- 2:50Speaker 1: That was always a good start time for me.
- 2:51Speaker 1: Y'all know I like to get things done early.
- 2:54Speaker 1: I'm an early bird but sheesh, that extra hour was clutch because I couldn't even finish my whole routine today.
- 3:09Speaker 1: I normally get up, clean up the area, clean up the room, my room and everything.
- 3:14Speaker 1: Then I get in the shower, I light the candles, get out the shower you know I'm a big about vibes I light my candles, candles, got my candles going and all of that.
- 3:28Speaker 1: I have to be honest with y'all.
- 3:30Speaker 1: I had to skip my damn shower this morning come do the show.
- 3:33Speaker 1: I'm gonna have to take my shower after the show, but it's just, that's not my routine, shit.
- 3:38Speaker 1: So I gotta get used to this.
- 3:39Speaker 1: You know not having that hour cushion that I had on y'all, you know 830 is a lot different than 730.
- 3:45Speaker 1: I'm an early bird, but sheesh, you know I get up, prepare for the show, do my normal routine, and I did not have.
- 3:54Speaker 1: I'm kind of thrown off.
- 3:56Speaker 1: You know I like to have my little shower time and then have my candles lit and you know the vibe just be vibing, so now I got to give it to y'all funky.
- 4:05Speaker 1: So, let know, the vibe just be vibing, so now I gotta give it to y'all funky.
- 4:11Speaker 1: So let's do it.
- 4:11Speaker 1: So, uh, had a great weekend, had a great weekend caught up on some rest.
- 4:13Speaker 1: Uh, feeling good, celebrating, got my birthday behind me, I feel good.
- 4:20Speaker 1: I don't feel as old as I thought I would feel at this age, so that's a blessing.
- 4:26Speaker 1: I thought I would be decrepit and bent over and barely walking, but I'm still moving around, bouncing around like ain't nothing happened.
- 4:37Speaker 1: Hey, what's up, chosen Up, good to see you.
- 4:40Speaker 1: Good to see you too, chosen.
- 4:42Speaker 1: We about to get into it today.
- 4:44Speaker 1: So what we have on the agenda today?
- 4:50Speaker 1: We got hit with some crazy news over the weekend.
- 4:54Speaker 1: If you hadn't heard the lawsuit Diddy had with the one girl, miss parham, uh, they have added, uh, druski, odell, beckham and jaguar right to the lawsuit saying that they did some crazy, crazy, crazy mess and we're gonna have to
- 5:21Speaker 1: get into it.
- 5:21Speaker 1: We got to get into it.
- 5:24Speaker 1: So what happened is Ashley Parham amended her complaint against Diddy and now she has named names Names, of course I've already told you Odell Beckham, drewski, jaguar, wright are among the names, uh that have come up now.
- 5:52Speaker 1: Now beckham and drewski.
- 5:53Speaker 1: You know odell beckham is the football player, wide receiver.
- 5:55Speaker 1: Y'all know odell, uh, odell beckham and drewski.
- 5:57Speaker 1: Drewski is the uh content creator, comedian and uh influencer, whatever you want to call them.
- 6:04Speaker 1: They are both accused of grape what are?
- 6:09Speaker 1: While right is allegedly accused of helping with the sex trafficking, andrewski did say he was at a Diddy party and I'm going to play that clip.
- 6:29Speaker 1: But, like I said, this one of those ones y'all is so much information and it's so many different people saying different things.
- 6:32Speaker 1: Just sit down, relax, keep your head on a swivel.
- 6:36Speaker 1: If you're walking your dog, make sure you got your seatbelts on.
- 6:39Speaker 1: If you're Ubering, shout out to all my Uber and DoorDash drivers that listen to me.
- 6:44Speaker 1: I didn't know so many of y'all listen to me while y'all working and you know I hold y'all down.
- 6:49Speaker 1: Make sure we tip our Uber drivers and our DoorDashers.
- 6:52Speaker 1: All we got is us, y'all.
- 6:54Speaker 1: All we got is us.
- 6:55Speaker 1: So we got to look out for each other.
- 6:56Speaker 1: So, definitely, let's get into this mess right here.
- 7:02Speaker 1: Okay, so this is ashley.
- 7:06Speaker 1: This is the one that got that.
- 7:08Speaker 1: Allegedly diddy got mad because she said she thinks, or thought that diddy, uh, that diddy uh killed tupac, and she said it, and then he got mad.
- 7:20Speaker 1: Uh, it's just been a mess, so we're gonna go into this one.
- 7:26Speaker 1: Like I said, listen to the facts, y'all tell me what y'all believe, but, uh, this is a wild one.
- 7:33Speaker 1: So I'm gonna tell you kind of what happened in this lawsuit before we actually just get right into odell and all of that.
- 7:42Speaker 1: So, let's, let's, let's, let's, let's dig into this lawsuit and let's see what, what, what we have here.
- 7:52Speaker 1: This is crazy y'all.
- 7:53Speaker 1: So you got different people.
- 7:57Speaker 1: You got Shane, karen you're gonna, you're gonna hear these, these names uh, these are Diddy's workers and so, let's, let's get right into it.
- 8:07Speaker 1: I'll explain some of the people who they are afterwards, because it might be a little confusing as far as who is what, but I got you.
- 8:20Speaker 1: So what happened was uh, this is in February 2018, after an altercation with another man at a bar, defended Shane came to the plaintiff's rescue.
- 8:35Speaker 1: So the way this all started is.
- 8:37Speaker 1: Ashley had a problem and Shane came to help her out.
- 8:40Speaker 1: Now, while outside the bar with friends and other patrons, shane, who is diddy's friend, facetimed diddy to show people that he knew famous people.
- 8:56Speaker 1: You know he was trying to impress people.
- 8:58Speaker 1: Shane then showed diddy on his video call, showing everybody like look, y'all know who this is.
- 9:06Speaker 1: But Ashley wasn't impressed.
- 9:09Speaker 1: Ashley called out and said I'm not impressed about no Diddy, all I know is I believe you, the one that murdered Tupac Shakur, visible in the FaceTime call.
- 9:23Speaker 1: Defendant Diddy appeared to be kind of pissed about that.
- 9:30Speaker 1: Diddy heard the plaintiff's statement and made a remark that the plaintiff, ashley, would pay for what she said.
- 9:44Speaker 1: And then, on March 23rd, shane invited the plaintiff over to his home to assist him with some cancer medications because he said he was weak and unable to move.
- 9:57Speaker 1: Upon arrival, shane informed the plaintiff that he wanted to give her a ride in his new car.
- 10:05Speaker 1: Plaintiff and defendant Shane left his residence for a brief period and then returned.
- 10:12Speaker 1: Once they returned, shane left the door to his apartment partially open and stated that the door was ajar because there was an issue with the door where it couldn't completely close.
- 10:25Speaker 1: I got a feeling he was lying, but let's continue.
- 10:31Speaker 1: Defendant Shane was rented the apartment on the lower floor of a home in California.
- 10:36Speaker 1: Defendant Shane had a separate entrance into his residence that led to the backyard of his home.
- 10:44Speaker 1: The home also had a separate entrance into his residence that led to the backyard of his home.
- 10:49Speaker 1: The home also had a main entrance.
- 10:50Speaker 1: So the plaintiff and defendant Shane began to watch a movie.
- 10:54Speaker 1: Defendant Shane offered her a glass of water, which he retrieved and brought back to the plaintiff.
- 11:02Speaker 1: Now hold on.
- 11:04Speaker 1: Y'all know the drill.
- 11:05Speaker 1: Every time we see Diddy or one of his cronies or one of his posse, whenever they grab a drink and give it to somebody, normally all hell breaks loose.
- 11:19Speaker 1: So let's continue and see how this one turns out.
- 11:22Speaker 1: So let's continue and see how this one turns out.
- 11:28Speaker 1: Guess who came in the open door right after the glass of water was forked over Allegedly your main man Mohawk, to the mother and Diddy.
- 11:44Speaker 1: Now Diddy entered the home and made a grand entrance talking about who's ready to party.
- 11:50Speaker 1: They say his entrance was so loud the dogs upstairs start barking.
- 11:57Speaker 1: Diddy came through that secret entrance.
- 12:06Speaker 1: Plaintiff believes that the defendant Shane invited her over to set her up to be assaulted by Diddy.
- 12:12Speaker 1: Now you remember Diddy was pissed off about that Tupac Shakur remark and she believed this was a setup to get back at her.
- 12:21Speaker 1: She said the minute Diddy got there he began to antagonize her, claiming that you never thought you would see me in person, did you?
- 12:34Speaker 1: And now you're going to pay for what you said in so many words.
- 12:38Speaker 1: Plaintiff was in shock as she never believed that she would ever see or meet Diddy in her life alone not, uh, let alone in a small apartment rented by the defendant.
- 12:52Speaker 1: She was surprised.
- 12:54Speaker 1: Basically she was ambushed.
- 12:59Speaker 1: Diddy began to advance towards the plaintiff as the plaintiff was sitting on defendant shane's bed with the knife and held it to the right side of the plaintiff's face and threatened to give her a glass go, a glass, go, smile, whatever that, whatever that means, but we used to call them a buck 50.
- 13:21Speaker 1: Basically, you cut somebody across their face and this was supposed to be in retaliation for what she said.
- 13:28Speaker 1: Defendant then made a threat to the plaintiff that they could ship her off anywhere in the world and she would never see her family again.
- 13:39Speaker 1: Plaintiff is scared.
- 13:43Speaker 1: She's basically outnumbered.
- 13:47Speaker 1: Diddy has showed up unannounced and then she gets to the part of the story that I'm sure everybody listening and everybody out there watching the part of the story that you know will soon come.
- 14:09Speaker 1: Defended Shane Then partially undressed the plaintiff.
- 14:15Speaker 1: Did he remove the rest of the clothes, removing the knife from her face?
- 14:22Speaker 1: Removing the knife from her face and then allegedly retrieved a bottle of liquid from a large fanny pack.
- 14:37Speaker 1: What is this large liquid that Diddy is just pulling up out of nowhere?
- 14:44Speaker 1: Defended Diddy Then squirted A bottle of liquid On a plaintiff which placed her in fear that she was being squirted With a chemical substance Like acid.
- 14:59Speaker 1: Realized that the substance was.
- 15:01Speaker 1: Realizing the substance was a lubricant, plaintiff was squirted With over and over again all over her naked body.
- 15:15Speaker 1: Defendant was then told by Diddy to insert what looked like a syringe from a sterile package into the plaintiff's vagina.
- 15:23Speaker 1: Now you might be a little confused right here.
- 15:25Speaker 1: This is Shane and Diddy working together.
- 15:29Speaker 1: Diddy told Shane to put this syringe Into the plaintiff's vagina.
- 15:36Speaker 1: Allegedly Shane did as he was told and it just gets worse and worse and worse.
- 15:48Speaker 1: They even re-arrested up an IUD Defendant.
- 15:57Speaker 1: Diddy then picked up a television remote that was near the plaintiff and violently inserted it into the plaintiff's vagina because for some reason he was upset about the way the syringe was functioning.
- 16:12Speaker 1: I don't know what the hell is going on in this story.
- 16:14Speaker 1: Y'all this is from the legal documents, though.
- 16:18Speaker 1: This is straight from this ain't an article.
- 16:22Speaker 1: This ain't an interview.
- 16:24Speaker 1: Straight from this ain't an article.
- 16:29Speaker 1: This ain't an interview.
- 16:29Speaker 1: This is straight from the legal paperwork verbatim.
- 16:31Speaker 1: I told you on this one.
- 16:32Speaker 1: I want to give y'all all the facts as listed in here in this, in this uh document, in this lawsuit, and let y'all decide, because we got a lot more to get to besides this.
- 16:43Speaker 1: I'm just laying out exactly what the lawsuit is saying happened Defendant violently graped the plaintiff with the television remote.
- 16:51Speaker 1: Defendant this is crazy.
- 17:00Speaker 1: Y'all this lawsuit right here.
- 17:03Speaker 1: I remember this one, but not with the amended, mended stuff and all the extra like details that they added Like.
- 17:11Speaker 1: Defendant then instructed Shane to turn the plaintiff on her stomach, seemingly tired of hearing a plaintiff's screaming and crying.
- 17:23Speaker 1: So she turned.
- 17:24Speaker 1: They turned her on her face as if to muffle the noise.
- 17:29Speaker 1: Trigger warning If I didn't tell you Defending Shane.
- 17:37Speaker 1: Shane then grabbed the plaintiff by her abdomen and her hips and turned her over on her stomach.
- 17:43Speaker 1: Shane then put a over on her stomach.
- 17:45Speaker 1: Shane then put a pillow over her head because he didn't want to see her face or hear the screams, and then this assault went on and on.
- 18:01Speaker 1: Now this is where Drewski, the content creator, the comedian you saw Drewski on Kansanat's live streams.
- 18:15Speaker 1: Drewski is a comedian content creator, kind of the chubby guy, if you don't remember Defended Diddy, then instructed someone else to step in and get some, get some of that assault in, and that person is the other defendant, druski.
- 18:34Speaker 1: Instead of immediately graping the plaintiff, allegedly, druski doused the plaintiff with more oil and lubricant, then jumped on top of the plaintiff's naked body and treated it like a slip and slide, knocking the wind out of the plaintiff due to his enormous size.
- 18:59Speaker 1: This some crazy shit.
- 19:05Speaker 1: And when we talk about Drewski, this is we gotta.
- 19:18Speaker 1: I'm gonna stop right there as far as Drewski, the paperwork, and we gonna go to something that Drewski said that's now coming to the light.
- 19:32Speaker 1: There was an article.
- 19:39Speaker 1: There was a, not an article.
- 19:46Speaker 1: There was a, a, a, a interview that Drewski did with million dollars worth of game, where he talked about a diddy, a diddy party or going to a Diddy party.
- 20:01Speaker 1: And it's like wait a minute, drewski, you actually and you know he did that commercial with Diddy.
- 20:13Speaker 1: This is it right here?
- 20:19Speaker 1: I wouldn't Shut up.
- 20:32Speaker 1: So in the commercial is Drewski taking a drink from Diddy, and Drewski is obviously nervous about the drink and he takes it.
- 20:48Speaker 1: It now.
- 20:48Speaker 1: It's funny the reason why I'm talking about this commercial because I'm also going to talk about give you the uh interview he did with million dollar worth of game, where he talked about diddy party.
- 20:54Speaker 1: Uh, the crazy part is I used to, when I watched that commercial back in the day, I did say to myself when did drewski hook up with diddy like that?
- 21:05Speaker 1: That always threw me for a loop.
- 21:06Speaker 1: I'm like when did these two get together?
- 21:08Speaker 1: So just throwing it out there.
- 21:10Speaker 1: But here is andrewski's own words uh, the diddy party experience and what he did or whatever.
- 21:17Speaker 1: Yeah, you ever been to one of diddy?
- 21:20Speaker 2: parties.
- 21:20Speaker 2: Yeah, I've, I've been in attendance.
- 21:21Speaker 2: I've been in one of Diddy's parties.
- 21:22Speaker 2: Yeah, I've been in attendance.
- 21:25Speaker 2: I've been in attendance.
- 21:26Speaker 2: Hey, what the f*** are you smoking for?
- 21:28Speaker 2: I ain't seen it.
- 21:29Speaker 2: I ain't seen it.
- 21:29Speaker 2: I've been in attendance.
- 21:30Speaker 2: That's all I said.
- 21:32Speaker 2: That's all I said.
- 21:33Speaker 2: I said I've been in attendance, I have been in attendance.
- 21:35Speaker 2: We've never been.
- 21:35Speaker 2: We just asked him.
- 21:36Speaker 2: We just asked him as soon I ain't seen that.
- 21:39Speaker 2: Yeah, you did.
- 21:40Speaker 2: Yeah, I had fun.
- 21:42Speaker 2: Yeah, I mean, it was a party.
- 21:43Speaker 2: I wouldn't have won them parties, I don't know we ain't seen that fucking party I have been in attendance at a puff party.
- 21:51Speaker 2: You know what I'm saying.
- 21:53Speaker 2: I've been in attendance, yeah, yeah, I went, but I ain't yeah, nah, I don't know which party.
- 22:02Speaker 2: The party I went to it was girls.
- 22:03Speaker 2: It turned up.
- 22:04Speaker 2: You know I'm saying the regular.
- 22:05Speaker 1: you know I mean other celebrities so that was him saying drewski himself talked about he was turning up with girls at a diddy party, uh, and and and so on and so forth.
- 22:21Speaker 1: And but he did say he said I didn't go to that kind of diddy party where, well, they said, well, what kind?
- 22:25Speaker 1: There's only one kind.
- 22:26Speaker 1: What kind of Diddy party did you go to?
- 22:27Speaker 1: Then?
- 22:28Speaker 1: So even out of his own mouth we've heard.
- 22:36Speaker 1: And then it goes on to say Odell Beckham became part of it and he also did pretty much the same thing.
- 22:56Speaker 1: And then they go on to name Jaguar Wright and Jaguar Wright, and Jaguar Wright, basically, is being included as helping traffic the victims, allegedly.
- 23:19Speaker 1: This is all alleged.
- 23:22Speaker 1: Now, this is what people are pointing to as far as Jaguar Wright, or some things that she may have admitted to or not admitted to.
- 23:31Speaker 1: But this is an interview that people are going to look at, but then, after we play this, I'm going to give you some information that may point to Jaguar Wright not being involved or Drewski not being involved.
- 23:44Speaker 1: This is a messy one, y'all.
- 23:48Speaker 3: Out of shit.
- 23:49Speaker 3: I was into no pictures there.
- 23:51Speaker 3: I know I waited.
- 23:53Speaker 3: I didn't want to be seen on camera with any of these motherfuckers with the kind of shit I was into.
- 24:01Speaker 3: It's because the statute of limitation is passed on camera with any of these motherfuckers with the kind of shit I was into is because the statute of limitation is passed on camera with any of these motherfuckers with the kind of shit I was into.
- 24:08Speaker 3: It's goddamn criminal.
- 24:11Speaker 3: You know, part of the reason why I can speak the way I can speak is because the statute of limitation is passed on all my crimes.
- 24:23Speaker 3: I never said I didn't admit any crimes.
- 24:26Speaker 3: I said I was smart enough to wait for me to not be held accountable for.
- 24:31Speaker 3: And you can say I'm a punk for that now in that.
- 24:38Speaker 1: In that video, basically, if you couldn't hear Jaguar Wright was saying that she was witness to a lot of those crimes, but she didn't talk about them until the Statue of Limitations was up.
- 24:48Speaker 1: So she's saying she wasn't.
- 24:50Speaker 1: She's not going to say she wasn't a part of crimes, she's just saying that she didn't speak on anything she was a part of was way, way, way back, and the Statue of Libertations is up Now.
- 25:06Speaker 1: This is where the lawsuit starts to get a little hairy, because there's a little confusion about the timeline.
- 25:21Speaker 1: Jaguar Wright, allegedly From the from the information she put up shows her on ig on march 23rd 2018, on a post showing that she was incarcerated and was raising money selling t-shirts.
- 25:45Speaker 1: So a lot of people said, oh, she can't.
- 25:46Speaker 1: We know that they lying on jaguar right, because she was incarcerated at the time that this all was supposed to take place.
- 25:57Speaker 1: So this is how wild the weekend is, and this is why I'm glad I'm not.
- 26:03Speaker 1: I used to be the just straight breaking news guy, um, and then I graduated to just having a show and I just talk about it on my show, and I'm glad because this is what happened.
- 26:14Speaker 1: So, like when news breaks, everybody wanted to be first over the weekend, so everybody ran with it.
- 26:20Speaker 1: Oh no, it's jaguar right and drew skin this, and that then some information comes out that perhaps drew ski what couldn't might not have been around, or jaguar saying she was incarcerated.
- 26:32Speaker 1: Then everybody had to come back all the breaking news, people who want to be the first one to break the news.
- 26:39Speaker 1: Then they coming out with talking about oh man, we need to retract that.
- 26:43Speaker 1: She was locked up, incarcerated and she couldn't have did that.
- 26:47Speaker 1: We apologize for putting Jaguar name out there and all this stuff.
- 26:51Speaker 1: And then, after all of that broke, then we get word that hold on.
- 26:59Speaker 1: According to this document, uh, cook, county arrest records indicate that she was released, and when I say she, I'm talking about jaguar was released from prison or from jail, january 10th 2018.
- 27:20Speaker 1: So in one instance, jaguar Wright was saying that she was locked up with receipts, but then there are also receipts saying that she was released before.
- 27:37Speaker 1: This would have happened.
- 27:37Speaker 1: Make it make sense.
- 27:41Speaker 1: Y'all know how I get down.
- 27:47Speaker 1: I'm giving y'all all the information and y'all decide, because it gets crazier, so let's go on.
- 27:55Speaker 1: We haven't had a word from odell yet.
- 27:58Speaker 1: Odell beckham hasn't hasn't said anything as of as of you know on record.
- 28:06Speaker 1: Yet we all remember Odell and what's funny is and I don't mean funny, like literally funny, but what's ironic, what's weird, what don't what.
- 28:18Speaker 1: What is crazy to me is how all these random people, their names, are starting to come up in these Diddy stories, for example.
- 28:35Speaker 1: Let me give you an example Odell Beckham.
- 28:41Speaker 1: Remember that old video?
- 28:43Speaker 1: I don't even like watching the video because it's just.
- 28:48Speaker 1: I don't even like watching this video, but it comes up on my timeline, or not, when I'm researching.
- 28:54Speaker 1: Do y'all remember that old video with odell beckham and it was like Justin Bieber and they were in a club and somebody was recording them and it looked like Odell had Justin.
- 29:09Speaker 1: It looked like Justin Bieber was kind of going down on Odell or whatever.
- 29:13Speaker 1: It just was strange.
- 29:14Speaker 1: And this is the time where they feel like, uh, justin Bieber was being like set out or it's just sad to even say, I don't even know what you call it, just groomed or whatever you want to call it.
- 29:29Speaker 1: This whole case is triggering.
- 29:33Speaker 1: It's like you trying to talking about.
- 29:35Speaker 1: It is like walking in a minefield.
- 29:37Speaker 1: You don't know what words to say.
- 29:38Speaker 1: You're trying not to offend people.
- 29:40Speaker 1: It's very difficult, but anyway, remember that video.
- 29:47Speaker 1: And then that was another time when I said where does Odell Beckham, how does he get mixed up with Diddy and Justin Bieber and all of this?
- 29:56Speaker 1: That's what I'm saying to myself Back when that video was surfaced and it was kind of like the same thing with Drewski, where I was just thinking to myself I never said it out loud but I would just be like what, what is Odell Beckham and Diddy and Justin?
- 30:10Speaker 1: How do they mix like?
- 30:11Speaker 1: Where did they meet?
- 30:12Speaker 1: And it just was always a strange connection to me.
- 30:15Speaker 1: And now, according to these documents, odell been partying like crazy at the Diddy, at the Diddy, so much so his name is getting, he getting named in these freaky, deaky lawsuits.
- 30:35Speaker 1: Now, like I said, I haven't heard from Odell Beckham to know what he's saying or what his statement is, heard from Odell Beckham to know what he's saying or what his statement is.
- 30:45Speaker 1: But that kind of gives me cause to pause, because one thing about this type of stuff you normally want like, if it was me, say, this lawsuit came out and they said, hey, we adding flow, within seconds my ass would be on this microphone.
- 31:02Speaker 1: Hey, y'all, I don't know what they talking about.
- 31:07Speaker 1: I ain't got nothing to do with none of that nasty, freaky trifling mess, and anybody that got something to do with it, they ass should rot.
- 31:14Speaker 1: My little statement would be something like that they know, ain't no publicist made my statement?
- 31:21Speaker 1: My statement coming straight from the heart, that's the only way I know how to deliver it.
- 31:24Speaker 1: So when I see somebody like odell ain't even said nothing yet, I'm not saying he guilty, but I am saying that don't look good.
- 31:38Speaker 1: I think you should come on something nasty like this.
- 31:42Speaker 1: I think you need to come out in seconds and make a statement, because if you don't they look weird to me and I know I ain't the only one that feel like that.
- 31:55Speaker 1: So let's get into.
- 31:58Speaker 1: And then also, drewski has a rebuttal and I'm going to tell you what Drewski said.
- 32:08Speaker 1: And the Drewski response comes from Dextero Entertainment.
- 32:16Speaker 1: This article is by Carver Fisher I believe his name is yes and it's called and the title of the article is Druski responds to Diddy party allegations and claims and claims innocence.
- 32:34Speaker 1: So let's see what the hell Druski got to say.
- 32:39Speaker 1: What is a slip and slide?
- 32:42Speaker 1: Diving on people behind allegedly allegedly he done, knocked the wind out this girl trying to play slip and slide with all this baby oil all over the place, allegedly so.
- 32:54Speaker 1: Article goes on to say content creator Drewski was one of the several one of several named in a court document demanding trial based around the sexual assault of the plaintiff, ashley Parham.
- 33:06Speaker 1: Drewski, however, claims he wasn't involved and pleads his innocence.
- 33:12Speaker 1: Now the one thing I can say is Drewski came right the hell out saying something.
- 33:17Speaker 1: That looks a lot better than being in the shadows like like odell.
- 33:23Speaker 1: Let's pay attention to odell y'all, because he ain't saying nothing and I don't like it.
- 33:31Speaker 1: The fallout of p diddy's infamous diddy parties has been widespread.
- 33:35Speaker 1: The article goes on to say with many of the biggest celebrities in Hollywood getting wrapped up in accusations around, the famous musician P Diddy himself has been found guilty.
- 33:49Speaker 1: Well, not guilty, but is is is charged and is now incarcerated behind a lot of those.
- 33:56Speaker 1: He has not been found guilty yet, but one of the people named in this 87 page court document is your boy, drewski.
- 34:07Speaker 1: And on page 70, on page 17 of the court document, the allegations against Drewski began is claimed that Diddy instructed him to assault Ashley.
- 34:20Speaker 1: I already went over that with y'all.
- 34:22Speaker 1: Instead of immediately doing it, he turned her into a slip and slide, put all type of lubricant on her and belly flopped and slid his naked all over herself and knocked the wind out of her.
- 34:37Speaker 1: According to this lawsuit, and you know, diddy's Miami house had over a thousand bottles of baby hole and lubricant amongst various other freaky supplies in the freaky pantry.
- 34:54Speaker 1: Can you imagine being in Diddy's house and you open the pantry looking for some Teddy Grahams or some fruit roll-ups or some mini muffins or some type of snacks, and you open this damn pantry and you see a thousand bottles of baby oil.
- 35:20Speaker 1: What you gonna think he was like?
- 35:26Speaker 1: What the hell he got a thousand bottles of baby oil from.
- 35:30Speaker 1: Then you pick up your phone and start reading articles and you say, oh this, why he got a thousand bottles of baby oil, freaky ass.
- 35:40Speaker 1: So let's continue.
- 35:42Speaker 1: The document continues.
- 35:44Speaker 1: Defendant druski then caught himself from sliding over the plaintiff's old oily body and began to have unwanted sex with her.
- 35:57Speaker 1: You know what unwanted sex is.
- 36:00Speaker 1: The filing also claims that Diddy recorded it, with her being assaulted until she had no control of her body, followed by Druski and other men who were present, including Diddy, were often taking smoke breaks, marijuana and cigarettes going out.
- 36:22Speaker 1: Take a smoke break, come back in assault, go back out smoke, come back in more assault.
- 36:27Speaker 1: Nasty, nasty one word nasty.
- 36:38Speaker 1: The plaintiff claims to have then stolen a knife and slash diddy after confronting him, claiming that the musician offered her hush money to not talk about the events that evening.
- 36:53Speaker 1: Druski has claimed complete and total innocence in the matter, saying that the events noted in the document were fabricated and completely false.
- 37:02Speaker 1: Now this is word straight from druski's uh twitter.
- 37:10Speaker 1: He says the average the allegation is a fabric lie.
- 37:16Speaker 1: I wasn't a public figure in 2018.
- 37:19Speaker 1: I was broke, living with my mom, without any connections to the entertainment industry, at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.
- 37:32Speaker 1: My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I'm fully confident that the evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.
- 37:51Speaker 1: That's Drew.
- 37:54Speaker 1: That's Drew's response.
- 37:56Speaker 1: That's Drew.
- 37:57Speaker 1: That's Drewski's response.
- 37:58Speaker 1: Now the plaintiff, ashley, is looking for punitive damages for the allegations against Drewski and several others that were named.
- 38:06Speaker 1: The acts of the defendants, each of them alleged, were willful, malicious and oppressive, justifying the awarding of punitive damages.
- 38:21Speaker 1: Drew Ski is one of the biggest creators on YouTube, with each episode of his show could have been loved, garnering millions of views daily.
- 38:32Speaker 1: What do y'all think?
- 38:36Speaker 1: What do y'all think?
- 38:38Speaker 1: Do y'all think Drewski is guilty of what's being said?
- 38:44Speaker 1: Do you think Jaguar Wright is guilty of what has been said?
- 38:52Speaker 1: Do you think Odell Beckham is guilty of these things being alleged?
- 38:57Speaker 1: What I do know is Everybody has spoke on it except for Odell Beckham, and that has me looking at it like, hmm, let me see, why is this guy not speaking?
- 39:19Speaker 1: So I got some more to add to that.
- 39:23Speaker 1: But y'all know the routine.
- 39:25Speaker 1: We got to think and stop and give a moment and get a flowers to the people that make this podcast what it is.
- 39:34Speaker 1: Podcast what it is and it make allows the ability of this podcast to be able to keep it moving and keep the lights on.
- 39:42Speaker 1: Without these people that I'm about to name ain't no flow show, no filter, ain't no truth-telling news or platform every day at 7 30 am.

- 40:19Speaker 1: Everybody else could kick rocks with flip-flops.
- 40:22Speaker 1: All I got to please is my listeners and my supporters, my mother and my son and a couple other people, but outside of that, the rest of them can kiss my ass.
- 40:32Speaker 1: I don't care about being famous.
- 40:33Speaker 1: I don't want to hobnob with the celebrity so they can be mad at me.
- 40:36Speaker 1: I'm the right one for the job.
- 40:36Speaker 1: I ain't never gave being famous.
- 40:36Speaker 1: I don't want to hobnob with the celebrity so they can be mad at me.
- 40:37Speaker 1: I'm the right one for the job.

- 40:53Speaker 1: I don't give a damn about being cool with the celebrities or the elites or all these big companies.

- 46:23Speaker 1: If I had to come in, if I had to wake up in the morning and talk about bubble gum, fluff material, because I need this, corporate sponsors or I gotta depend on all this, all these different entities, to give me money, who gonna tell me what to do.
- 46:37Speaker 1: I couldn't do this shit.
- 46:38Speaker 1: I wouldn't do this shit.
- 46:40Speaker 1: Money.
- 46:41Speaker 1: Don't move me where I'm awake every morning and be in your ears at 730 am.
- 46:50Speaker 1: I do it because we on here talking about meaningful stuff and getting justice and talking about truths and giving everybody all the information, instead of all these media who just run with narratives and push narratives on y'all.
- 47:04Speaker 1: Tell you how to think.
- 47:05Speaker 1: We don't do that here.
- 47:06Speaker 1: I get on here.
- 47:08Speaker 1: I give you every piece of information I see.
- 47:11Speaker 1: Of course I'm gonna tell you my opinion, because y'all deserve to know my opinion.
- 47:15Speaker 1: But my opinion is not the narrative.
- 47:17Speaker 1: My opinion is my opinion.
- 47:19Speaker 1: That's what I like about this platform.
- 47:21Speaker 1: We all come together.
- 47:22Speaker 1: Y'all know I'm going to give y'all every piece of the story that I see, which is why I go through articles in their entirety, for the most part because I want to give you every piece of information in that article so you can go figure out what you believe.
- 47:36Speaker 1: And so, like I said, just thanks, everybody.
- 47:38Speaker 1: Just want to be let y'all know.
- 47:40Speaker 1: I'm grateful, grateful to everybody who has subscribed, everybody who has copped the merchandise.
- 47:46Speaker 1: Um, we got more stuff coming.
- 47:49Speaker 1: We're gonna keep it going.
- 47:51Speaker 1: Crazy, crazy.
- 47:54Speaker 1: New addition to this ditty.
- 48:01Speaker 1: Now let me tell you some of the things and some of the reasons why people are looking side-eye.
- 48:05Speaker 1: They think that this lawyer who's bringing it is an ambulance chaser.
- 48:17Speaker 1: These are the public's words, not mine.
- 48:20Speaker 1: If you remember, she's the same one that worked with courtney burgess and courtney burgess whole story and whole situation came out to be a lot of bullshit, like a lot of like.
- 48:37Speaker 1: You know, he was lying and then maybe he wasn't lying.
- 48:41Speaker 1: Then he was trying to throw jaguar right under the bus and a lot of people were thinking like, is courtney working for rock nation?
- 48:50Speaker 1: Is courtney working for Roc Nation?
- 48:56Speaker 1: Because not only did he come in without bringing all this confusion, but then he started throwing Jaguar Wright under the bus.
- 49:05Speaker 1: But then he was cool with Jaguar Wright and then many people are saying that the attorney that brought this lawsuit is a young lady that has close ties with rock nation.
- 49:23Speaker 1: Like I said, this isn't stuff that I'm privy of.
- 49:28Speaker 1: This is just the information that I'm running across as I'm researching this story.
- 49:34Speaker 1: So this is another story that is fresh.
- 49:39Speaker 1: I had to get it out there to y'all, but it's definitely still developing and this is insane.
- 49:47Speaker 1: What's going on?
- 49:50Speaker 1: You got Drew skill a million dollar worth of games, saying that he was at a diddy party and it was turned up and this and that.
- 50:01Speaker 1: But then you also have Drewski saying at the time this occurred, I was nobody.
- 50:06Speaker 1: Basically, drewski saying I didn't know Diddy in 2018.
- 50:10Speaker 1: I didn't know anybody.
- 50:11Speaker 1: Nobody knew me.
- 50:12Speaker 1: I was broke, living with my mom.
- 50:19Speaker 1: Then we go to Jaguar Wright.
- 50:21Speaker 1: We have an interview with her, saying she was a part of some crimes.
- 50:28Speaker 1: She admitted it out of her own mouth.
- 50:30Speaker 1: She also said she didn't speak on those crimes until Statue of Limitations was up.
- 50:39Speaker 1: She also said she didn't speak on those crimes until statute of limitations was up.
- 50:42Speaker 1: She could say you could be mad at her for that, but that's just her truth.
- 50:47Speaker 1: And then also on Jaguar rights Instagram, she says when this was supposed to occur, you can look on her Instagram and she was locked up.
- 51:00Speaker 1: But then, after further investigation, we see that she was released also around this time.
- 51:19Speaker 1: And then there's Odell, who hasn't said anything and, like I said, not saying anything and also being the one having that weird moment where they were filming Justin Bieber and we to this day don't know what exactly was going on, but we know it don't look right, and now he's not saying anything.
- 51:56Speaker 1: So I say all that to say, oh, this is just started to develop this.
- 52:05Speaker 1: This is going to be some something coming out of this weather.
- 52:09Speaker 1: I can't say if every detail is true I wasn't there, I don't know but what I do know is my spidey senses are tingling and the number one reason is, like I said, the fact that odell has not said anything yet.
- 52:29Speaker 1: That's something we all need to pay attention to.
- 52:35Speaker 1: I'm really waiting for Odell's first statement.
- 52:41Speaker 1: His first statement on this egregious trifling lawsuit is going to tell me a lot.
- 52:52Speaker 1: It's going to tell me a lot, lot.
- 53:09Speaker 1: It's gonna tell me a lot because the fact that he hasn't come out and said anything, uh, other than a recent matter of fact, breaking news y'all.
- 53:14Speaker 1: Look what just popped up.
- 53:15Speaker 1: A recent matter of fact, breaking news y'all.
- 53:16Speaker 1: Look what just popped up.
- 53:19Speaker 1: Odell Beckham just came out.
- 53:24Speaker 1: Boy, I'll tell you what this world makes absolutely no sense.
- 53:28Speaker 1: I am covered by God.
- 53:29Speaker 1: He will prevail.
- 53:30Speaker 1: I know who I am, I know who you are.
- 53:32Speaker 1: Keep your head.
- 53:33Speaker 1: That name will be cleared Now, allegedly.
- 53:37Speaker 1: You know, know, I don't know about you.
- 53:39Speaker 1: Know they, they, they'll say something.
- 53:41Speaker 1: Then they'll say I'm hacked.
- 53:42Speaker 1: That's why I like to hear it really out of somebody's mouth or in an article.
- 53:49Speaker 1: Maybe they have a real interview, but let's go with that for now.
- 53:52Speaker 1: This is on his twitter and it really gets gets to the point that I made last week and we're all making at this point.
- 54:01Speaker 1: This is why I'm just putting the information out there.
- 54:03Speaker 1: When I have context, you know, I let y'all know.
- 54:06Speaker 1: Like I've been around 50 Cent, I've been around Floyd, I've been around Diddy, I've been around enough people where I'll give you my context.
- 54:15Speaker 1: I've never been around Odell Beckham.
- 54:16Speaker 1: I've never been around Odell Beckham.
- 54:18Speaker 1: I've never been around Drewski or Jaguar Wright, so I have no inside intel on any of that.
- 54:24Speaker 1: All I could do is give you all the information and y'all do what y'all want to do with it.
- 54:28Speaker 1: But I can say this we didn't get the enterprise letter that we were supposed to get from the Diddy trial.
- 54:38Speaker 1: But I am just ready for the real trial at this point.
- 54:42Speaker 1: I've heard enough of the stories, although I'm going to continue to cover them.
- 54:47Speaker 1: I'm going to continue to turn this mic on at 730 in the morning and tell you all what the hell I saw and came across.
- 54:55Speaker 1: But honestly, I'm ready for the real trial.
- 54:59Speaker 1: I'm ready to get real justice.
- 55:02Speaker 1: I'm tired of trying to weed through all this bullshit and figure out who telling the truth, who lying, who this, who that.
- 55:10Speaker 1: Give me the court date.
- 55:14Speaker 1: I don't know how y'all feel, but I'm just ready for the real ditty court date.
- 55:18Speaker 1: I don't know how y'all feel, but I'm just ready for the real Diddy court date.
- 55:20Speaker 1: I want to see justice prevail, whatever that looks like.
- 55:23Speaker 1: I want to see victims get you know, I'm tired because it's turned into a dog and pony show.
- 55:35Speaker 1: It's turning into something that I don't like.
- 55:37Speaker 1: I don't like it.
- 55:37Speaker 1: I don't like, I don't like it.
- 55:38Speaker 1: I don't like what it's becoming.
- 55:40Speaker 1: I don't know who's saying what, what to believe?
- 55:43Speaker 1: Just get me to the trial.
- 55:50Speaker 1: Just get me to the trial May 5th.
- 55:54Speaker 1: But I do know one thing, y'all.
- 55:55Speaker 1: I do know one thing, y'all.
- 55:56Speaker 1: I do know one thing they didn't give us that enterprise letter.
- 56:02Speaker 1: But if you remember, there were supposed to be some names unveiled to the defense.
- 56:08Speaker 1: They're not gonna tell us, but the defense is supposed to know more of the accusers or people involved.
- 56:15Speaker 1: I think that was the deadline.
- 56:16Speaker 1: Was the 11th?
- 56:17Speaker 1: What is today?
- 56:17Speaker 1: So I think the 11th was the deadline 10th or 11th, so today or tomorrow, uh, we're gonna have an update, uh, in the diddy trial.
- 56:27Speaker 1: Because one thing you know once the defense sees whatever names they talk, whatever the names that have been hidden, if we, if they, if we know one thing about Diddy and his defense, they're going to come out and say some wild shit as soon as they know, whatever these names are.
- 56:43Speaker 1: So look out for some big Diddy update tomorrow, if not tomorrow, for sure Wednesday.
- 56:51Speaker 1: I'm pretty sure there'll be a big update because they know this week they're going to have to mention that Enterprise letter or something, and not only that, they're going to have to tell, they're going to tell the defense, whatever the names of the victims, that they weren't, they were hiding or whatever.
- 57:08Speaker 1: But we're going to get some answers.
- 57:13Speaker 1: So look for some big, a big news to drop on Diddy.
- 57:16Speaker 1: We're going to get some answers.
- 57:17Speaker 1: So look for some big news to drop on Diddy.
- 57:18Speaker 1: Not even if not tomorrow wouldn't know later than Wednesday but it might drop.
- 57:20Speaker 1: You might be hearing something big tomorrow.
- 57:25Speaker 1: Other than that, we're going to go ahead and get out of here.
- 57:32Speaker 1: But I'm going to tell you this I am about to do some digging on this whole Odell lawsuit thing to see what I can find.
- 57:40Speaker 1: And also I'm sitting by waiting for some type of enterprise letter or some type of big, big dropping news or big update on Diddy.
- 57:52Speaker 2: So so, as always, I love y'all, but I'm out.
