Richmond’s Cason Food Truck, run by two brothers and their cousin, is about to hit the big time—stepping onto the Food Network’s “The Great Food Truck Race” with their legendary funnel cakes. Starting from a humble tent and van, they’re now rolling out in their own truck, ready to compete against seven other teams across the scenic Great Smoky Mountains. The prize? $50,000.
