Ethereum.
- 13:26Speaker 2: Listen to this.
- 13:28Speaker 4: Bitmin trades three billion dollars a day. Micro Strategy trades
- 13:31Speaker 4: three point four billion dollars a day, So we're going
- 13:34Speaker 4: to be part of a lot of these major indices
- 13:36Speaker 4: when they rebalance, and that's actually what sustains valuation premiums
- 13:41Speaker 4: because now you have someone who's buying every day. That
- 13:44Speaker 4: implies somewhere between ten and twelve thousand free ethereum by
- 13:47Speaker 4: the end of the year. But I don't think that
- 13:49Speaker 4: would be the ceiling free ethereum. You know, in twenty seventeen,
- 13:52Speaker 4: Bitcoin was under one thousand, and we thought it would
- 13:54Speaker 4: get to twenty five thousand by twenty twenty two, but
- 13:57Speaker 4: could get to one hundred thousand a little bit later.
- 14:00Speaker 4: You know, eight years later, bitcoins over one hundred thousand.
- 14:03Speaker 4: An intermediate level for ethereum is matching bitcoins network value
- 14:09Speaker 4: a couple of years from now, so that would be
- 14:10Speaker 4: sixty thousand to ETH.
- 14:13Speaker 2: I think that's a good place to leave this one. Maybe,
- 14:15Speaker 2: all right, So there you heard you, guys.
- 14:16Speaker 1: Sixty thousand and eight Eth is trading at about forty
- 14:19Speaker 1: five hundred today. So imagine that you're talking in excess
- 14:22Speaker 1: of ten x on this in a large way. And
- 14:25Speaker 1: if you look at that and you end up staking it,
- 14:28Speaker 1: this is the kind of scenario that you'd play into
- 14:30Speaker 1: This is the initial eth purchase we were talking about
- 14:34Speaker 1: and being able to stake coming in on this. This
- 14:37Speaker 1: is the kind of number instead of forty K, you'd
- 14:39Speaker 1: be ended up around fifty seven thousand dollars on that
- 14:42Speaker 1: same two K investment. Not telling you to go on
- 14:45Speaker 1: investing crypto, not telling you taken and do any kind
- 14:47Speaker 1: of investing. What I am telling you is you go
- 14:49Speaker 1: to do the research on this, understand where this market
- 14:52Speaker 1: is going. This is what everybody's talking about. The finance
- 14:56Speaker 1: ecosystem is shifting, and now we're starting to see a
- 14:59Speaker 1: potential may where we're going to see a massive upcurve
- 15:03Speaker 1: in terms of adoption. So let's take a look at
- 15:06Speaker 1: where Ethereum would be if it equaled the market cap
- 15:10Speaker 1: of Apple.
- 15:10Speaker 2: Well, there you have it.
- 15:11Speaker 1: That's a seven AX at thirty one thousand, less than
- 15:13Speaker 1: what Tom Lee is kind of talking about. And then
- 15:15Speaker 1: if you compare this right now with Solana in the
- 15:19Speaker 1: same kind of scenario, Yeah, that's right. I'm showing a
- 15:22Speaker 1: seven thousand dollars Salona, which is a thirty X from here.
- 15:25Speaker 1: I'm not saying that's going to happen, guys, to just understand,
- 15:28Speaker 1: but I think many times, in my opinion, always go
- 15:31Speaker 1: a little bit more conservative on any kind of investing
- 15:33Speaker 1: that you're doing. But the point is is that there
- 15:35Speaker 1: are opportunities out there.
- 15:37Speaker 2: What are you going to do with this?
- 15:39Speaker 1: If you get a two thousand dollars check signed from
- 15:41Speaker 1: Donald Trump or he sends you some USD one coming
- 15:45Speaker 1: over from his stable coin coffers, what are you going
- 15:48Speaker 1: to do with it? Would you put it into crypto?
- 15:51Speaker 1: Would you go out and buy some money markets, buying gold, silver?
- 15:55Speaker 1: Drop it in the comments down below. I'd love to
- 15:57Speaker 1: know what you guys are going to do. Get in
