- 0:00Speaker 1: Fly from Midtown Manhattan. Here comes the Mark Simone Show
- 0:05Speaker 1: on seven to ten on Well, Hey, a lot going on.
- 0:12Speaker 1: We'll get to the President's China visits so far very successful.
- 0:16Speaker 1: We'll we'll get to Israel. This is great New York Times,
- 0:20Speaker 1: you know, probably the most anti Semitic newspaper ever. I mean,
- 0:24Speaker 1: this is the paper that covered up the Holocaust. I
- 0:26Speaker 1: mean it's a long history of anti semitism. Israel has
- 0:30Speaker 1: finally annouced they're going to sue the New York Times
- 0:32Speaker 1: for defamation. They just printed some outrageous stuff this week.
- 0:36Speaker 1: So this is good. Somebody will finally once overall expose
- 0:40Speaker 1: the New York Times. We'll get to Mom, Donnie, and
- 0:43Speaker 1: a whole lot more coming up. The president. The China visit,
- 0:47Speaker 1: very very successful. First, the greeting on the runway. Normally,
- 0:53Speaker 1: if you look at the past presidents, it's not much
- 0:56Speaker 1: of a greeting. In fact, with Obama, they didn't even
- 0:59Speaker 1: give them a proper staircase to come down from Air
- 1:01Speaker 1: Force One. He had to use the little backstairs, the
- 1:04Speaker 1: baby stairs to come down. But in this case President Trump,
- 1:08Speaker 1: enormous greeting. Now, President, she wasn't there to greet him,
- 1:11Speaker 1: but he never does that. But this was actually quite
- 1:15Speaker 1: an upgrade from the last time the President was there.
- 1:18Speaker 1: The Vice president of China was there to greet him,
- 1:21Speaker 1: both ambassadors, senior foreign affairs officials were there to greet him.
- 1:26Speaker 1: Red carpet welcome also military band, honor guard, three hundred
- 1:30Speaker 1: youths singing a welcome message, waving American and Chinese flag.
- 1:34Speaker 1: So it's quite an honor that she gave him the
- 1:37Speaker 1: greeting on the runway. They've had the meetings all day yesterday,
- 1:41Speaker 1: big state dinner last night, and at the state dinner,
- 1:45Speaker 1: President Trump making a great speech, and President she actually
- 1:51Speaker 1: not only making a great speech but saying yelling out
- 1:55Speaker 1: Maga to the crowd, make America grade again, driving the
- 2:00Speaker 1: left absolutely nuts that she said that. But quite an
- 2:04Speaker 1: honor to President Trump that he said that. Now there's
- 2:07Speaker 1: a lot to discuss and what happened. Everybody is on
- 2:10Speaker 1: the trip, not just all these business leaders, but Pete
- 2:13Speaker 1: Hegzith and Scott Bessant and all the major cabinet officials
- 2:17Speaker 1: are there. And Bessant will meet with his counterparts in China,
- 2:22Speaker 1: as will Hegxith and Rubio and everybody else. So there's
- 2:26Speaker 1: endless meetings going on all day. Trump and she will talk.
- 2:30Speaker 1: Now you're going to read that she is demanding Taiwan,
- 2:34Speaker 1: that he'd be able to take control of Taiwan. He's
- 2:37Speaker 1: absolutely firm, and that's it. Now, we don't know if
- 2:42Speaker 1: this is true. This is coming from Chinese sources, Chinese news,
- 2:48Speaker 1: which is state controlled. This is just being leaked out
- 2:51Speaker 1: by China. You notice the media here in America, the networks,
- 2:54Speaker 1: the fake news. Whenever President Trump says anything, they always
- 2:57Speaker 1: stick in the phrase without evidence. He said without evidence.
- 3:02Speaker 1: So when she says something, they never stick in without evidence.
- 3:06Speaker 1: They never do that to him. To President Trump, some
- 3:11Speaker 1: things have already come out of this. It looks like
- 3:13Speaker 1: we're very close to getting China to start buying American oil.
- 3:18Speaker 1: They're depending on Iran and the oil and the straight
- 3:22Speaker 1: of hermose to get to them. If you look on
- 3:23Speaker 1: a map, there's parts of China that are very close
- 3:26Speaker 1: to Iran. It's much easier to ship that oil from
- 3:29Speaker 1: Iran to China. A little tougher from the US, it
- 3:32Speaker 1: would have to come. Well, the West Coast is a
- 3:35Speaker 1: problem because of all the green people. We don't have
- 3:40Speaker 1: the proper pipelines to the West coast, so we can't
- 3:42Speaker 1: get enough oil to the West coast, so it's a
- 3:45Speaker 1: little difficult to ship. But Europe has started buying our oil.
- 3:49Speaker 1: Ever since the Straight of Hormose closed. Iran's economy is
- 3:52Speaker 1: completely shut, and with the Straight of Hormose closed, Europe
- 3:55Speaker 1: and other nations have to buy the oil from us instead,
- 4:00Speaker 1: more oil than anybody in the world. We've got an
- 4:02Speaker 1: incredible overflow of oil plenty to sell, so it looks
- 4:06Speaker 1: like China will start buying some of our oil. All
- 4:10Speaker 1: those business leaders are there, Tim Cook and Elon Musk,
- 4:13Speaker 1: but they're all there to start doing business, more business
- 4:16Speaker 1: with China and help relations there. China has been trying
- 4:20Speaker 1: to quietly slowly destroy our car market. Elon Musk will
- 4:25Speaker 1: try to help them with that. President's going to try
- 4:27Speaker 1: to do the opposite instead of trying to destroy our markets.
- 4:31Speaker 1: Let us help him get his markets flowing and create
- 4:35Speaker 1: more business for him. China's economy is not as strong
- 4:38Speaker 1: as ours, believe it or not. Our economy is very strong.
- 4:41Speaker 1: China's economy not so strong, a little fragile right now,
- 4:46Speaker 1: so they could use a lot more money coming in
- 4:48Speaker 1: so that's what the President will do. We've got a
- 4:50Speaker 1: lot of average leverage. We got a lot to offer.
- 4:54Speaker 1: China also leaking out reports that they will sell weapons
- 4:59Speaker 1: to Iran through third party countries. They'll sell them shoulder
- 5:03Speaker 1: fired missiles, that sort of stuff. But they've been throwing
- 5:06Speaker 1: out stuff like this just to you know, it's a
- 5:09Speaker 1: good negotiating tactic. Now, we got to negotiate that away.
- 5:12Speaker 1: So but it's going well, it's going well. There will
- 5:16Speaker 1: be more meetings today tonight. Watch Hannity tonight. Sean Hannity
- 5:22Speaker 1: exclusive interview with the President tonight. After all of these meetings. Now,
- 5:28Speaker 1: here's the good news. Israel is going to go after
- 5:30Speaker 1: the New York Times. The New York Times for just
- 5:34Speaker 1: about its whole existence, has been the most anti Semitic newspaper.
- 5:37Speaker 1: Just horrible, horrible anti semitism at the New York Times.
- 5:41Speaker 1: They even covered up the Holocaust, that's how bad they were.
- 5:46Speaker 1: And lately the last week or two they've just gone
- 5:49Speaker 1: totally off the rails. This crazy Nicholas Christoff spreading this
- 5:55Speaker 1: ridiculous story that nobody, absolutely nobody, but the story is
- 6:01Speaker 1: that Israel was training dogs to rape women. Now, nobody
- 6:07Speaker 1: believes that for a second. But they've also been running
- 6:09Speaker 1: articles about how female prisoners in Israel are being raped,
- 6:13Speaker 1: absolutely ridiculous. So Benjamin net Yahoo has announced that Israel
- 6:18Speaker 1: will sue the New York Times. They're going to launch
- 6:20Speaker 1: a massive defamation suit against the New York Times. That's
- 6:24Speaker 1: good news, nobody deserves it more and more importantly, hopefully
- 6:31Speaker 1: they'll start to uncover all the crap that goes on
- 6:33Speaker 1: in the New York Times. When you do these kind
- 6:35Speaker 1: of lawsuits, there's a lot of discovery and you can
- 6:38Speaker 1: interrogate a lot of people. This is the Israeli Foreign
- 6:41Speaker 1: Ministry just put this out following the publication of the
- 6:45Speaker 1: Nicholas Christoff story, one of the most hideous and distorted
- 6:48Speaker 1: lives ever published against the State of Israel, which also
- 6:53Speaker 1: received the backing of the newspaper. That's the other thing,
- 6:55Speaker 1: this crazy story and the New York Times standing behind
- 6:59Speaker 1: it and backing it up. Prime Minister net Yahoo Foreign
- 7:02Speaker 1: Minister saw we have instructed the initiation of a defamation
- 7:07Speaker 1: lawsuit against the New York Times. This could be pretty
- 7:11Speaker 1: interesting and expect certain people. I would think Alan Dershwitz
- 7:15Speaker 1: would jump in and help this. He has been sounding
- 7:17Speaker 1: the alarm on the New York Times for years, so
- 7:22Speaker 1: I think he'd be happy to help out here. Hey,
- 7:26Speaker 1: Rudy Giuliani all better, one hundred percent better back at work,
- 7:29Speaker 1: his work. Now he's doing that podcast every night. But
- 7:31Speaker 1: he's he's back. You know, I feel one hundred percent,
- 7:34Speaker 1: but I'm probably not.
- 7:35Speaker 2: I still am recovering from what was a pretty pretty
- 7:40Speaker 2: pretty serious about of viral pneumonia.
- 7:43Speaker 1: Yeah, but back. You know, he was in a coma,
- 7:47Speaker 1: was on a ventilator. You know, they always tell you
- 7:49Speaker 1: if you're on a ventilator, that's it, you're never coming back.
- 7:51Speaker 1: But this just shows you can come back from a ventilator. Hey,
- 7:55Speaker 1: Kevin Walsh will be the Fed share He was confirmed yesterday.
- 7:59Speaker 1: Kevin Walsh can affirmed by a vote of fifty four
- 8:02Speaker 1: to forty five. But the only Democrat that voted in
- 8:06Speaker 1: his favor was John Fetterman. But Warsh has been confirmed. Now,
- 8:10Speaker 1: you can have an unusual situation at the FED when
- 8:13Speaker 1: they vote in a new FED chairman, the old Fed
- 8:15Speaker 1: chairman leaves. That's normal. Jerome Powell should be leaving. He now,
- 8:21Speaker 1: let's see what he does. He's announced that he won't
- 8:23Speaker 1: leave that he'll stay because as he's the FED chairman,
- 8:26Speaker 1: but he also has a seat on the Board of Governors,
- 8:30Speaker 1: so he could stay there. He's a couple of years
- 8:32Speaker 1: left in his term. Now that's highly, highly unusual. You're
- 8:37Speaker 1: supposed to leave, give up, you're supposed to quit your term.
- 8:40Speaker 1: And that way, besides getting Kevin warsh in his new chairman,
- 8:44Speaker 1: President Trump can also fill another seat with one of
- 8:47Speaker 1: his own choices. That's the reason Powell would stay, so
- 8:51Speaker 1: that President Trump can't appoint another FED board member. This
- 8:54Speaker 1: would be just to screw up President Trump. And then
- 8:57Speaker 1: the other reason Powell would stay is to try to
- 9:00Speaker 1: have some leverage over the board as the former chairman,
- 9:03Speaker 1: try to influence them, intimidate them, whatever he's trying to do.
- 9:06Speaker 1: So it's unheard of for the chairman to stay. I
- 9:10Speaker 1: don't know what Warshall do about it. You can try
- 9:12Speaker 1: to the president can try to remove them. That's not
- 9:16Speaker 1: going to be easy. But you can also torture him out.
- 9:20Speaker 1: You can move his parking space to like a mile
- 9:24Speaker 1: away and on the other end of the building. You
- 9:26Speaker 1: can do stuff like that. You can change his office,
- 9:28Speaker 1: you can you can try to torture them away. But
- 9:30Speaker 1: I don't know. This guy's a pretty bad guy, Jerome Powell.
- 9:33Speaker 1: I don't know if you're going to get rid of
- 9:34Speaker 1: him that fast. So you want to rent a house
- 9:37Speaker 1: in the Hamptons the summer, A lot of people they
- 9:40Speaker 1: don't own a house, they rent a house for the summer.
- 9:42Speaker 1: Apparently the Hampton's housing market has set a new record.
- 9:47Speaker 1: Houses now top houses now renting for a million dollars
- 9:53Speaker 1: a month. Can you imagine spending a million dollars a month,
- 10:02Speaker 1: three million for the summer just to rent a house?
- 10:04Speaker 1: Absolutely insane. The Hampton's it's very nice. It's not that nice.
- 10:09Speaker 1: It's very nice. But if you go to the north
- 10:11Speaker 1: shore of Long Island, it's much nicer. Oyster Bay is nicer,
- 10:15Speaker 1: Huntington Bay is nice. As towns. They got beautiful beaches,
- 10:19Speaker 1: beautiful homes, and they got there's nothing in the Hamptons,
- 10:22Speaker 1: you know, there's like two restaurants in every town. That's
- 10:26Speaker 1: why you have to you can't get a reservation. There's
- 10:28Speaker 1: only like two restaurants in every town. Because you for
- 10:30Speaker 1: you're a restaurant there, you only got three or four
- 10:32Speaker 1: months of business. Impossible to make a living on that,
- 10:35Speaker 1: so very few restaurants open up there. And when you
- 10:40Speaker 1: walk down the you go, try to park in any
- 10:44Speaker 1: town in the Hampton's impossible. You can't find a parkings
- 10:47Speaker 1: north shore of Long Island much nicer. It's forty five
- 10:50Speaker 1: minutes from the city instead of four hours like the Hamptons.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Is a zoron. Mom, Donnie, you know this budget that
- 10:59Speaker 1: he put out. He's great at the videos. What a
- 11:02Speaker 1: video where he puts out he goes, we discovered it.
- 11:05Speaker 1: We were suddenly suddenly hit with a ten billion dollar
- 11:08Speaker 1: budget gap. We were suddenly hit with this, but we
- 11:11Speaker 1: were amazing that we fixed it. We solved it. Well,
- 11:14Speaker 1: first of all, everything in the video he put outs
- 11:16Speaker 1: a total lie. It wasn't suddenly hit with anything. If
- 11:19Speaker 1: you go back about a year and a half ago,
- 11:22Speaker 1: Eric Adams is announcing that there's a ten billion dollar
- 11:24Speaker 1: gap the city council and Eric Adams made a million
- 11:28Speaker 1: speeches said we got a ten billion dollar gap coming up,
- 11:30Speaker 1: so everybody knew about it. It wasn't suddenly hit with
- 11:33Speaker 1: it and covering it up. Well, did he really cover
- 11:37Speaker 1: it up. There's a lot of fudging in this budget
- 11:42Speaker 1: and a lot of things that just are dishonest in
- 11:44Speaker 1: the budget. Now, usually if you're a mayor with a
- 11:49Speaker 1: budget gap and you got to fill it, you cut programs,
- 11:52Speaker 1: you try for austerity, you cut costs. That's what you're
- 11:55Speaker 1: supposed to do. What he did he took the train
- 11:57Speaker 1: to Albany and and bullied Hockel in the given them
- 12:02Speaker 1: the money. Hokel running for reelection toughest opponent in the world,
- 12:06Speaker 1: Bruce Blakeman. So she's terrified of this, of losing the election,
- 12:09Speaker 1: so she needs Mom Donnie's endorsement, she needs his supporters,
- 12:13Speaker 1: she needs his help. So she gave him about six
- 12:16Speaker 1: billion to close the gap. And the other way he
- 12:20Speaker 1: closed the gap is just making up stuff. He put
- 12:24Speaker 1: in five hundred million from the Pieta terror attacks. Well,
- 12:29Speaker 1: that doesn't exist, it's never been passed, it doesn't exist yet.
- 12:32Speaker 1: And even if they did it, it only brings them three
- 12:34Speaker 1: hundred million. So a lot of fudging that kind of stuff.
- 12:37Speaker 1: And he keeps yelling about things. He keeps making these
- 12:40Speaker 1: stupid I don't know if he's lying or he's just
- 12:44Speaker 1: this dumb. We need more teachers, If only we had
- 12:47Speaker 1: more teachers, that's why he wants to raise taxes to
- 12:50Speaker 1: pay for more teachers. We got too many teachers already.
- 12:53Speaker 1: There's too many people in the Department of Education. We're
- 12:57Speaker 1: spending forty four thousand a student and they're getting absolutely
- 13:03Speaker 1: the worst education ever. They can't pass any tests when
- 13:06Speaker 1: they come out of high school. Worst education ever. And
- 13:09Speaker 1: we're spending forty four thousand a student. If you go
- 13:13Speaker 1: to the finest schools, the finest private schools, they're spending
- 13:17Speaker 1: twenty two thousand a student and they're getting phenomenal education.
- 13:21Speaker 1: So you gotta cut the gotta cut the spending like crazy.
- 13:25Speaker 1: Who's going to run against Mom Donnie next time? You know?
- 13:28Speaker 1: Michael Rappaport, the actor, the comedian. I don't know if
- 13:31Speaker 1: he's that well known. I mean he's sort of well known,
- 13:33Speaker 1: but he's announced he's running. Michael Rapport, the actor and comedian,
- 13:38Speaker 1: running against Mom Donnie.
- 13:39Speaker 2: I am running for mayor of New York City. I
- 13:41Speaker 2: never thought that I would even consider running for mayor
- 13:44Speaker 2: of New York City. And I will do it with
- 13:48Speaker 2: the best intentions, and I won't do it the way
- 13:52Speaker 2: any other political person has ever done it. Your brother
- 13:57Speaker 2: Cuomo Kung Fu, Curtis, Kathy hokal Obama Trump. The only
- 14:03Speaker 2: way to beat this guy is to make it and
- 14:06Speaker 2: take it with a New York City street fight mentality.
- 14:12Speaker 1: I don't know. I think we need We need a
- 14:14Speaker 1: more serious candidate than that. We need a real solid
- 14:17Speaker 1: experience to manager, a real candidate with real real government
- 14:23Speaker 1: management experience. You need like a Bruce Blakeman type to
- 14:27Speaker 1: go up against Mom Dunny. But it's years away. I
- 14:29Speaker 1: hate to say it, but it's like three and a
- 14:31Speaker 1: half years awake and a long way to go before that. Hey,
- 14:34Speaker 1: we'll take some calls. Next eight hundred three to two
- 14:36Speaker 1: one zero seven ten is the number. Eight hundred three
- 14:40Speaker 1: two one zero seven ten.
