• 2:31
Speaker 0: It's just on my headphones.
• 2:32
Speaker 0: it is not on your side, you hear it like crystal clear the most clearest you can go You might.
• 2:46
  Speaker 0: now.
• 2:47
  Speaker 0: I love Vegetables.
• 2:50
Speaker 0: Vegetables are my favorite fruit The crunchier and better.
• 2:59
Speaker 0: i love it crunchy And i love cabbage because of the crunchiness and Because Of The Taste And Because It's So Healthy And Good For The Body.
• 3:16
Speaker 0: I Love To Take Good Care Of My Organs, I love to take care of my body.
• 3:24
Speaker 0: In a very stressful time we are living in this good-to-have A healthy body...and i also know that where I live they're pretty good vegetables.
• 3:38
Speaker 0: I actually don't think that everywhere in the world this kind of vegetable exists.
• 3:47
Speaker 0: So again, it is a cabbage turnip and my language we call it Kohlrabi And It's sort...of a cabbage!
• 4:00
Speaker 0: ...and i dont even know if you have cabbage.
• 4:02
  Speaker 0: where are living?
• 4:04
Speaker 0: so i try to just like explain all the details, how it tastes and take you on an adventure of the simplicity of sound.
• 4:17
  Speaker 0: And crunchiness.
• 4:19
Speaker 0: so... You can cook every vegetable that's for sure.
• 4:23
Speaker 0: but I actually have to say i hate to cook.
• 4:29
Speaker 0: the best vegetables we have like this!
• 4:36
Speaker 0: need to cook pepper or popsicum and I hate to cook kohlrabi.
• 4:42
Speaker 0: Carpage turnip, i really like to eat it raw because you get the best out of it as You can see at this very round And I can tell you are just pretty pretty pretty heavy and It have a nice green and It grow under the earth and that has long strokes and leaves.
• 5:05
Speaker 0: but the actual Karabbi is sitting directly under the earth and then it grows there.
• 5:12
Speaker 0: And, um... It's very hard to slice in pieces.
• 5:18
Speaker 0: You can't eat this skin.
• 5:22
Speaker 0: This skin is a very sour ...and its not meant be eaten Its only inside.
• 5:31
Speaker 0: what´s mean by being eaten?
• 5:33
Speaker 0: Where I live It is a pretty known and old vegetable because we have a lot of cabbage.
• 5:44
Speaker 0: And all the grandmothers like to cook with this, normally kids don't like it when they cook.
• 5:51
Speaker 0: but yeah I eat just eat raw and like that way.
• 5:55
Speaker 0: So at first we will slice into pieces We peel off skin then i'll eat.
• 6:04
Speaker 0: So normally what I do is to slice down the top, and you already can see it's a lot of skin.
• 6:21
Speaker 0: It's like very big junk that you have put your skin totally away because otherwise they don't taste good.
• 6:37
Speaker 0: Very hard to slice.
• 6:39
Speaker 0: so...I have a very good knife to slice!
• 6:48
Speaker 0: Here is ground from it.
• 6:49
Speaker 0: It's a pretty hard to slice because of the root from the vegetable.
• 6:56
Speaker 0: And now I try and make four pieces When you're inside, off-the-flash then it is way more easier to cut before its very hot.
• 7:06
Speaker 0: You'd have lot of juice inside but that actually pretty nice.
• 7:17
Speaker 0: So know your see the inside?
• 7:18
Speaker 0: Its like pretty white.
• 7:20
Speaker 0: The outside is pretty green and we have to slice the green now away from the white that I actually can eat this vegetable.
• 7:41
Speaker 0: This skin you could use for a clear soup out of it.
• 8:01
Speaker 0: Now, inside of the Kohlrabi cabbage turnip... ...is free!
• 8:11
Speaker 0: As You Can See And this is a piece i like to eat.
• 8:17
Speaker 0: I can wait how it will sound in ASMR, i can't wait for this experience.
• 8:25
Speaker 0: I slice again a bit better then start to eat it.
• 8:34
Speaker 0: so hope that you have your headphones and listen carefully exactly what was expecting from my mind.
• 9:03
Speaker 0: let the sound be even crunchier than an apple or everything before here on my youtube channel And I'm right.
• 9:13
Speaker 0: This is a crunch of the supercrunch.
• 9:49
Speaker 0: So to explain you how it actually tastes It's really hard to explain if you don't even know any kind of Carpage, but I think so.
• 10:05
Speaker 0: no matter where you are in the world There is for sure Carpage.
• 10:12
Speaker 0: that's one hundred percent clear.
• 10:17
Speaker 0: When you know the taste of the cabbage, You can imagine this is very watery but The skin is strong and hard.
• 10:28
Speaker 0: And it has This cabbage taste But in a sweet and intense way.
• 11:07
Speaker 0: In evening when people are sitting and eating chips I take my kohlrabi cabbage turnip And I'm even louder and crispier than they all together.
• 11:56
Speaker 0: It is so relaxing and satisfying, it's insane.
• 12:04
Speaker 0: Normally the food gets more silent from bite after bite but with Kohlrabi its different.
• 12:15
Speaker 0: Its directly one hundred percent all the time With a crazy insane noise until you swallow it.
• 13:16
Speaker 0: When you actually hear the sound, You can maybe imagine how it tastes.
• 13:25
Speaker 0: I know that some people are not used to eating vegetables and i feel very sorry for them because i think It's a gift from earths To eat vegetables.
• 13:35
Speaker 0: They're so healthy And you Feel taste of nature Feel the taste of Earth Healthiness, earth could give to us.
• 13:51
Speaker 0: For me vegetables are a crazy-crazy gift and I see no matter where you're in the world there's different kinds of vegetables who have a different kind of taste.
• 14:02
Speaker 0: it depends on how healthy the Earth is or how good quality of vegetable.
• 14:10
Speaker 0: that explains good quality of the earth and the conditions are there for that.
• 14:15
  Speaker 0: vegetarian.
• 14:18
Speaker 0: I was traveling around, then i see a lot of different fruits and vegetables in lots of different countries but i never seen this kind of kohlrabi cabbage turnip anywhere else.
• 14:34
Speaker 0: When I make an ASMR episode about it, then i have to be here right now where I live.
• 14:39
Speaker 0: Because here is like actually the place that they grow and just taste best.
• 14:47
Speaker 0: It's a right consistency between juice strong and powerful bites.
• 14:56
Speaker 0: So when I eat a cabbage after it, i'm like actually very very satisfied And I feel full for the rest of day.
• 15:06
Speaker 0: and Carrots are so good because they have many healthy stuff inside that It goes straight to your body.
• 15:18
Speaker 0: give lots different vitamins and do it.
• 15:44
Speaker 0: I will slice a bit more.
• 16:09
Speaker 0: as i already told you, It's very hard to slice in pieces.
• 16:15
Speaker 0: often you chop too much from the skin away but yeah...it is actually one of the vegetables that are really hard to cut into pieces.
• 16:35
Speaker 0: The good thing about this kind of cabbage when buying it You don't have to see like.
• 16:42
Speaker 0: It's not the same like with an avocado where you at some point don't know if their avocado is still good to eat or not.
• 16:50
Speaker 0: The cabbage is a vegetable who holds very, very long in your fridge and on your side And it's still delicious and tasteful even when playing there already longer time.
• 17:05
  Speaker 0: Yeah!
• 17:06
Speaker 0: You don't need look for perfect.
• 17:10
Speaker 0: Once all the ones who are grow, they're very solid when you buy them and They are not getting like easy old.
• 17:19
Speaker 0: When you cut them in slices And then let it lay there Then at some point It gets a bit older.
• 17:29
Speaker 0: But um...when You just slice The first piece away from it tastes Like when you bought it and so they can get very old even without like getting undelicious at some point.
• 17:46
Speaker 0: And yeah, it is a very nice snack.
• 17:55
Speaker 0: you think about cucumber At the point that cucumber gets old skin gets weird Crunchy anymore, but the cabbage is like always crunchy and when you take it with your to work.
• 18:12
  Speaker 0: It's a perfect snack.
• 18:14
Speaker 0: I always just take it just in my backpack because i know that they have such strong skin.
• 18:21
Speaker 0: no matter what happens do it will stay good.
• 18:26
Speaker 0: Not was like banana where?
• 18:27
Speaker 0: You'll Just Take it With you And then it getting brown and undelicious.
• 18:31
Speaker 0: its Like The Perfect Vegetable for takeaway For long walks or Being in the nature, I have nothing else to eat.
• 18:41
Speaker 0: It's a perfect vegetal fault really and also their experience of eating is absolutely nice because it makes you full not long time.
• 18:55
Speaker 0: You need one piece.
• 19:08
Speaker 0: Very cool, because it satisfies you.
• 19:11
Speaker 0: Because when you eat it's so crunchy.
• 19:14
Speaker 0: and yeah then if there is a lot that you feel directly not hungry anymore, it satisfies with this crunch, crunchy taste than the right mixture out of juice and crunchiness.
• 19:43
Speaker 0: I really try to think how i can explain it When its get cooked How it tastes them.
• 19:53
Speaker 0: But actually to cook some vegetables is kind of a rape.
• 20:00
Speaker 0: To the vegetable, you know?
• 20:05
Speaker 0: I think... You better cook something different and eat that vegetable raw instead of cooking that vegetable because all the vitamins everything gets lost out of the vegetab- Why do you cook it
• 20:17
  Speaker 0: then?!
• 20:18
Speaker 0: What's this sense of it!
• 20:21
Speaker 0: So um.. This is same with cabbage so i never cook it much But the taste is very sweet, so it get not like crunchy anymore.
• 20:30
Speaker 0: It gets like very juicy and And also get very very sweet then in What you make out of this.
• 20:40
Speaker 0: sometimes people makes soups out of it but yeah I actually don't like it when its filled with water and just sweet and not the consistency anymore you have when eating raw.
• 21:46
Speaker 0: This Kohlrabi Carpage Turnip is a very delicious one because it has the right amount of juice, and the right amounts of consistency And what I actually can tell to my body also don't eat or want everyday Kohlravi Carpaged Turnip.
• 22:15
Speaker 0: It is, with my body.
• 22:18
  Speaker 0: it's very simple.
• 22:19
Speaker 0: I just need to listen to my body and know what it wants And take a lot of care that i feed the right things Sometimes.
• 22:32
Speaker 0: last year at this time I had crazy taste for pepper For capsicum.
• 22:44
Speaker 0: every day I eat one capsicum.
• 22:46
Speaker 0: And it was because when start to getting cold here, and started to get winter the sun is going away so the body needs vitamin C... ...and takes the Vitamin C out of the pepper-capsicum.
• 23:04
Speaker 0: This year i have... I drank over a full year a lot of lemon tea with fresh squeezed lemons on my body, got a lot of vitamin C already and is fulfilled with vitamin C. And I have to check out what's inside of cabbage because i'm like insane hungry about cabbage!
• 23:27
Speaker 0: I could eat it every day...I can't even eat kohlrabi everyday but I also have different kind of cabbage here where Right now it is autumn, so its cabbage time.
• 23:40
Speaker 0: It's also pumpkin time!
• 23:42
Speaker 0: Its all the autumn vegetables who grow and I'm very very very needy for them...I don't like that much pumpkin but i love cabbage And I could eat every day in different forms.
• 23:56
Speaker 0: We have different form of cabbage.
• 23:59
Speaker 0: This is a special form, the kohlrabi cabbage turnip But we also have to China cabbage, the white cabbage.
• 24:08
Speaker 0: I don't even know each words for all the cabbage.
• 24:11
Speaker 0: So we have different kind of cabbage styles here in Germany and i could eat them every day Nothing else.
• 24:21
Speaker 0: It's a perfect vegetarian right now from my body.
• 24:24
Speaker 0: I'm also not that much anymore into Cucumbers at the time but I make myself a lot of salad with Rucola and with other things inside.
• 24:40
Speaker 0: And the cabbage I eat most of the time raw or there are different species of cabbage that I cook as well, but i try to don't cook it long and keep them crispy because when you cook food you have freshness in your vegetables.
• 25:02
Speaker 0: I hate when you cook them through a point where they get just like out of taste, out of vitamins.
• 25:10
Speaker 0: So I try to keep everything as fresh as possible When i cook Also with spinach...I never Never use Spinach Out Of The Freezer.
• 25:24
  Speaker 0: Anyway!
• 25:26
Speaker 0: I NEVER take Vegetables Out Of the Freezer.
• 25:31
Speaker 0: Everything What I Cook fresh.
• 25:34
Speaker 0: Everything what I eat, I eat fresh!
• 25:37
Speaker 0: I hate everything to freeze and I warm it up and i just don't like the consistency...I am very happy that I have the opportunity live in an area where we are a nice nature ...a very strong and powerful nature..where you get amazing, amazing vegetabets out of it.
• 25:59
Speaker 0: ..fresh ,happy and where you taste energy who comes from the earth.
• 26:05
Speaker 0: I am in a village on the countryside far away from every big city and i tasted that this kohlrabi, cabbage, törnib was grown in this area here and tastes like the healthy of the Earth site we have here... And..I don't want to waste it away!
• 26:31
Speaker 0: cook it away, I just want to enjoy in this one piece of energy and i'm really enjoying right now.
• 26:39
Speaker 0: Maybe next year will be different!
• 26:44
Speaker 0: Last year also besides pepper... ...I eat a lot of carrots but THIS YEAR it's not a good carrot season.
• 27:02
Speaker 0: It is also not the good pepper season and this year, its like very-very good cabbage season.
• 27:08
Speaker 0: I can't even explain you exactly why this happened but me as a vegetable gourmet i really try always to eat my vegetables.

• 27:32

• 27:41
Speaker 0: You see that there's a difference.
• 27:43
Speaker 0: But when i eat cabbage right now It is very very crunchy.
