• 0:00
SPEAKER_02: Let's just stop recording now.
• 0:04
SPEAKER_00: To an untrained male in the bikini wellness fit model section, a guy doesn't think about the term density in the same sense.
• 0:14
SPEAKER_00: Size and volume and density, just sheer mass, is essentially all the same thing when you're thinking from a male perspective, because no guy is thinking like, yeah, I don't want to get bigger.
• 0:26
SPEAKER_00: It's like we in bikini aren't thinking about adding the width to the shoulders or adding when you're talking about glutes, when you're talking about density, it's literally the fact of that like the deep muscle fibers, like the time, the time being put in month after month to allow that to not go away when you get conditioned, so that you have more of that density.
• 0:50
SPEAKER_00: Whereas on the male side of things, it's they just like size is more relevant to them.
• 0:55
SPEAKER_00: When we're talking about how you don't want to get bigger, but you want to get denser, it literally means your glutes are in the perfect shape.
• 1:03
SPEAKER_00: We're just trying to make sure that the density sticks.
• 1:06
SPEAKER_00: Don't you're not trying to get wider glutes, you're not trying to get bigger glutes.
• 1:11
  SPEAKER_00: Like that's that's the thing.
• 1:13
SPEAKER_00: That's where the that's where the miscommunication is and the disconnect between people that don't have an eye or even the vocabulary for what we're talking about in the women's side of things.
• 1:22
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and it's sorry to start off with a rant, guys, but we were just reading our comments from one of the videos on that we posted on Instagram about density and muscle that we were talking about last week.
• 1:33
SPEAKER_02: And literally, there's so many people being like, Well, you're gonna get more size.
• 1:38
SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, I understand, I understand your concept, but at the same time, it can be done, but it's just gonna take time, it's gonna take patience, it's gonna take awareness.
• 1:48
SPEAKER_02: And these are all the things that all these guys in these comments are talking about.
• 1:53
SPEAKER_02: And I'm like, but I didn't not say this is gonna take time.
• 1:56
SPEAKER_00: And notice that it's notice that it's one, all men that have, when you go on their page, nothing to do, nothing to do with the women's section of things.
• 2:04
SPEAKER_00: And then the one guy that's in there that is a coach is like in there backing us up because he knows what the fuck he's talking about.
• 2:10
SPEAKER_00: And then, of course, all the wellness and bikini girls are in there, like, yeah, 100%.
• 2:14
SPEAKER_00: Because guess who fucking gets it?
• 2:16
  SPEAKER_02: Like anyway.
• 2:19
SPEAKER_02: Hello guys, and welcome back.
• 2:22
  SPEAKER_00: Hello everyone, welcome back.
• 2:24
SPEAKER_02: We we literally, I was just like, let's try and find some questions for today because obviously, you know, people will ask questions or whatever, and um, I just stumbled across obviously all the comments, and I was like, my god, I didn't even realize there was so so bloody many that we triggered however many males in the industry to uh to uh not be happy with that.
• 2:45
SPEAKER_02: But at the same time, it's also people have their own opinion, people ask questions, whatever.
• 2:50
SPEAKER_02: It also challenges us to kind of talk about it more and obviously explain it more if people don't understand it.
• 2:55
  SPEAKER_02: So that's fine, that's absolutely fine.
• 2:58
SPEAKER_02: So, but I still haven't found any questions for today anyway.
• 3:02
SPEAKER_02: So we'll just roll with it.
• 3:04
SPEAKER_02: Have you got any questions on your end?
• 3:07
SPEAKER_00: Um, I got a couple, oh, to the the couple comments that keep saying to please put the show title in the YouTube, Phoebe updated that.
• 3:16
SPEAKER_00: So you will see whatever show we're recapping will be somewhere in the title.
• 3:20
SPEAKER_00: So you know what you're aside from our QA's and our our chatter, you'll know what show we're touching on.
• 3:27
SPEAKER_02: Yes, I promise I'll do that more after.
• 3:28
SPEAKER_02: Because I never I didn't know if people want that as the main title or not if they even care.
• 3:33
SPEAKER_02: Like, so that's good to know that people are like, yeah, that's what we definitely want.
• 3:36
  SPEAKER_02: So yeah.
• 3:37
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, there is one.
• 3:39
SPEAKER_02: Okay, someone has actually asked.
• 3:42
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know why I'm starting with questions.
• 3:43
SPEAKER_02: Do you want to start with questions or end with questions?
• 3:45
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, just you're you're on it, hit it, and then we'll go into shows.
• 3:48
SPEAKER_02: Um, any advice for women who get super striated up top first and find and finding a balance in conditioning to bring the lower in two, if that makes sense.
• 4:02
SPEAKER_02: I feel like a lot of girls get too lean up top.
• 4:05
SPEAKER_02: Is it just not enough glute density on lower?
• 4:09
SPEAKER_02: How can they keep building a soft upper, uh a bikini upper soft and lower conditioned properly?
• 4:18
SPEAKER_02: Like having that having that balance between the two.
• 4:21
SPEAKER_00: I mean, so a lot of that is on the side of like the actual coaching and nutrition side of things because conditioning comes into play majority through their decision making.
• 4:30
SPEAKER_00: Um, but they're 100% right in talking about just more lower body density.
• 4:34
SPEAKER_00: Um, some people are genetically disposed to certain things, right?
• 4:37
SPEAKER_00: We see that on everybody.
• 4:38
SPEAKER_00: Some people will get like in everything from the shape of the tie-in to what gets conditioned first and where your fat holds more.
• 4:46
SPEAKER_00: Some people have that lower glute that holds on longer, some people have the lower stomach that holds on longer.
• 4:51
SPEAKER_00: So that's just genetic disposition in that sense.
• 4:54
SPEAKER_00: But the way you fight that is literally growing the muscle in the area.
• 4:58
SPEAKER_00: Like we talked about to start this off, um, is the the density will help in conditioning.
• 5:03
  SPEAKER_00: That it's it's time.
• 5:05
SPEAKER_00: And a big thing with that too is, and Phoebe will big time attest to this, is every single prep, you're gonna have better and better body composition starting off.
• 5:15
SPEAKER_00: As long as you're not an asshole in your off season.
• 5:17
SPEAKER_00: But the more seasoned and seasoned you get, the better and better your reverses are after every prep, the better you're going to kick off your next um your next show season.
• 5:27
SPEAKER_00: And so you will in time see that conditioning slowly start to even out as you're building that density.
• 5:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, so it's a mixture of building that density and having those proper reverses and proper preps that allows your body that good composition to kick it off with.
• 5:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, 100%.
• 5:44
  SPEAKER_02: 100%.
• 5:45
SPEAKER_02: And I think like honestly, I like nothing to add to that, but literally just time, time, time over training is going to get you those results as well.
• 5:54
SPEAKER_02: And like each prep is always going to be different.
• 5:56
SPEAKER_02: And I think it's hard because I do think that a lot of people do see a lot of people competing, top pros competing, and they think, okay, it's taking, you know, it they're just there, they're just genetically like that.
• 6:10
SPEAKER_02: The genetically elites are like that.
• 6:13
SPEAKER_02: Honestly, it's it's most of us have been, it's just been time.
• 6:16
SPEAKER_02: Like, if you see all of the girls at the top, they've had at least 10, 10 to like, well, at least six to ten years in the game, finding their balance and finding their thing.
• 6:29
SPEAKER_02: Because I was the same where my my upper body at the beginning of my journey was like my main downfall, should I say, where it was, it was always okay.
• 6:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, upper body's good, lower body still needs to grow.
• 6:38
SPEAKER_02: And even in 2024, that was like a main thing, lower body still needs to grow.
• 6:43
SPEAKER_02: And even when I got seventh, lower body still needs to grow.
• 6:45
SPEAKER_02: Like upper body just wasn't balanced enough, like it still needed more.
• 6:50
SPEAKER_02: So I just think it does take more time, honestly, than you think.
• 6:54
SPEAKER_02: It's not, it might not even take a year, it might not even take two years, it might literally be like three plus years to like get those results, and that's something that you should be okay with in bodybuilding.
• 7:04
SPEAKER_02: I think it's hard to like understand that because we want those quick results, but building loss is hard, it is hard, yeah.
• 7:13
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, yeah, the time, like you said, the time is literally the biggest thing.
• 7:18
SPEAKER_00: Doing everything properly during that time, of course, is a major factor, but yes, the time, the time that is put in matters a big deal.
• 7:24
  SPEAKER_02: 1000%.
• 7:25
SPEAKER_02: Because I feel like I only feel like I've properly been doing things like the last two years, and the results have been like upside, like upside down, night and day.
• 7:35
SPEAKER_02: So it's kind of like you could yes, time, but then also actually what would you say is better?
• 7:42
  SPEAKER_02: Time and what?
• 7:43
SPEAKER_02: I know, time time or doing things obviously not better, but what is more do it doing that the execution of what you're doing is always gonna be better.
• 7:54
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 7:54
  SPEAKER_00: Always.
• 7:55
SPEAKER_00: You will get for those that want to use the word faster, you will get faster results doing things the right way.
• 8:00
SPEAKER_00: It's gonna be more proper results.
• 8:01
  SPEAKER_00: And you're a testament to this.
• 8:02
SPEAKER_00: I could speak to like my personal take on this with a bunch of my clients is I've got I've got bikini Olympians, I've got wellness Olympians, I've got open pro bodybuilders that are like like double, like fucking 50 pounds more muscle than like any average person out there, probably more than 50, right?
• 8:19
SPEAKER_00: Um, but they've been then they're pros, they've been doing this, they're seasoned, but they come over to me for training, and they're sitting there shooting me messages in their feedback videos like, dude, I've never felt my back light up like this and weeks in and months in, and we're seeing more progress than they have in their eight years leading up to their pro career.
• 8:38
SPEAKER_00: So that's on the training side of things.
• 8:39
SPEAKER_00: And then look at you on the coaching side of things.
• 8:41
SPEAKER_00: You've been a pro and at the Olympia level, but yet you get with Jamie, and in a matter of two years, you're making more progress than you have your whole career.
• 8:49
SPEAKER_00: So doing things right over uh if we're gonna if we're gonna put like a totem pole of this, like doing things right is at the very top.
• 8:57
SPEAKER_00: Time, time is always there, time is there for everything.
• 9:00
SPEAKER_00: They go hand in hand.
• 9:01
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, time time goes hand in hand with everything because, like I said, you you s you kick everything off better and better every time, the it along with doing it correctly, right?
• 9:11
SPEAKER_00: So time goes hand in hand with it all.
• 9:14
SPEAKER_00: Um, but every year you're going to get that much better because time is passing, but you're going to do better because you're doing it right.
• 9:22
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, 100%.
• 9:24
  SPEAKER_02: 100%.
• 9:25
  SPEAKER_02: Preach it, girl.
• 9:26
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 9:26
SPEAKER_02: Let me let me get these up.
• 9:34
SPEAKER_00: So we have results from this past weekend.
• 9:37
SPEAKER_00: Two two small shows, but two dense shows.
• 9:39
SPEAKER_02: Like that was those are let me which one's this?
• 9:44
  SPEAKER_02: Is this optimum?
• 9:46
SPEAKER_02: So we had Issa winning.
• 9:48
  SPEAKER_02: Optimum.
• 9:49
  SPEAKER_00: There's the front James.
• 9:50
SPEAKER_00: Thanks for listening to the podcast.
• 9:52
SPEAKER_02: I I saw it and I said it to you, and I was like, oh my gosh, she's changed it.
• 9:57
SPEAKER_02: So that was it looks so fucking good.
• 10:00
SPEAKER_02: He did also mention on his Instagram that obviously she was angling incorrectly.
• 10:04
SPEAKER_02: So again, that comes down to sometimes like I did that in at the Arnold US, like angling correctly is so important to how your physique is then gonna be shown.
• 10:14
SPEAKER_02: So she was he literally outright said she was angling off, like she's been off stage.
• 10:18
SPEAKER_00: And he mentioned how she had literally taken two years off the stage, like that plays a big role.
• 10:22
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, yeah, it really does.
• 10:23
SPEAKER_02: So it's just trying to get your your um what's it, your bearings again on stage.
• 10:28
SPEAKER_02: Like it's not like yeah, she's done this for 10 plus years, but like it just comes straight back to her.
• 10:32
SPEAKER_02: There's obviously things, some things that you're gonna be like, okay, wait, let me just give me a second to like figure this out and stuff like that, which I think is good.
• 10:38
SPEAKER_02: And I love that that she's continuing to do more shows.
• 10:42
SPEAKER_02: Um, because again, she needs that practice, she needs like that feedback moving into the biggest show of all.
• 10:48
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 10:49
SPEAKER_00: And I I love, I I almost wish, like, because this is how media goes, right?
• 10:54
SPEAKER_00: Is Lorely and Amy are the talk of the town because of Miami.
• 10:58
SPEAKER_00: It's almost as if they were in their own league there.
• 11:01
SPEAKER_00: I wish that if if Issa had hit her front pose like this, it would have been that much better to be in comparison.
• 11:08
  SPEAKER_00: Like more.
• 11:09
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, we would we would have her this front pose compared next to the two of them rather than having to like clip this front pose and act like we can compare it to the week prior.
• 11:19
SPEAKER_00: Like it would have been great to see her hitting it like this because it would have been so much more comparable.
• 11:25
SPEAKER_00: Like, this is a night and day difference.
• 11:27
  SPEAKER_00: She looks incredible.
• 11:28
  SPEAKER_02: That's good.
• 11:29
SPEAKER_02: I mean, it's the same as like any show, like you don't know that until you get the feedback, which is probably the most frustrating thing about bodybuilding in general, because you're like, what if I just did this?
• 11:38
SPEAKER_02: I should have just done that.
• 11:40
SPEAKER_02: But that is one thing I would say to anyone listening is to try and not have that what if mentality because it will ruin you over time.
• 11:50
SPEAKER_02: Because obviously, which again, what you said is completely facts, and like it is exciting because if she'd done it like this, would she have been closer to Laurelie and Amy?
• 11:59
SPEAKER_02: Um, but from an amateur or even pro perspective, like thinking about that, I've been in that position so many times, and it has ruined my enjoyment and progress.
• 12:14
SPEAKER_02: E to you so much.
• 12:16
SPEAKER_02: So I did it a little bit at the Arnold US when I was like, well, if I'd angled a little bit better or hit my front pose better, what I maybe would I have pushed up.
• 12:24
  SPEAKER_02: You don't know that.
• 12:26
SPEAKER_02: All you can do now is just do what you've done feedback-wise and improve moving forwards from that, and that be your fire to keep improving versus saying what if, what if, what if.
• 12:39
SPEAKER_02: Because that is something that is a never-ending like thing of asking yourself, what if, what if, what if all the time when you're on stage.
• 12:46
SPEAKER_02: So it it gets tough.
• 12:47
SPEAKER_00: But anyway, um we're gonna see that rematch with the Olympia.
• 12:51
SPEAKER_02: So we'll see all the fucking that's all the heavy hitters.
• 12:54
SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be really, really cool.
• 12:56
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I think my proposed was so much better hit here.
• 12:58
  SPEAKER_00: So much better.
• 12:59
SPEAKER_00: Regardless, best Isa that I think I have ever seen on a bodybuilding stage, which makes me very excited for Olympia.
• 13:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is gonna be cool.
• 13:06
SPEAKER_02: I mean, there's a mixed bag here in terms of like you've got Rachel, which Rachel, that's really good for Rachel placing second behind Issa.
• 13:14
  SPEAKER_02: That's really, really cool.
• 13:15
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, um, yeah, she's been super consistent.
• 13:17
SPEAKER_00: She's gotten fourth, four, third, and second now this season.
• 13:20
SPEAKER_02: Is she on the list?
• 13:21
SPEAKER_02: She's on the list, surely.
• 13:23
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if that maybe that second put her on there.
• 13:26
SPEAKER_00: Right there at the bottom, top five in points outside of the top 25.
• 13:29
SPEAKER_00: Oh, I like right there at the bottom.
• 13:31
  SPEAKER_02: I like how John's done that.
• 13:33
SPEAKER_02: He's got outside, so now you can see because I was like, oh, top look obviously it's good to see top 25, but who's next up, who's getting pushed down and out just because I want to see.
• 13:43
  SPEAKER_02: That's cool.
• 13:44
SPEAKER_02: Um, I know I want to say this girl here, Lily.
• 13:48
SPEAKER_02: I think I've seen her on Instagram a few times, and I think she's actually competing soon in the US.
• 13:54
SPEAKER_02: So she's gonna she's gonna be someone, she obviously she's gotten seven, so I don't know what show she did.
• 14:00
SPEAKER_02: I think she did New Zealand and another show.
• 14:01
SPEAKER_00: She yeah, she got second to Kate, I think, and then she went to Hawaii.
• 14:06
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 14:07
SPEAKER_02: So this will be interesting to kind of see.
• 14:09
SPEAKER_02: Okay, is she gonna bump up?
• 14:11
  SPEAKER_02: Is she gonna continue?
• 14:12
SPEAKER_02: Like, because she's got a couple shows in the US now that she's gonna be doing.
• 14:15
  SPEAKER_02: So yeah.
• 14:16
SPEAKER_02: Oh, I love this so much.
• 14:17
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so let me just go back to the show.
• 14:19
SPEAKER_02: I know it makes it so fun, like from a spectator perspective, it's obviously no, it's not fun for the athletes that are actually fighting and battling this out.
• 14:25
SPEAKER_02: So I'm sorry that we're like enjoying this, but like it's it's just exciting for the sport to see.
• 14:30
SPEAKER_00: Like you guys want to become more mainstream.
• 14:32
SPEAKER_02: Here's your I know it literally is.
• 14:35
SPEAKER_02: So, um, and then you've got Nivea.
• 14:38
SPEAKER_02: She's also been really she's also been quite consistent as well at these shows, so it's just cool.
• 14:42
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's she's come down though.
• 14:44
SPEAKER_02: I think she looks more um Streamlined.
• 14:48
  SPEAKER_02: Excuse me.
• 14:49
SPEAKER_02: She yeah, she looks a lot more streamlined in this front post because I remember before, I think she did Brazil, and then when she did the Arnold UK, I was like, damn, her like hamstrings in lower body, it's still more dominant, but it was like really dominant, like a lot more dominant from what I could see.
• 15:04
SPEAKER_02: So I feel like she's come down and she's a bit more streamlined now, which is cool to see.
• 15:08
SPEAKER_02: So same with Jody, actually.
• 15:09
SPEAKER_02: Jody looks way more streamlined here, yeah, yeah.
• 15:13
SPEAKER_02: Which is cool to see.
• 15:14
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I like this look on Jody.
• 15:15
SPEAKER_00: I think she finished last season with a a second or a third at the Arizona Pro, I think it was.
• 15:21
  SPEAKER_00: Nice.
• 15:22
SPEAKER_00: Or the rising phoenix, whatever one that was.
• 15:24
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 15:24
SPEAKER_00: And then she called it a season there, and she came back looking great.
• 15:27
SPEAKER_00: This is a good look on her.
• 15:28
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's cool.
• 15:30
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then you've got Brittany Gillespie.
• 15:32
SPEAKER_02: She has come back with a vengeance.
• 15:34
  SPEAKER_02: I mean, she's always been quite a um a uh what's the word?
• 15:38
SPEAKER_02: A dense girl, like lower in the in the lower body, mainly the glutes.
• 15:42
  SPEAKER_02: Her glutes are always.
• 15:43
SPEAKER_00: To me, she's always consistent.
• 15:44
SPEAKER_00: I like I feel like, and I could be wrong here, but I feel like if I put this look next to last year's look, next to the year's look before it, there's little changes, but she's just always consistent.
• 15:53
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she she I know what she's gonna look like on stage, and it's always good.
• 15:57
  SPEAKER_00: So that's good.
• 15:59
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think I think I want to see her potentially.
• 16:02
SPEAKER_02: I mean, again, this is just a photo, just hitting her front pose better, just making sure she can see more upper body, because I feel like she has a decent amount of lower body here.
• 16:11
SPEAKER_02: But can you see how Jody's standing, how she's opening up, but then you see, I mean, she's obviously hiding her back shoulder here, but you can see that width is nice and balanced.
• 16:19
SPEAKER_02: It just looks a little off balance here, which again could be the photo.
• 16:22
SPEAKER_02: But yeah, it could be the photos.
• 16:24
SPEAKER_02: She could be like leaning and setting into it, but yeah, just making sure that you have that upper body like balanced.
• 16:29
  SPEAKER_02: That's pretty much it.
• 16:30
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then you've got Yulia.
• 16:32
SPEAKER_02: Again, Julia, I'm pretty sure, has placed like top six in most of her shows now, and she's done like multiple shows this year already, which is cool to see.
• 16:41
SPEAKER_00: So I'm pretty sure Yulia's like the most consistent top six competitor of all time at this point.
• 16:46
  SPEAKER_00: Like she really is.
• 16:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is so this is a lot better from Esaf, to be fair, from the back pose, like in terms of conditioning and stuff.
• 16:53
SPEAKER_02: I think it's a good mix between, like, yeah.
• 16:56
SPEAKER_02: Um, I was gonna say Britney.
• 16:58
SPEAKER_02: Um, Rachel is they look the exact same like from the back in terms of like the hair and stuff.
• 17:04
SPEAKER_02: Um, Rachel is more conditioned from the back, I think, has more detail from the back, but again, it's not about who's the most conditioned from the back, it's about obviously all the other things.
• 17:16
SPEAKER_02: Um, do you feel like there's anything else for AC to still improve on?
• 17:21
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, a little bit of conditioning for sure.
• 17:22
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 17:23
SPEAKER_00: Like the main thing is, and I think I can't speak for them, but I feel like it's um playing a little bit more on the safe side, knowing that this is the best density and shape and projection her glutes have ever had.
• 17:34
SPEAKER_00: So let's not push the conditioning too much and lose what we've built.
• 17:38
SPEAKER_00: So let's knock these couple shows out.
• 17:40
  SPEAKER_00: Let's win Optimum.
• 17:41
SPEAKER_00: She's doing DC this weekend, pushing for another win.
• 17:44
SPEAKER_00: Um, I don't know if she has another after that, but if she's calling it to Olympia, then they can play this more on the safe side.
• 17:50
SPEAKER_00: Take that time in between, kind of like what you're doing with your glutes in a sense.
• 17:54
SPEAKER_00: Take that time from now to Olympia.
• 17:57
SPEAKER_00: Let's push even more so that we have that built up that little bit more so we can push the conditioning harder for Olympia.
• 18:04
  SPEAKER_00: That's what I would be doing.
• 18:05
  SPEAKER_00: Correct.
• 18:05
  SPEAKER_02: So yeah, I think that's good.
• 18:07
  SPEAKER_02: I think that's correct as well.
• 18:08
SPEAKER_02: And I think it's hard because that it's always hard when you don't actually have as much time.
• 18:13
SPEAKER_02: So you have to be really strategic with the time that you do have.
• 18:16
SPEAKER_02: Because even me and my friend were speaking the other day, like, I'm actually quite surprised that Issa's competing later into the season and giving herself like a smaller time frame for the Olympia, but then also at the same time, strategy-wise, that makes sense because they've already done the groundwork in terms of like building and getting into the conditioning.
• 18:38
SPEAKER_02: Then it is holding and slighting changes here and there, and then straight back into Olympia prep anyway.
• 18:43
SPEAKER_02: So there's no it's it's all strategy because we were literally discussing strategy for me, for example, and like Laurelie, Amy.
• 18:51
SPEAKER_02: They've had we've got 18 to 14, uh 18 to 17 weeks now, like in between, it's now 16 and a half weeks out, actually.
• 18:57
  SPEAKER_02: I'm pretty sure.
• 18:58
  SPEAKER_02: Which is fucked.
• 18:59
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, it's coming around so quick.
• 19:01
SPEAKER_02: So, but we have a lot more time in between, but we've also been dieting since like what January.
• 19:08
SPEAKER_02: Well, I've been dieting since September, so I definitely needed a break.
• 19:12
SPEAKER_02: And then, same with Issa, I don't know when Isa started dieting for these shows specifically, but I'm like, that's not much time in between the Olympia, but then also equally, she doesn't need that much time because she probably started after me.
• 19:26
SPEAKER_02: If that makes sense for dieting.
• 19:27
SPEAKER_02: So I do think that it's like again, all these pros are making strategic decisions and it's all planned out.
• 19:34
SPEAKER_02: So it's not like, hey, we're just gonna do these shows and then just see what happens.
• 19:37
SPEAKER_02: So it is cool to see the different strategies though.
• 19:40
SPEAKER_00: So yeah, I love it.
• 19:42
SPEAKER_00: I mean, the a big thing with Issa too is like looking at her glutes right now, they're in like, I don't want to say double because it's obviously not double, but it looks double the size and density of her last Olympia appearance two years ago.
• 19:55
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 19:55
SPEAKER_00: Where it was her last time on stage, completely revamped, completely revitalized.
• 20:00
SPEAKER_00: Like glutes look double in size.
• 20:02
SPEAKER_00: And so I do think it's smarter to play it on the slightly softer side, and then let's ramp it up into Olympia.
• 20:10
SPEAKER_00: Um and primarily because again, just like what we talked about with Maureen last Olympia, not everyone needs the amount of conditioning that some do to place well.
• 20:20
SPEAKER_00: Issa, look at her front pose, and she fucking wipes the floor.
• 20:23
SPEAKER_00: She turns to the back, might give up a little bit in conditioning, but still has that insane shape where there's no fucking waist.
• 20:30
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 20:31
  SPEAKER_02: So yeah, 100% agree.
• 20:33
SPEAKER_02: I really like um Rachel's back post.
• 20:36
  SPEAKER_00: I love Rachel's back post.
• 20:38
  SPEAKER_00: Love it.
• 20:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I do really like Rachel's back post.
• 20:40
SPEAKER_02: Just because I like just a little bit of a sharper tie in anyway.
• 20:43
SPEAKER_02: So that's just my personal preference.
• 20:45
SPEAKER_02: I will say she probably just has to be careful with adductors over time, just purely because that's also been my fighting factor.
• 20:52
SPEAKER_02: Is like it's always as you get more conditions, so that that kind of like pull from the hamstrings and the inductors kind of start to show more.
• 20:59
SPEAKER_02: And to be fair, a lot of people have it's not loads to be fair.
• 21:05
  SPEAKER_02: I think Navea's a little bit sharper.
• 21:06
  SPEAKER_02: Navea's the hardest here.
• 21:08
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think Navea's a little and Jody.
• 21:10
  SPEAKER_02: Jody has like sharper.
• 21:11
SPEAKER_02: It's so weird how everyone's literally so different.
• 21:14
SPEAKER_02: Navea has like more striations in the hamstrings, I would say, and then Jody has a little bit more point in the actual like glute, if that makes sense.
• 21:23
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 21:23
SPEAKER_00: But I mean Jody's also sitting into it a bit harder and creating more of an X rather than an hourglass.
• 21:30
SPEAKER_00: She's sitting into it big, like she's bleaching.
• 21:33
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's true.
• 21:34
  SPEAKER_02: That's true.
• 21:35
SPEAKER_02: So I mean, everyone's obviously very, very different here, but I do think that is always like the I think it's so funny that the back pose is like is something you do have to be very this it's very, very fine line.
• 21:47
SPEAKER_02: Like, yes, they want that conditioning and they want to see that the lines and obviously the density from it, but then it's like that much of a hairline where it's like, okay, cool, now it's too much.
• 21:55
SPEAKER_02: You know, now that's a little bit too much conditioning.
• 21:58
SPEAKER_02: So it is always hard when it comes to bikini.
• 22:00
SPEAKER_00: I mean that's why it's that's why it's hard to achieve you know so yeah it was just a 369 oh Brittany and Jody were close yeah yeah that's interesting I do which it's funny when you go when you go back to the back pose that is apples to oranges completely fucking different back pose and they are literally just preference like completely different that's just a matter of preference of judges right there.
• 22:26
SPEAKER_02: I do like Jody's front pose a lot I just I think I like the way that Jody's hitting her front pose more than Britney again just in this shot just because it might not be a fully 100% sat shot whatever but then I do like how Brittany is sitting into it more.
• 22:43
SPEAKER_02: I would say she needs a little bit more conditioning from the back but obviously I'm sure this is her first show since did she compete last year yes I don't remember where she stopped but she was competing she was at Toronto she got second at Toronto last year.
• 22:57
SPEAKER_02: Oh okay okay nice so yeah I would say she just needs a little bit more conditioning from the back but I like her back pose over Jodie's but I like Jodie's front pose.
• 23:04
SPEAKER_02: So again it's like it's flip-flopping so yeah yeah for sure um and then that was it okay cool and then we had other people that were in yeah that we um had Legion as well which Legion was there seven of them in the end or was there six yeah there was seven so it was a small show which I'm quite surprised with because I thought Legion I mean Legion usually is a popular show but I think what we discussed last year was obviously the timing of it I think after the back to back big shows like Miami, Pittsburgh New York was just bad timing in terms of how many people just needed a break because I've never really seen four like four shows back to back before from people but like three is kind of like a normal thing that a lot of people do.
• 23:52
SPEAKER_02: So I think it just gave gives people a little bit of time you know but the surprise was obviously me and you said last week like Rainer and Savannah you know that's kind of you know the given we think and it was actually Rainer Rainer and Maya coming second which I love how this I love when this changes and again it's not like we predicted we're like oh yeah that's definitely gonna happen that was our opinion on what happened but like I love just statistical we come up with it because of how like Savannah placed the season like we're like oh yeah Savannah's gonna be up there but Maya Maya brought it like she looked awesome she looks really comparable against um Rainer as well it was really cool to see both of them stand next to each other and you actually realize how dense Maya is if I'm honest yeah um and it kind of shone a light light on that which was really really really cool to see so um Rainer looks really really good I mean obviously I think coming into this I think I knew Rainer was going to kind of be one of the the girls that were at that top because obviously she's placed very highly she was at the Olympia she was at the Arnold she's you know she's she's placed very very well over the last couple of years and she's a very very good athlete so I kind of was like yeah Raina's probably probably at the top of this at the top of this is for this show or the front runner or whatever they like to call it um but it was cool to see obviously compare comparisons and I everyone's very dense at this show really like in a in the best way possible.
• 25:17
SPEAKER_00: Yeah I was surprised is she not is she not on any list this upcoming weekend because she needs another win and I could I I was kind of shocked that I didn't see her name come up.
• 25:29
SPEAKER_00: I didn't think I did at least yeah no that was surprising I mean maybe because she's where is she based?
• 25:40
SPEAKER_00: I think she is in she's somewhere in South America I believe because she does the she won Mexico Pro last year.
• 25:47
SPEAKER_02: Remember when she did the uh she did the the border hop shows where she competed in one on Saturday and then flew to the one on Sunday that's crazy that is actually the next day yeah that was crazy but yeah I could I swear she lives like lives down there like just yeah so it might just be a case of like figuring out obviously timing of things flying and wet and being strategic with what show she does because obviously she's also she also we know that she's gonna be at the Olympia right like she's a great athlete she's gonna get that but also they need to be strategic with what they do in terms of picking and how long they keep competing for so yeah potentially just waiting for the right show to make sure like okay yeah I mean it it paid off not that she couldn't push Issa but it's like Issa's doing DC so maybe that wouldn't have been in her favor.
• 26:34
SPEAKER_00: Um Toronto the following week is a stack dash show so it's like maybe they are just very much so strategizing.
• 26:40
SPEAKER_02: Well you never know she might just be in Toronto as well.
• 26:43
SPEAKER_00: Well she could be that's she might be if she's in Toronto that show that show's gonna be unreal if she is yeah um I'm not gonna put out there who's all doing it but it's gonna be a recon yeah it's gonna be a cool show.
• 26:53
SPEAKER_02: That's gonna be so cool to see.
• 26:54
SPEAKER_02: So um but yeah I think she's definitely you can see she's improving her front pose as well.
• 26:59
SPEAKER_02: You because I know that was something that she's always like been talking or she's spoken to about before and I know that's been her feedback was just her front pose just trying to obviously open up and make sure that she's just showing off a little bit more shape even though she's got so much shape she just needs I think in her upper body from previous shows from what I've seen before is more showing more upper body I think so she needs more lat development is what it is to me.
• 27:26
SPEAKER_00: And I I said this after Olympia last year I said this after she competed against you in San Diego was it um she she needs more lat development that's all it is.
• 27:35
SPEAKER_00: If she had a little because she's doing she's forcing it.
• 27:38
SPEAKER_00: When you look at her front poster she's trying to force the shape that she doesn't have the density for and it's making her delt look overpowering in comparison to the entire rest of her upper body.
• 27:49
SPEAKER_00: Yeah yeah and so if there's a little bit more lat development she's able to sit more naturally into that the arm can hang more naturally rather than be so stiff and forced and I think that puts her immediately in the top 10 of the Olympia like that little change right there pushes her over the edge because she was what 11th last year 12th so she was 11th yeah yeah yeah so she was on the cast that that little bit is going to push her over the edge for sure.
• 28:12
SPEAKER_02: Yeah because you can see obviously Maya has great shape and stuff like that as well but you can see how Maya's arm is just hanging where it is just a much more natural S-curve.
• 28:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah same with even Hannah if I'm honest like and a lot but I the hard thing is and I even know this like from being on stage and stuff when there's one thing because that might just be the one bit of feedback that she has to hold on to right so mine was S-curve.
• 28:35
SPEAKER_02: So I was obsessed with sitting into that hip correctly making sure that I was like doing everything correctly and sometimes you overshoot it without noticing because you're like okay I really need to make sure that I'm showing off my upper body or making sure that I'm sitting into the screw to make sure I'm showing off that S-curve more so because I want them to notice that sometimes you overshoot and you don't realize and you're like fuck I didn't need to like do that.
• 28:58
SPEAKER_02: So it is trying to find that nice balance of especially when you're on stage when you're also practicing as well but when you're on stage okay I know I need a little bit more development or I need a little bit more of this.
• 29:10
SPEAKER_02: So make sure that we don't overdo it or overpose because it's easy to do that for sure.
• 29:17
SPEAKER_00: So um this was overall I liked I liked a lot of people in this lineup I thought Savannah looked amazing.
• 29:24
SPEAKER_00: I I don't um I'm not there in person I don't per looking at this I feel like she could be up a couple placings but you never know when it comes to how did the posing go?
• 29:34
SPEAKER_00: How was the walking to the back how were the transitions and I haven't seen the back pose either but looking at the front pose Savannah has one of the most natural sitting front poses there is.
• 29:43
SPEAKER_02: Yeah so and she's so dense and that might been a downplay potentially like I think she's yeah she's she's pretty dense here so I'm not saying that she's too dense by any means but like again next to other people might have been like oh that's a little too much because she's also she's not tall but she's taller than these three.
• 30:02
SPEAKER_02: So potentially it could have been a uh I don't know if it actually was again this is just me speculating but looking at things being like was this XYZ like it's all illusion when it comes down to it when you're next to other people sometimes in the moment it's like oh okay that doesn't look right next to this person and that's that's just how it goes it might not just be the physique in general it's just illusions which again is probably the hardest thing about bodybuilding as well but um she looked very very good I loved I think she posted one of the videos because I think Amy's um husband posted a lot of the videos and stuff and they looked so good so good.
• 30:38
SPEAKER_02: I love her shape I love her density so much.
• 30:41
SPEAKER_02: But yeah sorry we're skipping everyone so Maya looked really really good I think this was probably my favorite conditioning from Maya as well like I feel like everything kind of played very nicely like she had a very good balance from top to bottom waist was really nice and tight I from what I saw from the videos and stuff like that her presentation looks like really good she looked very very confident.
• 31:00
SPEAKER_02: Yeah I also loved the stage it was very Pittsburgh esque where it was like darker and then just the stage was lit up which I really like the idea of versus everything else being brighter.
• 31:13
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 31:13
SPEAKER_00: Yeah this uh this look on Maya is just a rinse and repeat in my opinion like it's just a and I'm not saying this in a negative way it's just a matter of fact that Reina is that fucking good that Maya just wasn't gonna beat her on that day.
• 31:27
SPEAKER_00: But Maya is second place here beating everyone else for a reason.
• 31:31
SPEAKER_00: This is my favorite Maya that's ever stepped on stage and I would rinse and repeat this look and keep placing in the top yeah 100% 100% Hannah it was good to see Hannah DeVore back up there again.
• 31:43
SPEAKER_02: So I know Hannah can P Hannah took a long time off um to make sure that she was obviously you know growing developing improving all that type of thing and I really like her look.
• 31:53
SPEAKER_02: So I posed Hannah last year and um one of her main things that she was always speaking about was obviously trying to show off again front pose in the glutes showing off more density and again posing can only go so far with that but she's made massive improvements from this year to last year.
• 32:09
SPEAKER_02: And I don't even think it's been like I want to say it's my it might have been a year since she stepped on stage but I actually think it's less so she's made really good improvements in that small time frame from where she was before and I I can't remember where she placed or what she how like you know where she was last year and stuff like that.
• 32:28
SPEAKER_02: I really can't remember but I'm pretty sure this is a you know a very good placing for her which is cool to see so for sure this was good very very very good um and she's masters yeah yeah and Hannah's masters which is cool um yeah Rudy I think when was when did Rudy last compete?
• 32:48
SPEAKER_00: Because I'm I do not know I have not followed Rudy much or long yeah page is private that's right I went I went and looked too when uh I saw Kim tag her Kim's her coach and I saw it and I was like yeah I I recognize this name who is this and I clicked it and I was like damn it damn it damn it but I I know I I've seen her because we used to compete back in the day together like long time ago like 2021 maybe or 2019.
• 33:14
SPEAKER_00: I'm we've done shows together we've definitely done shows together she's she's kind of been in it a a while as well but I just haven't seen her for a while I think 2019 I think it was either 2019 or 2021 around that time one of those years where I competed in the US I remember so and she but she I haven't seen much of her since then so I don't know if this is a comeback or if it's been a while or whatever but it's nice to see her back like and she's come back straight away in that top I will say five I don't I don't know what she like does for a living does for a day job does like I I love seeing like that one off person that when you go and click on their profile it's private they don't have a lot of followers they're not tagging all these sponsors in their bio I'm like she's just here for the fucking love of the game I know like I'd love seeing that shit it is really nice and she does have a really nice shape like I love her taper in this front pose.
• 34:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah this is a really nice taper a lot like really really nice so it was really cool to see that so and then Savannah Savannah is yeah I just love her front pose I really like her front pose here this is really really a really good front pose.
• 34:20
SPEAKER_00: Savannah is one of the hardest people for me to speak about in an unbiased way she's like one of my such good friends I we fucking talk every single day.
• 34:28
SPEAKER_02: It's so hard for me to talk about her from an unbiased perspective like I know I know and I really I do really love her shape and I think obviously been following her obviously in the lead up to this show and stuff like that as well and I think this was one of her best packages and I think it's always hard when this does happen when it then you don't get the result you want from bringing your best but I do think it is just a case of like you said with Maya rinse and repeat keep going taking the feedback of what they obviously mentioned and stuff like that and just ride with it and see what you need to do moving forwards.
• 34:58
SPEAKER_00: That's all it comes down to and it is this is the sucky part of the sport this is the sucky part of the sport when you feel like you bring your best and it doesn't get 100% rewarded but you keep going you keep showing up anyway regardless so and then we've got I'm not too sure I do not know what her name is not sure it's in another language right that whole that whole bio was like I think I think it's Russian I think um but I'm not too sure so I apologise about not knowing the name but she oh she didn't Miami third in Miami in I'm guessing Masters I believe so third in Masters so that's cool to see and then obviously some other masters competitor in here yeah holding it down for the Masters there's not many not many um pictures and stuff so I was just looking at Miami but yeah I mean she looks great she looks really really good I think from what I can see like getting closer up she's got great density she probably just needs a little a little more yeah I was gonna say a little more density and to me in the in the still shot at least it would just look like a front posing issue just posing itself yeah yeah just trying to obviously open up the upper body without leaning from what I can see like she looks like she's leaning forwards a little bit so just trying to open it up and allow the shoulder to be in line with the glute a little bit more and then flare I'd say she could probably well once she's moved that there then see where that arm is but probably flare less for sure.
• 36:37
SPEAKER_02: Um but no overall good a very very good lineup very good lineup.
• 36:43
SPEAKER_00: Yeah Raina's back pose is like crazy it's insane it's insane yeah that's a that's a top six in the world back pose in the second that she fixes that front pose she's in that top 10 at the Olympia.
• 36:56
SPEAKER_02: Yeah that's gonna be really cool it's gonna be really cool to see that and you can see here now there's a range of different back poses in terms of like density and stuff like that.
• 37:05
SPEAKER_02: So yeah I can I think Maya yes was comparable to Rainer but obviously Rainer is Rainer so it's and sometimes that's just all it comes down to is Rainer is Rainer.
• 37:14
SPEAKER_02: Like Rainer's an incredible athlete it's just it's just hard to beat you know so um I think she looks she looks this is again she's got great density from the back pose and I think I was even I was even mistaking her modes loads of times being like who's that when we did was such together and I told her about that she was like that's me and I'm like oh my god I didn't even like notice not in a bad way but I was like you're you've improved so much improved so much it's not recognizable yeah yeah and she was like that's the best compliment ever and I was like okay it's like I'm just taking that as a compliment I'm happy so but yeah I think do you pose her too I saw some videos like her her posing's great she she flows so well yeah no I don't pose her but she she she um does have really nice flow and she I think she's only been getting better because she's done quite a lot of shows now so I think she started competing with me at the beginning of my season at Wasarch.
• 38:03
SPEAKER_02: So she's been going since April so she's it's she's been competing a while now and I don't know when her last show is so um but she's done very well for herself which is cool.
• 38:13
SPEAKER_02: So some points on the board for herself so yeah I know yeah exactly so and then we've got Hannah Hannah again very nice and dent from the back I don't know what I liked this like the black backdrop or whatever from the front but now from the back it like is making me like try like squint do you not think I agree yeah no I'm not sure what it is but it is definitely doing that yeah it's throwing off the photo for some reason I don't know it doesn't seem as clear from the back pose for some reason.
• 38:40
SPEAKER_02: So um anyway but I I think it just might again it just might be time might over like I'm seeing all these back poses if I'm honest not even a case of just Hannah's but everyone's and it's like they all look really good.
• 38:53
SPEAKER_02: Like they've all got density they've all got the tie-ins like it's just about time and just getting upstage and getting that feedback more so I think I don't think there's anything that I can pick out that's like oh yeah this is really really off or anything like that.
• 39:07
SPEAKER_02: Because they all you can all see visible tie-ins you can all see a really good amount of density so it's a case of like okay cool who's the best out of everyone with everything yeah for sure and I I've I've said it before too on here um and I I have heard a couple judges doing it and I love it.
• 39:24
SPEAKER_00: I wish that more judging feedback could simply be like they don't need to try to pick things apart so much when it's like when it's not like like you for example it's like yeah you got to pick something apart there.
• 39:35
SPEAKER_00: Like you look almost flawless where do we need to improve to get to that top five at the Olympia right yeah and then on some people it's like just tell them to grow everywhere like hey you're where you need to be just a little bit 1% more everywhere.
• 39:47
SPEAKER_00: You're very balanced just keep coming up or in Maya's case I if and this is just me like if I was looking at her critiquing I would say exactly what I said hey Raina is just Raina you weren't gonna beat her today but you look flawless like the best I've ever seen you bring this package again to the next show and let's see how you do.
• 40:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah that would be my feedback so I will lie I won't lie it's so friggin' hard when you hear that because it's like okay just and that's actually and we've spoken about this before like it's actually so much harder to maintain the exact same physique versus make sure there's more changes as well do you know what I mean so but I completely get you I I do think that it is nice I like it sometimes when judges do just say just keep showing up it's nice because then it's just more calm calming for me to be like okay cool what we're doing is working.
• 40:38
SPEAKER_02: So like we don't really need to change things because like I said before it's easy to obsess over one little thing that they give you.
• 40:44
SPEAKER_00: Yep and and the reason I word it the way I did is because and I know you've heard this before from people is when you tell someone hey you look great just keep showing up don't change anything the athlete that got third place that hears that goes well then why the fuck didn't I win?
• 40:58
SPEAKER_00: Because to me the follow-up from the judges should be like hey like the person ahead of you is just that much better right now.
• 41:05
SPEAKER_00: You just need more time.
• 41:06
SPEAKER_00: Yeah that's that's all it is like you did nothing wrong I want to see you up against the next lineup like this.
• 41:12
SPEAKER_00: Like that's but there you didn't win today because this is who's in front of you.
• 41:15
SPEAKER_00: Like to me that's that would ease the mind in a sense because just giving that follow up of I want to see you next to the like do another show I want to see you in that lineup and see how see what your feedback needs to be there because today I wouldn't have changed anything on you.
• 41:31
SPEAKER_00: It's just that Reyna's in first place.
• 41:34
SPEAKER_00: Like that's to me it's like okay I I can understand that like it's logical so yeah I agree I completely agree and I think the only difference was actually with um sixth and seventh they there was one point of up so everything else was 369 and the only difference was um sixth and seventh so yes and then who who got was any so I feel was Marza on this list the week prior I don't think so is she on the list no she's on the under one sorry yeah yeah yeah so there was so it was yeah these two who got knocked off hey John I know you listened to this can you do what um I think it's the elite bodybuilder page does where because we're always gonna use John's page I love how he does everything but they color code who moves so like if somebody got their second name their name is in green up in the qualified so you know that's the most recent update.
• 42:36
SPEAKER_00: If somebody made it into the top 25 that wasn't there their name is in green or in whatever color so you're like ah that's who got moved up.
• 42:43
SPEAKER_00: Yeah it's a good way to do it.
• 42:45
SPEAKER_02: Yes that would be really good John please if that would that would be very helpful so but yeah I think that would be really good and yeah so I think Alessia and um Eureka were in the did they both drop down before they've both dropped down.
• 42:59
  SPEAKER_02: So who came up?
• 43:01
SPEAKER_00: That's the thing so I I know we gotta keep clicking and looking and trying to figure it out well who got who got second and who got second in both so we know that Maya's not up there because that's her first points wait where's Raina oh Raina is here.
• 43:13
SPEAKER_02: Raina was yeah Raina's Raina's up there oh so it was Raina because Raina was off the list she made ports because she got second she'd knocked but there must be someone else because they've knocked two people oh no it's only one it was only one it was only Alessia yes it was only one so Eurik is still there so it is one so it was just Raina just one yeah that is correct and Rachel knocking on the door right there.
• 43:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah Rachel's right underneath same with masa yeah and masa's kicking off this weekend so yeah oh yeah I forgot there's shows this weekend right let's get on to that so you've forgotten why we're here guys I know forgot we were what we were doing for a second um this is a good show this is a really good show Ellie Fernandez is back yup this is the best look she's ever had I cannot believe you're training her right yeah yeah okay what's been different what's been the main
• 44:00
SPEAKER_02: Sorry to grow you, but what do you feel like has been the main difference with her training that's changed?
• 44:06
  SPEAKER_00: Um, volume.
• 44:08
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 44:08
SPEAKER_00: She looks she looks uh what's a way to put this?
• 44:12
SPEAKER_00: I don't want to use the word healthier, so don't like she was unhealthy, but that just overall like volumization to her physique.
• 44:18
  SPEAKER_00: She looks fuller.
• 44:19
SPEAKER_00: She looks she in the picture, she I don't know if it's still uh it might have been on her story.
• 44:24
SPEAKER_00: She looks, she's she's flat and depleted on what she posted on her story, but she is looking more volumized everywhere.
• 44:30
SPEAKER_00: Like even when flat, the glutes are full and round.
• 44:33
SPEAKER_00: Even like the core is super tight, the glutes are like beaming.
• 44:37
SPEAKER_00: I'm really, really excited to see her here.
• 44:39
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, there you go.
• 44:40
SPEAKER_02: Because I feel like Ellie has always been someone that is very she's always very, very conditioned, and potentially that might have been a sacrifice previously before where is yeah, yeah.
• 44:51
SPEAKER_00: It's herder where like she'll walk and be too lean, or she'll sit into her back pose, and you're like, Oh, I'm I wish there was a little bit more to the glutes there.
• 45:02
SPEAKER_00: And now this is her like flat starting peak week, and it's like blasting.
• 45:07
  SPEAKER_00: So I'm I'm loving the look.
• 45:09
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I like the look as well.
• 45:10
SPEAKER_02: I think it's gonna be really cool.
• 45:12
  SPEAKER_02: I've always liked Ellie's look.
• 45:13
SPEAKER_02: I always think she has like such a great look to her.
• 45:15
SPEAKER_02: So it's gonna be cool to see what she looks like with again new training, new training, new suit.
• 45:21
  SPEAKER_02: I love this.
• 45:22
  SPEAKER_02: This looks good.
• 45:23
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm very, very excited for her.
• 45:26
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks really good.
• 45:28
  SPEAKER_02: She's filling out nicely.
• 45:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I mean, she she's on top of her shit.
• 45:32
SPEAKER_00: Like, she wants this bad.
• 45:34
SPEAKER_00: Like, she sends me videos on a weekly basis, asks every single detail about training.
• 45:38
  SPEAKER_00: I love that.
• 45:39
SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited for her.
• 45:41
  SPEAKER_00: Really excited.
• 45:41
  SPEAKER_00: She's I do love that.
• 45:42
  SPEAKER_00: She's got a she's got a string of shows lined up.
• 45:45
SPEAKER_00: She is going for it.
• 45:46
  SPEAKER_00: So that's cool.
• 45:47
  SPEAKER_02: That's really, really cool.
• 45:47
SPEAKER_02: So, yeah, we've got Master coming back, Master coming out.
• 45:52
SPEAKER_02: She's the, if not the tallest bikini pro.
• 45:57
  SPEAKER_00: I think so.
• 45:58
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 45:58
SPEAKER_02: I think behind me, after me, or something like that.
• 46:00
SPEAKER_02: I actually think there's definitely probably right there with you for sure.
• 46:03
SPEAKER_02: No, she's definitely she's taller than me.
• 46:06
SPEAKER_02: She's taller than me because she's I want to say she's almost six foot.
• 46:10
SPEAKER_02: She's like 5'11, like normally, like generally normally.
• 46:14
SPEAKER_00: When she's in the middle of the house, when she's in heels, I think she is.
• 46:17
SPEAKER_00: I I want to say that she is the exact same height as me.
• 46:20
  SPEAKER_00: I'm 6'1.
• 46:21
SPEAKER_00: So that would put her at what 5'9, 5'10 normally.
• 46:24
  SPEAKER_00: That's crazy.
• 46:25
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 46:26
SPEAKER_02: So I think she's she and she's always, again, with what she's like explained and stuff like that as well.
• 46:32
SPEAKER_02: She's always struggled with finding that balance of putting on that like enough muscle to not be overpowering, but then also be enough, you know.
• 46:41
SPEAKER_02: And that is really hard.
• 46:42
  SPEAKER_02: Like it's really hard.
• 46:43
SPEAKER_00: So volumize a tall physique is not easy to do.
• 46:46
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 46:46
  SPEAKER_02: No, it's really hard.
• 46:47
SPEAKER_02: So it's gonna be really cool to kind of see what her look like looks look looks like this this year.
• 46:53
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, and then you've got Yulu Raga on here.
• 46:56
SPEAKER_02: Has Yuli uh this year?
• 46:58
  SPEAKER_02: Hope.
• 46:58
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was I was just about to be like, bitch, are you joking?
• 47:03
  SPEAKER_00: Hope set coming out.
• 47:04
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, hope looks great.
• 47:05
  SPEAKER_00: Hope looks really good.
• 47:06
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, why have you not tagged her?
• 47:09
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, they have.
• 47:10
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 47:11
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 47:12
  SPEAKER_00: She looks really good.
• 47:12
  SPEAKER_00: She posted an update.
• 47:14
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if there's been a recent one, but a couple weeks ago.
• 47:17
SPEAKER_00: It was a side by side that she had put.
• 47:19
  SPEAKER_00: This looks great.
• 47:20
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 47:21
SPEAKER_02: This was a couple two weeks ago.
• 47:23
  SPEAKER_00: Two weeks ago.
• 47:24
SPEAKER_02: She's put on some density, damn.
• 47:27
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 47:28
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm excited to see her.
• 47:30
SPEAKER_00: She's definitely one of the more like petite competitors on stage.
• 47:33
SPEAKER_00: So seeing some of her some of the density really come up will be good to see in this lineup.
• 47:37
SPEAKER_00: Do you know what her feedback was last year at all?
• 47:39
SPEAKER_00: Oh, she's with cash as well.
• 47:40
  SPEAKER_00: I I do not know.
• 47:41
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm not sure.
• 47:42
  SPEAKER_02: No.
• 47:43
SPEAKER_00: If I had to guess, I'd think that it was just density overall.
• 47:46
SPEAKER_00: Like she was just a smaller petite girl.
• 47:49
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 47:49
  SPEAKER_00: That's a nice front pose.
• 47:51
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is good to see.
• 47:52
SPEAKER_00: I love uh yeah, like the the 124 in weight at three weeks, four weeks out there with her size.
• 47:59
  SPEAKER_00: Like that's special.
• 48:00
  SPEAKER_00: 124?
• 48:01
  SPEAKER_02: Well, oh wow, dad.
• 48:03
  SPEAKER_02: How tall is she?
• 48:06
  SPEAKER_00: Ooh, I want to say 5'3.
• 48:12
  SPEAKER_02: 5'3.
• 48:12
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 48:13
  SPEAKER_02: That's fine.
• 48:15
SPEAKER_00: She looks like a few.
• 48:15
SPEAKER_00: We sat together at Nationals, and I don't think we ever stood up, so like that's just my guess.
• 48:20
  SPEAKER_02: Like, I think so.
• 48:21
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, you can already see a big change as well, which was cool.
• 48:24
SPEAKER_02: This is her, I'm guessing her last show.
• 48:26
SPEAKER_02: She's a little three back to her last show, 2025, which is Hurricane, which was after Olympia, the week after Olympia, I think.
• 48:34
SPEAKER_02: You can see even in the side shot here, like she's got a lot fuller, like in between the glutes and stuff like that, which is cool.
• 48:40
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, exciting.
• 48:43
SPEAKER_00: And then um Marie Eve back out afterwards.
• 48:45
SPEAKER_02: Marie Eve is back after the Arnolds.
• 48:48
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's cool.
• 48:49
SPEAKER_02: Because she obviously oh wait, she did yeah, she did the Arnolds US, and then obviously she couldn't do the Arnold UK.
• 48:55
SPEAKER_02: Um, so then she's had all this time off.
• 48:58
SPEAKER_02: So this is gonna be cool.
• 48:59
  SPEAKER_02: She's also a nurse as well.
• 49:01
SPEAKER_02: So she and her schedule as a nurse is crazy.
• 49:05
SPEAKER_02: So that's another one similar to what Kate Carroll has to do, is like figure out work around or competing around work more so than anything, actually.
• 49:15
SPEAKER_02: More so it's not competing, um, work around competing, it's it's the other way around.
• 49:20
SPEAKER_00: So um I'm gonna assume that she's gonna run this into Toronto the following week, too.
• 49:24
SPEAKER_00: I think she's like that would be clever to Canada, so yeah.
• 49:27
SPEAKER_02: That would be clever if she was to do that for sure, because she's obviously based over there anyway.
• 49:31
SPEAKER_02: So and then you've got Jess.
• 49:33
SPEAKER_02: She's been is she on the list?
• 49:35
  SPEAKER_02: Point to list.
• 49:37
  SPEAKER_02: I'm not sure.
• 49:38
  SPEAKER_00: Is she?
• 49:40
SPEAKER_00: What did she do posting?
• 49:41
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she is.
• 49:42
  SPEAKER_00: Is this her?
• 49:45
SPEAKER_00: No, no, that's Jessica uh Gonzalez, that's the the newbie.
• 49:50
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, that is the newbie.
• 49:51
  SPEAKER_00: That's the that's who I was talking about.
• 49:53
  SPEAKER_00: That's Jessica Ferguson, you're looking at.
• 49:55
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, too many Jessica's.
• 49:57
SPEAKER_02: I was like, Jessica, oh but she is on here.
• 50:00
SPEAKER_00: Jessica Gonzalez is on here.
• 50:02
  SPEAKER_00: Yes.
• 50:02
  SPEAKER_00: My bad.
• 50:03
SPEAKER_02: I was like, wait, I am looking at that, it's right there.
• 50:05
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so Jessica Ferguson.
• 50:07
SPEAKER_02: Okay, uh who is that?
• 50:09
  SPEAKER_02: I I'm not sure.
• 50:10
SPEAKER_00: I'm not sure, but it's it sounds so familiar, and I just she's not tagged, but I just can't put my finger on it.
• 50:17
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's my bad.
• 50:18
SPEAKER_02: Sorry, sorry, everyone send through Jessica Ferguson's Instagram because I want to see her because being here, Ellie.
• 50:26
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, Jessica Gonzalez, Jessica Gonzalez.
• 50:30
SPEAKER_00: We've got this is a solid ass show, yeah.
• 50:32
SPEAKER_02: And then you've got um Jennifer as well, who she just competed at a previous show as um Miami, and then you've got Anastasia Bree Bree Wilson.
• 50:45
SPEAKER_02: This is a really good lineup.
• 50:46
  SPEAKER_02: I like this a lot.
• 50:47
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, this is gonna be great.
• 50:48
  SPEAKER_00: Rachel.
• 50:49
SPEAKER_00: Rachel's in there again and second last week, and Issa, obviously.
• 50:53
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, that's gonna be really cool to see this.
• 50:58
SPEAKER_00: I'm really excited to see one, Rachel just got second to Issa last week.
• 51:03
SPEAKER_00: So let's see how they go again this week, and then throw um throw Ellie in there.
• 51:07
SPEAKER_00: Ellie's been to the Olympia seven times.
• 51:09
  SPEAKER_00: She's won like 10 shows.
• 51:10
SPEAKER_00: Like it's no one to ever fucking count out of a show.
• 51:13
SPEAKER_00: So she's coming in there, and then you've got um Nevea coming off of she just got second, didn't you?
• 51:18
  SPEAKER_00: Or third?
• 51:19
SPEAKER_02: No, she got third behind them, yeah.
• 51:22
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, so this is gonna be this is solid.
• 51:24
SPEAKER_00: And then you have some people making their uh making their first shows of the year with Massa and Hope.
• 51:28
  SPEAKER_00: So excited for this.
• 51:30
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it's gonna be cool.
• 51:32
SPEAKER_02: And then we've got an a European show.
• 51:34
SPEAKER_02: So we've got France, so we've got this is another really good one.
• 51:38
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, we've got so I don't know how to say her name, so I'm just gonna say Maya, who just just beat Evie.
• 51:46
SPEAKER_02: Did she just beat Eevee?
• 51:48
  SPEAKER_02: Huge deal, huge deal.
• 51:49
SPEAKER_02: So, like the fact that she's going into this show as the front runner, as a rookie, essentially, is crazy, crazy cool.
• 52:00
SPEAKER_02: So I think it's gonna be really cool.
• 52:01
SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, you've even got like a lineup here.
• 52:03
SPEAKER_02: Like, that's gonna be really cool to see how France lines up.
• 52:07
SPEAKER_02: So you've got let me just close these tabs.
• 52:11
SPEAKER_02: There's too many tabs open.
• 52:13
SPEAKER_02: You've got Maya, and then you've got Evie, and then you've got you've got Natasha who's UK representative.
• 52:20
SPEAKER_02: She's come back after having like three, two, three years off, um, which is cool.
• 52:26
  SPEAKER_02: Irene.
• 52:26
SPEAKER_00: Um, Irene, who she's Irene's way up on the points list, right?
• 52:30
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's placed.
• 52:31
SPEAKER_02: I I want to get the points list literally.
• 52:33
SPEAKER_00: She's way up on the points list, I think.
• 52:36
SPEAKER_02: I feel like it's just easier to get everyone up.
• 52:40
  SPEAKER_02: I can just flip-flop.
• 52:44
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's got an 11.
• 52:45
  SPEAKER_02: She got 11 points.
• 52:46
  SPEAKER_00: Oh, she had 11.
• 52:46
SPEAKER_00: Okay, I don't know why I thought she had a lot more than that.
• 52:48
  SPEAKER_00: But okay, she's got 11 points.
• 52:51
SPEAKER_02: So she's already on the show.
• 52:53
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, Carrie.
• 52:53
  SPEAKER_00: I'm thinking of Carrie.
• 52:54
  SPEAKER_00: I was looking at Carrie's name.
• 52:57
SPEAKER_00: Carrie's in the show too.
• 52:58
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, yeah.
• 52:58
  SPEAKER_00: Carrie's way up there.
• 52:59
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 53:00
SPEAKER_02: So you've got Irene, who is already on the list.
• 53:03
SPEAKER_02: She's gotten top five, like I'm pretty sure every most shows, or at least top six at most shows she's done this year.
• 53:10
SPEAKER_02: So I feel, and even last year, so I feel like that's where the points have accumulated.
• 53:14
SPEAKER_02: You've got Naomi, who she's quite consistent with how she comes, shows up looking looks-wise.
• 53:20
SPEAKER_02: She's always on point with posing and stuff like that as well, which is cool to see.
• 53:23
  SPEAKER_02: Um, Evie, she's a I don't know who that is.
• 53:31
SPEAKER_02: She's a an old client of mine.
• 53:34
SPEAKER_02: So I think if I'm not mistaken, Eva, she got her pro card last year.
• 53:40
SPEAKER_02: So I think this is her pro debut.
• 53:42
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 53:42
  SPEAKER_02: Which is cool.
• 53:43
SPEAKER_02: So that's gonna be really cool to see.
• 53:44
SPEAKER_02: And again, a very good line to be up in your pro debut to kind of see, okay, cool, what do we need to work on, you know?
• 53:49
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 53:50
SPEAKER_02: So, um, and then you've got Carrie, which again, she's done very I think she's done great in terms of improving her physique.
• 53:58
SPEAKER_02: I know she's not gotten the placings essentially she's wanted when going to the US, but I think she has only just been improving every single time, which is also a huge thing to remember.
• 54:08
  SPEAKER_00: Deep ass lineups, too.
• 54:09
SPEAKER_02: Some really, really big things.
• 54:11
SPEAKER_02: She also did get third though at Girl Power, which was one of the bigger shows with the one of the the larger volume-wise shows.
• 54:18
  SPEAKER_02: So that's a really good one.
• 54:19
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, and then you've got uh Ranya.
• 54:23
SPEAKER_02: How do I say Ranya?
• 54:25
SPEAKER_02: How you say, I don't know how you say her name.
• 54:27
  SPEAKER_02: She's on the points list, she's like 18.
• 54:29
  SPEAKER_00: 18.
• 54:30
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so she's coming back.
• 54:33
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, I'm excited about it.
• 54:34
SPEAKER_00: These girls are here to solidify their name on the points list, like they're gonna push their way into the 20s, so yeah.
• 54:39
SPEAKER_02: I think do you think we'll see the 30s?
• 54:42
SPEAKER_02: Like people get into the 30s for sure.
• 54:44
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, yeah, yeah.
• 54:46
  SPEAKER_00: If anything, Carrie.
• 54:47
SPEAKER_00: I mean, can't what one win and carry is in 32.
• 54:50
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's true, that's very, very true.
• 54:53
SPEAKER_02: And say with Neveea, like Novea's right up there.
• 54:56
SPEAKER_02: There's actually more because I was looking at this the other day.
• 54:59
SPEAKER_02: There's a lot of people that have won shows, but then also equally, there's actually quite a lot of girls that haven't won a show yet, so they have just been consecutively competing.
• 55:09
SPEAKER_00: So it's like most of them in this top 25 have won a show now.
• 55:13
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's what that's supposed to asterisks.
• 55:15
SPEAKER_00: The majority of them have won a show.
• 55:17
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 55:18
SPEAKER_02: Four, five, six, seven, eight, nine, ten, eleven, twelve, thirteen, fourteen, fifteen.
• 55:24
SPEAKER_02: Fifteen of the top 25 have 25, yeah.
• 55:27
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 55:28
SPEAKER_02: So and then you've got Anna.
• 55:31
SPEAKER_00: I'm shocked to not see Anna's name on this list after she just continues to be able to do it.
• 55:34
  SPEAKER_02: I know Holland.
• 55:35
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 55:36
  SPEAKER_02: I know.
• 55:36
SPEAKER_02: Again, I think it's just about picking strategically what shows to do.
• 55:40
SPEAKER_02: Like, does she need more time to kind of maybe fill out a little bit more to improve?
• 55:45
  SPEAKER_02: For sure.
• 55:45
SPEAKER_02: So, like, it's just giving time, which I think is important to do for sure.
• 55:50
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then and then you've got Alison as well.
• 55:55
SPEAKER_02: So what they said last time was exactly that.
• 56:01
SPEAKER_02: You've got a lot of good names here, and these are the these are the names that people have kind of been mentioning that will be at that kind of top in that top five.
• 56:11
SPEAKER_02: I mean, this is a potential predicted top five, you know?
• 56:16
SPEAKER_02: But also nothing's set in stone at all.
• 56:19
SPEAKER_02: So it's gonna be exciting.
• 56:24
  SPEAKER_02: Very, very exciting.
• 56:26
SPEAKER_00: Right, is there any other Yeah, we had a guest posing this past weekend.
• 56:31
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, yes! Wait, wait.
• 56:33
SPEAKER_00: She just posed she just tagged you in the video.
• 56:35
SPEAKER_00: She just tagged the posing portal in it.
• 56:38
SPEAKER_00: She's posted pictures, but she just put the video up.
• 56:42
SPEAKER_00: That was a sick show, by the way.
• 56:44
SPEAKER_00: Those the promoters up in Canada put on a cool show.
• 56:48
SPEAKER_02: Kerrigan, show me also explain.
• 56:53
SPEAKER_02: This was this was a this was so it this was so sick to see.
• 56:56
SPEAKER_02: Like how how dense she's gotten from last year is wild.
• 57:04
  SPEAKER_02: Wild.
• 57:05
  SPEAKER_02: Um where is it?
• 57:07
  SPEAKER_02: Is it this one?
• 57:07
SPEAKER_00: The one with Brett right there.
• 57:09
SPEAKER_00: If you put the volume on, the crowd goes nuts.
• 57:15
SPEAKER_00: I don't know if you there should be music playing.
• 57:17
SPEAKER_00: You might not have the volume up, but regardless.
• 57:21
SPEAKER_00: Oh okay, we can't hear it over this, but yeah.
• 57:23
SPEAKER_00: Wait till wait for the wait for the walk when she starts walking side to side.
• 57:27
SPEAKER_00: She did exactly what you and I have talked about, what would be cool to do like in bikini just for fun.
• 57:32
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, you're going on a stage to guest pose.
• 57:34
SPEAKER_00: You're literally there to work the audience.
• 57:36
SPEAKER_00: Like, do it, put some flash on it.
• 57:38
SPEAKER_00: So after this, it gets pretty funny.
• 57:40
SPEAKER_02: I think also as well, it kind of like is a bit more fun because yeah, she nailed that spin.
• 57:45
  SPEAKER_02: Fuck yeah.
• 57:46
SPEAKER_02: Because that's one that's one spin that we were making sure that she was slowing down, taking her time.
• 57:51
SPEAKER_00: That's something this right here is great.
• 57:54
  SPEAKER_02: Oh yes!
• 57:56
  SPEAKER_00: The crowd went insane.
• 57:58
  SPEAKER_02: She looks so good.
• 57:59
  SPEAKER_02: Insane.
• 57:59
SPEAKER_00: She goes to this side, she points to everybody.
• 58:04
SPEAKER_00: Oh my god, I love that.
• 58:05
SPEAKER_00: And the right at the end here, this is great.
• 58:09
  SPEAKER_02: No way.
• 58:10
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was a good time.
• 58:12
SPEAKER_02: She throws up a peace sign.
• 58:14
  SPEAKER_02: I love that.
• 58:17
  SPEAKER_02: That's insane.
• 58:18
SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, that's right.
• 58:19
SPEAKER_02: That was a fun one.
• 58:20
  SPEAKER_00: It was really fun.
• 58:20
  SPEAKER_00: The crowd.
• 58:21
SPEAKER_00: We had people, there were people from uh we met a couple of girls that came down, some amateur bikini girls that said they drove six hours just because she was in the show.
• 58:30
  SPEAKER_02: Crazy.
• 58:31
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 58:31
  SPEAKER_02: That is actually crazy.
• 58:32
SPEAKER_02: So I'm commenting live because I was like, that is actually sick.
• 58:35
SPEAKER_02: Um but yeah, so I've been working with Kerrigan not for long, but like we the main thing we were focusing on posing-wise, was her actually slowing down and taking time on stage.
• 58:45
SPEAKER_02: And this is actually quite interesting, and I think a lot of people probably feel this as well.
• 58:50
SPEAKER_02: Not everyone enjoys the posing side of things.
• 58:53
SPEAKER_02: So I'm not saying that Kerrigan didn't like the posing side of things, but she even said to me before that she rushes that side because she kind of she not like she didn't enjoy it, but she didn't kind of feel like she felt 100% confident.
• 59:07
SPEAKER_02: And I think from what that looks like there, she also obviously, you know, spoke about how confident she felt over this weekend and stuff like that as well.
• 59:14
SPEAKER_02: If no one's seen it go on her page and stuff, because it's cool how she spoke about like how it gave her more confidence, like this this show, um, because there was no pressure, there was no, there was no like nothing to it's not.
• 59:25
SPEAKER_00: I think she told me herself.
• 59:27
SPEAKER_00: She said she said the main few things.
• 59:29
SPEAKER_00: She was like, having James in her corner for the last year has boosted her confidence.
• 59:33
SPEAKER_00: Having her training where like she's happy with the physique she's displaying on stage is boosted her confidence.
• 59:40
SPEAKER_00: And she said the couple sessions that you guys have done together, she's like, I'm I'm flowing better.
• 59:45
  SPEAKER_00: She's like, I'm moving better.
• 59:46
SPEAKER_00: Like the stuff that Phoebe has cued me on.
• 59:48
SPEAKER_00: I'm just feel like she's like, I'm excited to do this guest posing when prior to like go back a year, she's like, I wouldn't have even said yes to that.
• 59:55
SPEAKER_02: Nah, yeah, that's what I was that's what I was gonna say.
• 59:57
SPEAKER_02: I think that that's so, and that's such a testament to one, having the right people in your corner and like making sure that you're where you need to be in terms of you know, posing, training, like dieting, coaching, everything.
• 1:00:10
SPEAKER_02: Like you just get more confident.
• 1:00:12
SPEAKER_02: That's not even just from practice, that's just from having the right knowledge behind you and having the right people support you in guiding you what you need to do moving forwards, which I think is really, really cool.
• 1:00:23
SPEAKER_02: So I looking at that that video, I was like, I really I was like, make sure you slow down because it obviously is texting her before, like just slow the fuck down, like literally just make sure you're taking your time because you're a pro.
• 1:00:34
SPEAKER_02: Like, like allow yourself to show off like all of all of the stuff that you've just been working for, and she shows that 100%, which is really, really good to see.
• 1:00:43
SPEAKER_00: So it was one of the funniest things backstage, seeing 300-pound Brett Wilken back there, like hitting his lower races, doing his rows, and then knowing Kerrigan's going on stage with him.
• 1:00:53
SPEAKER_00: She's just here with her band and her kickbacks, like yeah, literally, like let's just brand it.
• 1:00:58
SPEAKER_02: Did she pump up like upper body or do like a full like pump everywhere?
• 1:01:01
SPEAKER_02: Or did she just do lower?
• 1:01:03
  SPEAKER_00: Okay, cool.
• 1:01:03
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and that was that was flat as hell on stage, too.
• 1:01:05
SPEAKER_00: Like, James was like, We're not we're not like peaking you for a guest posing.
• 1:01:09
SPEAKER_00: You're two weeks out of Toronto.
• 1:01:10
SPEAKER_00: So he's like, have a little bit of salt and put some honey in your mouth, and you're good.
• 1:01:13
  SPEAKER_00: Like, that's that's all you're doing.
• 1:01:15
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, which also is good that he's also just been like, We're not changing anything because this is a guest posing, this has nothing to do with anything, so we're not detrimenting you or like change you the path for prep and stuff.
• 1:01:28
SPEAKER_00: Go go back to her page really quick.
• 1:01:30
SPEAKER_00: I want to shout out the photographer on that one shot.
• 1:01:33
SPEAKER_00: Um, he's this I don't want to call him an amateur photographer, but he's not as known as like some of the bigger photographers.
• 1:01:38
SPEAKER_00: And just want to give him a big shout out because of the sick shot he took.
• 1:01:41
SPEAKER_00: Uh no, right below that one.
• 1:01:43
SPEAKER_00: Oh, this is one of her front pose.
• 1:01:45
  SPEAKER_00: Nope, nope, far right.
• 1:01:46
SPEAKER_02: Oh, front pose, front pose, front pose.
• 1:01:48
  SPEAKER_02: Yes.
• 1:01:48
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:01:49
  SPEAKER_00: That was sick.
• 1:01:51
SPEAKER_00: That was a badass shot.
• 1:01:53
SPEAKER_00: He came up to us prior to and like asked what side she poses on so he could position himself for it.
• 1:01:59
SPEAKER_02: I was just about to say just about to say, always, photographers, please always do this.
• 1:02:05
SPEAKER_02: If it is their front pose, shoot it like this.
• 1:02:08
SPEAKER_02: I hate seeing my back rolls.
• 1:02:10
SPEAKER_02: I don't want to see my back rolls when I'm in my front pose.
• 1:02:14
SPEAKER_02: Like, don't shoot it from my other side.
• 1:02:15
  SPEAKER_02: It's shit.
• 1:02:16
  SPEAKER_02: It doesn't look good.
• 1:02:17
SPEAKER_02: Like, I want to see front pose like this because you see all the S curve.
• 1:02:22
SPEAKER_02: Or from front pose like from the front, that's fine.
• 1:02:25
SPEAKER_02: But from like the midsection, like that is always like such a good shot.
• 1:02:30
  SPEAKER_02: That's really nice.
• 1:02:31
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, and she's I mean, she's putting so much on her upper glutes too, like the roundness to that glute.
• 1:02:36
SPEAKER_00: I'm I'm really excited for her to get on stage.
• 1:02:38
SPEAKER_00: She looks like from a training perspective, not even from a relationship perspective, but from a training perspective.
• 1:02:43
SPEAKER_00: Like seeing how she's like streamlined the quads, that one's great.
• 1:02:46
SPEAKER_00: She's hitting the peace sign in it if you can't see that.
• 1:02:48
SPEAKER_00: Like, she's not even flexing the peace sign while Brett's like full-on flexing.
• 1:02:55
  SPEAKER_00: So funny.
• 1:02:56
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, it was great.
• 1:02:56
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, she looks such a fun show.
• 1:02:58
  SPEAKER_00: That Canada turned up.
• 1:03:00
SPEAKER_00: There were some athletes there.
• 1:03:01
  SPEAKER_00: The the bikini division.
• 1:03:03
SPEAKER_00: Um, I think I talked to all of the class winners, and almost all of them are going to Toronto for the pro qualifier.
• 1:03:10
SPEAKER_00: Um, it's gonna be that's Toronto Pro is gonna be a really cool show to see.
• 1:03:13
SPEAKER_02: Didn't we have a pro uh nationals this weekend as well?
• 1:03:17
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah, junior USAs.
• 1:03:18
  SPEAKER_02: Fuck me.
• 1:03:19
SPEAKER_00: Let me brag for a second.
• 1:03:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I was like, Jesus, wait, I was like, wait, talk about pro qualifiers.
• 1:03:24
SPEAKER_02: You brag whilst I'll get the page up.
• 1:03:26
SPEAKER_00: It was a good ass weekend, guys.
• 1:03:27
  SPEAKER_00: Um on my end.
• 1:03:28
SPEAKER_00: I had a lot of fun this past weekend.
• 1:03:30
SPEAKER_00: And fit model, Carla got her qualification.
• 1:03:33
  SPEAKER_02: Oh my god, yeah.
• 1:03:34
SPEAKER_02: We've missing out fucking everything.
• 1:03:36
  SPEAKER_02: We're fucking missing everything.
• 1:03:37
  SPEAKER_02: I'm sorry, guys.
• 1:03:38
SPEAKER_00: I'm just going through like what I did this past week.
• 1:03:40
SPEAKER_00: It's a bit like just speaking on my end of things.
• 1:03:42
SPEAKER_00: Um, couple pro cards, the wellness overall winner for junior USA's.
• 1:03:47
SPEAKER_00: Um, Drew's girl, Drew Brandon's girl, um Daria.
• 1:03:52
  SPEAKER_00: Dara.
• 1:03:53
SPEAKER_00: I saw her at her true novice show at the Samson Showdown March of last year, just a year ago.
• 1:03:59
SPEAKER_00: And I told Drew she won the overall there in her true novice in open.
• 1:04:04
SPEAKER_00: Um I told Drew, I'm like, this girl's got a future, man.
• 1:04:06
SPEAKER_00: And not barely a year later, she turns pro.
• 1:04:09
SPEAKER_00: She's the blonde with the curly hair there.
• 1:04:10
SPEAKER_00: So I yeah, I usually pose her.
• 1:04:12
  SPEAKER_00: She's fucking insane.
• 1:04:13
  SPEAKER_00: She's so cool.
• 1:04:13
SPEAKER_02: I posed her a few, I did I think maybe one or two sessions with her this year, and I posed her a lot last year, and she's a workhorse as well.
• 1:04:21
SPEAKER_02: She is like, she's been going for it.
• 1:04:24
SPEAKER_02: Like really, really going for it.
• 1:04:26
SPEAKER_00: She's an incredible shapely ball of muscle.
• 1:04:28
SPEAKER_00: Like she's you could tell she put in the work for her physique.
• 1:04:31
SPEAKER_00: Like, I was I was so I texted him so fast after I was like, dude, I'm so happy she got it.
• 1:04:36
SPEAKER_00: She barely missed it at USA's last year.
• 1:04:38
SPEAKER_00: I think she got third.
• 1:04:39
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she she was really close.
• 1:04:41
SPEAKER_02: She was really close to winning it a lot of the times as well.
• 1:04:43
  SPEAKER_02: Like, really close.
• 1:04:44
SPEAKER_02: She's got some very, very good dense dense muscle on her.
• 1:04:47
SPEAKER_02: So it's gonna be cool to finish.
• 1:04:49
SPEAKER_00: Shout out Will because these videos came out really cool.
• 1:04:51
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, they're really cool.
• 1:04:52
  SPEAKER_02: I like them a lot.
• 1:04:54
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she looks fantastic, like really, really good.
• 1:04:58
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, it was cool to see uh see her get it.
• 1:05:00
  SPEAKER_00: Look at that shot.
• 1:05:01
SPEAKER_00: The one over at the oh you went off of say that model pose of Will's was sick on her, right?
• 1:05:05
SPEAKER_00: Oh, yeah, that's such a cool shot.
• 1:05:08
  SPEAKER_00: Such a cool shot.
• 1:05:09
SPEAKER_02: Oh wait, I think it's because fuck's sake, wait, sorry.
• 1:05:13
SPEAKER_02: I think it's no someone changed the case.
• 1:05:15
SPEAKER_02: I think it's because change their name, yeah.
• 1:05:17
  SPEAKER_02: Someone's changed their name.
• 1:05:18
SPEAKER_02: Someone's added iFBB Pro Yep, someone's added iFBB Pro.
• 1:05:23
  SPEAKER_02: That's why.
• 1:05:25
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, okay.
• 1:05:26
SPEAKER_02: Well, I'm sorry guys, I can't oh there you go.
• 1:05:31
  SPEAKER_02: Alright, tag.
• 1:05:32
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, it's Shelby.
• 1:05:33
  SPEAKER_02: That's why.
• 1:05:34
  SPEAKER_00: Shelby.
• 1:05:35
  SPEAKER_00: Julie.
• 1:05:36
  SPEAKER_02: Shelby.
• 1:05:36
SPEAKER_02: So she's uh she's one of the trainers on Fitbody Fusion on Fitbody Fusion alongside with Allison.
• 1:05:43
SPEAKER_02: I posed her a f a few a few times previously, back before, and yeah, she looks incredible.
• 1:05:48
SPEAKER_02: Again, really good straight shape and structure.
• 1:05:51
SPEAKER_00: Um I had her for the overall when I was l when I was watching.
• 1:05:55
  SPEAKER_02: Oh really?
• 1:05:56
SPEAKER_02: Do you know who got second, or was there no Daria, I believe.
• 1:06:00
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:06:00
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:06:01
SPEAKER_00: Because they I think they call them in order of like fourth overall for the first pro card, third, second, overall.
• 1:06:08
SPEAKER_00: Because they do four pro cards.
• 1:06:09
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:06:10
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:06:10
SPEAKER_00: So it's not the top four overall.
• 1:06:12
  SPEAKER_02: It's not.
• 1:06:13
SPEAKER_02: I thought it was like a class.
• 1:06:15
SPEAKER_02: So I thought this was a class.
• 1:06:17
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:06:17
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:06:18
SPEAKER_02: So I thought it was a class.
• 1:06:24
  SPEAKER_02: Got you.
• 1:06:24
  SPEAKER_02: Got you.
• 1:06:25
  SPEAKER_02: Got you.
• 1:06:25
  SPEAKER_02: Got you.
• 1:06:25
  SPEAKER_02: Got you.
• 1:06:26
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:06:26
  SPEAKER_02: That makes sense.
• 1:06:27
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:06:27
  SPEAKER_02: I really, I really liked her.
• 1:06:28
  SPEAKER_02: I really liked Shelby's shape.
• 1:06:30
SPEAKER_02: I think she's only going to develop and get better from here, honestly.
• 1:06:32
SPEAKER_02: I'm intrigued to see if any any of these girls are going to do a pro show.
• 1:06:35
  SPEAKER_02: Because it's now we're right into pro-show season.
• 1:06:38
  SPEAKER_02: So it's like.
• 1:06:40
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:06:40
SPEAKER_00: I just started training Julie.
• 1:06:42
  SPEAKER_02: She's incredible.
• 1:06:45
  SPEAKER_00: She's incredible shape.
• 1:06:47
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she's got a really good shape.
• 1:06:50
  SPEAKER_02: I want to see James's video.
• 1:06:52
  SPEAKER_02: Because I saw that.
• 1:06:53
SPEAKER_00: I honestly think the only reason Julie didn't take the overall was, yeah, crazy.
• 1:06:57
SPEAKER_00: I think the only reason she didn't take the overall, she turns to the back, and the the um the other girls ahead of her were just a little bit more etched out.
• 1:07:05
SPEAKER_00: That conditioning was just there a bit more.
• 1:07:06
SPEAKER_02: She probably just needs a bit more density as well.
• 1:07:08
SPEAKER_02: But again, oh like then time, like time, and this is all of them could use more everywhere.
• 1:07:14
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 1:07:14
SPEAKER_00: This was the best front pose in the whole show.
• 1:07:16
SPEAKER_00: She had the best front pose up there.
• 1:07:19
SPEAKER_02: She's got a really nice, tiny, tiny, tiny, tiny waist.
• 1:07:22
SPEAKER_02: And that's like yes, yes, yeah.
• 1:07:25
  SPEAKER_02: That looks good.
• 1:07:27
SPEAKER_02: And then this was the overall winner, which I think is Georgia's girl.
• 1:07:30
  SPEAKER_00: Georgia's girl, yeah.
• 1:07:31
  SPEAKER_02: Georgia's been killing it.
• 1:07:33
  SPEAKER_00: Yes, she's right.
• 1:07:34
SPEAKER_02: I she's been absolutely killing it with um clients and stuff like that.
• 1:07:37
SPEAKER_00: So um junior USAs is her show.
• 1:07:40
SPEAKER_00: She won the figure overall there last year.
• 1:07:42
SPEAKER_00: Now she's got the junior overall this year.
• 1:07:44
  SPEAKER_02: Go on, girl.
• 1:07:44
  SPEAKER_02: She's absolutely smashing it.
• 1:07:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is a little bit more.
• 1:07:46
SPEAKER_00: I know Georgia, I'm just not gonna put anyone in junior USAs anymore.
• 1:07:49
SPEAKER_02: So yeah, you're like, no, no, no.
• 1:07:51
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this girl looks good, really nice shape, really nice density.
• 1:07:55
SPEAKER_02: I very balanced overall as well.
• 1:07:57
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 1:07:58
SPEAKER_02: Like, I feel like when I look at this front pose, yeah, she might need a lot, a little bit everywhere, but it's not like specifically one point is pointing out, being like, oh, she needs more hair, she needs more that.
• 1:08:07
SPEAKER_02: Like I'm looking at it and be like, yeah, this is a very good front pose, like balanced, you know?
• 1:08:11
SPEAKER_02: Um, and then I want to see a back pose.
• 1:08:14
SPEAKER_00: Hilarious how we almost forgot about this entire show.
• 1:08:16
  SPEAKER_02: I know.
• 1:08:16
SPEAKER_02: I'm like, this is such a such a big weekend.
• 1:08:19
SPEAKER_02: Sorry guys, now you're getting a this is a good back pose.
• 1:08:22
  SPEAKER_02: Damn.
• 1:08:22
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:08:24
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is a very good back pose.
• 1:08:26
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:08:26
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, that looks good.
• 1:08:27
  SPEAKER_02: What's that?
• 1:08:29
  SPEAKER_02: Eggs.
• 1:08:30
  SPEAKER_02: Oh, eggs and oats.
• 1:08:31
SPEAKER_02: Eggs and oats and cinnamon, it looks like.
• 1:08:34
  SPEAKER_02: I don't know how I feel about that.
• 1:08:35
  SPEAKER_02: It looks good though.
• 1:08:37
  SPEAKER_00: It looks good.
• 1:08:38
  SPEAKER_00: This looks good.
• 1:08:39
  SPEAKER_00: I don't know how I feel about that.
• 1:08:40
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I don't know how it looks good, but I was like, I thought it was like rice or something.
• 1:08:43
SPEAKER_02: Now I'm like, oh, oats.
• 1:08:45
SPEAKER_02: I thought it was banana at first, but I mean I can't fucking talk because I literally have banana rice and chicken mints.
• 1:08:53
SPEAKER_02: Like, so I can't talk at all, really.
• 1:08:57
SPEAKER_00: You stayed here for all uh for that week.
• 1:08:59
SPEAKER_00: I said banana the same way you do, and Kerrigan called me up on it.
• 1:09:02
SPEAKER_00: I was like, fuck, I've been around feed.
• 1:09:03
SPEAKER_00: I've talked to you on the podcast every week.
• 1:09:05
  SPEAKER_00: We're sitting here.
• 1:09:06
SPEAKER_00: I can hear I hear your voice when I'm reading your messages.
• 1:09:09
  SPEAKER_02: I'm like, yeah, I know bananas.
• 1:09:10
SPEAKER_02: No, and literally it's funny because literally everyone at New York Pro, Greg and Jamie were taking the rip and meat.
• 1:09:17
SPEAKER_02: Oh, Max has sent me a reel, he's up.
• 1:09:19
SPEAKER_02: Um everyone was absolutely ripping me for how I said banana, obviously, because I'm the only English person around.
• 1:09:27
SPEAKER_02: And then I was like, wait, I have my clad around with me.
• 1:09:31
SPEAKER_02: I was pointing it, Kerry, I pointed it at Jody, I pointed it.
• 1:09:33
SPEAKER_02: I was like, say banana, and we all said it the same.
• 1:09:35
SPEAKER_02: And I was like, see, it's not just me.
• 1:09:38
  SPEAKER_02: It's not just me.
• 1:09:39
SPEAKER_02: And the way that you guys say how I hear it is banana.
• 1:09:42
  SPEAKER_02: That's how I hear it.
• 1:09:43
SPEAKER_00: Banana, I'm in this banana.
• 1:09:45
  SPEAKER_02: That's how I hear it.
• 1:09:46
SPEAKER_02: So anyway, we're getting off track.
• 1:09:48
  SPEAKER_00: Liz looked awesome.
• 1:09:49
SPEAKER_00: Liz looked really, really beautiful.
• 1:09:50
  SPEAKER_02: No, I know.
• 1:09:52
SPEAKER_00: Second, second in a row, right?
• 1:09:53
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I thought I thought this was gonna be her show, but I said to her, keep going.
• 1:10:00
SPEAKER_02: Like, third time's a charm, like just keep keep running with it because she's so close.
• 1:10:05
  SPEAKER_02: She's so close.
• 1:10:07
SPEAKER_02: Um, but Carla looked this up.
• 1:10:09
SPEAKER_00: Carla's been on that same trajectory as Liz, where it's been, yeah.
• 1:10:12
SPEAKER_00: Uh, I mean, Liz Liz didn't place too well and then went and got second and then got second again.
• 1:10:17
SPEAKER_00: Carla's got like two thirds in a second under her belt.
• 1:10:20
  SPEAKER_00: I'm like, she's right fucking there.
• 1:10:21
  SPEAKER_00: Like, really, really.
• 1:10:24
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and I think she this was definitely her best.
• 1:10:27
SPEAKER_02: Is there any photos of them?
• 1:10:28
  SPEAKER_02: There's never any.
• 1:10:29
SPEAKER_00: Oh, there is the yeah, oh yeah, there you go.
• 1:10:31
SPEAKER_02: I definitely think, yeah, this was definitely Carla's best look for sure.
• 1:10:36
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I really liked her front pose more so in this shot.
• 1:10:40
SPEAKER_02: Um, because she just it just looks, I don't know, it just looks very like easy, like how she's sitting into it looks very, very easy.
• 1:10:46
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, and if I'm honest, her and Liz look very comparable as well.
• 1:10:49
SPEAKER_02: The only thing I will say about Liz is for her to just try and bring in that rib flat ever so slightly.
• 1:10:58
  SPEAKER_02: Ever so slightly.
• 1:10:59
SPEAKER_02: Like you can see how Carla obviously, and again, sometimes that's just either genetics or like how your structure's built or whatever, but try and close up that rib cage ever so slightly, and I think she'll be winning easy.
• 1:11:11
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, no problem.
• 1:11:13
SPEAKER_02: Um, just because you can see it.
• 1:11:14
SPEAKER_02: That's and when I compare and when it's close like this, you look at both of the physiques because both of them look very similar.
• 1:11:19
SPEAKER_02: Do you know what I mean?
• 1:11:20
SPEAKER_02: Like they're both in red, they're both brunette, both the same side.
• 1:11:23
SPEAKER_02: You're comparing, it's easier to see those little things, and that's what just I saw as soon as I saw them stood next to each other, and I was like, oh, just a little bit.
• 1:11:32
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, and that happened.
• 1:11:33
SPEAKER_00: I like this Caleb girl's look a lot too.
• 1:11:35
SPEAKER_02: I really like her look.
• 1:11:36
SPEAKER_02: I really like her look.
• 1:11:37
SPEAKER_02: I've she's been competing quite a lot over the last couple of weeks.
• 1:11:41
SPEAKER_02: I think she did Wasaj as her first show, and she's competing competing ever since then.
• 1:11:47
SPEAKER_02: So, because I think she got like sick at Wasatch.
• 1:11:51
SPEAKER_00: I haven't looked into her much, but when I saw this show, I liked her look a lot.
• 1:11:54
SPEAKER_00: I was like, yeah, she's gonna be in the top.
• 1:11:56
SPEAKER_02: I think she's placed at every show she's done.
• 1:12:00
  SPEAKER_02: Don't miss me.
• 1:12:01
SPEAKER_02: Oh, the youngest Fit model pro.
• 1:12:03
  SPEAKER_02: How old is she?
• 1:12:04
  SPEAKER_00: How old is she?
• 1:12:06
SPEAKER_02: She does look young to be fair.
• 1:12:08
  SPEAKER_00: But I don't know.
• 1:12:09
SPEAKER_00: Click the youngest fit model, she's 18.
• 1:12:12
SPEAKER_00: No, they didn't put her in.
• 1:12:13
  SPEAKER_00: No, surely not.
• 1:12:15
SPEAKER_02: I don't know how old she is.
• 1:12:16
SPEAKER_02: This was obviously a while ago last year anyway, when she won it, but I don't know how old she is.
• 1:12:20
SPEAKER_02: Um but I'm pretty sure she's done.
• 1:12:25
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, she did Wasarch.
• 1:12:27
  SPEAKER_02: I think Wasatch is.
• 1:12:29
SPEAKER_00: Also just shouting out, uh just shouting out how the Fit Model girls are fucking showing up.
• 1:12:34
SPEAKER_00: Like, 40-person list, like they really are showing up.
• 1:12:41
SPEAKER_02: I think she got fifth or fourth.
• 1:12:43
SPEAKER_00: Like the promoters want to pack the house with some seats, like just add Fit Model Pro to your show.
• 1:12:47
  SPEAKER_02: Honestly, honestly, like facts.
• 1:12:50
SPEAKER_00: I'm gonna have 500 family members there, like, yeah.
• 1:12:53
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I think she did Was Arch from what it looks like.
• 1:12:55
SPEAKER_02: She did Was Arch, Pittsburgh, and then this show.
• 1:12:58
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 1:12:59
SPEAKER_02: So she's done quite a few shows, and I think she's she has definitely placed, I want to say she has placed in every single show she's done, I want to say.
• 1:13:07
  SPEAKER_02: Or she's done top 10.
• 1:13:09
  SPEAKER_02: She's 21.
• 1:13:10
  SPEAKER_00: Oh shit.
• 1:13:11
SPEAKER_00: So she got it at 20, then I would guess.
• 1:13:14
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:13:14
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:13:15
SPEAKER_00: 20 years old when she turned pro.
• 1:13:16
  SPEAKER_00: Holy shit.
• 1:13:18
SPEAKER_02: This is a good look as well.
• 1:13:19
SPEAKER_02: I really like her look.
• 1:13:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, I like her look a lot.
• 1:13:22
SPEAKER_02: She's got she's got on, she's got on two top six placings, I want to say, and then obviously two top ten.
• 1:13:28
SPEAKER_02: She's placed in the top ten every single show she's done.
• 1:13:30
  SPEAKER_02: So, oh wait.
• 1:13:32
SPEAKER_02: Um and then Lauren Lotta.
• 1:13:34
SPEAKER_02: Lauren Lotta is is another one that's keep consecutively.
• 1:13:38
SPEAKER_02: She's in there, it's just gonna take time, I think.
• 1:13:40
SPEAKER_02: She's still, I know her feedback is that she's not too dense, but she is denser, like her glutes are quite dense.
• 1:13:48
SPEAKER_02: Um she's downplayed, she's down posing them a lot, and I think this is definitely the best that she's posed for sure.
• 1:13:56
SPEAKER_02: But you can still see she's got quite a lot of density there.
• 1:13:59
SPEAKER_02: So it's just trying to make sure that she kind of brings that down and streamlined.
• 1:14:02
SPEAKER_02: It's basically streamlining the physique, just a little bit more.
• 1:14:04
  SPEAKER_02: That's it.
• 1:14:05
  SPEAKER_01: Yeah.
• 1:14:05
SPEAKER_02: Um so and then who's who are these girls?
• 1:14:13
SPEAKER_02: I think this girl that closed.
• 1:14:15
  SPEAKER_00: I like fifth place a lot.
• 1:14:16
SPEAKER_00: I like the look of fifth place a lot.
• 1:14:20
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, this is a good fifth place.
• 1:14:21
SPEAKER_02: I like fifth place, like back pose a lot.
• 1:14:24
SPEAKER_02: She's got density and roundness there, but it's not too much.
• 1:14:30
  SPEAKER_02: That's a good front pose.
• 1:14:32
  SPEAKER_00: Jay coaches her.
• 1:14:33
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:14:34
  SPEAKER_02: Who?
• 1:14:35
SPEAKER_00: Uh Jay, he's out of I know him because he's out of Houston.
• 1:14:39
  SPEAKER_02: Okay.
• 1:14:40
  SPEAKER_02: Nice.
• 1:14:41
SPEAKER_02: And then we've got How do I say that?
• 1:14:46
  SPEAKER_02: I don't think I've seen her before.
• 1:14:47
SPEAKER_02: She did Girl Power and she did wasarch.
• 1:14:50
SPEAKER_02: I've seen her, no, I've seen her.
• 1:14:51
SPEAKER_02: We have we've spoken about her as well.
• 1:14:52
SPEAKER_02: Now she's coming back to me.
• 1:14:53
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:14:54
SPEAKER_02: She she did wasarch as well, I'm pretty sure.
• 1:14:56
  SPEAKER_02: Who coaches her?
• 1:14:57
SPEAKER_02: Oh no, she did my she might have done Miami, actually.
• 1:15:00
  SPEAKER_02: What did she do?
• 1:15:01
  SPEAKER_02: Wasarch.
• 1:15:02
  SPEAKER_02: No, she did Miami.
• 1:15:03
SPEAKER_02: She used to be bikini.
• 1:15:05
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:15:06
SPEAKER_02: So she changed and she was one that was doing like I think she was.
• 1:15:10
SPEAKER_02: Oh, yeah, we looked at her a few a handful of weeks ago, and I remember being like she has a really good bikini look.
• 1:15:15
  SPEAKER_00: Yeah.
• 1:15:15
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah.
• 1:15:16
SPEAKER_02: She had a really good bikini look, she got a decent amount of density, but again, was it worth it for her to obviously do have like upkeep it?
• 1:15:23
  SPEAKER_02: Probably not.
• 1:15:24
SPEAKER_02: So, which is why she's obviously gone to fit model.
• 1:15:27
SPEAKER_02: So, oh, her first show was Miami.
• 1:15:30
  SPEAKER_00: Okay.
• 1:15:30
SPEAKER_00: Tara just missed the top six, just missed it.
• 1:15:33
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, that's what I was gonna say.
• 1:15:34
SPEAKER_02: I was thinking, I know, I think her first show was War Sarch.
• 1:15:38
SPEAKER_02: Sorry, I'm getting confused what her first show was, but anyway.
• 1:15:42
SPEAKER_02: Um, yeah, so a good top six, good top six, and yeah, Tara just missed out.
• 1:15:47
SPEAKER_02: I'm interested to see why Tara wasn't in that kind of top six because she, you know, she placed straight out of the gate quite highly, and then it's kind of been like between in between.
• 1:15:57
SPEAKER_02: But again, this is a very, very tough like division because it's literally splitting hairs with a lot of things.
• 1:16:05
SPEAKER_02: Yeah, so I do think that that's it's it's about just showing, just keep showing up.
• 1:16:09
SPEAKER_02: It's the same with Liz.
• 1:16:10
SPEAKER_02: She's done how of many shows now.
• 1:16:12
SPEAKER_02: You keep showing up, and she's only just getting the rewards from it, you know.
• 1:16:16
SPEAKER_02: So it's just keep going with it.
• 1:16:18
SPEAKER_00: I have terrorists I had her husband texted me or feedback, but I can't find it.
• 1:16:21
SPEAKER_00: It might be on Instagram, yeah.
• 1:16:23
SPEAKER_00: Yeah, no, she's she's right in the mix still, just barely missing out on that top, top five, top six.
• 1:16:28
  SPEAKER_02: So yeah, exactly that.
• 1:16:30
  SPEAKER_02: So, right.
• 1:16:31
SPEAKER_02: Well, this is a lot longer episode than we thought it was gonna be.
• 1:16:33
SPEAKER_02: I was like, we're gonna have nothing, not not.
• 1:16:35
SPEAKER_00: You're welcome, all of you, uh all you preppers with two hours of cardio.
• 1:16:38
  SPEAKER_00: Here you go.
• 1:16:38
  SPEAKER_02: Yeah, here you go.
• 1:16:39
SPEAKER_02: So, and if there is anything else, like there's any other shows, any any amateurs that are going into any national shows, because what's the next national show?
• 1:16:48
SPEAKER_00: Junior nationals in three weeks.
• 1:16:50
SPEAKER_02: Okay, so if there's any any amateurs that are going into that show or any any girls that we think that will be good to have a look at, that would be really cool to kind of do like maybe the week before a nationals kind of line up and like show all of all these girls.
• 1:17:07
SPEAKER_02: So please comment down below any names.
• 1:17:10
SPEAKER_02: Send them over to the Stage Talk page as well, send them over to Corey, um, to me, wherever, because it'd be cool to kind of like highlight the amateur shows a little bit more as well, for sure.
• 1:17:20
  SPEAKER_02: Okay, cool.
• 1:17:21
  SPEAKER_02: Right.
• 1:17:21
SPEAKER_02: Well, thank you guys so much for watching.
• 1:17:24
  SPEAKER_02: Thank you.
• 1:17:24
SPEAKER_02: Oh, also, we will oh actually, this is something I need to talk to you about.
• 1:17:28
  SPEAKER_02: I have a giveaway potential.
• 1:17:31
  SPEAKER_01: Okay.
• 1:17:31
SPEAKER_02: So we can I have a giveaway idea.
• 1:17:33
SPEAKER_02: So stay tuned for a giveaway idea for when we hit it.
• 1:17:35
SPEAKER_02: Next week for when we've hit a thousand for sure.
• 1:17:38
SPEAKER_02: So, right, we'll see that we're way over.
• 1:17:40
SPEAKER_00: You guys have like 60.
• 1:17:42
SPEAKER_00: I'm like, guys, like you're killing it.
• 1:17:44
SPEAKER_02: You weren't even following or subscribing before.
• 1:17:46
SPEAKER_00: It was like those last 10 to get to a thousand took us like three weeks.
• 1:17:49
SPEAKER_00: We hit a thousand, we're at like a thousand seventy now in a matter of two weeks.
• 1:17:53
  SPEAKER_00: Like, yeah, thanks guys.
• 1:17:54
SPEAKER_02: Yay! So um, but we love you guys so much.
• 1:17:58
SPEAKER_02: Thank you so much for watching, and we will see you in the next one.
