- 0:00SPEAKER_00: If you are standing in the middle of a major life transition and you know that you cannot go back to who you used to be, but you are not quite sure about who you're becoming, then this message is for you.
- 0:12SPEAKER_00: Maybe you are moving through a divorce.
- 0:15SPEAKER_00: Maybe you are stepping into parenthood.
- 0:18SPEAKER_00: Maybe your career is changing or your business is shifting.
- 0:21SPEAKER_00: Maybe a relationship just ended, or the life that once made sense no longer fits.
- 0:26SPEAKER_00: From the outside, it may look like you are stuck.
- 0:30SPEAKER_00: But I want to offer you another possibility.
- 0:33SPEAKER_00: You may not be stuck at all.
- 0:35SPEAKER_00: You may be standing between identities.
- 0:38SPEAKER_00: The version of you that carried you this far may have completed the assignment already.
- 0:43SPEAKER_00: And the next version of you is asking to be chosen, to be built and to be embodied.
- 0:49SPEAKER_00: That is what BTP Health and Life Coaching is all about.
- 0:51SPEAKER_00: This is a 16-week trauma-informed group coaching experience for people who are ready to move from pain to purpose and step into their higher self across your purpose, your health, your healing, and your money.
- 1:05SPEAKER_00: And when I say higher self, I am not talking about becoming someone fake.
- 1:09SPEAKER_00: I'm not talking about becoming someone perfect or disconnected from your life.
- 1:13SPEAKER_00: I'm talking about becoming so deeply connected to your higher power and more deeply connected to the truth of who you are.
- 1:20SPEAKER_00: You are willing to actually live from that truth.
- 1:23SPEAKER_00: Over the next few minutes, I'm going to explain why so many capable people remain trapped in patterns.
- 1:29SPEAKER_00: They already understand what a true identity shift actually requires and how the soul ascension framework is designed to help you.
- 1:38SPEAKER_00: It's going to help you accelerate in this process that most others take years to move through.
- 1:44SPEAKER_00: People talk about identity all the time.
- 1:46SPEAKER_00: They tell you to change your mindset, to create better habits, to raise your standards.
- 1:52SPEAKER_00: Maybe they tell you to be more disciplined, but a true identity transformation is much bigger than a new morning routine or reciting affirmations.
- 2:03SPEAKER_00: It requires a death of the old self and a rebirth of the new self.
- 2:08SPEAKER_00: You have to recognize which patterns were built for survival, which beliefs belong to a chapter that has ended, and which behaviors keep recreating a life that you just no longer want.
- 2:19SPEAKER_00: Then you need to take action, repetition, support, honesty, and the courage to become unfamiliar to yourself long enough for your new identity to actually become normal.
- 2:29SPEAKER_00: That is what I mean when I talk about quantum leaping.
- 2:32SPEAKER_00: You do not bypass the work.
- 2:34SPEAKER_00: You stop spending years circling the same lessons without a process for moving through it.
- 2:40SPEAKER_00: You accelerate the internal shift that changes how you see yourself, how you care for yourself, how you respond to life, and how you choose what comes next.
- 2:48SPEAKER_00: And purpose is at the center of all of this.
- 2:53SPEAKER_00: Purpose is not simply a job title.
- 2:56SPEAKER_00: It's not a business or a public platform.
- 2:58SPEAKER_00: It's the way that you decide to live when you no longer are organizing every choice around old wounds or fear or chaos or the need to prove your worth to others.
- 3:09SPEAKER_00: You may want to feel strong in your body.
- 3:12SPEAKER_00: You may want to experience emotional freedom.
- 3:14SPEAKER_00: You may want to earn and receive more or finally act on that version of you that's been following you for years.
- 3:21SPEAKER_00: The problem may not be that you lack information.
- 3:23SPEAKER_00: In fact, a lot of you have all of the information.
- 3:26SPEAKER_00: The problem may be that the identity that you're currently living from does not yet feel safe or ready or worthy enough to actually hold what you say you desire.
- 3:35SPEAKER_00: So you keep starting and stopping, starting and stopping.
- 3:40SPEAKER_00: You make a plan, but you cannot stay connected to it for long.
- 3:44SPEAKER_00: You reach a new level, and then somehow you recreate an old problem.
- 3:49SPEAKER_00: You know better, but in the moments that matter, you're returning to what's familiar.
- 3:55SPEAKER_00: And eventually you start to wonder what's wrong with me?
- 3:59SPEAKER_00: How come I can't get this right?
- 4:01SPEAKER_00: I want you to hear me very, very clearly.
- 4:03SPEAKER_00: You are not broken.
- 4:05SPEAKER_00: You are not lazy, and you are not too late.
- 4:09SPEAKER_00: These are all things that I used to say to myself as well.
- 4:12SPEAKER_00: It's just that some of the patterns that you are judging may have once helped you to survive, maybe to belong or to stay safe or to maintain, maintain control.
- 4:22SPEAKER_00: But what protected an earlier version of you can eventually become the very thing that limits the person that you're becoming.
- 4:28SPEAKER_00: The answer is not to shame the old version of you.
- 4:32SPEAKER_00: The answer is to actually understand that version, honor what it carried, release what it no longer needs to carry, and build the capacity to live differently.
- 4:42SPEAKER_00: I know this because I have lived it.
- 4:45SPEAKER_00: For those of you that don't already know me, my name is Kenya Marie.
- 4:48SPEAKER_00: I'm a retired social worker and I have 18 years of trauma-informed experience centered on human behavior, healing, and changing.
- 4:56SPEAKER_00: But my understanding of this work did not begin in a classroom.
- 5:01SPEAKER_00: I lived this experience.
- 5:03SPEAKER_00: I grew up surrounded by an incredible amount of trauma and dysfunction.
- 5:09SPEAKER_00: I did not have a relationship with my father until I was 20 years old.
- 5:13SPEAKER_00: I had to heal through sexual assaults, emotional abuse, divorce, addiction, homelessness, and a level of chaos that forced me to confront who I had actually become.
- 5:24SPEAKER_00: At one point, I burned my business completely to the ground.
- 5:28SPEAKER_00: I became homeless.
- 5:30SPEAKER_00: I was addicted to Adderall at one point.
- 5:32SPEAKER_00: I was living in survival mode, and the life I had created could no longer hold me.
- 5:38SPEAKER_00: There was no polished transformation montage.
- 5:42SPEAKER_00: There was grief, there was accountability, there was the painful realization that I could not become who I was called to be while continuing to protect every pattern of the person that I had been.
- 5:55SPEAKER_00: I had to let an identity completely die.
- 5:59SPEAKER_00: Not my worth, not my humanity, not the parts of me that deserved compassion.
- 6:05SPEAKER_00: I had to release the identity that was built around chaos, around self-abandonment, overfunctioning, and mostly survival.
- 6:15SPEAKER_00: Then I had to rebuild my life from a different internal foundation.
- 6:20SPEAKER_00: Today I run two successful businesses and I am the speaker and thought leader in this space.
- 6:26SPEAKER_00: My experience as a personal trainer showed me just how important physical health is, how to be confident, consistent, and identify everything that I wanted to be.
- 6:37SPEAKER_00: I also have seven years of entrepreneurial experience, and I've guided coaches and healers in taking their work online.
- 6:43SPEAKER_00: Collectively, they have created millions of dollars through their businesses.
- 6:47SPEAKER_00: I'm not sharing that to promise you a particular income or a body or a business or even a timeline.
- 6:54SPEAKER_00: I'm sharing because purpose, health, healing, and money are connected expressions of identity.
- 7:01SPEAKER_00: Your purpose asks you to bring them all into alignment.
- 7:06SPEAKER_00: And that is why I created the Soul Ascension framework.
- 7:08SPEAKER_00: It moves through five phases: awareness, acknowledgement, action, anchor, and ultimately ascension.
- 7:14SPEAKER_00: The first stage is awareness.
- 7:16SPEAKER_00: You cannot change a pattern that you cannot see.
- 7:20SPEAKER_00: Awareness is where you become honest about your current identity, the life that it's actually creating, and the gap between where you are and who you know you can be.
- 7:30SPEAKER_00: This is not about overanalyzing yourself or making trauma your identity.
- 7:34SPEAKER_00: It's about recognizing which wounds and habits and protective responses may still be making decisions for you.
- 7:41SPEAKER_00: The second stage is the acknowledgement stage.
- 7:45SPEAKER_00: Acknowledgement is wow, I actually am willing to tell the truth about how this is affecting my life.
- 7:52SPEAKER_00: You can understand why a pattern developed and still take responsibility for changing it.
- 7:58SPEAKER_00: You can honor what happened to you without giving it permanent authority over what happens next.
- 8:03SPEAKER_00: The third stage is one of my favorites because this is the action stage.
- 8:07SPEAKER_00: Identity does not change through insight alone.
- 8:10SPEAKER_00: The new version of you has to actually move.
- 8:13SPEAKER_00: That may mean caring for your body differently.
- 8:16SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's regulating your nervous system.
- 8:18SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's making a delayed decision or creating a boundary.
- 8:21SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's asking for support or following through on the promise to yourself.
- 8:26SPEAKER_00: Inside of BTP Health, action is personalized.
- 8:29SPEAKER_00: So you receive a custom life coaching plan with focus areas connected to your primary emotional wounds, a nervous system regulation protocol, and a workout that is actually structured to fit your needs.
- 8:42SPEAKER_00: You can choose a three-day, a four-day, a five-day, you can train at home or the gym.
- 8:48SPEAKER_00: The point is not to punish your body into becoming acceptable.
- 8:52SPEAKER_00: The point is to actually create a relationship with action that helps you build trust with yourself.
- 8:58SPEAKER_00: The fourth stage is anchor.
- 9:00SPEAKER_00: And this is where the new identity stops being an idea that lives in your head and it actually becomes your standard.
- 9:06SPEAKER_00: You anchor through repetition, community, aligned decisions, boundaries, regulation, and the way you respond when life treats the person you said you want to become.
- 9:18SPEAKER_00: Declaring a new identity feels super powerful.
- 9:21SPEAKER_00: Living from it when you are tired or triggered or uncomfortable is where the anchoring actually happens.
- 9:28SPEAKER_00: As part of this process, you will participate in an intentional release of the old self and a proclamation of the new self.
- 9:36SPEAKER_00: This is not about hating who you were, it's about honoring that version of you, thanking it for getting you exactly where you are and making it clear that it no longer gets to lead.
- 9:49SPEAKER_00: The fifth and final stage is ascension.
- 9:51SPEAKER_00: Ascension is where the process becomes incredibly expansive.
- 9:56SPEAKER_00: You begin to play the game of life from a completely different identity.
- 10:01SPEAKER_00: You become more available for purpose.
- 10:04SPEAKER_00: You're more grounded in your body, you're more intentional with your money, you're more open to opportunities, you're more attractive to the experiences that are aligned with who you now become.
- 10:15SPEAKER_00: And when I use the word attractive, I don't just mean sitting back and wishing for a different life, which is what a lot of us are already doing right now.
- 10:23SPEAKER_00: I mean becoming congruent with what you desire.
- 10:25SPEAKER_00: Your choices, your standards, your energy, your habits, and your actions begin pointing to the same direction.
- 10:32SPEAKER_00: Abundance becomes a result of alignment, not a performance of perfection.
- 10:39SPEAKER_00: This entire journey happens inside of a very structured 16-week long coaching container.
- 10:45SPEAKER_00: You begin with a one-to-one onboarding call with me so that we can actually understand where you are, what you want, uh, what you have been carrying, and what the next version of you requires.
- 10:57SPEAKER_00: You're going to complete an emotional wounds assessment designed to help identify your three primary wounds.
- 11:03SPEAKER_00: And throughout the program, you will learn how to recognize and unpack the six core wounds that I have identified across 18 years of doing this work.
- 11:12SPEAKER_00: From there, you will receive your custom life plan.
- 11:16SPEAKER_00: And that plan includes your workout structure, your nervous system regulation protocol, and the personal pillars that you will focus on throughout the entire experience.
- 11:26SPEAKER_00: You will have access to my health coaching app so that your plan is not something that you just hear once and forget.
- 11:33SPEAKER_00: You will actually be able to engage with your workouts and your practices between the calls that we have in your real life, where transformation actually has to happen.
- 11:42SPEAKER_00: Every single week, we are all going to come together for a live group coaching call.
- 11:47SPEAKER_00: And the call moves in sequence.
- 11:50SPEAKER_00: We clarify who you are becoming.
- 11:52SPEAKER_00: We identify the patterns that have kept you from stepping into that identity on your own.
- 11:57SPEAKER_00: And we unpack blocks across your physical, mental, and emotional journey.
- 12:03SPEAKER_00: We're going to move into action and we anchor in the new identity and we build towards ascension and graduation.
- 12:11SPEAKER_00: You also receive private access for the duration of the program, alongside access to my private community, where you can stay connected to the work and the people that are also moving through it with you.
- 12:24SPEAKER_00: This is a group program, but it is not designed to make you feel invisible.
- 12:29SPEAKER_00: Your one-to-one onboarding and custom plan creates a personal foundation.
- 12:34SPEAKER_00: The group gives you something that transformation often requires, which is a place to be witnessed, a place to be challenged, encouraged, and reminded that you are not the only person that's releasing an old life.
- 12:48SPEAKER_00: And you will always have agency around what you want to share.
- 12:53SPEAKER_00: Trauma-informed coaching should not require you to perform your pain in any room, and definitely not in this room.
- 13:00SPEAKER_00: This is also not a passive program.
- 13:03SPEAKER_00: You're not just going to sit back and do nothing.
- 13:06SPEAKER_00: If you want someone to rescue you, to do the work for you, or promise that your life will change while you remain committed to every old pattern, this is definitely not the right fit for you.
- 13:18SPEAKER_00: But if you are willing to be honest, coachable, responsible, and active in your transformation, well, this container is designed to help you move with more clarity.
- 13:29SPEAKER_00: You'll have more structure and you'll have more support than you may have ever had before.
- 13:35SPEAKER_00: Across my broader work, I have watched so many lives transform.
- 13:40SPEAKER_00: One of my clients, Candice, lost over a hundred pounds over the two years that we worked together.
- 13:44SPEAKER_00: And another began receiving bonuses and unexpected raises at work.
- 13:48SPEAKER_00: One of my other clients, she learned practices that helped her move through grief of losing a parent and then began sharing that process with other people, which is how you really know you've completed the cycle.
- 13:59SPEAKER_00: Those are individual stories.
- 14:01SPEAKER_00: They are not guarantees, and your transformation may look completely different.
- 14:05SPEAKER_00: For you, the breakthrough may be finally following through on your health.
- 14:10SPEAKER_00: It may be leaving a pattern that just keeps repeating.
- 14:14SPEAKER_00: It may be trusting your voice.
- 14:15SPEAKER_00: Maybe it's creating a new relationship with money, or maybe it's building the courage to pursue the work that you know that you are here to do.
- 14:22SPEAKER_00: Common thread is not one identical outcome.
- 14:25SPEAKER_00: The common thread is becoming a person who can make a choice from a completely different and new identity.
- 14:32SPEAKER_00: Maybe you've tried programs before, and I understand why some of you might be a little bit cautious.
- 14:38SPEAKER_00: BTP Health is not built around collecting more information.
- 14:42SPEAKER_00: It's built around integration.
- 14:44SPEAKER_00: We bring purpose, health, healing, identity, action, and money into the same conversation because you bring the same nervous system and sense of self into every single area of your life.
- 14:57SPEAKER_00: Maybe you believe that you should do this alone.
- 15:00SPEAKER_00: I stayed stuck in that position for two years.
- 15:02SPEAKER_00: You can do many things alone.
- 15:04SPEAKER_00: The question is not whether you're capable, the question is how much longer do you really want to spend trying to see every single blind spot from inside the same patterns that created it?
- 15:16SPEAKER_00: Support does not remove personal responsibility.
- 15:19SPEAKER_00: The right support actually strengthens it.
- 15:21SPEAKER_00: Maybe you are nervous about being a part of a group.
- 15:24SPEAKER_00: And that is why we begin with a private onboarding process and we create very clear expectations for the container.
- 15:31SPEAKER_00: You do not need to arrive polished, and you definitely do not need to share every detail of your story unless you want to.
- 15:38SPEAKER_00: You need to arrive willing to participate, to respect the space, and to practice becoming who you said that you wanted to be.
- 15:44SPEAKER_00: And maybe a part of you is asking, what if I'm not ready?
- 15:49SPEAKER_00: And if that's you, hear me when I say readiness does not mean having no fear.
- 15:53SPEAKER_00: It does not mean having every single answer to every question.
- 15:56SPEAKER_00: It means being willing to explore whether this is your season to stop negotiating with the life that you know no longer fits.
- 16:04SPEAKER_00: I also want to be super clear about scope.
- 16:07SPEAKER_00: BTP Health is trauma-informed life coaching.
- 16:10SPEAKER_00: It is not psychotherapy, it's not medical treatment, diagnosis, or crisis care, any replacement for licensed mental health or health care support.
- 16:19SPEAKER_00: If you are currently in crisis or you need medical support or you need a higher level of mental health support right now, this program is not the appropriate first step.
- 16:26SPEAKER_00: Please pursue the care that matches your present needs.
- 16:29SPEAKER_00: But if you are looking for coaching, structure, accountability, community, and a purpose-led process for changing the way that you live, the next step is very simple.
- 16:42SPEAKER_00: All you have to do is book your call.
- 16:44SPEAKER_00: The enrollment call is where we will talk about where you are now, uh where you're moving, and who you want to become.
- 16:50SPEAKER_00: We're gonna talk about what you believe has kept you stuck and you will have space to ask your questions.
- 16:54SPEAKER_00: And together we will determine whether BTP Health is the right fit.
- 16:57SPEAKER_00: And if it is, you will have the opportunity to secure your spot in the next cohort.
- 17:02SPEAKER_00: This is not about forcing a decision that is not aligned, it is about giving you a very clear next step.
- 17:09SPEAKER_00: You have already survived every chapter that brought you here, but survival does not have to remain your identity.
- 17:16SPEAKER_00: The end of a marriage or a relationship can begin a deeper relationship with yourself.
- 17:22SPEAKER_00: Parenthood can invite you to heal what you no longer want to pass forward.
- 17:26SPEAKER_00: A cur career transition can become a doorway to purpose.
- 17:30SPEAKER_00: The collapse of an old plan can create space for a more honest life.
- 17:35SPEAKER_00: Your pain might be part of your story, but it does not have to write the rest of it.
- 17:40SPEAKER_00: There does come a point where awareness becomes acknowledgement, where acknowledgement must become action.
- 17:48SPEAKER_00: Action must become your anchor.
- 17:50SPEAKER_00: And the identity that you have anchored becomes the foundation for your ascension.
- 17:56SPEAKER_00: You do not need to become someone else.
- 17:58SPEAKER_00: You just need to release what no longer belongs and reconnect with what is true and build the capacity to live as the person you already know that you are here to become.
- 18:09SPEAKER_00: If you are ready to explore that, then all you have to do is book your call.
- 18:13SPEAKER_00: Bring your questions, bring your uncertainty, bring the vision you have not known how to reach.
- 18:19SPEAKER_00: Let us talk honestly about where you are, where you want to go, and whether BTP Health is the right container for your next chapter.
- 18:25SPEAKER_00: So all you have to do is click the button below and book your call.
- 18:28SPEAKER_00: Your old identity brought you here, and your next identity is waiting for you to choose it.
- 18:33SPEAKER_00: Let this be the moment that you do.
