- 0:00Speaker 1: What's up, everyone, and welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles.
- 0:05Gallinne Maxwell has formally appealed her sentencing, according to new reports. Now,
- 0:12this is not something that comes as a shock. Everybody
- 0:16expected her to do this, and most people expect her
- 0:20to fail miserably at this, just like she did during
- 0:24the original trial. There's nothing here that is really even
- 0:30the basis for an appeal. Now, my guess is that
- 0:34they're going to try and use the juror fifty Scottie
- 0:38David situation as part of their appeal, But I don't
- 0:42think it's going to work out so well for them.
- 0:45We've seen previously that the New York Appeals Court they're
- 0:50not too hip on this whole entire Jeffrey Epstein fiasco.
- 0:55They have not ruled in their favor pretty much at all,
- 0:58and I would expect that to continue to be the
- 1:01way things go as Maxwell looks to appeal here. She's
- 1:06going to serve this sentence now. The only real questions left,
- 1:10in my opinion anyway, are a how long of this sentence?
- 1:14Is she going to serve the full twenty or is
- 1:18she going to get a haircut on it and you know,
- 1:20get time served good time and do about fifteen and
- 1:24question number two in regards to Maxwell specifically, where is
- 1:29she going to do that time? We've heard a lot
- 1:31of talk about dan Berry recently, and remember, while that
- 1:35is a possibility, I'm not saying it's not going to
- 1:38happen for sure. I just don't see it being a
- 1:41likely possibility. Considering everything else we know about Maxwell and
- 1:46what her crimes were, why would they put her with
- 1:49a bunch of other women who have been abused via
- 1:54sex crimes by sex traffickers. That doesn't seem like the
- 1:57right way to go about it. But again, we're talking
- 2:01about the Bureau of Prisons, the Department of Justice. I
- 2:04can't make heads or tails of their decision making. They
- 2:08make some of the worst decisions in the whole entire world.
- 2:12Who the hell puts Tartaglione in his cell with Epstein?
- 2:16Who thought that was a good idea? Right? So these
- 2:18are the people, remember that we're relying on to place Maxwell.
- 2:22So it's possible she gets where she asked to go,
- 2:26and that's dan Berry, But I just don't see it likely.
- 2:31I think she's gonna end up in a place more
- 2:33like Alison Mack, a medium security facility and we'll go
- 2:37from there. But the appeal process for Maxwell, that is
- 2:42now official, folks, and it is underway. Today. We have
- 2:46an article, a short quick one from the Independent talking
- 2:50about it, headlined Glenn Maxwell launches appeal against sex trafficking
- 2:55conviction and sentence. Maxwell was sentenced to twenty eight in
- 3:00prison last month. This article was authored by Bevin Hurley
- 3:05and it was published by the Independent. Ghlaid Maxwell has
- 3:10formally appealed against her conviction and sentencing for child sex
- 3:15trafficking offenses. You know, this is the first step for her, right,
- 3:19this was a foregone conclusion, but it is the first
- 3:23step in the formal process of getting these proceedings going.
- 3:28And if you're Glenn Maxwell, well, you want to think
- 3:31that you have a leg to stand on here, right,
- 3:33You want to think that you might have a little
- 3:36bit of hope of getting out. So the appeal, at
- 3:39the very least, if you're the convicted, it gives you
- 3:42that much, at the very least, something to hope for.
- 3:45Even if the hope is slim, it's better than having
- 3:48no hope whatsoever. Right, And I believe after this appeal
- 3:52process ends, that's where Maxwell's going to be the next
- 3:55thing she can hope for after this is good time
- 3:58and a little bit of a hair, because besides that,
- 4:02she's gonna have a life full of prison and rules.
- 4:08Maxwell sixty, was sentenced to twenty years in prison and
- 4:12find seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars for helping sex
- 4:15offender and billionaire financier Jeffrey Epstein abuse teenage girls last month.
- 4:22You know, the seven hundred and fifty thousand dollars fine.
- 4:25That doesn't seem like enough to me either. How about
- 4:29we put a one in front of that. She was
- 4:31offering what thirty million dollars for bail, and she's only
- 4:35gonna get clipped with a seven hundred and fifty thousand
- 4:37dollars fine. That doesn't seem like a an equitable way
- 4:43to punish her, especially considering she only got fifteen, I mean,
- 4:47twenty years, So I would think a more, I don't know,
- 4:53oppressive financial crime penalty might be called for here. US
- 4:59District Judge Alison Nathan handed down the sentence on June
- 5:03twenty eighth in Manhattan, six months after Maxwell was convicted
- 5:07by a federal jury on five charges, including sex trafficking
- 5:12and we all know how heinous these charges are. We're
- 5:14not talking about blue collar here, folks. We're not talking
- 5:18about somebody who made a crucial error in judgment. And hell,
- 5:22we're not even talking about someone who suffered severe abuse
- 5:26as a child. She tried to use that, the abuse
- 5:31she says she suffered anyway as a crutch here as armor. Well,
- 5:36I was abused, so I abused others. But it didn't
- 5:40work out for and seeing right through her employ basically
- 5:47the judge and most importantly folks, the jury. Well, they
- 5:51sent her up river, didn't they. Judge Nathan described Maxwell's
- 5:55offending as heinis and predatory, as she sentenced her to
- 5:59a term that exceeded her own maximum sentencing guideline of
- 6:03up to nineteen years and eight months. Now, it was
- 6:06only a little bit over that, but it was over
- 6:10the sentencing guidelines, and for Nathan, that's a big step.
- 6:14She doesn't really sentence to critically, right, She's not somebody
- 6:18who is going to throw the whole lass kitchen sink
- 6:21at you when you're talking about sex crimes. You're talking
- 6:25about human trafficking and children being raped and molested. I
- 6:30think a judge should throw the kitchen sink at you.
- 6:33And if it was me, I would go as far
- 6:35above the guideline as possible. I would hit you with
- 6:38everything in my power to hit you with. Because this
- 6:42sort of thing is unacceptable in any sort of civilized society.
- 6:46Children being preyed upon, children being molested and raped and abused.
- 6:52And for all the people out there that I want
- 6:54to talk about the statute of limitations, well, anybody who
- 6:57was crossing state lines with them these girls, that's the
- 7:02Man Act. And there's no timetable when it comes to
- 7:07a statue of limitations with the Man Act. So if
- 7:10you engaged in this shit as far as somebody involved
- 7:12with Epstein, that shouldn't give you any protection. So there
- 7:17again with the investigation. It should continue going on, and
- 7:21anyone who was even on those planes with girls who
- 7:24were molested and abused should be brought up on charges.
- 7:32The jury founder guilty of recruiting and grooming four girls
- 7:35between nineteen ninety four and two thousand and four for
- 7:38sexual encounters with her former boyfriend. You mean co conspirator,
- 7:42You mean former partner in crime, former boyfriend? What a
- 7:47cop out Epstein, who took his own life behind bars
- 7:51in twenty nineteen, allegedly while awaiting his own sex trafficking trial.
- 7:56Her attorney, Bobby Sternham, filed the appeal with the US
- 7:59Five Court in Manhattan on Thursday. Her lawyers unsuccessfully attempted
- 8:05to have her conviction thrown out in January, after a
- 8:08juror admitted that he answered parts of the jury selection
- 8:11questionnaire incorrectly. And now this is going to be the
- 8:14basis in my opinion, they're going to try and bring
- 8:16this to the Court of Appeals and have the Court
- 8:19of Appeals rule on that, because what else could it
- 8:22possibly be. There was nothing out of the ordinary when
- 8:26it comes to the trial, nothing out of the ordinary whatsoever.
- 8:32And hearing in January, the jur known only as Scotty
- 8:35David said he had done so inadvertently because he was
- 8:39super distracted and had skimmed way too fast, which was
- 8:43never a good quality excuse in my opinion. By the way,
- 8:46I was pretty critical of jur fifty and his Shenanigans,
- 8:50but I didn't think that it was the deciding vote.
- 8:54He didn't convince people, in my opinion anyway, to vote
- 8:58one way or the other. He just recounted his story.
- 9:03Judge Nathan agreed with prosecutors that Scottie David had not
- 9:06skewed the outcome of the trial and dismissed the appeal.
- 9:10And remember there has to be a lot of evidence,
- 9:13because there's huge precedent going the other way here. Very
- 9:17rarely is something like this overturned a jury's decision by
- 9:22a judge. Very rare does that happen. During her sentencing,
- 9:27the victim impact statements were read, including one from attorney
- 9:31Cigaret McAuley on behalf of her client, virg Roberts. For
- 9:36me and for so many others, you open the door
- 9:38to hell, the statement read. Maxwell addressed the court in
- 9:42a carefully worded statement in which he stopped short of
- 9:45apologizing for the crimes, saying, I empathize deeply with all
- 9:49the victims in this case. No you don't. You're the
- 9:51cause of all the grief and the suffering for a
- 9:55lot of these victims, a lot of these survivors. So
- 9:58for you to get up there, that shitty ass, weak ass,
- 10:03sorry ass, wanna be apology and mock people, basically, it's offensive.
- 10:10And nobody on the whole planet, besides maybe a handful
- 10:13of people who have no idea who they're dealing with
- 10:16thought that it was appropriate. I realize I have been
- 10:21convicted of assisting Jeffrey Epstein to commit these crimes. My
- 10:25association with Epstein will permanently stain me. It is the
- 10:29biggest regret of my life that I ever met him.
- 10:32So it's all Epstein, all Jeffrey has nothing to do
- 10:36with her. It's so ridiculous. A little self responsibility goes
- 10:41a long way, and Glene Maxwell, she has no ability
- 10:46to find fault within herself. My association with Epstein will
- 10:55permanently stain me. It is the biggest regret of my
- 10:58life that I ever met him. Not the biggest regret
- 11:01of her life that she ruined so many other lives. No,
- 11:03the biggest regret of her life is meeting Epstein, which
- 11:07is ridiculous, right and again a cop out, a fake
- 11:10as apology. I believe Jeffrey fooled all of those in
- 11:16his orbit. His survivors considered him a mentor, friend and lover. No,
- 11:21they didn't which ones, Maybe a few of them did.
- 11:25But the majority of these girls felt violated, felt raped,
- 11:30felt taken advantage of, and Maxwell was there for all
- 11:35of it. Maxwell has requested that she see out her
- 11:40federal prison sentence at FCI Danberry, a minimum security prison
- 11:44in Connecticut that has hosted some of America's most high
- 11:47profile female prisoners, and most of them are on financial crimes.
- 11:52If Maxwell was there for tax evasion, fine, that's one thing.
- 11:55But for what she's sentenced for and convicted of, she
- 12:01can't be around other sex offenders why so she can
- 12:03offend more. If I was somebody who was trafficked and
- 12:08I might be in this jail, I'd have a big
- 12:10problem with all of that, and I'm sure a lot
- 12:13of the inmates are and do. So we'll see where
- 12:17this appeal goes, but my gut tells me it's not
- 12:21gonna go anywhere, not really. They'll go through the motions,
- 12:26but it's not gonna get her where she's looking to go.
- 12:29And as far as placement, again just my opinion, but
- 12:35I don't think that it's going to be Danberry. So
- 12:38we'll see how the chips all fall, and we'll see
- 12:41what the tea leaves reveal when we see But until then,
- 12:46we'll continue to keep on top of it and we'll
- 12:48continue to keep adding it to the catalog. If you'd
- 12:52like to contact me, You can do that at Bobby

- 13:13All right, folks, I'll be back later on with a
- 13:15little bit more hope all of you are having a
- 13:17good one. What's up everyone, and welcome back to the
- 13:20Epstein Chronicles. Kawain Maxwell's brother, Ian Maxwell wants everybody to
- 13:26know that Gawaine Maxwell was tortured in prison, but now
- 13:29she's ready for a comeback, and after she ran her
- 13:33half marathon at the low security lock up in Florida
- 13:36where she's spending the next twenty plus, well, she's now
- 13:40more focused and motivated for her appeal. According to her brother,
- 13:45so running a prison half marathon gets you motivated and
- 13:49prepared for an appeal. I would think pouring over documents
- 13:52and spending your time in the prison library would get
- 13:55you closer to your destination. But I guess you want
- 13:58to go out here and have a run. Today's article
- 14:01is from the Dealy Mail and the headline Glaine Maxwell
- 14:04was tortured in prison. Now she's ready for a comeback.
- 14:07Jeffrey Epstein's socialite, pimp, co conspirator, fellow child abuser, general,
- 14:11all around scuzbag and bipudle serpent. That's what you mean? Right?
- 14:17As she runs half marathons at low security Florida lock
- 14:20up and is now focused and motivated for her appeal
- 14:22next week, her brother reveals, Yo, let's get it on.
- 14:27Enough with the talk from Glaine Maxwell already. This article
- 14:32was authored by Barbara McMahon. The last time Ian Maxwell
- 14:36saw his sister Golaine was a month ago, and she
- 14:39was looking really good. He says. She looked and sounded
- 14:42absolutely like the sister. I know. Her hair is dark
- 14:46and glossy, her complexion is good, and she's keeping fit. Oh,
- 14:50she's not being abused anymore. I thought she was losing
- 14:52her hair. I thought she was being treated worse than
- 14:55Nelson Mandela. Isn't that what you told us? Ian Maxwell?
- 15:00The newfound vigor and ebulence is partly down to regular
- 15:04pilates and yoga sessions alongside a regimented long distance running schedule,
- 15:10with all of her extracurricular activities that she's engaging in
- 15:13when does the prison staff find time to abuse her. Remember,
- 15:17Glenn Maxwell was being abused every day. She was, you know,
- 15:21the worst treated prisoner in the history of the prison
- 15:23system of the world, not only the United States. And
- 15:26this was all according to her brother and her team.
- 15:28Right meanwhile, out of the other side of their mouth,
- 15:31they're talking about how she's glowing, she has her vigor back,
- 15:34and everything is just so fantastic. Well good, I hope so,
- 15:38because she's going to have quite some more time to
- 15:40spend sitting in that facility. Her most recent race was
- 15:44grueling half marathon thirteen point one miles and impressive feet
- 15:48for anyone, but all the more for a sixty two
- 15:51year old woman, especially one who spent the last three
- 15:54and a half years in jail. Oh yeah, just gush
- 15:57all over this lady, a convicted human traffic who abused children.
- 16:02But let's talk about how her marathon time in jail
- 16:04is fantastic La fungoule. The race took place recently at
- 16:09Tallahassee's Low security prison in Florida, where Glaine is serving
- 16:12a twenty year sentence for conspiring with her ex boyfriend,
- 16:15the disgraced late financier You mean pedophile Jeffrey Epstein to recruit,
- 16:20groom and sexually abuse underage girls. She competed alongside nineteen
- 16:25other inmates, white collar criminals, fraudsters, and those serving time
- 16:29for drug offenses, running multiple legs of the prison yard.
- 16:33It was an event organized by prison staff to make
- 16:36the environment more livable for detainees, and while it's not
- 16:39known where she ranked at the finishing line, Glaine is
- 16:42unlikely to have been lagging at the back. YO. The
- 16:45lady who wrote this article is like gushing over Glaine
- 16:49Maxwell running in a marathon in prison. Just think about
- 16:53that for a minute, and lagging in the back. What
- 16:56about the women who have never come forward to talk
- 16:58about the abuse that they suffered a Layne's hands. You
- 17:01think they're suffering in the back too? My guess is
- 17:03they are. For Glaine is everyone who's been in contact
- 17:07with her for the past few months agrees, feeling cautiously
- 17:10optimistic and totally focused on her appeal at the US
- 17:14Court of Appeals in New York On Tuesday. In an
- 17:17exclusive interview with The Mail, the sixty eight year old
- 17:19British businessman and one of Glaine's six surviving siblings all
- 17:23of them children from the notorious media magnate. You mean
- 17:27the disgraced media magnate Robert Maxwell and his French born
- 17:31academic wife, Elizabeth, describes how he talks with his sister
- 17:35as often as possible via video link. Wait a minute,
- 17:38I thought that Maxwell was being abused. How is she
- 17:41having all of this time to run in marathons talk
- 17:44to her brother via video link? So, in other words,
- 17:49she's not being abused, and all of that was just
- 17:52a lie. Right, Let's just call it what it is, please.
- 17:55He disputes reports that her incarceration has left her bitter,
- 17:59beaten and with on. Nothing could be further from the truth,
- 18:02he says. Her spirit, he insists, is undimmed. Yeah, let's
- 18:05see how undimmed it is after her appeal gets thrown.
- 18:08Rite the fuck out. She's strong and resilient, and I
- 18:12hope her appeal will succeed because I think she still
- 18:14has much to offer and much to do, and I
- 18:17hope that she will be given that opportunity, he says, Yeah, sure,
- 18:21as soon as the women that she abused get the opportunity.
- 18:24As soon as Glian Maxwell does the actual walk of
- 18:28contrition and admits that she was at fault. She won't
- 18:32even do that. She won't even do the basics. Yet
- 18:35you want to get out here and talk about how
- 18:37she is glowing. Well, I have a funny feeling that
- 18:41the tune is going to change after this appeal is
- 18:44heard and denied. Let's see how she's glowing. Men. It's
- 18:49a ringing endorsement by a loving and loyal brother ahead
- 18:52of glian Maxwell's bid to clear her name and secure freedom. However,
- 18:57it's unlikely to cut much ice with the dozens of
- 18:59girls and young women who were victims of sex trafficking
- 19:02ring orchestrated by her and the billionaire businessman Epstein. You
- 19:06mean the pedophile Epstein. Does the author of this article
- 19:10need a crash course on the story, because I'll gladly
- 19:13give her one. As we all know, the sordid enterprise
- 19:18led to Epstein's mysterious suicide in prison in twenty nineteen,
- 19:22Glaine's arrest the following year, and their associate and friend
- 19:26Prince Andrew's disgrace and withdrawal from royal public life. Few
- 19:31will ever forget the infamous photograph of Prince Andrew, taken
- 19:34in two thousand and one, his arm around the waist
- 19:36of accuser Virginia Roberts, with a smiling Glaine in the background.
- 19:42Virginia went on to accuse Epstein and Glainne of trafficking her,
- 19:45aged sixteen, under the guise of hiring her as a
- 19:48massage therapist and later being paid to have sex with
- 19:51the royal something he has always denied. The appeal is
- 19:56certainly another landmark event in the extraordinary case of a
- 19:59woman who was once vetted in society circles worldwide, but
- 20:04whose downfall was meeting and falling for the sinister and
- 20:07captivating Jeffrey Epstein. I mean, really, let's just absolve her
- 20:12of all responsibility and say the only reason she is
- 20:15what she is is because she met Epstein? Is that
- 20:18really what the author is trying to infer here? Talk
- 20:21about a bullshit ass, garbage ass article. It is not
- 20:26an edifying story. Agrees her brother Epstein was not a
- 20:29pleasant man, and Gleane is on record saying the greatest
- 20:32regret of her life is that she ever met him
- 20:35or went with them, But it's in the past and
- 20:37we've got to concentrate on the future. Not the greatest
- 20:41regret is the damage caused the countless young women to
- 20:45the girls, but that she ever met Epstein. Really, what
- 20:48she means is that she ever got caught and called
- 20:50out for meeting Epstein. The thrust of Gallaine's appeal centers
- 20:54on two main issues, according to her high powered lawyer,
- 20:58Arthur Idahla, who is also representing Harvey Weinstein and his
- 21:02appealed to overturn his raid conviction. So, Arthur, I Dalloha
- 21:06is a guy. If you're a diddler, that's who you
- 21:08go to. Makes sense. Firstly, there was a plea deal
- 21:12agreed with Epstein back in two thousand and eight when
- 21:14he first faced charges or procuring underage girls for prostitution,
- 21:19which should have prevented anyone else from facing court for
- 21:22his crimes. Secondly, a problem with a juror has come
- 21:26to light, which her defense team argues should render her
- 21:28conviction unsafe. Yeah, good luck. Another reason why I go
- 21:33through so many court documents, the court documents that were
- 21:38going through right now that deal with l Choppo. They
- 21:41set all the same stuff, have all the same claims,
- 21:43all the same nonsense, and how did it work out
- 21:46for him? And my guess is Glenn Maxwell is going
- 21:49to be right up against it the same way l
- 21:51Choppo was. And the whole entire non prosecution agreement, Well,
- 21:55that might have protected her down in Florida, but not everywhere.
- 21:58It's not a carte blanche get out of jail free card.
- 22:01And here's the rub. If you go in three zero
- 22:04two profer and then you lie to the government when
- 22:06you're going through that profer session, everything that you said
- 22:09to the government that can get thrown out, and the
- 22:12whole entire deal can be tossed. And that's something that
- 22:14nobody's really even talking about. You can't go into a
- 22:18profit session and be queen for the day with the
- 22:20government and lie to them. And Jeffrey Epstein most certainly
- 22:24lied during that non prosecution agreement. So now that we're
- 22:27getting the grand jury documents, I think we should go
- 22:30back retroactively and get that whole agreement taken off the books.
- 22:34You really want to send a message, that's how you
- 22:36do it. And as far as the juror question Scotti
- 22:40David Moot point, that is not going to be the
- 22:43catalyst for her to get a new trial. Sorry, it
- 22:46is not going to work. When Jeffrey Epstein pleaded guilty
- 22:49in Florida and got eight months in jail, actually thirteen months.
- 22:53There was a document submitted by the Department of Justice
- 22:56which said if he pleaded guilty, neither he nor anyone
- 23:00who would be considered a co conspirator or an accomplice
- 23:03would be charged. Idella told the Mail, So what he's
- 23:06saying is that it was just a blanket agreement and
- 23:09whatever trouble they ever got in later on down the road,
- 23:12they could just say, Hey, look, we were hanging with
- 23:14Epstein and we were part of the deal. So if
- 23:16I ever get in trouble, I'm just gonna say that
- 23:18I was part of that deal. Fuck it. I mean,
- 23:20I guess anyone can say whatever they want these days. Huh.
- 23:24Dear mister Idalla and Glaine Maxwell, that deal is worth
- 23:28thing gots. And if you're using that as your basis here,
- 23:31and that's what's going to be the thing that booies you, you're
- 23:34going to be in for a very very long time.
- 23:38Glaine should have been covered by that and should not
- 23:41have been charged, but she was. It was a violation
- 23:43of a non prosecution agreement. Notice, there's no new evidence
- 23:47to a point to Gleaane Maxwell being innocent. It's all
- 23:50loopholes and technicalities. And this is what I'm talking about
- 23:53when you're dealing with people like Glaine Maxwell, Arthur Idolla,
- 23:57rich people, this is what they do. They gumb everything
- 23:59up and they go after the loopholes and technicalities approach
- 24:03because they don't have any evidence that proves their innocence.
- 24:07The second issue Idolla explains relates to a JERY member
- 24:10who disclosed in media interviews after the verdict that he
- 24:14had been a victim of sexual assault. He fell to
- 24:17disclose during jury's selection that he had been a victim
- 24:19of childhood sexual abuse and he should have never been
- 24:23on the jury. Golaine's brother, Ian puts the heart of
- 24:26the appeal more succinctly. She didn't get a fair shakedown,
- 24:30he says, and her twenty year sentence, he adds, was
- 24:32nothing short of savage. Now you know it was savage, Ian,
- 24:35You punk motherfucker, your father taking all that money from
- 24:39the pensioneers. That was fucked up. That was savage. You
- 24:42know what else is savage? Your dirty ass, rotten sister
- 24:45molesting little girls and grooming little girls for that egg dict.
- 24:49Motherfucker Jeffrey Epstein. Okay, now run home and tell that Golaine,
- 24:55according to her lawyer, totally invested in her appeal and
- 24:58has a strong grasp of the legal issues involved. When
- 25:02he last traveled from New York to consult with her
- 25:04in person two weeks ago, he said he found her
- 25:07with a pile of paperwork two to three feet tall,
- 25:10which she knew inside out. But I thought that she
- 25:12was living in a tortuous environment where everyone's abusing her.
- 25:17It was transcripts from trials, the motion papers, the judge's decision,
- 25:21other cases that are in her favor. She really knows
- 25:24her stuff, he says. She knows the intricacies of the issues.
- 25:28She's an absolute pleasure to work with. Well, that doesn't
- 25:31shock me considering the rogue's gallery of diddlers that this
- 25:34dude defends. When you talk to her, it's basically like
- 25:38speaking to a fellow attorney. She knows the ins and outs,
- 25:41the strong points and the weak points. She doesn't have
- 25:44rose colored glasses on. She knows it's an uphill battle
- 25:47to get an appellate court to overturn a verdict, especially
- 25:50one that's already received a lot of publicity. But she
- 25:53has a very positive attitude. Well good, I hope she
- 25:56keeps that positive attitude when the second circuit laps her
- 25:59out of court. It's unusual for someone to have such
- 26:02a grasp of complex cases like this. It's unique. But
- 26:06she's focused and motivated, and that motivates us. It definitely
- 26:09puts some fire in our belly. Golaine, who was privately
- 26:13educated at the Princess of Wales Old School, Marlborough College
- 26:17and one on to study modern history at Oxford University,
- 26:20was convicted of sex trafficking teenagers and of multiple counts
- 26:24of conspiracy after a month's long trial in New York
- 26:27in twenty twenty one, Jura's heard how she procured girls
- 26:31as young as fourteen for her former boyfriend and boss,
- 26:34with victims describing how they were allured by her into
- 26:37Epstein's circle to be sexually abused by him and as
- 26:41powerful friends and by Glaine Maxwell. Are you really going
- 26:45to leave that out? Are you really not going to
- 26:47talk about the fact that she was accused of abuse
- 26:49as well, not just facilitation. Golaine, however, denied all knowledge
- 26:53of Epstein's crimes. Speaking at her sentencing hearing, she described
- 26:57Epstein as manipulatative, cunning and a can trolling man who
- 27:01fooled everyone in his orbit, including her. She said she
- 27:04was sorry for the pain that his victims experienced. It's
- 27:07the greatest regret of my life that I ever met
- 27:09Jeffrey Epstein. Oh yeah, that's the greatest regret. Not that
- 27:12the girls were abused, none of that, but that you
- 27:15met Epstein. Narcissism one oh one. The case was widely
- 27:21seen as the reckoning that Epstein, who apparently killed himself
- 27:24in a Manhattan jail cell in twenty nineteen while awaiting
- 27:28his own sex trafficking trial, that he never had. So
- 27:31they're basically inferring that Glenn Maxwell is a scapegoat, but
- 27:34we all know that that's not the truth. Golayne was
- 27:38initially held at the Metropolitan Detention Center in New York,
- 27:41where her lawyers repeatedly complained that conditions were reprehensible. They
- 27:46claimed Golaane was subjected to such invasive surveillance that at
- 27:50rival scenes of doctor Hannibal Lecter's incarceration from the film
- 27:54The Silence of the Lambs. They also alleged that she
- 27:57was deprived of water, fed food, infesta with maggots, and
- 28:01held in a rat infested and sewage swamp cell where
- 28:04guards prevented her from sleeping. She was, without a doubt
- 28:07tortured when she was in there, says her brother. She
- 28:10was in isolation. She had to stay in the middle
- 28:13of a very small cell and there were no natural darkness.
- 28:16Lights were shown on her face every fifteen minutes, allegedly
- 28:19to ensure that she had not somehow injured herself, which
- 28:23was absurd. That process went on for something like sixteen
- 28:26to eighteen months. Ah, poor GWayne had to follow the
- 28:30same policies in the shoe like everybody else. The whole
- 28:33ass Maxwell family makes me ill. When she was brought
- 28:37to child she was in four point shackles, so she
- 28:40had to shuffle along. I don't think she was in
- 28:43any fit state to face trial, but she is now. Huh,
- 28:46So I guess that Tallahassee isn't that bad. It's not
- 28:48as bad as you were making it out, then, is it,
- 28:50mister Maxwell. Life improved somewhat in July twenty twenty two, however,
- 28:56when she was moved to the low security Tallahassee Jail
- 28:59in Florida. Although a step up, it's hardly club med,
- 29:02says Idolla. It's a horrible place. And nobody would ever
- 29:05call it cushy, he says, even for the people who
- 29:08work there. It's a tough environment to be in. Government
- 29:11inspectors found moldy bread, rotting food, rodents and leaks, and
- 29:15windows and ceilings being plugged up with sanitary towels, according
- 29:20to a recent Justice Department watchdog report. There have, however,
- 29:25been reports that Glaine or a prisoner zero two eight
- 29:29seven nine dash five oh nine, as she's officially known,
- 29:32has managed to carve a livable existence for herself. Alongside
- 29:37the exercise classes, running races, and preparing for her appeal,
- 29:41she also works in the prison library. Fluent in four languages,
- 29:44she also manages to forge alliances but with fellow cons
- 29:49by helping those with poor English with their legal paperwork. Ah,
- 29:53she's just, you know, a regular old saint. The Daily
- 29:56Mail should be embarrassed with this article. Holy shit. Glane
- 30:00will not be there in prison on Tuesday, when a
- 30:03panel of three judges will listen to arguments from both
- 30:05her legal team and the prosecution. Any decision will not
- 30:09be known for weeks or even months, and can go
- 30:12in any direction. If the judges accept that she was
- 30:15covered by the non prosecution agreement. She could be released
- 30:19if they accept that the jur shouldn't have been on
- 30:21the jury. They could declare a mistrial and order a retrial,
- 30:24meaning she could apply for bail while she awaits another
- 30:27court date. Or it could be that her appeal is
- 30:30denied in all respects and she stays in Tallahassee. We'll
- 30:33go with number three for the win. Okay, denied, stay
- 30:37in jail. All the rest of this pump up of
- 30:39Glaine Maxwell's tires completely ridiculous and gross. In that case,
- 30:45her earliest possible release date is July twenty thirty seven,
- 30:49when she will be seventy six. A source in New
- 30:52York says Glaine's former society friends will be watching the
- 30:55appeal process with interest. She remains an unsympathetic figure in
- 30:59social circles in New York and London. People are hurt
- 31:03and disappointed by what they see as her deceitful and
- 31:06illegal behavior. She's dead in social circles. Nobody is waiting
- 31:10to hear from her. She's not on anybody's a list.
- 31:13Is that what we're really talking about when we're talking
- 31:15about one of the worst sex traffickers maybe in history?
- 31:20Talking about who's going to be waiting for on their
- 31:23A list. I mean, holy cow, and those same A
- 31:26listers talking about how they're so disappointed blah blah blah. Man,
- 31:29shut the fuck up. You all knew what was going on,
- 31:33every last one of you scoundrels. Fame New York publicist
- 31:37and gossip columnist R. Corey Hay says, although Gallanne Maxwell
- 31:41is still a topic of discussion in London and New
- 31:44York social circles, there's not, to my knowledge, a long
- 31:47line of people making the trip to Florida to see
- 31:49her in prison. People are always going to be curious
- 31:52about Colaine because what happened remains a huge scandal in
- 31:56social circles. They will be interested in the outcome of
- 31:59her appeal and to see if she does drop the
- 32:01other stiletto on Prince Andrew or any of the other
- 32:04powerful and famous male friends that ship is seld. If
- 32:08she was going to drop the hammer on anyone, it
- 32:10would have been during the sentencing phase, right, she would
- 32:13have proffered up and she would have gave the government
- 32:15everything she had. She didn't do that, so is that
- 32:19a realistic prospect? Should Prince Andrew be nervous about the
- 32:22outcome of two days appeal. I don't think my sister
- 32:24has anything to say on this subject at all, says
- 32:27her brother discreetly. She is where she is, he is
- 32:30where he is, and right now she's solely focused on
- 32:33this appeal. Andrew, he must get on with his life
- 32:36as best he can. The only thing that one could
- 32:39say is that the common accuser of both Colayne and
- 32:42Andrew is Virginia Roberts, and it is a fact that
- 32:45she has not appeared in a court to be cross
- 32:47examined on the many, many inconsistencies in her account over
- 32:51the years, from her age to who she allegedly had
- 32:54sexual relations with. None of that has been put to
- 32:56the test in a cross examination, which is a lie,
- 33:00a deposition, stupid, multiple depositions, and guess what, she never
- 33:04got popted for perjury in hers. Your sister, on the
- 33:07other hand, Well, different story, isn't it. If this woman
- 33:11was so credible, why wasn't she deployed at my sister's trial?
- 33:15Nice straw man argument, but it's not gonna work. Why
- 33:17did your sister abuse? Annie Farmer? Can you explain that? Please?
- 33:21Don't try and change the subject don't try and change
- 33:24things up. Why did your sister and her abuse lead
- 33:27directly to Carolyn's death? Anybody could asked this fucking dude
- 33:31that or gonna be softball questions for days. I'd love
- 33:34to have an interview with Ian Maxwell. I would love
- 33:37to sit down with this dude and absolutely eviscerate him,
- 33:41and not with any of that fancy lad shit you
- 33:43learn in school, Just straight up a visceration. I can't
- 33:47account for why Andrew paid what he paid, says Ian.
- 33:50In twenty twenty two, Prince Andrew settled with no admission
- 33:54of guilt, a civil claim brought by Virginia, paying an
- 33:57undisclosed amount to her and to charity she set up
- 34:00to help victims of sex trafficking. There are so many
- 34:03views about it that he was compelled, that he didn't
- 34:06want to embarrass his mother. It's done. He's paying a
- 34:08hell of a price. He's been canceled. There's no other
- 34:11way of looking at it. He's paying the price for
- 34:15the bill that he ran up. You want to run
- 34:17up a fucking check, don't be mad when the bill
- 34:20shows up. It's like the people that go to the
- 34:22club and get bottle service and shit and then cry
- 34:24when the bill comes bitch, you ordered it right, so
- 34:27now pay up, pay up, pay up. Glaine is the
- 34:31only person who has been charged and imprisoned, but many
- 34:34people believe there were other female enablers in Epstein's circle
- 34:38and famous and powerful men who were involved in the
- 34:40abuse and have not faced charges. As a family, we're
- 34:44concerned about Glaine and not concerned about other people who
- 34:47might be arrested and brought the book, says her brother.
- 34:50We are hopeful the appeal will succeed and Glaine will
- 34:53get a result. I would love to see her back
- 34:55in the UK. She's my younger sister and she has
- 34:58been coping with an extraordin narrowly difficult or a deal.
- 35:01I miss her very much. But what of a memoir?
- 35:04Could we be seeing Glaine's prison diaries hitting the bookshops
- 35:08if she's released in coming months. Ian laughs and says
- 35:11he has not discussed any book with his sister. All
- 35:14I can say is that if she did come to
- 35:16write it, it would be an interesting memoir, no question,
- 35:19no question. Indeed, yo, this author who wrote this article,
- 35:24I mean, is she pining for a little bit of
- 35:26time to hang out with Glaine. If Glaine gets out
- 35:29or something, Holy cow, Barbara McMahon, get it together. Stop
- 35:33gushing over your girl, Glaine. What an absolutely bad look.
- 35:37But the good news is this all the time for
- 35:40talk is about over and Glene Maxwell is gonna get
- 35:42another chance in front of the court to plead her case.
- 35:46And my guess is it's gonna have the same result
- 35:49as the first time around, and Gallayne Maxwell is gonna
- 35:51end up staying her ass behind bars until the next
- 35:55Elon Musk gives us flying cars. All right, folks, that's
- 35:59gonna do it for this one. All of the information
- 36:01that goes with this episode can be found in the
- 36:03description box. What's up everyone, and welcome back to the
- 36:07Epstein Chronicles. According to Glean Maxwell's brother Ian, the whole
- 36:12process against Glaiine Maxwell leading up to her conviction was
- 36:17biased and the whole entire court system is biased against
- 36:21his sister. That's what he wants you to believe. Now,
- 36:24remember all of those court documents that we've been going through,
- 36:27everything that we know about Glaine Maxwell, everything we know
- 36:31about her behavior, and everything we know about the allegations
- 36:35made against her, And then you tell me, was the
- 36:38court bias and that's why we go through all the
- 36:40court documents here. That way you all have a baseline
- 36:43for what we're talking about. That way, there is a blueprint,
- 36:47if you will, for what went down. Now. Just because
- 36:50there's documents in court obviously doesn't mean that the allegations
- 36:54are true. But when you go through the process as
- 36:57long as we have with Glaine Maxwell, from the first
- 37:00deposition all the way through her trial, I don't think
- 37:02there's any doubt that Klain Maxwell is as guilty as
- 37:06the day is long and as far as her appeal goes.
- 37:09Watching what happened with Alec Murda recently down in South Carolina,
- 37:13I don't think that bodes well for Glenn Maxwell. She's
- 37:16talking about adjur who was out aligned Scotty David. Meanwhile,
- 37:20down in South Carolina, the court clerk was called on
- 37:23the carpet and was obviously not completely in the right,
- 37:27but it wasn't enough to overturn Alec Murda's murder conviction.
- 37:32And I don't think Scotty David and his situation is
- 37:35going to be enough to get Gallain Maxwell's shit overturned either.
- 37:38Then again, it is the federal government we're talking about.
- 37:42Today's article is from The Independent and the headline US
- 37:45court was biased against my sister. Glain Maxwell's brother claim
- 37:49sex trafficking conviction unsafe. This article was authored by Andy Gregory.
- 37:56Glen Maxwell's brother has accused the US justice system of
- 38:00bas and said his convicted sex traffickers sister did not
- 38:03receive a fair trial ahead of a crucial appeal hearing
- 38:07next month. No, she didn't get a fair trial at all.
- 38:10You know who got treated fairly, Khalif Browder, He got
- 38:13treated fairly, right, right, give me a break. Maxwell had
- 38:17a full ass trial, had a full complement of high
- 38:20profile lawyers. And notice they're not challenging the evidence, right.
- 38:24All they're challenging is that if she got a fair
- 38:26trial or not. What do we call that, folks? That's right,
- 38:29loopholes and technicalities. The former socialite human trafficker, general all
- 38:35around scusbag bipedal serpent, who was found guilty of trafficking
- 38:39underage girls for disgrace to billionaire multimillionaire Jeffrey Epstein over
- 38:44the course of a decade, was sentenced to twenty years
- 38:46in prison in twenty twenty two. Should have been sentenced
- 38:49to two hundred and twenty years. But here we are now,
- 38:53just weeks before a pivotal appeal which Ian Maxwell hopes
- 38:56could see his sister retried on all five counts and
- 39:00her sentence quashed. He has claimed that three jurors in
- 39:03the trial were unable to make in impartial judgments because
- 39:06of their own history of sexual abuse, Not that my
- 39:09sister's innocent, Not that there's evidence that we uncovered that
- 39:13says that all these girls were lying and that Glainne
- 39:16Maxwell is just innocent as hell. No, Oh, let's attack
- 39:20the process, let's attack the technicalities, and let's hope that
- 39:24something sticks. There's only one problem, you know, sitting on
- 39:28the Second Circuit Court of Appeals the same judge who
- 39:31sent Glenn Maxwell's ask to prison. So good luck convincing
- 39:35Judge Nathan that she was not impartial during the trial
- 39:39or that something was amiss. She's already sat in and
- 39:42had a hearing about Scotty David about the so called misconduct,
- 39:47and it didn't work out well for Glaine then, and
- 39:49I doubt it works out well for her now. Speaking
- 39:52exclusively to the Independent, mister Maxwell said the American justice
- 39:56system and the court were biased against my sister, and
- 39:59she didn't get a trial. How could they fairly and
- 40:03dispassionately consider evidence in a sex abuse case On this
- 40:06issue alone, Glaine should have her conviction kicked out. Does
- 40:10he really think that even if it got kicked out,
- 40:12that it would be a different result the next time,
- 40:15after all the evidence that we've seen, after all that
- 40:18we know, does he really believe that jurors are gonna
- 40:21show up and be like, oh, you know what, Glaine
- 40:24is a pillar of the community, folks. She is somebody
- 40:27that should never have been behind bars. Is that what
- 40:30he really thinks is going to happen? Because I'm here
- 40:33to break some bad news to him. If he thinks
- 40:35that's what's going to happen, the answer is no, No,
- 40:38Jerry is going to overturn this. No Jerry is going
- 40:40to say, ah, you know what, Gallainne Maxwell, there's no
- 40:43evidence here, because guess what, there is a ton of
- 40:47evidence here, and all of that evidence leads directly to
- 40:50Glenn Maxwell well being guilty. Maxwell was found guilty of
- 40:55recruiting and grooming four teenagers for sexual abuse by Epstein,
- 40:59who was her boyfriend at the time. Yeah, right, okay, sure,
- 41:02boyfriend at the time, according to Glane, and it's funny.
- 41:05In the deposition, she says, well, I would have liked
- 41:07to be so she wasn't really his girlfriend, and they
- 41:10were just assets being run by insert intelligence group here.
- 41:14You ever see the TV show The Americans where the
- 41:18KGB puts two Russian agents together in America and says, hey,
- 41:21look they're a couple. They're a married couple. Here's some
- 41:24kids too. I mean, come on, this is how assets work.
- 41:28They put them together, then they run their operation, and
- 41:31when things come to a head and they no longer
- 41:33need the assets, they burn them. And that's what I've
- 41:36always said happened here. The question is who was running
- 41:39the operation. That's the real question, and in my opinion,
- 41:43it was somebody within the CIA. Now I don't think
- 41:46that the CIA as a whole got together and we're like,
- 41:49you know what, we're gonna run an operation with Epstein
- 41:52in the middle of it. We're talking about a black operation, right,
- 41:55something off the books, something that's not being reported. They
- 41:59do that shit on a regular basis. And if you
- 42:03think I'm kidding, well, where's the trillions of dollars that
- 42:06have went missing from the Pentagon? My guess is a
- 42:09few of those dollars went into operations exactly like Epstein's.
- 42:15Judge Allison Nathan, who presided over the trial, said Maxwell's
- 42:19behavior had been heinous and predatory, and the court also
- 42:23heard harrowing testimony from victims who described how Maxwell had
- 42:27lured them into Epstein's homes where they were abused, and
- 42:30she was doing the abusing herself. Why do we forget
- 42:33about that? I mean, for real, for real attention now
- 42:37turns to March twelfth, when an appellate court of three
- 42:40judges could sensationally overturn Maxwell's conviction on the grounds that
- 42:44more than one juror perjured themselves, potentially setting the stage
- 42:48for her release. Remember in that other episode, we were
- 42:51just talking about how The Daily Beast sensationalizes things, et cetera,
- 42:54et cetera. Well, Sam could be said, here, let's get
- 42:57it all pumped up. Glenn Maxwell's gonna get released. What
- 43:01do you think the chances are that this gets thrown
- 43:03out and she gets a new trial and she gets released.
- 43:06I would say the chances are slim. Now, I won't
- 43:09say none, because I don't deal in absolutes, but I
- 43:12will say the chances are slim and Slim is about
- 43:15to leave town. Maxwell's defensive argued that just days after
- 43:19she was found guilty, her conviction began to unravel when
- 43:22a juror named Scotty David revealed in an interview with
- 43:25The Independent that he had been a victim of sexual abuse.
- 43:29In an astonishing revelation, he claimed that his own experiences
- 43:33had helped convince fellow jurors that Maxwell's accusers were telling
- 43:37the truth. So sounds like it's a heavy claim, right,
- 43:40But when investigated further, the court found that there was
- 43:44not any there there. So again, this is not nothing new.
- 43:47This is something that Maxwell and her team have been
- 43:50hoping for, and this is what I'm always talking about
- 43:53during the trial phase. This is why the prosecution has
- 43:56to be on point. This is why the whole process
- 43:59has to be on point, because if not, you leave
- 44:01yourself open for later on down the road for these
- 44:04vile sons of bitches like Lanne Maxwell to try and
- 44:07grab on to something like a drowning man trying to
- 44:10grab on to a life preserver in the middle of
- 44:12a wreckage, because without that they're gonna drown, right, And
- 44:16that's the same for gilln Maxwell without the Scotty David situation, well,
- 44:20she has nothing to you know, hang her hat on
- 44:22if you will. The explosive disclosure threatened to sync the
- 44:26entire conviction, but Judge Nathan insisted mister David's personal experience
- 44:31would not have disqualified him from the process. A second
- 44:34juror later disclosed that they too had experienced sexual abuse,
- 44:38and Maxwell's defense also believes the third jur also lied
- 44:41about being abused, which miss Maxwell said deprived the defense
- 44:45of the opportunity to challenge their selection as jurors. In
- 44:49April twenty twenty two ruling, four months after Maxwell's conviction,
- 44:53Judge Nathan said she would not have excluded Scotty David
- 44:56from the jury had he originally disclosed his abuse right
- 44:59now there and then bingo bango dingo. The judge herself
- 45:04said that it wouldn't have impacted her one way or
- 45:07the other. Do you really think that the other judges
- 45:10on the appeals Court are going to look at this
- 45:13and say, oh, you know what, Klein Maxwell has been railroaded.
- 45:17This was echoed by prosecutors opposing calls for a retrial,
- 45:20who argued that multiple other potential jurors in this case
- 45:24reported having experienced sexual abuse and were nonetheless qualified as
- 45:28jurors Maxwell's March appeal. Meanwhile, Maxwell's defense team continue to
- 45:34build their case ahead of the March twelve hearing. They
- 45:37will repeat previous claims that she was entitled to rely
- 45:40on a two thousand and seven non prosecution agreement which
- 45:44saw Epstein plead guilty to Florida state prostitution charges in
- 45:48exchange for immunity extended to his personal co conspirators over
- 45:52allegations of sexual abuse at his Palm Beach mansion. Now
- 45:56imagine what the hell kind of attorney general would put
- 46:00something like that on the books. Oh, that's right, Mukayzy.
- 46:03You all remember, mister Michael Mukasey, right, was the attorney
- 46:07general at the end there for George Bush. As Obama
- 46:10was transitioning, thought it would be a good idea to
- 46:13broke her this deal. Unfortunately, the legacy media they only
- 46:17want to tell you about alex Acosta. But the fact
- 46:19is that it was his boss that gave the okay,
- 46:22and his boss, well, that boss was Mukayzy. The prosecution
- 46:27ignores this, and shamefully the court condoned it, said mister Maxwell,
- 46:31claiming the USA broke its promise. No, that was a
- 46:34non prosecution agreement for those specific crimes. It wasn't a
- 46:38blanket get out of jail free card. What do you
- 46:41think this is? And unless Glaann Maxwell signed to three
- 46:44to zero two and proffered herself up, I don't want
- 46:46to hear shit about her having any kind of immunity.
- 46:49That's BS nonsense and obviously the court agrees. Judge Nathan
- 46:54ruled twice in twenty twenty one that the agreement fourteen
- 46:57years prior with the state attorneys in Florida did not
- 46:59find authorities in New York from bringing charges, concluding that
- 47:03the arguments brought by Maxwell's lawyers on the matter were
- 47:06not persuasive, urging the appeal court to uphold Maxwell's conviction.
- 47:10US government lawyers further agreed that she had no right
- 47:14to invoke the protections of the NPA because she was
- 47:17not a signatory or a third party to the agreement.
- 47:21In her appeal, Maxwell also claims she was convicted of
- 47:25crimes with which she was not charged after the court
- 47:28refused to correct the jury's misunderstanding of elements of the charges,
- 47:32which federal prosecutor has argued was not the case. In
- 47:36a final attack on his sister's conviction, mister Maxwell said
- 47:39this week the case against her was riddled with serious
- 47:42procedural and other errors of the law, and the alleged
- 47:46crimes so old they should not have been prosecuted according
- 47:49to the US Statute of limitations. So you notice no
- 47:53new evidence, right, nothing new loopholes and technicalities. Well, mister Maxwell,
- 47:58if you're relying on that, you're going to be in
- 48:01big trouble. It's like relying on a guy who's batting
- 48:04one ninety five to drive in the winning run. Judge
- 48:09Nathan also rejected this claim, ruling that a move by
- 48:12the US Congress to remove time limits on prosecuting child
- 48:15sex trafficking offenses in two thousand and six applied to
- 48:18those in the indictment against Maxwell. While Maxwell has urged
- 48:23the appeal court to give her a more lenient sentence
- 48:25if she is not granted a new trial, prosecutors argue
- 48:28her sentence is not unfair, dismissing her arguments to the
- 48:31contrary as cursory and undeveloped. Four victims survivors you mean,
- 48:37gave evidence against Maxwell at her trial, recounting her role
- 48:41in facilitating Epstein's abuse. A victim impact statement was also
- 48:46read at her trial on behalf of Virginia Roberts, who
- 48:48did not testify in it. Miss Roberts, who has subsequently
- 48:52settled a sexual assault case against Prince Andrews, said I
- 48:55want to be clear about one thing. Without question. Jeffrey
- 48:58Epstein was a terrible petal file. But I never would
- 49:01have met Jeffrey Epstein if not for you. For me,
- 49:04and for so many others, you opened the door to hell.
- 49:07And that's really what it comes down to. When Maxwell
- 49:10talks about she's being prosecuted unfairly, blah blah blah. Yeah right,
- 49:14save that bullshit for someone who was not following along.
- 49:17Not only were you a passenger, you took the wheel
- 49:19when Epstein was too tired to drive. Maxwell, daughter of
- 49:23the late media tycoon and fraudster Robert Maxwell, is currently
- 49:27housed in Florida's low security Tallahassee Prison. She is said
- 49:31to have lodged hundreds of complaints, including over a lack
- 49:34of vegan food options and access to black hair dye.
- 49:37Imagine that's what she's worried about. Huh okay, I guess
- 49:41in a recent prison report on the state of FCI
- 49:44Federal Correctional Institution Tallahassee, black mold was found on the
- 49:47walls and ceilings. Storage facilities were in a state of disrepair,
- 49:51with vegetables found rotting in fridges and multi bread served
- 49:55to inmates. A cafeteria was found to contain broken stools
- 49:59with sharp which could be used as weapons, leaking windows,
- 50:03and scores of dead insects. Prison authorities told The Independent
- 50:08they would not discuss complaints filed by inmates, citing privacy, safety,
- 50:12and security concerns. Maxwell is currently eligible for release in
- 50:16July of twenty thirty seven. So all the stuff about
- 50:20the prison system, that's all real and true. The DOJ
- 50:24and the GOP is in disrepair. But I'm supposed to
- 50:28worry about Glayne Maxwell. Where was she at when she
- 50:31was rich and famous and had all these people in
- 50:34her pocket. She could have done something about prison reform.
- 50:37She didn't, So now that she's there, well, it's a
- 50:40big deal and we should all feel sorry for Glaine Maxwell.
- 50:43Unfortunately for her, if that's what she's waiting for, she's
- 50:47gonna be waiting for a long as time because nobody
- 50:50out here who's serious about life, feel sorry for Gallayne Maxwell,
- 50:54and as far as the appeal goes, obviously we're going
- 50:57to keep an eye on things and when we have
- 50:59new information, will get it added to the catalog. All
- 51:02of the information that goes with this episode can be
