- 0:19Hello and welcome to episode 67 of the All Systems Go sports
- 0:25Betting podcast powered by Rhythm.
- 0:28I'm your host Josh Applebaum. What's going on everyone?
- 0:35Happy Monday. More importantly, happy 1st day
- 0:38of July. That's right, we're flipping the
- 0:40page. Summers flying by.
- 0:42June is over, July is here. 4th of July only a few days away.
- 0:46I'm excited because on Wednesday me and the wife are going cross
- 0:49country to spend 4th of July with her family in San Diego.
- 0:53Can see some fireworks at Coronado and also go to a Padres
- 0:56game. So very much looking forward to
- 0:58that now. Pretty good weekend over the
- 1:01weekend, guys, I spent the weekend with the fam out in
- 1:04Western Mass going to the Solid Sound Festival.
- 1:06Any Wilco fans out there? What a great time that was.
- 1:09We're back at it. Most importantly over the
- 1:11weekend, though, guys, we continued our biting UFC hot
- 1:15streak because we had our guy Ian Gary come through for the
- 1:19team. A little bit of a streak here,
- 1:21guys, a little bit of a streak. Keep it, keep it, keep it on the
- 1:24DL, you know, stay quiet here. But I believe we now won six
- 1:27straight UFC bets, which is nice to see.
- 1:29And really the fact that our model is coming through for us.
- 1:32Remember we are a data-driven sports betting podcast where we
- 1:35apply data to everything we do because we want to make smart
- 1:39bets with our head and not our heart.
- 1:41And our model for UFC is basically looking at bet splits,
- 1:44low bets, higher dollars, line movement and then looking at
- 1:47younger, taller, longer reach. So we had Ian Gary come through.
- 1:50He only got half the tickets, 50% bets, but 84% of the money.
- 1:55Remember he had that big steam -115 to -150 and he had the big
- 1:59youth advantage, 26 years old verse 37 years old also had a
- 2:03big significant strikes per minute advantage there as he put
- 2:07out what was it around six strikes per minute versus only
- 2:09around three for his opponent. So it was great to see our guy
- 2:12Ian, Gary Cash Bigley over the weekend now also mention this I
- 2:17am looking at I'm turning the page here.
- 2:19Obviously, we're going to get right back to MLB as well as
- 2:22WNBA because I do it with three pack for you.
- 2:24I was disappointed I woke up today looking for I know Mondays
- 2:26are a little bit slower than usual in baseball.
- 2:29Only three Major League Baseball games.
- 2:31Who's who's the commissioner? It's not Selig anymore, it's Rob
- 2:34Manfred. But who created the schedule?
- 2:36You only give me 3 games on a Monday anyway, Only three games.
- 2:40I did find 2 bets in Major League Baseball, including a
- 2:43very short number as well as a total which our friends at Juice
- 2:47Reel have a very good sharp mush advantage on.
- 2:49And then going to look toward the WNBA one bet tonight here
- 2:52looking at a very short money line favorite in which we have a
- 2:56good rhythm system match as well as a rest first tired system
- 2:59match. SO3 bets here for tonight, aided
- 3:02by our friends here at both Juice Reel and rhythm.
- 3:04Shout out to rhythm. They just redesigned their app.
- 3:05A fantastic job, much more colorful, more insights, more
- 3:09info. So of course, with both rhythm
- 3:12and Juice reel, make sure you get those seven day free trials.
- 3:15Give them both a shot. Hopefully they can help you to
- 3:17cash some bets. But I do want to say before we
- 3:19Devin our sweats, they a three pack two MLB one WBA that I'm
- 3:23still looking at the Nathan's hot dog eating contest because
- 3:26I'm one of those weird crazy people that it's a rite of
- 3:29passage. 4th of July, you know, cookout red, white and blue hot
- 3:32dogs, hamburgers, some cold beers.
- 3:34And then of course, you got a bet on the Nathan's hot dog
- 3:37eating contest. The crazy thing this year, you
- 3:40may have heard me mention it before on the pod, is that the
- 3:42GOAT? Nope, not Tom Brady, not Wayne
- 3:44Gretzky, you know, not not Michael Jordan.
- 3:48But no, the GOAT of competitive eating, Joey Chestnut actually
- 3:51was banned from the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating contest because he
- 3:54did the cardinal sin, committed the cardinal sin by signing an
- 3:57endorsement deal with Beyond Meats, which is the plant based
- 4:02hot dogs and hamburgers, which Nathan's hot dogs, they're not
- 4:05happy about that. So no Joey Chestnut, he won it.
- 4:08I don't even know, 15 years in a row or 16, the last 18,
- 4:11something crazy like that. So I just looked at the updated
- 4:15odds for the Nathan's Hot Dog Eating contest.
- 4:18I know you're laughing, rolling your eyes, but if you know, you
- 4:20know 'cause we've had some good success over the years betting
- 4:23on the hot dog contest. Because again, this pod is all
- 4:26about data, no matter what it is betting Little League, World
- 4:29Series, betting you know the Olympics, Nathan's hot dog
- 4:32contest, it doesn't matter. Betting a betting a draft.
- 4:35Obviously last week I had the NBA draft.
- 4:36But if we can really look at numbers, how they move and
- 4:40identify, you know, where the line is trending, we can make
- 4:43money no matter what it is. So I'll just throw this at you
- 4:46now. I bookmarked the odds at
- 4:48DraftKings for the hot dog contest.
- 4:50Guess who the favorite is now that Joey Chestnut is gone?
- 4:53It's Jeffrey Esper, who I believe if I remember correctly,
- 4:56he wore Red Sox hat. He's actually from
- 4:58Massachusetts. He's a very short favorite -120
- 5:01James Webb plus 200. Nick Weary plus 550.
- 5:04Let's keep an eye between Esper and Webb.
- 5:06This is a very short price. I'm maybe leaning Esper here,
- 5:09but I want to see which direction this line moves.
- 5:11Like, for example, Esper on July 1st is -120 does he move up to
- 5:16-150 By tomorrow, does he get up to -170?
- 5:19We want to see that movement in favor of Esper or which
- 5:22direction it's going to go. But as of now, Esper is the
- 5:24favorite. We'll see which way that that
- 5:26moves. And then also over underdogs.
- 5:29That's right. If you're looking at over under
- 5:32number of hot dogs, I'll give you a perfect example here
- 5:35looking at juice and why it's important like James Webb, who
- 5:38is the second best odds here for winning the contest at +200.
- 5:43James Webb hot dogs 48 1/2 think you can eat 48 1/2 dogs.
- 5:48I think it's, is it 10 minutes, 15 minutes.
- 5:50I got to double check the rules. But James Webb is 48 1/2 / -,
- 5:55140 under plus 110. So let's also look at how the
- 5:58juice moves on these dogs 'cause we can take advantage of over
- 6:01unders. And then we do have some match
- 6:03ups as well head to head. So we actually have head to head
- 6:06winter or spread. Like Mickey Sudo is actually the
- 6:09favorite to win for the the women, but she's -1600 she's
- 6:13basically the GOAT for the female competition.
- 6:15Too high to bet. But look at this one.
- 6:18We have a head to head hot dogs eaten by Jeffrey Esper versus
- 6:22Miki Sudo esper -9 1/2 is -120 Sudo plus 9 1/2 is -110 So
- 6:28basically, you know you can we can bet on these matchups as
- 6:32well as having matchups with spreads.
- 6:34So I know you're like Josh, you are insane.
- 6:36What are you doing talking about hot dog eating contests and
- 6:39getting so in depth? We'll just hopefully I'll prove
- 6:42it to you. If you haven't proven it to yet,
- 6:44we're going to make some money on the hot dog contest.
- 6:45So I always mention this bookmark the odds.
- 6:48Let's see how they move. We got a couple days until 4th
- 6:51of July. This is just your getting back
- 6:53in the swing of things on a Monday, you know, getting ready
- 6:56for an big upcoming betting event.
- 6:58Yes, it is a hot dog contest, but if you haven't bet it yet,
- 7:02we're going to make some money off it.
- 7:03So bookmark the odds. We'll see how they move and I'm
- 7:05excited to get down, eat some dogs myself.
- 7:08I would put my own, my, my, my personal.
- 7:12I'll be in Coronado here. So my my 4th of July San Diego
- 7:15family cookout with the in laws, I'll put it at maybe I was going
- 7:20to say 6 1/2. That seems like a lot.
- 7:21I don't want to look like a slob in front of the in laws.
- 7:24I'll say 4 1/2. You better take that over
- 7:26though. Anyway, let's get to our sweats
- 7:28here for today, guys. After hitting on some hot dog
- 7:30contest talk, let's go right to Major League Baseball because we
- 7:35have again, a very weird slate today.
- 7:36Only three games overall. I didn't want to force anything.
- 7:39I also didn't want to pass up anything and I found two bets
- 7:42that caught my eye. So let's talk first, a money
- 7:45line bet. I'm going to go to the middle
- 7:47game here tonight, 6:45 PM Eastern Time.
- 7:49New York Mets playing the Washington Nationals now coming
- 7:52to this one, that's the first game of a four-game series.
- 7:55The Mets are 40 and 41. Just dropped two or three
- 7:59against the Stroh's. They lost on Sunday, 4:50 in
- 8:01extra innings as a -, 125 home favorite.
- 8:04Meanwhile, the Nationals 39 and 44.
- 8:06They also just lost two or three against the Rays.
- 8:09They lost five to nothing yesterday as a + 165 road dog.
- 8:13So for tonight's series opener, we have the Mets going with
- 8:16lefty Drew Peterson. He's three and O with a 3.67
- 8:19ERA. He'll be opposed by the lefty
- 8:21Mackenzie Gore for the Nationals. 6 and seven, 3.6
- 8:25OERA. Now, what are we seeing across
- 8:27the market here? Well, pretty much all movement
- 8:29liability on the Metropolitan. So I'm going Mets here, guys.
- 8:32I got the Mets at -115 What do I like about the Mets?
- 8:36Basically the movement in their favor.
- 8:37This came open at pretty much a pick em.
- 8:39It was around -1 O 5 both sides, some shops even open Nationals,
- 8:43a very slight favorite like Nats -110 -, 115.
- 8:47And really, regardless of the opener, whether it was a slight
- 8:49favorite for the Nats or a pick em game, all movements been
- 8:52toward my the Mets. Mets have now been met up to
- 8:55-115 I'm seeing a couple shops, maybe even approach -120 So it's
- 9:00always good to see a line move further in favor of the side
- 9:02you're trying to bet on because it tells you you kind of
- 9:05anticipated the market correctly.
- 9:06Hopefully you get some closing line value Anyway, the Mets are
- 9:10getting 75% of bets and dollars, so both the pro and Joe bet
- 9:13split. But really to me it's that line
- 9:15move that's really important here.
- 9:17Also, we have some system matches on the Mets.
- 9:19A sweet spot, Short Rd. favorite -130 or less.
- 9:22Those teams are 124 and one O 3 this season.
- 9:25That is a 55% win rate. But because it's a short number
- 9:28you're laying -130 or less, it's a 2% ROI.
- 9:32And then nothing crazy. But when two bad teams play each
- 9:34other, both below 500, which is the case here, take the
- 9:38favorite. Very simple, but it's 174 and
- 9:40one 1959% with a 1% ROI. Also, some other factors here to
- 9:45lean on. The Mets, I'm going to bank on
- 9:47their offense hopefully showing up.
- 9:48They're hitting 250 on the year with 100 and two home runs and
- 9:51393 runs scored. The Nets are hitting 235 with
- 9:56only 68 homers and 300 and 4041 runs scored.
- 10:00Mets, by the way, digging into these pictures a little bit, are
- 10:03four and O. And Peterson's four June starts,
- 10:06all four starts they won, he has a 2.84 ERA on the road versus
- 10:104.4 O at home. So he's been better on the road
- 10:12than at home. He's on the road here tonight.
- 10:15Mackenzie Gore, by the way, not great in June.
- 10:17I want to bet against him. He's got a 5.13 ERA in five June
- 10:21starts. He gave up fifteen earned runs
- 10:23and 26.1 innings pitched. The Nats went two and three in
- 10:26those games. And then also, I mentioned this,
- 10:29you know, it was one of the games last week we talked about,
- 10:32but anytime you see two lefties facing off head to head, just do
- 10:35yourself a favor. Just Google the splits.
- 10:38How do each team, how does each team offensively perform against
- 10:41left-handed pitching 'cause you can see a big discrepancy.
- 10:43Lefty righty and the Mets are much better against lefties.
- 10:46They're hitting 265 against southpaws.
- 10:48That's the 6th best in baseball. Nets are hitting 230 against
- 10:52southpaws. That's 25th.
- 10:55New York, by the way, has had Washington's number the three
- 10:57and O so far this season against the Nats.
- 10:58Let's hope that continues here tonight.
- 11:00And looking at just recent performance, Mets 6:00 and 4:00
- 11:03last 10. They're hitting 269 with a 470
- 11:06ERA. Washington is three and seven
- 11:09over the last 10, only hitting 244 with a 5.28 ERA.
- 11:13Then a little bit of home Rd. You know, Mets here are 19 and
- 11:1616 on the road. They're actually a winning team
- 11:18on the road. Nationals are losing team at
- 11:20home 17 and 19. Also we have seen a little under
- 11:23money show up here. Total open 8 1/2.
- 11:25It's down to 8. That's important because nearly
- 11:2875% of bets are going over. Yet the total fell tells us we
- 11:31got some smart money leaning under forecast here at Nationals
- 11:35Park. High seventies, 8 to 10 mile per
- 11:37hour winds blowing in from center and when the wind blows
- 11:40in five mph or more. The under is 56% this season
- 11:43with a 7% ROI. The only thing holding me off
- 11:46from the under excuse me, is that I missed the 8 1/2.
- 11:49So again, 5 three-game, you want to win that under.
- 11:52You don't want to push that under 5, three, you know, six to
- 11:57two, whatever the case may be. So if you got the 8 1/2 and you
- 12:00got the under, you're looking great, right?
- 12:01Right now, obviously I lean under nothing, but I feel like
- 12:04my edge is stronger here having missed the hook on the 8 1/2 to
- 12:07just go with the side here. So I'm going New York Mets
- 12:10again, pick em game short, favorite opener Washington.
- 12:13Now it's flipped all the way to Mets -115 even approaching -120
- 12:17I'm going with the Mets here. Hopefully get a win for the
- 12:19team. Give me New York Metropolitans
- 12:22at -115 keep on cruising. Second back here for Major
- 12:27League Baseball. Again, short slate, only two,
- 12:29only three games overall, but found a play here on a total.
- 12:33So let's go to Coors Field, Milwaukee and Colorado Brewers
- 12:37in the Rockies, 8:40 PM Eastern Time.
- 12:40First pitch here for tonight. Now we do have Milwaukee decent
- 12:43size favorite around -150 but I don't focus on the total here.
- 12:47I'm going to go over over 11 now.
- 12:50The important thing here right off the bat is that a lot of
- 12:53these elevens are juiced up 11 / -, 115 -, 120.
- 12:57Some shops are even at 11 1/2. So you got to make sure you find
- 13:00that 11/8 to three games, six to five game.
- 13:03You want to push that versus lose if you have over 11 1/2.
- 13:06So again, just make sure you're able to shop around and find
- 13:09that eight, it is pretty widely available.
- 13:12You should still be able to get it.
- 13:13I see a lot of eights across the market at 8 / -, 120.
- 13:18But a couple reasons to kind of lean over here.
- 13:20Number one, the juice is screaming over the fact that
- 13:22it's again -120 to the over juiced up some books, even going
- 13:27to 11 1/2. So tells us we got a little
- 13:29smart money over here. Pretty good bet split to the
- 13:31over. What's interesting to me with
- 13:32with Coors Field is you know, a lot of betters, no, or
- 13:37recreational betters. They, they know that Coors is
- 13:39all about the offense, the rarefied air, the ball travels
- 13:41further. You get a lot of high scoring
- 13:43games, but they also get scared by high totals.
- 13:45Like when a public better sees an 11, they automatically say,
- 13:48hey, that's kind of high. So what I noticed about this
- 13:51over is that it's not getting 90% of bets.
- 13:54Only 56% of bets are taking this over, but it's taking in into
- 13:58account 66% of dollars. So basically you have, you know,
- 14:02slight betting over publicly over but pretty much 5050 but
- 14:072/3 of money and the juice is leaning over.
- 14:09So again, we're piercing together the puzzle here of some
- 14:11over liability. Now the weather looks good for
- 14:14the for the over. Obviously, of course, feel it's
- 14:16all about the rarefied air, the altitude, but should be around
- 14:1980° tonight, 7 to 10 mile per hour winds blowing out to center
- 14:23or even center right. So always take the wind blowing
- 14:25out if you want to bend it over because the ball will travel
- 14:28further. Hopefully a warning track fly
- 14:30ball gets pushed to a first row home run.
- 14:32But also looking at the pitching match up here, the the Brewers
- 14:37are going with a guy I've never heard of, Rob Zastraniski.
- 14:41He's going to be an opener. He's a journeyman.
- 14:43They're like he's 32 year old left-handed pitcher.
- 14:45He'll be opposed by Austin Gomber, who's one in five with a
- 14:484.63 ERA this year. But Gomber has been getting lit
- 14:52up. In the month of June, he made
- 14:53five starts. He had an ERA of 9.39.
- 14:56He gave up twenty four runs in 23 innings.
- 14:59The Rockies went O and five in those starts.
- 15:02Dig a little deeper. These are two of the better over
- 15:04teams in baseball. Milwaukee is 45 and 34 to the
- 15:07over 57 percent, third best over team in baseball.
- 15:11Colorado is 43 and 38 to the over 53%. 8th best over team in
- 15:15baseball. The over by the way at Coors
- 15:17Field this year is 20 and 1754%. Colorado is dead last in
- 15:22pitching. Again, not a great staff but
- 15:25also it's never fun to be a pitcher at Coors.
- 15:28Coors overs this year 20 and 17 or Sorry I already mentioned
- 15:33that. What I want to mention is the
- 15:34Colorado team ERA 5.6 O that is the worst team ERA in baseball.
- 15:39Milwaukee, by the way, is number 7 and run scored and then little
- 15:43cherry on top. Shout out to our friends at
- 15:45Juice Reel. Help us power this pod Juice
- 15:48Reel. I looked at their sharp mush
- 15:50calculator today, which is really cool.
- 15:52It basically just looks at the top proverse Joe bets of the day
- 15:55where the way that they describe it at Juice Reel is sharp mush
- 15:59measures the difference between what our best and worst betters
- 16:02are betting on. A higher percentage indicates a
- 16:04straight a stronger difference between the two classes of
- 16:07betters. They also classify it like this
- 16:10best, first, worst betters use this insight to tail the top
- 16:13performing betters while simultaneously taking the
- 16:16opposite or fading the poor performers.
- 16:18So you're asking like, who are these betters?
- 16:21Everyone who has an app at Juice Reel.
- 16:23So everyone has an app at Juice Reel, which again, you should go
- 16:25download by clicking the custom link at the bio description of
- 16:28this podcast. But basically Juice Reel knows
- 16:32everyone who has an account. They track their performance.
- 16:34You don't, if you want to stay private, you can stay private.
- 16:37But Juice Rail will take that information and say, oh, these
- 16:41people who are winning at a good rate, they're on team A.
- 16:44These people who lose a lot are on team B.
- 16:46Therefore sharp mush says, hey, there's an edge on team A.
- 16:49But anyway, the sharp mush indicator today from Juice Rail
- 16:52was this Milwaukee, Colorado over.
- 16:54It says take the over 11. There's a 53% sharp mush edge.
- 16:59Why? What does that mean?
- 17:00Basically, if you look at the best betters in the app, 88% of
- 17:04them are going over. If you look at the worst betters
- 17:06in the app, 65% of them are going under or flip it the other
- 17:10way, only 35% are on the over. So 88% of good betters on the
- 17:14over, only 35% of bad betters on the over.
- 17:18Therefore, we want to go with the sharp betters, fade the bad
- 17:21betters. That's a 53% edge to take the
- 17:23over here also, you can even see, you know the amount of
- 17:26money that's been wagered in the app on this total at Juice Reel
- 17:30and it winds up pretty well here.
- 17:32The bet splits with DraftKings 52% bets, 68% money for total
- 17:37betters on this total. So that's just a great indicator
- 17:40of one of the great up, you know, kind of tools that Juice
- 17:43Reel can provide to you. It also has the arbitrage bets,
- 17:46the Robo Jackson recommended best bets each day.
- 17:49But I want to try to continue to highlight these great ways that
- 17:52Juice Reel can help you win. So the market lined up with this
- 17:55over 11. Juice Reel is saying, hey, sharp
- 17:57mush indicator says go over 11. So let's root for an over
- 18:00tonight. I'm going Milwaukee, Colorado
- 18:03again. There's some hoax out there.
- 18:05You got to get the just the regular 11 / 11 at -120 I'm on
- 18:09the over over 11, Milwaukee and Colorado.
- 18:12So we got Mets money line Milwaukee, Colorado over 11.
- 18:16Now to finish up the pod here for tonight, let's go over to
- 18:19some WNBA because they're only two games tonight.
- 18:23But the late game, the sun and the mercury, this one caught my
- 18:25eye for a couple different reasons.
- 18:27First off, if you look at just the way this line is moved,
- 18:32we've seen some good movement in favor of the Connecticut Sun.
- 18:36So little background here because again, WNBAI know a lot
- 18:39of guys and gals may not bet it, but when the dog days of the
- 18:42summer, this is another market that we can take advantage of as
- 18:45a data-driven better. So Sun are coming in 14 and
- 18:48four. They're one of the best teams in
- 18:49the WNBA. The Mercury are 9:00 and 9:00,
- 18:52but we've seen here is a good chart move to the Sun.
- 18:54So the Sun open this game as a very short one point or 1 1/2
- 18:59point Rd. favorite. We've now seen the Sun get bet
- 19:01up to -2 1/2 or -3. So first thing I noticed looking
- 19:05at the WNBA games today is boom, Connecticut Sun are taking in
- 19:08some steam again, one 1 1/2 up to 2 1/2 or three.
- 19:12So good sharp movement in favor of the Sun tells me we got smart
- 19:15money on the Sun. Now the Sun from a bet split
- 19:17perspective, they're getting around 70% of bets in dollars.
- 19:20So not a huge indicator there. But I'm going to give you some
- 19:23other reasons to like the Sun tonight.
- 19:25First, let's look at kind of the style of play.
- 19:27The Sun have one of the best defenses in the WNBA.
- 19:30They're only giving up 73 points a game versus 85 a game for the
- 19:34Mercury. The Sun take better care of the
- 19:36ball. They ranked third in turnovers
- 19:38versus 9th for the Mercury. Plus minus Sun or plus 6.7
- 19:42Mercury or -2.4 on the year. Also little bit of a buy low
- 19:46sell high because the Connecticut Sun are coming off a
- 19:49loss and they've actually lost three of four versus Mercury
- 19:52having won three of four. So I want to buy low on the Sun.
- 19:55I want to bet against or sell high on the Mercury.
- 19:59And then in particular two other big things why I like.
- 20:02They're basically three main factors.
- 20:04The first factor with the sun tonight is the line move.
- 20:07Second factor is this is a big rest.
- 20:09First tired bet because last night the Mercury played Caitlin
- 20:13Clark. They played the Fever, ended up
- 20:15losing actually, you know, Caitlin Clark and the Fever,
- 20:17they're the fever. They're doing something.
- 20:19They're now, are they close to 500?
- 20:22Anyway, Mercury lost last night at home.
- 20:24Now they got to turn around and play again tonight.
- 20:26So you have the Mercury on the second leg of a back-to-back
- 20:30versus the Sun who are well rested.
- 20:31The Sun haven't played since I believe Friday the 28th.
- 20:35So that is a really good rest first tired advantage.
- 20:37I want to bet against the Mercury on the second leg of a
- 20:40back-to-back. I want to bet on Connecticut
- 20:42with the line move as well as a rest first tired advantage and
- 20:45hopefully being hungry. A good team was lost three or
- 20:47four also favorites in the WNBA straight up.
- 20:51So I'm going money line here. I'm going Sun on the money line
- 20:53at -150 I'm not going to mess around with having them win by
- 20:57one or two or three. And I, a loser, pushed my bet.
- 21:00But favorites I noticed in WNBA, talk about chalk here.
- 21:03Favorite straight up just favorites winning 80 and 29 this
- 21:06year, 73%. These teams actually just
- 21:09matched up late in May, May 28th and the sun 170 to 47.
- 21:15And here's the little, little cherry on top, the coup de
- 21:17grace. I popped open my Rhythm app and
- 21:20I want to give a shout out to James Santor and Megan and Brian
- 21:23and the whole crew at Rhythm who are just continuing to make this
- 21:27app better and better. But Rhythm completely redesigned
- 21:29their app. New layout, really intuitive
- 21:34user experience, lot more colorful, lot more fun, but just
- 21:38getting great data that continues to get refining,
- 21:41continues to get better. So I went to my WNBA page for
- 21:46for Rhythm and I went to this game, the Sun game, and I found
- 21:49two system matches on the Sun. One is a rhythm AI model that I
- 21:54copied that rhythm gave me, and one is the model that I created,
- 21:57but both show an edge on the Sun to win this game.
- 22:01Basically the rhythm model is projecting a 82 to 74.3 win by
- 22:07the rhythm, by the by the rhythm slip of the tongue by the sun.
- 22:11And then also the community feature, which I know you guys
- 22:13are clamoring for and don't worry, it's coming soon.
- 22:16But the community feature which basically pulls all the models
- 22:19in the community. Everyone has a rhythm model. 96%
- 22:22of bettors are going with the sun money line.
- 22:24So again, you might say Josh 96% red flag bet against that, that
- 22:29big public number. But remember, this is quote UN
- 22:31quote public, but not really. These are sharp people who have
- 22:35a rhythm map and the public isn't betting based on AI backed
- 22:38models. You know, it's wise guys, wise
- 22:40gals who are betting it. So Long story short, rhythm is
- 22:43saying to take the sun on the money line and I'm seeing a
- 22:46sharp move on the sun on the money line with a good rest for
- 22:48his tired event. So I'm going sun money line.
- 22:51Let's win this damn game. Stay up late with me. 10:00
- 22:54start. I am on the Connecticut sun to
- 22:56win the game on the money line at -150 that about does it for
- 23:01today's episode of the all systems go sports betting pod
- 23:04presented by rhythm episode 67. Now in the books, guys, First
- 23:08off, thank you as always for tuning in for listening, for
- 23:11sweating UFC biting with me on the weekends and cashing Ian
- 23:14Gary. But seriously, thank you for
- 23:17taking the time out of your day to be a part of the community.
- 23:19And also I'm going to ask something of you.
- 23:22I feel like I give a good amount of information each day.
- 23:25Well, can you do something for me in return?
- 23:26Can you please go give this podcast a 5 star review?
- 23:31That's right. If you're on Spotify or iTunes
- 23:33or any other platform you listen to the pod on, give it a 5 star
- 23:36review. It really helps us to rise up
- 23:37the rankings, gain credibility, gain some more eyeballs.
- 23:41Then also, if you want to refer the pod to a friend, that will
- 23:43be very helpful if you want to follow it as well.
- 23:45If you have an option to follow, which basically you get an alert
- 23:48when it, when it, when it pops up with the new episode, that
- 23:51would also be very helpful. So thank you so much for that.
- 23:54Secondly, if you are interested in becoming a even sharper,
- 23:58data-driven, sharp contrarian, better approaching the betting
- 24:01market, like Wall Street approaches the stock market.
- 24:04Well, guess what? There's a book you can go by.

- 24:38But seriously, guys, thank you. If you want to pick one up, it
- 24:41would really, really mean a lot to me.
- 24:42Now that about does it for today's podcast.
- 24:45So whether I see you at the Encore in Boston or Plainbridge
- 24:48Park Casino or MGM Springfield or the brook in in New Hampshire
- 24:52or the Borgata down in New Jersey or Mohegan Sun in
- 24:55Connecticut or out in the desert where the true grinders get
- 24:58down. Where Billy Walters sends his
- 24:59number runners, where the lowest juice possible is found at the
- 25:02South Point. Or sweating, sharp contrarian
- 25:03plays, jumping in the stadium swim pool.
- 25:05When you cash a big ticket, wherever it may be, you're going
- 25:08to walk up to me and you're going to flash me and Ian Gary
- 25:11biting ticket. Everything we talked about data,
- 25:15half the tickets, 84% money, sharp line move, youth
- 25:18advantage, significant strike advantage all came through with
- 25:21Gary as a big winner. So flash me a Gary ticket.
- 25:24First one's on me, next one's on you.
- 25:26We're going to post about the book.
- 25:27Sweat sharp can train plays all night long.
- 25:30So wish you the best of luck. Everyone have a fantastic
- 25:33Monday. Of course, if you haven't done
- 25:34it yet, go sign up for Rhythm and Juice Reel who can help you
- 25:37win with AI back picks as well as increased tools for your
- 25:40sports betting experience. And then we'll be back at it
- 25:43tomorrow for episode 68 of the All Systems Go Sports Betting
- 25:47pod. I'll leave you with this as I
- 25:48always do, my little, my words of advice, my parting words.
- 25:51This will be on my tombstone. Hopefully.
- 25:53I live a very long life, but this is what it's going to say.
- 25:55Stay sharp, stay contrarian, bet against the public, place
- 25:58yourself on the side of the house, always be with the smart
- 26:01money, never against it. Will smart money win every time?
- 26:03Of course not. Anything can happen.
- 26:05Betting's hard, crazy things can happen, but smart money will win
- 26:09a majority of the time long term.
- 26:11So always remember marathon, not a Sprint.
- 26:13Forest amongst the trees if we can find that sweet spot, games
- 26:16that fit our model against the public with the house, with the
- 26:18pros, flat bet, avoid parlays, get that CLV.
- 26:21If we can do that, we're going to be successful sports bettors.
- 26:24So again, have a great Monday everyone, hope you had a great
- 26:27weekend. 4th of July is upcoming here.
- 26:29Let's see if we can make some money and start our week off
- 26:31right. I'll see you guys tomorrow for
- 26:33episode 68 of the All Systems Go Sports Betting podcast powered
- 26:37by Rhythm. Have a great day everybody, Good
