- 0:33Speaker 3: the number nine six eight ninety three. Yesterday Kyle was
- 0:36Speaker 3: telling us about how you're not wearing your wedding ring
- 0:38Speaker 3: right now because it's got a rash on your finger.
- 0:39Speaker 5: A lot of people have comments about that, by the way,
- 0:41Speaker 5: a lot.
- 0:42Speaker 6: Of text message does anyone know what's the deal couple?
- 0:44Speaker 5: Kyle?
- 0:45Speaker 3: Uh, this is a text Kyle needs to shower daily,
- 0:47Speaker 3: not by a new wedding ring, her ring.
- 0:49Speaker 5: No, she stank all day every day.
- 0:54Speaker 1: She doesn't.
- 0:54Speaker 6: Maybe that's it.
- 0:56Speaker 5: Another one.
- 0:58Speaker 7: If you were thinking.
- 1:00Speaker 3: Another says a message for Kyle My husband actually is
- 1:03Speaker 3: deathly allergic to week now. He was thirty two with
- 1:06Speaker 3: his first reaction eight week his whole life, and now
- 1:09Speaker 3: he can't started up in EpiPen mode. Now, it could
- 1:13Speaker 3: be a late on set allergies to your ring. But
- 1:16Speaker 3: you also have another ring on. It's made of the
- 1:18Speaker 3: same stuff.
- 1:19Speaker 8: Right, I have my wedding band on that's made of
- 1:21Speaker 8: the same.
- 1:22Speaker 3: So it's not a week hours in it. But maybe
- 1:24Speaker 3: it's because of the last time I think we got
- 1:25Speaker 3: an update Fromkyle, she was sleeping another room. You and
- 1:28Speaker 3: your husband haven't slept in the same room together since
- 1:30Speaker 3: you got that puppy.
- 1:31Speaker 8: Right three months ago.
- 1:32Speaker 6: I don't know how that would affect my ring, but
- 1:34Speaker 6: it has affected my life, and I don't know if
- 1:37Speaker 6: it's affected my relationship as much as I thought it
- 1:40Speaker 6: would like because I was like, we should not be
- 1:42Speaker 6: sleeping in separate rooms. To me, that seems like they're
- 1:45Speaker 6: just roommates. You're not married or something. I don't know,
- 1:48Speaker 6: just mentally it's not there. But I'm happy to report
- 1:51Speaker 6: that after three months of a sleep divorce, Scott and
- 1:53Speaker 6: I are once again sleeping together.
- 1:58Speaker 1: I'm happy.
- 2:01Speaker 6: So you know, the show went on vacation, and over vacasion,
- 2:03Speaker 6: I was like, I am making it my mission, Like
- 2:05Speaker 6: we have to make this happen. This is like this
- 2:08Speaker 6: has gone on too long, and it's always been like,
- 2:10Speaker 6: you know, we wake up really early, and we would
- 2:12Speaker 6: go to bed too late and the dogs wouldn't settle
- 2:15Speaker 6: right away, and we were like, forget it, we're not
- 2:17Speaker 6: going to try it tonight. Forget it, We're not going
- 2:18Speaker 6: to try tonight. We kept pushing it off, but over
- 2:20Speaker 6: the break we made it happen. And it did take
- 2:23Speaker 6: a kind of a lot of getting used to for Poppy,
- 2:26Speaker 6: mainly because we were Pappy and I were sleeping in
- 2:28Speaker 6: the guest room and what we needed to do was
- 2:31Speaker 6: move into our actual bedroom. And for her it was
- 2:33Speaker 6: almost like she already knew this isn't the place where
- 2:35Speaker 6: we sleep. So she would go in the room, she
- 2:37Speaker 6: would go in the bed and she would get the
- 2:39Speaker 6: zuomie so or she would go too close to Daisy
- 2:41Speaker 6: and Daisy would.
- 2:41Speaker 8: Get ticked off at her and try to bite her
- 2:43Speaker 8: and murder her.
- 2:46Speaker 6: And so finally I think it was like just consistently
- 2:49Speaker 6: just this is it, this is where we're going, this
- 2:51Speaker 6: is what we're doing. And she's fine. Now it's great.
- 2:55Speaker 5: So how many days have you slept with your husband?
- 3:00Speaker 8: Five?
- 3:01Speaker 1: Five?
- 3:02Speaker 3: And the dogs are like and how many how many
- 3:05Speaker 3: days have you not had your wedding ryons been?
- 3:10Speaker 8: I don't know three or four.
- 3:11Speaker 3: See, so that's my correlation in the beginning was the
- 3:14Speaker 3: wedding ring represents your marriage and your happiness and everything.
- 3:18Speaker 3: You've been sleeping another room. So the universe is like,
- 3:21Speaker 3: you guys need to get back together, get back there,
- 3:22Speaker 3: and we got it. So the universe letting you know, hey,
- 3:25Speaker 3: we're it's in your ring. Take this figure off and
- 3:27Speaker 3: then and then you go back with your husband and
- 3:29Speaker 3: now you're sleeping back in the bed and Allison, watch, magically,
- 3:31Speaker 3: it's gonna work.
- 3:32Speaker 8: I hope that's the circle.
- 3:33Speaker 5: It's the never ending circle of love.
- 3:35Speaker 3: So that's how my my presentation to you was, maybe
- 3:39Speaker 3: it has to because you're sleeping in another room and
- 3:41Speaker 3: it's causing a rash in your finger to see that
- 3:44Speaker 3: watching I'll come back together and it'll be magic.
- 3:47Speaker 5: And a four.
- 3:48Speaker 6: I've been using aqua for a couple of times a
- 3:50Speaker 6: day just to try to heal it.
- 3:51Speaker 3: But you know, there's I was trying to think who
- 3:53Speaker 3: it was, and I think I think it's Cameron Diaz,
- 3:55Speaker 3: actress Cameron Diaz, and she's married to Joel Madden, one
- 3:57Speaker 3: of the Maddenings of the What's.
- 3:59Speaker 5: That Good, Charlotte Charlie.
- 4:00Speaker 3: Yeah, And did you see what she said a couple
- 4:02Speaker 3: days ago how they've been together, I think fifteen years something.
- 4:04Speaker 3: She was talking about how important it is for them
- 4:06Speaker 3: to sleep in different rooms really.
- 4:11Speaker 1: Together.
- 4:11Speaker 5: I don't know, she just thinks it just keeps it together,
- 4:14Speaker 5: just like you know whatever.
- 4:15Speaker 3: And I don't know if they have dogs or not,
- 4:16Speaker 3: but it was like, we sleep in different rooms and
- 4:18Speaker 3: it's helped our marriage.
- 4:19Speaker 1: I've seen like ever since you know, how you talk
- 4:20Speaker 1: about something in the show, he comes up on your Instagram,
- 4:23Speaker 1: I've seen since Kyle's been talking about the sleep divorce,
- 4:26Speaker 1: people showing off their mates their spouse's bedroom, like, here's
- 4:30Speaker 1: my husband's.
- 4:31Speaker 3: I see this, I see this one lady. This one
- 4:34Speaker 3: lady did a whole tour. Right, here's my husband's closet,
- 4:36Speaker 3: here's my husband's bedroom.
- 4:38Speaker 1: Rooms look nice.
- 4:39Speaker 5: Yeah.
- 4:39Speaker 1: And I have a friend who has a house that
- 4:40Speaker 1: they he has his bed in their closet. That's where
- 4:44Speaker 1: he goes to sleep. At that in their closet and
- 4:46Speaker 1: it looks like a nice little setup. Wow. So I'm
- 4:49Speaker 1: seeing it everywhere. Maybe maybe you've you know.
- 4:52Speaker 6: We're ending that. We've never wanted that to be.
- 4:55Speaker 1: However, the people seem to love it.
- 4:58Speaker 3: Like I, when my wife's had a I sleep alone.
- 5:00Speaker 3: I do enjoy being alone. It's great, you know. But
- 5:03Speaker 3: when she's home too, I like that too. It's there
- 5:05Speaker 3: is I think I sleep better with her there because
- 5:06Speaker 3: we do it so long. But she now like reads
- 5:11Speaker 3: in bed a lot with us, and she is pretty
- 5:14Speaker 3: like you think laying in bed reading you don't move,
- 5:16Speaker 3: but she's quite a mover.
- 5:18Speaker 1: It's like yeah, like yeah.
- 5:19Speaker 5: She changes, turns the page loudly, and I'm.
- 5:22Speaker 6: Trying to sleep, Like, how is she moving a lot?
- 5:24Speaker 6: She reacting to the story?
- 5:25Speaker 3: Will she'll go change the page or then she'll move
- 5:29Speaker 3: adjust and then the bed I can feel the bed move,
- 5:30Speaker 3: and I'm like, and I gotta do that.
- 5:31Speaker 1: I'll do this, you know. Stacey just talks to me
- 5:36Speaker 1: last night. It's I'm asleep, and I fall asleep really quick,
- 5:40Speaker 1: probably within a minute. But she, oh my god, I'm like,
- 5:42Speaker 1: what's wrong. She's like, it's the Nordstrum half yearly sale.
- 5:45Speaker 1: I'm like, you could probably just scroll by yourself and
- 5:47Speaker 1: never share that way, and I would never care.
- 5:51Speaker 3: So call us at eight seven seven nine three seven
- 5:53Speaker 3: one four seven. Also, I'm going to present something to you, guys.
- 5:55Speaker 3: I want to try something with our text line. We

- 6:00Speaker 3: got Dojia cat tickets coming up, we got Minute to
- 6:02Speaker 3: Win It coming up, we got downback tickets. I thought
- 6:03Speaker 3: it'd be kind of cool if you text us, text
- 6:07Speaker 3: JJR and then tell us I want to play a
- 6:10Speaker 3: game one of the games, and maybe we'll pick one
- 6:12Speaker 3: of the text messages to be contestant. Right, but you
- 6:16Speaker 3: also have to have a fantastic personality, So text JJR
- 6:21Speaker 3: and the phrase I want to play a game to
- 6:23Speaker 3: nine six eight nine three and maybe we'll pick one
- 6:26Speaker 3: of you to play. Wake up with that, Rich, it
- 6:30Speaker 3: is time for Peyton's predictions for horoscopes.

- 7:22Speaker 7: You're gonna blush, look down at.
- 7:23Speaker 4: Your shoes, all cute, and secretly start planning your matching
- 7:26Speaker 4: outfits in your head.

- 10:02Speaker 4: your esthetic choices.
- 10:03Speaker 7: You will stand in the aisle for an hour.
- 10:05Speaker 4: Trying to decide if pastel pink or sage green better
- 10:08Speaker 4: represents your people pleasing soul. You are desperately texting your
- 10:11Speaker 4: groupt pictures for approval.
- 10:13Speaker 6: Yeah, I do take a really long time to decide facts.
- 10:20Speaker 4: How about Yeah, Rich, you are so heavily disassociated with
- 10:24Speaker 4: the fact that you're going back to school that you
- 10:26Speaker 4: actually just wander into like the toy aisle and get lost.
- 10:29Speaker 4: You're gonna end up buying scented stickers and bubble machines.
- 10:32Speaker 4: You're entirely forgetting the actual backpack that you actually came from.
- 10:35Speaker 1: That's true. I mean that's true with every day shopping too.
- 10:38Speaker 1: I get set for groceries and I come back with
- 10:40Speaker 1: whatever I want.
- 10:41Speaker 7: You just wander.
- 10:44Speaker 4: Yeah, Leo's we treat the shopping run like it's a
- 10:47Speaker 4: pre show fitting for a main character ego. We are
- 10:50Speaker 4: going to completely ignore the supply list and focus solely
- 10:52Speaker 4: on curating our locker wall paper in our first day
- 10:55Speaker 4: of outfit picture and we are texting our friends to
- 10:57Speaker 4: make sure that we're not wearing the same colors.
- 11:00Speaker 5: And how about Vigo's John.
- 11:02Speaker 4: Jay, You're that brilliant mastermind who has your That's it.
- 11:06Speaker 3: You don't have to go further. You are the brilliant mastermind.
- 11:09Speaker 3: That's all we have for today.
- 11:10Speaker 4: You ring your list, you kind of prepared with the
- 11:12Speaker 4: things that you need, but you kind of have these
- 11:14Speaker 4: cold judging eyes for everyone else that school is shopping.
- 11:17Speaker 7: And you're in sewer.
- 11:18Speaker 4: You're ensuring that your entire academic year is going to
- 11:21Speaker 4: be organized with scientific precision.
- 11:24Speaker 7: You're locked down.
- 11:25Speaker 3: Well, when we went back to school shopping, especially for clothes,
- 11:27Speaker 3: I couldn't say I hated it, but I liked when
- 11:29Speaker 3: I would get the folders and the pencils and all
- 11:31Speaker 3: that stuff. And I always felt like I'd start the
- 11:33Speaker 3: season off like all awesome, yeah, you know. And then
- 11:36Speaker 3: but the clothes, by the way, my mom would take
- 11:38Speaker 3: me to sears and we buy these this brand of
- 11:40Speaker 3: jeans called tough Skins, and you know the shirt you
- 11:42Speaker 3: know how shirts have like a like a polo logo
- 11:45Speaker 3: or the little logo. My shirts had wined to poo
- 11:49Speaker 3: on them. And I would go to school like, oh,
- 11:53Speaker 3: you beat up.
- 11:54Speaker 5: Keep in mind, I was nineteen.
- 11:57Speaker 4: I actually kind of had like a little bit of
- 11:59Speaker 4: struggle with back to school shopping when I would go
- 12:01Speaker 4: with my mom. But because my mom was so like
- 12:04Speaker 4: picky about what we would wear, so like, do you
- 12:05Speaker 4: guys remember those Bobby Jack shirts with like the monkey
- 12:08Speaker 4: and he would blow the big bubbles and they were
- 12:10Speaker 4: like super popular. She would like, not let me wear
- 12:12Speaker 4: those shirts, shirts with like labels across the chest, Hollister, Abercami.
- 12:16Speaker 4: Those are the only ones that I could wear if
- 12:18Speaker 4: it was like the Bobby Jack or like a cartoon.
- 12:20Speaker 4: My mom was like, you can't wear that, and I
- 12:22Speaker 4: was like, I just want to be like a normal kid.
- 12:24Speaker 3: You go, but you were still only aware to allow
- 12:27Speaker 3: allowed to wear name brand clothing.
- 12:29Speaker 1: Though.
- 12:30Speaker 5: We went to Miller's Post and our stuff.
- 12:31Speaker 4: Was like, I don't want to like she was so
- 12:35Speaker 4: boogie unnecessarily and it kind of ruined my school shopping experience.
- 12:40Speaker 7: Let me be like a normal kid. Please.
- 12:42Speaker 3: Our shoes were a kmart. They were tied together in
- 12:44Speaker 3: a bina. Did you have the four stripes?
- 12:46Speaker 1: You try to take it because they weren't quite Adidas,
- 12:49Speaker 1: but they had four stripes. I'd take off the four
- 12:51Speaker 1: stripe to make it look like an Adidas.
- 12:53Speaker 3: I never did. I didn't care about it. In fact,
- 12:54Speaker 3: here's something terrible. This is what I got. This is
- 12:56Speaker 3: when I realized I needed change the dressing. That I
- 12:59Speaker 3: would wear jeans, wranglers. And my dad worked at a
- 13:02Speaker 3: restaurant called Sambo's, which is like a Denny's it's exactly
- 13:05Speaker 3: like Denny's. And so my dad would bring home all
- 13:08Speaker 3: this merch from Sambo's, and I would wear a Sambo's
- 13:11Speaker 3: T shirt to work to school every day, but not
- 13:14Speaker 3: the same sambo shirt, a different one, to the point
- 13:16Speaker 3: where people start calling me Sambo. And I hated it
- 13:19Speaker 3: so bad that I asked my parents, can I please
- 13:21Speaker 3: have some clothes?
- 13:23Speaker 8: I don't want to be called?
- 13:25Speaker 5: Yeah? All right, John J. Rich if we mister signed there,
- 13:27Speaker 5: all post it John J.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Rich dot com, John.
- 13:35Speaker 12: Jay and Rich Shaw Intelligence, beauty charm.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Of course, we're.
- 13:40Speaker 5: Just describing Kyle and Peyton's.
- 13:42Speaker 11: Your four best friends are alive.
- 13:43Speaker 3: I just got a text for my wife. She says,
- 13:47Speaker 3: can you call me? Not an emergency, just some good news?
- 13:51Speaker 3: Should I call her?
- 13:52Speaker 1: Sure? I don't know how to call her. I now
- 13:55Speaker 1: nine because she knows that the like.
- 14:07Speaker 5: Reach out to me.
- 14:07Speaker 3: We're on the air unless it's an emergency. So this
- 14:10Speaker 3: better be a good emergency. Hi, Hi, I have everybody
- 14:18Speaker 3: here in the studio. You text me and said, can
- 14:20Speaker 3: you call me? It's not an emergency, but it's good news.
- 14:22Speaker 3: And I figure out if it's good news? Can everybody
- 14:24Speaker 3: here or is it private? Good news, and what kind
- 14:25Speaker 3: of good news is there the private I everythink good news.
- 14:28Speaker 10: You want everybody know what one of There's two things,
- 14:32Speaker 10: So I'm gonna publicly tell the that the.
- 14:38Speaker 9: Thing that I'm most excited about. Okay, So.
- 14:42Speaker 10: I've been working on an app for the last like
- 14:46Speaker 10: two years with my sister.
- 14:48Speaker 9: In law and our friend and.
- 14:52Speaker 10: It launched in the test site today and it's so.
- 14:55Speaker 2: Good and how so many people and so many dogs
- 15:02Speaker 2: and more dogs are going to stay in their homes.
- 15:05Speaker 10: I'm so excited.
- 15:07Speaker 5: And that's Love Pup Plus.
- 15:09Speaker 10: It's Love Pup Plus.
- 15:11Speaker 13: Yes, And we have Ginger who is your pet parenting partner,
- 15:16Speaker 13: and she's there for twenty four hours a day, seven
- 15:20Speaker 13: days a week to answer any question you have regarding
- 15:23Speaker 13: your dog. And she's educated and she's smart, and it's
- 15:28Speaker 13: free and it's free and it's a great place to
- 15:31Speaker 13: put your records. So you just download your vet records
- 15:34Speaker 13: and you have them all in one place when you
- 15:38Speaker 13: go to the groomer or you go to the pet sitter.
- 15:41Speaker 10: So I'm just I can't even believe that I did this.
- 15:44Speaker 3: It's an app for dog people that was a slogan
- 15:46Speaker 3: and app for dog Okay, now you said, is it
- 15:49Speaker 3: is it?
- 15:50Speaker 5: Can anybody get it?
- 15:50Speaker 7: Right now?
- 15:51Speaker 5: You said it's in a test.
- 15:52Speaker 10: It's in a test right now. So you can go
- 15:55Speaker 10: to our website now at love pup.
- 15:56Speaker 9: Plus dot com and check it out and.
- 16:00Speaker 10: Surf around the website. But it will be an app
- 16:03Speaker 10: as soon as we approve it.
- 16:05Speaker 7: As soon as we.
- 16:05Speaker 5: Approve it, it'll be on the App Store. It'll be
- 16:07Speaker 5: on the App Store for everybody.
- 16:08Speaker 10: Okay, be on.
- 16:09Speaker 9: Every Apple story.
- 16:10Speaker 2: Yeah, for all the different different kinds of.
- 16:12Speaker 5: Well, congratulations, Yeah, we're gonna help a lot of dogs. Hey,
- 16:16Speaker 5: So what's the other good news?
- 16:17Speaker 1: Is that?
- 16:18Speaker 5: Not for public?
- 16:20Speaker 10: No?
- 16:21Speaker 3: No, I was just like, what's good news that you
- 16:24Speaker 3: can't share? Like, can you give me a hint?
- 16:27Speaker 2: Okay?
- 16:28Speaker 5: Yeah, generally generically Okay, Okay, you know.
- 16:35Speaker 2: How you've been having all this trouble with people knew
- 16:39Speaker 2: about the Kelly Blue Book and because I asked you
- 16:41Speaker 2: to go and find out the value of.
- 16:43Speaker 1: My car, Yes, it's frustrated.
- 16:45Speaker 9: Well yeah, so I know, but we sold the car,
- 16:48Speaker 9: so then they shouldn't be doing that anymore.
- 16:50Speaker 3: If they don't know we sold the car, Blake, they
- 16:52Speaker 3: don't know we sold the car I've got emails this
- 16:53Speaker 3: morning and text messages this morning.
- 16:55Speaker 5: But go ahead, please let me hear how this is
- 16:56Speaker 5: generically good news.
- 16:58Speaker 13: But what is great is when my car went to
- 17:03Speaker 13: get its value, it's worth more than we thought it was.
- 17:07Speaker 10: It's so exciting.
- 17:08Speaker 2: So we get some money back.
- 17:09Speaker 1: Oh that's great.
- 17:10Speaker 3: Oh yeah, so you mean money is coming back to
- 17:13Speaker 3: us generic money?
- 17:14Speaker 5: Okay, okay, but hold on a minute, Hold on a minute.
- 17:18Speaker 3: Yesterday we found out that the discrepancy in the money
- 17:21Speaker 3: we were all.
- 17:21Speaker 5: I said that hurt. The payment was going to be lower.
- 17:23Speaker 3: The guy goes, hey, good news, your payment's gon to
- 17:25Speaker 3: be lower, and so blake and I think that's great.
- 17:27Speaker 5: And it's lower by three dollars. Well, I mean, I know,
- 17:29Speaker 5: I know, but I would think I was like three dollars.
- 17:32Speaker 10: Dollars three dollars, I agree, But when you tell dollars
- 17:36Speaker 10: a year.
- 17:36Speaker 3: But when you tell someone that payment is going to
- 17:38Speaker 3: be a lot lower, I was expecting a large number.
- 17:41Speaker 5: But is it. Are we getting back.
- 17:43Speaker 2: Thirty six dollars? That's like a couple of Starbucks.
- 17:45Speaker 3: Right, But are we getting back money that's in that
- 17:48Speaker 3: three dollars type of range or more like wow, we're getting.
- 17:51Speaker 14: Back to it.
- 17:52Speaker 10: No, it's wow and generic.
- 17:55Speaker 2: Wow Wow, amazing, amazing dealership, an amazing group. Open, Thank
- 18:00Speaker 2: you for thank you for setting this up.
- 18:02Speaker 3: Okay, good, that's great. That's great news. Hey, will you
- 18:05Speaker 3: when we hang out, will you text me the number?
- 18:07Speaker 5: Yes? Be generic about.
- 18:11Speaker 7: Well?
- 18:11Speaker 2: You know, I know, I know, I.
- 18:14Speaker 5: Know, Okay, I understand. All right, I'm proud of you.
- 18:17Speaker 5: I love you. I'm excited for you.
- 18:19Speaker 2: I'm really excited. I want to cry. I don't know
- 18:21Speaker 2: what to do. I'm so happy that this is all happening.
- 18:25Speaker 5: That's wild.
- 18:25Speaker 3: Go to love pup Plus. I'm trying to plug the website, Blake,
- 18:29Speaker 3: but you're talking. I'm trying to plug the website. But
- 18:31Speaker 3: you go to love plup plup. Go to love pup Plus. Okay,
- 18:36Speaker 3: you're talking again. Love pop plus dot com and you
- 18:40Speaker 3: can download the app and shortly it'll be an app store.
- 18:43Speaker 5: All right. I love you and I'll talk to you later.
- 18:47Speaker 9: To the website.
- 18:48Speaker 1: You know what's good. I just went to love plump
- 18:50Speaker 1: and it takes you to love pup. Oh.
- 18:51Speaker 5: That's great.
- 18:51Speaker 1: So you could do any better.
- 18:52Speaker 5: News and that's not generic? All right, gotta go, gotta go, love.
- 18:57Speaker 1: You b How did ever love plump available to buy?
- 19:03Speaker 5: I'm glad that we did that.
- 19:05Speaker 8: Hey, wake up, Ago, Rich, wake you up.
- 19:11Speaker 3: Time for stacks and hacks. I have stacks of information
- 19:14Speaker 3: and Rich has life hacks. Let me ask the three
- 19:16Speaker 3: of you this, Rich Kyle Payton, how many group chats
- 19:20Speaker 3: are you in.
- 19:22Speaker 7: Active?
- 19:23Speaker 6: Thirty five five?
- 19:27Speaker 7: A lot of them, probably four five.
- 19:31Speaker 1: I said, that's probably close to where I am right now.
- 19:33Speaker 7: For there's a group chats.
- 19:34Speaker 1: Within the group chats show family stuff.
- 19:36Speaker 6: There's like three different or four different show chats along.
- 19:39Speaker 3: A huge survey asked the question how many group chats
- 19:42Speaker 3: are you in the most popular answer was zero. Thirty
- 19:45Speaker 3: five percent of people have no group chats. After that,
- 19:48Speaker 3: it seems like two or three group chats as a
- 19:50Speaker 3: sweet spot. But there are some stats of some people
- 19:53Speaker 3: have over twenty group chats one percent.
- 19:55Speaker 5: You're one of the one percenters.
- 19:57Speaker 8: I feel like that's an honor.
- 19:59Speaker 5: Do you guys.
- 20:00Speaker 3: I'm in a couple of group chests, mostly on on WhatsApp.
- 20:03Speaker 3: It's my family in Mexico, and they text NonStop. I
- 20:08Speaker 3: haven't even opened them. I have hundreds of unread group chats.
- 20:11Speaker 8: So many group chests.
- 20:12Speaker 6: There's a baseball group chat, there's football group chat, there's
- 20:15Speaker 6: this cool mom group chat for each one of the kids,
- 20:17Speaker 6: and then three sub chats in there, and.
- 20:19Speaker 8: There's just a lot.
- 20:20Speaker 6: So I would actually say thirty five.
- 20:22Speaker 8: Could be accurate.
- 20:23Speaker 5: I believe it.
- 20:24Speaker 3: A dating service is taken off on college campuses.
- 20:27Speaker 5: It's called Ditto.
- 20:29Speaker 3: It's a full on AI experience, bringing profiles to life
- 20:33Speaker 3: as agents. It matches you with one person every week
- 20:36Speaker 3: and even plans out your date pretty well. Now get this.
- 20:42Speaker 3: As far as I know in this studio, I'm the
- 20:45Speaker 3: only one that wears like a wearable, like a fitness
- 20:49Speaker 3: tracker type of thing.
- 20:50Speaker 5: Right, they're rich.
- 20:51Speaker 3: You've got your sako on, Oh you have the orring on? Okay,
- 20:55Speaker 3: so this is perfect for you. Then paint you probably do.
- 20:57Speaker 3: The scientists have created a wearable you can paint directly
- 21:01Speaker 3: onto your skin. It's like a temporary tattoo and it
- 21:04Speaker 3: can be any shape you want, and it's more reliable
- 21:07Speaker 3: to track in your activity and biometrics and smart watches
- 21:09Speaker 3: and rings.
- 21:11Speaker 5: I wear a whoop.
- 21:11Speaker 1: I kind of like that.
- 21:12Speaker 5: It's wild, though, but.
- 21:13Speaker 3: That means do you imagine you have like a slice
- 21:14Speaker 3: of pizza tattoo on your arm, and that tells you
- 21:16Speaker 3: how many steps you took today.
- 21:17Speaker 8: Everyone's getting rid of his whoop.
- 21:19Speaker 5: He told me.
- 21:19Speaker 1: He texted that. No, why is there something better? He
- 21:21Speaker 1: just as a one.
- 21:22Speaker 6: Yeah, he's getting the human one because it like literally
- 21:24Speaker 6: connects to the scale.
- 21:26Speaker 3: He has the human scale. He would give me, I
- 21:28Speaker 3: have the whole. He's a very detailed guy. Yes, yeah,
- 21:31Speaker 3: And it's also a lot cheaper than the than the
- 21:33Speaker 3: who Yeah, the whoop.
- 21:36Speaker 1: Rings kind of expensive to there's like four hundred bucks buck.
- 21:39Speaker 3: I don't remember how much. But there's an or ring
- 21:42Speaker 3: bill too. It's like five or ten bucks a month,
- 21:43Speaker 3: and the whoop is a little bit more than that.
- 21:45Speaker 3: But I get it. He was messingly saying that the whoop,
- 21:48Speaker 3: he's getting rid of it, but I already paid for
- 21:49Speaker 3: the year. He's probably timing it out to where his
- 21:52Speaker 3: subscription is okay. An ant ant, I think of an
- 21:55Speaker 3: ants here in your house like little bugs. An antiology
- 21:58Speaker 3: expert said that when you see an ant is side
- 22:00Speaker 3: your house, don't squish it. When you squish an ant,
- 22:05Speaker 3: it releases a distress signal and then more ants rush
- 22:09Speaker 3: over to remove the body. So the best thing you
- 22:11Speaker 3: can do is pick it up and take it outside.
- 22:14Speaker 7: I heard that bees never about ants.
- 22:17Speaker 5: Anybody here at drive a Kia.
- 22:18Speaker 3: No, No, this is crazy, really okay. Kia has issued
- 22:23Speaker 3: a new recall for four hundred and sixty three thousand
- 22:26Speaker 3: of its tell You Rite SUVs. I know two people
- 22:28Speaker 3: that have those SUVs. They're telling the owners park your
- 22:31Speaker 3: cars outside, not in the garage. There's a glitch where
- 22:35Speaker 3: they started to explode.
- 22:36Speaker 1: Oh that's not good.
- 22:37Speaker 7: Yeah, I'm definitely not good.
- 22:39Speaker 1: You definitely want the non exploding version, so be careful.
- 22:44Speaker 3: So New York has become the first state to ban
- 22:46Speaker 3: the construction of huge AI data centers. And I bring
- 22:50Speaker 3: that out because my wife and I, you know, we
- 22:52Speaker 3: drove to San Diego and we drove back and there's
- 22:54Speaker 3: these massive structures and she always says to me, what's that?
- 22:57Speaker 5: What is that?
- 22:58Speaker 3: And I'm like, I know, it looks like an Amazon,
- 23:00Speaker 3: but it's not. I found out later it's these data things,
- 23:02Speaker 3: the AI things. These are the things that people get
- 23:04Speaker 3: upset every time I make an AI picture because it
- 23:06Speaker 3: uses all this water. I don't know, I don't know
- 23:07Speaker 3: any about AI stuff. But New York's like, no, more,
- 23:11Speaker 3: No more data structures. You guys familiar with that stuff?
- 23:13Speaker 3: Over bye where you guys live, there's.
- 23:15Speaker 1: Massive making them hotter too, making the area around there hotter.
- 23:20Speaker 3: Only two of the twenty highest grossing eighties movies haven't
- 23:27Speaker 3: had a remake, sequel, or prequel.
- 23:29Speaker 5: Only two, which track a guess, No.
- 23:33Speaker 8: That's grossing eighties movies.
- 23:36Speaker 3: The highest grossing eighties movies have not had ets.
- 23:39Speaker 12: One of them well wars.
- 23:42Speaker 3: No, there's prequels and sequels remake, right, So only two
- 23:47Speaker 3: have not had a remake or a sequel.
- 23:49Speaker 8: Or a sequel.
- 23:51Speaker 5: Nope, Princess Nope.
- 23:54Speaker 1: Oh, that's a great movie, rain Manard you.
- 23:57Speaker 5: Never heard of rain Man?
- 23:58Speaker 8: Definitely? Yeah sucks.
- 24:01Speaker 3: Yes, that's the line from Rayman, Tom Curran, Cruise and
- 24:04Speaker 3: Dustin Hoffman.
- 24:04Speaker 5: It's a great movie. You should watch. It's a great movie.
- 24:07Speaker 1: Do you think that holds up Rayman? It probably does,
- 24:08Speaker 1: totally does. Yeah.
- 24:09Speaker 3: There's a town in Alaska called Whittier with the population
- 24:12Speaker 3: of two hundred and seventy people. All two hundred and
- 24:15Speaker 3: seventy people live in one fourteen story building.
- 24:19Speaker 1: What I know?
- 24:21Speaker 5: Do you know every single person and the rich? What
- 24:24Speaker 5: do you go for live?
- 24:24Speaker 1: Hacks. Well, John Jay, I know you are on your
- 24:26Speaker 1: health journey, feeling better than ever, right.
- 24:28Speaker 5: I am right, Now, it's true story.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Do you know that there's something that you probably touch
- 24:31Speaker 1: every day that could make you kind of sick. So
- 24:34Speaker 1: here's a simple.
- 24:35Speaker 5: There's a bunch of things I touch every day can
- 24:37Speaker 5: make me sick.
- 24:37Speaker 1: There's a simple habit that can reduce unnecessary chemical exposure,
- 24:42Speaker 1: which I know you were against, right, And it's whenever
- 24:44Speaker 1: you're checking out at a restaurant or a store, choose
- 24:48Speaker 1: an email or text receipt. Because now all the paper
- 24:51Speaker 1: receipts that are made with thermal paper paper, they contain
- 24:55Speaker 1: chemicals like bpa bps, which we've heard a lot about.
- 24:58Speaker 1: They transferred your skin and they can cause all kinds
- 25:01Speaker 1: of stuff like twitching in epilepsy and all that stuff.
- 25:04Speaker 3: So I guess stop touching receipts. A long time ago.
- 25:06Speaker 3: They're the ones that told me about this stuff. Now,
- 25:08Speaker 3: and then I see you everywhere once we're talking about it,
- 25:09Speaker 3: I wonder it's gonna pop up your phone. Oh yeah,
- 25:11Speaker 3: there's all the biohackers talk about never touching a CVS receipt.
- 25:14Speaker 1: Oh yeah, they're supposed to be the worst the drugstore receipts.
- 25:17Speaker 1: So yeah, just have an email into here, don't get
- 25:19Speaker 1: it out. You're like, yeah, I'm fine. Uh. That life
- 25:21Speaker 1: hack and many more can be found at John j
- 25:23Speaker 1: and Rich dot com.
- 25:25Speaker 3: Hey, we're getting ready for War of the Roses, Jasmine,
- 25:28Speaker 3: what's going on with you?
- 25:29Speaker 9: I just think my baby's daddy is dogging me out again?
- 25:32Speaker 9: Pretty much?
- 25:33Speaker 5: Okay?
- 25:33Speaker 3: All right, Well we'll get them on the phone. We'll
- 25:35Speaker 3: see who he sends flowers to. You're ready, Colin FuG Ready?
- 25:37Speaker 5: All right?
- 25:38Speaker 1: War the Roses starts next with John Jay and Rich.
- 25:48Speaker 5: Dummy, if you get free roses eats a trap. War
- 25:52Speaker 5: of the Roses starts.
- 25:54Speaker 12: Right now on John Jay and Ridge.
- 25:56Speaker 5: John Jay and Rich tap for War of the Roses.
- 25:58Speaker 3: So you're in a relationship like Jazz here and she
- 26:00Speaker 3: thinks that whoever she's in relationship with is cheating on her.
- 26:03Speaker 5: So we're going to hear her story. They recall the.
- 26:05Speaker 3: Person that she thinks is cheating on her and see
- 26:08Speaker 3: who they send roses to.
- 26:09Speaker 5: Romantic red Roses. Jasmine. Welcome to John Jay and Rich
- 26:12Speaker 5: Wore the Roses? Hey, Hi, you Dylan, good, what's your story?
- 26:17Speaker 9: I'm just really conflicted because it's my baby's daddy and
- 26:22Speaker 9: I love him. We've been together since high school, so
- 26:25Speaker 9: a really long time. We lived together and everything. We
- 26:28Speaker 9: have two kids. But if I'm being perfectly honest, he's
- 26:35Speaker 9: been a dog since I've known him. He's just it's
- 26:39Speaker 9: just in him. I don't know what kind of trauma
- 26:42Speaker 9: he's working through, but it's just him. And you know,
- 26:46Speaker 9: I really really love him, and I keep convincing myself
- 26:49Speaker 9: that he's finally going to grow up and really make
- 26:53Speaker 9: our kids and me the priority of his life instead
- 26:57Speaker 9: of being outside and being in these streets. But I
- 27:01Speaker 9: think I'm at my breaking point. Last month, he disappeared
- 27:04Speaker 9: on my birthday for hours and he barely answered me,
- 27:10Speaker 9: and somehow I was the one that ended up apologizing
- 27:14Speaker 9: to him. So I was just like, yeah, this is
- 27:16Speaker 9: this is crazy.
- 27:17Speaker 1: Why did you apologize? What did you say?
- 27:19Speaker 9: It's my birthday and he and he's like late to
- 27:23Speaker 9: my birthday, Like where were you? It's like one day.
- 27:26Speaker 1: Of the year.
- 27:27Speaker 9: I mean, yeah, your kid's birthday too, but it's one
- 27:30Speaker 9: day of a year where it's like what the hell?
- 27:32Speaker 1: You know what I mean, Well, I get that I'm saying,
- 27:34Speaker 1: why did you apologize.
- 27:37Speaker 9: Overreacting? I do think you were overreacting, he said, I
- 27:41Speaker 9: was overreacting, and I was very upset because at least
- 27:44Speaker 9: he didn't miss all of the festivities. He only missed
- 27:47Speaker 9: the first two hours, which to me is like, is
- 27:50Speaker 9: this crazy? Like you shouldn't you should? I don't know,
- 27:53Speaker 9: like you should be there. He left out of the
- 27:55Speaker 9: house while I was getting ready and then text me
- 27:58Speaker 9: and said, babe, I'll be right back. I'll meet you
- 28:00Speaker 9: at the venue. And that showed up for two hours.
- 28:04Speaker 5: Okay, so you think there's another woman.
- 28:07Speaker 9: I don't know. He swears there was some huge traffic
- 28:10Speaker 9: accident holding up traffic, but I checked the live traffic cameras,
- 28:15Speaker 9: like I know him, and something in my gut was
- 28:19Speaker 9: telling me something was off and nothing was happening on
- 28:21Speaker 9: the traffic cameras, so like, what's the problem, you know?
- 28:25Speaker 9: And then when I tried to dig deeper and I'm like,
- 28:27Speaker 9: where exactly were you? Because maybe I checked the wrong cameras.
- 28:31Speaker 9: Then he deflects, and it's messed up because every excuse
- 28:34Speaker 9: that he gives sounds logical for like the first five seconds,
- 28:37Speaker 9: but then it's just like the math isn't mathing all
- 28:41Speaker 9: the time and the whole life together.
- 28:44Speaker 4: Someone specific that you feel like it might be, Like,
- 28:47Speaker 4: is there a reoccurring problem or issue with like one
- 28:51Speaker 4: specific girl?
- 28:52Speaker 9: No, not really, I mean I don't know there was
- 28:57Speaker 9: there was one. There was two girls. One was at
- 28:59Speaker 9: his job than the other one he knew from way
- 29:02Speaker 9: back when, from our college days.
- 29:06Speaker 2: But I don't don't.
- 29:08Speaker 9: I'm not a stalker. I'm too busy being a wife
- 29:11Speaker 9: and a mother, you know what I mean. So for me,
- 29:14Speaker 9: it's kind of like, I don't know who it could be.
- 29:16Speaker 9: I just want to know if he's cheating or not,
- 29:17Speaker 9: so I could just convince myself I'm not crazy.
- 29:20Speaker 3: No, you're good. You gave us enough reason to do it.
- 29:22Speaker 3: So what is his name? His name's Ian, Okay, And
- 29:26Speaker 3: he said he's your baby daddy. But is he your
- 29:29Speaker 3: husband or boyfriend?
- 29:30Speaker 9: No, we've been together since high school, so we refer
- 29:32Speaker 9: to each other.
- 29:32Speaker 5: As husband and I get it.
- 29:33Speaker 9: I get it, Okay, all right, okay, with it good?
- 29:38Speaker 5: All right, We're gonna get Ian on the phone and
- 29:39Speaker 5: see who he sends flowers to. Colin. Fuck, are you ready?
- 29:41Speaker 8: I'm prady?
- 29:42Speaker 5: Okay.
- 29:43Speaker 3: War of the Roses continues next with John Jaye Rich.
- 29:49Speaker 3: John Jane Rich, we're in the middle of War of
- 29:50Speaker 3: the Roses. Jasmine. Ian been together for since high school.
- 29:53Speaker 3: And here's a deal. He was a dog back in
- 29:55Speaker 3: the day. Now he's acting really strange. Was there for
- 29:59Speaker 3: only half our birthday? They got two kids together. She
- 30:02Speaker 3: has a list of things she's caught him lie. She
- 30:05Speaker 3: looks at traffic cameras when he says he's like a
- 30:06Speaker 3: traffic and there's no traffic.
- 30:08Speaker 5: But she doesn't know.
- 30:09Speaker 3: I get it, and he's got good responses at the time,
- 30:11Speaker 3: and then she feels dumb later. But we're gonna call Ian, Jasmine.
- 30:15Speaker 3: I pretty much set it up right there.
- 30:16Speaker 10: Right, yeah, okay, okay, So.
- 30:19Speaker 5: Are you ready? Are you here with us?
- 30:20Speaker 3: Are you ready for us to call him?
- 30:23Speaker 5: Are you ready to come?
- 30:24Speaker 14: Let's do it?
- 30:39Speaker 6: Hello, Hi, there is Ian available?
- 30:43Speaker 9: Yeah?
- 30:44Speaker 6: Yes, absolutely.
- 30:45Speaker 1: So.
- 30:46Speaker 8: My name is Janie. I'm with a company. We're called
- 30:48Speaker 8: J n R.
- 30:48Speaker 6: Flowers, And just like every other business, we're trying to
- 30:50Speaker 6: get creative with our marketing. So Ian, you've actually been
- 30:53Speaker 6: chosen to be part of our social media campaign.
- 30:55Speaker 8: Here's why it's.
- 30:55Speaker 6: Really cool for you. You get to send her most romantic
- 30:58Speaker 6: bouquet of ros is totally free, and all we're kind
- 31:02Speaker 6: of asking in return is that you maybe post about
- 31:05Speaker 6: us on whichever social media platform you use the most.
- 31:09Speaker 8: Okay, Yeah, I know you're like, what is the catch?
- 31:12Speaker 6: I totally hear the skepticism in your voice, but it
- 31:15Speaker 6: really is like when you post about us, like other
- 31:18Speaker 6: people hear about it. So it's like we're getting something
- 31:20Speaker 6: out of it too. And I'm telling you this bouquet
- 31:22Speaker 6: it's our pure passion bookat so it's long stem red roses,
- 31:25Speaker 6: beautiful crystal vase, it's it.
- 31:27Speaker 8: Just makes anyone swoon.
- 31:28Speaker 6: So if you've got someone special in your life, you
- 31:29Speaker 6: should really take advantage of this. Yeah, why not?
- 31:34Speaker 5: All right?
- 31:35Speaker 6: So, because you are skeptical, I feel the need to
- 31:37Speaker 6: tell you that I'm not going to ask you for
- 31:38Speaker 6: a credit card information or anything like that. Really, the
- 31:42Speaker 6: only info I need from you, Ian is I'm gonna
- 31:44Speaker 6: send the flowers off with a nice little card. And
- 31:46Speaker 6: I usually tell people this is your chance to personalize it,
- 31:49Speaker 6: sort of make it your own, and I just need
- 31:52Speaker 6: to know the message you want to write on the card,
- 31:53Speaker 6: and then we'll talk name and address and I'll give
- 31:56Speaker 6: you a time, they'll be delivered.
- 31:58Speaker 10: Let's put on there.
- 32:01Speaker 5: It's been a dream getting to know you, my love.
- 32:05Speaker 8: I love that.
- 32:06Speaker 6: It's been a dream getting to know you, my love. Okay,
- 32:13Speaker 6: and obviously like an XO xo or like a love.
- 32:17Speaker 5: At the end.
- 32:18Speaker 8: Okay, And then who did you want me to address
- 32:21Speaker 8: this to?
- 32:23Speaker 9: Addressed to?
- 32:24Speaker 5: Sabrina?
- 32:25Speaker 6: Sabrina, Sabrina?
- 32:29Speaker 9: Okay, Bertie mother? Did you just say Sabrina? Did you
- 32:36Speaker 9: just say Sabrina my best friend?
- 32:38Speaker 2: Sabrina?
- 32:39Speaker 1: Hey, that's okay.
- 32:41Speaker 3: What is this?
- 32:42Speaker 5: What are you talking about?
- 32:45Speaker 9: Me? What I'm talking about? And you got free flowers
- 32:47Speaker 9: from someone in a person's name? Is Sabrina my best friend?
- 32:51Speaker 9: What am I talking about? I think it's pretty snobvious
- 32:53Speaker 9: what I'm talking.
- 32:54Speaker 10: About, Jasmine, Jasmine relaxes.
- 32:57Speaker 5: Let me explain.
- 32:58Speaker 15: Did you say relaxed?
- 33:00Speaker 2: Are you crazy?
- 33:02Speaker 9: Yeah? Just let me explain. We did enough explaining. I
- 33:07Speaker 9: think dur An ass you're a dog and you're never
- 33:10Speaker 9: gonna see your kids again unless it's supervised. And I
- 33:13Speaker 9: want payments monthly.
- 33:15Speaker 6: You like that?
- 33:17Speaker 2: I mean, you're making this so much bigger than what
- 33:19Speaker 2: it is.
- 33:20Speaker 9: Yeah, I am, I am and Sabrina. I'm gonna deal
- 33:24Speaker 9: with her too, because I at least expected some loyalty
- 33:27Speaker 9: from that bitch. Both the y'all are done.
- 33:30Speaker 1: I wasn't trying to hurt you. Yeah you were.
- 33:33Speaker 9: You could have got a prostitute. You could have went
- 33:36Speaker 9: to someone on only fans. You could have went with
- 33:38Speaker 9: that dumb bitch from your job. You could have went
- 33:40Speaker 9: with no you choose my best sies.
- 33:44Speaker 2: Don't hold up.
- 33:45Speaker 5: You don't even know a story like that.
- 33:47Speaker 9: There is no story. Why would you send her, why
- 33:49Speaker 9: would you send her flowers? And how are you getting
- 33:52Speaker 9: to know her better? Because we got closed we know
- 33:55Speaker 9: her better.
- 33:55Speaker 10: Oose, just be real like you and I haven't been
- 33:58Speaker 10: good for a long time, my best friend.
- 34:01Speaker 5: But I didn't say that.
- 34:04Speaker 9: Yeah you did in the note.
- 34:06Speaker 2: Why you put words.
- 34:11Speaker 9: There's no way that you're this stupid. There's no way
- 34:14Speaker 9: you're this stupid. And you know what, You're not this stupid.
- 34:17Speaker 9: You're a hole and you think that I'm this stupid,
- 34:21Speaker 9: and that's the problem. I'm done so much to you
- 34:26Speaker 9: guys for clearing it up. I'm not crazy. He's an
- 34:31Speaker 9: average out there, please please please, and he loves stuff,
- 34:36Speaker 9: So maybe, guys, and I don't know what he's up
- 34:39Speaker 9: to out there.
- 34:41Speaker 3: On grind don't date him. All right, So real quick, Ian,
- 34:46Speaker 3: if you don't know, you are on the radio. You're
- 34:48Speaker 3: on War of the Roses with John Jay and Rich
- 34:50Speaker 3: and Jasmine got you.
- 34:52Speaker 1: Yeah, yeah, I get it that Okay, he said, my love.
- 34:57Speaker 4: I mean that's yeah, that was wrong, man, right, Jasmine,
- 35:01Speaker 4: you were right, Yeah, You're not crazy at all.
- 35:05Speaker 9: Yeah, I gotta I gotta go, all right.
- 35:07Speaker 5: I'm sorry, Okay, all right, all right, we'll let you go.
- 35:10Speaker 5: We understand. Thank you very much. All right, that's one
- 35:11Speaker 5: of the roses, you guys.
- 35:12Speaker 7: Wow with John Jay and Rich, I could be the
- 35:15Speaker 7: twist on loan to make stuffy.
- 35:23Speaker 3: John Jay and Rich we're gonna play a game and
- 35:25Speaker 3: we need a contestant. We got Doja cat tickets eight
- 35:28Speaker 3: seven seven nine three seven, one oh four seven.
- 35:31Speaker 1: You know, today's like national here.
- 35:36Speaker 3: It is AI Appreciation Day, which is interesting because AI
- 35:40Speaker 3: think people are turning into anti AI.
- 35:43Speaker 8: We're not really appreciating it. A.
- 35:45Speaker 1: I created that and we're just all going with it
- 35:46Speaker 1: because it's taken over. Well, get this if it's its
- 35:49Speaker 1: own day.
- 35:49Speaker 3: So a writer for the Atlantic said, here are some
- 35:52Speaker 3: tricks to prevent AI from ruining your brain. So I
- 35:55Speaker 3: went over these tricks and I could never see myself
- 35:58Speaker 3: doing it because it's so con Let's just go with
- 36:00Speaker 3: chatchipyt right. Like with chatchapt I ask it everything, and
- 36:05Speaker 3: I get it. I don't wanna, I don't I don't
- 36:06Speaker 3: want to think and I don't want to. You know,
- 36:08Speaker 3: before you google it, Before that, you go to encyclopedias.
- 36:11Speaker 3: Now you just go to whatever.
- 36:12Speaker 1: Ask somebody.
- 36:14Speaker 3: So they say, here are tips so that your brain
- 36:19Speaker 3: doesn't get lost in because.
- 36:21Speaker 5: They did all this research. See yeah, let's.
- 36:23Speaker 3: See uh the story as breaking your brains. There's clear
- 36:27Speaker 3: evidence that we're not thinking for ourselves as much as
- 36:29Speaker 3: we used to. Here are a few techniques to try
- 36:32Speaker 3: if you want to prevent it. Ask for hints, not answers.
- 36:37Speaker 3: People who ask AI to directly answer their questions suffer
- 36:40Speaker 3: severe declines in motivation and ability, but people who ask
- 36:44Speaker 3: AI for background thinking for or clarifications do not.
- 36:47Speaker 5: I would never do that. Just give me an answer.
- 36:49Speaker 6: Yeah, no, kids, it seems like it's gonna take a
- 36:51Speaker 6: lot longer.
- 36:51Speaker 8: Like I would think.
- 36:52Speaker 6: The things that you could do to keep your brain
- 36:54Speaker 6: going is like place you don't or like brain games.
- 36:57Speaker 1: In fact, I always say that my AI don't give
- 37:01Speaker 1: me a typical answer. I want the answer that the
- 37:03Speaker 1: only the top one percent no, but the rest of us.
- 37:06Speaker 1: So I got the opposite with it.
- 37:07Speaker 3: Well, it's says, start with a blank page when you
- 37:09Speaker 3: want its take on something, write up your own analysis
- 37:14Speaker 3: and conclusions.
- 37:15Speaker 5: Then ask AI to challenge your thinking, not produce it. No,
- 37:19Speaker 5: not doing homework.
- 37:21Speaker 7: Are doing homework? That could be a good A good
- 37:24Speaker 7: way to use Well this.
- 37:25Speaker 1: Isn't for cord or students or anything for adults.
- 37:27Speaker 7: Yes, dot's go to school.
- 37:31Speaker 3: Rotate tasks. Every time you do a task with AI,
- 37:34Speaker 3: I follow it with a task that doesn't involve AI
- 37:37Speaker 3: that will keep you creative effort muscles alive.
- 37:40Speaker 5: Make a sharp this part. I don't understand. I don't
- 37:42Speaker 5: know what this word means.
- 37:43Speaker 3: It is make a sharp distinction between wrote, r ote
- 37:47Speaker 3: wrote and creative work. Let AI write quick emails, don't
- 37:51Speaker 3: let it write your essays or your memos.
- 37:54Speaker 5: So anyway, that's uh, I'm a fan of AI right now,
- 37:57Speaker 5: So I don't know that's what they want you to be.
- 38:00Speaker 3: I am did you see that somewhere on the East Coast.
- 38:04Speaker 3: They're going to have their first humanoid robot teacher's assistant.
- 38:09Speaker 3: Oh really, yeah, that would be kind of cool. It's
- 38:11Speaker 3: going to help out that it's not a teacher, but
- 38:13Speaker 3: it's not to help out the teacher.
- 38:14Speaker 1: But if you have a robot in class that's doing stuff,
- 38:16Speaker 1: kind of cool.
- 38:17Speaker 6: I tell you why if you bring that into my
- 38:18Speaker 6: eleven year old daughter's class, she's walking out.
- 38:20Speaker 1: Really she is like.
- 38:23Speaker 8: Robots.
- 38:24Speaker 5: That robot will grab her a I where are you going?
- 38:30Speaker 1: Grab her by the shirt? Bring your back carrier up
- 38:32Speaker 1: because she's.
- 38:32Speaker 5: Got her arm in the legs like violation. Hey Mia, Hi,
- 38:38Speaker 5: how are you?
- 38:40Speaker 1: What are you doing me?
- 38:42Speaker 5: Where are you right now?
- 38:44Speaker 9: I literally put over on the side of the road
- 38:46Speaker 9: because I'm driving to work. But I work in the
- 38:48Speaker 9: middle of nowhere, So I'm like, I'm going to lose
- 38:50Speaker 9: service if I don't stop.
- 38:51Speaker 5: That's good. Where are you in the middle of nowhere?
- 38:53Speaker 1: Like where.
- 38:55Speaker 9: Like Morristown, Whitman, I work in the middle of nowhere.
- 38:57Speaker 1: Wow, man, you are in the middle of nowhere. Don't
- 39:00Speaker 1: move is there? Does the monsoon hit.
- 39:03Speaker 5: Over there at all?
- 39:05Speaker 9: Not?
- 39:05Speaker 10: Yeah? I know it was when the dust storm hit
- 39:07Speaker 10: earlier this week.
- 39:08Speaker 13: It was pretty bad, but it didn't hit.
- 39:10Speaker 5: It's too bad, you know.
- 39:11Speaker 1: It's funny the rain.
- 39:14Speaker 5: Yes, so the monsoon is coming. The rain is coming
- 39:16Speaker 5: in my house.
- 39:17Speaker 3: I'm very paranoid about that, right, So I through Kyle's husband,
- 39:20Speaker 3: who's a weather worshiper. Kyle's been texting me, going, hey, Scott,
- 39:24Speaker 3: Scott says, it's coming to your house. I had this
- 39:26Speaker 3: guy Ryan and a buddy mine at my house helping
- 39:28Speaker 3: me prep for this stuff. And he's got an app
- 39:31Speaker 3: and he's like, this stuff's coming. It's coming tonight. It's
- 39:33Speaker 3: coming big. And I woke up this morning and everything
- 39:36Speaker 3: was fine. There was not a drop ring. But I look,
- 39:38Speaker 3: and it's coming tonight today. It's gonna be bad. It's
- 39:42Speaker 3: gonna be bad. Anyway, we're gonna play the game for
- 39:44Speaker 3: Doja Cat tickets. Nick, what game were playing?

- 43:00Speaker 7: artist thing.

- 46:00Speaker 3: It's okay, so hold on, you got it. Thanks for listening,
- 46:04Speaker 3: and we're doing again tomorrow too. An hour from now,
- 46:08Speaker 3: we got we got diamondback tickets. In fact, I want
- 46:12Speaker 3: to try this. I said this earlier this morning. We'll
- 46:13Speaker 3: try this if you want to play an hour from now,
- 46:16Speaker 3: let's try to do it on the text line. And
- 46:18Speaker 3: I thought about you what I thought about I thought,
- 46:19Speaker 3: I wonder if we could uh give away tickets through
- 46:22Speaker 3: all the different things we do. Like right now, if
- 46:24Speaker 3: you text us I want to play a game, text
- 46:26Speaker 3: jj R and I want to play a game to
- 46:28Speaker 3: nine six eight ninety three, we might call you to
- 46:30Speaker 3: play a game. And then I thought, I wonder if
- 46:32Speaker 3: we could someday have a game that's just on the
- 46:35Speaker 3: podcast that you can only play if you listen to
- 46:38Speaker 3: the podcast. You know what I'm saying, I don't know,
- 46:39Speaker 3: you know, just I'm just this is probably a meeting
- 46:41Speaker 3: we shab off.
- 46:42Speaker 1: Air, but if you have this part, you've heard it
- 46:46Speaker 1: on the air, so you know what's coming and you
- 46:48Speaker 1: don't need to show up to our meeting.
- 46:49Speaker 3: Now you're oh, yeah, So it's something I wanted to
- 46:51Speaker 3: do every day this week. You haven't been able to
- 46:53Speaker 3: get to it. But I'm really excited about doing it.
- 46:54Speaker 3: And I tell you why because one day, I think
- 46:56Speaker 3: it was on Monday, I was bringing this up off
- 46:58Speaker 3: the air, an immediately Noah and Peyton jumped in as
- 47:02Speaker 3: I was just briefly talking about it, and it's this.
- 47:05Speaker 3: People online were sharing their favorite white people phrases. White
- 47:10Speaker 3: people phrases. The odds are you've probably heard these bangers.
- 47:14Speaker 3: Maybe you're guilty of saying to me also, But as
- 47:16Speaker 3: soon as I said that, Peyton, you remember what you said?
- 47:18Speaker 5: I think I said, you said rad No, do you
- 47:22Speaker 5: remember what you said? White people phrases.
- 47:25Speaker 1: Are you ready to rock and roll?
- 47:30Speaker 5: Those are on the list, but those are perfect.
- 47:32Speaker 3: So if you have a white person phrase, call eight
- 47:34Speaker 3: seven seven, nine three seven, one oh four seven. I'll
- 47:37Speaker 3: try to say these in the biggest white person voice.
- 47:40Speaker 9: I know.
- 47:41Speaker 5: Well, look what the cat drags in.
- 47:45Speaker 3: White people phrase. This next phrase I've heard Kyle say before.
- 47:50Speaker 5: Geez Louise, she.
- 47:54Speaker 1: Does a little wisconuntsin Lena.
- 47:57Speaker 6: There.
- 47:58Speaker 1: These are the whitest phrase is of all time.
- 48:01Speaker 5: You know, you just can't waltz in here?
- 48:06Speaker 1: That's pretty good? Hey, you get that?
- 48:08Speaker 14: You know what?
- 48:08Speaker 1: I hear a lot from the whites because I'm around
- 48:10Speaker 1: a few lickety split lickty splits a.
- 48:14Speaker 5: Good one, not on here?
- 48:15Speaker 6: What holds your horses?
- 48:19Speaker 5: That's good?
- 48:20Speaker 1: That's so good.
- 48:21Speaker 5: Oh for crying out loud, that's on here.
- 48:25Speaker 1: Okay, the next one is hilarious.
- 48:28Speaker 5: Oh yeah, tough guy.
- 48:32Speaker 3: My friend Greg said this one time to his little
- 48:34Speaker 3: brother and I and I was, I think I was
- 48:36Speaker 3: like in eighth grade, and I laughed so hard. And
- 48:38Speaker 3: this is number five on the list. Here on thin
- 48:41Speaker 3: ice buster, on thin ice buster, the next one. These
- 48:47Speaker 3: are the whitest phrases people say. I know, we've set
- 48:51Speaker 3: it in here for fun. Get a load of this guy.
- 48:58Speaker 3: The next one is there news newsflash, buddy.
- 49:04Speaker 7: I like that one.
- 49:06Speaker 3: And this is the number one whitest phrase of all time.
- 49:10Speaker 3: Oh yeah, you and what army there? You go up
- 49:13Speaker 3: there with your cruising for a bruising.
- 49:15Speaker 5: Yep, yeah, that's it.
- 49:16Speaker 1: Anyway, those are fun.
- 49:17Speaker 3: If you got more you want to add to this,
- 49:18Speaker 3: you can call us at eight seven seven ninety three
- 49:20Speaker 3: seven one oh four seven or text us text JJR
- 49:24Speaker 3: whatever you think is the whitest phrase of all time.
- 49:29Speaker 3: Yesterday I got an interesting text from Kyle, and I
- 49:31Speaker 3: tried to help her as much as I could.
- 49:32Speaker 5: And I wonder if she actually tells this story.
- 49:34Speaker 3: I wonder how we can interject with white phrases anyway,
- 49:38Speaker 3: what happened to yesterday?
- 49:40Speaker 6: So my tween age daughter, she's eleven years old. She
- 49:43Speaker 6: has been begging me to get her nails done, and
- 49:45Speaker 6: finally she just like asked me so many times and
- 49:48Speaker 6: I was like, fine, we'll go. As we are leaving,
- 49:51Speaker 6: we go to open the garage and it's like eat,
- 49:53Speaker 6: and I'm like what the garage is not opening?
- 49:56Speaker 8: And I press the button again and.
- 49:58Speaker 6: It looks like it looks like the thing that's connected
- 50:01Speaker 6: to the ceiling is going to break, like that metal
- 50:03Speaker 6: raw that the thing comes up. It looks like it's
- 50:06Speaker 6: about to break. And I was like, I don't think
- 50:07Speaker 6: I should press this button anymore. So automatically I go
- 50:10Speaker 6: into my husband. He's basically a handyman. So Scott comes in,
- 50:13Speaker 6: takes a look at it, and he pulls the red thing.
- 50:16Speaker 6: You know, there's that that red string that in an
- 50:19Speaker 6: emergency with your garage, you pull that down and then
- 50:22Speaker 6: you can just lift the garage up with your hands.
- 50:24Speaker 8: So we pull that down and he tries to lift
- 50:27Speaker 8: the garage up nothing and.
- 50:29Speaker 6: He is pretty strong, but I'm like, maybe I'll go
- 50:32Speaker 6: over there, and both of us both like I'm going
- 50:34Speaker 6: to help him right hold horses and here I am
- 50:41Speaker 6: thinking we gotta go get our nails. Then we're burning daylight.
- 50:48Speaker 6: So he's try and figure it out. I go and
- 50:50Speaker 6: I'm like, well, I don't know if we can go
- 50:52Speaker 6: get your nails dough or whatever, and Scott's Scott's Scott's
- 50:56Speaker 6: car is like in the separate garage, and so he goes,
- 50:59Speaker 6: you could just borrow my car. He's like, but watch
- 51:02Speaker 6: the rims because I've had a tendency to curb curb
- 51:06Speaker 6: the wheels now and then so okay, so we go
- 51:09Speaker 6: and we sit down and get the nails done, and
- 51:12Speaker 6: I get a text from him and he goes, looks
- 51:14Speaker 6: like it's the torsion spring.
- 51:18Speaker 5: That's actually like, it's just something that you don't understand.
- 51:24Speaker 6: Okay, what does that mean? He's like, well, basically, it's
- 51:28Speaker 6: not something that I should try to fix on my own.
- 51:30Speaker 6: We need to call someone, right, And I remember John
- 51:33Speaker 6: Jay and Rich do commercials for a one garage one
- 51:37Speaker 6: and so immediately I I text you guys, and John
- 51:40Speaker 6: Jay You're like, yeah, I'll text him. And I'm like, well,
- 51:43Speaker 6: I'm hoping to get this fixed as soon as possible
- 51:46Speaker 6: because my car is trapped in the garage.
- 51:49Speaker 3: Wait, wait, hold on. I was like, holy, Lorraine, you
- 51:52Speaker 3: have a white people phrase. I want to know if
- 51:53Speaker 3: it works with Kyle's story.
- 51:54Speaker 6: What is it?
- 51:56Speaker 10: Okay?
- 51:56Speaker 6: So I eat the whitest frae I can think of.
- 51:59Speaker 6: It's when people sounds like a case of the mondays
- 52:04Speaker 6: is this it happened on Monday?
- 52:10Speaker 1: You said that because I mean it, just because it
- 52:11Speaker 1: happens on a day.
- 52:14Speaker 6: So we get in touch with A one and I'm like, dude,
- 52:17Speaker 6: the like, is there any way to get this garage open?
- 52:21Speaker 6: And he was like, yeah, without that spring, the garage
- 52:24Speaker 6: now actually weighs about three hundred pounds. And if you
- 52:28Speaker 6: try to lift it up like it could you could
- 52:31Speaker 6: put something in like in the thing to make it
- 52:34Speaker 6: stay up, like a.
- 52:35Speaker 8: Screwdriver or a stick, but that will probably break because
- 52:38Speaker 8: it's so heavy.
- 52:40Speaker 6: So anyways, I drove Scott's car to work today because
- 52:43Speaker 6: my car is still drapped in the garage. But A
- 52:45Speaker 6: one is coming this morning and so I'm confident that
- 52:48Speaker 6: they'll be able.
- 52:49Speaker 7: To get it worse.
- 52:51Speaker 3: So you know what's interesting about A One Tommy Mellow's owner.
- 52:53Speaker 3: And so when you said that to us in the
- 52:56Speaker 3: group chat, I was like, yeah, I saw it. I
- 52:58Speaker 3: saw your text. I was like, I can text him,
- 53:00Speaker 3: but I feel like Rich has a better friendship with him,
- 53:03Speaker 3: you know. But but you know, so I just kind
- 53:05Speaker 3: of thought I was waiting for you to jump in,
- 53:08Speaker 3: and you didn't jump in on the text, I was like, oh,
- 53:09Speaker 3: I gotta help Kyle. I so I'll text him. I
- 53:12Speaker 3: happened to know that he's on vacation. He's in Cordelaine, Idaho.
- 53:17Speaker 3: He happens to be with two of my other friends
- 53:20Speaker 3: that are all together. They were spent fourth of July together.
- 53:23Speaker 3: I introduced them. It's so kind of interesting how they're
- 53:25Speaker 3: all there without me. But yeah, so I text him
- 53:31Speaker 3: and I don't hear back from him for like an hour,
- 53:32Speaker 3: and then Kyle's like, hello, what's going on?
- 53:35Speaker 1: I'm like, oh my god.
- 53:36Speaker 3: So he gets immediately somehow, I mean because he's on
- 53:38Speaker 3: vacation so he probably doesn't have his phone, and he
- 53:40Speaker 3: gets back to my It's so funny when you have
- 53:42Speaker 3: to think about the person what they're doing on, like
- 53:43Speaker 3: why don't you responding to me? He could be on
- 53:45Speaker 3: a boat, he could be sleeping and the movies, he
- 53:47Speaker 3: could be whatever. Right, And then when I go on vacation,
- 53:49Speaker 3: I tried to put my phone away, so he does.
- 53:50Speaker 3: It was almost exactly an hour, so he must have
- 53:53Speaker 3: been doing something that just ended and he texted me
- 53:55Speaker 3: and he goes, hey, I'll connect you with so and so,
- 53:57Speaker 3: so and so, and then I said, okay, So I
- 54:00Speaker 3: sent them your number, Kyle, and then Kyle's like, hey,
- 54:03Speaker 3: what's going on? And I thought I thought they were
- 54:05Speaker 3: gonna call her, But then when I read the text,
- 54:08Speaker 3: I thought maybe she's supposed to call them. But another
- 54:11Speaker 3: I went and got a massage, so I was gone
- 54:13Speaker 3: for an hour, so I was like, she's in the
- 54:16Speaker 3: whole time I was having this massage, I was stressed
- 54:19Speaker 3: because I was like, her car stuck and I should
- 54:23Speaker 3: I have my bringer on my phone in case they're
- 54:25Speaker 3: texting to connect Kyle. Long story short, it's handled and Tommy,
- 54:30Speaker 3: enjoy your vacation. Thanks for helping us up.
- 54:32Speaker 6: Sorry to Buggy and I.
- 54:33Speaker 8: Now there, You're.
- 54:34Speaker 1: Gonna have the nicest torsion spring coming your way Kyle.
- 54:36Speaker 6: For me, guys, that's exactly what I wanted to buy
- 54:39Speaker 6: this week.
- 54:40Speaker 3: I don't know if Idaho is becoming like the vacation
- 54:43Speaker 3: destination of people in Arizona Sound because Pat Ickey's there,
- 54:48Speaker 3: you know, A one garage is there, my buddy Jason
- 54:50Speaker 3: Parks is there, my other buddy is there, and then
- 54:53Speaker 3: my son Dutch is there. He's there working. He's working
- 54:56Speaker 3: for six weeks there. My yoga teacher is there, and
- 54:58Speaker 3: my yoga teacher sit a video of her jumping into
- 55:01Speaker 3: the water in Quartelaine, and I text a DM d R.
- 55:03Speaker 3: I said, oh, hey, I go, Dutch is there all
- 55:05Speaker 3: summer and she goes, I saw him hiking.
- 55:09Speaker 6: Of course, Well, Dutch is such a social.
- 55:13Speaker 3: Then Pat Hickey calls me yesterday and he I'm walking
- 55:17Speaker 3: into the garage and Pat calls me and I'm like, hey,
- 55:18Speaker 3: what's up. He's like, hey, used to let you know. Saturday,
- 55:21Speaker 3: for Dutch's birthday, I'm taking Dutch and his four friends out.
- 55:24Speaker 3: We're gonna go a skiing. We're gonna go wakeboarding, We're
- 55:26Speaker 3: gonna go jet skiing. We' gonna have a lot of fun.
- 55:28Speaker 1: It's killer.
- 55:28Speaker 5: I'm like, oh, okay, Dutch and his fore friends, way
- 55:32Speaker 5: to go.
- 55:32Speaker 1: Pat, So I'll be posting pictures.
- 55:34Speaker 3: Yeah, so there you go. Go buy a car from
- 55:35Speaker 3: Pattick get pure for it. In fact, we have one
- 55:37Speaker 3: thousand dollars of Patikey's money coming up. We're gonna play
- 55:40Speaker 3: minute to win it. We need a contestant eight seven
- 55:41Speaker 3: seven ninety three seven one four seven we'll play next
- 55:44Speaker 3: to get from the car to.
- 55:47Speaker 10: The office, wake out win him.
- 55:48Speaker 3: Every morning Jean, Jay and Rich coming up like in
- 55:52Speaker 3: less than ten minutes. You know, obviously we're gonna have
- 55:54Speaker 3: one thousand dollars to pay your bills. But I have
- 55:55Speaker 3: this thing I think is really cool. Because we're always
- 55:57Speaker 3: concerned about death, what happens after you die. There's a
- 56:00Speaker 3: group of professional mediums and they are sharing what they
- 56:04Speaker 3: believe happens after we die. So I will tell you
- 56:07Speaker 3: what happens after we die in less than ten minutes.
- 56:11Speaker 3: First though, Patty Key from Pieria Ford, give us one
- 56:14Speaker 3: thousand dollars. All you got to do is answer ten
- 56:17Speaker 3: questions in a row in under a minute. And I
- 56:21Speaker 3: believe a TV show has ripped us off already. In fact,
- 56:23Speaker 3: Kyle SATs will get into that, right. Is it very
- 56:25Speaker 3: similar to Minute to Winter, Kyle, the show you watched?
- 56:26Speaker 5: No, Oh it's not.
- 56:28Speaker 1: They're still ripped as soft.
- 56:29Speaker 3: Well what I've seen the commercials for it sounds like
- 56:31Speaker 3: they're doing Minute to Win it. These people can't answer
- 56:33Speaker 3: these simple questions. That's not that's not what it is.
- 56:36Speaker 6: No, the show is called Nation's Dumbest and Basically it's
- 56:39Speaker 6: got like all these celebrities got like Matt Liiner, Doctor Drew,
- 56:43Speaker 6: Carmen Electra, and they all are competing in like kind
- 56:47Speaker 6: of like school like challenges, but it's not like minute
- 56:51Speaker 6: to win it and after where it's like time through that.
- 56:53Speaker 1: But there's there's still they're questions right there, aren't you?
- 56:55Speaker 6: Like more like are you smarter than a fifth grader er?
- 56:57Speaker 6: Combined with challenges and stuff like that. So it's it's
- 57:00Speaker 6: very different, but it's actually laugh out loud funny, like
- 57:02Speaker 6: I was surprised how hard we were laughing.
- 57:04Speaker 5: Like, give me an example something they did that was okay.
- 57:06Speaker 6: So they did this geography challenge and they divided all
- 57:09Speaker 6: the celebrities into two teams, and they had this huge map, right,
- 57:13Speaker 6: and they had Steve O and Jojo Suwa they were
- 57:16Speaker 6: representative of each one of their respective teams. And they
- 57:19Speaker 6: had to get dressed in this airplane suit and they
- 57:22Speaker 6: were hoisted via ropes that their team was controlling, and
- 57:26Speaker 6: they had to like swing into this mailbox pick a question,
- 57:30Speaker 6: and then the team had to answer the question and
- 57:31Speaker 6: they had to put the answer to the geography question.
- 57:34Speaker 4: On the map.
- 57:35Speaker 6: And so they're like getg lifted and swung around.
- 57:38Speaker 7: I was laughing so.
- 57:39Speaker 6: Hard at that part.
- 57:40Speaker 3: So let me give you a presentation. You're listening to
- 57:43Speaker 3: John Jay and Ritchi or the producers of the TV show.
- 57:44Speaker 3: You hear a minute to win it? How do we
- 57:46Speaker 3: make this TV friendly? We have a simple geography question.
- 57:50Speaker 3: It's a simple geography question. And then you got to
- 57:53Speaker 3: make it visual. So now they've split in the two teams.
- 57:55Speaker 3: You make the celebrities do whatever. That's how I can
- 57:57Speaker 3: see them copying this game.
- 57:58Speaker 1: So to me, it is like, well we happy than that.
- 58:01Speaker 1: We're going to hoist our listeners on the phone up.
- 58:03Speaker 6: Perhaps they were inspired.
- 58:06Speaker 5: You got to make it TV friendly, all right. Our
- 58:07Speaker 5: contestant this morning is Jerry.
- 58:09Speaker 9: Hi.
- 58:09Speaker 1: Jerry Hi, Hi.
- 58:12Speaker 5: Okay, what are you doing right now? Jerry?
- 58:16Speaker 15: I actually was just over at the Arizona Humane Society.
- 58:20Speaker 15: I'm a little nervous. I've tried to call you guys
- 58:22Speaker 15: so many times. I can't believe I got through. I
- 58:24Speaker 15: went to go take my cat, want my son's cat
- 58:26Speaker 15: to go get neutered. Come to find out it's not
- 58:28Speaker 15: until the twentieth of July, and so went all the
- 58:32Speaker 15: way down there. I had also taken my dog actually
- 58:35Speaker 15: Tuesday he got neutered. But it was a crazy morning
- 58:40Speaker 15: and I just said, yeah, it is what it is.
- 58:42Speaker 15: Let me turn around, let's go home. And then you
- 58:45Speaker 15: guys were talking about one thousand dollars. I'm in need
- 58:47Speaker 15: of a vehicle, so I was like, let me just
- 58:50Speaker 15: try and I got through and I was shocked.
- 58:52Speaker 5: But to your cat's like, oh thank god.
- 58:54Speaker 1: Yeah, plus stealing more than one neutered animal at the time,
- 58:58Speaker 1: that'd be a lot.
- 58:58Speaker 5: Hey, well listen to this coming up.
- 59:01Speaker 15: Sorry, it made me laugh because when Dylan was on
- 59:04Speaker 15: the home well Jill, I think her name, Yeah, my
- 59:07Speaker 15: cat in the back now, Yeah, it reminded me of
- 59:10Speaker 15: the entire like April Fold thing you guys have, and
- 59:13Speaker 15: I'm like, seriously, real, I do have.
- 59:15Speaker 9: A cat in the back.
- 59:17Speaker 14: Well.
- 59:17Speaker 3: Coming up in a couple of months, I don't know
- 59:19Speaker 3: if it's October or November. My wife is put together
- 59:21Speaker 3: this this second year or third year we're doing it,
- 59:23Speaker 3: and it's at State Farm Stadium where we give out
- 59:25Speaker 3: free neoters with the Humane Society, with Markopa County outam
- 59:28Speaker 3: of control, well a bunch of different places free neoters
- 59:31Speaker 3: for like thousands of people. You drive up at State
- 59:34Speaker 3: Farm Stadium, we hand you the certificates and you get
- 59:36Speaker 3: your your animal neuted for free.
- 59:38Speaker 5: So that's coming up.
- 59:39Speaker 3: Pay attention, keep listening to other people know because I
- 59:41Speaker 3: don't know the details yet. Anyway, we got a minute
- 59:44Speaker 3: to win one thousand dollars of Pat Pig's money.
- 59:45Speaker 5: That's all right.
- 59:46Speaker 1: I feel like you're a quick thinking person, so I
- 59:48Speaker 1: think you're gonna do well on this, Jerry. Let's do
- 59:50Speaker 1: it sixty seconds on the clock. What type of fruit
- 59:53Speaker 1: is typically used to make raisins?
- 1:00:00Speaker 10: Oh, my gosh, great.
- 1:00:02Speaker 1: What country singer sings the song choosing Texas? Yeah, we got.
- 1:00:13Speaker 2: Lately?
- 1:00:15Speaker 1: Which sport is known as the beautiful game?
- 1:00:19Speaker 15: Yeah, I'm gonna say soccer.
- 1:00:28Speaker 1: Which fictional character is famous for robbing the rich to
- 1:00:30Speaker 1: get to the poor in Sherwood Forest Robinhood, Columbus is
- 1:00:36Speaker 1: the capital of which US state?
- 1:00:41Speaker 6: Oh?
- 1:00:43Speaker 1: Oh, she.
- 1:00:46Speaker 7: Disconnected?
- 1:00:49Speaker 2: Jerry?
- 1:00:49Speaker 1: What do we do?
- 1:00:50Speaker 6: Jerry?
- 1:00:51Speaker 5: I don't think I think she was way behind anyway.
- 1:00:53Speaker 1: How much time you left, she had about twenty seconds least.
- 1:00:56Speaker 3: It's almost like when she couldn't get raisins. Yeah, it's
- 1:00:58Speaker 3: like you're like that, You're you're have to go so fast.
- 1:01:01Speaker 3: It took her too long looking for ohio.
- 1:01:06Speaker 9: I.
- 1:01:06Speaker 3: Meanwhile, we were doing minute to Win it with Jerry
- 1:01:09Speaker 3: and we got disconnected. But Jerry called back, Hi, Jerry, Hi?
- 1:01:14Speaker 3: Was that your bad or or bad?
- 1:01:16Speaker 9: I think it was my bad?
- 1:01:18Speaker 3: So I was.
- 1:01:19Speaker 15: I had asked the producer about like being able to
- 1:01:21Speaker 15: record the call. Don't anyone else, don't do it. As
- 1:01:25Speaker 15: soon as the recording goes out, it hangs up.
- 1:01:27Speaker 9: That was what I did.
- 1:01:29Speaker 3: Well, here's the deal. So I had twenty seconds left.
- 1:01:32Speaker 3: You had done four. You got four questions? All right, okay,
- 1:01:35Speaker 3: so we will continue. I'll give you the next twenty seconds.
- 1:01:38Speaker 1: All right, Yeah, we'll give you twenty seconds. Are you ready?
- 1:01:41Speaker 1: Let's be getting ready?
- 1:01:42Speaker 5: All right?
- 1:01:43Speaker 1: What space agency landed the first man on the moon?
- 1:01:48Speaker 3: Oh my god?
- 1:01:49Speaker 4: Was that nuns?
- 1:01:50Speaker 1: Which ocean is the largest in the world?
- 1:01:55Speaker 9: Large? Oh my god, I'm gonna say.
- 1:02:00Speaker 15: And then probably get this wrong.
- 1:02:01Speaker 1: Specific What oregan pumps blood through the human body.
- 1:02:07Speaker 3: The heart?
- 1:02:09Speaker 1: What body of water separates to England in France?
- 1:02:14Speaker 6: Oh my gosh.
- 1:02:21Speaker 1: What was the answer the English channel?
- 1:02:25Speaker 9: Oh?
- 1:02:26Speaker 7: You got seven right though?
- 1:02:28Speaker 6: You did very well, very well?
- 1:02:30Speaker 5: All right, Jerry, thanks for calling back and thanks for listening.
- 1:02:32Speaker 5: Good luck with you.
- 1:02:33Speaker 2: Thank you guys so much for your time.
- 1:02:35Speaker 12: Thank you so much.
- 1:02:36Speaker 15: And I'm looking forward to the other stuff. And I'll
- 1:02:38Speaker 15: let everyone know that I know in my circle about
- 1:02:40Speaker 15: your U the neutering stuff.
- 1:02:42Speaker 7: So thank you so much.
- 1:02:43Speaker 15: Y'all have a wonderful day, got it.
- 1:02:44Speaker 3: Thank you, Jared, thank you. She's talking about someone doing
- 1:02:47Speaker 3: with love pop or it's free neuters and stuff. And
- 1:02:49Speaker 3: it's like in October November where we're doing at State
- 1:02:51Speaker 3: Farm Stadium, like thousands of people.
- 1:02:53Speaker 1: It's a long day.
- 1:02:56Speaker 5: I do want to get this medium thing, but first,
- 1:02:58Speaker 5: real quick, a couple of text message.
- 1:02:59Speaker 3: You can always Texas, you text JJ harm whatever you
- 1:03:01Speaker 3: want to say to nine six eight ninety three. A
- 1:03:04Speaker 3: text about Kyle's garage door now working, says, the same
- 1:03:09Speaker 3: thing happened to my garage and my poor husband has
- 1:03:11Speaker 3: had to manually open it every time we need to
- 1:03:13Speaker 3: open it.
- 1:03:14Speaker 6: Oh my gosh, she's supposed to be like a muscleman.
- 1:03:16Speaker 1: Totally, it's been eight years.
- 1:03:20Speaker 3: Second thing, I'm pretty white and I commonly say I'm
- 1:03:23Speaker 3: shaking in my boots white people phrases. There's a bunch
- 1:03:27Speaker 3: of texts on white people phrases. Here's a white people phrase,
- 1:03:29Speaker 3: cool beans.
- 1:03:30Speaker 1: Cool beans. Yep, that's up there.
- 1:03:33Speaker 5: Here's the white people phrase. What in tarnation? Holy mackerel,
- 1:03:40Speaker 5: I say sometimes what in Sam Hill?
- 1:03:42Speaker 1: Anyway?
- 1:03:42Speaker 3: All right, so real quick, we could post it on
- 1:03:44Speaker 3: Facebook because the story over the weekend of Taylor Swift's
- 1:03:48Speaker 3: wedding was Shania Twain. That was a big story that
- 1:03:51Speaker 3: broke out because Shania Twain was going to open or
- 1:03:54Speaker 3: is opening for Harry Styles. And Shania Twain didn't go
- 1:03:58Speaker 3: to Taylor's wedding because she committed to Harry Styles opening
- 1:04:01Speaker 3: to Harry Styles. So we had posted on Facebook, right,
- 1:04:04Speaker 3: what is something you miss in your regret? Right, Tanya?
- 1:04:07Speaker 5: You got one?
- 1:04:09Speaker 9: Hey?
- 1:04:09Speaker 6: I have one?
- 1:04:11Speaker 9: Hi?
- 1:04:11Speaker 14: Don't Dan?
- 1:04:12Speaker 10: Hi?
- 1:04:12Speaker 1: Ranch?
- 1:04:13Speaker 6: How do you hi?
- 1:04:15Speaker 9: Hey? So?
- 1:04:16Speaker 15: Yeah, actually wasn't me that missed it.
- 1:04:18Speaker 9: It was my ex best friend that missed my wedding.
- 1:04:21Speaker 11: And I after is she would be my maid of honor?
- 1:04:25Speaker 11: And she told me no, and I said, well, why
- 1:04:31Speaker 11: her husband was getting out of prison that day.
- 1:04:34Speaker 1: Oh that's fair, that's fair. You got to be there
- 1:04:36Speaker 1: for the prison release.
- 1:04:38Speaker 15: Yeah, so she actually missed it.
- 1:04:40Speaker 10: And the ironic thing is I went to court with
- 1:04:43Speaker 10: her when she married him.
- 1:04:46Speaker 5: Okay, so just let me.
- 1:04:47Speaker 3: I want to I want to walk you through stuff
- 1:04:49Speaker 3: and ask you some questions. So your wedding is in
- 1:04:53Speaker 3: the evening, I'm assuming No, No, it was.
- 1:04:57Speaker 11: In It was about two o'clock in the afternoon, okay.
- 1:05:00Speaker 1: And what time was he getting out of prison?
- 1:05:02Speaker 11: Only eight o'clock in the morning.
- 1:05:04Speaker 5: Okay. So she couldn't have brought him to the wedding, no.
- 1:05:08Speaker 2: Because according to your they had to lock themselves in.
- 1:05:11Speaker 10: A motel room for a week.
- 1:05:12Speaker 9: Yeah, okay, yeah, I knew you were waiting for that
- 1:05:16Speaker 9: one John day.
- 1:05:16Speaker 1: I knew someone.
- 1:05:18Speaker 3: I was like, if you asked me to be your
- 1:05:19Speaker 3: maid of honor and she says I can't, Dave's getting
- 1:05:21Speaker 3: out of prison, I would have been like, well, what
- 1:05:22Speaker 3: time is you get out of prison? My wedding is
- 1:05:24Speaker 3: this or my best friend? And then she's like, no,
- 1:05:26Speaker 3: I gotta have sex. We'll have to have sex that night.
- 1:05:28Speaker 1: Like wait, you can.
- 1:05:31Speaker 5: Have a cookie at eight o five.
- 1:05:33Speaker 3: Like just so you can't.
- 1:05:34Speaker 7: So now the song about that team, but we'll do
- 1:05:36Speaker 7: that one another day.
- 1:05:38Speaker 5: So she doesn't come to your wedding and you're like,
- 1:05:40Speaker 5: you're no longer my friend anymore.
- 1:05:42Speaker 11: Well, we actually stay friends, but we did break up
- 1:05:45Speaker 11: later on.
- 1:05:46Speaker 9: Actually just a couple of years ago, we finally broke up.
- 1:05:49Speaker 11: We were friends for forever. Our moms worked.
- 1:05:51Speaker 9: Together, and we were best friends our whole entire lives.
- 1:05:54Speaker 11: And I used to go with her to go visit him,
- 1:05:57Speaker 11: and I would visit his sully, and I know we.
- 1:06:00Speaker 9: Did all these things against our mom's.
- 1:06:02Speaker 11: Wishes, and we used to get in trouble all the
- 1:06:04Speaker 11: time for doing that.
- 1:06:05Speaker 13: And then she married him.
- 1:06:06Speaker 11: I went to court with her and yeah.
- 1:06:09Speaker 1: She told me no, didn't want to be my Maidable
- 1:06:11Speaker 1: did they stay married?
- 1:06:13Speaker 9: Well, they did not stay married.
- 1:06:15Speaker 3: Nope.
- 1:06:15Speaker 11: He's actually back in prison and I think he's doing
- 1:06:18Speaker 11: a life sentence now.
- 1:06:20Speaker 1: Oh yeah, if you want.
- 1:06:21Speaker 5: To tell us, what do you do? What do you
- 1:06:22Speaker 5: do the first time? What do you do the second time?
- 1:06:25Speaker 9: He wasn't a very nice guy.
- 1:06:26Speaker 11: He just wasn't a nice person, kind of violent, lots
- 1:06:30Speaker 11: of drugs, things like that.
- 1:06:32Speaker 1: Just wasn't a nice wife. That's not good. He had
- 1:06:36Speaker 1: tell you.
- 1:06:36Speaker 8: Well, yeah, I'm glad you're not a good guy.
- 1:06:39Speaker 5: Not a good guy. I'm glad you call it. Thanks
- 1:06:41Speaker 5: for listening.
- 1:06:42Speaker 2: Well, well, thank you. I've been waiting to get on Johnny.
- 1:06:45Speaker 4: You're so funny.
- 1:06:45Speaker 5: You come up as one liner.
- 1:06:47Speaker 11: Sometimes I wish I could think of him and rich
- 1:06:49Speaker 11: I don't know why he didn't stay at Taylor's wedding.
- 1:06:51Speaker 11: I don't get that.
- 1:06:51Speaker 9: I would have said the whole tape they kicked me out.
- 1:06:55Speaker 1: No, that was happening. We were going to get kicked
- 1:06:56Speaker 1: out pretty soon. I could feel it.
- 1:06:58Speaker 2: I was like, Oh, he's gonna say anyway, well, thanks.
- 1:07:02Speaker 10: For having me.
- 1:07:03Speaker 5: You're so awesome, thank you for listening.
- 1:07:04Speaker 15: Thanks, have a good day.
- 1:07:06Speaker 9: Fight.
- 1:07:07Speaker 5: That's so nice.
- 1:07:08Speaker 3: There's been a lot of stuff. I've been seeing a
- 1:07:09Speaker 3: lot of pictures from that wedding right now. You weren't
- 1:07:11Speaker 3: at Taylor's wedding. You were at a wedding, yes, and
- 1:07:13Speaker 3: you were staying in the hotel the same wedding was
- 1:07:15Speaker 3: happening that Taylor and Travis were going to.
- 1:07:18Speaker 1: Yes, we were going to a totally different wedding, but
- 1:07:20Speaker 1: all dressed to the nines. It just sort of slid
- 1:07:22Speaker 1: into the reception and there wasn't a whole lot of
- 1:07:24Speaker 1: people there when we got there, maybe thirty when we
- 1:07:28Speaker 1: got it, So obviously they would know we weren't part
- 1:07:30Speaker 1: of the wedding party. The video is up on John
- 1:07:33Speaker 1: Jay and rich on Instagram. You can see it and
- 1:07:35Speaker 1: all the people they are saying that camera's all shaky. Yeah,
- 1:07:38Speaker 1: I'm trying to sneak video. I was trying to sneak
- 1:07:41Speaker 1: video thinking we might get a screenshot out of it,
- 1:07:43Speaker 1: but I had to be really really careful because nobody
- 1:07:45Speaker 1: else had their phones up. Well, it's got eight hundred
- 1:07:46Speaker 1: and ten thousand views. Oh that's cool. Yeah, so go
- 1:07:48Speaker 1: to John Jay.
- 1:07:49Speaker 5: Here's a couple things to do.
- 1:07:50Speaker 1: Go to John Jay and Rich on Instagram.
- 1:07:52Speaker 3: And if you miss war the roses, you type in
- 1:07:55Speaker 3: roses you see a picture of Rich making a weird face.
- 1:07:57Speaker 3: That's the Instagram account that's to make the post face.
- 1:08:00Speaker 3: And then if you scroll down you see a bunch
- 1:08:02Speaker 3: of blue stuff with eight hundred Well, that's that's the
- 1:08:04Speaker 3: Taylor Swift video that Rich snuck in his camera and
- 1:08:07Speaker 3: got some stuff. All right, we are going to get
- 1:08:09Speaker 3: to some entertainment news. We also got diamondback tickets could
- 1:08:13Speaker 3: be yours less than twenty minutes. All that's coming up.
- 1:08:16Speaker 3: Entertainment news. That's next, John Ja and.
- 1:08:18Speaker 6: Rich Coffy in hand to ear buds on John Jay
- 1:08:25Speaker 6: and Rich Nobody compay.
- 1:08:27Speaker 5: I'm gonna break down everything trending what he has got.
- 1:08:29Speaker 6: It's like basically two weeks since Taylor swifts wedding and
- 1:08:32Speaker 6: we're still getting little details here and there about what
- 1:08:35Speaker 6: happened inside Madison Square Garden. And now we're hearing Avri Lavine,
- 1:08:39Speaker 6: Tate McCrae, and Ice Spice were among the performers at.
- 1:08:42Speaker 8: The wedding celebration.
- 1:08:44Speaker 1: That's a big bill.
- 1:08:45Speaker 6: I just think, like it's insane what this party was like.
- 1:08:50Speaker 6: And when Taylor decides to share details with us, I
- 1:08:52Speaker 6: think it's going to be epic.
- 1:08:53Speaker 7: I would love to get a.
- 1:08:54Speaker 4: Tell all of Taylor Swift and Ice Spice relationship because
- 1:08:57Speaker 4: it's never made sense to me, but I kind of
- 1:08:59Speaker 4: love it. I know, FIFA just an outside. Post Malone
- 1:09:03Speaker 4: is officially headlining the twenty twenty six World Cup closing ceremony,
- 1:09:06Speaker 4: so it's gonna be a pregream show. It's happening this Sunday,
- 1:09:09Speaker 4: July nineteenth, and it's kicking off exactly ninety minutes before
- 1:09:13Speaker 4: Spain and Argentina battle for the trophy. So Posty he's
- 1:09:16Speaker 4: sharing the stage with legends like Robbie Williams, Nicole Schersinger,
- 1:09:19Speaker 4: and Laura Passini. So the celebrity power doesn't really stop
- 1:09:23Speaker 4: there because we already talked about we know that we're
- 1:09:24Speaker 4: getting this surprise stunt from Tom Cruise, and then we're
- 1:09:27Speaker 4: also gonna get a viral moment with the streamer I
- 1:09:29Speaker 4: show Speed, which is gonna be huge, I think for
- 1:09:31Speaker 4: the younger generations. And then Jennifer Hudson singing the national anthem,
- 1:09:34Speaker 4: which is justin Bieber insane.
- 1:09:36Speaker 7: Yeah, JB. He's the halftime show. That's gonna be don't.
- 1:09:40Speaker 1: Shakira.
- 1:09:41Speaker 4: Yeah, those are, but those are separate. That's the halftime show.
- 1:09:43Speaker 4: This is the closing ceremony. This is the pregame kind
- 1:09:46Speaker 4: of vibe to get everyone hyped up.
- 1:09:48Speaker 9: Love it.
- 1:09:48Speaker 6: It's gonna be awesome. I'm three episodes in you Guys
- 1:09:52Speaker 6: to the Hawk. It's Will Ferrell's show on Netflix. Yeah,
- 1:09:55Speaker 6: I think it's ten episodes and here's here's my form.
- 1:10:01Speaker 6: It's funny, but it's not laugh out loud funny yet,
- 1:10:03Speaker 6: but I still want to keep watching the.
- 1:10:05Speaker 8: Holland So it's in. I haven't watched The Hot Ones yet.
- 1:10:07Speaker 8: That's number two on Netflix right now.
- 1:10:08Speaker 6: I do plan on doing that, but you know, he's
- 1:10:11Speaker 6: been doing a lot of things like hot ones to
- 1:10:12Speaker 6: promote the Hawk. And he did an interview on a
- 1:10:16Speaker 6: podcast of Oh My God, Amy Poehler, and he was
- 1:10:20Speaker 6: talking about how in college he actually got a job
- 1:10:22Speaker 6: at Disneyland, and he was thinking he'd get like a
- 1:10:25Speaker 6: really cool job, like he wanted to be maybe working
- 1:10:27Speaker 6: on one of the rides or something like that. And
- 1:10:30Speaker 6: instead of working, you know, as the Jungle cruise operator,
- 1:10:33Speaker 6: they said, you're going to be at the ticket counter
- 1:10:35Speaker 6: and he's like, well, that doesn't really sound quite as fun.
- 1:10:38Speaker 16: Then he said, at the same time, I had a
- 1:10:40Speaker 16: rival offer to work at a friend's surf shop, a
- 1:10:44Speaker 16: friend who was managing a surf shop right down at
- 1:10:46Speaker 16: Newport Beach exactly same pay, yeah, five point fifteen hour.
- 1:10:49Speaker 5: But I was too.
- 1:10:50Speaker 16: Embarrassed to call up Disney Disneyland. So my friend John
- 1:10:53Speaker 16: called on my behalf and said, I will be quitting
- 1:10:57Speaker 16: after one day. He said, I have a tryout with
- 1:10:59Speaker 16: the Dallas.
- 1:10:59Speaker 6: Cow, which we know he did not, but that's how
- 1:11:03Speaker 6: he quit his job that he got at Disneyland.
- 1:11:05Speaker 5: On the Netflix hot Ones, he talks about other jobs.
- 1:11:07Speaker 3: He was a bank teller and a couple other random
- 1:11:09Speaker 3: jobs yet, which is kind of cool to know that,
- 1:11:11Speaker 3: you know, he's normal.
- 1:11:13Speaker 6: Yeah, totally. Arita Grande, we know she's done really well
- 1:11:17Speaker 6: doing singing impressions, but apparently she can also do like
- 1:11:20Speaker 6: regular impressions. And she's kind of going viral because she
- 1:11:23Speaker 6: was doing an Instagram post to promote like Arim's beauty thing,
- 1:11:27Speaker 6: and she was doing her best Harry Potter character impressions
- 1:11:31Speaker 6: and sans are loving it.
- 1:11:33Speaker 4: What is my blood?
- 1:11:34Speaker 10: But are you not me?
- 1:11:37Speaker 7: Not my blur? Butter?
- 1:11:39Speaker 6: Where is it a money obey?
- 1:11:41Speaker 7: He wants to know where he's blur?
- 1:11:44Speaker 1: Buttery's master.
- 1:11:46Speaker 7: I saw this video randomly and I was like, what
- 1:11:50Speaker 7: is she doing?
- 1:11:51Speaker 6: Like he's promoting Ariam's blow Butter.
- 1:11:54Speaker 7: I didn't understand, but I watched it. I was like,
- 1:11:56Speaker 7: she is so talented truly.
- 1:11:59Speaker 6: Everyone's like, oh my gosh, she's like the best of
- 1:12:01Speaker 6: all this.
- 1:12:01Speaker 3: Well, if she's u she calls us in a couple
- 1:12:04Speaker 3: of minutes, she can play for the Harry Potter and
- 1:12:05Speaker 3: Night Diamondbacks game.
- 1:12:07Speaker 6: That's right, callin Ari, it could be you. Okay. So
- 1:12:11Speaker 6: The Batman Part two. At first It was supposed to
- 1:12:14Speaker 6: come out October third, twenty twenty five, and then we
- 1:12:16Speaker 6: had the writer strikes and they're like, we're gonna move
- 1:12:18Speaker 6: it back to October twenty twenty seven.
- 1:12:21Speaker 8: And now they're like, we got to move it back again.
- 1:12:24Speaker 6: So the new official release date of The Batman Part
- 1:12:27Speaker 6: two is February eighteenth, twenty twenty eight. But because I
- 1:12:31Speaker 6: think they know, like this is six years, it's give
- 1:12:33Speaker 6: me six years after the original. They actually like with
- 1:12:37Speaker 6: that music you were just hearing, that is a video
- 1:12:39Speaker 6: that they released. It's like the test film footage. You
- 1:12:41Speaker 6: could to see Robert Pattinson as Batman again in the
- 1:12:44Speaker 6: test footage for The Batman.
- 1:12:45Speaker 1: I really liked that. I thought The Batman, that movie
- 1:12:48Speaker 1: with Robert Pattinson, I thought was great. It's like just
- 1:12:50Speaker 1: a detective movie.
- 1:12:51Speaker 7: Because wasn't it kind of like a lot darker, a
- 1:12:54Speaker 7: lot darker, and.
- 1:12:55Speaker 1: He's more of a detective than a superhero. He's like
- 1:12:57Speaker 1: still I don't want to say normal, but he doesn't
- 1:12:59Speaker 1: use a bunch of superhuman powers.
- 1:13:01Speaker 7: Interesting.
- 1:13:02Speaker 4: Jessica Alba, she is joining the cast of Netflix is
- 1:13:06Speaker 4: thirteen going on thirty reboot. So production just kicked off
- 1:13:09Speaker 4: into La, so the plot and Jessica Albo's role are
- 1:13:12Speaker 4: completely kept under wraps right now. She is joining a
- 1:13:15Speaker 4: cast that includes Emily Batters.
- 1:13:16Speaker 7: She was on People.
- 1:13:17Speaker 4: We met on vacation Logan Lherman, he was in Murders
- 1:13:20Speaker 4: in the Building. And best of all, Jenna Rink is
- 1:13:22Speaker 4: coming back. Jennifer Gardner. She is on board as an
- 1:13:24Speaker 4: executive producer and we're expecting some cameos from her too.
- 1:13:28Speaker 3: Hey, so you were just talking about Disneyland with Will
- 1:13:30Speaker 3: Ferrell's for job yesterday.
- 1:13:32Speaker 5: I found something out about this friend of mine. I
- 1:13:33Speaker 5: had this friend of mine in my house yesterday, Ryan.
- 1:13:35Speaker 3: I put him on Instagram because he was helping me
- 1:13:39Speaker 3: prep for this monsoon weather that's coming because my backyard
- 1:13:42Speaker 3: has some issues. I'm getting a new roof and I
- 1:13:44Speaker 3: got a lot of new stuff happening that Hopelly will
- 1:13:46Speaker 3: fix whenever floods come to my house so there won't
- 1:13:48Speaker 3: be floods.
- 1:13:49Speaker 1: And he was telling me this story about it.
- 1:13:50Speaker 3: So he grew up in Anaheim, he grew up next
- 1:13:53Speaker 3: to Disneyland, and he hated Disneyland.
- 1:13:56Speaker 5: He was a Knoxbury farm guy.
- 1:13:58Speaker 1: Oh everybody and disney was He just hated it.
- 1:14:02Speaker 5: He moved here in two thousand and one, got married,
- 1:14:06Speaker 5: had kids.
- 1:14:07Speaker 3: His oldest son graduated a year or two a year
- 1:14:10Speaker 3: ago or most recently, from the University of Arizona Architecture
- 1:14:13Speaker 3: schools with a degree in architecture. His oldest son just
- 1:14:18Speaker 3: got a job out of ten thousand people, got hired
- 1:14:23Speaker 3: to be the next imaginarium person for Disney.
- 1:14:26Speaker 1: Like the engineers that build all the imagine build.
- 1:14:28Speaker 3: The imagineers that build the ride. His like just he
- 1:14:32Speaker 3: just moved him to Florida to where he's working. And
- 1:14:35Speaker 3: it's so such a weird, full circle moment. I thought,
- 1:14:37Speaker 3: I was so happy for him.
- 1:14:39Speaker 6: Yeah, like you're a fan of Disney now ry exactly.
- 1:14:42Speaker 3: But to be an imagineer, you have to be a genius,
- 1:14:45Speaker 3: a creative, fantastic personality. So he's like interning and they
- 1:14:49Speaker 3: put it's like he's going to Disney University, like they
- 1:14:52Speaker 3: put him.
- 1:14:52Speaker 5: He's in a dorm room with other people like a school,
- 1:14:55Speaker 5: and he's getting paid.
- 1:14:57Speaker 3: And he has this set quick set, this cool set up,
- 1:15:00Speaker 3: and he has access to every ride. And I thought
- 1:15:02Speaker 3: that was such a cool story.
- 1:15:03Speaker 1: Yes, what a great job.
- 1:15:04Speaker 7: It's literally called Disney University.
- 1:15:05Speaker 4: Yeah, isn't a wild Yeah, And like, I actually know
- 1:15:07Speaker 4: a couple of people that I did that after they
- 1:15:09Speaker 4: graduated college and you go and you work in the
- 1:15:11Speaker 4: parks and you like earn the ins and the outs.
- 1:15:13Speaker 5: Yeah, but he's the person that's building the right using
- 1:15:17Speaker 5: his imagination. It reminded me.
- 1:15:19Speaker 3: Also, it's like a as a dad. I had a
- 1:15:21Speaker 3: cool dad moment for him earlier in the day. Do
- 1:15:24Speaker 3: you guys see that Devin Booker video they got posted
- 1:15:27Speaker 3: about why he picked number fifteen? But did you see
- 1:15:30Speaker 3: the video they dropped it yesterday? It's this montage of
- 1:15:33Speaker 3: him as a kid watching his dad play on TV.
- 1:15:35Speaker 3: That's cool and it just gave me goosebumps. It's like
- 1:15:38Speaker 3: him interviewing all these clips of him as a kid
- 1:15:41Speaker 3: being interviewed how much he loves his dad, and his
- 1:15:43Speaker 3: dad was number fifteen, but he couldn't be number fifteen,
- 1:15:45Speaker 3: And now he's changed number fifteen. And I was like,
- 1:15:47Speaker 3: what a cool moment for his dad. Yeah all right,
- 1:15:50Speaker 3: So I text his dad was like, dude, that's so
- 1:15:53Speaker 3: cool Melbourne, and he texted me back, He's like this
- 1:15:54Speaker 3: is crazy.
- 1:15:55Speaker 1: So that was cool.
- 1:15:56Speaker 5: Oh yeah, really cool. Anyway, good for him. Diamond Back.
- 1:15:58Speaker 3: He's taking on the padres for Harry Potter, and like
