- 0:00Hey, I'm Dan, also known as the Aspy world.
- 0:02If you're an autistic adult who wants to become confident, lower
- 0:06anxiety, and have more energy, there's one simple move that can
- 0:09make all of that happen. And I'm going to show you
- 0:11exactly what that is. I know you're probably feeling
- 0:14like Dan. You know, this won't work.
- 0:16And it's, you know, sounds too good to be true.
- 0:19And I honestly, I felt the same way.
- 0:21That was until I broke down a process of analyzing 3 major
- 0:26autistic thought leaders in the world today making massive
- 0:29changes, and I noticed that they all shared very similar
- 0:32instances. Shockingly, autism therapists
- 0:35and coaches have no idea what I'm about to share with you
- 0:39because they believe that building confidence is banging
- 0:43your chest and shouting in the mirror every morning, which in
- 0:46actual fact it's nothing to do with that.
- 0:48Autistic confidence is simply built by doing small changes
- 0:53from yourself that ricochet to the bigger impact of the world
- 0:56around you, which then give you reinforced confidence to then go
- 0:59and do more of that. So this may sound a little bit
- 1:01confusing or a bit difficult to grasp, but I actually broke it
- 1:04down into a very simple formula that I call the bulletproof
- 1:08Brain method. So first you have to pick a
- 1:11routine that you stick to or something that you do.
- 1:14Then you need to pick an ideal space change, then you action
- 1:18the change, and then you repeat this process for another
- 1:22routine. This is super easy, but I'm
- 1:24actually going to show you an example right now.
- 1:27What I mean. So we all have goals in life,
- 1:29and autistic individuals are no different, right?
- 1:31But most of us aren't even achieving even the smallest of
- 1:34our goals because we lack the confidence to do so.
- 1:36And it's a bad cycle of action. You see, if we stick to doing
- 1:40the same thing over and over again and expect a different
- 1:45outcome, we're 100% guaranteed that the outcome that we want is
- 1:49never going to happen. We have to change something.
- 1:52So I've actually given a real life example that I'm going to
- 1:55show you right now. So back when I started YouTube,
- 1:58I wanted to be a person who could help as many autistic
- 2:00people as possible. My routine was just literally
- 2:04making videos on my own. I was very quiet, introverted,
- 2:07meek. The ideal space change was
- 2:10changing the fact that my ideal space was my room.
- 2:12That's where I felt safe to do what I wanted to do.
- 2:15And then I decided to action the change.
- 2:18And the change was go outside of my room, go and do talks
- 2:21publicly, do them locally for charities.
- 2:24And then that led me to do more talks all over the world.
- 2:26And I've visited many countries and been blessed to actually
- 2:29share the stage with some legends in the community.
- 2:32But what this did was it reinforced me that I can and I
- 2:36have the ability to go out and talk in front of people and
- 2:39people really enjoyed that. Which means that they're now I'm
- 2:42helping more people and I'm going towards my goal, which
- 2:44means that I've changed the way in which I attain my goal and
- 2:48push me closer towards that by rewarding myself with
- 2:51confidence. It gave me a boost of confidence
- 2:55that I can actually do something or change something.
- 2:57Those things may sound really small and insignificant, but
- 2:59what they did compounded the belief and the self knowing that
- 3:05if I'm in control of the change, I can change anything I want, or
- 3:08I can conduct my life right. And when you can conduct your
- 3:10life, you then become confident because you determine the
- 3:13outcome. And when you take action towards
- 3:15actually trying to attain your goals, all the fear of rejection
- 3:19and all the other bits and pieces, they diminish because
- 3:21fear can't live in the same space as action.
- 3:24And it's that easy. But if you'd like to be able to
- 3:27become more confident, lower your anxiety and build energy
- 3:31and you want to, we'll learn this within seven days.
