- 0:00Speaker 1: You're listenings KFI AM six forty the bill Handle Show
- 0:04Speaker 1: on demand on the iHeartRadio fire listening to the bill
- 0:10Speaker 1: Handle Show.
- 0:13Speaker 2: Gosh so much the way because it t will sound
- 0:15Speaker 2: of break me Dad, Okay, fie.
- 0:19Speaker 1: I Am six forty bill Handle here on Tuesday morning,
- 0:22Speaker 1: December twenty third. Some of the stories we are covering
- 0:25Speaker 1: well here in Southern California. The big story is the
- 0:29Speaker 1: rain is coming in big time. We're expecting it starting tonight,
- 0:35Speaker 1: and the worst debate is going to be tomorrow and
- 0:37Speaker 1: Christmas Day. And considering there's going to be a record
- 0:41Speaker 1: number of people traveling, oh yeah, as you can imagine,
- 0:46Speaker 1: the Eastern Seaboard is going to get nailed, and here
- 0:49Speaker 1: in Southern California we're going to get the kind of
- 0:51Speaker 1: rains we have not seen in.
- 0:52Speaker 2: A very long time.
- 0:54Speaker 1: I am going to share with you and make a recommendation.
- 0:59Speaker 1: There is a documentary film called God and Country and
- 1:04Speaker 1: it's about Christian nationalism. And I use that word specifically
- 1:11Speaker 1: because there is a huge movement in this country that
- 1:15Speaker 1: they call themselves Christian nationalist. Marjorie Taylor Green one of them,
- 1:20Speaker 1: and certainly JD.
- 1:21Speaker 2: Vance.
- 1:21Speaker 1: So this has to do with this recent Turning Point
- 1:26Speaker 1: USA's America Fest event in which what thirty one thousand
- 1:32Speaker 1: people showed up and the keynote was JD. Vance, who
- 1:37Speaker 1: has already been deemed the air apparent to Donald Trump
- 1:41Speaker 1: as the nominee in twenty twenty eight, the Republican nominee,
- 1:46Speaker 1: And it's no secret that the Charlie Kirk organization Turning
- 1:51Speaker 1: Point has anointed Jdvent as a matter of fact, probably
- 1:55Speaker 1: responsible for bringing him to Trump's attention and having more
- 2:00Speaker 1: to do with him being nominated or joining Trump's orbit
- 2:04Speaker 1: as a vice presidential candidate than anything else. So one
- 2:09Speaker 1: of the things what he said was in the United
- 2:13Speaker 1: States of America, you don't have to apologize.
- 2:16Speaker 2: For being white anymore.
- 2:18Speaker 1: And as you know, this goes right to an attack
- 2:21Speaker 1: on wokeism, this goes to an attack on DEI. And
- 2:27Speaker 1: by the way, I think there is some legitimacy to that,
- 2:31Speaker 1: because there's also a movement on the other side that
- 2:34Speaker 1: does apologize for being white. Because when you look at
- 2:39Speaker 1: the kind of discrimination that took place in this country,
- 2:42Speaker 1: certainly against the African Americans, against the Native Americans, it
- 2:46Speaker 1: was white America that did that because we white people
- 2:51Speaker 1: were in the majority, but it has reached levels that
- 2:55Speaker 1: are pretty scary. Now you would think that kind of
- 2:57Speaker 1: comment would come from some kind of fringe organized fringe
- 3:01Speaker 1: activists at a nationalist, white nationalist gathering, not the Vice
- 3:06Speaker 1: President of the United States. He went on to say,
- 3:11Speaker 1: and this is the part that is the scary part
- 3:14Speaker 1: that I'm going to suggest you watch that documentary, God
- 3:18Speaker 1: and Country. He said, the only thing that has truly
- 3:21Speaker 1: served as an anchor of the United States of America
- 3:25Speaker 1: is that we have been, and by the grace of God,
- 3:28Speaker 1: we will always be, a Christian nation. That garnered more
- 3:33Speaker 1: applause than any other line at the event, and that
- 3:40Speaker 1: Christian nation comment, Man, that was it for them, all right?
- 3:45Speaker 2: That let's now get into some reality.
- 3:49Speaker 1: The United States was never created as a Christian nation.
- 3:56Speaker 1: As a matter of fact, it was never created as
- 3:58Speaker 1: a religious nation. When you think of historically where the
- 4:04Speaker 1: US was founded. Were the first groups of people that
- 4:06Speaker 1: came to the United States, the Pilgrims, what were they doing.
- 4:10Speaker 1: They were fleeing mandating Christian or in this case, Anglican
- 4:16Speaker 1: Church of England mandated religion.
- 4:21Speaker 2: Effectively, the Church of England.
- 4:22Speaker 1: If you look at it, of which the King, King
- 4:25Speaker 1: Charles is the Defenders. And there's an official religion in
- 4:28Speaker 1: England and it is the Church of England. And a
- 4:33Speaker 1: lot of people here want to have and think the
- 4:36Speaker 1: United States has a Christian religion which the country is
- 4:41Speaker 1: based on. That's absolutely not true. The Pilgrims were fleeing
- 4:47Speaker 1: that concept. This country was based not on religious on
- 4:53Speaker 1: any religious basis. It's a secular government. It is a
- 4:58Speaker 1: non religious govern And what ends up happening is that
- 5:03Speaker 1: has been twisted somehow. The religion of which this country
- 5:08Speaker 1: is not founded on, has been completely twisted.
- 5:12Speaker 2: This is gaslighting.
- 5:13Speaker 1: Has been completely twisted into a country of white Christians,
- 5:20Speaker 1: not so much white, well yeah, but certainly Christians and
- 5:24Speaker 1: all kinds of writings. In eighteen oh two, Thomas Jefferson,
- 5:28Speaker 1: just before he became president, wrote that the First Amendment
- 5:31Speaker 1: built wall of separation between church and state. In seventeen
- 5:36Speaker 1: ninety seven, John Adams, President number two, said, the government
- 5:40Speaker 1: in the United States is not in any sense founded
- 5:44Speaker 1: on the Christian religion.
- 5:46Speaker 2: It is pluralism in this country.
- 5:49Speaker 1: This country was founded on the fact that there is
- 5:52Speaker 1: no religion. It doesn't exist. The word God does not exist.
- 6:00Speaker 1: The Constitution of the United States. Purposely, the founding fathers
- 6:06Speaker 1: did not want a religion as part of this country.
- 6:10Speaker 2: It is a legal document.
- 6:14Speaker 1: It's like the vehicle code when you're registering in a car.
- 6:18Speaker 1: God is not involved in the registration of your car.
- 6:24Speaker 1: God is not involved in the Constitution of the United
- 6:28Speaker 1: States of America. I'm going to come back and explore
- 6:31Speaker 1: that a little bit more, because this is to me
- 6:34Speaker 1: very scary stuff. I mean, I not that I'm a
- 6:39Speaker 1: big fan of religion, and I'm not. But those of
- 6:43Speaker 1: us who are not fans of religions, I would never
- 6:46Speaker 1: cram down your throat that your religion is wrong. I'll
- 6:49Speaker 1: be fun of it because I make fun of everything
- 6:52Speaker 1: and every religion, because every religion has some insane aspects
- 6:55Speaker 1: to it, the Jewish religion.
- 6:57Speaker 2: The Muslim religion, the Mormons are hilarious with.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Jesus walking in Canada among the teepees of Indians.
- 7:06Speaker 2: I mean, you know, it's just it's insanity.
- 7:09Speaker 1: But no one has the right to tell you what
- 7:13Speaker 1: religion and no one has the right to tell you
- 7:15Speaker 1: this country was founded on a religion when it simply
- 7:19Speaker 1: was not. And here's what has happened in this country.
- 7:23Speaker 1: And it's something that I didn't think it was going
- 7:26Speaker 1: to happen, and that is the concept of being white,
- 7:32Speaker 1: being Christian, and being a patriot has now melded into
- 7:39Speaker 1: not only a political force, but anyone who is not
- 7:44Speaker 1: is really not part of America. JD vance in front
- 7:50Speaker 1: of turning Point USA America Fest, the rally that just
- 7:54Speaker 1: took place, thirty one thousand people.
- 7:56Speaker 2: Set it outright.
- 7:58Speaker 1: This nation the only thing that truly serves the anchor
- 8:01Speaker 1: of the United States of America. We have been, and
- 8:04Speaker 1: by the grace of God, we always will be, a
- 8:06Speaker 1: Christian nation. And the audience exploded in raucous applause.
- 8:13Speaker 2: And as I said earlier, this it's just not true.
- 8:17Speaker 2: That's it.
- 8:18Speaker 1: It's not true. The United States is not a Christian nation.
- 8:21Speaker 1: It's a secular nation.
- 8:23Speaker 2: The founding of.
- 8:23Speaker 1: This country was to get away from organized religion of
- 8:27Speaker 1: any kind.
- 8:30Speaker 2: And look at what we have. We don't have a
- 8:32Speaker 2: theocracy here.
- 8:34Speaker 1: The founding fathers, there's one mention of the word God
- 8:37Speaker 1: one and all of the founding papers, and that's the
- 8:40Speaker 1: Declaration of Independence.
- 8:42Speaker 2: And even then it is only God.
- 8:44Speaker 1: It is not Christian God, it is not Jesus in
- 8:48Speaker 1: any way. And so you have a country that is
- 8:53Speaker 1: founded on religious freedom, lack of religion. Mandatorily, there will
- 9:01Speaker 1: be no religion in our document, in the Constitution, which
- 9:07Speaker 1: controls the laws of this land, the very basis of
- 9:10Speaker 1: the United States. Would you argue that a constitution. You know,
- 9:15Speaker 1: we were the first democracy in the world. This experiment
- 9:18Speaker 1: of a national democracy was extraordinary. Two hundred and fifty
- 9:21Speaker 1: years ago. It just never happened. Christianity was not the
- 9:25Speaker 1: basis of it at all. It was every religion is equal,
- 9:31Speaker 1: and the government will not get involved in any religion.
- 9:36Speaker 1: So to say we are a Christian nation and we
- 9:38Speaker 1: were founded as a Christian nation is just a croc.
- 9:42Speaker 1: It is simply a croc. You read the Constitution, I'm
- 9:44Speaker 1: gonna repeat you read the Constitution, not.
- 9:46Speaker 2: A word of God.
- 9:48Speaker 1: Well, God is when a president becomes president, puts his
- 9:53Speaker 1: hand on the Bible and does, of course.
- 9:56Speaker 2: The oath of office and says at the end, so
- 9:58Speaker 2: help me God.
- 10:00Speaker 1: Constitution the words of accepting and declaring loyalty in the
- 10:06Speaker 1: United States, so help me.
- 10:07Speaker 2: God does not exist.
- 10:09Speaker 1: George Washington sort of just started that, and it's been
- 10:12Speaker 1: that way ever ever since.
- 10:13Speaker 2: You do not need a Bible.
- 10:15Speaker 1: You can simply put your hand up when you go
- 10:18Speaker 1: to court, for example, everybody thinks, so help me God,
- 10:22Speaker 1: and their hands on the Bible or whatever.
- 10:24Speaker 2: None of that exists. None of it.
- 10:28Speaker 1: You can literally say, I affirm and that's as valid.
- 10:36Speaker 1: So the offensive part here not only is it offensive
- 10:39Speaker 1: in terms of shoving religion down my throat, which I
- 10:43Speaker 1: don't want to hear, Christian or not, it's the fact
- 10:47Speaker 1: that it has become such a strong political movement to
- 10:50Speaker 1: the point where there are congress people who hang out
- 10:54Speaker 1: the white nationalist flag. There's actually a white nationalist flag
- 10:57Speaker 1: out there, and it's hanging in the Hall of Congress.
- 11:03Speaker 1: You know where the congressional offices are. You can see
- 11:07Speaker 1: a couple of these. It's a tough road to ho
- 11:12Speaker 1: This is where we have gone. Now, there are some
- 11:14Speaker 1: theocracies around the world. In Muslim countries, it is the
- 11:19Speaker 1: only regional religion allowed. Israel is a theocracy, but it's
- 11:26Speaker 1: wide open even though it's the official religion Judaism of
- 11:30Speaker 1: the country. Because remember it was founded on literally founded
- 11:33Speaker 1: out of the ashes of the Holocaust, and the entire
- 11:36Speaker 1: a third of the world jewelry was wiped out simply
- 11:38Speaker 1: because there were Jews. So Israel is very weird. It's
- 11:43Speaker 1: an outlier state that England is a theocracy. There's an
- 11:47Speaker 1: official religion in England, which is why the Pilgrims left,
- 11:53Speaker 1: and the King is Defender of the faith is one
- 11:58Speaker 1: of his titles.
- 12:00Speaker 2: He is the head of the Church of England.
- 12:02Speaker 1: But even though there is a but official religion, does
- 12:06Speaker 1: it matter at all in terms of the democracy of
- 12:11Speaker 1: England and allowing other religions to exist? And do they
- 12:16Speaker 1: push the Church of England as a major political movement, No,
- 12:21Speaker 1: they don't. Well, in this country, white nationalism is being
- 12:26Speaker 1: pushed as a political movement and it's getting stronger.
- 12:33Speaker 2: That's the scary part. It's getting stronger.
- 12:37Speaker 1: Man.
- 12:38Speaker 2: You got me.
- 12:39Speaker 1: Some things I laugh at, some things I joke about,
- 12:42Speaker 1: and some things genuinely scare me. And this is one
- 12:46Speaker 1: of those where this country is moving. Hopefully it stops
- 12:50Speaker 1: pretty quickly. And life is cyclical, I mean it does.
- 12:53Speaker 1: What goes up must come down. Life is a pendulum
- 12:56Speaker 1: and right now it's about as far right as it
- 12:59Speaker 1: can go. McCarthy era it went a little bit farther right,
- 13:03Speaker 1: not religiously, but certainly politically. This is a combination of
- 13:06Speaker 1: religion and.
- 13:09Speaker 2: And politics.
- 13:10Speaker 1: All right, all right, here's a story that this is
- 13:15Speaker 1: just it's being described as an incredibly reckless. President Trump
- 13:21Speaker 1: has just simply shut down some of the wind turbines
- 13:27Speaker 1: on the East Coast does not like when alternative energy.
- 13:30Speaker 2: You know, I don't know why, incidentally.
- 13:33Speaker 1: Because it you know, it is a not only is
- 13:36Speaker 1: it an environmental issue, which I understand he's not particularly
- 13:39Speaker 1: thrill with environmentalists and people talking about the environment, but
- 13:43Speaker 1: also the monetary part. That part I don't understand, because
- 13:46Speaker 1: we're going to run out of electricity because the data
- 13:48Speaker 1: centers alone are going to demand huge amounts of electricity.
- 13:52Speaker 1: And guess what happens when there is a limited amount
- 13:56Speaker 1: of anything, Well, prices go up, and they go up dramatically.
- 14:02Speaker 1: And that is what we are looking at. I mean,
- 14:04Speaker 1: all the experts are saying that the price of electricity
- 14:07Speaker 1: is going to go up and we're going to need
- 14:08Speaker 1: all kinds of alternative energy. And this is affordability time.
- 14:14Speaker 1: You know, affordability has gone from a Democrat hoax and
- 14:18Speaker 1: that's a quote to all of a sudden, it's an
- 14:20Speaker 1: affordability issue. And President Trump is the affordability president, so
- 14:25Speaker 1: he does not like wind matter of fact, the administration
- 14:29Speaker 1: has said it outright. The President does not like wind power,
- 14:34Speaker 1: and so he has shut down, halting five major projects.
- 14:39Speaker 2: That have already started construction.
- 14:44Speaker 1: If you go to Virginia, there is along the beach
- 14:49Speaker 1: just one hundreds of yards, maybe thousands of yards of
- 14:52Speaker 1: turbans of generators that are lined up ready to be
- 14:56Speaker 1: installed shut down.
- 15:00Speaker 2: I don't know how long.
- 15:00Speaker 1: They're going to be there, but they're certainly not going
- 15:03Speaker 1: up in the ocean for alternative power. And what are
- 15:08Speaker 1: the reasons why I love this? I really love this
- 15:13Speaker 1: well because it doesn't make a whole lot of sense
- 15:16Speaker 1: to shut down wind power, since it is genuine alternative power,
- 15:20Speaker 1: since the price of electricity coming from wind is dropping,
- 15:25Speaker 1: and it all looks in the right direction. Right, it
- 15:27Speaker 1: seems to be going right where we wanted to go.
- 15:31Speaker 1: Unless you happen to own some.
- 15:34Speaker 2: View lots.
- 15:34Speaker 1: If your home is on the ocean and now you're
- 15:37Speaker 1: looking at wind turbines out there.
- 15:38Speaker 2: I get it.
- 15:39Speaker 1: You know you're going to be a little upset, but
- 15:41Speaker 1: I love this one. Interior Secretary Doug Bergham on Fox
- 15:46Speaker 1: News said that The issue here is one of national security.
- 15:52Speaker 1: That's why we don't want wind turbines based on and
- 15:55Speaker 1: this was based on recent drone warfare findings observed in
- 16:01Speaker 1: conflicts in the Ukraine and Middle East, and somehow the
- 16:07Speaker 1: wind turbines get in the way of drones. And he
- 16:11Speaker 1: said federal officials are now working with the companies to
- 16:13Speaker 1: see if there's a way to actually mitigate this. Maybe
- 16:18Speaker 1: I'm misunderstanding something because I don't get it.
- 16:21Speaker 2: I truly don't get it.
- 16:22Speaker 1: How drones somehow are affected is being described as terms
- 16:27Speaker 1: of shut down as a national security issue. Yeah, I
- 16:33Speaker 1: love this. And here's the other thing that's being said
- 16:37Speaker 1: by the administration, because I find this one absolutely hilarious,
- 16:47Speaker 1: and that is we're concerned about the habitat of the
- 16:51Speaker 1: marine creatures in the area and bird migration. Now, when
- 16:58Speaker 1: is the Trump administration and ever interested in the habitat
- 17:02Speaker 1: for species and bird migration? You would wait, a secon
- 17:07Speaker 1: Does that make any sense?
- 17:09Speaker 2: Of course not.
- 17:10Speaker 1: And the issue here is it makes no sense to
- 17:13Speaker 1: stop this wind power, these turbines, these generators from taking
- 17:18Speaker 1: effect other than a political And here's the political one.
- 17:21Speaker 1: Democrats like it, environmentalists like it and anything environmentalists like
- 17:27Speaker 1: you have to be against. If you are a Republican,
- 17:30Speaker 1: anything the republicans like you have to be against. And
- 17:34Speaker 1: the really scary thing about politics, and this is just
- 17:37Speaker 1: one example, and that's a big example, is we have
- 17:40Speaker 1: reached the point where anything the other side says across
- 17:46Speaker 1: that aisle is bad for the country either way. And
- 17:51Speaker 1: as a matter of fact, it goes so far as
- 17:54Speaker 1: to say, if you even shake hands with a congress
- 17:58Speaker 1: person of the on the opposite aisle, there's something wrong
- 18:03Speaker 1: and we have to look into your politics. There is
- 18:06Speaker 1: something inherently wrong with your politics.
- 18:09Speaker 2: So what do you do? What do you do? There's
- 18:15Speaker 2: a real big fight.
- 18:16Speaker 1: Even some conservatives are saying, we need the electricity, we
- 18:21Speaker 1: can't deal without it. You know, that's the future, and
- 18:26Speaker 1: we're not going to have enough. And because we're not
- 18:29Speaker 1: going to have enough, prices are going to spike like crazy.
- 18:32Speaker 1: And none of that seems to matter. Nothing makes sense
- 18:37Speaker 1: these days, I mean absolutely nothing. I mean I try
- 18:39Speaker 1: to make sense of all this. I mean, that's what
- 18:41Speaker 1: I get paid to do, is to figure out some
- 18:44Speaker 1: way this makes sense.
- 18:45Speaker 2: And it doesn't happen.
- 18:47Speaker 1: Okay, We in the United States have the concept of
- 18:50Speaker 1: due process. Due process means that if you are charged
- 18:55Speaker 1: with any criminal act by the state, by the Feds,
- 18:58Speaker 1: by the city, doesn't matter right to go in front
- 19:00Speaker 1: of a judge and argue your case why you should
- 19:04Speaker 1: not be held to assert your innocence and the concept
- 19:08Speaker 1: of throwing you in prison without due process is simply
- 19:15Speaker 1: against the very concept of the creation of this country.
- 19:19Speaker 1: And there was a bill that eliminated due process, and
- 19:25Speaker 1: it was enacted in seventeen ninety eight. Now, how do
- 19:28Speaker 1: you eliminate due process? Well, it has to do with
- 19:33Speaker 1: the president declaring under the Alien Enemies Act, and what
- 19:41Speaker 1: that does is allow the removal of due process. And
- 19:45Speaker 1: when can it be invoked? And this is a story
- 19:48Speaker 1: having to do with the Venezuelan members of a gang
- 19:52Speaker 1: and the declaration that that gang is invading the United States. Okay,
- 19:58Speaker 1: the President can invoke the Act under twoson a declared
- 20:01Speaker 1: war against a foreign nation threatened or actual invasion, and
- 20:07Speaker 1: or predatory incursion.
- 20:09Speaker 2: By a foreign power.
- 20:12Speaker 1: It's been used exactly three times in the history of
- 20:15Speaker 1: this country. The War of eighteen twelve by President James
- 20:18Speaker 1: Madison targeting British nationals, World War one restricting German Austro
- 20:24Speaker 1: Hungarian immigrants. World War two, the interment of Japanese, Well,
- 20:28Speaker 1: that was a horrible story. German and Italian nationals, all
- 20:32Speaker 1: of which this country was engaged in a declaration of war.
- 20:36Speaker 2: There was an actual war.
- 20:38Speaker 1: March of twenty twenty five, the President invokes at targeting
- 20:42Speaker 1: Venezuelan gang members, members of Trend de Aragua, which is
- 20:47Speaker 1: a gang, declaring that the existence of this gang and
- 20:53Speaker 1: its existence in the United States is an invasion. And
- 20:59Speaker 1: therein by a really interesting point, by the way, a
- 21:02Speaker 1: federal judge just knocked down that declaration in view of
- 21:07Speaker 1: one hundred and twenty four Venezuelans that were due for deportation,
- 21:12Speaker 1: and he said, you can't do it. They are entitled
- 21:15Speaker 1: to due process. And the Trump administration is appealing that.
- 21:20Speaker 1: And basically, what's the appeal because we have due process? Well,
- 21:24Speaker 1: here's the appeal. He has declared the Alien Enemies Act,
- 21:30Speaker 1: as I said, an invasion by this gang. And now
- 21:34Speaker 1: it's going to go to the Supreme Court. And here
- 21:36Speaker 1: is the question, and that is is the President able
- 21:42Speaker 1: to under the Alien Enemies Act declare there is a
- 21:48Speaker 1: war because he believes there's a war, believes declares that
- 21:53Speaker 1: there is an invasion simply because he says there is
- 21:57Speaker 1: an invasion.
- 21:59Speaker 2: And this Supreme Court is going to look at this.
- 22:01Speaker 2: And I have to tell you the way this.
- 22:03Speaker 1: Court is running, I believe that the President can invoke
- 22:09Speaker 1: the Alien Enemies Act just because he can say, I
- 22:14Speaker 1: believe this is an invasion. Is it a formal invasion?
- 22:19Speaker 1: Is an invasion by a country? Are we at war
- 22:22Speaker 1: with a country? Are we a declared war? No, it's
- 22:26Speaker 1: a bunch of gang members that are operating in the
- 22:28Speaker 1: United States. Therefore it is an invasion. Same thing with
- 22:35Speaker 1: illegal migrants. It is, as far as the President's concerned,
- 22:38Speaker 1: it is an invasion of the United States. Ten about
- 22:43Speaker 1: two declaration of war by a foreign power. Now, I
- 22:50Speaker 1: don't put it past President Trump to make this declaration
- 22:54Speaker 1: and believe he has the power. He truly believes he
- 22:57Speaker 1: has virtually unlimited power as the president of the United States.
- 23:00Speaker 1: What he says is to be done across the board.
- 23:03Speaker 1: The scary part is how many people on his side
- 23:07Speaker 1: also agree. So many members of the legislature, the Republican members,
- 23:12Speaker 1: and even scarier than anything.
- 23:15Speaker 2: The Supreme Court, the Supreme.
- 23:19Speaker 1: Court is saying for example, that the president is completely
- 23:23Speaker 1: immune from any criminal prosecution as long as he is
- 23:27Speaker 1: acting as the president. Ellena Kagan arguing with the Solicitor
- 23:32Speaker 1: General and literally asked this question, Can the president order
- 23:38Speaker 1: the assassination of a political enemy, someone running against him,
- 23:44Speaker 1: for example, for office?
- 23:47Speaker 2: Yes?
- 23:49Speaker 1: Is he protected and cannot be prosecuted. Yes, he can
- 23:56Speaker 1: do any damn thing he wants, including assassinating a arrival.
- 24:04Speaker 2: Okay, thank you. By the way, the court didn't go
- 24:08Speaker 2: that far.
- 24:08Speaker 1: But I mean, but the court did rule that the
- 24:11Speaker 1: president is immune virtually on anything that he is acting
- 24:16Speaker 1: as president, and he can argue I did this as president.
- 24:21Speaker 2: I did this.
- 24:22Speaker 1: I was acting on behalf of the presidency because I
- 24:26Speaker 1: am president.
- 24:27Speaker 2: All right, this is KFI. I am six forty.
