- 0:00Speaker 1: And welcome back to the Epstein Chronicles. One of the
- 0:04Speaker 1: most confounding things about the whole entire Jeffrey Epstein shit
- 0:08Speaker 1: show is the fact that nobody, and I mean nobody,
- 0:12Speaker 1: really dug into the financials. You would think that a
- 0:15Speaker 1: man who was spreading the cheese all over the bread
- 0:18Speaker 1: the way he is would be looked at from a
- 0:21Speaker 1: financial point of view. But he was not. And the
- 0:25Speaker 1: only reason that I can come up with For that
- 0:28Speaker 1: not to occur. Is that the ties. That would have
- 0:31Speaker 1: led to other people. They didn't want this to become.
- 0:35Speaker 1: A RICO case. They didn't want you to know. All
- 0:38Speaker 1: of the people that were involved. You want to talk
- 0:41Speaker 1: about an embarrassment. For the federal government. Hell for the
- 0:44Speaker 1: governments of the world. Let this turn into a RICO case.
- 0:48Speaker 1: And let's start following the money. I mean, just take
- 0:51Speaker 1: a look at all of the people Jeffrey Epstein has
- 0:54Speaker 1: donated to throughout history. We're talking just about every politician
- 0:59Speaker 1: that you could think of in New York from the
- 1:02Speaker 1: early 90s up until his first arrest. I mean, he
- 1:05Speaker 1: gave Chuck Schumer a whole ton of money. So anyone
- 1:09Speaker 1: who received money from Jeffrey Epstein should be on the radar.
- 1:12Speaker 1: But that never occurred, right? And that's because there's a
- 1:16Speaker 1: two-tier justice system, folks. One set up for them and
- 1:19Speaker 1: one set up for me and you. And in this
- 1:22Speaker 1: article today that we're going to take a look at
- 1:25Speaker 1: from July of 2019, it's just another example of that.
- 1:30Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein wired $ 350, 000 to two people after a 2018
- 1:32Speaker 1: report that And we all know what that money was.
- 1:39Speaker 1: More hush money. And is it any surprise that these
- 1:44Speaker 1: co-conspirators haven't come out and went on the record? It's
- 1:49Speaker 1: because they were being paid off not to go out
- 1:51Speaker 1: on the record. And also, Epstein wasn't stupid when it
- 1:55Speaker 1: comes to his criminal enterprise. It's just like the mafia, right?
- 1:58Speaker 1: To get made, you have to clip somebody so that
- 2:02Speaker 1: you share in their crimes. And that's what Epstein did
- 2:05Speaker 1: with his assistants. The core four, they all partook in
- 2:09Speaker 1: the crimes so that they all had the legal jeopardy
- 2:13Speaker 1: that they were facing if things went south. But the
- 2:16Speaker 1: little add-on on the top of it was, I'll give
- 2:19Speaker 1: you some dough too. And that's how Jeffrey Epstein was
- 2:23Speaker 1: able to buy silence. And still to this day, none
- 2:27Speaker 1: of the core four have come out and spoken to authorities.
- 2:30Speaker 1: None of the core four have talked to the police.
- 2:34Speaker 1: And you would think that some of them would want
- 2:36Speaker 1: to get on the record at the very least and
- 2:38Speaker 1: have their stories told. Now, I know that there is
- 2:42Speaker 1: some legal jeopardy for some of them. I know Nadia,
- 2:46Speaker 1: Marcinkova especially, has some issues she would have to deal
- 2:52Speaker 1: with if she wants to speak out. But where's Sarah
- 2:55Speaker 1: Kellen Vickers? Where's Leslie Groff? Where's Adriana Ross? We haven't
- 2:59Speaker 1: heard anything from any of them. And then, the icing
- 3:03Speaker 1: on the cake is how Epstein was spreading this dough around,
- 3:06Speaker 1: the prosecutors knew, and still didn't wrap any of these
- 3:09Speaker 1: people up with a bow. Today's article is from Business Insider. Headline,
- 3:15Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein reportedly wired $ 350, 000 to two people after a
- 3:18Speaker 1: bombshell 2018 report, prosecutors say. This article was authored by
- 3:21Speaker 1: David Choi. Federal prosecutors accused Jeffrey Epstein, the 66-year-old hedge
- 3:34Speaker 1: fund manager, charged this week with sex trafficking and conspiracy
- 3:39Speaker 1: to commit sex trafficking of witness tampering and alleged he
- 3:46Speaker 1: wired hundreds of thousands of dollars to two potential witnesses,
- 3:50Speaker 1: according to court documents reviewed by the New York Times
- 3:53Speaker 1: on Friday. So if this was a mafia trial, and
- 3:58Speaker 1: Jeffrey Epstein's last name was, let's say, Ruggiero, all of
- 4:04Speaker 1: the people that he wired this money to would now
- 4:07Speaker 1: be part of the case. Anybody, if you received a
- 4:11Speaker 1: dollar from him, could now be part of this case
- 4:13Speaker 1: and be part of the criminal conspiracy, even if you
- 4:16Speaker 1: have done nothing wrong. That gives the feds the ability to,
- 4:19Speaker 1: you know, bug your phone, follow you, look at your financials,
- 4:22Speaker 1: get warrants on you, and all the rest of it.
- 4:25Speaker 1: And that's why the RICO laws are so powerful. And
- 4:28Speaker 1: that's why they go after the mafia with them. Because
- 4:30Speaker 1: when you can start targeting people's families, it changes the
- 4:33Speaker 1: whole entire landscape of the prosecution. Prosecutors claim Epstein wired $ 350, 000
- 4:43Speaker 1: between November and December in 2018 after the Miami Herald
- 4:48Speaker 1: published its extensive investigation about his previous plea deal with
- 4:52Speaker 1: the U.S. Attorney's Office in Miami, according to the Times. Unbelievable.
- 4:58Speaker 1: And nothing happened. You know, we look at this in
- 5:00Speaker 1: hindsight now, and when it was all happening in real time,
- 5:03Speaker 1: I'm saying to myself, oh yeah, someone's definitely getting nailed here.
- 5:06Speaker 1: Look at all this money flying every which way but loose.
- 5:09Speaker 1: Look at all of these wire transfers. Look at all
- 5:11Speaker 1: of these ill-gotten gains being moved around in the financial sector.
- 5:15Speaker 1: Somebody has to catch this, right? Surprise! Three years later,
- 5:19Speaker 1: four years later, nada. Nothing. Un gots. The two individuals
- 5:25Speaker 1: who are alleged to have received the money were possible co-conspirators,
- 5:29Speaker 1: prosecutors said, according to NBC News and The Times. So
- 5:34Speaker 1: you have people you're involved with, right? And you're moving
- 5:37Speaker 1: dough to them while you're under criminal prosecution, while you're
- 5:40Speaker 1: under investigation. And that doesn't lead the investigators to go
- 5:45Speaker 1: after the co-conspirators as well. They had everything they needed, folks,
- 5:51Speaker 1: to go after these co-conspirators. They did not. And again,
- 5:54Speaker 1: I ask you, why not? That's a question you need
- 5:57Speaker 1: to ask yourself. In 2008, Epstein cut a plea deal
- 6:03Speaker 1: with U.S. Attorney Office in Miami to avoid federal charges
- 6:08Speaker 1: on suspicion of sexually abusing underage girls at his mansion
- 6:11Speaker 1: in Palm Beach, Florida. Instead, he pleaded guilty to two
- 6:15Speaker 1: state counts of soliciting prostitution and avoided serving federal or
- 6:21Speaker 1: state prison. So... This guy has been getting the, you know,
- 6:25Speaker 1: king's end of the deal for how long? And it's
- 6:28Speaker 1: just so amazing to me that we had institution after institution,
- 6:32Speaker 1: law enforcement group after law enforcement group, not do a
- 6:35Speaker 1: damn thing, even though they knew who the guy was. Instead,
- 6:40Speaker 1: he registered as a sex offender and served 13 months
- 6:43Speaker 1: in a private wing of a county jail. For six
- 6:46Speaker 1: days a week, he was allowed to work in an
- 6:48Speaker 1: office setting for 12 hours a day. And according to reports,
- 6:51Speaker 1: he was still abusing girls while he was out on
- 6:54Speaker 1: this work release. So who's responsible for that? Oh, that's right.
- 6:58Speaker 1: The Palm Beach officers who were supposed to be with him,
- 7:00Speaker 1: they destroyed a bunch of documentation and records about their
- 7:03Speaker 1: time minding Jeffrey Epstein. So you tell me. Every time
- 7:07Speaker 1: we turn around, when it comes to Jeffrey Epstein, videos
- 7:10Speaker 1: are being erased, documentation's being erased, this is being erased,
- 7:14Speaker 1: that's being erased. So it's all a coincidence? I guess.
- 7:19Speaker 1: If you want to believe that all of this is
- 7:21Speaker 1: a coincidence, then that's fine. But for me, there is
- 7:26Speaker 1: obviously something bubbling under the surface here. And the idea
- 7:30Speaker 1: is to dig deep enough till we get to the source.
- 7:36Speaker 1: Epstein's attorneys reportedly asked the court that his client be
- 7:40Speaker 1: under house arrest with an ankle monitor, NBC News said.
- 7:44Speaker 1: Prosecutors are asking for Epstein's bail to be denied in
- 7:47Speaker 1: light of the new accusations of witness tampering. And this
- 7:51Speaker 1: was just old hat for Epstein. For people who might
- 7:54Speaker 1: not be aware, this is how he got off the
- 7:56Speaker 1: first time. It wasn't just Acosta. You think Acosta has
- 7:59Speaker 1: that kind of power? It was the whole entire broken system.
- 8:03Speaker 1: and Jeffrey Epstein's manipulation of it. This course of action,
- 8:09Speaker 1: and in particular its timing, suggests the defendant was attempting
- 8:12Speaker 1: to further influence co-conspirators who might provide information against him
- 8:17Speaker 1: in light of recently re-emerging allegations, prosecutors said in court filings,
- 8:21Speaker 1: according to NBC News. Now look, if these co-conspirators had
- 8:25Speaker 1: signed 302 proffers and they were working as government informants
- 8:29Speaker 1: and they were helping the government take down Maxwell and Epstein,
- 8:32Speaker 1: I could understand. But that's not the case. And the
- 8:35Speaker 1: only way anyone should be given any sort of leniency,
- 8:39Speaker 1: that doesn't mean get off completely, by the way, is
- 8:42Speaker 1: if you help out. If you give information that helps
- 8:45Speaker 1: the authorities make arrests. So why are the co-conspirators still
- 8:49Speaker 1: walking around and living it up? None of this money
- 8:52Speaker 1: that they received from Epstein was tainted? Epstein is currently
- 8:58Speaker 1: being held at the Metropolitan Correctional Center in Manhattan. He
- 9:02Speaker 1: is pleading not guilty to the charges of sex trafficking
- 9:05Speaker 1: and conspiracy to commit sex trafficking. He faces a maximum
- 9:09Speaker 1: sentence of 45 years in prison. Even that sentence is ridiculous.
- 9:13Speaker 1: How is it again? Ask yourself that Keith Rainieri gets
- 9:16Speaker 1: a buck 20, but Epstein was only looking at 45. Why?
- 9:22Speaker 1: How is it that the system is so tilted for
- 9:25Speaker 1: people like Epstein when you and I are Not that
- 9:28Speaker 1: you would ever commit anything like this, I would hope,
- 9:30Speaker 1: but we would be thrown underneath a jail. Forget about it.
- 9:37Speaker 1: The charging document alleged Epstein sexually exploited and abused dozens
- 9:42Speaker 1: of minor girls at his homes in Manhattan, New York,
- 9:45Speaker 1: and Palm Beach, Florida, among other locations. But what this
- 9:49Speaker 1: article shows you once again, folks, is that there were
- 9:52Speaker 1: a lot of people in on this. And a lot
- 9:53Speaker 1: of people were, you know, wetting their beak on Jeffrey
- 9:57Speaker 1: Epstein's dime. and this guy was making his money in
- 10:01Speaker 1: a criminalistic way. So that means everybody who was involved
- 10:04Speaker 1: with him, well, they're involved in the conspiracy. So how
- 10:08Speaker 1: is it that he's able to send money to co-conspirators?
- 10:11Speaker 1: He's able to send money to this one and that one.
- 10:13Speaker 1: And there's no forensic investigation. The SEC and the IRS
- 10:19Speaker 1: aren't over here with their bibs on and a fork
- 10:23Speaker 1: and knife and a plate because they're so hungry to
- 10:25Speaker 1: eat the rich. Isn't that the whole going mantra? That's
- 10:29Speaker 1: what the IRS is going to be doing moving forward?
- 10:32Speaker 1: I have a hard time believing it. Because guess what?
- 10:35Speaker 1: The track record says something different. Do you think you'd
- 10:38Speaker 1: be afforded all of these different rights and different, you know,
- 10:45Speaker 1: breaks in the system that Jeffrey Epstein got, of course
- 10:48Speaker 1: he wouldn't be. But he was. And guess what? That
- 10:52Speaker 1: whole time that he was catching those breaks, that whole
- 10:55Speaker 1: time that he was being enabled, he was raping and
- 10:59Speaker 1: abusing children and women. And all of the people who
- 11:03Speaker 1: were involved in that need to be held responsible. All right, folks,
- 11:09Speaker 1: it's going to do it for this one. If you'd
