Speaker 1: Mackee in his time for today's word. It's been prophesied
• 0:10
Speaker 1: Matthew one twenty two through twenty three says. All this
• 0:13
Speaker 1: took place to fulfill what the Lord had said through
• 0:18
Speaker 1: the prophet, the virgin will conceive and give birth to
• 0:21
Speaker 1: a son, and they will call him Emmanuel, which means
• 0:25
Speaker 1: God with us. All the things that Mary went through
• 0:31
Speaker 1: were to fulfill the prophecy that was spoken through the
• 0:33
Speaker 1: prophet Isaiah hundreds of years before. She had to, as
• 0:39
Speaker 1: a virgin, get pregnant at what seemed to be the
• 0:42
Speaker 1: wrong time. She wasn't married, y'all, and nearly lost her
• 0:48
Speaker 1: fiance Joseph in the process. Think about how everything happened.
• 0:54
Speaker 1: It was prophesied that Jesus would be born in Bethlehem,
• 0:58
Speaker 1: which meant that Si Augusta had to call for a
• 1:02
Speaker 1: census to get them from Nazareth to Bethlehem at seemingly
• 1:08
Speaker 1: the wrong time, because think about it, she was nine
• 1:11
Speaker 1: months pregnant. She had to travel by donkey at nine
• 1:15
Speaker 1: months pregnant. Then she got there and there was no
• 1:18
Speaker 1: room available. In the end, she had to deliver the
• 1:24
Speaker 1: Savior of the world in a manger. Now, God, you
• 1:29
Speaker 1: called me to do this, but everything about it seems wrong.
• 1:35
Speaker 1: I know me, I know Sherry, I would have probably
• 1:37
Speaker 1: said this can't be God. All of these wrongs, though,
• 1:42
Speaker 1: were necessary, They were prophesied. Can I tell you there's
• 1:48
Speaker 1: a prophecy over your life too. There are things that
• 1:52
Speaker 1: God is ordained for you to do that He's already
• 1:56
Speaker 1: written in his book before time even began. And just
• 2:01
Speaker 1: like Mary, you're not going to understand everything that happens.
• 2:04
Speaker 1: It may seem wrong at the time, but let me
• 2:08
Speaker 1: encourage you that it's all necessary. Remember the steps of
• 2:12
Speaker 1: the righteous are ordered by the Lord. It's leading you
• 2:17
Speaker 1: to the birth, to the promise, to the things bigger
• 2:20
Speaker 1: than you can imagine, to favor, to influence an opportunity
• 2:25
Speaker 1: like you've never seen before. It's been prophesied. And know
• 2:30
Speaker 1: the journey may not be comfortable, but it is necessary. Father, God,
• 2:35
Speaker 1: Thank you that you're taking us on journeys of faith
• 2:41
Speaker 1: that is beyond our dreams. Thank you that we can
• 2:45
Speaker 1: trust you when things seem wrong. Nothing that you have
• 2:50
Speaker 1: ordained for us will happen God without your moving in
• 2:58
Speaker 1: our lives. So help us to keep being faithful, to
• 3:02
Speaker 1: do what's right, to give birth to what you've promised
• 3:05
Speaker 1: and prophesied over our lives in Jesus' name. Hey, now
• 3:09
Speaker 1: that's your word for today. Take him apply to your
• 3:13
Speaker 1: everyday life, and you continue to be encouraged and inspired.
