- 1:55Speaker 1: season two, episode one. Always be a fan. Thank you
- 1:58Speaker 1: so much for 90 Day for, A, inviting me to
- 2:01Speaker 1: the premiere of the original Hunt for Love. That was
- 2:03Speaker 1: incredibly fun, and therefore you have my heart, and that's
- 2:07Speaker 1: why I will have your back, Hunt for Love. I'm loyal.
- 2:14Speaker 1: Let's get in. We start hunting the beautiful island of
- 2:19Speaker 1: Puerto Rico, the lovely island. Okay, so, sorry, West Side Story,
- 2:27Speaker 1: theater nerd, let's get in. We start, Emma. I am
- 2:32Speaker 1: stoked for Emma. I've always thought that she is hilarious.
- 2:34Speaker 1: That wig, you know, even adds to it. I'm not
- 2:37Speaker 1: mad at it. She is fresh, freshly filled. Those lips
- 2:40Speaker 1: are even bigger than before. Michael, sans Angela, wild to
- 2:44Speaker 1: see it. What a ride. It's like an OG kind
- 2:47Speaker 1: of fan thing to be able to On the other side,
- 2:52Speaker 1: see Michael date someone else and Angela's nowhere to be found.
- 2:55Speaker 1: He won cake in the face. I mean, truly, if
- 2:58Speaker 1: you think about it, crazy. Jamal. You know what? Jamal
- 3:02Speaker 1: won me over. I think his personality is charming. And
- 3:08Speaker 1: here's the thing. That's a relative term. He's charming enough.
- 3:13Speaker 1: especially in comparison to Rob and wildly in comparison to Josh, right?
- 3:19Speaker 1: Jamal is on the up and up. He had one
- 3:24Speaker 1: weird relationship with Veronica. We don't really know his other situations. Obviously,
- 3:27Speaker 1: we have like heart to heart with him and his mom, Kimberly,
- 3:32Speaker 1: and he gets to kind of hopefully come into his
- 3:34Speaker 1: own and we get to see what he's into. Now,
- 3:37Speaker 1: he does dress well and he... you would think, would
- 3:43Speaker 1: be sensitive. What we don't want to see is someone who, again,
- 3:48Speaker 1: fucks over people or makes choices where we realize his
- 3:58Speaker 1: actual wants and desires are illuminated in people who are
- 4:04Speaker 1: vapid and or superficial. Now, I like Emma, so I'm
- 4:08Speaker 1: not saying that she is. I mean, she is, of course,
- 4:10Speaker 1: vapid and superficial, but I actually think that she's also
- 4:13Speaker 1: funny and smart. So it's not Emma. I think that
- 4:15Speaker 1: he does end up with Emma, but I'm just saying
- 4:18Speaker 1: it could happen that he ends up with someone I
- 4:20Speaker 1: don't like. I just have no idea. We think certain
- 4:23Speaker 1: things are happening, right? Like we think that, you know,
- 4:24Speaker 1: I said, Rosvaughn is a person who says something racist
- 4:34Speaker 1: and gets kicked off. From the streets, we know this
- 4:37Speaker 1: to be true. Season, this season, at some point, even
- 4:41Speaker 1: though in this episode, he's heavily featured. We just have
- 4:47Speaker 1: to take things as they come. And even though we
- 4:51Speaker 1: hear things and we might think we know things, we
- 4:55Speaker 1: have to presume we don't know. So we'll talk about
- 4:58Speaker 1: it when it happens. Jamal gets off a little dingy
- 5:02Speaker 1: and Amanda, the event coordinator- is freshly on that little
- 5:08Speaker 1: pier waiting for him. And honey, she is quick to
- 5:12Speaker 1: touch his arm, specifically like the part of his arm
- 5:15Speaker 1: that is his forearm or his Popeye muscle, his Popeye
- 5:20Speaker 1: Spanish muscle. Arms are my favorite part of men, my
- 5:28Speaker 1: preferred sexual partner. I love every part of an arm
- 5:33Speaker 1: when it comes to a man that I'm into. And
- 5:36Speaker 1: You know, from bicep to hand, it's great. My preferred
- 5:44Speaker 1: situation would be a little bigger, right? Like I like
- 5:46Speaker 1: a bigger bicep slash Popeye muscle slash hand. So I
- 5:53Speaker 1: get wanting to touch them. And I feel like I
- 5:55Speaker 1: touch arms all the time. But she was pretty quick
- 5:59Speaker 1: because she just met him and she's just a cute
- 6:01Speaker 1: events coordinator. It almost felt like, girl, are you going
- 6:03Speaker 1: to try and get with Jamal? Because She has like
- 6:08Speaker 1: a voluminous bob that makes me feel like she's constantly
- 6:13Speaker 1: thinking schemes. And they all live in her hair, like secrets.
- 6:21Speaker 1: I actually really like her hair. I liked her bob.
- 6:23Speaker 1: And when I first saw this, I was like, oh
- 6:25Speaker 1: my God, I wonder if she's going to try and
- 6:26Speaker 1: hook up with Jamal. Be like, there's an event that
- 6:29Speaker 1: I'm coordinating tonight, honey, in my hotel room. We're also
- 6:34Speaker 1: going to see Tanya and Nick, who we remember from
- 6:36Speaker 1: season one as the relationship coaches. And I'm happy about them.
- 6:40Speaker 1: I like both of them. I want to be at
- 6:43Speaker 1: this resort. I want to come to this resort. I
- 6:48Speaker 1: want to be there. I want to sign me up.
- 6:51Speaker 1: I would do this. Wear sexy clothes. Go to singles
- 6:56Speaker 1: events in a beautiful resort setting. Go back to my
- 7:00Speaker 1: hotel room. Or someone else's with mine. Or someone with mine,
- 7:06Speaker 1: to me. Hopefully I would have that hotel room with
- 7:09Speaker 1: the big pal king. As opposed to the two twin
- 7:12Speaker 1: queens some people, Stephen, have. So, Jamal says he goes
- 7:17Speaker 1: for women who are toxic and he wants to fix them.
- 7:22Speaker 1: He does not want Veronica Usman Colt or his mom
- 7:25Speaker 1: to be there. Now, we assume that at some point
- 7:28Speaker 1: they're going to have Kimberly come. I don't know why
- 7:32Speaker 1: I just think that. Would you think that? It's just
- 7:34Speaker 1: too easy. Granted, San Diego is far away from Puerto Rico.
- 7:40Speaker 1: If it was in Mexico, like especially Baja Mexico, I
- 7:43Speaker 1: would always be like, yeah, Kimberly is like already there. Also,
- 7:48Speaker 1: these beds at this hotel look very firm. Wildly firm.
- 7:53Speaker 1: Too firm for my liking. Cara, you know, I'm going
- 7:56Speaker 1: to give... some grace too. Kara, I've never really super
- 8:00Speaker 1: enjoyed because of a voice like, you know, you aren't
- 8:02Speaker 1: the best singer. You are not a bad singer, but
- 8:05Speaker 1: you aren't just singing like normal white people music. You
- 8:07Speaker 1: think that that mediocre voice for some reason is supposed
- 8:10Speaker 1: to be good enough or soulful enough or have enough
- 8:13Speaker 1: rhythm to sing not your kind of music. And it's not.
- 8:17Speaker 1: And I always kind of thought that Guillermo was like,
- 8:19Speaker 1: I don't want to have to go to all your
- 8:20Speaker 1: shows because it's embarrassing that I have a white wife
- 8:23Speaker 1: who thinks she can sing this music when you're not
- 8:24Speaker 1: that great at it. Like, you don't have, again, a
- 8:27Speaker 1: bad voice, but you have to be pretty fucking good
- 8:30Speaker 1: to sing a whole ass genre of music that you don't,
- 8:33Speaker 1: your people don't have any claim to. And your people
- 8:37Speaker 1: are colonizers. So step the fuck off. The only time
- 8:41Speaker 1: it works is if you are, for some reason, phenomenally
- 8:45Speaker 1: gifted at that one kind of art form. Like Eminem.
- 8:49Speaker 1: Where you're just like, well, he's, for some reason, a
- 8:53Speaker 1: really good rapper, so... Just people. Yeah. I mean, he's not,
- 8:57Speaker 1: he's good. He's very good. He's a good rapper. He
- 9:01Speaker 1: obviously cares. Anyway, that's not her. That's not her. But
- 9:09Speaker 1: she is single, single, and she knows what she wants,
- 9:12Speaker 1: which is that she wants someone who will order for
- 9:15Speaker 1: her at a restaurant. Honey, that waiter gets there. He's like,
- 9:20Speaker 1: you guys ready? And she's like, He knows. And then
- 9:29Speaker 1: they're like, well, if you're going to say something, Kara,
- 9:31Speaker 1: just might as well say what you're going to order.
- 9:32Speaker 1: She's like, baby, what do I want? They're like, oh
- 9:36Speaker 1: my God, still so many words. You just tell him
- 9:38Speaker 1: you want chicken. And so the guy's like, you know what?
- 9:41Speaker 1: Baby's going to get pork chops, medium rare. And then
- 9:47Speaker 1: she now has to eat that because she wanted a
- 9:49Speaker 1: man that's going to order for her. And the whole
- 9:51Speaker 1: time she wanted the osso bucco. She won't go get it.
- 9:56Speaker 1: Now she has to suck down raw pig. I don't
- 10:04Speaker 1: think you can have pork chops. Maybe you can. Can
- 10:06Speaker 1: you tell I don't really have a lot of pork
- 10:07Speaker 1: in my life? Oh my God. I have never had
- 10:11Speaker 1: a man order for me in my entire world. I
- 10:14Speaker 1: maybe have been in a table where I'm like, just
- 10:16Speaker 1: order some things, but then I have to be like, invite,
- 10:19Speaker 1: order some things. Just like also make sure that when
- 10:22Speaker 1: you order some things, they're not just all fish things
- 10:25Speaker 1: or all mushroom things or anything with like eggplant or
- 10:33Speaker 1: zucchini or blue cheese or like gorgonzola. I don't know.
- 10:40Speaker 1: Or that like smelly French cheese raconteer, like raconteur. No.
- 10:48Speaker 1: But other than that, I'm pretty good. What are you
- 10:51Speaker 1: going to order? Can I just order? You know, you're
- 10:53Speaker 1: just like, I'm controlling. She gets in. She checks in.
- 11:01Speaker 1: They give her a little present. I'm happy for her.
- 11:04Speaker 1: I love a little present when you check in. Sometimes
- 11:05Speaker 1: it's a cookie. Oh, honey. I love getting into a hotel.
- 11:10Speaker 1: She shows off her Spanish. I'm happy for her if
- 11:12Speaker 1: she had just stopped there. God bless. She didn't. You know, obviously,
- 11:16Speaker 1: I already told you. She kept going. She says she
- 11:20Speaker 1: wants someone well-groomed. Oh, okay. Yeah. Would you want someone hygienic? Wow,
- 11:26Speaker 1: what a leap. You want someone to smell good? You're different.
- 11:32Speaker 1: How different would... Oh. I mean, that's a very controversial opinion. So,
- 11:43Speaker 1: Rosamond gets there. We know this isn't going to last.
- 11:46Speaker 1: We have to deal with him. He's awkward. He says
- 11:49Speaker 1: that he's just a scared, skinny nerd. But, you know,
- 11:51Speaker 1: underneath that, this, like, gym-made body. And it is interesting
- 11:55Speaker 1: because he does have, you know, a good body. Like,
- 12:00Speaker 1: it's quite a physique. He obviously works hard at it.
- 12:03Speaker 1: He seems regimented, strict. very to me displays of like
- 12:15Speaker 1: maybe like a type a or like maybe some ocd
- 12:18Speaker 1: references or ocd style i wonder if he's really hard
- 12:21Speaker 1: to please if he has like that kind of like
- 12:23Speaker 1: perfectionist quality maybe it's a shyness i don't feel his
- 12:32Speaker 1: i can't quite like put my finger on his like
- 12:34Speaker 1: sexual nature or like sexual vibes or energy i get
- 12:38Speaker 1: from him He says he's into cowboy music, and ever
- 12:44Speaker 1: since him and Amanda broke up, he's in Houston, living
- 12:48Speaker 1: that dream. I find that interesting. How is he in Houston?
- 12:54Speaker 1: How did he get to stay? Why do people get
- 12:57Speaker 1: to stay? Why him? Why not others? Why him? Is
- 13:04Speaker 1: Amanda okay with that? Amanda got married, I think, by
- 13:06Speaker 1: the way. He says he wants someone to embrace his weirdness.
- 13:12Speaker 1: He asks if this retreat is ready for the real Raz. Razmataz, honey.
- 13:19Speaker 1: Razzle dazzle them, that's Raz. I mean, the truth of
- 13:23Speaker 1: the matter is, if the real Raz is a racist Raz,
- 13:27Speaker 1: then no, I'm really not okay with it. Too many R's.
- 13:31Speaker 1: Real Raz is a racist Raz. The real Raz is Riz.
- 13:34Speaker 1: You know, you're just like, oh my God, Riz. Isn't that,
- 13:37Speaker 1: that's that term. It means like charm. I don't know,
- 13:39Speaker 1: what do they, what does Riz mean? You know, those
- 13:41Speaker 1: kids say it. Razvan, yeah, is it for me? And
- 13:50Speaker 1: it's interesting what makes someone sexy, what makes someone attractive,
- 13:57Speaker 1: visually or whatnot. It kind of feels like what Chloe
- 14:02Speaker 1: talks about with the ick, right? And truly, I get that.
- 14:06Speaker 1: I have, and I just gave it to you, my
- 14:08Speaker 1: own list of ick. And those are ick foods. I
- 14:12Speaker 1: already gave them. Gorgonzola. But what is these subtle differences
- 14:22Speaker 1: in someone who piques your sexual interest and someone who doesn't?
- 14:27Speaker 1: Especially if you can isolate it and it's not purely
- 14:31Speaker 1: a physical thing like Popeye arms. Like, is it a
- 14:40Speaker 1: certain lingering breath or a certain lingering look? Or is
- 14:45Speaker 1: it that for a moment you catch thoughts in their
- 14:50Speaker 1: eyes and you're trying to read or decipher them in
- 14:55Speaker 1: your mind? And the mystery, if not the intrigue, if
- 15:00Speaker 1: not the suspicion that those thoughts might be flirtatious and
- 15:11Speaker 1: more in nature, it's like fun. And I think that
- 15:18Speaker 1: you can see someone being turned on in real time
- 15:23Speaker 1: and slowing down like their thought processes to, and this
- 15:33Speaker 1: is how I end every episode, to decide to be
- 15:36Speaker 1: present in this moment with you. You know what I'm saying?
- 15:39Speaker 1: I think that when you talk to people, you can
- 15:42Speaker 1: see their mind still going, right? Like, yeah. Uh-huh, sure, yeah,
- 15:48Speaker 1: we can do that later, for sure. And you can
- 15:49Speaker 1: tell that they're just like, almost like bearing through this conversation,
- 15:54Speaker 1: mind running through, planning what they have to do next.
- 15:58Speaker 1: Sometimes their eyes are like, yeah, yeah, okay. And looking
- 16:01Speaker 1: over your head almost to like try and see if
- 16:03Speaker 1: they have something else to distract them. They're waiting. They're
- 16:07Speaker 1: truly not, of course, with you. But to watch someone,
- 16:13Speaker 1: in real time, in a very real moment, decide to
- 16:16Speaker 1: like drop in and be with you in that moment
- 16:19Speaker 1: is in itself sexy because we are, again, so starved
- 16:24Speaker 1: for connection that I think to experience curiosity, care, or
- 16:34Speaker 1: that kind of openness or willingness to share space with
- 16:41Speaker 1: you in itself is And from that like base level
- 16:49Speaker 1: of attraction, like what, you know, takes it to the
- 16:53Speaker 1: level of like genital, like sparks, you know? Yeah. Cause
- 17:04Speaker 1: you're like, Oh, that, that person's, you know, conventionally attractive.
- 17:08Speaker 1: And then you're like, Oh, I'm attracted to that person.
- 17:11Speaker 1: And then, You know, you could also be like, well,
- 17:15Speaker 1: that person's hot. Or you can be like, something about
- 17:20Speaker 1: that person just like turns me on. And all of
- 17:23Speaker 1: those like mean something different. And to break down why
- 17:29Speaker 1: one would happen over the other is just, it's an
- 17:31Speaker 1: interesting phenomenon. Because of course, like it's not so visual, right? Oh,
- 17:42Speaker 1: God bless. Anyway, take me to this fucking retreat. I
- 17:44Speaker 1: would love it. Okay. We don't know what's going to happen. Obviously,
- 17:50Speaker 1: he says that he, you know, the retreat, he's ready
- 17:52Speaker 1: for the retreat to... Sorry. He says he wants someone
- 17:56Speaker 1: to embrace his weirdness and asks if the retreat is
- 18:01Speaker 1: ready to, of course, deal with him. And we're like,
- 18:06Speaker 1: dear God, we don't know what we're going to see. And...
- 18:10Speaker 1: Brittany comes and we're like, what a palate cleanser. Brittany
- 18:15Speaker 1: was on season, seasons and seasons ago to like some
- 18:19Speaker 1: dumb fuck asshole weird guy. And she was too young,
- 18:22Speaker 1: but it felt like she was like maybe escaping and
- 18:25Speaker 1: she is now like back and she definitely feels like
- 18:29Speaker 1: she has lived and matured and she is super beautiful
- 18:34Speaker 1: and yeah, serving. She's bi, I'm happy for that. We,
- 18:38Speaker 1: I would, yeah, like there's, the potential for bi relationships
- 18:43Speaker 1: and homosexual relationships to happen on shows like this. And
- 18:47Speaker 1: we don't get to see it that much. And if
- 18:48Speaker 1: we do get to see it, and most, most often
- 18:51Speaker 1: is female. Like when we saw Jasmine kiss, um, what's
- 18:56Speaker 1: her face last season. So you never, you don't see
- 18:59Speaker 1: men do that kind of thing. Cause of course it's
- 19:02Speaker 1: still Not as widely accepted for men to do that
- 19:07Speaker 1: as women is. You can be sexy and two femmes
- 19:10Speaker 1: like being bi together, you know? Interesting though, like just interesting.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Brittany has dated basketball players before, which is great because
- 19:23Speaker 1: she has two big tits. So they're basically basketballs. And
- 19:28Speaker 1: she wants a man that knows how to deal with
- 19:29Speaker 1: two big balls. And I get that. It's time for
- 19:35Speaker 1: the first party and Jamal approaches a bunch of women,
- 19:38Speaker 1: one's named Iris, and he wants to lock in on
- 19:41Speaker 1: a lady. And I mean, just like the ladies laugh
- 19:44Speaker 1: at the thought of this with him. We meet Brian,
- 19:47Speaker 1: who is an NFL player, and then Kara, walks in
- 19:50Speaker 1: and talks to Jamal they have history because he was
- 19:53Speaker 1: in a music video of hers it's just it's a
- 19:58Speaker 1: funny thing because you're like what is this like how
- 20:02Speaker 1: Beyonce and Jay-Z met a music video Oh my God,
- 20:09Speaker 1: those bad boys. Jesus, they really get around, honey. At
- 20:15Speaker 1: one point, Brittany's talking to an enthusiastic man. I'm not
- 20:18Speaker 1: quite sure who he is, but she calls him girl.
- 20:20Speaker 1: And I was like, oh, Brittany doesn't like him. Chloe's
- 20:27Speaker 1: getting ready and I'm like, oh my God, Chloe, please
- 20:29Speaker 1: enter the chat. Thank God. She's getting ready. As like
- 20:32Speaker 1: I said, she's wearing this like hot ass red ass
- 20:34Speaker 1: dress with like these cutouts and she has this thankfully
- 20:37Speaker 1: multi-dimensional blonde hair and she's gotten a lot of lip filler.
- 20:41Speaker 1: Now she did not need the lip filler. Most women don't. Um,
- 20:45Speaker 1: but you know, some lip filler looks great. I don't
- 20:47Speaker 1: know why, but yeah, she already, she should have never
- 20:50Speaker 1: touched her lips from last season. She could have just
- 20:52Speaker 1: dealt with her hair. It would have been great, but
- 20:54Speaker 1: she really wanted to get some lips and I don't
- 20:56Speaker 1: blame her. It really is an entire generation, which has
- 21:00Speaker 1: lip filler blindness, filler blindness in itself, pillowy face all
- 21:05Speaker 1: over the place. Chloe says she puts up, she put
- 21:12Speaker 1: She puts up walls and judges. And I really felt
- 21:14Speaker 1: for there because I feel like I do that too.
- 21:17Speaker 1: It's a self-sabotage technique. It's two things. You are trying
- 21:25Speaker 1: to preserve yourself and you self-sabotage by kind of poking
- 21:30Speaker 1: holes in other people because if you can find their
- 21:32Speaker 1: faults before they find yours, then you're the one to
- 21:36Speaker 1: reject them. And you are what? Never rejected. Never rejected.
- 21:40Speaker 1: And of course, a wall is also a protection mechanism.
- 21:46Speaker 1: The act of being vulnerable to let your walls down
- 21:50Speaker 1: and then to let someone see yourself with all of
- 21:55Speaker 1: your flaws is hard-ass work. And especially if you are
- 22:02Speaker 1: someone who judges, because then you are used to having
- 22:05Speaker 1: a judging mind and you, having lived with that mind,
- 22:09Speaker 1: can only assume... That's what's happening in everyone else's mind
- 22:12Speaker 1: when they see you. That's not it. That's so sad.
- 22:17Speaker 1: I was happy that she knows that about herself. I
- 22:19Speaker 1: want to be like, wait, are you still dating that
- 22:20Speaker 1: sugar daddy guy? Remember that? Are you still dating that guy? Now,
- 22:25Speaker 1: Jamal knows Chloe's name because Jamal knows literally everyone on
- 22:28Speaker 1: the show and Chloe doesn't know his name, which I mean,
- 22:31Speaker 1: unfortunately is hilarious. She's like, who are you? He's like,
- 22:35Speaker 1: I'm Kimbali's son. She's like, Wait, baby girl? Baby girl Lisa?
- 22:44Speaker 1: He's like, no, not baby girl Lisa. It was the
- 22:46Speaker 1: first one that Usman was like, I'm Kimbalisa. And she's like, no, no.
- 22:55Speaker 1: Now there's a guy named Malik. Maybe this is the
- 22:57Speaker 1: guy that, no, I'm sorry. Malik says, speaking of Britney,
- 23:03Speaker 1: that she's a pretty brown thing. She walks in and
- 23:07Speaker 1: she is all woman. It has pools of honey for eyes.
- 23:14Speaker 1: Pretty brown thing walks in. It's all woman and she
- 23:16Speaker 1: has pools of honey for eyes. And I was like, oh,
- 23:19Speaker 1: what a poet. Honey, what are you, Neruda? Pools of
- 23:23Speaker 1: honey for eyes. It is unfortunate that we are so
- 23:34Speaker 1: scared to connect or to be vulnerable or to show
- 23:40Speaker 1: ourselves or to our hearts that just the act of
- 23:45Speaker 1: expressing admiration for someone feels like revolutionary. I was so
- 23:58Speaker 1: happy that he was so complimentary and so expressive with
- 24:03Speaker 1: liking her. I don't know, because I think in this
- 24:06Speaker 1: day and age, people are so like... Oh, look at her. Yeah,
- 24:10Speaker 1: she's cool. She has pools of honey for eyes. That's beautiful.
- 24:16Speaker 1: Good for him. Okay. He says also that he wants
- 24:25Speaker 1: to be himself because his heart is his biggest asset.
- 24:29Speaker 1: And we're all like, aww. And he's like, and my dick.
- 24:33Speaker 1: But he doesn't even say dick because he's a gentleman.
- 24:35Speaker 1: So he says phallus. So again, I'm kind of like, oh,
- 24:41Speaker 1: he could have said dick, but he chose phallus. I
- 24:49Speaker 1: think it's a sign of maturity. Brittany says she saw
- 24:54Speaker 1: Chloe and she was like, why is this little girl here?
- 24:58Speaker 1: Do you check her ID? Which is hilarious because Chloe
- 25:02Speaker 1: is so very tiny. She's so really, really a small girl.
- 25:08Speaker 1: So much so that when she's with Emma, she still
- 25:10Speaker 1: looks small and Emma is tiny. Not to make, again,
- 25:14Speaker 1: the stupidest, oldest references ever, but it's sort of like
- 25:18Speaker 1: when Brittany and Christina came out that one time and
- 25:21Speaker 1: we really realized how small Christina Aguilera is because Brittany
- 25:26Speaker 1: is really, like Brittany is like 5'3. And Christina next
- 25:30Speaker 1: to Brittany looks like Chloe next to Emma. And Emma's
- 25:35Speaker 1: thumbelina You know what I'm saying? Again, why do I
- 25:41Speaker 1: have references that only, like, people who are, like, 42
- 25:46Speaker 1: to 46 could know? I really did love them, Alina.
- 25:58Speaker 1: Rosh comes in. He's, like, I guess, shy and This smiling,
- 26:03Speaker 1: curly-haired lady introduces herself as Erica. We're like, okay, we
- 26:07Speaker 1: like Erica. And he tries to talk to Erica, and
- 26:11Speaker 1: Erica's like, hmm. Jamal spots Emma walking in, and he's like,
- 26:16Speaker 1: she dated my good friend. We're like, oh, God, Rob. Okay, fine.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Best friend. Okay, really good friend? I mean, sure. They hug,
- 26:24Speaker 1: and there's like some sexual tension there, and we are like, oh, okay.
- 26:27Speaker 1: We know when we see it, Roz. Stephen walks in.
- 26:31Speaker 1: And he walks in with his shoulders hunched so up.
- 26:34Speaker 1: I was like, did you like, I mean, like, did
- 26:39Speaker 1: you sit on a broomstick, buddy? Like, put those down. Like,
- 26:43Speaker 1: what happened, buddy? Like, drop them shoulders. Put a gravity
- 26:49Speaker 1: blanket on them. Like, drop them. Jesus, that must hurt.
- 26:55Speaker 1: Michael walks in. Brittany freaks the fuck out, runs towards him.
- 26:59Speaker 1: She's like, I'm so glad you're here without Angela. And
- 27:02Speaker 1: then Jamal goes over to Michael and he's like, and
- 27:05Speaker 1: then Jamal says something that's so funny and I was
- 27:07Speaker 1: so happy about it. And this is where I'm like,
- 27:09Speaker 1: you know what? I'm happy. A, for Jamal, because I
- 27:12Speaker 1: think that he's a funny person and it makes me
- 27:14Speaker 1: happy because I want to like people in the show.
- 27:16Speaker 1: I don't want to not like people. And I feel
- 27:19Speaker 1: like knowing that this cast gets to hang out Then
- 27:23Speaker 1: I'm like, okay, so Kara is snappy. We know that
- 27:27Speaker 1: Emma and Chloe are snappy, like funny, witty people. And
- 27:31Speaker 1: we know that Jamal is too. It makes us all happy. Anyway,
- 27:34Speaker 1: Jamal runs up to Michael and he's like, free at last,
- 27:39Speaker 1: free at last. Thank God almighty, we are free at last. Now,
- 27:49Speaker 1: is that bad that I just did it like that? No,
- 27:52Speaker 1: because- I'm not doing a, I love, obviously that's a
- 27:56Speaker 1: Martin Luther King quote. Jamal does it, and it's very
- 28:01Speaker 1: funny in context to Michael. And it's so famous that
- 28:07Speaker 1: we all can kind of, you know, remember how it goes.
- 28:12Speaker 1: It's so interesting, like, to grow up hearing phonetically famous
- 28:23Speaker 1: moments in time. Like, you know, in that presidential way,
- 28:32Speaker 1: I can hear the, ask not what your country can
- 28:38Speaker 1: do for you, but what you can do for your country.
- 28:43Speaker 1: You know, like I can sort of like hear those
- 28:44Speaker 1: moments and not, you can, my JFK is a very
- 28:47Speaker 1: good impression, just so you know, just like my MLK
- 28:54Speaker 1: wildly good impressions, very PC for me to do. That's fine. Anyway. Um,
- 29:05Speaker 1: But yeah, it's almost like songs that we just like,
- 29:07Speaker 1: like happy birthday. Like you can, we all know it,
- 29:09Speaker 1: you know? Anyway, I was really happy for that. We're
- 29:13Speaker 1: all excited to see Michael like live his best life, honey.
- 29:15Speaker 1: Like live his free life. Like he gets to be him.
- 29:18Speaker 1: There's just like no cake in his face and no
- 29:21Speaker 1: one yelling at him. And you know, like Michael, like,
- 29:23Speaker 1: I mean, you know, like I wonder if he really
- 29:25Speaker 1: does have PTSD. Like, I think that he probably does. Like,
- 29:29Speaker 1: I'm assuming that he like is a little jumpy at
- 29:31Speaker 1: all times. I would assume that there's going to be
- 29:34Speaker 1: a therapy, moment of the show where they're like, Michael,
- 29:38Speaker 1: we actually have a somatic somatic healer here to do
- 29:42Speaker 1: some EDMR tapping with you just so I would, the
- 29:46Speaker 1: show wants to pay to try and help you regulate
- 29:51Speaker 1: your nervous system for what we know it was exposed to.
- 29:57Speaker 1: So good luck, good luck, buddy. Okay. So they are
- 30:05Speaker 1: given a necklace and basically it's like, y'all have a necklace,
- 30:08Speaker 1: give it to the person that you want to get
- 30:10Speaker 1: to know. And then you obviously could get a necklace.
- 30:12Speaker 1: You don't have to give the necklace that you have
- 30:16Speaker 1: to the same person that gives you a necklace. And
- 30:18Speaker 1: you could have multiple necklaces, blah, blah, blah, blah. Kara
- 30:25Speaker 1: likes a guy who's 27 and sort of looks like
- 30:27Speaker 1: he has Guillermo's smile. So she gives it to him
- 30:31Speaker 1: and we're like, oh girl, she just blew her load
- 30:33Speaker 1: so fast. Michael likes Iris and he's talking to Iris
- 30:37Speaker 1: and he's like, oh, trying to like feel around. She's like, oh,
- 30:40Speaker 1: just so you know, I like older men. He's like, oh,
- 30:43Speaker 1: and she's like, he's 39 and she's like, you know,
- 30:46Speaker 1: 28 or 27 and in his mind that's not that
- 30:50Speaker 1: bad and she's like don't even worry about it I
- 30:52Speaker 1: love older men my ex was 57 and she says
- 30:56Speaker 1: that thinking that Michael's gonna be like this is great
- 30:58Speaker 1: news but Michael hears that and is sort of offended
- 31:01Speaker 1: like I'm not that old however 57 is shocking so
- 31:08Speaker 1: he gives her a face like this what and then
- 31:12Speaker 1: she's like don't judge me I see you Oh, I
- 31:17Speaker 1: know you. I know what wrinkles you had buried in
- 31:24Speaker 1: your face. You know, he's like, you're right. I don't judge.
- 31:27Speaker 1: We're like, mm-hmm. So Jamal and Emma flirt and they
- 31:33Speaker 1: give each other their necklaces, which we're also like, okay,
- 31:35Speaker 1: you guys can flirt, but also you're blowing your load.
- 31:38Speaker 1: You guys know, you know each other. Why would you
- 31:40Speaker 1: give your necklaces to each other? Like, this is obviously
- 31:42Speaker 1: supposed to be like first date. impression situations. Now we
- 31:46Speaker 1: will find out later what that could be, but that
- 31:48Speaker 1: also makes everything about this kind of like a fucked
- 31:52Speaker 1: up situation. So this is how it goes. At first,
- 31:56Speaker 1: like I said, Jamal and Emma flirt. They give each
- 31:58Speaker 1: other their necklaces and then he goes and talks to
- 32:01Speaker 1: Erica and Emma flirts with Razvan. And then Erica and
- 32:05Speaker 1: Jamal are upset because Erica sort of like liked Razvan.
- 32:11Speaker 1: Razvan had given Erica, you know, The necklace. And so basically, oh,
- 32:21Speaker 1: I'm so sorry. I messed up. Erica had given Razvan
- 32:30Speaker 1: her necklace. That's what happened. And so when Jamal and
- 32:35Speaker 1: Erica see Emma and Razvan flirting, they're pissed. So they
- 32:41Speaker 1: decide to go over and get their necklaces back. And
- 32:45Speaker 1: Emma's like, I'm just talking to Razvan. Like, what the
- 32:47Speaker 1: fuck is your problem? But Jamal is feeling some sort
- 32:49Speaker 1: of way. And he has Erica on his side. And obviously,
- 32:54Speaker 1: Emma and Jamal know each other. So Emma's like, wait, wait, wait.
- 32:59Speaker 1: What's happening? And also, can we talk for a second?
- 33:01Speaker 1: But Erica's like, nope, nope. Don't be dramatic. No talking.
- 33:04Speaker 1: And tries to pull... Jamal away from Emma which is
- 33:08Speaker 1: rude because Emma is just being like can we talk
- 33:12Speaker 1: because you and I know each other like this person
- 33:15Speaker 1: doesn't know you so all I'm asking is can we
- 33:18Speaker 1: talk and he won't let her he's like came in
- 33:22Speaker 1: made a scene and then when she's trying to like
- 33:25Speaker 1: process it he is very rude to her and allows
- 33:30Speaker 1: Erica to be rude to her too and she's pissed
- 33:33Speaker 1: but it looks like she cares and And she does.
- 33:37Speaker 1: And Razvan is an asshole and gets butthurt about the
- 33:41Speaker 1: fact that she cares. But no one really cares about Razvan.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Just no one really cares about him. All that work
- 33:51Speaker 1: in the gym. All those protein goals hit. Just to
- 33:58Speaker 1: be resistible. I mean, I'm just saying. It's mean. Mean
- 34:08Speaker 1: for me to say. And Jamal, you know, God bless,
- 34:16Speaker 1: was also like second guessing having given Emma his necklace
- 34:22Speaker 1: because of the Rob situation. And also because Kara was like,
- 34:26Speaker 1: that's a bad look. Kara, seemingly... isn't giving Emma friendly vibes.
- 34:41Speaker 1: Kara's giving... I'm going to put wedges between the men
- 34:47Speaker 1: I like and women on this show vibes. You know
- 34:52Speaker 1: what I'm saying? In this moment. Chloe talks to Brian,
- 35:01Speaker 1: who was in the NFL. And then she talks to
- 35:03Speaker 1: a guy wearing a cowboy hat named Landon, who is
- 35:06Speaker 1: absolutely taken with Chloe. He's like, oh my God, you're
- 35:12Speaker 1: funny and smart. And you have a vagina. I, I, I,
- 35:28Speaker 1: I don't know what to do. I like, I want
- 35:30Speaker 1: to throw up in this cowboy hat. I've never seen it. Okay.
- 35:33Speaker 1: And she's like, cool. Well, I wish I could say
- 35:35Speaker 1: the same about you. Chloe's like, you got that cowboy hat. Yep.
- 35:43Speaker 1: I'm funny. I'm smart. And you are named Landon. Emma's crying.
- 35:55Speaker 1: Chloe goes in. comforts her. And I'm like, yeah, okay.
- 35:59Speaker 1: I think I'm going to have Chloe and Emma be
- 36:01Speaker 1: like my horses in the race. That's what I'm going
- 36:06Speaker 1: to put my money on. The night ends. Michael walks
- 36:11Speaker 1: Iris home who... Stephen gave his necklace to her. And
- 36:19Speaker 1: then as they're walking, Michael's like, yep, I give my
- 36:21Speaker 1: necklace to you, but we're going to keep our options open.
- 36:24Speaker 1: Now she... I can't imagine was like, I was going
- 36:28Speaker 1: to give all of my love to Michael, but hearing this,
- 36:32Speaker 1: I'm taking it back. But she does use it to
- 36:35Speaker 1: get out of any sort of kiss, which I'm happy
- 36:37Speaker 1: for her. She refuses his kiss. Landon walks Chloe to
- 36:42Speaker 1: her room and then he's like, can I give you
- 36:44Speaker 1: a kiss on the cheek? And she's like, well, you
- 36:46Speaker 1: better not miss. And he's like, and she's like, which cheek?
- 36:52Speaker 1: And he says the right one. And then he goes
- 36:54Speaker 1: to her left and she's like, buddy. Oh, Lord. She's
- 37:04Speaker 1: just like, yeah, I just don't I deserve something else
- 37:07Speaker 1: besides this? I'm happy that there are some dudes, but
- 37:12Speaker 1: it feels like there's not that many singles on this show.
- 37:16Speaker 1: It feels like there was more singles on the first season.
- 37:18Speaker 1: There were so many people on Hunt for Love season
- 37:21Speaker 1: one that they'd be like, was that person always there
- 37:24Speaker 1: when we were in episode six? We'd be like, who's that?
- 37:29Speaker 1: There's like four people on this show. Anyway. That night,
- 37:37Speaker 1: Stephen gets home to his double bunk. Emma gets a
- 37:39Speaker 1: phone call from Jamal. He's like, just fucking deal with
- 37:43Speaker 1: it tomorrow. It'll be better. She's like, okay. The next morning,
- 37:46Speaker 1: they're making breakfast, or they're trying to. It's Chloe and Emma.
- 37:50Speaker 1: Chloe goes for eggs. Emma's like, I don't like eggs.
- 37:52Speaker 1: Chloe's like, cool, because I'm not making them for you.
- 37:54Speaker 1: Emma's like, have champagne, unless there's any chicken tagine here. Oh,
- 38:03Speaker 1: I love the way they used to pour my tea
- 38:06Speaker 1: in Morocco from high pour from high and into my
- 38:10Speaker 1: little cup. I'd have glass after glass. And then chicken tagine. Anyway,
- 38:19Speaker 1: for some reason, the way I say chicken tagine sort
- 38:22Speaker 1: of sounds like Jennifer Coolidge to me. Chicken tagine. Is
- 38:26Speaker 1: that very kind of like Jennifer Coolidge sounding? Fine. So
- 38:35Speaker 1: it seems like the group gets cut into two groups
- 38:39Speaker 1: and one group just gets to hang out by the
- 38:41Speaker 1: pool and one group has to do like an activity
- 38:43Speaker 1: and the activity is second chances. Let's have our first
- 38:48Speaker 1: impressions again, second impressions. And they're like, is there any
- 38:55Speaker 1: one you want to have a redo impression of? And
- 38:59Speaker 1: Brittany's like, well, I mean, I'd like to see what's
- 39:03Speaker 1: happening with Steve and Rosvan because I gave my necklace
- 39:09Speaker 1: to fucking Erica. And I think that Erica is like straight, straight, straight.
- 39:13Speaker 1: And I really like blew my load. A lot of
- 39:15Speaker 1: people just like did something too fast. And so Steven
- 39:20Speaker 1: and her dance and it's awkward and it's not sexy.
- 39:23Speaker 1: And then Raz and her dance and it's somewhat better.
- 39:30Speaker 1: but not sexy. And everyone's like, whoa, Steven, just sit down.
- 39:35Speaker 1: You know? And it's like, yeah, like Steven had no
- 39:37Speaker 1: chance with her. Come on. Steven feels like he's four
- 39:40Speaker 1: years old. Steven's only chance would be with someone who
- 39:43Speaker 1: Chloe and Chloe won't touch Steven with like a 10
- 39:45Speaker 1: foot pole. Chloe's like, I guess my turn. Um, My
- 39:53Speaker 1: second impression will be with Razvan. And then they're like, Razvan,
- 39:56Speaker 1: what do you think of her? And he's like, yeah,
- 39:58Speaker 1: she's a bitch. She's a bitch. And they're like, why?
- 40:03Speaker 1: What did she do? And he's like, well, it was
- 40:05Speaker 1: really her face. And everyone's like, Razvan, that's really fucked up.
- 40:08Speaker 1: And then they don't really say that though to her.
- 40:09Speaker 1: Even though everyone's thinking it, they bring her up. They
- 40:12Speaker 1: bring him up to like hang out with her and
- 40:13Speaker 1: she just makes him laugh. And then he's like, okay,
- 40:15Speaker 1: you made me laugh. She's like, great. You didn't for me. See,
- 40:19Speaker 1: that's the thing. Chloe was too nice. I want to
- 40:25Speaker 1: be like, oh, okay, Rasmus, you can see I'm a bitch.
- 40:29Speaker 1: I think that you are a boring tool. Because who
- 40:36Speaker 1: does Rasmus think he has to make a better impression for?
- 40:41Speaker 1: In his mind, surely probably no one. He's probably like,
- 40:44Speaker 1: I did a great job. No one. Everyone has to
- 40:47Speaker 1: be better for me. Jamal makes it up to Erica
- 40:54Speaker 1: by getting vulnerable by being like, I cry in front
- 40:58Speaker 1: of women. And everyone's supposed to be like, oh, Jamal,
- 41:01Speaker 1: thank you. We're going to jump in those pants. But
- 41:04Speaker 1: it doesn't feel, yeah. I wish that we could just
- 41:09Speaker 1: get Chloe's unedited thoughts. Because I think that she does
- 41:16Speaker 1: represent the everyman watching this. Later on, While in the pool,
- 41:25Speaker 1: Kara makes a snide comment about Emma. When asked who's
- 41:30Speaker 1: feeling who, Kara's like, well, obviously Emma's feeling who we
- 41:34Speaker 1: know because she lost her goddamn shit over him last night.
- 41:38Speaker 1: And Emma's like, pardon me? And I'm so happy that
- 41:42Speaker 1: Emma said something. Emma is not a shrinking violet. And
- 41:47Speaker 1: I respect that because Kara is an alpha female. She's
- 41:52Speaker 1: dominant and she's domineering and she's kind of aggressive. And
- 41:56Speaker 1: it makes me happy that Emma was like, what'd you say?
- 42:00Speaker 1: And then later on, like, hey girl, can we go talk? Good.
- 42:08Speaker 1: Seems like we might be getting off the wrong foot.
- 42:10Speaker 1: And then Kara is Rudy McRude rude. She's like, yeah,
- 42:14Speaker 1: just that you, you know, I don't really know you.
- 42:17Speaker 1: And I was like, right. And that's why I'm talking
- 42:19Speaker 1: to you right now, because you just made that comment.
- 42:21Speaker 1: You don't really know me. And I know that last
- 42:23Speaker 1: night was a bad look. Yeah, you cried. It's fucking crazy. Yeah,
- 42:26Speaker 1: I know I cried. I know. I know I did.
- 42:29Speaker 1: I know it looked crazy, but I have a reason. Yeah,
- 42:31Speaker 1: it's just that it's so fucking crazy. I saw you
- 42:33Speaker 1: crying and I was like, that person loves drama and
- 42:36Speaker 1: I don't like drama. There would be no reason why
- 42:37Speaker 1: you would have, like, bitch, you're on a goddamn reality show,
- 42:39Speaker 1: first of all, first and foremost. So you obviously do.
- 42:43Speaker 1: You're fine with it. And it's like, Emma is not like,
- 42:53Speaker 1: for any reason, Emma's not like, oh, God, Kara's here
- 42:57Speaker 1: with her butthole and pussy all over the goddamn internet. Like,
- 43:00Speaker 1: Kara's here. Oh, I have to be around drama-filled, you know...
- 43:05Speaker 1: slutty ass Kara. Like I'm just saying Emma's not like that.
- 43:09Speaker 1: And I'm not saying I am, Chris is like that.
- 43:12Speaker 1: All I'm saying is why are you being so mean
- 43:15Speaker 1: and judgmental to someone who was doing none of that
- 43:21Speaker 1: to you? Didn't give two shits about you. Emma hasn't
- 43:25Speaker 1: even looked in your direction. Couldn't care less. You're not Jamal.
- 43:30Speaker 1: You're just not. So She don't care. She likes Chloe.
- 43:38Speaker 1: I mean, you know, I mean, so anyway, I just
- 43:44Speaker 1: didn't like that, obviously. But Emma's like, all right, bitch, listen,
- 43:51Speaker 1: just so you know, we fucked. Jamal and I fucked.
- 43:57Speaker 1: We got in town. We met up. We fucked. And
- 44:00Speaker 1: that's why. Okay. All right. And also, she doesn't say
- 44:08Speaker 1: this to Kara because Kara's not a friend of hers,
- 44:11Speaker 1: so she doesn't have to. She says it to us
- 44:13Speaker 1: in a confessional because we're her friends. This is Emma talking.
- 44:16Speaker 1: She's like, yeah. And I know he loved it. He
- 44:23Speaker 1: loved it. And he is obsessed with me. He's just
- 44:29Speaker 1: fighting it right now. But he... will be mine. It
- 44:37Speaker 1: gets very Ursula at the very end of this episode. I, again,
- 44:44Speaker 1: don't mind it. My loves, thank you so much for
- 44:48Speaker 1: hanging out with me and talking 90 day. It's Hunt
- 44:51Speaker 1: for Love. I hope that you are on the hunt
- 44:55Speaker 1: for love always. The hunt for love, the hunt for acceptance,
- 45:01Speaker 1: for love, for joy is for peace and for family,
- 45:04Speaker 1: for being around each other, that is the hunt for love,
- 45:08Speaker 1: is I think, I mean the purpose of life and
- 45:14Speaker 1: is that sort of like spirit that keeps us going.
- 45:19Speaker 1: So I hope sincerely that you keep your hunt for
- 45:23Speaker 1: love going in your hearts. Hand to heart, let's hang out. Ah,
- 45:28Speaker 1: two breaths. Just remember, yeah, Remember to bring yourself in
- 45:32Speaker 1: the present moment with other people, especially if you find
- 45:35Speaker 1: that you might like someone, especially if you're single. And
- 45:39Speaker 1: be okay with being present with someone and having eye
- 45:44Speaker 1: contact and having stillness and silence. And I don't know,
- 45:49Speaker 1: see if some sparks fly. That's my little assignment. Okay,
- 45:52Speaker 1: two breaths. All right, my babes. Thank you so much
- 46:22Speaker 1: for listening and hanging out with me. Please give me
