- 0:01Speaker 1: Welcome to the emotional mastery podcast.
- 0:03Speaker 1: I am your host, rochelle.
- 0:04Speaker 1: I'm a holistic human design health coach and this is a space for human design and spiritual journey.
- 0:10Speaker 1: It's not about being a master of your emotions, rather mastering the tools to self-wreckley, to awakening yourself and remembering who you are.
- 0:18Speaker 1: Human design changed my life about five years ago and I've been learning and teaching the system ever since.
- 0:24Speaker 1: This podcast is human design meets spirituality, meets astrology.
- 0:27Speaker 1: You don't have to have a belief system to be here, just an open mind and curiosity.
- 0:32Speaker 1: This is a journey of meeting yourself and awakening to your infinite potential.
- 0:36Speaker 1: Now let the magic begin.
- 0:39Speaker 1: Welcome back to another episode of the emotional mastery podcast.
- 0:42Speaker 1: This week we're going to talk about the rest of the planets.
- 0:45Speaker 1: This is part four of our unpack your design episode and we're going to just talk a little bit about energetics, because there is so much when it relates to human design and astrology and it's all energy.
- 1:01Speaker 1: Understanding the dynamics of how it plays out, how we can embody it and all these things is really important to understanding, because it's not just your sun, moon and rising, it's not just your type, strategy and authority, but we have things that we can go back to, like your type strategy and authority, really just coming back to yourself through all of that?
- 1:17Speaker 1: Because, although these are incredible systems for self-awareness, for self-love, for understanding of the self, my dog is next to me doing something she knows that she shouldn't, but this week.
- 1:34Speaker 1: So I'm recording this.
- 1:34Speaker 1: On Sunday evening, the 12th.
- 1:36Speaker 1: Tomorrow we have our new moon in Scorpio.
- 1:38Speaker 1: All right, we're going to try this again.
- 1:40Speaker 1: I started to record when my dog is in my room.
- 1:43Speaker 1: I have this weighted blanket that is in my little meditation spot.
- 1:46Speaker 1: I have that and I have a little yoga block.
- 1:49Speaker 1: I swear I fold it up and it looks so nice Every day that I come in here at night between the dog and the kids.
- 1:55Speaker 1: They are just drawn to that area.
- 1:57Speaker 1: I absolutely believe that animals are just so drawn to the energy that is created through meditation or any sort of spiritual practice, because my dog could be outside for hours and not make a single sound.
- 2:10Speaker 1: In the minute I drop into meditation she's out there barking to come in.
- 2:13Speaker 1: It's just like this thing that attracts them.
- 2:15Speaker 1: She was over here pawing at the little blanket and trying to sit there.
- 2:19Speaker 1: She knows she's not supposed to be there.
- 2:21Speaker 1: Take two this week, yeah.
- 2:23Speaker 1: So I'm recording this.
- 2:26Speaker 1: On Sunday, the 12th, tomorrow, is our new moon in Scorpio.
- 2:28Speaker 1: I wrote a blog post about it so I'll link that below.
- 2:31Speaker 1: But this new moon in Scorpio is going to be incredibly intense.
- 2:35Speaker 1: I don't know if you've been feeling it.
- 2:37Speaker 1: I have been feeling it, revving up to it, but for me personally, it's all happening in Gate 43 in human design, which is the Gate of Insight, and this is in my Earth, my conscious Earth.
- 2:47Speaker 1: A lot of our shadows are held in our conscious Earth.
- 2:50Speaker 1: Until we really understand those shadows, we can't really embody the energy of our Sun.
- 2:55Speaker 1: So it's a really potent energy for us.
- 2:57Speaker 1: So, whatever gate that is in for you and your Earth, whether it's conscious or unconscious, but your Earth is going to be exactly opposite your Sun sign.
- 3:05Speaker 1: So my Sun is at 24 degrees of torus, so my Earth is 24 degrees of Scorpio.
- 3:12Speaker 1: So if your Sun sign is 18 degrees Aquarius, your Earth is going to be 18 degrees of Leo.
- 3:21Speaker 1: Your, let's say, your Sun is 8 degrees of Gemini, your Earth is going to be 8 degrees of Sagittarius.
- 3:28Speaker 1: So it's just a really good area to look at.
- 3:30Speaker 1: And all oppositions hold lessons for each other.
- 3:33Speaker 1: And so, again, we can't if we're not grounded in our Earth energy, we can't shine in our Sun's energy, and so it's a really, really potent energy for us to really understand and to really grasp.
- 3:43Speaker 1: And so, for me, this past week has been full of triggers, full of tests.
- 3:49Speaker 1: A lot of trauma has been coming up, like trauma responses or facing ways that I used to do things, trying to do things differently, of course, getting wrapped up in the mind because Gate 43 is also in the Ajna and Jupiter's in Gate 24, which my unconscious moon is in Gate 24.
- 4:04Speaker 1: And it's all about addiction and overthinking and all the things.
- 4:06Speaker 1: I could go on.
- 4:07Speaker 1: A whole, whole episode just on, like the current transits and what they're doing.
- 4:11Speaker 1: But it's really.
- 4:14Speaker 1: Scorpio in itself is alchemization, transformation, it is death, it's rebirth, it is intensity, it is power, it is control, it is jealousy, it is possession, right, it's all these things.
- 4:29Speaker 1: And, as Taurus Scorpio axis is sex and money, essentially, right, it is sensuality, of course, this relationships, because it's got Venus in there, it's Mars and Pluto and it's just a really, really I want to say human axis, and I don't mean that all the other ones aren't, but it like encapsulates, like the entirety of our human duality, right, it is our sexual urges, our sexual nature.
- 4:55Speaker 1: It's secretive, it's manipulative, it's possession, it's jealousy, it's all of these things.
- 5:00Speaker 1: It's very earthy, right.
- 5:02Speaker 1: It's grounded, it's the body, it's the throat, it's the communication.
- 5:06Speaker 1: So it is so much within this axis and Venus has been doing a lot since July.
- 5:12Speaker 1: So Venus is still in the mix in this.
- 5:14Speaker 1: But what's really potent about this specific new moon is not only is it in Scorpio, but we also have Mars conjunct Scorpio.
- 5:22Speaker 1: Mars is also conjunct the Sun and the Moon and Mars is going to make us a little bit quick.
- 5:28Speaker 1: Right, we want to take action, we want to move.
- 5:30Speaker 1: It's enhancing all this fire energy that's within the Sun.
- 5:32Speaker 1: Mars and the Sun have really similar qualities and the Moon in Scorpio is actually in its fall because, if you think about it, the Moon is emotional, the Moon is sensitive, the Moon is intuitive, the Moon is feminine and Scorpio is a feminine energy but it's super intense.
- 5:51Speaker 1: So you're taking this already feminine energy of the Moon and you're amplifying it, and so emotions may be wild again, and then we have Mars in there.
- 6:00Speaker 1: That's like stoking the fire, and it's opposite Uranus and Taurus, and so Uranus is unpredictability, it's anxiety and it's just gonna like shake things up a little bit and so, yeah, it's just a really intense energy right now.
- 6:12Speaker 1: So checking to see what you have in Taurus and Scorpio around 20 degrees it's gonna help you understand how this is specifically impacting you, what house it's in, what aspects you have to it if you are familiar with astrology, will be really helpful.
- 6:28Speaker 1: And, of course, you will be listening to this on Thursday, so you'll have passed that energy.
- 6:32Speaker 1: But just like in reflection, to be able to look back because, like I said, this has been so intense for me.
- 6:37Speaker 1: Like Friday I had such I like hit rock bottom almost and I am doing the the to be magnetic manifestation challenge and so part of our journaling was just seeing where what we've manifested, what tests were, are coming to us, what we've called in, and we did it like a quiz to find out what, what area you're in, and I, according to the quiz, am in an up level.
- 7:01Speaker 1: But then I hit this low and I was like whoa and it was triggered a lot by a relationship stuff and I noticed a lot of my subconscious beliefs coming up, of unworthiness and, you know, realizing how much I am actually not vulnerable in relationships and how much I actually run from that.
- 7:24Speaker 1: It puts me in like fight or flight mode and it was actually really hard to see in myself, because you know, I do this.
- 7:32Speaker 1: I coach people.
- 7:33Speaker 1: I talk about emotions all the time and this is sort of like the power of the work that I do and the work that you do, listening to this and the work that we all do, because it's in those moments where we have a decision that we can sit in it right, we can suffer and we can let our minds ruminate and we can feel the pain.
- 7:55Speaker 1: And it's not to say don't feel that pain, but also what are you gonna do?
- 7:59Speaker 1: I went to the gym that morning and I realized like 45 minutes into my workout that I was just punishing my body right to get out of my mind.
- 8:08Speaker 1: And that's actually where the gym began for me.
- 8:10Speaker 1: I was so unhappy and I wanted to actually punish my physical body instead of just having it all in my mind.
- 8:16Speaker 1: And of course, there is healthy and unhealthy expressions of everything and obviously going to the gym and working out hard is healthier than, say, drinking yourself so much that you pass out.
- 8:28Speaker 1: But it still was.
- 8:33Speaker 1: I just I could feel what I was doing to myself, and so I left the gym and I phoned a friend.
- 8:37Speaker 1: I called a friend and I just cried and I released everything that was coming up and I was cleaning my house and I was like sobbing on the floor and it was, yeah, it was really hard to face that side of me.
- 8:51Speaker 1: It was really hard to face that and all I could think, like as I was going through, is like I don't want to be like this anymore, like I want to move past this and what the beauty, what it's so beautiful to you about being in that place, is that you're able to see the things that are coming up, right.
- 9:11Speaker 1: And so it's sort of that point where, whenever I get to that space, yes, it hurts so much, and there's part of me that just wants to run and curl up in bed or like go back to bad habits and just like numb and avoid.
- 9:25Speaker 1: And then there's this other part of me is like, yes, like I get to see the shit that is still unhealed, like I can actually take this and work through it.
- 9:32Speaker 1: And now I have more insight into the parts of me that are so wounded, right, the parts of me that hurt so much.
- 9:39Speaker 1: And I'm reading a book, the confluted universe, by Dolores Cannon, and in it she was channeling or some one of her clients was channeling, a being and that's what they were saying.
- 9:49Speaker 1: You know, souls come to earth because there are such deep, painful lessons to help our soul in our evolution and we never know what another person is going through.
- 10:01Speaker 1: That's something I've always, always, always thought, and I think that's what helps me have compassion for people.
- 10:05Speaker 1: A lot of times it's because you never know what's going on inside of somebody's mind, like the friend that I called and I was crying and I was saying everything that was that was upsetting me and every, every flaw I saw in myself and every part of myself that was unworthy, and all of my insecurities were coming up, and and he just said you know, I see you as such, like a strong woman.
- 10:24Speaker 1: I would never think that these are the things that you're struggling with or you're going through, and so we never really know right.
- 10:30Speaker 1: And in the book to it has said that our souls come here knowing it's gonna be painful.
- 10:34Speaker 1: Our souls come here knowing we're gonna suffer, and even at that, when we get here in these physical bodies, our souls are like oh my gosh, I didn't realize it was gonna be like this, and so I think that's just.
- 10:44Speaker 1: You know, there's the quote from the Buddha that I think it was the Buddha, but it's like pain is inevitable, suffering is optional, and although I do think that's true, I do think suffering is a part of the human experience too.
- 10:54Speaker 1: I think it we can transcend suffering and experience the pain and witness the pain for what it is and not be the pain and not like, not like sitting constantly suffering it right.
- 11:05Speaker 1: And I think that's where awareness comes and this, where all this work comes in right, where we can see the pain and we can feel the pain, and then we could take that and we can transmute it and we can transform it and we can alchemize it.
- 11:15Speaker 1: And that's so much of what Scorpio sees in this calling us to do.
- 11:18Speaker 1: And so it was so helpful to be able to see those things that were coming up, to notice what triggered them to come up and Do journal, move my body, meditate, whatever, like I used all of my tools, right, I drank more water.
- 11:33Speaker 1: I just sleep in like little things.
- 11:34Speaker 1: I drank more tea.
- 11:36Speaker 1: I was able to reach out to somebody, to feel not as alone, cause I think a lot of times in those moments and I always I'm so grateful because the universe, always, everything, is always happening for you.
- 11:46Speaker 1: But in that moment where I was so low, the person that I really wanted to talk to was unavailable, and there's a part of me was like I would probably just have like trauma dumped on that person, like I don't, I don't know what.
- 11:57Speaker 1: There was a reason that they weren't available to like actually communicate with me that time and so, yeah, anyway, it was intense, it was really intense and I but I did gain a lot of clarity and it's always on the like coming out of that.
- 12:12Speaker 1: And so this was Friday, saturday was yesterday, and I felt a little, I started out the day a little bit rocky and then I was like good, and then today I feel a lot more empowered, whereas before and this is where I know where my progress is, because it's not about perfection, right, it's not about, you know, this podcast is emotional mastery, but it's not being a master of your emotions, it's just mastering the tools to self-regulate, to come back to yourself, to know what to do when you have awareness, when you're in a trigger like that, and you can catch yourself and be like, oh wow, like this is such a wound, like, look what my mind's doing.
- 12:40Speaker 1: Like, as I was on the ground crying, latching onto that one thought, I was able to detach a little bit and be like huh, that's really interesting that my mind is just sitting here like repeating this one thought to make me even more upset and to make me cry even harder.
- 12:52Speaker 1: The tears were necessary, right, the tears were like a cleansing.
- 12:55Speaker 1: I had to release that.
- 12:56Speaker 1: I had to get that out of myself.
- 12:58Speaker 1: But it's again.
- 12:59Speaker 1: It's doing that work and it's showing up for yourself and it's being there for yourself and just constantly.
- 13:05Speaker 1: And, like I said, I would have been in that low for days or even weeks, right, and just been in bed and been drinking, and then I would have felt like shit the next day because I drank too much and the cycle would repeat and I would just like continue in that cycle and so to have that low only be like 24 hours now.
- 13:23Speaker 1: Yes, it was intense and it was painful, but also how beautiful that I can come back to myself so much faster and be like no, what?
- 13:30Speaker 1: No, I am empowered, I am strong.
- 13:32Speaker 1: I do have this Like.
- 13:34Speaker 1: This does not define me.
- 13:35Speaker 1: I know that I can choose a different path.
- 13:37Speaker 1: I can choose to make a different decision.
- 13:38Speaker 1: Now I can choose from an empowered place and move my life forward.
- 13:42Speaker 1: Right, I'm not going to get stuck on the idea that this is it, that my current circumstances are it?
- 13:47Speaker 1: No matter how long I've been in my current circumstances?
- 13:50Speaker 1: Right, that doesn't matter.
- 13:50Speaker 1: We always have the option to choose different and there have just been people in my life lately that I've been come in, that I can see that use their pain for passion or to move them forward.
- 14:02Speaker 1: And it's just been so expansive and I truly believe I've called it in.
- 14:09Speaker 1: I don't know when it was like, maybe it was, maybe it was a clip season or a little bit before that.
- 14:14Speaker 1: I think it was September.
- 14:15Speaker 1: I had a moment where I can't remember what I was upset about, but I just remember, like sitting there and I was in bed and I was meditating and I was like God, source, like whatever, use me.
- 14:23Speaker 1: I want you to use me for whatever message you want me to get out.
- 14:26Speaker 1: I want you to use me to be in service.
- 14:28Speaker 1: I will open myself up in exchange for safety and comfort and all these things and not long after that, things just started showing up that were literally wild to me.
- 14:40Speaker 1: I was like whoa, like I asked for this and also, am I actually able to hold this space for this?
- 14:46Speaker 1: And so, honestly, like you know, ask and keep your mind open, keep that curiosity.
- 14:53Speaker 1: And that's what gate 43 is about.
- 14:54Speaker 1: It's like we can.
- 14:56Speaker 1: The shadow is deafness, right, and it's in our want to be certain and to know things we are shutting ourselves off.
- 15:03Speaker 1: We are being, we are creating deafness to all of the actual possibilities, right.
- 15:07Speaker 1: So if we're not open to it, if we're not curious, if we're not receptive, we're not going to actually receive the insights that are coming to us.
- 15:13Speaker 1: So that's sort of been my week in a nutshell.
- 15:17Speaker 1: And so now that I feel like I'm coming out of that and I spent my whole day, I wrote a blog Again, I'll tag that or I'll have it in the show notes.
- 15:24Speaker 1: But I wrote a blog, I did the newsletter, I was just like writing I'm going to after this, I'm going to journal, I'm going to do a little meditation, I'm feeling so much more empowered and so much more in my system and it's just feels like so good every time.
- 15:36Speaker 1: I like move through these things now.
- 15:38Speaker 1: So all that to say like, buckle up and do the work, show up Even though it's painful, it's all you know.
- 15:48Speaker 1: Those thoughts that you cycle on.
- 15:51Speaker 1: It's all bullshit stories from your subconscious beliefs, from your conditioning.
- 15:55Speaker 1: You get to choose what is your reality.
- 15:59Speaker 1: And last week's episode with Patty Oliver if you haven't heard it, go back and listen to it.
- 16:03Speaker 1: It was on the Akashic Records but it was cutting cords with family ties and you know our energetic cords with family and things like that and so it was just really powerful reminder of the energetic and spiritual work behind it all too.
- 16:15Speaker 1: So that is all being that, that's that.
- 16:19Speaker 1: But the reset and embrace program with Greg and I is still available.
- 16:26Speaker 1: The link is down the show notes three month container.
- 16:28Speaker 1: You have access to all the replays.
- 16:30Speaker 1: No matter when you sign up.
- 16:31Speaker 1: You'll have access to all the replays of what's app group.
- 16:34Speaker 1: The meditations are just like beautiful.
- 16:36Speaker 1: I did the meditation.
- 16:37Speaker 1: Well, we had our call today and it was a cord cutting meditation and it was just like so nice to drop in and we talked about the transits and we talked about Scorpio the new moon, of course because that's like the big thing right now is.
- 16:47Speaker 1: I'm today, you know, and next week we're going to dive into a little bit of reprogramming and looking from the lens of human design, where we are conditioned and where we can notice our shadows, because the first step is awareness, right, so we can notice our shadows and then we can begin to reprogram that.
- 17:02Speaker 1: And it's just been such a beautiful container and so if you're interested in joining us, the link for that is down below.
- 17:08Speaker 1: Holistic Human Design Academy is also available self-paced course.
- 17:12Speaker 1: You can get that down below, of course.
- 17:14Speaker 1: One-on-one session, especially if you're trying to understand your chart more, if you're trying to integrate the transits and understand how you can lean into it and what's coming, and all those things.
- 17:22Speaker 1: One-on-ones are available, as well as a three-month coaching container.
- 17:25Speaker 1: That is essentially we work through understanding your shadows, reprogramming all those things as well.
- 17:32Speaker 1: So it's sort of Holistic Human Design Academy, except for it's just one-on-one, intensive.
- 17:36Speaker 1: I guess three-month intensive that is available and everything again is down in the show notes, the ways that you can work together.
- 17:43Speaker 1: So click all those things and share with a friend of this episode or, if the podcast resonates with you, let me know what you think.

- 18:00Speaker 1: I am trying to get everything up on YouTube.
- 18:02Speaker 1: I'm not the best at it, but there are quite a few episodes on there and I'm trying to like get them up more and more.
- 18:08Speaker 1: And if you are on Spotify or Apple iTunes Spotify specifically click that five-star rating literally just have to tap the button.
- 18:16Speaker 1: It really really helps the podcast.
- 18:17Speaker 1: If you want to leave a review, apple iTunes is the place to go for that and it really, truly does help.
- 18:22Speaker 1: So that is out of the way.
- 18:24Speaker 1: That is my weekly recap.
- 18:25Speaker 1: I hope you are staying grounded within your energy and just doing the things that work right, especially with Mars in this mix right now.
- 18:33Speaker 1: The 17th, I believe, is Thursday, so it's going to be direct conjunct the sun on Thursday and then it's gonna be direct opposite Uranus that day as well.
- 18:44Speaker 1: So just, it's really this like intense urge to like move and do and take action.
- 18:51Speaker 1: So being opposite Uranus, too, is gonna shake things up.
- 18:53Speaker 1: So just like keeping yourself grounded, moving your body, making the right decisions, doing the meditations, getting enough sleep All these things are super helpful.
- 19:01Speaker 1: So now we're gonna talk about the other.
- 19:03Speaker 1: So last week we talked about our personal planets.
- 19:06Speaker 1: We talked about the moon, the sun, the nodes, mars, mercury, venus, and so this week we're gonna talk about Saturn, jupiter, uranus, Pluto and Neptune, and Chiron.
- 19:18Speaker 1: I think we talked about Chiron last week.
- 19:19Speaker 1: Chiron is our wounded healer, but Saturn, we'll start with Saturn.
- 19:23Speaker 1: Saturn is karma, saturn is the judge, and so when we're looking at, when we're looking through human design perspective we talked about Venus last week right, Venus is values, morals, its relationships, its love, its beauty, all those things.
- 19:35Speaker 1: But Venus really sets the tone, it sets the standard for our morals and our values.
- 19:41Speaker 1: Rudolph Steiner, too.
- 19:43Speaker 1: He talks about Venus being our emotional body as well, and we typically think of the moon as our emotional body, but Venus definitely has a role in our emotions.
- 19:52Speaker 1: And so when we're not abiding by our values, right, when we are not listening to, when we're not following the laws, I guess, of our values based on Venus, then we're gonna be answering to Saturn.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Right.
- 20:08Speaker 1: Again, saturn is karma, saturn is restriction.
- 20:10Speaker 1: So, whatever Saturn is, you're gonna feel a little bit restricted in that area of your life.
- 20:14Speaker 1: Saturn is I mean, there's beauty in everything, right, saturn, again, it's your karma, it's deep, it's ancestral, it's a part of you that, like.
- 20:22Speaker 1: I personally have Saturn in my fifth house in Sagittarius, and so long distance travel, fun, play, dating, education, philosophy, all these things feel a little bit restricted to me, right Like I grew up traveling and my North note is in Aries, but it's in the ninth house, which is Sagittarius ruled, and this is why I love astrology too, because you can literally follow the rabbit hole, like over and over and over again and you see these beautiful themes and ties, but Saturn is there.
- 20:47Speaker 1: So Saturn typically we get a little bit.
- 20:52Speaker 1: Saturn gets a little bit easier the older we get, right as we've moved through our side and return because we sort of begin to get familiar with that energy and maybe have more awareness of those themes.
- 21:00Speaker 1: But Saturn being in the area, like I've always said, like I hate dating and I've become, I'm becoming better at it and I'm because I've been more practice, I'm older now and so with more practice and more awareness and not having so much weight on it and not feeling like I still feel that little restriction, but I've learned just to show up anyway, but I've always like when I was younger I just I hated it.
- 21:28Speaker 1: I hated the idea of like having to start something new and like how I was going to show up with somebody, and so now that I'm a little bit older, I've moved a little bit past that.
- 21:37Speaker 1: But Saturn being there really restricts on those things, right.
- 21:40Speaker 1: And when you look at it, it's also the house of children.
- 21:42Speaker 1: Fifth house is the house of children, and I'm a very non traditional parents.
- 21:46Speaker 1: I am a single parent, but I'm also non traditional in the sense in the way that, like, I raised my kids, and so that is very typical of Saturn as well.
- 21:54Speaker 1: Right, it's, it's, it's restricting, it's making things different, and so those are sort of like the qualities of Saturn.
- 22:01Speaker 1: So, noticing where in your chart Saturn is like what, what it's aspecting, so like, if Saturn is aspecting, let's just say, the sun is square Saturn, that's really going to restrict the energy of your sun.
- 22:11Speaker 1: You're not really going to, you're going to have some troubles fully expressing that sun's energy because Saturn is calling it back and making it feel like it's at a box, almost so finding out what, what aspects you have.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Then we have Jupiter.
- 22:24Speaker 1: Jupiter is the biggest planet in the solar system.
- 22:27Speaker 1: It really is a protector because it calls all the like comets or like whatever.
- 22:35Speaker 1: Is that the right word?
- 22:36Speaker 1: Comets.
- 22:37Speaker 1: There's another word for it Asteroids, yeah, asteroids.
- 22:42Speaker 1: So all of those like Jupiter, it it pulls it in right.
- 22:46Speaker 1: So as much as Jupiter expands, it also contracts right.
- 22:48Speaker 1: It's pulling things into it and then it's expanding out.
- 22:51Speaker 1: It's known as the guru planet.
- 22:53Speaker 1: It's good luck, it's optimistic, it rules Sagittarius, so it is a beautiful, a beautiful energy.
- 23:00Speaker 1: With everything there's duality.
- 23:02Speaker 1: So if Jupiter is expanding in an area of your chart where you're finding a lot of shadows, it's going to expand on those shadows and make them bigger.
- 23:11Speaker 1: I have Jupiter in Pisces in my eighth house, and so drugs, sex, rock and roll, co-dependence, addiction, all of these things like Saturn somehow makes me or sorry, jupiter somehow makes me smile through it, and also it expands on those things.
- 23:25Speaker 1: If I'm feeling those addictive tendencies, it's going to make them bigger and that can be really challenging.
- 23:32Speaker 1: And because Saturn I keep saying Saturn because Jupiter has like an air of optimism, I've always just found I smile through the shit, you know, like, yes, I feel it intensely and I move through that, but then I've always found a way to look at the bright side.
- 23:48Speaker 1: Like I've never never say never.
- 23:52Speaker 1: There have been a couple moments where I felt like I didn't want to continue, but for the most part, generally, I have just found a way to keep going, keep getting up.
- 24:03Speaker 1: And you know, it's an area of my life that I feel I wouldn't say comfortable, but maybe I feel yeah, I don't know, comfort isn't the right word.
- 24:15Speaker 1: But so, wherever Jupiter is in your chart, notice those themes, notice what's coming up, notice what it's aspecting.
- 24:22Speaker 1: If Jupiter is in torus, that's really going to expand on all those beautiful sensual qualities, but it can also expand on jealousy, possession.
- 24:29Speaker 1: Same with Scorpio, right, it's going to intensify in the secretiveness, the manipulation, the control.
- 24:34Speaker 1: But it can also expand on that transformation, the alchemization, right, all those beautiful things.
- 24:39Speaker 1: If it's in cancer, it can expand on the shell of cancer, that coldness of keeping people out, or it can expand on the beautiful nurturing, mothering, feminine qualities of cancer.
- 24:49Speaker 1: So it really just depends where it is.
- 24:50Speaker 1: But again, with everything there's duality.
- 24:52Speaker 1: But typically Jupiter is the expansion planets, the guru planet.
- 24:56Speaker 1: It's got wisdom, it's all those beautiful things.
- 24:59Speaker 1: Then we go out to the planets that we can't actually see with the naked eye, and so we have Uranus, which is highly unpredictable.
- 25:06Speaker 1: It is shock, it is truth, it is unpredictability, it is anxiety, it rules, it rules Aquarius, so it is about technology as well, and it's just like Aquarius is a little bit different, right?
- 25:22Speaker 1: So is Uranus, and we never quite know what to expect.
- 25:26Speaker 1: When Uranus is in the mix, like with this new moon, uranus is opposite the new moon and the sun and Mars, and so it just brings some unpredictability.
- 25:34Speaker 1: Where it's not, you know, like with Saturn, we can always say, well, saturn's going to restrict the moon, right, saturn's going to restrict your emotions, it's going to make you feel this way, it's going to make you feel that way.
- 25:42Speaker 1: I think the best way to explain Uranus is just that unpredictability, right, I mean, there are, of course, themes that go along with it, but generally it's just you never really know what's going to expect.
- 25:52Speaker 1: You can feel really high, you can feel really low, you can feel this, you can feel that, and so that's sort of the energy of Uranus.
- 25:59Speaker 1: And then we have Neptune, which is illusion and spirituality.
- 26:02Speaker 1: Neptune will sort of have you looking through rose tinted glasses, right?
- 26:06Speaker 1: You don't.
- 26:06Speaker 1: You won't maybe necessarily have clarity with Neptune.
- 26:10Speaker 1: Wherever Neptune is, you might not be able to see clearly, like, if you have Neptune opposite your sun, you're probably not going to resonate with your sun sign or people won't be able to see your sun sign.
- 26:19Speaker 1: So if you have, if you're, let's say, your sun is in cancer and you have an opposite Neptune, people might not necessarily see you as Cancerian, right, they may not see the nurturing, warm, caring side of you.
- 26:31Speaker 1: They may see the hard shell or they just maybe they'll see another aspect of your chart, but it sort of like pulls the veil over whatever aspect it's touching, whatever sign it's in, whatever planets are close to it.
- 26:42Speaker 1: But Neptune is also deeply spiritual.
- 26:44Speaker 1: Neptune rules Pisces and the 12th house, so it's those things that are sort of hidden from us, again, because it pulls the veil over our eyes almost.
- 26:51Speaker 1: But again it's, it's deeply psychic, it's deeply spiritual.
- 26:55Speaker 1: So it is a really beautiful planet as well and it definitely looking at where it is in your chart, what planets it's aspecting, what house it's in, can really give you insight into where Neptune is.
- 27:06Speaker 1: So for me, going back to my examples, because I'm very familiar with my chart, neptune is also in Sagittarius, in my fifth house, and so again, when we're looking at Saturn is restricting that area.
- 27:19Speaker 1: Saturn is restricting my creativity, my play, my joy, my, my, all those light, fun things, and then Neptune is almost making me blind to what's happening right, where I don't necessarily connect with it, and it takes a while to get clarity around those areas.
- 27:35Speaker 1: And then Pluto, pluto rules, pluto rules Scorpio.
- 27:38Speaker 1: I was gonna say Taurus, but I know that's not right Pluto rules Scorpio.
- 27:42Speaker 1: Pluto is truth, it is transformation, it is rebirth, it is alchemization, it is power, it is control.
- 27:50Speaker 1: Pluto is deep, like it's ancestral.
- 27:55Speaker 1: It is things that are like brewing underneath, right, and so Pluto is just a really deep planet.
- 28:03Speaker 1: It's a really whoever Pluto is in your light, in your chart, it's going to be having this like constant, like death and rebirth cycle going along with it.
- 28:10Speaker 1: You may find that in that area of your life you want power, you want control, right, but it's also like deeply transformative.
- 28:16Speaker 1: So I have Pluto in my fourth house, in in Scorpio, which is my fourth house.
- 28:23Speaker 1: So my home life, my family, my ancestors, my family of origin, there's just there's a lot of like cycles that move through that and again, like I said, it can bring beautiful transformation because there's duality and everything.
- 28:35Speaker 1: And then we touched a little bit on Chiron.
- 28:37Speaker 1: Chiron is just the wounded healer.
- 28:39Speaker 1: It's not a planet, but it is an important aspect of the chart and wherever you have Chiron, you will heal yourself through healing others.
- 28:49Speaker 1: So check where Chiron is it sort of looks like the key, the key symbol and you'll gain a little bit more insight into your biggest wound your you never.
- 28:59Speaker 1: I think Chiron is more of an acceptance of that aspect rather than trying to change it.
- 29:05Speaker 1: But again, through healing others, which is usually what happens, right, whatever our biggest wound is, we show up the biggest for others in that area, because in doing that we're healing ourselves.
- 29:14Speaker 1: And so for me, like 2023 was the community for me.
- 29:19Speaker 1: That was my word and Chiron for me, is in Gemini, in my 11th house.
- 29:23Speaker 1: And your 11th house is all about, like your soul, family, right, and so your friendships.
- 29:30Speaker 1: That's kind of all in that area.
- 29:31Speaker 1: And Gemini is the mind.
- 29:34Speaker 1: It's ruled by Mercury, it's intellect, it's curiosity, it's social, it's also an air sign, and so those areas of my life have always been a little bit more triggering.
- 29:41Speaker 1: So in creating a community where we can support each other and lift each other up, I'm healing.
- 29:46Speaker 1: In healing others, I'm healing myself, right, and so it's always those areas where I'm always trying to help people fit in.
- 29:51Speaker 1: I'm always trying to be kind so that nobody feels like left out or feels like they're rejected or abandoned.
- 29:57Speaker 1: And so, again, in healing someone else, I can heal myself.
- 29:59Speaker 1: So those are like the main outer planets and just like the energetics, especially when you look at, everything is energy, right, everything is energy.
- 30:07Speaker 1: And so when you're looking at human design, there's so many nuanced layers.
- 30:11Speaker 1: This is why it's so hard to just be like, oh well, this is your type tragic authority, go ahead, live your life.
- 30:15Speaker 1: I mean, if you're following that, everything else is going to fall into place and it's going to be really easy or easier, or rather, because it will fall into place and you're not going to be fighting against it so much, right, but the energetics behind it is so beautiful and it's all energy you can literally see.
- 30:30Speaker 1: You know the channels connect the energy of the center, so you can tell, you know if you have, if you're a manifestor or a manifesting generator, you know that a motor is connected to your throat.
- 30:39Speaker 1: If you have your solar plexus connected to your throat, your energy behind that is you are going to be here to communicate emotions, right.
- 30:46Speaker 1: And so really looking at all of the different layers and piecing them together and what I love to do.
- 30:54Speaker 1: If you have a journal and you're just moving through this, just take one piece at a time and write everything you can about that.
- 31:02Speaker 1: So let's just take your son right.
- 31:04Speaker 1: If your son is in Leo and it's in Gates, I literally can't think off the top of my head Leo Gate right now.
- 31:13Speaker 1: So I'm going to say Gate 9, even though that's not a Leo Gate.
- 31:16Speaker 1: But let's just say that's what it is right.
- 31:18Speaker 1: Write all of those layers down right.
- 31:20Speaker 1: What center is it in?
- 31:21Speaker 1: What centers does it connect to?
- 31:25Speaker 1: So let's just say, if you have Gate 9, say you have Gate 60, or yeah, I think it's Gate 60, it's connected.
- 31:31Speaker 1: Just write down as much as you can about one single aspect and it'll really start to like peel back the layers and you'll be able to really see what's happening.
- 31:42Speaker 1: And I think, like, most importantly with all of this is always coming back to yourself, interesting yourself.
- 31:46Speaker 1: And that's why I think your inner authority is so key and so important in human design, because it allows you to tap into your body and know what, like a yes feels like in your body, what a no feels like in your body.
- 31:56Speaker 1: So as you're navigating through your life and you feel that feeling, you know like, oh, I know what this feels like.
- 32:01Speaker 1: This is a no, this is my body telling me.
- 32:02Speaker 1: No right, let your mind like cycle through, it's going to cycle through, and then like sort of come back to yourself.
- 32:06Speaker 1: But it really is so beautiful to piece it together and see it as a whole, and then piece it apart and see these little individual qualities as well, because every single one is so powerful in its own way, but piecing it together as the whole.
- 32:23Speaker 1: And also sometimes I think it's great to just throw it all to the wind and live life, and I think that's when you find your most authentic and that's when you find that you're naturally following your strategy and authority right, when you're not even thinking about it.
- 32:36Speaker 1: You're just like fuck it, I'm going to show up today and this is the way life is going to be, I'm just going to roll with it.
- 32:41Speaker 1: And that's when you find the beauty and that's when you find the flow.
- 32:44Speaker 1: So I it's so good to be doing the work, and also it's so important to just live.
- 32:50Speaker 1: Live your life in the best way that you can and try not to overthink it, which is a challenge for us overthinkers out there, but, yeah, that is the episode for today.
- 33:05Speaker 1: Yeah, if you haven't listened to last week's episode, go ahead and listen.
- 33:08Speaker 1: Follow me on all the social medias, get on the Mastery Monday newsletter, get your human design chart from the website you can do that as well and all of the things.
- 33:18Speaker 1: So I appreciate you so much, I thank you for listening and I hope that this new moon was eye-opening for you, was transformative for you in the most beautiful way, and just remember to continue to come back to yourself and to what you know works meditation, journaling, movement, drinking water, getting enough sleep, reading a book, finding things that inspire you, doing things that let you up throughout your day because all of those things will really help you gain clarity Again.
- 33:47Speaker 1: Just come back to yourself and lean into your own truth.
- 33:50Speaker 1: So I thank you so much for listening and I will catch you next week.
